Kryon ~ Channelled through David Brown

Greetings dear ones for I AM Kryon of Magnetic Service.

It’s wonderful to be with you all this night, this very night. There is much love and much change in the air. The new world is coming and there will be a peaceful transition into the new world; many, many changes are going to come to this earth.

For the last 3600 years there has been a cycle of war and unconsciousness, for the last 3600 years this planet has been controlled by a ruthless dark masculine energy; the days for this energy are numbered. There is a great state of awareness coming. This planet is being controlled by an industrial- military complex. Behind this complex there are a handful of people. The money on this planet is unfairly shared around the world. 99% of the people have 1% of the wealth and 1% of the population has 99% of the wealth; this is all about the change. The masses on the planet are beginning to become aware of this situation. The Internet provides information that the mainstream media does not offer; the media is owned by that 1% that owns the 99% this is what the symbol of the obelisk is all about. The pyramid at the very top of the obelisk is the symbol of the ruling classes and beneath it are the masses, your average human being that goes out to work every day to earn his daily bread. For these 3600 years the truth has been hidden and now the truth is going to become known to all. Everybody will eventually become divine conscious. First of all Christ conscious in the 4th dimension and then there will be new levels of consciousness on the 5th dimension, and all these things will begin to happen at the end of this year. The new world is coming dear ones. It is a world of love and of hope, of excitement.

This planet has been controlled like a prison cell. Your bankers tell you half a truth, the military tells you half a truth, the politicians tell you half a truth if you’re lucky, and the religions tell you half the truth. Your education system fills your heads with nonsense;, anything to keep you disconnected from the divine. On the 21st of Dec 2012, this is as unconscious as the planet gets, and then you start the long haul back into consciousness, back into love, where your hearts and your minds will be connected to the universe and where you’ll feel that universal harmony. There are many ways to become harmonious and conscious, and this channel of Kryon has the fastest way possible.

And once you understand what consciousness is, and once you understand the healing journey it will make so much sense to so many people. The lights will go on around the world.

We’ve already done a little psychometry here this evening and the consciousness of everybody in the room is much changed from even a year ago; your hearts are all beginning to open and this is happening all around the world. People are becoming awake and enlightened, the love is flowing through their hearts and they’re beginning to see through the rhetoric of the establishment. It’s always been known that love will conquer all, and the journey to the new world is one of love; love and the light will dissolve the darkness. There are more and more people joining this path into consciousness. You are all on automatic, all connected to the universe and the planets are moving into a position that will trigger yourselves and your DNA and for those of you who that are not awake they will begin to awaken you; those of you that are awake and have been doing your inner work for many years you will feel a phenomenal force bringing you into full consciousness, making you whole and complete, and the love will flow and you will be creating your world and your life out of pure love. This will take a little time, but for those of you that are meant to go through on the first wave of consciousness will be very clear and whole by March 2013. There will be many, many that are whole and complete on the 21st day of December 2012. They will be like radio beacons, awakening all of those that surround them. Just like a pebble on a still pond. The new world is coming dear ones.

So just close your eyes and go inside… and feel the room… this night the room is full of spirit and full of love. Your spirit guides are at your feet, they’re in honour of the work you’ve done; not only have you honoured your soul group but you’re honouring all of those in physical form on this earth. You are lifting the consciousness of this planet. And just allow the love to flow… be in your body and put your attention and your consciousness in your heart… and once again allow your hearts to connect with everybody in the room… allowing the love to flow… and just let the feelings into your body… let them come and let them go.

And allow the new world to flow into your heart allowing the energies of the 4th dimension to flow into your heart and just allowing Mother Earth beneath you to ascend to the 4th dimension. Not only humanity but the entire planet is going to ascend to the 4th dimension. And just feel the energies of the 4th dimension surround you. And feel this 4th dimensional energy activating your thymus gland allowing this new chakra, the chakra of the new age, to open; to form and to open.

We are here this night, dear ones, to bring the energies to activate this new chakra, and to allow the connection for everybody in the room to connect to them through the thymus gland, through the chakra of the new age. And so just allow the chakra to open and to take form, it’s there already… its all been prepared for you. And you yourselves have prepared yourselves for this night, so just allow this thymus gland, this chakra of the new age to activate. This is a turquoise-coloured chakra. And just allow your spirit guides and the Kryon energy to support this, and the energies of Mother Earth, and just allowing these energies to encompass you, and to hold you, and allow the love to flow. And dropping deeper and deeper and deeper, into your bodies and experiencing this activation, allowing the love to flow, and the energies of the 4th dimension to flow, activating yourselves, your DNA and the new turquoise chakra positioned between your heart chakra and your throat chakra.

