You are Love. There exists only Love. It is your misperceptions that distort Love, eclipsing the Truth from your awareness. This is changing. It is changing radically and exponentially. The light of awareness has been turned on. Awareness is now growing within the One that appears to be the many.

When one focuses on the frame, one sees the frame. When one can see more one begins to see the content within the frame, and I tell you this content, no matter what frame holds it, it is the same, and it is Love.

You have focused so much on the frame you have forgotten there is content, and as you give so little of your awareness, your focus to content you cease to be aware of its existence. You seem to merge the frame and the content making a package of differences and sameness, distorting the purity of the content, which is always Love.

So what is this Love that is said to you that you are? You have many words spoken, written, expressed regarding Love, however, just as you distorted the ONE by merging in your mind the frame and the content, you have distorted the truth about Love.

So, let us begin to say one thing love is not is a concept, and as such, only concepts can be discussed and intellectualized. Love is Known. It cannot truly be put into words. Many might argue that this is a cop-out, due to its existence being real, but I say it is only the Known that is real and the Known is always beyond the limitation of your many limited words.

You think of language as words and this is true within your physical world. You hear words spoken, see words written, you learn word’s definitions. Words are powerful tools and are being used now to convey Wisdom and Truth to you. Know this, words are of the mind. True Communication is beyond the limitations of words. True communication is Knowing and this Knowing is experienced, felt in your human experience and it transcends your limited physical world. True Communication comes when the mind is silent, thought ceases. This is why it is imperative that a quiet mind be the state in which True Communication can occur.

Once True communication is re-established much Knowing can be re-stored and your re-membering be simultaneous. Call it prayer, meditation, whatever you so wish to label it, but an open heart or heart centeredness is the channel for True communication. Since this is beyond words no real explanation can be given and much is true of the Knowing of Love, no true definition can be given as all things great and small are Love.

It is then more useful to explain what Love is not, as this is really all that can be offered as a way of preparing you for the experience of True Love. It is experience that will return you to True Knowing of who and what you are and you ARE Love, as is all. Love is the unifying factor here. All seeming differences then are not Love. Differences are imagined, not Real, not the True Essence of your nature. The very sameness that exists is Love and it is everywhere. One could say Love is consciousness, but this would be limited, incomplete, yet true.

So, for now, let us focus on consciousness as it brings in a fractal of the Truth. To be conscious or to be unconscious is the seeming dividing line you all face now. To be conscious is to be aware, yet even more. To be unconscious is to be unaware, yet this can never be really true, only experienced. To move to the Knowing that you are always conscious then is moving to the Truth, understanding that unconsciousness is just a crazy mad idea which can be experienced.

Hate can be experienced even though it is no more real than any of your many judgments of Love. There is only Love however else you may judge it. So, let us make this distinction then, to experience anything other than Love is to be in judgment of it and this distorts its True meaning. How can this be? Examine the moments of your day. At every moment you have choice, to see Love /Truth, or to see fear/ illusion.

Whatever troubles you , it is Love having been distorted by you within your mind, by you in that YOU chose to do this. As yet many of you refuse to take response-ability for choosing fear, you thwart your ability to recognize your Self. It is a cleaver yet maddening and insane game of seeking and never finding and it is time for this game to end. It is time for for the end of all suffering for all suffering comes from not being one’s Self which is Love.

So then, you can see after these many words here it is actually so simple. You are either being Love or fear, and since you are Love, fear cannot be Real, yet seem Real. You are choosing to scare yourself. You are choosing to believe in fear.

This is all that ‘wrong’ in the world and that is that fear is believed in. Whatever you believe will be, until Knowing replaces belief. Knowing is of Love, belief is of fear, but belief can be used to bring you back to sanity, back to Love.

So, belief which is generated, created from fear can be a path to Truth, to Love, as this is simple as well. All is love. There are only distortions of Love. Distortions can be dispelled returning you to Truth, to sanity. So much information has been spoken, written, through the ages to break the mental patterns of fear you have held onto due to this very fear.

