As promised I have returned through our lovely vessel to speak to all of you once again. My discussion today is mainly about love, self-love and love for all others unconditionally and of course your chakras, mainly your heart chakra and the promotion of your Christ Consciousness.

Many messages of late are including the importance of self-love before loving others. Achieving self-love and acceptance you are then able to reciprocate that love onto others as easy as it is to breathe. Many dear children of Earth have trouble loving themselves mainly because they feel they are being selfish when if fact they are acting in the most selfless of ways. It is very possible and you are very capable of loving yourself without involving your ego, meaning your love for yourself is pure and without the doubt causing ego to interfere. Allow your heart to guide you to what makes you happy, what it is you wish to do when you put time aside just for you. It’s okay to go to your ‘child place’ in your heart once in awhile and let your spirit soar like an eagle. Allowing your spirit to dance and fly without inhibitions will rejuvenate your mind, your body and of course your spirit. Just like the phrase, “Dance like nobody’s watching…” it is this concept that I am trying to impress upon you.

When you are in a comfortable place with self-love you will find yourself able to love others quite easily and openly. Your facial expressions will be much more relaxed and peace will have entered your heart portraying harmony in all you do. The gift of unconditional love is the greatest gifts because you give without the thought or expectation of anything at all being returned. You find no confusion or misunderstanding when your gift of unconditional love is not returned. The inner knowledge of giving a part of yourself is your gift returned dear children.

When we speak of expanding your heart, we are also speaking of the heart chakra. This very chakra once fully opened and centered will bring you to Christ Consciousness. This does not mean you allow your other chakras to fall to the sidelines, it means your focus is primarily on your heart and all the aspects of maintaining and fine tuning the heart chakra and its effects on all the other chakras as they are eternally linked from one to the other.

When you are within your Christ Consciousness this means you have achieved much in regards to opening your heart fully and loving completely and purely and accepting God and His son into you heart, mind and body. Once this is established within your Christ Consciousness you are at the doorstep of incredible possibilities of the world around you including the vast and never-ending time, space and other realities of existence.

Your highest state of spiritual and intellectual development and emotional development is when you have achieved the highest state of your awareness – the christened state. This is a most sacred state of mind, body and spirit and the path acquiring this state requires full commitment, dedication and devotion to following God’s Will and living by God’s example. This would mean acting as God; accepting all people with NO judgments, without criticism, using non-biased opinions or advice, loving UNCONDITIONALLY and having the ability to show compassion even to the people who have done you wrong. Remembering that not all people are at the same place within their spiritual mind and loving heart. Acting with love and kindness in all parts of your life and shining your brilliant light unto everyone that you meet, even if they are only passers-by.

The path of light you are currently on does not mean all people are to find their Christ Consciousness in order to fulfill their Divine Purpose in this lifetime. The Christened State is available to anyone regardless of their traditions and ways they were brought up on. Once you are ready to take this sideline step that will become part of your journey, you are embarking on becoming an active vessel of LOVE and TRUTH of the highest order and that is of the PUREST soul deep love for yourself, for God, his Son and the spirit – the combining of the three creating the Threefold Flame.


To be in the Christened State does not mean you must be part of the Christian religion or believe in the Christian ideals. Allow yourself to be drawn to what resonates within your heart; what is right for you and what you are ready for. The journey that you are on has not time date, there is no rush. You will achieve all that you are meant to. It is best to allow this part of your journey to open up naturally and not force it on yourself if you are not ready for the commitment. I have seen many of your dear children create creative ways of incorporating other spiritual beliefs while working within their Christ Consciousness. All ways and beliefs are honoured and accepted when they are leading you to creating a newer you. A person who lives and loves through their heart at all times; someone who shows great patience, who is kind, considerate and has compassion for themselves and everyone else. ALL the spiritual concepts you have picked up so far that speak of LOVE and encourage you to live through your heart will lead you forward to the Source; to the Fatherly Creator many know as God.

