(NaturalNews) We are in the "Age of Aluminum", this according to a lecture by Dr. Chris Exley, PhD at a January 2011 vaccine safety conference in Jamaica. A common expression among those who deflect aluminum's toxicity issues is that aluminum is prominent throughout the earth's crust. What they fail to mention is that aluminum (Al) wasn't widely bioavailable to humans until the latter part of the 19th Century when it began to be mined for creating metals and medicines.

Now we have aluminum appearing in cookware, wrapping foils, beverage and food containers, underarm deodorants, tobacco, over the counter (OTC) and prescribed medicines, and as adjuvants in vaccines. Al is highly reactive with other chemicals and creates antigens to stimulate immune system antibody responses in vaccines. But the mechanics of these reactions are not understood by Big Pharma.

Dr. Exley, has been focused on aluminum biochemical mechanics for two decades, and doesn't claim to know all the answers. But he knows how wrong those who do claim to have all the answers are, and they are among the ranks of Al toxicity danger naysayers and the vaccine industry.

 

Aluminum body burdens

We all have some level of Al in us with which are bodies are coping. The tissues most prone to collecting and storing aluminum are those tissues with a slow cellular turnover. Cells die off and regenerate quickly on the skin, but not so quickly in bone matter, heart tissue and the brain. Those last three organs that don't have a rapid cellular turnover are most prone to collecting and storing Al.

Yes, the brain stores quite a of bit Al. And that's where MS, chronic fatigue syndromes, epilepsy, ADD, Alzheimer's, Guilliane-Barre' syndrome (a common post vaccination injury) and other neurological disorders manifest. Aluminum compounds that are injected bypass the liver and kidneys and tend to remain in slow cellular replacing tissues.

Non-ingested Al also includes smoking tobacco or marijuana, applied sunscreens and cosmetics and chemtrails. All vaccinations contain Al. Claiming they're safe without mercury, as some A1 proponents do, is incorrect. Exley also mentioned that most vaccines contain some iron -- iron combined with aluminum creates a highly biochemically-reactive compound.

In the last 100 years, we have managed to increase the Al body burden considerably. The threshold for Al toxicity varies. But the incredible increase in neurological disorders during this "Age of Aluminum" demonstrates the need for eliminating it from our bodies as much as possible.

 

Easy methods for eliminating Al

Dr. Exley mentions one agent that pushes out stored Al from our bodies: High silica content mineral water. He mentioned two brands, Volvic, which is sold at various Whole Food and Trader Joe stores, and Spritzer, which is harder to find.

He and his team of researchers have tested the urine to prove high silica content mineral waters do the trick. He even presented anecdotal evidence of Gardasil adverse-reaction victims improving after a few months of drinking this type of water. He recommends drinking a liter a day to reduce your aluminum body burden.

But that water's a little pricey. You can order an inexpensive pound of horsetail herbs and make teas and tinctures to accommodate a less expendable budget. You are being stretched. There is no doubt about that. Life is stretching. By hook or by crook, life is going to make you flexible. It is also going to make you solid and strong. Right now you are learning to bend to life and not fight it so adamantly. Resisting is fighting, and when you resist life, you try to push it back. That is like trying to stem the tide, beloveds.

Certainly, you can take action. For instance, if you see a child, or anyone, about to be hit by a car, pull him out of danger. If there is a situation you don't how to change, concerning your employer or your student or your neighbor, you can change how you look at it, and, in so doing, perhaps change the situation, perhaps not. Yes, you can do something about life. It's just that you can't do everything. You are more important than results. You are the force of your life. Life is impending, and you impend it.

At the same time, it isn't for you to feel that you have to put up with life. If only you could see all that life brings to you has purpose. You have a purpose, and life has a purpose. You don't like every movie you go to, and you can walk out. You can say, "That's enough." Yet, life you cannot walk out on. Too much depends on you. And, anyway, life is to live, not run away from. You are a contributor to life and to others in the world with you.

Life is a treasure. It is a gift beyond measure. And yet you measure it by day and by night, by this and by that. Treasure life for the great gift it is. Life on Earth is temporary. Your life on Earth is temporary. You may not want to live, and yet you don't want to die.

I suggest that you make peace with life and be good comrades together. Be a good sport. Regardless, life will serve you. Life will wrap you in love. Life will help you to evolve. You want to be enlightened? Well, then, carry on in life. Make life your buddy. Let life have its say. Sometimes your buddy carries you, and sometimes you carry your buddy. Life means to be equitable.