It is simple, love or fear, you choose. There is no distinction made here. Is it ego choosing or is it self choosing. It is You…simple. It is time to know you are choosing all of your suffering. If you choose to end suffering stop choosing fear. If you choose peace, stop choosing fear. This is stated now in the negative. So, we can simplify even more…

Choose Love, Choose Self.
Choose Peace, Choose Self.
Choose Joy, Choose Self.
Choose Freedom, Choose Self.

What are you choosing? Are you choosing to be unconscious of Reality, choosing fear instead?

To choose Self, is to choose against fear in every moment. Do not delude yourself, for this is so simple, you cannot say you do not know nor can you say you cannot figure it out. In this moment , what are you choosing, fear? Then, choose again. Choose Peace instead. This is at-one-ment. It is here, NOW. Not later, not 2012, not tomorrow, not next year or the next. It is in this NOW moment…Love or fear, you choose.

You always have. It has always been you choosing. There are no demons beyond you. There are no demons. Only your choice to experience fear. You now have even become afraid of fear itself. Simply choose again. You will be amazed how quickly your sanity will be restored if you practice this in each NOW moment. It is certain, this is the way to end all fear. Stop choosing it. It is your re-sponse-ability.

For as you are Love and Love is All, you have the power to create whatever experience you desire. So, look at what you really desire. If you are continually choosing fear then you must face and accept this desire has been unconscious to you until Now.

Now you know, simply desire Truth instead in this moment. Action this Truth by choosing again. Choose Love instead. It is so simple. It always has been. Choose Love, choose Self.

Christ Consciousness is your experience now. You have become ONE every time you choose Now for Love, for Truth.

I am ever present to assist you as you choose. You walk not alone.

I am your brother, your sister, your mother, your father and I am you and together we are the Son. In ONEness we share Christ Consciousness…Love itself.

I AM Saint-Germain. The December Solstice, 2011 and the New Year, 2012 will arrive with energies that are intense and sometimes chaotic. They will unfold quickly toward the March Equinox, and then continue throughout the year. Our advice for now is to expect the unexpected, but to fear nothing.

Agitation will be common in the coming year, but you are reminded to remain calm. Conflicts, as well as negotiations will be difficult for awhile, so remember not to collapse into fear or worry. Stay connected to the feeling of joy that is present in every moment of your life, and all will be well. Embrace these energies and use them constructively. Let your wisdom and maturity guide you. Do not fight against them impulsively or react in haste.

Rash actions will only confirm your mistaken belief that there is something wrong with the world, when fundamentally there is not. In error, you will seek to blame each other for your problems, rather than find workable solutions together. The energies that are entering your lives now are ones of expansion and liberation, not chaos and confusion, as they will appear to be. Allow them to transform into this higher expression, and you will soon see that this is so. Trust your Inner Guidance in this.

Remember that a shift in awareness often appears destructive and chaotic to the existing order of things. This is why the stabilization and transmission of awareness requires patience, tolerance and care. You are asked to avoid excessive haste in this, and to keep your hearts open to the Love that permeates all things.

The Wheel of Transformation.

During the December Solstice and into the New Year of 2012, major transformation will continue to take place on Earth. Each phase of transformation that you have undertaken in recent years has built on previous ones – and what you have established this past year will certainly carry forward into the next one. But now, as you go into the New Year, there will be a strong infusion of intense and expansive energies that will assist you in a global awakening of awareness. This shift is for the betterment of all, although it will not always seem this way.

Remember that in addition to the personal goals that you have set for yourselves, your collective task at this time is to offer love and reason to a world that has forgotten how to do this. As you demonstrate your readiness to step forward, your Soul will give you opportunies to serve. Remember that you are always encouraged to live your life with Soul purpose and conviction.

In the coming times, you will be called insistently to take a position. You can't stand to one side any more, because the energies are shifting too often and abruptly. You will need to participate in what is happening and maintain a your equilibrium in this. You will be asked to declare your position, to move ahead with courage, and to take appropriate, but not impulsive action – trusting that you will see positive results as you hold your course.

As you move through the New Year, you and many others may feel the temptation to act impulsively, and even ruthlessly, to satisfy your needs and ambitions. And while it is true that the constraints to acting are being lifted now, you should remain calm, present, conscious, and conscientious. It is important to take one step at a time, rather than to try to do everything at once.

