There are those of you who live on with but a portion of what others do. This will change. It is because of this change that those who control a vast percentage of your wealth have done all they can to block the implementation of your new financial system. They see these changes as a threat to the enormous amounts of wealth they have accrued over the years by bilking the people out of what is rightfully theirs. The amounts of this wealth, stolen from you, are staggering when one sees how little the people have been forced to live on.
Even in developed countries such as the United States, the working-class lives on a fraction of what they are entitled under a system based on fairness. Many other countries have a very large percentage of their citizens living in poverty, as they have not been allowed to share in the natural wealth created by a society. This will also change.
There are many other means to running a fair economic system. The system chosen today, again by a few, was designed by those few individuals themselves in order to allow them to hoard untold fortunes while this pilfering continued unnoticed by as many of the population as was possible. Those with a voice who did speak up were silenced, as your media outlets were bought up by these racketeers as an important commodity of their many assets. Without the media informing the people that something was wrong, many naïvely believed everything was right. This is also changing, and it is changing because you, the people, have taken it upon yourselves to be your own voices and begin sharing this information between yourselves, with little help from mainstream media.
Now that you have broken the ice, it is the people that are setting the agenda for the media, instead of the other way around. Some of your major media outlets will now be following your lead, and will begin to cover the events, once off-limits to them, of the important proceedings transpiring in, and above, your world today. This is the new way, and you will witness this for yourselves upon the coverage of the mass arrests of the members of your criminal organizations and their many associates. This will be your sign that these media companies are now free from the clutches of the dark ones, and will be able to continue to do what they were always meant to do, and that is to report the truth of the events of your world.
Many of you are astutely noticing leaks of these arrests and proceedings related to these investigations, as the dyke is beginning to crumble and very soon will burst, releasing the floodgates of activity all around your planet. We, the Ashtar Command, will be closely monitoring this activity and we will make certain that no forces of any kind be permitted to interfere in any way with any of these arrests or related proceedings. We remain on alert, fully prepared to intervene upon any movement perceived as an attempt to intervene in any of these matters. We have the technology to remove any number of forces immediately from wherever it is they are located and relocate them to secure facilities where they will be held to face legal charges of their own. The forces yet aligned with the criminal Cabal have been forewarned of this inevitable conclusion if they attempt to interfere. We have made ourselves clear to them, and we will honor our word.
Upon these many arrests, your society will immediately begin a restructuring from top to bottom of all governments throughout your world. The old ways of your outdated paradigm that have failed to effectively govern will be replaced with an advanced form of leadership. Under this leadership, the people of your world will be free to prosper and live their lives as truly free individuals, unchained from the doctrines of draconian rule.
The changes will be rapid and they will be effective. No individuals as well will be permitted to interfere with any of these proceedings, and any attempt to do so will be met with swift action to remove them to secure facilities where they will begin a reeducation program. This is the way it must be. All will be free to speak out in protest of anything that they wish. Your people will enjoy the right of free speech and freedom of expression, and for many of you it will be the first time you will be able to do so.
Your new leaders will initialize many new programs as soon as is possible to relieve the suffering and hardships of so many of your world. Those that are in most need of assistance will benefit first from these programs. That is the way it will be, and we feel many of you will express your wishes that this be so. What a joy it will be for many of you to finally see those who are most in need in your world receive the help they require. Many of you will be working with us and will see the joy on the faces of those receiving these blessings firsthand, and we are looking forward to doing our part to make all this possible.
Please help us help you, by clearing the last obstacles to our arrival by continuing to spread the news of our presence in your skies. We wish to see representatives of this understanding throughout all of your world, and we see you making very positive strides towards this goal each and every day as not an hour goes by without this knowledge spreading to areas and to people that have never even considered these possibilities. For this, we are truly thankful to all that are participating in these efforts, and for your reward, a new Earth for each of you to begin your lives anew. This is what you are earning with your efforts today, and it will be soon that you shall receive your reward for a job very well done.