And just begin to become like a sponge soaking up the energies that are in this room and allowing the love to flow. For the love and the energies of Kryon will dissolve anything in the way of this activation.

And just imagine this new turquoise chakra; as you imagine this new chakra it will activate. And this new chakra will mean that you always communicate in love. Initially this will be chakra of the healers. This will support your own healing and your own cells and your own DNA activation. And it will express your healing, moving you through into this new consciousness, a 4th dimensional consciousness; you cannot be controlled or manipulated. You will see the truth as clear as crystal. And initially this turquoise chakra will awaken every cell in your body and activate it in a positive way so that you begin to create your reality out of love, bringing the new world into your heart. And once that you’re whole and complete then you will become like a radio beacon and you will be transmitting this energy of love, first of all through your friends and your family, and you will become stronger and stronger, and you will connect to each other, creating a network of love, turquoise love, emitting it throughout this planet and awakening those that are not awake, bringing their consciousness to a consciousness of the new age.

In this old energy you have been creating your world out of negative emotion; this will be completely, completely finished. And you’ll be creating a completely love-based reality. At this very moment, this Earth plane is controlled by a military-industrial complex, completely heartless, these people are without love, they don’t know what love is, they don’t know how to share love, and they don’t want to know.

These vibrations will even reach these people’s hearts and awaken the hierarchy of this planet’s heart. Unfortunately for them it will be too late; they will lose all their power on this planet. There is a completely new consciousness coming to rule and control this planet; that consciousness will based in the Flower of Life. It will be a divine consciousness. And we use the words “rule and control” because the English language cannot understand what is happening, there are no words for this new kind of leadership. You will all be free, you will all be equal, you will all be filled with love, and you will all be of divine consciousness. You will always be creating your reality out of love, and the love will flow. As you become whole and complete your hearts will be new and fresh and alive and you will all begin to meet that other half of yourself, you can call it if you like a twin flame, for in the beginning when you left God you split into two, two separate consciousness, one masculine, one feminine; and you will find your masculine or your feminine half once you’re whole and complete, and that will complete your heart, and once you have found that other aspect of yourself, you’ll begin to radiate even more energy, at a much higher and stronger vibration.

This planet is on a journey into a completely new consciousness, into a completely new world , into a world that you love, into a consciousness that you’ve always dreamed of, and your dreams will come true and you will create a planet amongst yourselves, a beautiful planet, just the way you want it. Everybody will feel absolutely loved, absolutely safe, and absolutely secure. Each and every individual will be Christ conscious. You will be living your life connected to the universe and living your life in universal harmony. So just allow the energies in your body to rise higher and higher and higher to the energies of the 4th dimension, and your bodies need a lot of training for this, your bodies are afraid. Your bodies are afraid of love, even afraid of life, and this new consciousness, energy and vibration your body needs to get used to, like everything.

And dear ones, these are exciting times; things are changing to a love-based reality. And just feel your bodies, and allow the vibration of your body to rise higher and higher, allow your spirit guides and the Kryon energies to support this process, lifting you into a new world, a world of love, joy and freedom. Allowing the energies in your body to morph into the format of the Flower of Life., There is a fully activated grid around this earth, and has been for over 2,000 years, and that is the grid of the Flower of Life. Allow yourselves to connect to this grid, bringing to you the energy of the Christ consciousness, the knowledge and the wisdom of the universe.

And just allow your vibrations to go higher and higher and higher.
This very night the portals are open for this connection. Allow this connection, and allow these new energies to flow through your crown chakra, flowing into your 3rd eye, your throat chakra, and the turquoise chakra, the new chakra of the new age; this connection will activate this new chakra . And feel how instantly your energies are beginning to feel so much smoother, and allow these energies to flow into your heart, into your solar plexus, into your second chakra, into your base chakra, then connecting to the very heart of Mother Earth. New connections have been prepared for this in the heart of Mother Earth; Mother Earth is fully aware that she is ascending to a new consciousness. Allow these new energies, the energies of the Flower of Life, give permission so that they can activate your cells and DNA.
As these new energies flow into your body, allow the negative energies to move out… let the energies come and go… we’re now at 95% of the energy of 21st December 2012 and these new energies are being anchored in here in Kapoli.