You may misunderstand life, and you may misunderstand its intentions for you, yet you are being forged in the fires of life. You are finding the metal you are made of. You are being strengthened. Life is not out to get you. Life is out to further you.

With or without your cooperation, life is taking care of you. Life knows the big picture. You haven't quite seen the whole panorama yet. You tend to be subject to nearsightedness. It won't be long now, even if your eyes are blind and cannot see, you will see. You will see your life in a whole new perspective, and you will be happy. You will be so happy. You will be overjoyed, and how you will laugh at how unseeing you once were. You were blind, and now you can see.

Your expectations continue to rise as the moment for your awakening approaches, and this is good because interested and enthusiastic expectation of this magnificent event raises your spirits, encouraging you to maintain and further the loving attitudes that are so essential to bringing it to fruition.  Focus on loving thoughts, words, and actions to align yourselves with the divine Will.  This enables the conduits through which God’s Love flows ceaselessly to strengthen and expand, intensifying that energetic flow.  Do not forget that every one of you is a divine conduit.  Attitudes that are not utterly loving cause kinks and restrictions in the conduits, so continue to hold the intent to release them.  Doing this also brings you to a more peaceful state within yourselves, reducing your stress levels and making it easier for you to become totally self-accepting.  Acceptance of yourselves just as you are, without judgment or self-criticism, opens the way for you to accept others just as they are, and helps you to catch glimpses or inklings of the truth of the statement “All are one.”  You will find these glimpses extremely uplifting.

It is the One that you all are that is to awaken, and that is why it is such a momentous event of unprecedented significance which will be met with the most fantastic celebrations.  You are moving relentlessly forwards towards the completion of an extremely important stage in the divine plan for creation which will effectively raise the level of consciousness, the level of awareness of all sentient beings to undreamt-of heights, and there is not one among you who will not be stunned with amazement and joy when you come into the knowing, the realization of the wonder that has occurred.

You will not just be moving to a new level of existence where all fears, all doubts, and all anxieties have dissolved and all that you could possibly ever need or desire is abundantly and freely available, but to a level where peace, harmony, perfection and beauty of such an intense nature preside that not even a thought of a need or a desire could ever occur to you.  You will be creating with your Father a state of endlessly uplifting wonder as you uncover within yourselves new skills, new talents, and new abilities to extend Reality continuously for your ever-increasing delight.

It is God’s Will and yours that you awaken to enjoy the infinite divine wonders with which your talents and abilities constantly present you.  You were created solely for the joy, the happiness, the ecstasy, and the bliss that existence at One with God provides for you eternally.  Your diversion into the dream of separation has demonstrated very convincingly for you the insanity of attempting to separate yourselves from God, and that dream, that nightmare of horror, suffering, privation, and, yes, at times, despair is to evaporate or fade away like a wraith that you were not even sure you saw.  Not the slightest fragment of that horrendous illusion will ever again unsettle or disturb you once you awaken into the glorious wonder of your Father’s loving Presence.  All are saved, all will awaken, because all are already at Home in God, and the impetus to become awake and experience that state is irresistible.

Greetings Laura. We are so sorry for all the interference the cabal is causing in your life with your studies and with your work with us. This is part of their last attempts to cause fear, chaos and desperation. You must remain strong and confident in this matter and not allow them to get to you psychologically and emotionally. They would continue this kind of attacks until you learn not to react in fear and panic to these kinds of attacks. Being a lightworker has many facets, and seeing your own life under attack, as well as the lives of your loved ones threatened is part of it.

Their failure to ignite the kerosene and to cause an explosion of your house has set them back. Your new house will turn out to be working for the best for you, as it is safer, newer and more central. You have some time now to finish moving and will be pleased with the end result. The 2012 energies will clear much of the unnecessary energies, and those of low vibrations will be affected in shocking ways. Many souls have also terminated their life contract now, and are leaving Mother Earth. Some have arranged to end their life contract prematurely also. The grand clearing is ongoing and taking place as we speak. Very little of what has no longer place on Mother Earth will survive the incoming energies, the light vibrations are very strong now, and they will keep on raising throughout the year, reaching a peak on 21st Dec 2012. So be prepared for a roller coaster for many of you. At the end of the year, you will all be in a far better place inwardly and outwardly.

