THE ENEMY EXPATRIATION ACT -
H.R. 3166: Enemy Expatriation Act (#EEA)

The Enemy Expatriation Act is yet another treasonous bill similar to the National Defense Authorization Act that was signed into law by President Obama on New Years' Eve. The NDAA, which authorizes the indefinite detention of American citizens on U.S. soil, was met with outrage from the American public. The media largely refused to cover the NDAA until it was too late, and the bill had been signed into law. We are now faced with a similar situation. The Enemy Expatriation Act has been introduced in the House, and again, the media refuses to cover it. The American public have the right to know about a bill that could revoke their United States citizenship, and the continuing media blackout poses a serious threat to the freedoms this country pledges to provide its citizens.

The Enemy Expatriation Act is a short, yet dangerous bill. The purpose of the bill is "to add engaging in or supporting hostilities against the United States to the list of acts for which United States nationals would lose their nationality" [ http://www.govtrack.us/congress/bill.xpd?bill=h112-3166 ]. Put simply, this bill gives the U.S. government the power to revoke your citizenship, thereby nullifying your RIGHTS as an American citizen, if they believe you are even merely SUPPORTING acts against the United States. The Obama administration has pledged not to use the NDAA against American citizens [THIS IS NOT CORRECT: SEE P.S. BELOW]. However, if this bill passes, you could be stripped of your citizenship, and subjected to the full, treacherous acts of the NDAA. You will no longer have your rights as a citizen to protect you.

Who introduced this abomination to the House of Representatives? Charles Dent, a Republican from Pennsylvania's 15th District [ http://bit.ly/wcICxr ], and the sponsor of the Enemy Expatriation Act, posted the following YouTube video about his proposed legislation: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Hzpr7bL1Iw4 . One thing you should notice immediately is the dislike bar. This video has 9 LIKES, and over 1,000 DISLIKES at the time of this statement. In addition, an ongoing poll from popvox.com shows that 92% OPPOSE this legislation [ http://www.popvox.com/bills/us/112/hr3166 ]. Charles Dent is no Representative of the American public by ANY meaning of the word. This bill is yet another act by the government designed to give them the ultimate authority over us. The last time I checked, the Constitution reads WE THE PEOPLE. Clearly, the government has no intention of serving its citizens if our lawmakers take no consideration of our opinions or our rights before attempting to pass legislation such as the NDAA and the Enemy Expatriation Act.

In order to stop the Enemy Expatriation Act and all future acts of the U.S. government which revoke our freedoms and attempt to shred the last remnants of our Constitution, it begins with you - with all of us. The media refuses to provide us with the information we need to play a part in our own futures. The government refuses to allow any consideration of the direction we, the people, wish for this country to go. We must be the ones to inform the people. We must play an active role in our future. We are trained to be divided by the media, by the government, told that it's all about petty issues when it's not. The issue at hand is our future, and the reality of the present is that the government is slowly revoking our freedoms and our voice. WE NEED TO ACT NOW – EVERY ONE OF US

Message to the entire Light Force on Earth

We came here with a goal to help the Earth ascend. The plan was to help her cleanse all her bodies (physical, emotional, mental and spiritual) of dense energy, allowing her a full ascension to her new evolution in the 5th dimension.

We also had a goal to help enlighten humanity, encouraging them to align to the divine flow of love, cleansing their dense energies, so they could join the Earth in her ascension.

Millions of us have worked since Atlantis, using love, wisdom and LIGHT to achieve these goals. We have attained our major goals. The Earth is now ascending, putting in place the final touches of cleansing her emotional, mental and spiritual bodies. Her ascension will continue over the next 18 months. And billions of people are now proceeding to their personal ascension because they’ve aligned closer to source and are more in their heart space.

In highest truth, we know linear time does not exist. But in the third dimension, timing has always been part of the ascension plan. There was a predestined time arranged for Lightworkers to awaken and remember who they were, to move into mastery, finish their work here and cleanse themselves of any dense energies, so they could make their personal ascension.

The Earth also had set a specific time for her cleansing to occur. Her subtle bodies (emotional, mental and spiritual) have been sufficiently cleansed in this time period. But her physical body has only been partially cleansed. She now needs to cleanse it quickly to keep within the time frame.

Regarding the reality on Earth. There are many parallel realities running at any one time. The one that we see being played out in the moment is the one that has been given the most energy input and agreement. This also applies to our own life. The way to change a current reality is to put energy into a different scenario.

As it stands now:
1. Earth is ascending, but will leave her physical body behind. Note: The physical Earth has its own life force and can continue on in third dimensional form.
2. The Earth has begun to use water to cleanse dense energies. She intends to bring the physical Earth into as pristine a condition as possible, in order to give it the most assistance for when it commences its own journey toward ascension. This action has many ramifications.

If we wish to help the Earth change the process of cleansing with water (which we see is beginning to occur now) we need to do something that will permit her to restore the original Plan of cleansing with Light, if she wishes to do so. Note: Our action would help Earth overcome the interference that has been, and is being, created by those powers that encourage fear based thought patterns to undermine Light projects. If we can get sufficient numbers to put their energy into restructuring the future of Earth, we have the chance to change this reality, if it be in Highest Divine Order.

