Siam Pali’. I am Pelo of the Galactic Federation of Light. I would like to speak to you today about ascension and what you can do to help your brothers and sisters along the way. There are many things you can do to help ease this transition for your fellow planetary beings, and it all starts with love and compassion. These ideals are very powerful tools for you to possess at this time, and I would like to show you how you can utilize them most efficiently at this time. When someone comes to you either in person or through your Internet and they share with you that they are frightened in any way about the changes occurring either inside of them or outside of them in their world, the first thing you can do is try to find out just what is the cause of this fear. Are they afraid of a specific area of these events, such as the extraterrestrial presence, or are they fearful that they may become separated from their loved ones? In many cases, the only way to find out is to ask, and then to listen.

Many of you have trained extensively to be of service at this time, and it is now time for you all to take a leading role in these proceedings. Many people will come to you with questions, and it is up to you to take the time to field these questions and converse with these people until a suitable state of emotion is reached. Each case is, of course, unique in its complexity, but should only take a few minutes of your time. The service you are doing for your race and your planet is incalculable, and you will be fulfilling your obligations of your individual assignments very well.

Many of you have incarnated into a human physical vessel to be able to apply your talents in this planet’s time of ascension into the higher realms. It is considered an honor to be selected to assist in this way, and each of you has demonstrated a unique talent and skill deemed necessary for the task at hand. Use whatever skills you have wisely. It is time to come out of your shell and into the sun. There are those now awaiting your services, and you are being called to duty at this time. Events are moments away from breaking through the surface of the media blackout, and soon all eyes will be glued to news reports about our presence here and what this means for humanity. It is at this time that your brethren en masse will seek answers and guidance. It is at this time that so many will succumb to fear and confusion, and it is at this time that your talents and skills you have acquired throughout much training will be critically needed. Will you heed the call?

You were chosen out of many to be here today because it was decided by those in charge of the selection process that you were a worthy candidate. It is time to show them that they made a wise choice. It is you that mustn't allow fear on any level to stop you from making yourselves known for others to find, befriend, and gain insights from. You all have the tools at your disposal that you have been given especially for this assignment. With these tools you have the power to reach an unlimited amount of your brothers and sisters. With these tools so much can be accomplished in such a short period of time. Seek out those who could benefit from your assistance by making it known that you possess adequate understanding of the events unfolding around you. Make it known that you do not fear these events. Make it clear that you are coming from a state of balance, and that you are looking forward to these events. This is the sign you are asked to hang outside your place of business. This is your calling card you will carry with you in your wallet or purse. Make it known to all that you are open for business. It is the time for your grand opening. 

All eyes are upon you at this time. You have many on this side of the veil that believe in you, and you have much more assistance from us than you may realize at this time. Together we can do it. Together we can achieve great things in this, humanity's shining moment. It is the time for this. It is now time for you to release all your attachment to objects of 3D illusion and distraction. These pastimes have nothing to do with your assignments here at this time. Now is the time for work and not play. Now is the time to put all your training to good use. Now is the time to come to the aid of your fellow man. Now is the time to get serious about your reason for being here.

Your vibrational frequency is what determines your ability to access and experience fifth-dimensional timelines where unconditional love, limitless abundance, radiant health and boundless creativity are the norm.

There are many different means by which one can raise their vibration. These include diet, exercise, belief system adjustments, meditation, intention, stilling your mind and focusing on unconditional love. Anything you do that liberates you from being overly-enmeshed in physical reality will help you expand your consciousness into higher-dimensional realities.

Higher vs. Lower-Vibrational Frequencies

You might be walking down the same street, dressed the same way and by all outer appearances virtually the same, but varying rates of vibration will give you a very different experience of an identical set of outer circumstances.

At a lower-vibrational frequency, you might be seething with anger that the light for the crosswalk changed as you approached the intersection. Your anger might trigger memories of other instances when things didn’t go your way and soon you are feeling the whole world is against you. By the time the light changes, you are so worked up you stumble and land face-first on the concrete, breaking a tooth. Now, in pain, you call your dentist for an emergency appointment only to discover he is on vacation. All of this now reaffirms your feeling that you are a hapless victim in a dark and unkind world.

