Events continue to move on at a faster pace than previously, and the world looks on at the decline in Europe that will have far reaching implications. The problem in finding a solution, is that there is insufficient money to fund any form of help or bail out. As we have informed you, the old system can no longer serve those countries involved and a new one will have to be found that completely addresses the problem. The answer is of course waiting in the wings, and our allies will present their plan at the appropriate time. Be assured that the inconvenience to you will be short lived, and we will be behind those invested with the responsibility to bring the new plan in. Change must come and since your needs were identified, we have enlisted the help of people of authority to carry it through with all speed. Those of the darkness whom we have already identified will be stopped from interfering, and if need be removed to places where they are unable to do so.

 

We have some allies that would surprise you, who know that the threat that hung over the world would have affected virtually all countries. The Illuminati had ambitions to conquer the world, and not one would have been safe from their intentions. Fortunately the danger has passed, and in time all vestiges of the their military forces and bases will be removed. Peace is coming and will have been established before Ascension, and our presence will ensure that it is kept. In fact with the ever increasing levels of consciousness, there is a reluctance in more people's minds to rise up against their fellow countrymen. Part of it comes from the recognition that wars do not solve problems, but in the long run make them worse. Part of the cleansing of Earth will be the restoration of all that has been destroyed, damaged or polluted by the acts of war.

 

Love and Light is returning to Earth very quickly, with much having been grounded each time you have reached a key point. The next one is 11.11.11. and it is an extremely important time, that will dramatically increase the frequency of your Light Body and Physical Body. Some of you will undoubtedly be aware of it and know that the intensity has increased. It will continue right through to Ascension, when you should be perfectly ready to complete the process. Then the Golden Age will have commenced with further stages of enlightenment that carry you forward to even higher dimensions.

 

The more earthly affairs will be completed in good time, and the old paradigm will have eventually been denied any further energy to keep it going. Already it is breaking up, and much of your early contact with us will be spent dealing with it. We are pledged to remove everything that has no place in your immediate future. So it is going to be an exciting period to be present on Earth, as love replaces fear and those negative emotions that have been fuelled by the lower vibrations. The Oneness of All That Is will lift you up and people will drop any ideas of separation, as they come together to create a new civilization that acts as One where all souls love and care for each other. Supposed differences that have been played upon by the dark Ones to keep you apart, will be quickly overcome. There will be no place for religious dogma, and the one Truth will prevail as souls learn to connect with their Higher Self.

 

Those of you who are well informed and understanding of the Truth, will be called upon to be the mentors of those who do not. With our coming presence we will make sure that everyone has an opportunity to learn the Truth. Much has been falsely presented to you, and we regret to say that it also applies to most religious orders or churches. For those who feel strongly attached to their beliefs, we simply ask that you try to be open to new ideas and understand that there is only the One Supreme Creator. Your ego may not be every easily persuaded to give up beliefs that you have cherished, but we feel sure you will find that they can easily be replaced.

 

Freewill is the gift God gave you and we honor it, to the extent that we would not try to impose different views upon you. However, we say again - please be open to new versions of the purpose of life, and also your history that needs largely re-writing. Know that everything that has ever happened since creation is recorded, and can be "re-played" if it is necessary to clarify any misunderstanding. There can only but be the One Truth and you have now reached the point when you are due to be given it. So much conflict has taken place on Earth, because of differences that have been perpetuated and played upon by the dark forces. Soon you will know what is like to be released from such conditions, and live a peaceful and blissful life with your Brothers and Sisters, and that includes ourselves.

 

There is so much to look forward to, and the inconvenience caused by the changes will be nothing by comparison to the gift of freedom and peace that is to be yours. Nothing can stop the successful completion of your journey through Duality, as it has been given the blessing and love of the Creator. Therefore go about your daily lives with joy in your hearts, and see yourself in those souls around you. Dark Ones or of the Light, it is of no difference as all of you have shared experiences on opposite sides of the divide. In the future you will acknowledge the divinity in all those you meet, and share the beauty of each others love. Energies merge and vibrations harmonize together in an expression of Unconditional Love.