The wheel of transformation is turning on Earth – and the New Year will certainly bring more of this. Yet, the December Solstice invites you to bring balanced, harmonious change into your life, and the wise use of power and authority that assists others, even as it benefits you. You are invited to use self-discipline and personal mastery to attain your goals, rather than to follow your impulses. As I said before, a shift in consciousness – just like a change in your circumstances, can come in an instant. But consolidating and stabilizing such changes does not happen so quickly. There is no need to rush.

Patience and tolerance is the key here. It will save you time in the end, because you will not have to start all over again. Why repeat history, when you can author your own story, instead? That's why you are called to understand the limited but real possiblities available for transformation at this time, and then use intelligent action as you advance – to act in the spirit of forward movement, but use self-control and inner restraint when necessary.

Don't get lost in activities that dissipate or waste your energies, or confuse your mind. Stay on track, and stay clear. Bring clarity into your life, when everything else is chaotic, and you can’t go wrong.

Misery Loves Company?

As the year winds down, you are invited to work with the energies of harmony and balance in the midst of change. Maintain your sense of equilibrium, even as you move forward into the New Year, 2012 and remember that effective action is always birthed in stillness.

When it is time to act, you will feel this from inside. You will be guided by your Soul in this, and you will receive assistance from your spirit guides and helpers, too. You will not have to force anything. There is no need to yield to impulse or chaos, or to fall prey to apocalyptic thinking or rumors of darkness. Until then, remember that we are supporting you, and sometimes nudging you forward. Remember to smile often and to keep a resilient attitude, dear friends.

With the intensity of the current transformations, many will fall into chaotic thinking. Yes, soon you will encounter many who will “muddy the waters” for everyone else. They will fuss, they will complain, and they will draw attention to themselves. They will find fault with everyone and everything, yet propose nothing in return. They will hold to the status quo and fail to recognize the need for change that is arising from within them. Instead, they will fear the changes they are called to make, and regard this as a descent into chaos, madness and misery.

As the saying goes, “misery loves company” and they will certainly seek your company there. That is why you are encouraged to offer compassion when it feels appropriate to you, but to do this with a healthy dose of emotional detachment and intellectual disinterest. Avoid anything that drains you.

Your role in the coming days is to maintain your clarity of mind and will-to-goodness, to practice tolerance, and to trust that the changes taking place are for everyone's highest good. Stay present and and move forward, without falling into the chaos that others generate. When you do this, you will offer others a point of reference that will help them find their higher ground, rather than drag you down where they are.

So, in the turbulent and chaotic times that are coming to others, remember to maintain your inner balance, your sense of compassion, and your presence of mind. These are the best things that you can offer the world and yourself at this time.

A Call to Action and a Return to Love and Reason.

As the December Solstice and New Year’s energies arrive, you will feel that you are starting to speed ahead again. This doesn't mean that you shouldn't pause and reflect, as you begin this transition. You should. It only means that the momentum you are gaining now, is the new freedom that is entering your life in areas where you felt constrained before.

The coming year will ask you to find this freedom through focus and self-discipline, rather than in haste and waste; and to plan your progress in managable steps. Do not throw away your opportunities through impulsive behavior, or by submitting to the chaos of those around you. You are here to work in a positive way with the changes that are coming. Not to fear or resist them because they ask you to do things differently.

If you are feeling stuck and don't know how to move forward, don’t be hard on yourselves now. Just remember to find harmony and balance in the changes that are coming. This attitude toward your life will make it possible for you to use much less energy as you move ahead, and to make decisions that favor your growth in awareness without offering much resistance.

As you move into the New Year, 2012, the changes that are coming will require a lot of your attention. Do not fear them. Simply accept what is offered, if it feels right to you. Remember that the opportunities your Soul brings you are always for your highest good. This is how the Universe works. Change is always a call to action, and a return to love and reason. Trust this, and it shall be so.

