Yet to do this requires a passionate decision. It requires the choice for Love to be your reality, your choice, that you might hold to Me as the waves of Love come and be clear and joyous as you see the change as every limited box that you have lived in, every perception of less than Love falls away and all that the ego fought to receive, you are free to give as part of this tsunami of Love that seeks the conduit of your glorious heart.

You will find that you experience such exhilaration as freedom calls you Home to your true identity as the vast and glorious consciousness of the Love I Am, and gives you access to the power of Creation itself, power beyond the imagining of the little mind, but power that only Love directs. It is power that when life on Earth shifts to the heart and all the ways of selfishness dissolve, that you might stand free as the open vast and giving heart, the center of the universe, the hologram.

You will be amazed as you reclaim who you truly are as the ecstatic outreach of My living heart. The world shall become the most intricate mandala of interwoven hearts of peace and consciousness that leaps beyond the boundaries of a physical world.

So the shift to the heart to which I call you now is dramatic, profound and brings the experience within you that sources every answer to every question, that the reality of Love makes it unnecessary for this shift to be mirrored or reflected in the outer world as some dramatic and difficult change.

The world is the reflection of your hearts and as you give yourself to Love, then all you see is shown to you through your heart's perception as a world of perfection, beauty and infinite grace in which the outcome of every movement is good. The experience of every moment as Love and the peace beyond the understanding of the mind is your ever-present Home as you rest within Me, allowing your heart to be the transparent and open heart of God that Love may shine itself forth to bring a world of unity and endless joy and gratitude for the gift of life that is ever given to you Now. It shall continue to be given that it may be amplified by your glorious heart continually.

This brings us once again to your choice. You are the Will of Love made manifest, a Will that has been obscured by the ego which has turned everything Love values backward. But the shift to the heart shall make your world "right" again, as the axis of your reality becomes the Vertical, as you step into the flow of life that is the eternal song of endless joy and the ecstasy of Love. Love will create through you a world of such beauty, it is beyond the imagining of the mind.

Are you willing to give your heart to Love, to allow these waves of Love to bring you freedom from all the ways that you have armored yourselves and hidden the vast and glorious magnificence of your true being? You did this in order to fit in to the consensual reality of life in the world as it is currently seen. I promise you the world of Love already exists. It is only a radical shift in perception away. It is the simple change from viewing the world from the two eyes of duality focused through the ego's dream of who you are… to the experience of the present and eternal explosion of joy that is the heart's reality and your identity as the vast unlimited vehicle of this Love.

The vision of the heart, the single eye of the Spirit of which Jeshua spoke will show you, beloved ones, a world so different that you will truly feel your axis change as you give yourselves to this pulsing River of Love that Love may not only do its work through you but give to you the vision of the instrument that Love created, the vehicle that Love can use that is your heart.

So, please, come Home to Me and take this leap in trust. Fall back into the ocean of this perfect Love. Give yourself the experience of true freedom, even if for only a moment, for that moment will change your life. That moment is the experience of the Now. It is the birth of all Creation awakening to itself and in one second, the change can come if you allow it.

Take back into yourself all the perceptions of fearful change that have been painted on the ego's canvas of the world. Bring them to your heart, trusting Me, and let Me show you what they really mean, that the shift of the polarities or the axis of the Earth symbolizes the shift from head to heart. It symbolizes the radical shift to trusting Me so profoundly that all separation between us ends and you are Home, Home in the endless cosmos of Love. Through your heart you see the world that Love creates and nothing else.

Take back all illusions to fearful states and all projections of ego of a future that contains any difficulty at all. Let Me show you how such difficulties can only occur when this Love meets a barrier erected out of fear. And yes, I know, beloved ones, that it is not easy to trust if you see the world through the lens of your human self. If you judge even the next moment from the past experience of duality that holds both Love and its opposite, then it is hard if not impossible to let go.

But if you allow this Love to turn your world to something else and to give you the experience Now of life through the heart, then I promise you it will be effortless to give yourself to this glorious flow, to become the conscious Twin Flame heart, the being who holds within the keys to all Creation that you become the force of Love through which Love manifests, and that the world you see is the truth of only Love. That is what I Am and thus, what you are and your heart will show you.