As this new energy flows through you, give permission for the masculine and feminine energies inside your body to merge; they are now being held by the new energies of the new world. Your spirit guides are working with you activating your cells and your DNA and connecting your crown chakra directly to the grid of the Flower of Life. This will be a process that takes a few months; your spirit guides and the Kryon energy will work with you to maintain this new energy and this new activation. You will be supported and you will have very, very clear guidance from your spirit guides. The energies are stabilizing at 95%. Ask your spirit guides to give you a little message, a physical message to let you know that they’re there; maybe they’ll scratch your nose or tickle your cheek. What is also activating is a new level of spirit guidance; once again, you have to give permission for this new level of guidance.

We’re up to 97%, 98%, 99%, and 100% of the energy of the 21st of December of 2012. For those of you that are in this room and for those of you are meant to read this channelling, this is exactly how you will feel on that day, the 21st of December 2012.

We’re going to hold this energy for a few minutes to let your body get used to this energy and to continue activating your cells and your DNA. Dear ones, this is how the new you will feel.
Just stay with the feelings and with the energies… and let the feelings come and let them go. Put your awareness and your consciousness behind your new turquoise chakra, and just spend some time observing the chakra.

So stay for little while longer at this level of energy… let the feelings come and let the feelings go… and just observe the 4th dimension, at the moment it is beyond your intellectual capacity, but your mind is being activated also.

The Energy this Month will Flow in Waves

The energy this month may fool you.  It will let you believe you are opening to Oneness and then it will lead you into a new configuration in which you will feel a bit like you can't feel your connection to things.  Don't be concerned about these waves of experience; you are being substantially upgraded this month and with each alteration to your structure, your energetic interfaces to Gaia, your higher-self, the crystalline Earth grid, to your soul family and other versions of you, are being enlarged and elevated.  

You will discover with each shift that takes place that you exist as a more refined expression of you.  You will feel very much like you!  Just continually enlarged, expanded and dare I say it: improved.  Not that you are actually improved upon, which is not necessary, but your experience will get better and so you will feel an improved life expression here on Planet Earth.

As Your Vibration Rises New Currents of YOU Will Arise in Your Awareness

Doorways to infinite time are leading you into an expanded convergence with key lifetimes in your own experience.  These particular aspects of your Higher Self are relevant fragments to the whole that you wished to tap into here and now.  It is the current of these aspects of experience that will increase in your awareness, and clarify your ability to live as the purpose you intended upon entering this particular time/space location, or this Earth game. And it is with increased capacity to understand and liberate your own energy to flow into this purpose that you will find yourself entering the second quarter of this year.

You Are Being Drawn into Synchronized Movement

You are in a particular arc right now which leads you to the March Equinox. The precession of the Equinoxes and the Solstices is becoming increasingly obvious as catalyst points in your experience, and thus the movement to and from these alignments, creates certain types of openings and change and you each are beginning to realize the depth of this as your alignment with Gaia grows closer.

Your connection to Gaia, the sentience which holds your planet in her energy field, is your ticket to ascension.  It is this, combined with a desire to live an authentic, love-filled life, which aligns you with the ascension timeline.  Once you are clearly in this state of being, this focus elevates your vibration. This higher vibration makes new information and knowing available and initiates bodily and energetic changes supporting your ascension.  There are many who may not realize they are participating in this, yet who are indeed heart-centered and opening just as you are. Realize this and celebrate the fullness of humanity that are indeed transitioning into this new band of energy as it unfolds and becomes manifest.

Be Your Own Authority for Caring for Your Body-Temple

Infinite time is important to you because it allows you to realize the innate well-being of your vessel in harmony with the galactic forces of light that you are one with and which are coherently also aligned with the Earth's ascension.  It is imperative that you allow your body to transcend it's prior ways of being and to listen to the urges that it creates within you.  Diet and rest, hydration and movement, limberness and relaxation--all of these are important in supporting your body as it integrates huge waves of energy.  If your body was to assimilate all of the necessary energy at once, it would destroy your body.  It must happen gradually and there are behaviors which are supportive and you will know these for yourself by listening to your body.