It is our honor to connect with you in this manner; even as you see these printed words it is the vibrational offering behind these words that is most important. We continue to embrace your consciousness with new levels of light energy which triggers your own divine knowing and understanding. We are only reminding you of your magnificence.

You stand at the threshold, at the beginning of a new cosmic cycle. You have felt the shifts and changes occurring for the last few decades of your reality. Let us take a few moments to remind you of this powerful cycle that you, humanity and your planet is experiencing. We have shared this information with you in times past however once again we offer this as a reminder and a trigger to activate your own codes of awareness.

The earth’s solar system continues to move in cycles that encompass hundreds of thousands of years. These cycles move on a pathway that takes your planet farther away from galactic light and then another cycle that brings your planet closer to the galactic light. Many of your ancient texts refer to these cycles.

Your earth is now completing a cycle that took humanity away from the influence of galactic light and the activation of consciousness. Look at the history of darkness and life-diminishing chaos that has been recorded. When your solar system moves away from the light source, humanity experiences lower states of consciousness. You and your planet are now moving into a long cycle of increased awareness and heights of awakened human consciousness.

Earth is now moving forward in a cycle in which the light of consciousness will continue to increase in the hearts and minds of humanity. Each planet walker is responding to this increased vibration of conscious light in a unique and personal manner. Remember that this shift in consciousness does not occur overnight, it is however a process of increased consciousness being triggered by divine light. There is a recalibration of your personal frequency and matrix.

Remember that you are the anchor; you are the chalice for the incoming light energy. This incoming light energy is activating your inner codes of awareness and stimulating every cell of your physical body. Imagine for a moment that each cell of your physical body collects and holds these new frequencies of awakening light. You are literally transforming your body at a deep cellular level from the dense carbon-based cells into the crystalline light cells. You are becoming a true 5th dimensional Being of LIGHT.

When you openly invite and allow the frequencies and vibrations of divine awareness to trigger and transform any dense, old paradigms, old limited beliefs and programs you are truly welcoming the evolution of consciousness on your planet, through your personal energy and intention.

Remember that you anchor, embody and invite this light by your acts of kindness, by being gentle with one another, offering forgiveness, love and compassion to others. This is the most powerful time for you to step into your mastery, to personally own that you are multidimensional, here in physical form recognizing and owning your ability as alchemist, able to transform all that is in your experience.

This is the time to put aside any imagined limitation. This is the time to heal any fracture or wounded aspect of yourself. Use all the tools of consciousness to clear what remains to be cleared. Forgive yourself and others. Offer that forgiveness to your global family and leaders. Notice your judgments, notice your negative opinions, notice any resistance to change. Do your personal work; the results will be reflected in your life as well in the collective matrix.

Remember that as the light of awareness increases and is flooding your planet you can use this power to create the awesome reality that you long for. Imagine that your thoughts are being made manifest at an increased speed. Spend some time each and every day envisioning a world of peace, a world where everyone is honored for their unique qualities. Imagine a planet with clean water, healthy foods, and shelter for all. There are no limitations here. You are powerful beyond measure.

Imprint this incoming divine light with your highest and best intentions, knowing that you have the support and assistance of the celestial realms of truth and love. Everything in your physical reality was first a vibration of thought. So use your true power to work in the field of quantum energy and manifestation. Hold your hearts desire and intention in your mind’s eye and imagination. See it becoming a reality. Own that truth.

Find ways to collaborate and join with others to solve all issues that humanity faces; know that you are joined energetically by others who are also feeling this calling and holding these visions. It is a powerful force. Ask yourself and others, “What would you envision if any thing were possible?” When enough humans truly see a reality and feel that reality in their hearts, it becomes. This is a law of the universe. This is simply how energy works.

First you see it and feel it in your heart and mind creating the vibrations and frequencies that allow your vision to become a part of this physical dimension. This ability to create has always been a part of your physical reality. However, most humans have not understood this power and they have focused on the very things that they did not want, therefore the fears that they focused on and have given their energy to become their experience.

Now you have the personal invitation to shift how your use your conscious focus. This coming time is most important for you to hold clear, positive visions of the future for your planet and humankind. Every single individual is important to bringing a new reality to this planet and humanity. Your ascension as well your Earth’s ascension is on the horizon of reality. Call it forth. You are an important aspect of this truth as you assist this planet to rise out of third dimensional density and dysfunction into welcoming an age of wonder and splendor.