 

Dear Ones, continue on your journey doing you best to make other people's lives that little bit happier, as even a kind word or greeting can lift them up. Humans have tended to be insular and withdrawn, and yet you have the ability to be outgoing and generous with your friendship to others. Set aside the things that make another person seem different to you, and "speak" to them on a higher level and they will understand. Wish for them what you would wish for yourself and you will be helping lift them up.

I have heard stories running rampant about how many people are feeling sluggish, fretful, and a range of emotions changing from hour to hour. When you can affirm that divine intelligence is in charge of your functions and the body template, healing goes forth. Acid thoughts produce sarcasm, fault finding, and criticism. There is truth that one must tame their tongue and bridle it. Praise releases and renews the body while aligning it with truth. Free one another to do as one pleases as to posess is to lose ones own freedom. It is vital to know when you have outgrown a situation, career, or person and that it is with love (not obligation) that you do so. If you clutch to that which isn't for your highest good it will find a way to motivate and change the direction of your path regardless. Releasing the past is like offering yourself an excursion. You become relaxed and allow life to unfold with trust while taking responsibility to serve and work toward a balanced communion with all concerned. I AM sitting comfortably in my chair with my spine as straight as possible and my arms and legs uncrossed. This allows me to be an open conduit for the emerald green Flame of Healing Through the Infinite Power of Transmutation with its violet radiance.

I breathe in and out deeply, and I completely relax. My I AM Presence takes command, and any tension, doubt or fear I may have just drops away.

This is a very special time just for me, and anything that I need to take care of will be waiting for me when I AM through, so for the time being, I just let it go.
 

During this activity of Light, I AM drawing the Flame of Healing Through the Infinite Power of Transmutation from the very Heart of my Father-Mother God. This gift from God flows into every atomic and subatomic particle and wave of my four Earthly bodies, the Earthly bodies of every man, woman, and child on Earth, and the physical, etheric, mental, and emotional strata within the bodies of Mother Earth. As I invoke this Healing Activity of Light for myself it is simultaneously taking place through all Humanity and Mother Earth in perfect alignment with each person’s highest good and the Divine Plan, for we are One. There is no separation. As this Healing Light enters the core of purity in every electron, it heals, restores, and rejuvenates our bodies and transforms them into a state of vibrant health, eternal youth, and God’s Infinite Perfection.

The Flame of Healing Through the Infinite Power of Transmutation enters the top of my head and descends into the Flame of Divinity in my heart. As it merges with the Immortal Victorious Threefold Flame in my heart, it expands out as a tremendous starburst and flows through my Chakra system and my acupuncture meridians into the Crystal Grid System within the body of Mother Earth. The Sacred Fire heals, cleanses, purifies, restores, and transfigures every cell, organ, system, and function of my bodies back into vibrant health.

Now, with deep concentration, I visualize this emerald green and violet Flame as it passes through my body system by system.

1.  It begins by expanding through my physical brain structure, my spinal cord, nervous system, Chakra system, acupuncture points, and the corresponding meridians removing every trace of disease or imbalance of any kind. The Healing Flame raises my conscious awareness and increases my ability to use my thoughts and all of the aspects of my Chakra system to empower my thinking process as I cocreate the infinite perfection of the New Earth.

2.  Next the Healing Flame flows into my eyes—removing every trace of disease or imbalance of any kind. The Healing Flame restores my eyes to perfect sight, allowing me to see and recognize perfection in all Life.

3.  The Healing Flame now flows into my ears—removing every trace of disease or imbalance of any kind. The Healing Flame restores my ears to perfect hearing, allowing me to hear the inner voice of my I AM Presence and the music of the spheres.

4.  The Healing Flame now flows into my nostrils, sinuses, respiratory system, lungs, larynx, vocal chords, trachea, bronchial tubes, and every function of my voice and breathing apparatus—removing any trace of disease or imbalance of any kind. The Healing Flame enhances my breathing and enables me to absorb the maximum prana on the Holy Breath. I now experience the fragrance and breath of the Holy Spirit, and I AM empowered to speak with “the tongues of Angels.”