When you are able to reach this level of awareness of your true nature, your higher self which is also your birthright as a child of God you will become a living expression of His spirit and you will over a period of time unfold your own divine plan that you are carrying out now. Reaching the state of Christ Consciousness is like reaching a state of Nirvana. You will discover self-transformation that will reveal all things glorious and wondrous. You will feel a unity with your fellow light workers that you never felt prior to this achievement. You will not only find peace, you will feel peace in all things. Love will flow through you dear children as beautifully as it is meant to.

Do not think for an instance that you must achieve this part of the journey if you are not fully ready. Mediate and consult with your guides, feel a sense of calmness when you make your decision and know that if you are not ready for this phase of your spiritual development you are still loved and dearly supported. We of the Divine know and understand that you will require some preparation that will lead you to this part of your path eventually.

Earlier we briefly spoke of your chakras. I suggest to you dear children to cleanse your chakras often, allow rejuvenation to enter your spiritual life-stream. Your chakras hold much energy and can become depleted quickly if not maintained. Your cleansing is not only done when you have completed a challenge that drained your internal resources, but it is necessary for overall spiritual health. Activate the Violet Flame as often as you feel the necessity or the drain of energy that is unusual. Your guides are close dear ones, ask for guidance and support and know God resides in your heart and is with you always.

Continue accessing my energy throughout your journey for healing, support, guidance to other areas that will promote spiritual and personal growth and for all aspects of your journey. My Light energy is your Light energy.

My dear friends, we love you so very much.

You are upon the planet earth dear ones because at one point in your existence you doubted your connection with God. You began to feel separate and by the very nature of that feeling of separation, you entered into a reality in which the all present, all loving God is hidden in a myriad of different forms and face. In reality, all that you see is God's love made manifest. You are here to recognize that love, in yourself and in others.

At a very practical level, this means that when you want or need some help in your life, it makes sense to pray and ask God for assistance, because the all loving spirit that created you is present in over seven billion people and a multitude of other forms on your planet. God can move the hearts of those who are even a tiny bit awake to assist you. God can move your heart to talk with someone and ask for assistance. God can direct all of you, dear one,s in a beautifully cooperative and synchronized dance of love if you will only stop, breathe, receive that love, and listen to the sweet and small urgings in your heart. By the very nature of your existence, you are not and can never be alone.

As you surrender to the love within you and pray from that space of loving and trusting the power that made you, your prayers become more powerful and more effective. Prayers coming from love, faith, and trust, are commands that help align you with the universal flow of your life. Prayers coming from fear and a lack of faith are weaker signals dear one, not because God ignores you but rather because God does not want to amplify and support your fears. The energy of a prayer is far more important than its wording! The depths of your heart, beneath your words are the real prayer. Far better to be loving to yourself and be authentic and pray, "Dear God, I know you will care and provide for me in all things, but I do not feel that now. I am scared. Please send me comfort now so that I can trust you once again and live once again in the flow of your grace." This prayer is honest. This comes from the heart. This is born of a true desire to love the true Self and to align with God. If you pray instead, "God help me. I need money. Hurry up! Don't you know my bills are due!" there is a sense of urgency, lack, and fear underneath such statements. You are not sending out a loving signal to the universe that is aligned with truth. Instead you are worshipping false idols, giving money your power, rather than giving God power over your life.

So when you pray dear ones, try to align your prayers with faith, trust, and the knowing that you are loved. Recognize you are human and it is ok to ask for help, but ask for the real spiritual help you need as well as for your material needs. For when you get your soul aligned with God, with love, with faith and with your own hearts, then you truly will receive the guidance to create all you want and need. You will dance in harmony with the seven billion others filled with God's love or you will dance around those who do not yet recognize it. In this fashion, dear friends, you live in a state of grace.

I have seen the power of prayer even more strongly in my life than ever before as of late...