This would mean:-
1. The Earth will continue her ascension, but may be able to include her physical body in that ascension process, if it can be quickly cleansed with Light.
2. The Earth could cease cleansing with water.

The most optimum way to handle this is to do a Decree. A Decree is the Right of every incarnated Lightworker and Starseed on Earth to request action from the Higher Realms of Light, to act on our behalf. In many instances the Higher Realms cannot act to assist because under the ‘Universal Law of Non Interference’ they require the authorization of the inhabitants of a planet.

Where it is difficult to see the Higher picture or we feel we may be emotionally too involved, it can become hard to be specific in our request. So, it has always been permissible, and often advisable, to ask that Highest Order takes place concerning a specific situation. In that way, rather than stating our personal preferences, we keep our own desires out of the way. It’s easy to become personally and emotionally involved in ‘outcomes’. This form of decreeing allows what is best and right for the Earth in Divine Order. Please read it through and see if it resonates with you.

Important: The decree needs to read through THREE times (Holy Trinity/Power of Three) and needs to be word perfect each time. That does not mean it has be read at the same speed, or have the same pauses, etc. but MATHEMATICALLY it does need the wording to be the same. NOTE: A Decree, if done correctly, only needs to be said once (but three times through).

What to do:
Please take this step seriously. If you are not in the right space, it may not reach where it needs to go. We need to become still and peaceful, aligned to highest Light, and step into our highest point of evolution. That means step fully into our mastery and merge with our I Am Presence of our Highest evolution.

First step:
“I demand that I am now fully aligned with my I Am Presence of my Highest evolution.”

The Decree (to be said three times):

“By Divine Decree, in the Name of God and under the Law of Grace, I ask the Highest Realms of Light, to act now on my behalf, in Highest Divine Order concerning the final cleansing and the full Ascension of Earth.”

Having said the above decree through three times, then please say the following line once –
“So Be It. So Mote It Be. It is Done.”

With the Grace of God, may the decree reach the required mathematical number on Earth to bring into being the Highest Light Plan of God to take this beloved planet Earth to her new evolution in the 5th dimension in the manner she prefers for herself and all her life forms.

Fox News Will Not Be Moving Into Canada After All

As America's middle class battles for its survival on the Wisconsin barricades -- against various Koch Oil surrogates and the corporate toadies at Fox News -- fans of enlightenment, democracy and justice can take comfort from a significant victory north of Wisconsin border. Fox News will not be moving into Canada after all! The reason: Canada regulators today announced they would reject efforts by Canada's right wing Prime Minister, Stephen Harper, to repeal a law that forbids lying on broadcast news.

Canada's Radio Act requires that "a licenser may not broadcast....any false or misleading news." The provision has kept Fox News and right wing talk radio out of Canada and helped make Canada a model for liberal democracy and freedom. As a result of that law, Canadians enjoy high quality news coverage including the kind of foreign affairs and investigative journalism that flourished in this country before Ronald Reagan abolished the "Fairness Doctrine" in 1988. Political dialogue in Canada is marked by civility, modesty, honesty, collegiality, and idealism that have pretty much disappeared on the U.S. airwaves. When Stephen Harper moved to abolish anti-lying provision of the Radio Act, Canadians rose up to oppose him fearing that their tradition of honest non partisan news would be replaced by the toxic, overtly partisan, biased and dishonest news coverage familiar to American citizens who listen to Fox News and talk radio. Harper's proposal was timed to facilitate the launch of a new right wing network, "Sun TV News" which Canadians call "Fox News North."

Harper's attempts to make lying legal on Canadian television is a stark admission that right wing political ideology can only dominate national debate through dishonest propaganda. Since corporate profit-taking is not an attractive vessel for populism, a political party or broadcast network that makes itself the tool of corporate and financial elites must lie to make its agenda popular with the public. In the Unites States, Fox News and talk radio, the sock puppets of billionaires and corporate robber barons have become the masters of propaganda and distortion on the public airwaves. Fox News's notoriously biased and dishonest coverage of the Wisconsin's protests is a prime example of the brand of news coverage Canada has smartly avoided.

(NaturalNews) Three new pieces of legislation are set to be presented before the 111th Congress, and each one would increase the regulatory guidelines for genetically-modified organisms (GMO). Authored by Rep. Dennis Kucinich (D-OH), the three bills would mandate GMO labeling, require proper GMO safety testing, eliminate seed patenting, increase rights and protections for farmers, and administer full liability to biotechnology companies for damage caused by GMOs.

First introduced by Rep. Kucinich back in 2003, the bills reflect common-sense policies that are in the best interests of consumers rather than corporations. They offer both transparency in food labeling and reasonable safety guidelines concerning the cultivation of GMOs.

The Genetically Engineered Food Right to Know Act, or H.R. 6636, simply requires any food item containing GMOs to be labeled as such. Consumers have a right to know what they are putting in their bodies, especially as it concerns harmful substances like GMOs. And the bill does just that, as it establishes an open and transparent food labeling system.