Dear Ones bear in mind that it is your beliefs that can hold you back, so it is particularly important this year you have an open mind. As it progresses so greater truths will come out, and depending on the source you will be wise to carefully consider what is being given. Certainly the final decision is up to you alone and no on else can take responsibility, but this is a time to be honest with yourself and follow your hearts prompting. As your consciousness levels increase, so you will be able to discern the truth more easily, and slowly build up your understanding. You have had many lives and opportunities to push on with your spiritual evolution, and now you have reached the very last chance to join all of those who have already prepared for Ascension. Of course some will continue to have little or no interest, having made their decision to have further experience in the 3rd. dimension. Allow for such souls who are entitled as much as anyone else to follow their own path.

Much activity still takes place and we have every expectation of a major breakthrough very soon. We are helped quite considerably by those of you who are not just standing up for the truth, but getting out and about to spread it far and wide. It has the affect of changing the energies to a much higher vibration, and along with other efforts to bring more Light to Earth is helping transmute the lower energies. We could force the changes but that is not the way we work and it is best that we do so together, as it is important that you create your own pace of progress. There are of course matters that are directly our own responsibility, and we are absolutely on course as planned. Have no fears whatsoever, as the Galactic Federation is a formidable player in the game that is being played. Victory is already ours and that also means that you your path to Ascension has been cleared, and nothing can prevent a grand completion that shall be celebrated throughout the Universe.

When you are informed that you are Human Angels we know it is hard to comprehend and many find it hard to accept. However, we would not mislead you and it is time that you learnt the truth about yourselves. Part of your problem is that you have been made to feel worthless and not given the respect you deserve. Indeed, it has affected relationships between you all and you have also failed to respect each other. Your problems as a Human Race go back thousands of years, when you fell further and further into the pit of darkness. Getting out of has resulted in a scramble where your instinct has meant that only the fittest and strongest have survived, and it has been like that ever since. However, in recent times the Light has penetrated that hard outer skin and lit up your hearts, so that love and compassion have grown. Now you have considerable forces of Lightworkers who are standing up and speaking their piece, and it is helping others to realize their special place in the Universe. You are all great souls remembering who you really are and preparing to take your place with us.

By the end of the year those of you who chose to ascend will be ready, and will have changed quite considerably to what you are now. The main difference will be in your levels of consciousness which are going to greatly expand in the very near future. In that you will have our help including technologies that can speed up the whole process. This is quite in order and in general terms all knowledge will be programmed into you, as there is no need to spend considerable time studying as you are used to doing. In time you will directly tap into the Universal Consciousness, and acquire levels of Christ Consciousness that will take you anywhere that you desire. You will have overcome the limitations that are holding you back at present.

Many leaders cannot yet think in terms of peaceful co-existence, and still find it difficult to trust each other. That is something that we shall involve ourselves in as you the people are demanding it, together with an end to all wars. We shall provide the backcloth that will prevent any country taking up arms against another, and ensure that it is not violated. We have simple peaceful means of doing so by making war impossible, and making all weapons of war unusable. The money and energy spent on arming for war over millennia of time could have given you all good standards of living. The destruction and loss of life has been in direct disobedience of God’s Laws, which is why you have created such severe karma. However, many have moved beyond such levels of darkness and evil. The battle between the Light and Dark is all but over, and the Light is about to take a momentous step forward so that all shall see the direction that Humanity is going in.

As we have often stated of late, the dark Ones are making their final attempts to cause fear but it will no longer have the affects they hope for, and that will deny them the energy they feed off. Stay calm and know what is happening without giving any of your energy to them. We would rather you saw them as lost souls and as such give of your love to them, so that they may one day return to the Light, as they surely will. No soul is ever lost for all time, and God with great compassion surrounds them with love that will ignite their Godsparks once again. In their own way they have served a great purpose, by showing you what can happen when you lose your way and are engulfed by darkness.