Continue to lay the groundwork for these changes by making this information available for all to see who wish to see. This is all you can do for them, and we do not ask you to do anymore. It is important that as many as is possible be at least aware of these events as possibilities, whether they wish at this time to believe it will ever happen. This is all we intend, as it is not important for them to accept this information as fact. All will discover in due time that you spoke your truth. There will be no denying this.

When discussing the possibilities of your dream world, it is important to understand the saying “as above, so below” is very real. When you undertake nightly journeys into higher realms, your energetic vibration changes in ways that will soon bring the essence of your dream experiences into the experience of your conscious, waking world. The same is true in reverse. Conscious dreams into higher realms change the tone and essence of nightly dreams. All these journeys are best undertaken with full conscious knowing of their “realness” and implications. All explorations in consciousness -- dreams and otherwise -- are real and will change your life in ways that can't often be anticipated.
Another consideration is the way in which the nightly dream world mirrors your conscious, waking world. Dreams are one way you are able to decipher and decode the meaning of events in your waking world, and receive inner guidance about them. Your guides and higher self will always respond to the efforts you make in your waking life to work with your dreams. The effort you make in your waking world to remember and interpret your nightly dreams determines the degree to which decoding takes place within your dreams. At the same time, any conscious attempt to grow spiritually will expand the range of travel itineraries available to you in your nightly journeys.
Dreams Are Multi-layered Messages from Other Aspects of your Self
Any attempt to unravel your dreams is important and will bring results. The act of remembering and interpreting dreams is a first step. Dreams occur at many different levels, each one consisting of layered meanings. Just as there are parts of your waking world that remain unseen and unrealized until your awareness expands sufficiently to comprehend them, additional layers of your dreams are accessed with an awareness expanded by hundreds of simple dream interpretations. It is in this daily practice of working with dreams that you become fluent in the language of your soul.
This fluency opens the door to many forms of intuitive communion. Do not underestimate the importance of your dreams. They are a valuable window to the workings of your inner world. Whether awake or asleep, you are always experiencing multiple dream states simultaneously.
You may wonder how dreams are created in who is sending the messages you receive in your dreams. Both the form and message of dreams come from aspects of your self that exist beyond the boundaries of your conscious mind.
Conscious 'Waking' Dream States
One layer of dreaming involves shared dreams. Your conscious awareness has, for example, agreed to take part in many different dream states with others for the creation of shared experiences. You weave in and out of these many different dreams with variations of intensity. Sometimes you bring your focus into a few dominant dreams for concentrated learning experiences; at other times you expand into many dreams you are sampling in search of veins of needed experience. There is always an expansion and contraction of your conscious dream states depending on the purpose for growth and learning at the time. A soul that has just completed an intensive learning experience may choose to enter into an expanded sampling of many conscious dream states to fish the streams of life’s possibilities for a time before moving into another intensive period of focused learning. All conscious, waking dreams seek this balance of learning states that, when observed, resemble the cycles of the in breath and the out breath. This is important to keep in mind as this state of fluidity and flux in one’s conscious dream states can fall into judgment when not understood within proper perspective.
Some shared dream experiences are created by spiritual contracts that sometimes span lifetimes. There are souls you agree to meet while on the Earth plane for specific purposes. These soul contracts are based upon a higher purpose such as learning unconditional love, forgiveness and compassion. Sometimes these shared dreams are created to alleviate karma created in other lifetimes. Alleviating karma is essentially an attempt to gain needed understandings.
Discernment and Shared Dream States
As your awareness of shared dream states increases, you will become more discerning of the dream states in which you participate. Beware of any shared dream states you participate in by default. In your world, there are those who seek to manage and regulate conscious dream states -- their own as well as those of others. This is sometimes done for material gain by a government or industry. Intentions associated with this management and regulation of consciousness determine its outcome and karmic lessons. Conscious waking dream states are also regulated by motivations set forth as “spiritual” or “religious.” These are generally carried out with a careful interweaving of one's earliest consciousness with belief systems that support regulation through religion. The there also may be friends, family or others in your life who seek to control and regulate your conscious dream states in ways that are not aligned with your highest good. Begin following the threads of your shared dream states to gain awareness of their true essence. This will help you determine if they are worthy of your energy.
