Why do I have the idea that hate can not be present in my world, and needs to be transmuted into something else? I even hate hating stuff, and make mental notes about how to bend it into something more constructive.... But apparently I'm not the only being here who feels like this, as was shown by the search for a suitable graphic to add to this article. Thanks to Sodahead for this, and please check him or her out if you have the chance or inclination. He or She pops up frequently on my new way of finding relevant images:

It is Halloween night, and the kids are making dinner, with Laura being dressed in her mother's old wedding gown. The front door has been blocked by a huge spider's web with a hole in it, to make clear to the roaming bands of kids that it will in fact be opened when they dare to ring the door bell which is being guarded by a one inch plastic spider.

The lasagna is starting to smell great, and I wonder why I'm not in love with All of It, why I must try to root out hate with all my might? Is it merely a personal preference, or does it go further? I actually will try to wipe out discord between my ex and our children, despite the fact that she usually claims my behaviour to be a contributing factor to the argument. If one of those phone calls ends up in her wanting to end the call because she feels she can't get me to listen, I don't just give her her way and toss it down, but instead get a cup of coffee and take the phone upstairs to calm her down, make her think about the situation again, and maybe come to the conclusion that it isn't all as bad as she saw it just now...

Now that has nothing to do with me being particularly good, but everything with my indecent obsession to make everything agreeable, down to the point of sacrificing my preferences if they aren't important enough to outrank my desire for peace. Now that is easy enough for the little things, like using any butter to bake the meatloaf that goes into the lasagna, something Laura never does. But at times, I feel like staying peaceful means having to sacrifice stuff that does make a difference to me! And then, it all becomes tricky real soon.

The lasagna is ready to go into the oven, and discussion about when the bechamel sauce needs to go on top ensues. Laura looks eery in her white dress and face, and the other two figure out how to fit three dishes into my oven. But the question remains: does hate belong? as a part of the All, it should have its place in our world, and apparently it does, or there wouldn't be so much of it about. But still, I figure even I as an undivisible representation of the All, am still entitled to my preferences. Just like I prefer beautiful darkhaired ladies to the more common blonde variety, I prefer love to hate. But that combination also does imply that I would never ever hate the ones that don't quite qualify for my circle of preference....

Actually, preference isn't quite one circle, but rather a slow motion image of a pool of rain water, with a nice autumn rain above it: all circles made by the falling drops signify some preference or another, with the matrix falling green letters adding to the mix. You focus on one of them characters, and can immediately score it as belonging inside certain circles. But somehow, hate falls outside all circles, except the one that is called 'Me'!

Yes, at times I can thoroughly hate myself, simply because I can't hate anyone else. Just like I come last when it comes to treating myself, because of my obsession called 'Others first', it is also quite easy to hate myself and my situation when the adversity around calls for it. I guess that, most of all, is what I must change my mind about. But it is hard when everyone tells you YOU create everything outside yourself, and that it is just like what's inside yourself. It is said to be all OK, but no real explanations are forthcoming about how it is OK. We are just asked to believe this on face value. So, since outside is all my doing, and it sucks at times, then inside must be equally rotten, there's no arguing yourself out of that I'm afraid.

So tell me, how did you guys and gals out there tackle that particular conundrum? Dying to know here, even though I always was here, and always will be... (can't change that!)

There can be much darkness before the dawn...

But then the Sun shines bright!  Much has transpired on this epic Journey of Soul to Consciousness and I am grateful.  All is being revealed as I take each step into the known world before me.  It all is happening for the Highest Good and I know this.  I just move with the flow and all is provided.  The signs are there, I listen and then act.  I am into six and a half weeks now, 4500 miles on my Trusty Steed and I currently am in North Hollywood, CA.  There has been much alignment here and I will be shifting to a place where I can write, process and prepare my energy for the next big interaction.  

There is interest here in this community for the work and my Journey has piqued the curiosity of a few producers.  I am at the place of instant manifestation.  I am meeting the right people at the right time and I have the correct information.  All is aligned and I am the flow of it.  This has turned into an Odyssey that will be brought to multi-media.  There are those that have said I am living proof of the intelligent and nurturing field of energy that surrounds us.  I have said it and it is true. It is happening, just as I saw in a vision so many months ago...

We have been talking here for the last three weeks about the life experience of Change, and last week I made the statement that the changes that have occurred in your life have happened because disharmony was present, and that all change is for the better.

This thought leads us to a change that I have been encouraging people to make about change itself. I have been saying to people..."Change your idea about why change occurs."

Even if you accept that all change happens for the better, you do not know why this new circumstance, situation, or condition is better. You don't understand the nature of the improvement. That's because the improvement may not have to do with exterior conditions, but with interior conditions.What you are not seeing is why change occurs-and who is causing it. When you see this and embrace it as your living truth, once again everything in your day-to-day experience will...well...change.

So here comes a big truth about Change. Are you ready?

This is a tough one, so take a breath. Okay, here it comes...

Change occurs because you want it to occur.

Everything that changes changes at your direction.

Whoa, that sure doesn't seem true! Why in the world would you want to have happen what has just happened? No one in their right mind would choose that!