Trust yourself and allow your own feeling-state to tell you if you imagine doing/eating/being in a particular way, whether that way of being opens you to joy or brings forth distortion, confusion, congestion or resistance.  You want to choose toward continual flow of openness, ease, peace, harmony and what feels good will lead you there.  No one is exactly the same and your bodies are all different based on the DNA and the cosmic lineage you are embodied through and as.  Realize that medical science likes all of you to have the same metrics for your body when this is not really wellness in all the same ways for all of you.  Trust your own sense of what is right and what feels good and increasingly this relying upon your own authority in all things will guide you safely to your intended new home!

Cultivation of Your Connection to the Group Mind

The trimester you are in makes relevant to you the true nature of ascension which is the emergence of the group mind.  The group mind is a telepathic energy field which enables ascension.  It is this ability to focus upon and open to your interface to this field that will prepare you for ascension with confidence and grace.  You are holographic to all-that-is, and so thus to this field, you activate this connection with intent.

The Earth is one such conduit for connection--meaning that as you come into a group mind with Gaia, you are connected to the sentient field of the planet. Then you, as always, open to a connection through your crown chakra with your higher self; your I AM presence.  You place your focus upon the crystalline Earth grid and open up a connection there, and then ultimately you open and choose to connect to a field of all participating in the Divine Plan for ascension on this planet--the Cetaceans, the other human beings ascending, the non-physical energies and entities supporting and energizing your experience through transmissions of light.  And you rest in this configuration, amplifying the non-local energy within you by focusing upon the space within you and within all that is.  It is this focus and the amplification of the energy in this field through feeling love, that generates the energy necessary for ascension.  You must build your energy field toward this experience, becoming familiar with the feeling and connections and through practice growing your confidence in establishing this arrangement, energetically.

Ascension Preparation will Liberate Great Bliss

Not only will this experience of meditating this way for 20 minutes or more each day prepare you for ascension, it will also fill you with great happiness and bliss. Soaring energies will flow into your body and your heart will open wide.  You will discover the great joy of Unity experientially and you will begin to remember all that you need to know to open yourself up to the energy that YOU are here and now.

Dear ones, Luminous Beings of Light and Love, the time for ascension draws near, and the preparation of your energy and your heart is the sweetness of aliveness.  Waves of love to you my soul friends!  Waves of love!

The words that came to describe February were so numerous that I finally came to rest on the one theme that will be the most helpful. The other aspects and themes will be addressed in the discussion of the month and will emerge also in the full and new moon updates.

The main theme for February is Keep it Moving.

This month requires a certain circulation of energy so that things don't get stuck. There could be a tendency for you to become mired in the quicksand of the instinctive center, afraid to move forward, sideways or backwards. You could be like a deer in headlights, frozen in fear and not knowing where to turn so you just dig in, close your eyes, and hope it will go away. It won't. Not this month.

In a river if you get caught in an eddy, you have to paddle backwards upstream to get back into the current. If you are facing an obstacle sometimes it is prudent to back away from it so you can choose another route around it. There is grace to movement when it winds curvaceously around and does not follow a straight line. Likewise you should approach your life this month like a marshal arts dance, offering no resistance but stepping sideways, backwards and forwards following the flow of events.

This month we definitely feel the instinctive part of the moving center. The bottom of the barrel of the subconscious is being scraped and scoured and a lot of instinctive residue is floating to the surface. It is imperative that you do not get riveted on this subconscious matter or blow it out of proportion. It is easy to get bogged down in feeling victimized, martyred or self-deprecating especially when you are facing old patterns, and the past has come up to haunt you. The good news is that certain situations and experiences will force you to look at who you are and what you want for yourself. There is desire to dissolve what's old and break free of it once and for all. The not so good news however, is that there may be some karmic debts to pay along the way before the freedom can be realized and this may be uncomfortable especially for the ego. It is a month of taking responsibility for what you have stored in that barrel as only you can, and allowing yourself forgiveness and compassion; allowing yourself to give it up and turn it over to spirit so you can start creating something new and wonderful in its place.

