All the song lyrics are right. All you want is love. And you will accept all semblance of love as love, even when you know it isn't. You want love so much you will even accept imitations. You know better, and yet, you crave love so much, you will accept anything. You will do almost anything in order to grab the love your heart longs for.
You feel that there is a hole so deep in your heart that you will accept anything to fill it. How threadbare you feel your heart is. How longing your heart is for love that you will even accept crumbs.
The thing is that no one can fill your heart for you. You can kid yourself about this, yet the kidding lasts only so long. Eventually, when you tip your heart, you find it is still empty.
It is incumbent upon you to fill your heart with love. It is your love to fill your heart with. It is My love to fill your heart with. And then you will give away all that love. And when you tip your heart, you will find that it is still full. It is brimming with love. It is overflowing. Only that which you give do you keep. That's how it is.
Love in your heart wants to get going. It doesn't want to feel stuck in one place. Unless your heart is flowing love, your heart is like a car going down a one-way street the wrong way. There is only one way for love to surface, and that is flowing from your heart. How important is the preposition - from. From, not to. If you think love has to come to you, you have it wrong. The love you have is yours to give. Love flows out. This is the ebbing of the tide of love. It washes through you. Yes, you fill your heart by emptying it. The well of love to drink from is your own.
I say that with the understanding that all love is Mine. It is from Me. That is how My heart is filled with love. I give it away. I do not count. I do not measure. I give. I give constantly. I give without reservation. I give to all. I give to all all the love in My heart. My love has a good time. I never cut it off. I give an ocean-stream of love. One bucket cannot fill My heart of love. Ocean after ocean fills My heart so that I can pour Mine into yours. My love flows through your heart. There is no love but Mine. And that is your love to give.
You who are waiting for love to come to you have been given it. You have to notice. I have pumped love into your heart without cease. Start emptying your heart of love, and you will begin to see how full of love your heart is. You cannot dam your heart up. You have to open the dikes and let all that love through.
Love people. Love what you do. Love, love, love. Get that love flowing.
You are not to be a hoarder of love. The more you hoard love, the less you have. It evaporates. There is no silo for love. There are only hearts. Hearts are passed from one to another, from one generation to another. If your heart is a deck of cards, you must deal. You don't wait for someone else to deal. You are the dealer of love, and you must deal love out.
Let love emanate from you. Spoken or unspoken, emanate love.

Do not dress in black and hang your head, you are the extension cord of source. As you hold the vision of a loving world, know only this, that wellness is yours. Cannon ball yourself out of the rut and manifest what pleases all, which is positive emotion. Through selectively responding, stay aware of your undivided attention to harmony. This is the spring board of the new world. It is in absence of resistance. The opposition to another force need not enter the equasion when you are single minded on peace. As you exert calmness it has to manifest. Continually worrying zaps you of your power, it is when your concern is concentrated on the best of outcomes that it is most probable. People say I talk a lot yet I do not write in length and that is due to keeping it short, will for many, be long in memory. The message is always more in depth when it is kept simple. Often it is a single phrase that will be an "a ha" moment and change the direction of someones life. There are no risks when you know that nothing perishes, ever. The little gems in our journey has been the very challenges we tried to resist, when what we needed to do was to acquire the virtues that were missing in the first place and move through them. Place your concern on that which is worthy, receptivity to the energy of the universal heart. To purify and beautify and influence through love, will be the way to enlightenment and exploring life and dimensions of God.
This weekend, the Wall Street protests went global with demonstrations in many major cities around the world. So far most of the rallies have been small and quite peaceful, but in Rome there were tens of thousands of people who were prepared to be violent to get their point across. From New Zealand, to Australia, Japan, the Philippines, Taiwan, France, Spain, Germany, Greece, the UK and many cities across the US.

You feel: "If what God says to me is true, then why do I feel like this? Why do I feel unfulfilled? Sometimes I feel rotten. Certainly, a lot of the time, I feel lack-luster, out of sync, in trouble, at best, bewildered. Does my being unhappy reflect my lack of belief in You and my lack of belief in myself?"
Belief is not quite the right word. It is not a question of belief. It is a question of awareness. Sometimes you have the awareness of the Truth of all I say, and yet you haven't been quite able to hold on to it.
Beloveds, how many times does a jingle go through your head? How many times do you watch a commercial? Or run your age-old thoughts through your excavating mind?
The time will come when you have full awareness of Me. It may seem to happen suddenly or slowly. It may happen with your urging or, seemingly, even against your will. No matter, your awareness of All That Is is not a belief. Belief is an idea. I am Reality. We are talking about Reality.
When something happens, it happens. We are talking about a natural event. When you come to recognize Me in every quarter, in every person, in everything, it is natural. It is wonderful, and it is natural. When it happens, it is easy. It is simply the next step.
In one sense, nothing happens because Our Oneness was always a fact, only a fact that you couldn't quite fathom. And now, you have fathomed it. If fathom means you figured it out, then fathom is not the right word. You see it. You feel it. You know it. Just the way when spring comes, you know it's spring.