So, as you shift to your heart and let your heart turn your world upside down, you will find the prediction of the "end of time" is valid, but not as a human suddenly without clock or calendar. Instead it will be as a being of Light and Love for whom the galaxy, the cosmos, the All of God is your Home and who lives forever in the eternal Now that is the only moment where life is.

Let yourself recognize that every flood, every tsunami, every hurricane is the reflection of the fearful state of ego in its response to this great in-rush of Love that it places outside of itself and makes fearful that you might remain in this limited state, obeying the will of ego to believe in a world in which Love and other than Love are at war -- which in the truth of the heart is not possible.

As enough of you allow this polar shift to occur, fall back in trust into the ocean of Love I Am, as enough of you allow the world you live in to turn around, to become the flow of endless outward giving…then the magnetic power of your collective heart will create enough pull to flip the others, effortlessly and gently, into a whole new view, a whole new experience of what life is when seen through the single eye of the heart and perceived as Love's reality.

So everything the ego presents as pictures of collective possibilities of other than Love as you enter this time of change…bring it within. Bring it to Me and let Me show you what the truth is, the truth of Love that only the heart can recognize and you will find yourselves dwelling in the deep peace and ecstatic joy of the true reality of Love that is truly beyond the understanding of the mind and beyond the world perceived by the collective consciousness created by the ego mind.

Dearest ones, please welcome it! Welcome it all… Welcome the polar shift of your reality. Welcome this rushing, endless tsunami of Love. Welcome the end of the dream of dualistic time. Open your heart and step into the mystery of this change, surrendered to Me, that I might give you the fullness of your true identity as the heart of God.

As you find yourselves experiencing these waves of Love, they will show you life in its sparkling glory and bring to you the perfect communion with All That Is, with every molecule, with each dancing electron…that you might rejoice in the endless communion of the unity of life that the heart sees and the joyous experience of being that which holds in consciousness the very energies of Creation, the masculine and feminine entwined in a powerful and endless dance of co-creation beyond imagining.

Beloved ones, as you allow this shift, then you will also find that the heart then infuses the mind with Love and the ego's perception of separation disappears. Thought becomes the flow of the living Spirit and every word is an expression of the highest Love and the joyous life of God that we share.

Through the heart and this profound shift, all separation between us ends but what truly happens, what you will find is that the separation was never there. It was only an illusion, the result of a decision to perceive other than Love, to live other than this truth of God that has always been, shall always be, is ever alive in this glorious Now. Love is your true reality and I Am your Real identity. You are My heart always.

And so when you are in a constant state of remembrance of who you are, which is the Divine expression of your Godsource on Earth, then it is easier to accept the external shifting of Earthly life. When you think of the transformation of Light that has taken place within you, of course your external world must rearrange itself to accommodate your new vibration.  This is a cause for celebration at a soul level! This is a deeper realization of your Truth in conscious expression.

Your human personality and the Earthly rules and the old paradigms of worry about what people think and that things are not working the way they “should” by those old definitions, is a painful time – but only to that aspect of yourself that is holding onto the old human rules and paradigms. Know what we mean? Your Divine Self is celebrating the greater expression of you! The mistake that is made is to continue to look outside yourself for reassurance or truth or what to “do”. It does not come from there. It comes from in here. It comes from keeping, no matter what, your connection with a Loving, open heart to Divine Source that is expressed in you. Feel it. Your brain is secondary. Your thoughts are there to help you process your feelings into concepts - but stay in the heart. The heart is where the Truth lies and where your pilot light burns with your Truth.

Keep your mind in check. Keep your mind from controlling you, for the mind only processes information from the past, for it cannot know the future. It is only a processor, like a computer. But the heart, the heart is your true source. Take dominion over your mind. This is what meditation helps with, along with music, laughter, friends, family, animals, nature…all this is to keep you heart-centred. This is a perfect day to remind you of this. And then you realize every day is Love day.