I've had fibroid tumors for years. They run in the family and in years past, I was in pain three weeks out of the month. Over the years they've gotten much better as I worked to dissolve them both physically and spiritually, but when I got all stressed out over the plumbing issues, they swelled up and started causing me a lot of pain again. Advil masked the problem, but I was tired of carrying them around. I had another session with the spirit Dr. Peebles who comes through my friend Summer (www.summerbacon.com), and he told me I had been so worried about my health I was creating cancer! My mind went nuts. If I carried on like that and ruined my health, I'd lose everything and have to move back home. I'd disappoint everyone whom I served. I... I paused and stopped the insanity going on in my head. The angels hadn't said I *had* cancer. They said I was creating it. That meant I had a chance to stop my behaviors, stop my mental spin cycle, and take charge of my spirit once again.

I prayed. "Ok God, I get it! I've been giving my spirit over to fears, instead of to You. If I have something to learn through an illness, I'll do it, but in reality I'd rather not. You figure it out. Heal me if you're inclined and if not give me strength. I'm going to just enjoy my life" I proceeded to ditch the worries and get on with life. Instantly I felt much better and felt the nasty vibe leave my aura.

Then the call came. Susan Palmer (www.spirithealeriam.com) is an incredible friend and healer herself. She told me Joan Hunter, a famous healer in the Christian community was in town. I was SO ready for my miracle. I prayed and asked God to gift me with some big healing and proceeded to drive an hour to my first Christian Charismatic church service. It was a lot different than the somber masses I grew up with. The pastor was on keyboards, joined by a guitarist, bass player, and various other musicians. Praise songs were put up on the big screen and everyone sang in their own key. Some people went into a state of spiritual ecstasy and began speaking in tongues. Others cried. Some danced and fell to the floor. It might have looked different on the outside, but when I shut my eyes, I felt my heart swell into infinity as the Presence of God's love responded to these beautifully souls who were fervently calling it in.

Then Joan Hunter proceeded to speak and heal people. You could feel the presence of God pouring through her. Her eyes sparkled with the God glow. Her personality was bright, authentic, and it was obvious she had given herself completely over to God. She didn't yell in a thick southern accent, and she didn't' knock people over as you see on TV. She just quietly put her hands on you and prayed, and the power of God ran through her and created miracles. People got off crutches. Pain and heartache were erased, and with a thirty second prayer, the peace of God flowed through my body, and all but the biggest fibroid was dissolved. Scar tissue from an old injury disappeared and I felt amazing. She made it clear to all that it was God working through her and that anyone else who was willing to let God work through them could do the same.

That is the perfect power of prayer. She walked in total faith that God loved her, loved all, and would work through her. Her statements of prayer were said with the power of God behind them. She wasn't begging God, hoping for God to work, or coming from any sort of fear at all. We can use those principles in our every day life, not just in healing and they work.

Prayer came through again in some mundane details later that week. Insurance is paying for my tile to be re grouted after the leak, but I'm considering paying the difference and upgrading, since this is old tile, hard to match, and I have no spares. I prayed and asked God to make it obvious if that would be the best route, to make all decisions easy, and to send me helpful people. I walked into a tile store and was blown away when the salesman who I talked to 16 months ago, greeted me by name. "Ann! You're back!" I stared at him in disbelief. He remembered my general tastes and after describing my needs, he walked through the store like a man on a mission to one of the lesser expensive but beautiful tiles and said, "You'd like this." I did love it. First try. I took the sample home and it matched everything!

The prayers kept being answered. My pool fence has rusted out and was falling down in certain places. A few weeks ago I prayed. "God tell me who to get to fix this. Thank you." Seemingly unrelated I got the feeling to call a tree trimmer who had popped into my head. He not only did a great job on the trees and gave me a good deal, but without me saying a word, he noticed the pool fence. "I do welding," he said. I can fix that for you next week. Who knew!! Thanks Jesses at ICS! (602-244-1129)! Another prayer answered. I hadn't even asked him. God just put it in his heart to speak up.

