Humanity is on schedule to awaken as divinely planned, and that schedule will be maintained because it is your will and God’s.  Focus on that knowledge and release any doubts and anxieties onto which you are holding because they depress you and lower the frequency of your energy fields.  When you open your hearts to the Love that is surrounding you, your frequency rises and your energy becomes stronger and aligns itself more fully with the divine One.  You are one with your Father, but the distractions of the illusion lead you away from your memory of that and hide it from you, which is why you feel alone and separate.
Your Father always keeps you in Mind because He loves you and wills only your eternal happiness.  And your knowledge of that is always with you even though you have chosen to be unaware of it while you play your games: denying His existence; or, if you believe in Him, wondering if He loves others more than you; wondering if He could even be aware of you, let alone actually care about and love you.… Read the rest

Discernment

At this time of transition, be very careful about who and what you are following. In fact, if you are following at all, that is the first indication that you are off track. For those of you who are still the students of gurus, we recommend discernment.

This is no longer the time of great spiritual teachers. It is now the time of great spirits instead. This shift from master/student to just plain master may cause a temporary unemployment problem in India and elsewhere, but do not be alarmed. The true masters of light will make the shift with ease and will welcome your upcoming graduation with the same relief that they welcome their much-deserved retirement.

Others of you consider gurus passe and are following disembodied channeled entities instead. Again, we advise discernment. Many of our forces have gained entry to this plane through the use of channeling. However, we are not the only ones who have gained entry this way. For those who are wondering what is happening at ECETI . . .

To make a long story short it seems the county has a real issue with people awakening and healing, living in peace and harmony as well as watching UFOs. When someone is living outside the box and doing a much better job of it than they are this seems to be a threat.

If we were Baptists we would not be having these problems. I watched people being paraded about in chains [in the courthouse]. Huge fines being levied. Many people obviously could not pay them and due to their already challenged life were challenged even more by the system. Where is the healing? Yet they have the audacity to tell us how we should live?

Earlier in my career as a research scientist and medical school professor, I actively supported the perspective that the human body was a "biochemical machine ‘programmed’ by its genes. We scientists believed that our strengths, such as artistic or intellectual abilities, and our weaknesses, such as cardiovascular disease, cancer or depression, represented traits that were preprogrammed into our genes. Hence I perceived life’s attributes and deficits, as well as our health and our frailties as merely a reflection of our heredity expression.

Every day there are plenty of good reasons to be frustrated. Another long line. Telemarketers. A goal isn’t materializing “fast enough.” People don’t do what they’re supposed to. Rejection. Disappointment. How to deal with it all? You can drive yourself crazy, behave irritably, feel victimized, or try to force an outcome–all self-defeating reactions that alienate others and bring out the worst in them. Or, you can learn to transform frustration with patience.

As a psychiatrist, I help others see that patience doesn’t mean passivity or resignation, but power. It’s an emotionally freeing practice of waiting, watching, and knowing when to act. To many people, when you say, “Have patience,” it feels unreasonable and inhibiting, an unfair stalling of goals. Over the next few days, I will be attempting to undergo a purging of the lower vibrations still prevalent inside of my spirit and body complex, per the advice of my guides. Whether we realize it or not, for most of us living in this ‘modern’ world, we are exposed to lower vibrations on a daily basis. Much of this is lower vibrational residue from lower energies that are attached to us and our spirits when we are exposed to them.

For me personally, the lower vibrations I will be attempting to purge are the ones which have been the most prevalent throughout this Life of mine and throughout many other Lives I’ve assumed on this world. The lower vibrations that continually stick themselves to me if I let them, stem from certain habits I’ve assumed during this walk-in and more than likely stem also from addictions, habits and behaviors of past Lives of mine.

My worst habits and crutches have been related also to an inner desire to escape this current reality when it seems to be getting too difficult, which is a defensive maneuver on my part.… Read the rest
