Alright. Today and for this week I want to talk about “Psychic Protection” because there is quite a lot going on and you might have noticed maybe some odd dreams or maybe even just a desire to put your shields up a little more than normal.

I would say pay attention to your instinct. Intuition is being tested to see if you can obey it or how you deal with it. So there’s a lot going on, in other words.

If you like tools and things like that, whatever seems to work for you, I do have a blend created by one of the students that’s at www.SonoranLight.com, like the Sonoran desert, Sonoran Light. And there is an oral spray now as well as drops under the tongue called “Multilevel Protection”.

It works physically, emotionally, mentally and spiritually. So certainly psychically as well. You might find that helpful or a little easier than doing other work.

Essentially, in a time like this with so much going on in a cosmic level, and particularly so with Mercury and Leo influence, but there are several other things going on that determine how things will go, you’ll find that you do need to be more conscious, sometimes just skip that aisle in the grocery store ‘cause there’s an angry person in it or take a different street because maybe there’s a driver that is impaired or something.

Really pay attention to the intuition and you can say “I am protected” “I choose protection”. “Dear subconscious continue to protect me at all times. Please protect all of our bodies, all of the consciousness. Keep us all intact and safe and aware.”

So keep working with intent because it does matter and then back to the simple “I choose safety.” It’s always a good one.

You can add to it for example, “I choose safety for myself and for all others around me”. Especially while maybe driving or babysitting or something like that.
