I’ve always known that Whole Foods was a crossover store, meaning that they offer both organic and nonorganic foods. They have accomplished an awful lot in just pulling people away from Safeway and other stores with hideous product quality and offering the foods they were accustomed too but also something better. While I always shop at my local organic food market or farmer’s market when possible, I am grateful that Whole Foods exists as one more option where I live and travel. This video puts all the blame on the retailer and none on the shopper. The reality is that most people still don’t give much attention to what they put in their bodies. They just want what’s cheaper.