At a higher frequency, you might use the extra time spent waiting at the curb for the light to change to ponder the beauty of the day. An idea for a poem or painting might filter into your mind. You might be inspired to go for a walk in the park to commune in nature with your new inspiration. While at the park, you see a dear friend you haven’t seen in awhile (but were just thinking of earlier). You agree to meet later for dinner at a favorite hangout where a performer you enjoy is playing relaxing acoustical music. All of this reaffirms your belief in the amazing magic and synchronicity of the universe.

The choice here might seem obvious and yet people who know better allow themselves to be hooked into lower-vibrational realities all the time.

The Final Exam – Breaking Free of the ‘Rubber Band’ Effect

It is important to hold in mind that the steps you take to raise your vibration are only part of the equation. Once you make an energetic shift, you will need to stand strong as residual energies continue to spin out old realities for a time. This provides a test of sorts - a final exam. If you are truly ready to exist at the higher-vibrational frequency, you will be transparent to these old energies spinning out. If, however, any part of you is in doubt, you may be drawn back in by old circumstances rearing their head. This “rubber band” effect snaps you back to lower frequencies.

Part of what determines your susceptibility to old energies is your motivation for upgrading your vibration in the first place. If you are making changes from a pure desire to follow guidance and inspiration and serve others, you will be far less affected by these old energies still spinning out. When you are committed to following guidance regardless of what advantages and personal benefits you receive from it, you are more likely to be indifferent to whatever circumstances you encounter. Remaining transparent to the vissicitudes of physical reality will help you realize that old energies are spinning out due to “lagtime” – the time it takes for new manifestations to arrive in physical reality.

If your motivations are tethered to expectations you hold about the outcome of the changes you are making, this can be your downfall. Having expectations can make you more susceptible to being pulled back into an old feeling state when you fail to see your expectations and conditions met. When you make a great deal of change and see old realities still cycling around, disappointment can hook you back into these old situations. The worst that can happen in this situation is that you lapse into self-judgment for a seeming failure to break free of old energies despite your best efforts. Self-judgment is akin to condemning yourself to the worst that can happen because it opens your energy field to all sorts of negative events. If you find yourself lapsing into self-judgment for any reason, quickly issue yourself an unconditional pardon. Your own forgiveness will lift you up into higher frequencies.

Shifting to a ‘Giving’ rather than ‘Getting’ Perspective

By shifting your emphasis from an attitude of "me and what I'm getting" to one of "the universe and what I'm giving", you'll be less shaken by old realities that appear before you. As you step free of expectations, self-judgment and victim consciousness, you pass the final hurdle to raising your vibrational frequency.

Once you make a complete shift, you are far less likely to be pulled back into old energies. An infinite, empowered and spiritually connected being will “see through” whatever appears before them, knowing it is just the past evaporating as it releases from their energy field. They are far less invested in what happens on the surface of reality because they exist on frequencies of bliss where everything that happens radiates divine perfection.

Seeing the World through the Eyes of your Higher Self

Many lightworkers have this understanding and are here this time around to take a leap of faith and stand strong within themselves. Having the courage to see the world through the eyes of one’s higher self makes one impervious to circumstances they observe in the world.

We're not talking about indifference to the suffering of others. At a high-vibrational frequency, it is more obvious that one cannot assist others by allowing themselves but to be pulled down into the abyss. Instead, by standing in a place of observing “what is” without reacting to it, you are empowered to hold a loving space for others who are still struggling. This is the way the world is transformed to a higher frequency: for each person to hold a high vision and serve as a beacon for others.

In the coal mines of life, each of us is looking for a diamond. The journey to this diamond may be dark, dirty and challenging, but the lure to find that sparkling jewel is driven by the realisation that this jewel is our true essence.

