Do you drink water? Then you are an environmentalist. Do you breathe air? Yes, you are an environmentalist. While we can deny we are part of God or part of the environment, logic tells you otherwise. One person can effect the earth when they hang their clothes outside verses the dryer. It seems such an insignificant act and yet it follows a stream of consciousness that leads others to do the same. This was done in England when a man tied to each cherry blossom tree in honor of Japan, a poem. These poems brought a startling contrast to the disaster and yet beauty of the people of Japan. Many stopped and read while smiling at the cherished words. It is at testy moments that life can be over whelming. The wind patterns swiftly change course and the climate is like a young source-erer waving his wand wildly about creating havoc. Still, we must remain heart centered. Take small steps and build from there. Call upon Archangel Ariel (Ahr ee el) as she heals environmental concerns and animals especially the seabirds. Purify your motivations and life will invigorate you.