We acknowledge your courage to be here, on this planet during this incredible evolution of consciousness and enlightenment. We understand that the light energy that is bathing your planet and your own personal field is stimulating many changes. You could even say the changes are coming fast and furiously.

You are witnessing the phenomenal shifts and changes occurring around the globe. Every facet of life is being touched with this wave of change. Any low or dense frequency is being activated to vibrate at a more coherent higher vibration of light and truth.

Many are personally feeling these changes in their physical body and their life. So give yourself grace, be gentle with yourself and be gentle with others. Your physical body might be offering new aches and pains, your sleep might be disturbed with intense images and dreams, or you might be awakening several times each night. Perhaps you find yourself emotional for no reason, crying unexpectedly. You might be feeling disoriented, when this occurs spend some time in nature and make sure you are grounded; this feeling comes when you are moving between the dimensions. You might even be experiencing sudden changes in your life, your jobs, friendships or relationships.

This is a process of transformation, a process of transition. Every individual has as many opportunities as needed to evolve spiritually.

We also understand the desire and the longing you carry to go home, however we acknowledge and remind you that you are here to support this planet in its evolution. Remember you are a master, a star-being of great skills and gifts.

Spend time in quiet reflection, meditate, sound your emotions, gather with other like-minded beings for support. Take care of yourself, drink water, rest, laugh, and return to a state of gratitude as often as possible. Continue to reset any doubts and hold a vision of a better world. Remember to call upon celestial support and assistance; it is ever available upon your request. You are not doing the work alone. You are in partnership with the divine source. You just happen to be the one who has a physical body that interfaces with this dense dimension. It is your divine unique self in partnership with your physical vehicle that truly offers the chalice and vessel of awareness for any alchemical change.

We might say you are on the home stretch, welcoming a new paradigm, calling it forth with your heart’s intentions. Be in your joy, celebrate your acts of creation, and know fully that you are bringing about the very changes that you desire. The divine energy of light requires a bridge between spirit and matter; remember, you are that bridge of consciousness while you are in physical form.

We delight in our connection with you. We acknowledge you for your innate wisdom and deep spiritual strength and integrity and encourage you to victoriously uplift whatever you encounter and experience. Good evening dear one. We are very happy with the way events are developing. Your work is paying off, finally. You are only able to witness the storm right now. However, please believe me that once this storms clears up, you will find yourself in a brand new environment. The storm will take away all that is not grounded solidly in the new reality and vibrations of the New Earth.

Laura, you had a foretaste yesterday of what is to come ahead. The visions you have experienced were thoughts transfer from Beings living in the Higher dimensions. They have transmitted you pre-knowledge of the planet you will find yourself walk on.

Laura: Thank you for the explanation Settufeut. It was an amazing experience to see the place you live on now, high between and above the sky. I heard from one of the beings that these are the cities in the sky, made from crystal mainly, and using anti-gravitational devices. I was also shown the technology you use in order to monitor some of us and intervene in order to protect us. The sky had these amazing pink, orange, and violet shades, with the thick white clouds dispersed. Where you there? Are these white clouds your ships? Who were these beings in contact with me?

Settufeut: Well, in actual fact, there were many of us around you to support you with your long drive. The energies and light of the Winter Solstice are very refined and unique. This is why ancient monuments were always built in alignment with the solstices.

You have recognized SaLuSa immediately and shortly after, you also recognized Jeshua. The energy of these two beings is very specific for you to recognize. I guess in your terms for you, it would be characterized as a miracle.

We were glad that you enjoyed your consciousness of us and your short visit in the Kingdom. We are aware this experience was out of the ordinary for you. We also understand how grateful you are for having experienced this.

You were able to handle all the information very well, and in consequence these kind of experiences will be renewed and more and more frequent. Your Higher Self protects you by not allowing these altered states of awareness to sip through into your knowledge.