Are you saying this (or screaming it) inside your head right now?

Well, if you are you would be right. No one in their right mind would choose something like this. The mind does not make these choices. The soul does.

All of which gets us to the agenda of the soul. Your soul's agenda flows serenely with the larger energy of life itself. Life's energy always moves toward synergy, harmony, glorious expression and expansion. It seeks an experience of itself, in fullness.

When I add my own human language to this understanding I find myself saying that life's energy always moves in the direction of what I call "love." Love of self, love of others, and love of life.

Your own individual energy moves in the same direction. Your soul and the "soul of the universe" desire, seek, and produce at all times the same thing. That is because the "soul of the universe" seeks to experience Itself.

Put another way, LIFE is GOD, seeking to know Itself in its own experience.

So your soul always seeks to move in the direction of love. It is when your mind gets in the way that it seems as though life is not producing this, that something terrible has happened, and that you're going in the wrong direction.

I'm going to use an example now from Christian doctrine to illustrate what I am saying here. The New Testament tells us that Jesus went with his disciples to a garden in a place called Gethsemane. There, he asked his followers to sit and wait for him and to pray. He, too, he said, was going to go off to pray, but by himself.

And, then being alone, he felt a great heaviness come upon him, almost to the point where he could die. And he knew what lay ahead. And he called out to God, "Father! You can do anything! If there is any way that this can happen, remove this cup from my lips..."

Here Jesus' mind had gotten involved, and he wanted a change of direction in the way things were going. But immediately his vibration was raised, through the sheer power of his will. "Yet not my will, but thine," he said. And with those words his soul returned to alignment with the soul of the universe-or, if you please, with God.

There is but One Soul, yet there are many expressions. These individuated aspects of the One Soul seek synergy, harmony, glorious expression and expansion. This is another way of saying that life in all its forms seeks the very same thing that Life Itself seeks. How could it be any other way?

Yet the soul and the mind are two different things. The "life form" that you have taken has both a soul and a mind (as well as a body), and it is in this triune totality that it fully equips itself to do what you came here (to physical life) to do.

The job of the mind is to make sure that the body-your physical instrument, or tool-is kept safe, so that you may use it to do what you came here to do. The job of the soul is to make sure that the mind always knows what you came here to do, and does not get caught up in its own make-believe world.

It is like getting caught up in a virtual reality on the Internet. I'm sure you must know that there are now entire "worlds" on the Internet into which you may enter, claim an identity, and live an entire "life" - growing up, finding love, creating a career, buying a home, having a family, experiencing success and becoming rich (or not)...you can actually produce an entire experience of life in these virtual realities, interacting with others, entering into legal agreements-it's all really quite detailed, sophisticated, and complex. And none of it is real. Obviously, not a single bit of it is really happening to You. It is only happening to the "you" that You created in that make-believe world.

To your soul, physical life on the earth is very much the same thing. The trick is not to get "lost" in the make-believe world of your mind, but to use your body and your mind to do what your soul came here to do.

We are all doing that right now, but some people are doing it consciously and some are doing it unconsciously. That is, without knowing what they are doing.

What happened to Jesus in the Garden of Gethsemane is what happens to all of us. I love the fact that this story is in the Bible for that very reason. It gives us all hope if we know that even Jesus was having to deal with the balancing of his mind and his soul as part of the process by which he had the fullest experience of himself.

So do not despair when things seem to be going "wrong." They could actually be going "right" for the first time. Remember always: all change is change for the better.

Couldn't help but pull things a little out of perspective, having read Jennifer's article. My difficulty in dealing with the Clue Phone isn't usually that it is trying to stop me from making mistakes, because one or two warnings at most will leave me totally demotivated. No, my particular beef is about the fact these phony clues are always clueing me in on very nice and desireable things and situations, but then tend to leave me hanging the moment I decide I would like to go that way....

No, I'm not going to rehash the entire story here again, just read Make It Real if you are curious, but that story is also having a tail.... or is it a tale? But inbetween the fact I know I'm not supposed to take any action here, despite my knowing I am infamous for not taking action, syncs keep pouring in. I focus on others, but a familiar face keeps popping up in my field of vision, even though that clearly says "U Can't Touch This! (yet)"....

But at the same time, it dares me to disregard all voices and circumstances saying I can't... But more than anything, these clues adher to the MO that says they are neutral, and as such can be explained away in any way possible. Which also means you can't use them as arguments for justifying your choices, because anybody you tell them about will just as easily pick up the totally different meaning, and declare you a nutcase.

Which basically leaves me having to decide what I want, without having any clue as to whether wanting or acquiring said situation would in fact be right for me. Yep, nobody is going to make the choice for me, even though they will do their utmost to deliver once I make the choice. Brings to mind a line from the Terminator sequels: "There is no future but that which we make". Right here, right now!

And I could spell out my choices here, but the real mechanism available for fulfilling it doesn't read this blog. So I am wisely going to shut up, and leave you all to this Halloween fest.... I'll be the guy with the axe straight through his skull, which is keeping him from making up his mind...