5.  Next the Healing Flame flows into my mouth, teeth, gums, tongue, esophagus, stomach, liver, gallbladder, small intestines, ileocecal valve, large intestines, appendix, colon, kidneys, bladder and every aspect of my digestive and elimination systems— removing every trace of disease or imbalance of any kind. The Healing Flame restores all of these aspects of my digestive system, allowing me to purify my body and to assimilate my food and drink perfectly.

6.  Next the Healing Flame flows into my spiritual brain centers: my pituitary, pineal, hypothalamus glands and the ganglionic centers at the base of my brain. It flows into the remainder of my endocrine system, my thyroid, thymus, pancreas, spleen, adrenal glands, gonads, and all other glands associated with this ductless system—removing every trace of disease or imbalance of any kind. The Healing Flame restores all of these facets of my body to perfect balance and function.

7.  Next the Healing Flame flows into my circulatory system: my lymphatic system, lymph nodes, and lymphatic fluid.  It flows to the muscle of my heart, the chambers, valves, veins, arteries, capillaries, my red, and white blood cells, and my bone marrow removing every trace of disease or imbalance of any kind. The Healing Flame restores every aspect of my circulatory system, allowing me to utilize my Lifeforce with balance and harmony, empowering my feelings with Love, as I cocreate the infinite perfection of the New Earth and empower our New Planetary CAUSE of Divine Love.

8.  The Healing Flame now flows into my reproductive system, my female or male organs—removing every trace of disease or imbalance of any kind. The Healing Flame restores every aspect of my reproductive system, allowing me to hold the sacred space for myself or anyone else who is destined to bring in the children of the New Earth. I AM creating a clear chalice in every mother and father, a Holy Grail, through which these precious children will be born into the physical plane. These transfigured reproductive systems will enable the incoming children to have perfect vehicles through which they will assist in cocreating the New Earth.

9.  Next the Healing Flame flows into my skeletal and my muscular systems: my bones, muscles, joints, tendons, ligaments, cartilage, fat cells and connective tissue—removing every trace of disease or imbalance of any kind. The Healing Flame restores every aspect of these systems, flooding me with strength and eternal youth.

10.  The Healing Flame now flows through my skin, hair, nails, and every other aspect of my physical, etheric, mental, and emotional bodies removing every trace of disease or imbalance of any kind. The Healing Flame restores my bodies transfiguring me into the Immaculate Concept of my Solar Light Bodies of Vibrant Health, Eternal Youth, and Infinite Perfection,

11.  Now, with this emerald green and violet Healing Flame pulsating in, through, and around every electron of Humanity’s Earthly bodies and the bodies of Mother Earth, I ask the Legions of Light associated with this Sacred Fire to maintain and sustain this Activity of Healing Light in through and around every atomic and subatomic particle and wave of Life on Earth until we are ALL wholly Ascended and FREE.   And so it is, Beloved I AM.

Channeler: William LePar - The Council

In this short quote from William LePar's spiritual source, The Council, they give some insight into what happens within the brain of someone who is about to have a psychic experience. Perhaps those of you who have had this kind of experience yourselves can elaborate on what The Council presents here.

Questioner: In Trance #12 you state that "psychic abilities are mere mechanical actions of the body." Can you explain how this is a mere physical action? What's the triggering device, etc.?

The quote is, "The psychic ability of an individual is a mere mechanical action of the body as is being discovered presently." And we wanted to know can you explain how this is a mere physical action and what is the triggering device, etc.?