These experiences are very common by many of you, however, they are filtered out, as it were, from your consciousness. You have had a glimpse of what is here and now, and all around you, and above you.
.
When all of humanity’s blinkers will be removed, you will find yourself very rapidly in the kingdom of Heaven. This Kingdom has always been here for you, you were not allowed awareness of it, for your own protection.
.
In order to function in duality, this Kingdom of Heaven, of God had to be hidden from your sight for thousands of years. When you will all see the New Kingdom of Heaven manifest upon New Earth, you will truly find yourselves, all in paradise.

The holidays are doorways to higher understanding because they offer opportunities to access and heal painful emotions of the past. Our willingness to embrace and heal these emotions is our greatest ally in creating the emotional freedom that is a key to achieving fifth-dimensional consciousness. Energetic bookmarks - locations in consciousness where emotional energy is held - often coalesce around holidays and can be triggered each year at the same time. We don't have to live in fear or dread of painful memories, however. Instead, we can see these as portals into our own emotional landscape. As we gain awareness and insight into our emotions, we are able to open to the messages of troubled and turbulent times in our lives. These messages have the power to transport us to a new zip code on the map of our higher consciousness.

The Emotional Level of Consciousness

The emotional level of our being is located between the conscious and subconscious minds. Since emotions exist in the realm of the "unseen", they are a sub-level of the subconscious mind. We can see the emotional level as a bridge -- or a great gaping chasm -- between the conscious and subconscious minds.

Your Emotions Are Gatekeepers to Higher Consciousness

The emotional level exists between your conscious and subconscious minds, serving as a gatekeeper. This is by design. Until a person enters a place of peace and love within themselves, they won’t gain access to the vast array of advanced abilities that reside within their higher self. In this way, the emotional level is a built-in protection mechanism. If you're challenged with navigating physical reality and the realm of the emotions, you're not yet ready to take on the unknown and untested waters of the subconscious mind. Imagine this as akin to serving as captain of a small boat. If you’re unable to safely captain a boat on a small lake, you will not likely be assigned captainship of a larger boat sailing vast uncharted oceans.

We offer here some techniques for healing and clearing your emotions, which will allow you to cultivate inner peace.

The Importance of Taking Responsibility

The condition of your emotional body determines whether your emotions serve as a bridge or an obstacle to accessing your subconscious mind. It’s impossible to achieve emotional freedom until you take 100% responsibility for everything in your reality.

If you have a backlog of unresolved emotional issues, your emotions are easily triggered by events, people and circumstances in your environment. This constant emotional upheaval can lead you to "buy into" the illusion of victimhood, scarcity, self-doubt and other scenarios that leave you feeling helpless and disempowered. Helplessness and disempowerment lead to denser emotions that are triggered and catalyzed by self-pity. Self-pity at its core is a denial of the infinite nature of your being and the vast capabilities of your spirit. It leads to an ever denser array of negative emotions that can bar access to the subconscious.

When you exist in a peaceful place within yourself, you’re able to travel at will between your conscious and subconscious minds.

Discovering Emotional Triggers

In order to clear residual emotions, you will need to examine every aspect of your present reality to discover emotional triggers. While many of your emotional triggers date back to childhood, you can find access points through events unfolding within your present moment. If you keep unraveling the strings binding you to turbulent emotions, you will find these emotions are, at the source, wounded and suffering younger aspects of yourself. In other words, the emotional "wounding" happened at a point before you understood how the universe works – a point before you understood how everything that happens to you is helping you grow and learn. Once you see this, you’re far less likely to feel injured or wounded by the events, people, or circumstances in your life.

There may have been times when you felt the actions of others a 'judgment' against you, or an indication of your self-worth. You’re likely to have created situations similar to your original wounding throughout your life. This makes it possible to work with your childhood wound within the present timeframe without excavating the past to find the point of original wounding (though you may at some point choose to undertake this examination of the past as part of your healing process).

To gain awareness of emotional wounds operating in your present moment, pay close attention to circumstances that trigger denser emotions. If it helps, carry a small notebook and note emotional triggers you observe. As you bring awareness to emotional triggers, you lessen their power over you.