Prayer works when have the faith behind it. We have to do our part of course. We can't escape being human. I had to act on guidance to drive to the service, go to the tile store, and call the tree trimmer. But if you can let go of worry, and have a little faith, then life starts to get magical and miraculous. It flows with greater ease. After all God loves God through 7 billion people on the planet, and if we get our small selves and our fears out of the way, this love is allowed to flow through your life as well. I'm working to live more deeply in the presence of that love every day, to have more faith, and to get out of the way! God is going to be pretty busy answering my prayers! That said, the infinite love in the universe has plenty of time to answer yours too!

Give faith a chance!

Greetings, Dear Ones! How pleased and honored we are to be in your presence today. We are honored to be in your presence because you have made the commitment to be part of the group to anchor the energies that will be enjoyed now and in the future through those who may enjoy the energies of the group and the channel on your internet at a later time.

So here we sit, Dear Ones, well into the energies of 2012, that pivotal year that has dangled in front of your humanity for so very long. We have spoken in the past of how transitioning into the energies of a new year can be challenging and indeed many of you have found it to be so. It will be an incredibly busy year. There will be many shifts, twists and turns on the ride, if you will. As you can see, the activity has already begun in earnest with your recent solar flares. What an amazing system! The earth is releasing and the sun is releasing. They are both, in turn, assisting you in releasing whatever you may not wish to carry as you are firmly on your enlightenment path and intending to create the New Earth.

Many of you worry that you are not doing enough. Many of you worry that you are not on the right path. We are hoping to soothe your fears today.

There is no “one size fits all” path to enlightenment, Dear Ones. Each and every individual path is a distinctly unique path. Your unique path is yours and yours alone. There is no one as qualified as you are to navigate your unique path. You are not qualified to tell anyone else how to navigate their own unique path. You are simply not privy to all of the information that would be required in order to do so.

Many of you have probably experienced working on your boundaries. It has been a major theme that was brought to the forefront in 2011. The importance of working on your boundaries was pivotal in order for you to stay in your truth, in your integrity and standing firmly on your own path. There will be many voices shouting loudly what they think you should be doing in the energies of now. You must be in your truth, in your integrity, and you must have the confidence in yourself to stay firmly on your own path and to shut those voices out.

There will be a cacophony of noise, Dear Ones, from those who will profess that the world will end (which it will not). There will be those who tell you that in order to ascend you must follow steps a,b,c and d. There will be some that swear up and down that reiki is the path to enlightenment or that this other form of energy healing is what you need, that you must meditate x amounts of hours every single day, you must follow these teachings, you must be this religion, that you must repent, Dear Ones, oh, how you must repent! (laughter)

The only thing that is required to ascend into the New Earth is surrender and flow.

That is it. There is no knowledge necessary of the ascension process in order for someone to ascend. All that is required is surrender and flow. If meditating helps you surrender and flow, then wonderful, it is a great modality for you. If yoga helps you surrender and flow, that’s wonderful, too! If walking in nature, if spending time with a beloved child or animal, or doing reiki or whatever it may be helps you stay in surrender and flow, it is perfect for you. Do you see? Do not allow others opinions to sway from what you know to be true for you.

Oh people say, “Gabriel, how do I know?” We would say to you that your body will let you know. Does your heart feel good in an activity? Do you feel empowered? Does it feel good? Does it bring you joy? When you are in joy, you are in your highest alignment and feeling your connection to Source. Could there be a better position to navigate shifting energies from? If what you are doing is a chore and you are forcing yourself to do it, Dear Ones, it is not helping you one bit do you see? Give yourselves permission to be the masters of your own unique path that you really are.

We find it interesting to say the least, from our perspective, that there are those who are saying that it must be done a certain way. If you step back and realize how much the planetary alignments are helping you, how the sun is helping you, how Gaia is helping, can you not see that the system is taking care of itself? All the elements that you need are there. Of course, it’s wonderful to have assistance along the way. If there are people who bring you joy and buoy you and help you with your process, then absolutely, embrace those members of your soul group. If they empower you, feel free to engage in those activities with them but do not feel like you need to be doing things that do not suit you.