The Awakened Consciousness and Dream States
The regulation and management of waking dream states can only occur when the consciousness is not truly awakened. Once one begins to awaken inside the conscious dream, the outside regulation and management of one's conscious dream state becomes less and less possible. The awakened consciousness takes over the regulation and management of its own waking dream, working in closer communion with one's guides and angels and higher self to develop conscious agendas for spiritual evolution and world service.
This conscious awakening extends into nightly dreams experienced during the sleep state. It is here that the consciousness can truly excel, for the subconscious mind exists outside the time and space continuum of the conscious dream. It is here that the conscious awareness is able to experience other dimensions, perform world service by astral journeying to sites of suffering and catastrophe, and assist lost souls in moving on in their spiritual evolution. Not all the “guides” and “angels” who assist on the earth plane are disincarnate.

(NaturalNews) Are you aware of the Arctic Circle Doomsday Seed Vault? Technically it's the Svalbard International Seed Vault. The media has hailed it as an attempt to create a doomsday ark containing a wide variety of seeds to ensure the future of agriculture in the event of widespread crop disasters. A closer look behind the curtains finds some suspicious characters heavily vested in the vault's activity.
The doomsday seed vault is situated on the island of Spitzbergen, Norway, located in the Svalbard island group within the Arctic Circle. It exists in an old copper mine, which is connected by a long steel tunnel from outside of the mine's mountain. It is steel and concrete fortified with all the latest technological innovations for supplying power and maintaining seed security.
It is considered a safety deposit box back up for all other seed banks located throughout the world, of which there are many. Because of its remote but accessible location, entrance at 400 feet above sea level, and the permafrost protection for the vault if there is a power failure. On the surface, the project makes ecological sense.
Norway technically owns the vault, and endows those who place seeds into the vault with absolute ownership and access of the seeds. The Global Crop Diversity Trust based in Rome is the prime coordinating international agency for the doomsday vault, and they have strong Rockefeller connections.
An earlier LA Times article mentioned that all seeds are accepted, except for genetically modified seeds. However, this stipulation wasn't noticed on the vault FAQs web page. The doomsday vault donors listed include the Gates Foundation, Rockefeller, Monsanto, and Syngenta, an international counterpart to Monsanto based in Switzerland (http://www.croptrust.org/main/donor...)
International investigative journalist William Engdahl voiced his concerns in a 2007 Global Research article just prior to the vault's opening: "Doomsday Seed Vault in the Arctic - Bill Gates, Rockefeller and the GMO giants know something we don't."
Engdahl has serious issues, supported by documented historical evidence, regarding the major doomsday vault sponsors. He connects their shadowy dots from earlier 20th Century agribusiness endeavors of the usual suspects to now. They thrive on NGO front groups with humanitarian titles and push vaccinations in third world countries as well.
Even Norway was involved with producing sterilization agents that were attempted under the guise of free tetanus vaccinations - for women of child bearing ages only - in Mexico, Nigeria, and the Philippines during the 1990s.
Among the listed sponsors are: Monsanto; The Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation (Bill privately invested heavily in Monsanto stocks); world agribusiness giants Dupont/Pioneer Hi-Bred and Syngenta, both promoting GMO seeds and all the chemicals needed for large scale monoculture farming; global network groups supported by Rockefeller foundations to ensure the master monopolist Rockefellers have strong claim on agribusiness.
Engdahl points out that the so called "Green Revolution" was a steady networking grab, allowing the monopoly Rockefellers to eventually gain control over much of international agribusiness while ruining small third world farms and forcing those farmers into cheap labor pools.