The Council: The bringing into play of the psychic ability is brought about through, shall we say, what is called a short-circuiting of the two lobes of the brain. This is a physical action. If those that have the ability to investigate such things were to attempt to search this out they would begin to see this is a happening that is consistent. Now the short-circuiting which is the mechanical function is brought about not by the physical itself but is brought about by the attitude that is instigated. So then the triggering is nothing but being a physical action that is in reference to the short-circuiting of the right and left lobe of the brain. This short-circuiting is initiated by the attitude of the entity in question or the entity that wishes to manifest the psychic abilities. If one could truly understand the process involved, if one could truly explain it in words that would be understandable, if one would truly try to think out a psychic experience, what one would discover would be a, quick flash of the desire to do something psychically. Then there would be the short-circuiting of the two lobes of the brain that would then attune and sensitize the physical for reception. And if one could be so sensitive as to follow this whole process, there would be an instantaneous thought which would trigger the short-circuiting which would become apparent through a, shall we say, snap in the head or an intense expansion feeling and then the information would begin to flow.

Questioner: But why can't everyone do this? I've wanted and tried and nothing ever happens.

The Council: Some have chosen not to really use these natural abilities of the soul. And just because you physically feel that you want to do this, does not necessarily mean that deep within your soul you want to.

Greetings from Alpha Spaceship!

Many of you are wondering (we are well aware) about our physical form, and how and what material are our ships made of. And we are always ready to answer all your questions; for that, among other things, is why we are offering at the present time to keep you informed of our steps, and to answer all of the questions we know all of you have down there.

The ideas flow smoothly and lightly from my mind to the mind of my channel, and this is how it should be. Very soon, all of you will know how to receive our telepathic messages, without the need to spend a lot of energy moving ourselves through the continuum of space-time.

In that way, all of the members of the Galactic Federation communicate together, provided it is not necessary to discuss issues at length among us. And we will also do it like that between us and you, when you become part of the Galactic Federation, once you are prepared to be part of it.

Well, to answer the question that many of you have regarding our physical constitution, first I have to explain that we, coming from different parts of the Galaxy and other Galaxies even further away, have physical vehicles very different and unequal to that of others.

Some possess a body similar to yours, which is how we are in the Alpha Spaceship and in others. Other Brothers have a more "elastic" metabolism, depending on how they have been developing according to their atmosphere and the needs of their environment, and their body may be more gelatinous and more malleable.

Some others can live in a world with the presence of atmospheric agents and where certain gases are mixed with hydrogen and oxygen, and therefore need a type of scaly skin that protects them.

Others exist in worlds where their natural habitat is water or some other type of similar liquid, so they might have something like the gills of your fish, to allow them to breathe underwater; their extremities ending in webbed hands and feet, with cartilage between their fingers, so they can move under water at high speed as if using oars.

And to not make my presentation too long, there are also Brothers who live with bodies in a more gaseous state; we could say that they are a link between those who have a physical body and those who are disembodied beings. They are something like half spirit and half human, do you understand what I mean? They are governed by natural laws that are different from yours.

It is imperative that you become familiar with that idea, so that when we make our first visual contact, do not be offended or alarmed if you see some Big Brothers of yours with a slightly different appearance to that of your race.

In other transmissions we have explained that the films your filmmakers create harm the idea that you could have with regard to us not coming to help you, rather to 'conquer'; but in this case, some of your films may have indeed helped to prepare you so that your minds accept a wide variety of races, very different, between all of the Brothers who visit. I refer to the movies where the human race travels in interplanetary spacecraft and makes contact with civilizations in other confines of the Universe. That's not science fiction, it will be like that really soon, dear brothers and sisters of Earth!

You are being visited not only now, but always have; at all times you have counted on the help of other civilizations that have visited you, just never with an influx of beings so great as in these times, because now you need us more than ever, both so that we can protect you, to help you clean up your natural habitat, as well as so we can guide you with our advice through your ascension process.

Regarding the physical appearance of the ship we are on, the Alpha Spaceship, our humanoid appearance is like that of the terrestrial planets, since we come from planets with weather conditions similar to those on Earth.

And finally, the physical structure of our ships is very different from that of your aircraft. When your pilots began to fly your first aircraft, you had to look over the controls continuously, without losing sight for a moment. Later on, your aircraft and pilots had automatic controls so that the plane could maintain its course, allowing the pilot to relax and not be constantly aware of all the navigation conditions.