This is going to be a major theme throughout the year. People will be shouting loudly that they know the way and that their way is the only way. Listen to what you know to be true within your own bodies, within your own hearts and within your own souls. You have everything you need in this moment to navigate these energies beautifully. It is all there. We have reached the point of no return, Dear Ones. Ascension is happening, it is happening now! You are creating the New Earth. It is happening. It is not going to be halted or stopped in any way if you don’t do certain things. It is a ridiculous idea to think that that is so. Do not fall for it.

Sometimes it is easier for you to assimilate things through analogy so we have one that we would like to share with you today that should make things quite clear for you.

Imagine that spirituality is a salad buffet and you all have your own plates. It is up to you what you wish to pile high on your plate and you will choose what you want on your plate by listening to what your body needs. If your body is craving certain ingredients you will put more of those ingredients on your plate. After a while you might get sick of certain foods and try new things. Now can you imagine how ridiculous it would be if you saw someone else at the buffet and you didn’t like what they had on their plate so you started yelling loudly at them, “Oh, for the love of God, not tomatoes!”

Do you see how ridiculous that would be? You would never do such a thing. People would look at you like you were mad. So if people can respect someone’s choices at a buffet, why will you not respect their choices when it comes to something as incredibly personal as their spirituality, Dear Ones? Maybe that person desperately needs tomatoes because they are lacking certain vitamins and nutrients. Maybe they need to have the experience of trying tomatoes. Perhaps you are allergic to tomatoes so that would be a bad choice for you. It is quite fine to allow people to put whatever they want on their own plates, you see.

If you try to tell someone to put certain things on their plate and it’s not what they want or need at that time they are not going to listen to you, are they? But if someone does ask you what you might recommend from the buffet because you’ve experienced it before, feel free to share what you know, but then don’t have attachment to what they do. So, if you recommend the three bean salad to someone and they choose not to put it on their plate, please do not lose sleep at the end of the day, gnashing your teeth over why, oh why, didn’t they choose the three bean salad! It is not your responsibility, you see? Down the road, when they are sick of what they’ve been piling on their plate, they may feel adventurous and remember you recommended it. They may say, “Someone said it was good, let’s try that today.” Or perhaps they will go thru their entire incarnation and never experience three bean salad, which would be divinely perfect for them. Your spirituality is the same. Listen to what you know. Listen to your bodies. Allow other people to be where they are. Give yourself permission to treat something as sacred as your spirituality with the same respect as you would give a salad buffet.

If you do this, you will do just fine. Now, we are not here to sugar coat things, Dear Ones. There will be times throughout the year that will be quite uncomfortable for many of you because everything is being pushed and squeezed. You are being reborn. You are being pushed thru the birth canal and that can be uncomfortable. The way to navigate such wildly shifting energies is to really embrace the flow. It is the resistance that causes you the most discomfort. It is so simple, do not make it more complicated than it needs to be. Stand in your truth, stay in your integrity, do what you know is right for you and surrender to the flow. If you do that, you will find yourself being more supported energetically than you ever have been before. It is the people who are most in resistance that will be finding the year very difficult indeed.

You are not here to save anyone. Just as your guides have assisted you through the door to enjoy this channel or navigated you to the website that you are reading it on, just as your guides have led the way to your level of enlightenment that you are enjoying at this very moment, each and every person on the planet has the same access to the same systems. They have their own guides and their soul is leading them seamlessly to have the experiences that they need to have in order to truly move forward in earnest into the new energies. So, for some people that may mean experiencing crisis. If you get in and try to save people from their experiences you may very well be interfering. You may be blocking them from having experiences that they very much need to have. We understand that you do it from a loving heart but you must love people enough to allow the process to work for them.