We could say that you have an enormous bank account. You had heard about it, yet you hadn't seen it yet. One day you go to the bank, and you see your account. You see all those zeroes. The wealth was always yours, only you hadn't seen it until one day. On that one day, your whole posture changes, for now you know you are a mighty trillionaire. Never were you anything less. But all this had to dawn on you. Oh, My, how bright you look now. How quick your step. How full your heart is. Your mind too. Your heart and mind have become aware.
You didn't take your seeming new state on hearsay. You saw it all for yourself. You, who were always the same, now are different. From awareness, you feel the difference. For you before, it was like you were told there is a magnificent cream cake for you in the refrigerator, only you couldn't quite reach the refrigerator handle to open it. Your refrigerator did not have a glass door. You couldn't see the cream cake. You couldn't smell it. You could only crave it. Not until you opened the refrigerator door, were you able to see for yourself and gobble up that cream cake that was always yours.
When it comes to the awareness We are talking about, it is always fresh. It is always vital. It is always beautiful. It is as fresh as a spring day, and now you have this spring day for Eternity. It never fades. It never becomes less. It never ceases. All the cream cakes in the world are yours.

Beloved Ones,
I would like to have discourse with you on the quality of love known as trust. Now trust involves many of the other attributes and qualities of love and nobility. Trust implies the keeping of the sanctity of one’s relationship with self, with others, with Creator. One gives all worry over to their higher Presence and extends that trust, that Love to others. This quality of Love is most important in a personal relationship, for without this quality, the relationship flounders in insecurity and doubt and the relationship cannot be sustained without trust as the foundation. It is the cornerstone and key in life.
When one’s trust in another is shattered, it creates a ripple effect that touches upon all that existed previously and was the basis upon which all else was built. Without this foundation, maintaining continuity in relationship is not possible unless one of the partners in the relationship is willing to do all that is possible to reestablish that trust. This requires ongoing diligence and perseverance, for the one who has been wronged has had their foundation rocked to the very core of their Being. It is possible to make reparations by consistent good deeds and devotion in order to heal what was shattered when the other’s trust was violated.
All that went before becomes a focus of scrutiny and observance, all that was taken for granted as written in love upon each heart, becomes fluid and no longer viable and calls into question every other aspect of relationship and the way to healing becomes obscured as questions arise and are not answered satisfactorily. For the one who was wronged, life becomes a series of questions that must be answered, answers that make sense and can heal the broken trust. Many times, misunderstandings arise when events happen that make one of the partners in a relationship seem as though they have violated the other’s trust when in fact, the events were entered into in total innocence and naivety.
If this occurs then the one who created the misunderstanding must do everything in their power to make the other aware of the misunderstanding. It cannot be swept under a rug and not dealt with in order to continue the status quo, for this is a breach of trust and must be cleared as quickly as possible with heartfelt sincerity and honesty. Anything less than this will not ease the other’s heart and their shaken faith in all that was perceived as good in their relationship. Many times relationships end due to these misunderstandings because one or both of the partners were not willing to forego their ego justifications and look beyond that to the beauty and clarity of their heart, and they let something precious and wonderful slip away.
In all things, always act with honesty and integrity in all that you do. By your example, you enable others to do the same. Always cultivate trust for that is an important and integral quality of love that is crucial to the happiness of yourselves and others who share your daily life. Above all, trust your higher Presence and Creator of All That Is, for always, they are guiding you to your own highest good.
I leave you now to ponder on these words and trust that you will find the jewel in them.

Living life in integrity is key to get this incredible chakra to start its vibrational journey into the created fields of your matter!
What is integrity tho? I love wikipedia's discription so I will place it here:
Integrity is a concept of consistency of actions, values, methods, measures, principles, expectations, and outcomes. In ethics, integrity is regarded as the honesty and truthfulness or accuracy of one's actions. Integrity can be regarded as the opposite of hypocrisy,[1] in that it regards internal consistency as a virtue, and suggests that parties holding apparently conflicting values should account for the discrepancy or alter their beliefs.
The word "integrity" stems from the Latin adjective integer (whole, complete).[2] In this context, integrity is the inner sense of "wholeness" deriving from qualities such as honesty and consistency of character. As such, one may judge that others "have integrity" to the extent that they act according to the values, beliefs and principles they claim to hold.
I remember doing a massage on a man in New Mexico, his own light body amazing. When I got to doing the massage/reading on his feet, for the first time ever (in doing massages for 6 years) Mother Earth herself showed up and gave him a message thru me. She flooded my own personal body with deep gratitude, such love and honor for this man as she used my voice to say "thank you for your integrity." (well she said a lot more, but I barely remember details of yesterday forget 6 months ago lol.) Her gratitude for the way he choose to live his life filled me. To think for even a second mother earth is oblivious to each one of us is to live still within the illusion.
This man was not on a spiritual path, at leaast not as you or I would use the word. He was simply living life the way that felt best for him. No agenda at all.
Thru what Mother Earth shared with him, I knew he was most integritous (If that is not a word, I am making it one lol) thru his job. I had to ask... what do you do? He is an insurance adjuster. Imagine my surprise!! Stunned would be a better discription!