Heal the wounds of your heart. The sadnesses, the fears, the hurts, the yearning, the wounds - for these are all from the past. Do this by asking for this to be so. Be willing to let go of what has hurt you, in your known an unknown experience. Let Love in. Choose to be otherwise. Allow forgiveness to permeate your being so that it becomes compassion. Ask for the compassion of the Buddha. Ask to know mercy like Mother Mary, Quan Yin and Mary Magdalene. Ask for the courage of David. Call upon the lion to stand by you and the lamb to be in your arms. Call upon peace in your being.

Think of it this way: you are Source and were asked to come into a dense vibrational experience to expand the consciousness of Source. So you honourably agreed to come, manifest in a three-dimensional human form and be subjected to dense, dualistic human experiences. And now you remember that there is more. The spark has been ignited and there is no turning back. You are remembering, in each now moment, who you really are. You are the original Divine Spark, the big one – that is even so much greater than the little one that has been lit in you now. Consider the possibilities! They are as boundless as Source Itself.

Okay, so you have found yourself tangled in your previous human creations. That’s okay. Now that you know who you are, and remember in each moment, and move around life more and more and more expressed as Original Source, you are naturally, awesomely, perfectly, miraculously, mind-blowingly, Earth-shatteringly, always in the right place at the right time doing the right thing in the right way and nothing else matters but that.  So you see, you don’t actually have to do anything other than follow the truth of your heart in the moment. Speak your Truth. Be your Truth. Love your Truth. Work your Truth. Exercise your Truth. Walk your Truth. Eat your Truth. Live your Truth. And do it all with Love. You see, if you are expressing the Big Love, then all things are right in your world.

So how do you know, you ask? Follow what makes your heart soar. Deal with the disharmonies with Love. Stop what doesn’t work and begin what does. Don’t push against anything. Love it to peace. Do not run away. Accept. Surrender. Love. And it miraculously works out. Trust. Trust. Trust. Divine patience in all things. There is a larger plan that you are not in charge of, so let go and let God. Your work is to find the love of God expressed through you and allowing your mind to follow your heart. Peace. Peace. Peace. The mind cannot find peace on its own, it must be governed. It must be trained. It must be chilled through Divine understanding.

So lovingly complete unfinished business. Wrap it up with Love. And begin to draw near to what pleases your heart! Surround yourself with supportive, uplifting experiences and people. Ask in each moment where you are to go and what you are to do…follow your own Divine inspiration. Do what brings you joy. If it doesn’t and you can choose otherwise, do it. If you need to do it, then find peace and love in it. Push against nothing. Resist nothing. It causes drag on your own heart, and hearts are meant to be free, unburdened, unbroken and unteathered. Nurture your heart in this way. Consider it your greatest gift, your deepest treasure – something to be healed and guarded and expanded and used!

In practical ways, it is important to get on doing what makes you happy. It is like when you are working in the garden and you need to weed and clear and dig and rebuild and redesign and invest and rearrange and reseed…all the while you are glad in your heart with each thing that you are doing…it doesn’t even matter what is or isn’t accomplished, you are just enjoying each now moment. And then, when you least expect it, and angel will tap you on the shoulder and there will be something else to do, somewhere else to go, someone else to share it with, something new! Just find peace in tending your garden. Relish in the beauty and serenity and simplicity. Be grateful for everything - the good, the bad and the ugly - for it is all Divine! Live in a constant state of gratitude. No matter what it appears like on the outside. It is all Divine inside. Worry for nothing, as that is old behaviour. And most of all, know that it comes from inside you. You need not do or get or have anything from the outside. Be at peace with who you already are. The answers do not come from outside you – even through this message – it is just prompting you to remember what you already know. Who you already are.

So. There is nothing to do. There is everything to be. Just radiate it. Be the peace of it. Know it. Share it.

And all the while you will have followed your own heart back unto itself…the Original Source that is you. In the meantime, you will have unfolded a beautiful life filled with all that you desire, because it is just the external reflection of you. You created it because you are the Creator. Make it beautiful. Make it more extraordinary beyond your imagining. This ends how it began, reminding you that you are beautiful. Feel it from the inside and all will blossom from there. It is not out there. You need none of it and when you have let go, you will realize you can have all of it. Just like Dorothy in the Wizard of Oz!