It is about practicing acceptance and allowing. It is about offering support and love and encouragement, if asked. It is about teaching through your example, how to navigate these energies in ways that are working beautifully for you. And by being that example, people will come and ask when they are ready to hear. Of course, you can have compassion and empathy because you know what it is like to have suffered. You know what it is like to have struggled but you can also understand that it is through those struggles that you have landed where you are today. They are what have honed you. Those experiences that your soul set up for you to have were for your highest good.

So trust that the system works equally well for each and every person on the planet. Love people for where they are and resist the need to rescue. It is not your job to rescue, Dear Ones, it is your job to hold the highest energy possible by applying what you know. If you follow that plan you will come out the other side of this year shining brightly in the highest expressions of yourselves that you have ever experienced on the planet and that truly is something to be celebrated. This is what we wanted to share with you today.

Laura: Hello Allendale, I have felt that you had a message to communicate for us today, is this correct?

Allendale: Yes, that I do lassie. Right you are so, You would have noticed that all the giant steps taken in the shadow are now finally coming out into the open and into the mainstream media, yes? Well, David, my man is doing a great work, now that he knows a lot more about the on goings behind the scenes. His role has increased considerably into the world economic plans, and we will certainly hear a lot more from him and his work as time goes on. He is working on several projects at once, and as with all he does, he does it thoroughly. His tongue will be untied as we move on and as results of the collective work are coming more and more into the public eye.

The world governments are losing power worldwide, and nothing will stop the immense power within your hands, from making the changes needed. This will be however more than just a politico- economic revolution. The changes in your mentalities and understanding will also greatly expand. As we are closing this first month of the year, I am sure we would agree that January has been a month full of revelations and it has set the stage for things to come. The changes will yet be slow to manifest, but please always bear in mind that you are all co-creators and that the world that you embrace in the higher dimensions will soon come into being on your Mother Earth.

Now, on to the main course, shall we? February will have even more surprises in store for you, with our common friends or Earth’s Allies finally showing some tangible fruits for all of you to share. This may not be yet what the many have been waiting for fully, but the upcoming events, will leave very little doubt in people’s minds. Only the debunkers will continue to be sceptic by the end of February. Of course, many of the greater plans may also manifest end of February, beginning of March, but it is still too early to make a victorious decisive announcement for as long as the final agreements have not been signed. Once the final stages are planned by all acting parties, the movie will come to a few expected developments.

Tell, me my lads, do you ever get the shivers when you hear a person’s name, or when you see something relating to life in space? Do you really assume that all the preparation with UFO movies, documentaries is just for the show? No, it is not, I assure you of it. Let me tell you more on this one, if I may. The planned attempts for the fake alien invasion are still in the cabal’s books. However, as you all know, the cabal is breaking apart, their grip is loosening, and those who are able to pilot the fake UFO invasion are joining the White hats operations. Those supposed to run project blue beam and the likes are also having a change of heart, as they realize they too have been lied to by the cabal. These are intelligent people, who have been used and manipulated by the cabal for a very long time. However, now that the communication channel are open on that front, these educated being are quickly realizing what is in the best interest of their own loved ones and they can see the change in power operate.

Beloved Ones,

You who have walked the lonely path of Light are soon to be joined by many, many others who will begin to walk their path with you. For every sacrifice you have made for the highest good of all, the Universe is already bringing to you many wonderful synchronicities, miracles and gifts. All you have to do is open your hearts to receive and be in trust and in joy. Watch for these in your daily living, recognize them, receive them, enjoy them and record them. Soon you will begin to know without a shadow of doubt that you have always been loved and cared for and that you never walk alone.

Along your trail blazing path, you have encountered much that was not love and being empathic, took on these energies thinking they were your own. The time has come when your power of discernment and intuition will grow by leaps and bounds and you will find the ability to detach from the energies and challenges of others while still giving Love and compassion. Each of you have had tests and trials that have been making you turn yourselves inside out in your quest for transparency and purity. Even as these old energies are still being brought out from the depths of your Being, know that it is only a matter of time before these fall away from you forever, leaving only wonder and awe in its place.