Discovering Your 'Sacred' Wound

Many of your emotional triggers trace back to an emotional wound you experienced early in your life, usually by age 7 or 8, though not always. There are many different forms this wounding can take, including the death of a parent, a severe illness or accident, a seeming abandonment or other loss. All sacred wounds have in common an emotional trauma that went into “cellular memory.” Over the years, the essence of this sacred wound is re-energized in various situations in an unconscious attempt to gain understanding of the wound so it can be healed and released. Sometimes, a sacred wound isn't healed in a lifetime. In this case, the essence of the wound is carried forward into the next incarnation where the wound is recreated.

If you choose to gain awareness of your original or “sacred” wound, you can begin by writing a simple autobiography of your life, touching on the emotional highs and lows. Pay close attention to events that still hold an emotional charge. These events reveal to you wounded aspects of yourself still emotionally trapped in time. You can heal and release these aspects by shining the light of your present-moment awareness on them.

This triggering adds density and weight to every rite of passage you undertake. The triggering of unresolved emotional energy is one of the main reasons some turn back from a rite of passage. Transformational periods will bring up unresolved emotions in an effort to purge them. To some, this clearing and cleansing may seem unbearably painful. It’s ultimately the willingness to face all that "comes up" that allows one to take the leap within themselves that leads to the emotional freedom that is the gatekeeper to higher consciousness.

The Nature of the Wounded Self

Inside every person there exists wounded aspects that are most often “wounded child” aspects. These aspects of your self "take on" unresolved emotions throughout your life. Whenever something in your present moment triggers and awakens this wounded self, you experience not only the emotion of what’s happening now, but your wounded emotional body that contains the accumulated wounds of a lifetime. It may seem at times that you are reliving every troubled emotion you have ever experienced.

Accepting the Gifts of Your Wounded Self

Those times when your wounded self calls forth the full menu of your troubled emotions are valuable times when you can access emotions and work with them to bring about healing. You can do this by sitting with your wounded self and undertaking a review of circumstances tied to the emotions. When you allow yourself to "re-see" the situations that created troubled emotions from the light of a higher consciousness, you bring about healing to wounded aspects of yourself and release energy being held around situations from your past.

Foremost among these past situations will be moments from your present lifetime, though these wounded scenarios may also be connected to experiences carried over from past lives.

By seeing troubled emotions from a detached and elevated perspective, you’re able to understand the higher purpose for creating a situation. Once you see the higher purpose of your creations, you have effectively transformed it into an ally rather than a "problem."

A few weeks back I was going through a rough patch and received this message to assuage my fears that I was some sort of ascension drop out, failure. I just thought this might be of help to others that may be experiencing something similar as we enter this time of quickening and higher vibration which tends to shake, rattle and role that which no longer can remain to the surface for us to finally let these go. They have remained to this later chapter in our journey for a reason, they were the things we really didn't want to let go of...so, it can be a bit of an ouch if resistant when it's what finally has to occur. Here's the message...

My beloved, you have much emotion flowing within, bubbling, churning...to be released. ALLOW, ALLOW, ALLOW. Let it move. Let it flow. You are undergoing a cleansing that serves to allow a full remembrance of Truth, as this is what you so long have desired, for so long have focused on. So, here it is, occurring, showing you everything that stands between you and this full KNOWLEDGE. So, do not pull back, for now is a time of forward movement, stepping beyond the barriers you created to experience a dream and so, now you have called within yourself for the end of dreaming this dream. The time now is for awakening, all that you desire is to awaken, This is fully registered and activated by YOU, for YOU, for your desire to be realized. There is only one way and that is to walk through, to experience all of your misconceptions, misperceptions, faulty beliefs. For you are the only ONE that can dispel them. This is the way to remembrance.

This need not be timely, nor full of suffering, however, painful beliefs, concepts, ideas must become KNOWN to you as such, which means they will arise within your awareness for you to re-evaluate or re-value them, re-consider them and then to continue to allow them to be a part of your created reality or to be released, looking at what remains to be seen, looking behind the curtain to what has always been and will always be.