But it really made sense afterwards. Mother Earth is clearing so much on this side of earth. Storms, earthquakes, all kinds of life shattering events. His job was to assess the damage and get them the correct money to repair or rebuild. In his heart, he worked for the higher good. That is to say, he didn't try and eek money from the claiment so the insurance companies could have more. Nor did he give more than the claiment was due to refurbish what was lost. He was deeply living in intgrety to the greater all.
It is living life this way that activates the sacral Plexus.
Taking care of the All without expectation of self gain, self grandeur...
It is from living within this energy field that the energy fields of lifes greatest potentials, it's fullness of abundance is showered back to you breath by breath.
Living from this inner state of Being has you letting go of any want, any perceived desire. This is a deep inner knowing that every day you wake up, you are abundantly cared for by all of life.
The more in alignment with this deep and true feeling within you the more efrtlessly life unfolds for you.
Please don't think for a moment this is a passive way of living. You get an inner prompting, and move with it and life unfolds for you as you create the movement of energy. If you get an inspired thought and just sit with it.... well, it takes energy to create energy.
So now, as these energy fields of created matter hit the highest frequency ever in this phase of the game, that sacral plexus becomes so important. This higher frequency is the fields I refer to as Shambhala. The ability to live Heaven on Earth. We now have full access to this energy. In order to have any access to it for use in your daily creation, you must have a fully emerged sacral plexus.
The best way I have to discribe this fully emerged chakra (which is actually so much more than a chakra) came from a reading a I did some weeks ago. The lady I had seen in this golden ship tranversing the zip-line to the higher energies of Shambhala. She had her hands on the wheel/heml of this ship.
What I fully understand now (that I didn't then)... the vessel in which she rode was a full partnership with her soul. Her soul carried her where she needed to go, it was her biology that steered the way (we are in biology for a reason...smile). You (the biology) have to take the helm of your life and go where your spirit directs. This is fully living from the heart. Your mind is involved only in the details of how to stear the ship, and sends out warnings as you encounter iceburgs along the way. You still have the choice of stearing clear or smashing into... ohhhh the ongoing life!
But how does it work really? Get out of want and judgement!
First, lets take the biology. The more aligned to our spirit we get, the higher the intensity of light, of energy we are funneling thru us. To keep our biology and the world around us safe, we put on weight. The fat cells are actually an insulation for the higher light fields we purposely choose to bring in. I personally have gained like 50 pounds in the 11 years on this path. When I left Virgnia for Nex Mexico I actually lost about 30 pounds. My energy field didn't need as much protection from the field of energy I was going to accupy. We vibrated similarly. The week I was preparing to move back to Virginia, I gained 5 pounds... and an addition 10 since moving back. But this is truly a very dense area and the fat cells were needed. No one ever said we had to like it... just embrace every aspect of this journey!
Letting go of thinking you need to look like twiggy is important. (smile)
And anyone who says you are what you eat is full of it (smile). You are what you think. Even your food is what you think it is. Your habits are what you think they are. It is all illusion, the only thing that is real is what you make real in your life.
In my created reality, my cigarettes are the Holy Smoke, and my chocolate is the joy juice of life! My favorite phrase is Holy Shit Batman! Funny how we have taken the word shit and made a "cuss" word. What exactly is a cuss?? Back in the day when we used ships to transoprt a lot of things, chicken poop was a fertilizer commonly shipped in open waters. Obviously the aroma not very pleasing, so on these crates of chicken poop they would put the acronym S.H.I.T. which meant Ship High In Transit (cuz its gonna smell on the ground level lol) and now we are offended by the word. Hell, my whole life is purposely shipped high in transit... get over yourself, your judgments and things that strangely offend your perception of living a spiritual life.
So now, lets say you are living in the deepest integrity within you. Not for any other purpose other than it is who you are. Your only desire within is to be in service to the greater All... however that unfolds. And you allow it to simply unfold day by day, breath by breath, purposeful action by purposeful (don't confuse purposful with knowing why you are moving thru the action in the moment... because your spirit is the ship, your hands are on the helm and it is unfoloding moment by moment. Imagine your head not getting all tangled up in your movement! FREEEEEEEEEEEE
When you allow yourself to be fully aligned with the energy of your sacral plexus (lets just give the combined two words fuller meaning: it is your divine will (solar plexus) that creates the relationship you have with life (sacral chakra) thru the fields of unlimited potential within created matter.
You are now living from Zero Point. That means the only thing that exists is the moment you are in. You are not busy planning tomorrow or hashing over yesterday.... but fully alive in the moment and moving with it accordingly.
When you go to sleep at night, you truly enter the zero point, or black hole and awaken with a whole new set of energy, codes, inspirations... ect. Life is now unfolding at your feet in every new breath taking moment.
In this place... you are fully protected. You don't even think of needing protection, because even that is a foreign feeling. Nothing of a lesser frequency can access your world of Real / Truth.
You are now the empowered master of your life!
Shambhala.... living Heaven on Earth. ... Now!! Even in it's most diluted form... phew baby!
