WE, THE PEOPLE, NOW HAVE A LEGAL AND BINDING DECREE AND ORDER TO VACATE TO THOSE THAT HAVE VIOLATED OUR CONSTITUTION WITHIN OUR GOVERNMENT, THAT WILL BE SERVICED AT A NATIONAL PUBLIC READING AND EXECUTION IN THE PEOPLE’S HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES, BY THE PEOPLE, OF THE PEOPLE AND FOR THE PEOPLE, AS THE PEOPLE ARE THE ULTIMATE EXECUTIVE AUTHORITY AND POWER OVER SUCH FORM OF GOVERNMENT THAT IS IN TYRANNY AND ABSOLUTE DESPOTISM, ILLEGALLY ENCROACHING ON THE RIGHTS AND LIBERTIES OF THE THE PEOPLE FOR WHOM SAID GOVERNMENT WAS ESTABLISHED.

THIS DECREE, TITLED, ‘THE PEOPLE’S DECLARATION TO REVOKE AND ABOLISH‘ SHALL SERVE AS A DUTY TO PROTECT AND ENFORCE THE UNITED STATES CONSTITUTION, AS PRESCRIBED BY OUR FOUNDING FATHERS, AND TO REVOKE THE ABUSED AUTHORITIES, POWERS, POSITIONS AND TITLES FROM THOSE LISTED IN GROSS VIOLATIONS AND TO ABOLISH THE ILLEGAL TOTALITARIAN ANTI-REPUBLIC FORM THEY HAVE CREATED AND MAINTAINED. EACH STATE SHALL DEPLOY THEIR NATIONAL GUARD UNITS TO THE PLACE OF THE READING AND EXECUTION OF THE PEOPLE’S ORDERS TO AID AND PROTECT THE PEOPLE.

SET UP INFORMATION AND RECRUITING STATIONS TO INFORM THIS NATION OF PEOPLE TO GET PREPARED TO STAND UP AGAINST OUR TYRANNICAL GOVERNMENT AND TO PEACEFULLY REPOSESS AND RESTORE IT BACK TO ITS CONSTITUTIONAL INTENT.

THE PREAMBLE;

WE THE PEOPLE, of the United States of America, come together, as one body and one voice, bearing the ultimate authority and power, vested in us by Constitutional laws, over all Federal and State Governments and their respective Departments and agencies, to protect ourselves, each other, our States, the Constitution and this Nation against abuses of powers, tyranny, absolute despotism, debauchery, encroachments and subversion of our Constitution by the Executive, majority in the Legislative between 2004 and 2012 and the judiciary branches within the Federal Government of the United States of America.

Our founding fathers found it necessary to bind the people and the Constitution together, so that one may protect the other, then both protect the country. Anyone, including law enforcement and military personnel, who interferes, or attempts to interfere, with this declaration and the execution thereof, or harass/harm those who support it, shall be charged with Treason and Obstruction of Justice, as this document and its contents are legal, binding and for the purpose of restoring our fallen Government. The same Constitution that gives the people the ultimate executive authority and power over all conflicting and/or corrupt Governments, extends that authority over the Justice Department and its branches, the Department of Defense and its branches and the Court system, from the lowest to the highest.
