Drink more liquids specifically those of the green factor.  Barleans Berries drink is excellent.   It is powered and mixed with water or juice.  It has algae and plenty of minerals from the earth as well as sea.  Does anyone know why the whales are leaving this planet?  Their quality of life is non existant on earth now, what do you think will become of us?   We are all one that is the point.  Perhaps a new earth is emerging and they are transferring  as we are transmutting with nature.  The less we rely on resources made by others the more innovative we will create.   Consider that an alligator is born from an egg but immediately turns toward the direction of water.  This holds true for turtles and the like.  Did you consider that you are part of the dna of reptiles?  Could it be true that every minnature insect is also alive and larger in another form in the universe and again a part of us?   We have explored little when you consider the stars and where we set our feet.  There is much more than previously thought to our lineage.  We are far more compatible with various lifeforms including bacteria on the outside and inside of us.  It is like a riddle with a piece of information here and then another one over there, how fascinating to discover there is always more.