You are Loved beyond measure. You are cradled in the arms of God. Remember to have fun and play and feel the lightness of your True Spirit.

In order to bring a soulmate connection into your life, you may need to identify and work with some deep-seated core issues. One core issue shared by many is trust. This is because many people fail to understand the right use of trust and, as a result, they have had numerous negative experiences around this issue.

Some people have unknowingly closed their hearts due to past hurts and rejections. This closing initially occurs at a time when something painful happens that causes a loss of trust. Fearing future recurrences, the person vows never to love or trust anyone again. Such resolutions create an energetic field that serves as a shield against future intimacy.

One challenge to reopening one's heart is that it doesn't feel safe. One thing that can give a person the confidence to love again is learning to discern when it’s appropriate to trust. Those things that can be trusted are the workings of the universe, the love and guidance of our higher self, universal laws, and one's intuition.

When it comes to others, we can always trust another person to act in accordance with their present level of spiritual understanding, no more or less. It is when we trust that others will act in a way that’s inconsistent with their understandings that we feel hurt and betrayed. As we accept and see others as they truly are, we have no need to trust them to act in any way other than they are.

Light Quotient, Star Quotient and Diamond Quotient.

Many of us have an understanding and have heard about our Light Quotient. During some of the workshops we are teaching we have been given new information about this subject and we have been given two new Light Quotients.

The Light Quotient is the amount of crystalline energy that the body holds.

The Star Quotient is the amount of cosmic energy that the body holds.

The Diamond Quotient is the amount of Diamond energy and how far we are with transforming our physical body into a Diamond body for Cosmic Ascension.

The Star Quotient or cosmic energy is what assists us with turning the Light Quotient or crystalline energy into Diamond.

Let’s say our body is the coal (light quotient, crystalline energy) and the Star Quotient is what compresses the Light Quotient, the crystalline energy (the coal) into Diamond.

Simple enough, right?

Now how do we work on this?

I asked the ones that gave us the information, Kuthumi and Dr. Stone. Here is what they have to say.

I Am Kuthumi and I am here today with someone most of you know from his time on earth and all the books and information he was able to convey to you about the Light Quotient and Planetary Ascension, Dr Joshua David Stone.

He joined us many years ago after his completion of Planetary Ascension and Cosmic ascension, moving on to the world of the Ascended Masters. Just kidding, we actually do not have a world like that. We exist within the oneness, and as so, we speak of the oneness as being within Source.

It is time to release the new Information that is now available within the energies, within your universe. The Star Quotient and Diamond Quotient. Since Dr Stone was a specialist in this area while on earth, he is the one I, Kuthumi, thought would be the right person to give this new information to the ones that wish to receive.
With great pleasure I give you Dr. Joshua David Stone.

Welcome to all who are reading this, I am Joshua David Stone and I speak to you through this channel as we are now able to release the information that was held within the higher dimensions and is now available for you to receive as you wish. During my time one earth I worked on my Light Quotient, this enabled me to complete Planetary Ascension. From the moment I left our amazing planet I have been working with the Ascended Masters and many other beings of light who welcomed me in their group as an Ascended Master and I have been anxious to release all the new information that came available to me at that moment.

When I was on earth, we knew about Cosmic Ascension and I went through the process the moment I left with leaving my body behind. Now it is the time to actually go through Cosmic Ascension without leaving the Physical body behind. I am so excited that this time has come and I am waiting anxiously to greet many of you here in this new place that I have found within the oneness of God.

The Light Quotient is still an important part of the process as this is what fills your physical body with the crystalline energies. Once you are beyond a Light Quotient of 80%, you will start building your Star Quotient. The part where you go from 80% to 99.9% Light quotient will bring your Star Quotient to around 50%. From there you start to build your Diamond Quotient, turning the crystalline energy into diamond energy.

The process of Cosmic Ascension is something that has been done before, and it took many life times to complete as we all know. In this time, going up to 2012, the energy is vibrating at such speed that a new process of Cosmic Ascension is possible. Many of you have felt it already as time speeding up; some have felt like sometimes stepping out of time. This is what 2012 will be, stepping out of time for a short moment to raise the earth up and let her become one with the New Earth that is being prepared within the Higher Dimensions.