Your higher senses are now coming to the fore and we ask you to be prepared and cognizant that these will open up the ability to perceive others thoughts and inner motivations before even they are aware of them. It is important to use loving detachment when these occurrences take place and not take what you tune into in a personal way. Become the observer and scientist and instead of dwelling on the revelations of the inner workings of others, dwell upon and record the synchronicities, the revelations, the frequency, the timing, the intuitive promptings that happen so that you can begin to perceive the new you beginning to manifest in a totally new way.

The true test of higher abilities is to stay in the energy of Love in all ways, even when your perceptions reveal that the underlying motivations of others that are crystal clear to you are assumed to be hidden from you. Just observe and do not judge or react. Practice loving kindness and compassion. This is a temporary stage that could bring discomfort to you but it is the next step on your journey to higher consciousness and perception and the continued Mastery of your self. Like a diamond cutter, you have been cleansing and polishing your outer self to better reflect the brilliance and purity that lies within just under the surface waiting to emerge as sparkle and shine.

Your Light now reaches a much greater distance around your physical body and can have an effect on the energy fields of those with whom you come in contact. This will grow in its power so it is most important that you practice inner and outer discipline and walk the way of peace and harmony so that all that you touch will be empowered and blessed. Staying balanced in your daily life is key and when you feel yourselves out of alignment in any way, bring yourselves back into balance as quickly as you can. You have at your disposal many tools that have been presented and now is the time for you to use them. Self discipline is another requisite to the Mastery of self along with discernment and can only be administered by your intention.

Try to filter every happening through your heart chakra so that you train yourselves to be a heart centered person rather than one who processes through the mind. Many times, the heart will lead you straight to the core of a matter with a directness and clarity that will bring you freedom from all confusion or doubt. Know that you are each Loved beyond measure and enfolded always in the energy of the Angels as you walk upon this World in service to the Divine Plan for the highest good of all.

Did your DNA get sunburned during January 2012? Does your head feel like it's three times larger than normal...whatever "normal" is at this point? How's your digestive tract been working, or rather, not working? How's your Pituitary and other brain glands feeling lately? Do the tops of your eyes feel like they're being pressed from above by the amplified Light energies in your brain/head? Is your body swollen, retaining fluid and/or bloated? How's your inner antenna—you're spine feeling? Sore, stiff, tight? How about your entire head and crown chakra? How about your tailbone, hips, pelvic area? How about your heart? Has your heart suddenly been pounding and having thudding palpitations in your chest lately? How about that nearly constant ringing in your ears and head from your brain, brain glands, and DNA being further evolved now?

When my biological Ascension Process started in February 1999, my body reacted to the 1999 (and later) solar energies with those lovely "Ascension Flu" symptoms; body and bone aches, chills, headache, and the occasional sudden stabbing ice pick-like pains in certain bones for a couple of seconds that literally took your breath away. From the mid-1990s on I've been periodically incapacitated by solar energies (solar flares, CMEs etc.) and was forced to rest and/or nap if I could while I had chills, severe body and bone aches and pains, and numerous other ascension symptoms. Over the years these solar triggered ascension symptoms have lessened and become more easily dealt with, not because the energies being transmitted have lessened since 1999 because they've steadily increased, but it's the way they affect our bodies and why that's changed.

These Cosmic and Galactic Light energies being transmitted to and through our Sun are rapidly evolving us, our bodies and consciousness. As we're increasingly altered and evolved by these energies over the years, the pain we feel from them, the areas of our bodies, brains, DNA and everything else changes and feels different to us. The ascension symptoms that felt like they'd kill me five, ten, thirteen years ago are today both much less painful or non-existent because I'm carrying more Light and less density within me which means I'm vibrating faster and at a higher level now as we all are. However, with our entry into 2012, these solar transmissions have amplified tremendously so we're once again dealing with what feels like different and more potent Light energies bombarding us, our bodies, brains and consciousness now. Because of this many people are currently feeling the solar energies in different body-parts; our heads, brains, and brain glands primarily. (Please remember those Stair Steps and that every person is not standing on the same step or level or timeline with this Process and because of this everyone experiences these solar ascension symptoms in slightly different ways and in different body-parts.)