How do the above mentioned groups keep their mission statements straight, funding millions into the doomsday vault while simultaneously funding large sums into The Alliance for a Green Revolution in Africa (AGRA)?
Cloaked in benevolence, AGRA is an attempt to ruin small, independent farming in Africa and replace it with GM and monoculture large scale farming, which demands all the various chemicals the private companies sponsoring the doomsday vault provide.

Your normal life expectancy is very short compared to Beings like ourselves, who are in the higher dimensions. Nevertheless you pack so much into it and virtually everyday brings new challenges, which all together make for experiences that speed up your spiritual evolution. There is no other place exactly like Earth that constantly offers such a multitude of experiences, and they can be exceptionally testing and call for strong powers of endurance. The people of Earth astonish us with their determination to succeed, by overcoming each challenge that presents itself. You are truly the victors in the battle between the Light and Darkness for the souls upon Earth. No matter how long it took you were always going to overcome the dark Ones, and it was after all decreed that this cycle would bring a firm result in your favor.
All that remains before you reap the rewards of your victory, is to remove those who would still spoil the celebrations if they could, but will not be allowed to do so. It is why you should not experience fear upon learning of the attempts that have been made to start a Third World War. We of the Galactic Federation have full authority to stop any such attempt, and our allies are briefed to intervene on our behalf. A number of events are still on track to completion over the month, and will give you the opportunity to see the beginning of the end of the powerful individuals that are the Illuminati. The Creator gave all of you the freewill to determine your experiences, and over many lives there is not much that you have not tried. Now you are much the wiser for it and most of you have held on to your Light, and never let it fully diminish. You now stand proudly with your Light shining out like a beacon, that is lighting up other people's lives. The awakening goes on at full speed ahead, and many souls are beginning to understand the purpose of life. It is the realization that you are more than your body, and that life is infinite and that you have your being in the energy that is God. This also leads to the acceptance that you are All One, and you can see all souls are interconnected and make up the whole. It teaches you that judgment is unjust and unwise, because you do not know the circumstances that have led to a soul taking a certain path in life. Indeed, most of you do not know your own background, beyond perhaps having a flashback to a previous life.
Life is a mystery until you reach a higher dimension and have acquired a greater degree of consciousness. Some things are still beyond your comprehension as you are now, and we sometimes have difficulty in finding adequate or sufficient words to convey the truth to you. All will however become clear before very long, as you who are to ascend will have that greater level of consciousness that you need to do so. It is in fact time for you to be brought into the higher levels, and your upliftment over the next few years will be staggering compared to what it is now. You will eventually join us as equals and we will welcome you back to where you really belong.
We wish you to carry forward the energies that are building up in the expectation of an unusual year of achievements, that will go down in your in remarkable history as one of astounding success. This energy will determine how quickly the end of duality comes into being, as all time lines are flexible. However, some that are leading to the most important issues that you are experiencing, are well developed and nothing will stop them from manifesting. Disclosure is still most essential to the greater development that opens up opportunities for us to meet openly with your leaders. To us your treatment at the hands of your leaders begs an explanation, as to why so much energy and resources are wasted on unproductive activities. Used in the correct way you could easily have lived in comparative luxury, as there would have been more than enough to go round. You shall in fact experience the truth of that statement, as we will re-distribute wealth and ensure that your resources are correctly used. Along with new technologies that have been denied you for many years, you will find life so satisfying and fulfilling. Even then you will by no means have reached the ultimate level, where life becomes one that is blissful, joyful and complete happiness. It will take time to reach it, as clearly not everything can come all at once. As you grow into the grand Cosmic Being you are destined to be, the levels of upliftment will come to you.
So my friends do your best not to be distracted by the problems arising from the cleansing that has already commenced, or the last gasp from those who are part of the Illuminati and are fighting to the very end. Always remember that your success is guaranteed, and all of you who desire to ascend will do so. Also do not concern yourself if events do not turn out as you believe they should, as the most important issue is Ascension. We remind you that it is unique and will be quite an experience to say the least.