The Genetically Engineered Food Safety Act, or H.R. 6635, mandates that each GMO be copiously evaluated prior to being approved for cultivation. This includes researching how it will affect other nearby crops, the environment, and human health. The bill forces the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) to screen each GMO individually and examine any and all health concerns associated with them, as well as places a moratorium on all pharmaceutical and industrial crop until all regulatory guidelines are met.

The Genetically Engineered Technology Farmer Protection Act, or H.R. 6637, protects farmers from being sued by biotechnology companies for supposed patent infringement. When GMO seeds or pollen drift into nearby fields, for instance, current laws have actually allowed biotechnology companies to sue farmers for allegedly violating intellectual property rights. All this will change with H.R. 6637, as biotechnology companies will become fully responsible for any negative impacts caused by their products, including incidents of contamination.

Monsanto to enforce food regulation.

Under the guise of protecting Americans from food-borne illnesses, Congress has passed the S510 Food Safety Act, granting unlimited power to the FDA to oversee the processing of food from farm to table.  The FDA has led the public to believe over a number of years that we desperately need government protection from food-borne illnesses.  As a result of this manipulation, the S510 Food Safety has been passed without opposition.  Ironically, the regulatory actions made possible by this bill will only promote the type of farming that produces food borne illnesses.

The S510 Food Safety Act will regulate the entire process of food production from every source in the United States.  Farms must submit to government inspections and have safety documentation on record for 2 years.  This documentation must be made promptly available upon oral or written request by an FDA agent. Farms are responsible for the fees associated with their own inspections.  The FDA will also oversee food transportation within the United States; food imported from other countries will not be regulated but must simply carry a guarantee of safety by the exporting country.  This imbalance in addition to the bill-related costs imposed on farmers will cause prices of locally produced food to increase exponentially.

Starting with the enactment of Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point (HACCP) measures by President Bill Clinton in the 90’s, the biotech/agribusiness industry has been making the necessary moves to arrive at this point; while HACCP is focused on prevention, the S510 Food Safety is focused on inspection. Combined, these laws will enable the FDA to completely control the process of food production. As if controlling our food weren’t enough, the agribusiness industry is voraciously seeking to have vitamins and supplements be redefined as drugs, so that the FDA can limit the amount that can be legally purchased.  Once we can no longer take the proper amounts of nutrients for prevention of disease, we will be forced to turn to the pharmaceutical industry for medication.

As the bill is written, the FDA must consult with “farmer representatives” to publish guides for good practice.  The farmer representatives will no doubt include Monsanto, the biotech company standing behind the bill that stands to benefit from it the most. The FDA is intimately linked with Monsanto – Michael Taylor, a lawyer who volleys between an appointed post at the FDA and employment by Monsanto, pushed through the concept of “substantial equivalence”, which opened the doors for Monsanto to flood the market with unlabeled Genetically Modified Organisms (GMO’s).  In July 2009, the Obama Administration appointed Taylor “Food & Drug Czar” as head of the FDA. This move ensures Monsanto’s influence of its own regulation. The fox now has the keys to the hen house.

S510 grants the FDA and in turn, Monsanto, unbridled power to make all of their own rules for governing food going forward:

‘(d) No Limit on Secretarial Authority- Nothing in this section shall be construed to limit the ability of the Secretary to review and act upon information from food testing, including determining the sufficiency of such information and testing.’

The FDA will determine if, when, and what types of food safety testing are necessary. “In the interest of national security”, the FDA will decide what information will be made available to the public.  In keeping with their trend of raiding farms and markets that sell raw milk, the bill also provides for the organizing, training and equipping of animal, plant, and food emergency response teams.

The L.A. Times reported that in June of 2010, four officers raided Rawesome Foods, an organic food co-op in Venice California, with their guns drawn. The officers were in search of raw, unpasteurized milk. Cartons of raw goat’s and cow’s milk as well as blocks of unpasteurized goat cheese were among the groceries seized by federal, state and local authorities. If raw milk could produce such an excessive show of force when there were no laws being broken, what will happen now that there is a law in place?

Interestingly, the bill includes a provision requiring parents to provide documentation to their children’s school regarding any food allergies their children have.  On the surface, giving the school administration advance notice of an allergy seems like a good thing; however, as Truth Squad has previously reported, Department of Homeland Security (DHS) “Fusion Centers” across the country are consolidating and standardizing the databases of local and federal agencies in an attempt to fight foreign and domestic terrorism. These “fusion centers” violate the 4^th & 5^th Constitutional Amendments and set up frightening Stasi-like government lists, with no judge, no jury, no due process. Do you want your child in the DHS database?

Since the bill was first introduced in March of 2009, articles written about it have done their best to squelch any fears consumers might have of losing their favorite local farmers’ markets by supposing they would not be included.  This created false hope: Within the US, “very small businesses” are to be regulated, including farmers markets, farm stands and Community Supported Agriculture (CSA’s).  In fact, the only exclusion is food grown for personal consumption.  In other words, our only hope is to each learn how to grow our own food, because the day is coming when that will be the only food safe to eat.