A ski instructor once pointed out that in order to make a good easy fluid turn on the snow, you must first finish the last turn and then completely unweight your skis and get off the edges. Only then can you gracefully fall into the next turn. The weight of the fall into the next turn sets your edges into the new direction until you are ready to turn again. And you keep it moving. If you are headed straight for an obstacle it is counter intuitive to completely let go of the weight that gives you your edge and your stability. However if you don't, you will end up running into the obstacle and turning away will be that much harder. And if you fall it makes it even more difficult to do anything. I thought this was such a great analogy to how change should happen. If you want to change direction you need to unweight your attachment, give it all up, and fall into the next direction with no effort but one hundred percent commitment. Those who are hunkered down in their old patterns and too afraid to let go will certainly run into the obstacles and end up crashing and falling down.

The theme of "keep it moving" is important in the face of all the things that could become fixations in the amount of energy they take. Beware of fixating on judgments, things you think you know, things you think you don't know, having it a certain way, concrete plans, beliefs about yourself, beliefs about others, beliefs about the world, and especially judgments directed at self around some of the instinctive material surfacing from the bottom of the barrel. Some of you may be going through some hard lessons this month and will need to remember to stay in integrity and to give it over to spirit. Un weight yourself from your story and your position, and any righteousness, expectation, blame and disappointment. Once you are free, you can then look at all the creative terrain available to you and fall gracefully into the next direction.

The theme of keep it moving is important on all levels not just around psychological issues. Keep the body moving with walking, dancing, swimming, biking, skiing, chi gung, tai chi etc. Keep your mind moving by watching that you don't get stuck on one set of thoughts or ideas. It is good to keep asking, "what if?" questions and to stretch yourself to think outside the box. This is a highly creative month despite the challenge of the instinctive aspects.

Emotionally you can keep things moving as well by not becoming attached to your reactions to situations. Allow yourself to feel, and then to feel differently, and yet again to feel something else. Be flexible, be very, very flexible, and ready to unweight yourself at any moment in order to choose that next turn with grace and ease and confidence.

A good conversationalist will keep a conversation moving, never becoming stale or redundant, never faltering; one thing leads to another and then another. Your life this month should be like a good conversation or a beautiful ski run or a magnificent dance or a harmonious piece of music or a stream of water finding its way around the obstacles, constantly moving. The bottom line is: if it is moving, it isn't stuck.

Another important aspect of the month we will be dealing with is Boundaries. Because there is both a desire and support for dissolving old patterns as well as for moving ourselves to a higher spiritual plane, the issue of boundaries will definitely be revisited. The dissolving nature of the times wants to eliminate boundaries. It wants to loosen the imprisoning nature of artificial boundaries that have caused separation and isolation. It wants to dissolve the limitations and structures that have been upheld and supported by boundaries. It wants to move us with compassion into a higher spirituality where we can experience being one and not separate.

This is critical territory as good personal boundaries are essential in discerning what is yours and what is not. How do you allow yourself the experience of being one and not separate while still having good boundaries?

It is important to learn to be discriminating which begins by knowing yourself better. Through your lessons learning what works, what does not work, what is yours, what is not, who you are, who you are not, and what your personal dreams are as opposed to someone else's. We mentioned responsibility. Being responsible for your own discipline of following through with what you said you wanted is a personal boundary. If you make a decision a choice or set an intention, your own follow through is a personal boundary you set with yourself. You take responsibility for what you said you wanted. This month the desire for better boundaries may be in reaction to the dissolving of existing boundaries and the ensuing lack of structure. And some will need a little help in loosening some of their own calcified and hardened boundaries that no longer serve.

It is a heart-centered time and a real opening to spirit is possible despite the movement and instinctive aspects. A yearning for connection and community is also in the air. So always remember to come from your heart whether you are dissolving or setting boundaries or learning hard lessons or making graceful turns of change. Approach everything with compassion and optimism. It really is a spectacular time we are in of such opportunity for keeping things moving in the right direction.

How the month shows up:

YOU PERSONALLY

This month is focused on the self and an excellent time to clean house especially when subconscious material rises to the surface from the instinctive center that no longer serves you. You will know when this happens by how you feel. If you feel disjointed and off center, something is up. The way to work with the opportunity to clean out the instinctive centered house is to be accepting of what comes up and then to be proactive with what action you take. It doesn't matter if you cannot identify the exact patterns. They may be so incongruent that it may be difficult to know what it is you are looking at.

Pick something tangible in your life and use it as a reference point to represent whatever you may be dealing with. Clean out your files, your garage, a storage room or a junk-drawer. Get rid of something old you have kept for sentimental reasons and recycle used clothing. Especially clean out something that you have held on to that belongs to an old dream of yours or someone else's. For example if you are holding on to sports equipment of your grown children; trophies, ribbons etc., give them to your children if they want them. You may be surprised at how much more you are attached to those old dreams than they are.