With the start of 2010, the solar Light Energies caused pains and pressure in one area in the left (from the old 3D system of duality--female) side of my head/skull. My entire scalp and skull felt bruised and was sore constantly. The previous and familiar "Ascension Flu" solar symptoms had eased considerably with some of them gone entirely, but in 2010 it was painfully clear they were now focused in my/our heads, brains, and brain glands (Pituitary and Pineal primarily). With the larger solar flares/CME in 2010, 2011, and 2012 my body still experiences chills like when you have a fever, but my head has hurt with tremendous inner pains and pressures (not "headaches") nearly constantly. Even though this head pain and pressure is constant it increases and diminishes in waves. The head pain is always there but sometimes much more painfully so than at other minutes, hours, days and nights.

Since 2010 I've felt these energies more in my spine, the left side of my head, and my Crown and Brow chakras. With the start of 2011, these solar transmissions caused my entire head, skull, eyes, jaw and into my sinuses to hurt and feel bruised and sore constantly. There were many months in 2011 when the pain was focused primarily on the right (from the old 3D system of duality--male) side of my head. Eventually the head pain and pressure was everywhere and would move from the whole head to an area on the right side, then back to the left side, then to the back of my head and neck, then to the top, then the front and down into the forehead and Brow chakra. I could feel my Pituitary being changed and connected, Rewired, in more complex ways with my Pineal and other brain glands. Literally our two brain halves have been Rewired to function as a (from the new 5D system of polarity integration and resolution) unified organ. Along with that our Pineal and Pituitary glands are being Rewired, connected, evolved into far more complex unified systems that can perceive much, much more.

With the start of 2012, it's felt like we've lived six months worth of life in only the month of January! This is a clue as to how fast the rest of this year is going to unfold. The solar transmissions have shifted into final year mode and are quickly integrating and transforming our heads/brains/brain glands like never before. In late 2011 and all of January 2012 I'm feeling the energies in the tailbone and hips area too. It seems we're feeling these energies at both the top and bottom—the head and base areas primarily with the occasional heart expanding palpitations and poundings as it becomes our new ascended base of operations. It's going to be like this throughout 2012 so rest when you need to and don't try to push yourself during these tremendous blasts and waves of higher dimensional energies altering us. I've tried pushing through the head pains and pressures to work and/or to write which only cause me to become nauseous and forced me to bed. Lesson learned, now I rest and/or nap when these amplified solar energies are doing what they are and I suggest you do the same.

Here's a list of some 2012 ascension solar symptoms I'm experiencing and know you are too:

• severe head and skull pains and pressures—not traditional "headaches"
• severe eye pains and pressures, blurred vision, sensitivity to light
• sinus pains, pressures and soreness
• head pains and pressures radiating down into the temples and side jaw area
• constant ringing in the ears
• dizziness, sense of tipping or falling, feeling ungrounded
• exaggerated sense of smell
• ultra-sensitive hearing
• hot flashes, cold flashes
• vivid weird dreams, psychically dreaming other people's dreams (collective)
• sore, bruised, tender scalp
• hair loss and/or thinning hair
• Crown chakra - top of head pains and pressures
• Brow chakra - forehead pains and pressures
• pain and stiffness in spine
• body and legs/feet swelling and/or fluid retention
• pain in tailbone and hip area
• heart palpitations, heart pounding while at rest
• easily becoming breathless or winded
• exhaustion
• feeling like you only have an 1/8th of a tank of fuel (energy) in you & once it's gone you're exhausted again
• seeing brilliant white light or light flares emanating from around your head and/or upper body
• seeing brilliant colored lights or balls of colored light
• increasing knowing over linear thinking
• perception of linear time further disintegrating into increasing spherical "NOW" consciousness
• growing happiness, joy, confidence, peace
