Your brain, mind and personality construct is designed to process information into the dimensional awareness that is prevalent within its experience.  Your mind expansion allows access to new information, which in turn allows access to expanded dimensional experience.  You can get mind-boggled into details of what is ‘new’ or you can enjoy your expansion and allow the flow of Life through you.  Within that flow comes an alignment with new information that anchors an expanded awareness.  Without judgment of better or worse, you would then anchor a dimensional ‘upgrade’ or access into an expanded dimensional awareness.  As a creative being, you are constantly being pulled toward your creative expansion.  As your mind becomes aware of new information, your focus and densification of it actually allows enlightenment.  The paradox of allowing, newness and information is born within you.

Allowing is opposite to what so many are taught, thus your creative capabilities are tempered.  Temperament is taught as valueless, except that control becomes inherent in the system.  With such cunning control, one sees control as freedom and the brain system overtakes the nature of the heart, which is to Allow connection, flow and unity.  All Life is served by unity as one gives to Life for the connection as Life continues.  The creative flow is a connection into all other life, as the currents of time and space converge into the form you focus upon.  Allowing is a courageous Knowing that the Self is a vital, cherished part of the whole, there is no ‘giving up’ in Allowing, only giving Life.… Read the rest

  You’ve probably heard about açaí berries, but with food trends coming and going so quickly, it’s possible that the facts about the fruit have gotten muddled with myths. Wanting to give you the real deal (and debunk the, well, bunk), we did a little research on exactly what exactly the deal is with these cute fruits – and the true benefits that they can bring to your diet.

“Açaí berries are deep purple fruit, about the size of a grape, that comes from the açaí palm tree, found in Central and South America,” says Amy Shapiro, M.S., R.D., C.D.N. of Real Nutrition NYC. Especially plentiful near the Amazon, these sweet-tart berries have a flavor that Shapiro describes as “a marriage between a blackberry and dark chocolate.” Sounds delicious, no? 

As far as açaí being a nutritional superfood – well, you’ve heard right on that one. Over a view years many humans will leave earth, because they don’t want to complete the ascension process. They will be moved to other planets where they can proceed with their own pace.

They will have it much easier than they had it on planet earth, because they are no longer exposed to this negative energy. Under these conditions they will make the ascension much easier than if they were to stay on Earth.

Patience is a virtue that is will always come into play each and every day. Some of you practice being patient while others struggle with this and this struggle can develop into a challenge. Understand what it means dear ones to be patient. When you are applying patience, you are demonstrating self-control, your composure speaks of your ability to hold back without allowing any feelings of anxiousness take over that can cripple your success of holding back and creates panic as a result. We witness the difficulty of being patient by many of you. It is understood that is characteristic is one that can be difficult to adopt as a virtuous action. Applying patience and holding onto your composure does require dear ones a great deal of focus and discipline from you. ☽ All the Universe moves according to elegantly flowing patterns.  The tide ebbs in and out.  The phases of the moon meticulously transition and repeat themselves as they progress alongside the  passing of the days of the month.  The planets dance around the sun, the stars align, our bodies-ours and Gaia’s-reflect inwardly and outwardly the effects of these rhythms and cycles.  We are constantly in motion, forever evolving.  As there are no accidents and only synchronicities, we perform in perfect harmony to the musical heartbeat of the Universe.