To the extent you are willing to feel, to see, to let go, will be the experience this will be for you. Take the ah-ha moment of recognition or take the struggle of holding on to that which is seen but still valued in some way, refusing to let it go. Either way is fine, but one is with ease and quick, allowing a quickening, the other is struggle and a war within your own very beingness. This is a time to truly see what is within you. Both head and heart.

Honor this walk you have undertaken, allow it the time it is requiring, for once your walk is complete you will find it has been leading you all along to the destination you have so longed for. This is a path you ARE taking, whether the straight and direct route or the winding road filled with seeming detours. It is not a struggle to feel. It is not a struggle to release. It is a struggle to hold on to that which has arisen within your awareness as the realization of Truth while you fail to recognize this out of fear of change, fear of loss. Be brave now, as your emotional pruning leaves you stripped bare, for you will find much more light reaching your inner branches now, replacing the crowded limbs that once were there. You are becoming a much more healthy tree.

Your dreams are beautiful, so beautiful! Much inner change is required for the realization to be experienced. Allow this change to occur. It is not so long involved as you might think. You are close to what might be said as the trunk of the tree, and this is directly attached to the roots, where all KNOWLEDGE and power rise up within you to power you in the way of goodness and Truth rather than static and noise and confusion and misperception. Do not pull back from anything. Allow all feeling to be felt with awareness so that all constructs can be KNOWN and released.

You are loved beyond measure, for you are this very love you long so to feel and experience. You so long for yourSelf. Continue, for this is your final destination...rediscovering your SELF!

These are stressful time as you wait for your expectations about becoming fully-conscious beings to be fulfilled. It seems that you have been holding the Light for a very long time and that your faith in God’s promise is being severely tested. “When are we going to awaken?” Dates have been suggested, they have passed, and still you wait. It is very unsettling for you as you cope with the stresses of daily life in the illusion. Keep on holding the Light – you have a saying, “The darkest hour is just before dawn,” and this is, metaphorically speaking, where you are – and all will be amazingly well. You will awaken and your faith will be most abundantly vindicated.

The wonders, the ecstasy for which you are all hoping, which you all truly know and believe will happen, are flowing towards you as promised because they are promised by God, whose Will is your happiness. Since that is the case, why would you doubt? Since all are always eternally One with God, all know, deep within themselves, that this is to happen, and that is why more and more of you are becoming aware and remembering that life is not just what you experience in the illusion, but is something far greater and of infinite value that is about to burst upon your awareness in astounding clarity. Reality, in all Its magnificence and glory, the shining Light of God’s divine Presence, is where you are to awaken and know yourselves once more as you truly are, essential and brilliant aspects of the Oneness that is God.

This you all know, but for eons you have chosen instead to believe in the illusion, and in its pain and suffering. You have stubbornly clung to that belief to prove to yourselves that you are individual, independent beings entitled to the freedom and happiness with which you can provide yourselves, even, if necessary – and frequently it does seem necessary – by crushing and destroying others because unfortunately there are not enough of life’s essentials to go round. “Survival of the fittest” is a phrase that is often used to justify the harshness of this strange place that you have convinced yourselves is reality.

Now your awareness of this harshness, this unjustifiable disparity between “the haves” and “the have-nots,” has intensified to such an extent that you are finally choosing to accept it no longer. The tipping-point has been reached, you are turning towards love and away from fear, and this is undermining the very foundations upon which you built the illusion in the first place. Major cracks are appearing in many seemingly unconnected places as the whole edifice starts to crumble in preparation for your mass awakening. First you had to make the choice to release your support for it, and once that decision was made, you effectively opened your hearts to allow the massive energy field of divine Love to assist you and sweep you forwards on your way to that momentous event.

Keep holding the Light, intend to dissolve your fears and doubts by allowing God’s Love to embrace the wondrous being that each one of you most assuredly is, and in doing so intend to feel the warmth, the certainty, the Reality of the divine energy field that surrounds you. This will give you the confidence and the determination to keep moving forwards through the chaos of the crumbling illusion, and it will show you the Light of millions of others also forging ahead towards the stunning moment when you are to awaken. Uncontained joy and wonder await your arrival, so rejoice in the knowledge that all is divinely taken care of.