Our ships have a much greater range of autonomy. It is only necessary to program the itinerary at the time of departure, and because the ships are designed with a very advanced technology, they are capable of taking care of themselves throughout the journey. They are so sophisticated that we could say that they are made up of "auto-thinking" matter, capable of resolving any inconveniences of the trip by themselves.

They are a type of artificial intelligence that you are not accustomed to, dear brothers and sisters, and that you cannot conceive, even in your bolder science fiction movies.

But its construction, operation and maintenance will be transmitted to you by our engineers, once our First Contact has taken place.

The shadows in the light are receding. The more spiritually aligned you are, the more the body becomes translucent. It cannot tolerate heavy meals or heavy thoughts. Dark emotions have long stolen and obscured the light but not anymore because we are remembering in the beginning we were always pure love in action. Speak outloud that you are the light of the world that banishes fear and harnesses the healing energy of source. Drape yourself in the cloak of light of Christ that the only thing that can penetrate it is positive and uplifting. You can now forgive injury or any appearance of the illusion of ego as it has been cast aside so that truth may reign. A peaceful mind lives in harmony and affirms divine intelligence. Trust that you will be shown exactly what you need to know about any given situation. A leader listens to its inner voice and intuition.

Pray and see all restored to perfect health and sanity instead of judging or condemning people. Love thy neighbor and love thyself richly and honorably. Sweep the light from the top of the head to the toes and around the planet to encompass every person. Willfulness will shackle you into a corner. It must be slayed with wisdom and compassion. Relaxation of the whole system is vital to become universal and to share willingly. It is the will of God that we have happy experiences and it is our will that must co join and co create freely and joyously. Supreme good is an open door that once you enter it your need for control in any circumstance will release. Doubt is a malignant growth in the wrong direction. Divine order allows for flexibility for each of us must discern the unfolding of our life and each is unique. Call on "divine order" as a pattern to help bring about miraculous changes in relationships or for healing. Everything is in divine order as a cosmic security system and you are a perfect child of God. Allow permission to let go of surplus of resentment and sadness or of things and bless this world unselfishly. The light is casting out shadows and is graciously yielding new viewpoints as we respectively consider all valid and valued. In this way we are no longer "hard of hearing." To put conditions on love is to retard Gods spirit within as an obstinate attitude creates pain. Praise the benefits of these times of cleansing as we will be thankful for the passing of the old into the bringers of the dawn.

Welcome. We are the Pleiadian council of light. On this day we will become as the architects to your being, to your essence, to your energy. We will help you to design, re-design, sculpt, re-sculpt, and re-evaluate the blueprint of your life, of your heart, of your intent, and of your fears. On this day we usher you into a very long hallway of your existence. As you walk down this hallway of self you look, ponder, and gaze upon who you once were, realizing that you are now ready to release what once served you well, but no longer meets your needs.
It is time to let go of everything that no longer serves the bigger picture that you are becoming. Many of you still cling to 'what was,' going through the trash of your day and of your life - digging up, exhuming, and examining 'what could have been', 'what would have been', "if only" you had taken a different path, made a different choice.

We come to assure all of you that this emotional regret is an illusion. Stop digging through the very trash of your life, amplifying the 'regrets' of the past. You are being pushed and pulled into a very tight-fitting energy that actually squeezes your humanness into new directions that are not comfortable. These are the forgotten corridors in your heart, your dreams, and what lives in your soul.

The energies are making you squirm, irritable, and emotional. You are being re-sculpted into something new, more enhanced than you ever thought possible. The new energies- ARC. They ARC in every part of you. They bring forth connections with people, places, and things that you thought you had tossed away. They bring you new situations in the form of opportunities as well as regrets. Everything that you have placed to the side of your plate is "Now" asking to be ingested, addressed, and then eliminated.

All of you are being birthed into a higher consciousness, this is the first glimmer of all the light to come. You are only a few inches into this new portal of expansion. In the next 5 years, you will be accessing encoded places inside of yourself that hold the secrets of the universe. Never, ever in your human countenance have you entertained such possibilities.