All will be welcomed on the new earth, as the new earth still will have some of the lower dimensions needed for groups that will have to complete Planetary and Cosmic Ascension. Many more dimensions will be available for you to explore and see as you will move with the earth to the new earth.

Now I am getting off subject but I am so excited that the time is almost there, the Star Quotient and Diamond Quotient, how do you work with that?

There are many different ways, but in my opinion the most important one is to be connected within to your own Source Being. Another thing is to start working with energies beyond the 5th dimension. There is so much out there and the guidance needs to come from within you.

One thing I have always said and I will say it again, learn to channel, learn to communicate with your Higher Self, your Soul, your Source being, and with that of course can come the guidance from all of the Ascended Masters and Beings of Light that are here waiting for you to give you the information, the guidance. But most importantly, live from the heart, connect with your heart, connect with the being that you are in spirit. Follow that intuition, let yourself be guided and move beyond the limitations of the 3rd dimension.

As you might know from all the books I have written, I dedicated myself completely to the ascension path, this is what I was meant to be doing. For many of you it is what you are meant to be doing, you already know this. Many will let things hold them back and you will have to move beyond this feeling, this block. This block is what we call the 3rd dimension, limitations all over. Once you can move beyond that, you will find the whole universe behind you to support you. And I can tell you now, this is the first block. Many more will come on your path as you will integrate more of your own source being into the physical body into the third dimension.

Now what about all those people that have never even heard about Planetary or Cosmic Ascension? Yes we know there are many; they will get the chance to complete this on the New Earth. They are going to need teachers though and this is why you are here. To start your world service contract that will be fully in play once you arrive onto the New Earth.

I am leaving you with one thought:

“It is easier to stay in the 3rd dimension than to step out of it.”

And this is the most important reason why so many, who have the opportunity, will not complete Planetary Ascension, let alone Cosmic Ascension.

Energy is a form of light, and you are a light being. A light being cannot be without light. Light does not really sleep.

When you feel energy-less, that is an idea of the mind. You have told yourself that you are without energy. You really know that you are filled with energy, for, at any moment, energy can be restored to your awareness. You could be the most tired person in the world, and, yet, what happens when you hear you have won the big lottery? Your energy revives! You have the energy to launch a rocket.

Do not interpret what I say to mean that your body is not to rest. Of course, your body is to rest. But you are to know that, at rest or swimming the English Channel, your body is filled with energy. That is what I want you to be sure to know.

Say to yourself right now: "Energy is always available to me. I am connected to an infinite source of energy. The yellow sun in the sky gives me its energy. God gives me His energy. I am energy itself."

Pause to refuel, yet know that you are an infinite source of energy.

Your intelligence is energy. You are not wanting for intelligence. Even when you do a dumb thing, your intelligence hasn't gone anywhere. Beloveds, even if you flunked school, your innate intelligence keeps your molecules intact and spinning. You can call the energy within you life, if you like. And that light of life does not even diminish when your erstwhile body drops away. You, without cease, are still energy. You, without cease, are still light.

Right now you have access to all the light imaginable and unimaginable, and right now, light being that you are, you are also the access to all the light imaginable and unimaginable. You are the Olympic Torch that is carried through the One World. You are that candle that lights another.

Here you are, all this brightness, and so often you may think of yourself and others as not much at all. You think you are limping through life when you are a high flyer. Will you please no longer downplay yourself? You are a Great Being in a Great Universe. Perhaps you have been reading too much fine print, or you have been writing disclaimers and printing them on your heart.

Now, I ask you to write exclaimers! Write in your heart now:

"I am a Great Being. I am great enough to do great things. From this day forward, I believe in myself. From this day forward, I acknowledge to myself that what God creates has to be great. How could I ever think it could be otherwise? What was I thinking? What could a child of God be worth but greatness? No longer will I belittle myself. No longer will I belittle anyone. I, who am a Great Being of God, uplift others to their greatness as well. I am a Messenger of God, so, from now on, I no longer deliver small messages to myself or anyone.