Many of you have achieved remarkable progress over the last few years in lifting your vibrations, and are carrying the Light for Humanity. It is what you came to do, and you are part of a wonderful assembly that incarnated especially to help others and see Ascension take place. So much of your work has gone on quietly behind the scenes, but now it is reaching the time when you should be able to step forward and complete your life plan. Disclosure moves ever nearer and that will release many people who can openly speak of their truth through personal experience. What exciting times are just around the corner and we await our own opportunity to speak with you through your media systems. Dratzo! We return! The events that promise to transform your world are close to manifesting! We have been told by our Earth allies that a massive global event is close. We are approaching what is known on your world as the New Year of the Chinese calendar. It is the Year of the Water Dragon, which is characterized by dramatic change. Many of you are waiting, as are we, for the dark to receive its just desserts, and indeed, the current economic realities are beginning to force the dark cabal to scramble for a way out. Its fiat currencies are being challenged. Many nations that hold large natural resources, such as oil, gold, and precious stones, are no longer willing to accept these fiat monies as a true exchange, and this is putting additional pressure on the dark-controlled banking system. Reforms that have been announced but then delayed are being asked to come on line now. This is forcing the dark to move toward a policy of debt forgiveness, but this is depressing even further many stock and commodity exchanges. Moreover, it is forcing a slowdown in the so-called recovery process.

The multiplicity of fears weighing in upon the dark cabal is, strangely, making them even more arrogant. The main rulership committees of the cabal have recently broken off talks with our Earth allies, which we interpret as a panic response as they have in effect very little to negotiate about since the die has been cast as far as they are concerned. As they see it, all these dark ones have left to them is to continue to stoke the flames of several possible large-scale war scenarios; thus, our immediate task has been handed to us. We have instructed our liaisons to monitor all aggressive momentums now unspooling on your world and see to it that none of these develop into major conflicts. The longer a no-war option is upheld, the quicker the remaining issues can be resolved. The main delay now is the fact that your various global political communities have never before acted without the full oversight of the cabal guiding their every action. This last-minute case of ‘cold feet’ is being addressed and we fully expect a series of revolutionary events to happen and transform your world forever.

As the leaders of each political community face this new, free world together, they feel both exhilarated by the new possibilities and simultaneously, quite uncertain about how best to take their next steps. We are here to provide advice, and we intend that the agendas of our Earth allies be swiftly achieved. At present the dark cabal has instituted a series of talks with the governments of the Middle East, Asia, and West Africa. Nevertheless, the dark ones are using all their remaining assets to strike some sort of deal with anyone who will listen in order to survive through the first quarter of 2012. The operation is not yet a success. We still have a few more tasks at hand before matters can be considered accomplished. There is the matter of a few more space fighters that must be rounded up, and rounded up they will be very quickly and efficiently in the coming days. The cabal is now down to the bottom of their once filled bag of tricks, and they finally see there is no other choice but surrender.

Already, last-minute deals are being bargained for the sale price of leniency and access to a few of their ill-gotten gains. We have them where we want them, and very soon we will be able to go ahead with the long anticipated public announcements of our existence and our purpose here in your world.

The time to celebrate is almost at hand, though this celebration shall be but brief, as there is much work to do and we all must get started on the many varied projects immediately. Returning your governments to constitutional governments of the people, by the people, and for the people is a top priority, and this will also be done quickly and smoothly as we have souls dedicated to the light waiting just off in the wings. It will not take long for one former politician to pack up his or her desk and go home, and many of these corrupt members of your governments are already away from their designated posts, as they have been preparing themselves for their inevitable demise.

Reports are beginning to filter out that the light is on the verge of victory, and although there are still a few eggs to crack, the overall messages are based on truth. The light is but moments away from clear victory. What a day this will be for humanity. You have waited a very long time for this day, and your triumphant moment is soon in hand. Continue to shine your light of our existence and our peaceful intent. The success of your efforts may not be visible to you from your vantage point, but from ours we see great changes in the collective consciousness of your world.

There are multitudes of learning environments throughout this universe, and there these souls will seek the growth and structuring required of them to one day enter societies of the higher realms. All is a learning process, and all souls are free to take as long as they need to mature throughout their existence. There are no right or wrong timetables as all is choice of personal preference. Be patient with these souls. Show compassion and demonstrate for all others the love and wisdom you have acquired. Act to set the bar higher for those following just steps behind you in the learning process. Lead by example. When others see your understandings of the greater picture, they may also wish to seek higher avenues of wisdom. This is the way it has always been, and this is the way others have acted as wayshowers for you in your past.

As it has been so often said, we are one, and the paths we have chosen to take are lined with many footprints of those who have journeyed on before us. Leave your imprints on the higher path you choose to journey today, and a weary traveler will take great solace in discovering your steps that will lead him or her on in their journey.