Focus on your environment and keep the energy moving, keep it clean, keep it changing. The constant movement of energy will help you to continue moving forward yourself. Remember you do not have to understand with your mind what anything is or means. "Think" with your heart and you will be better off. Move towards feeling good. If you are not feeling good, something needs cleaning, dissolving or changing. The opportunity for attaining freedom from the old baggage is great this month provided you don't get stuck and you can stay out of Martyrdom.

RELATIONSHIPS

Relationships are important this month as they provide the barometer and the mirror for what needs attention. Beware of taking things personally and beware of what effect you may have on others, as this may be a sensitive time where reactions are strong. The dissolving aspect of the month will help in dissolving patterns in relationships that are not healthy or dysfunctional. This of course may lead to the actual dissolution of certain relationships. Some may even take the support of this time of movement as an opportunity to leave the planet if they feel complete with their karmas and lessons.

Use the movement and dissolving factor to forgive the past and dissolve all attachments to old wounds caused by relationships (which covers about everything). It is a tremendous opportunity to insert new patterns, perceptions, understandings, routines and experiences into current relationships as well as to welcome new relationship energy in. Boundaries will play a big part in relationships this month as well. Boundaries that are too porous will invite unwanted attention and make you susceptible to matching pictures. A matching picture is a recognition of a pattern in another person that is similar to one you have or have had in the past. Usually a matching picture is a trigger to look at something in you that was triggered by the other person. Sometimes exploring a matching picture can be useful but often it is an unnecessary distraction that can derail you from your focus.

On the other hand, boundaries that are too rigid may keep you stuck in old patterns and not allow for new relationship energy to come in. Often rigid boundaries are caused by stubbornness and a fear of losing control and giving your power away to a higher authority. Remember to keep it moving....

THE ENVIRONMENT

The environment will keep moving and the year of wind will insure that there is no stagnation. Because of the instinctive aspect of the month look for new discoveries of toxic waste and whistle blowing around environmental practices that are out of integrity. The good news is that there will be a renewed commitment to righting these wrongs as they also symbolize toxicity on a personal level. Whatever get done with regards to the environment will also have a personal symbolism to it. As people become interested in cleaning up their own personal psychological and emotional environment, this will affect the clean up of the greater environment.

In terms of weather this month, water is the element of the month. Look for unusual water activity and a focus on the oceans, tides, storms, drought and flooding. Water pollution becomes an issue as well as water and fluids in the body that can show up as water retention and circulatory issues. Make sure you are drinking good water and plenty of it. Radiator serviced, and remember to pay attention to anything in your personal environment that pertains to water, circulation and movement.

HEALTH AND THE PHYSICAL BODY

We already mentioned water and circulation as aspects for the physical body this month. In addition pay attention to the kidneys as they process water and are also affected by fear and anxiety. The adrenals will probably be in need of a lot of support especially in the aftermath of the solar flare activity last month. If you are feeling unusually fatigued and a bit off in your digestion and focus, you probably need adrenal support. It is also not a bad idea to support the thyroid with an iodine supplement.

On another note, those of you who have struggled with physical issues whether chronic illness or weight problems, have the opportunity this month to dissolve these patterns and change your perception and perspective. Just remember to keep everything moving especially the physical body.

FINANCE, PROJECTS, PARTNERSHIPS, BUSINESS

Look for lots of changes, additions, deletions, restructuring, shutting down projects, starting new ones, redesigning current situations and moving either away from something or towards it. If you keep the perspective that nothing stays the same and embrace the theme of keeping it moving you will have an easier time navigating especially when there are surprises or sudden change. A little bit of effort goes a long way this month as well. If you put some effort and intention into something it will pay off. We are in a highly creative time where manifesting can occur almost overnight. The challenge will be to stay focused and out of the mire of the instinctive center and Martyrdom. It will also be a challenge to find the balance between what has to break down and dissolve, and the boundaries that are necessary for holding a new creative venture together.

The best way to navigate is to give everything your best to the best of your knowledge and abilities and then to be flexible in the outcome. If you need to change something, do it without resistance. If you need to eliminate something, be ruthless. The main thing is to keep the energy moving. If your business or partnership feels stale and stagnant, infuse it with something new; a new product, a new routine, new ideas or a new environment.