These encodings are your prime property. They are the treasures that you so seek - the treasures that you innately know are yours. As humans you look for these treasures externally as money, inheritances, lottery winningsŠ these innate treasures are the true love that you so seek, these treasures are your heart's desire. They are your God Codes.

The electrons of your physical body have increased their spin. The very particles of your body have walked through this doorway of expansion and every cell, every sub-atomic particle, every hair of you has changed and now holds a higher light. Every aspect of you goes forward at a quicker pace. Even the energy known as the self has been unleashed and it now moves forward out of the condensation of the past. Every organ of your body has been issued a higher dimensional decree.

As what you once deemed important in your human life changes, your abilities, your divine encodings are being amplified. Thoughts will be projected, desires, and truths will be issued without a physical word coming from you. You will find a deeper connection with nature, and the earth. The people that once pushed your buttons, and painted you into emotional corners will find that you no longer re-act to outside external stimuli. There will be no need to retaliate, to pay back. Now when they push you into corners, you just enjoy the corner for a minute. You will be far more concerned with expanding your divine energy than acting and re-acting to anyone.

You are not who you were last week. You can not go back and visit that person even on good behavior. There is no going back to what was. You are part of an energy that exists no where else in time and space as you know it. You are one of a kind. The humanness that you enter into is a genetic duplication of the Creator frequency. The physical body that you as souls incarnate into is holding the God Codes. Your soul is already constructed of such high frequencies. You have no need to worry about accessing them - "You Are Them!"

Your humanness is constructed of the very fiber of what you know to be the Creator. Your world is but a speck upon the very speckled egg of creation. There are Gods upon Gods, and Universes upon Universes that you will not enter into in this existence. This Grand Experiment is so vast, that it goes beyond what your human understanding can comprehend. All of your knowledge is but a tiny sliver of a granule of sand on the very vast beach of all life. Life itself expands over and over and over again.

Can mankind swim past all the shackles and the denseness that has been issued to him as a decree of limitation? Can humankind remember their Divinity in time to save themselves, from themselves? There is no growth in complacency. There is no growth if everything is lily white, heavenly, and loving. It is only through the trials and tribulations and the hardships of earth that you earn the gift of understanding who you really are. You are a genetic experiment. You were spliced and diced and grafted from the very life force of what you know to be your God. You were placed upon a slide and you were examined. You were added to and you were subtracted from and then you were inserted into a species of being that already existed upon this planet earth. A species that crawled up from the sludge, so to speak.

You are composed of 144 star systems along with being the exact DNA code from God. That is your composition. You exist in what would be considered to be a hologram. It is a self contained, self-realized unit of livingness that responds to your every whim and desire. It is a playing field that you are continually creating. It is not a hologram that is solid and sturdy and standing still - it is a hologram that is changing along with the consciousness of every player that is involved. Each one of you perceives it from a different angle, a different degree, a different variation. That is intentional, that is expansion, and that is God.

When a group of you come together in prayers, intent and in truth - then all of you for one tiny slice of time - walk through the same hologram. That in itself is a miracle made manifest. As you hold that hologram for specific intended time in workshops, in prayers, in gatherings - the stronger and the longer you hold it-the more ripples and wave effects happen. When you first have a thought - that thought is a "Wave." When that thought is manifested on Earth - that thought becomes a "Particle." First you gather as a wave and then you solidify that thought, that thinking, that awareness as a particle. It is then birthed and issued as a truth rippling out through all space and time.

Even though you will walk into the highways and the byways of vast truths, these truths are nothing in comparison to your true being... It is a time of honoring 100% - your Divinity - your part in Creation and your responsibility for every day, every minute, every thought, and every word that you speak. You are Gods in training on a holographic cruise so to speak. All of you will look out over this ocean of life and see a different view.

All of your thoughts and emotions are real and valid. Everything is valid and everything means something to the Creator. You and your experiences and your life and your pains and your needs are valid.

There are no wrong choices in your day. Experience all of you. More and more and more of you is going to be exposed as you scrape away the very skin of who you thought yourself to be - and find out how wonderful and delightful and truly gifted you are.