"From now on I acknowledge myself as a tribute to God. God created me to be a tribute to Him and His art. Now I accept that what God says is what I am."

I move with grace and ease here.  I move without conflict or resistance.  I swim, propelled by the force of nature.  I steer by using the power that flows.  I am harmony and ease and deep acceptance of the blessings that are mine.

Quado, do you have anything to add?

Ah, the fish is so wise.  Why yearn to be other than you are, when there is so much that one can be within the world that is given you?  Right now, with life exactly as it is, quiet your mind and your yearnings, still your regrets and criticisms, and look around.  Like the fish, learn a deep appreciation of the flow just as it is.

If you are feeling out of sorts, always ask yourself whether you are thinking of the present.  It is likely that you are out of sorts because of your focus on the past and the future, for the present, this moment right now, is always full of wonder and beauty.  It is always deep with peace.  And you can be connected with all of that wonder, beauty and peace, simply by dipping into it, breathing it in and being one with it, like falling into the heart of a flower, reaching up on the branches of a tree, riding on the wings of a bird overhead, and swimming with the fish in the flashing stream.

Fill your heart with love right now, with a deep love of life, and celebrate being alive in this moment, just as it is.  Do not allow this moment to pass without living it fully.  Swim; enjoy the feel of life on your skin.  Be who you are and be glad.

Many of you have worked in the 'Temples of the Dolphins in ancient Lemurian and Atlantis.   The sea is a part of the very fabric of your being it lives within you.  Your blood and glands pulse with the Sea from time immortal. Listen within for the Ancient Ocean breaking on the walls beneath the cliffs  Hear the sound of the birds and your heartbeat as we (the dolphins) escort you back into time, a time when you were more fluid, a time when you were bendable, more pliable. Let us swim you into a time when you enjoyed every inch of your body and your life. 

The energy of play is something that you have forgotten as you are so busy being grown up, so busy being official, so busy acting the title of your job, the title of your name, but not the 'title of your soul'.  We ask you to strip down and let the glistening essence of your celestial Dolphin come out.  Do not come out in fear of being slaughtered or being made into tuna, do not come out in fear of being in toxic waters or toxic shame.  Do not come out unless you are willing to be free, free of what haunts you, free of what burdens you, free of what keeps you in between the lines of your life.

Open up your chakras allow us to align them.  Imagine one of us from your dolphin star family, standing in front of you, body to body, chakra to chakra, heart to heart, as we blend and become One you are set free from your human constraints.  You have forgotten how simple life is, you have forgotten that all of your needs will and shall be met when you fully believe it is so.  You have forgotten about all the original love that birthed you, This love is fluid and free moving as are we; it is not to be locked away or boxed up kept on a shelf for a rainy day. It is to be shared with everyone and anyone. You have forgotten to acknowledge your brethren in the same part of the sea that you live, in your neighborhood, in your city in your country, they too are your family. 

In Mother Ocean there are no fences, no walls nor doors to keep anything out or anyone in, everything is a part of the One Ocean.  We have no enemies in the ocean because we believe it is so.  Even those that would like to make us prey, do not – because our intention is as such.  We believe we are not endangered from man, from sharks, from the larger members of our own families.  And it is so. 

We are not here for ourselves, nor have we ever been.  We are here for you.  Eventually (sooner than you realize) you will come to a point of realization that you are within all species and all species are within you, then there will be no need for us to continue our teachings in physical form.  The evolutionary patterns will shift into the next notch.   We are the dolphins.  We leave from this body, but we stay with you.  Remember our words.

 Wow, here we are already 5 days into this wonderful Journey, with incredible insight and discovery.  As you can see this practice is somewhat cumulative in nature often being described as peeling the layers of the onion we dig deeper every moment.  Each of our previous days experience becomes foundation for the moment at hand.  We are in the process of re-training ourselves to ’see’ differently as many have been conditioned to see what the governing society wants us to see.  It is an illusion and as we begin to peel away the layers to reveal more information a new world opens to us… We must let it, to be sure… We must want it from the depth of our beings.  It is a commitment to ourselves and we continue now.