Metaphors aside, so many of us spend so long seeking ‘the answer’ or ‘the solution’ to life; that one part of the puzzle that slots in and brings everything together perfectly. Yet, when we do this, we run the risk of losing sight of the present as we become focused solely on the end goal of finding the diamond. To aspire is human, but in many ways it is the journey to the diamond that is the most significant, for once we reach the diamond, where do we go from there?

Of course, much of this depends on what the diamond means to us as individuals. Could it be our Nirvana? Or could it be the answer to a life challenge? Many of us have got stuck in the latter, for we see little hurdles to overcome before we can move forward. Hurdles such as: ‘Once I have found that special someone’, ‘Once I have lost weight’, ‘Once I have found the right job’, ‘Once...well, you get the drift!’. This is part of being human, but this strategy denies us from accessing our diamond as we place limits on how far we will go until our challenge has been overcome.

Yet, once we start placing conditions on life, we become trapped in a cycle of more conditions. Once we have lost weight, we then might focus on finding the right job etc. At what point do we step off the merry-go round and say ‘Stop!’? Well, that is a personal decision, but if we spend our lives waiting for the perfect moment to get that diamond, then we could have a long wait. Sometimes, we have to have the courage of our convictions, and realise that whilst our lives may not be perfect, we can still step towards our Nirvana and our dreams (the diamond).

So back to the earlier question ‘Once we find our diamond, where do we go from there?’

Well, we revel in the magnificence and joy of living consciously, and we celebrate our gifts by actually using them! Being slimmer or being in the right job does not make finding or holding the diamond any easier does it? Sometimes we have to embrace the Truth and realise that life is for living now! It takes courage mining for the diamond, and what lies in the darkness of the earth is beyond knowing, for we can never know what is around the next corner of life. Yet we have a choice, we can spend our lives waiting for a perfect moment that may never come, or we can stop pontificating and procrastinating, roll up our sleeves and get digging!

The time has come to step beyond fear and doubt as the controlling forces in life, and to realise that the diamond is always with us, we just have to believe, that’s all...

Sananda – The Time Is Now
Soon you will be hearing announcements that will be both shocking and wonderful. To some, it will be as if their world is falling apart and to others it will be as a ray of sunshine peaking through the clouds for the first time. For those of you reading this however, it is your call to action to awaken from your slumber and proceed with what you know deep down you came here to do. “Now is the time” to prepare for the next phase of your mission and the ultimate knowing that you are nearing completion of that mission. All eyes will soon be to the heavens both physically and spiritually wondering if this is indeed the end times as spoken of in the bible. You each one will know that these are those times. You each have made it known to us here in the Spiritual Hierarchy and various factions of Brotherhoods all over the galaxy that you are ready to proceed with your mission. The only question now is are you ready?

The times for remaining in the background and peaking out from underneath the covers are over if you are to succeed in what you came here to do. Now is the time to accept your calling. Many are called and few are chosen but fewer choose to be chosen. It is your choice as to whether or not you will be a part of this reformation or on the outside looking in. either is fine but you must choose soon as there is not much time left now to complete that which you came here to do. If these words seem harsh, they are meant to awaken not to cajole you into continuing your sleep. “The time is now” dear ones. It is time to take your rightful place among all those who have been mentoring to you. You will soon be the new enlightened ones that will carry this planet and all it’s people into the new golden age of enlightenment. Ascension is your calling dear ones, the stars are reaching out to you. Take our hands as we guide you along the next step of your journey back to the stars from whence you came. We are here for you and have always been here. Soon we will be only a whisper away and literally at your doorstep. Above all dear ones, believe in yourselves as you endeavor to assist all those who are ready to awaken and tell them all is calm, all is as it should be and there is nothing to fear, for the dark side of their own nature is passing and soon fear and all its proclivities will be over. Trust in yourselves and know that you are being guided every step of the way and you will succeed according to that which you put in. My message dear ones is one of hope, not despair, one of knowing not uncertainty. The time of being unsure of yourselves is over and a new day is dawning. One that will see only love, peace, harmony and order for all of mankind.