Finances will also respond to movement this month. Move some money around into different accounts or change some of your investments. Be generous and generosity will come back around. Think about increasing the amount you are comfortable having, spending and making.

POLITICS AND GLOBAL ISSUES

The best way to support global issues and politics is to be accepting of changes to ideas and ideals, platforms, promises, and plans. We are the biggest enemy of change. We have a habit of wanting to hold others to what they said or promised. We have gotten attached to our expectations, both negative and positive ones and that attachment and mind set leaves very little freedom for something else to occur. It is very important this month to keep everything moving in a way that keeps things fresh and new. It is a good thing to change your mind and to be flexible. We have no idea what we are capable of creating and manifesting if we would just get out of our own way. Watch cynicism and Martyrdom in the political arena as well as in the personal one. If you react negatively to something, move off of that reaction to one side until you feel something else.

DATES AND TIME FRAMES

February 1-6: A slightly chaotic and unfocused time where you may feel one day that you have everything under control and then on another day you feel completely overwhelmed. The instinctive center is at work here and probably giving you lots of food for thought. You may experience self-judgment or irritation towards others. The boundary issue may come up as well. Astrologically we have an event with Neptune on February 3

That begins to anchor a time of major dissolving of old structures. There is a desire to better oneself spiritually and to raise the quality of life and experience. Keep things moving, move your body, clean something out and complete a project even if it is small. This will give you a much-needed sense of accomplishment in this unfocused time.

February 7: Full moon is at 2:57PM Mountain Standard Time. If anything is really stuck in your life right now it will show up in its full glory. Use the influence of the full moon to identify what it is and to move something that will begin a shift in the situation. It could be communication in a stagnant relationship, it could be changing something in your work or it could be finally making a decision you have been putting off. Honor this movement with moving something around in your immediate environment at the least get some fresh flowers for your home.

February 8-13: Things are moving very quickly during this time. You may feel inept at keeping up with all the change. Beware of the need and desire to keep track of everything in a rational way. You will not be able to do it so enjoy the freedom of giving it over to spirit to take care of. This is an important time to learn to trust the divine order of events, as some of them will not make much sense. Keep things moving and allow yourself to enjoy the chaos by feeling the creativity of it instead of the disruption.

February 14-20: Patterns of the subconscious may float to the surface out of the instinctive center as they are triggered by movement, change and events. Look for support when you need it and use the community aspect of the month to reach out to others. You are not alone is the mantra of this time frame. You could experience some confusion as you try to sort out what is yours and what is not. This is a time to practice having good and appropriate boundaries so as not to be processing anything that is not yours. Revisit your personal dreams and keep resetting your priorities, your thoughts and your feelings as you keep things moving.

February 21: New Moon is at 3:37PM Mountain Standard Time. This new moon is a time to recharge. You will feel like resting, getting more sleep, taking all the movement down to a standstill. If you have been struggling with something that has you constricted and confused, this would be the time to let go, unweight your position and give it over to spirit so you can turn yourself into another direction. Whatever it is, let it go. Then ritualize it by letting go of something you have been holding onto from the past.

February 22-29: This could be a very prosperous and creative time where many things that you have put into motion and kept the energy moving on, could come to pass or at least be nicely moving forward. This will depend on how focused and disciplined with your boundaries you have been able to be. You can especially see results in anything you have done that addresses the physical body and its health and well-being, your finances and new projects and partnerships. You may be feeling highly creative and experiencing a great sense of satisfaction and happiness with your life or you may still feel like there is a lot of subconscious material still to process. Make sure you have humor, make sure you have balance and make sure you are moving your body, your thoughts, your emotions and your stuff!

Welcome, sweet ones, it gives us great pleasure to be with you in this Now as you accelerate the essence of your Beingness into these higher dimensional frequencies of Light. And indeed, what a Now moment, sweet ones! You entered into the “Twelfth Wave of Ascension Gateway of Light” on January the 23rd, and from are now moving into a deeper level of shifting and creating change within yourselves. Know that this change is upon you in this Now, sweet ones, and the focus through these initiatory Gateways of Light assist in a deeper level of Cosmic Consciousness awareness and taking you into the Christed Timelines.

Through the month of January and the seventh ray of Ceremonial Magic ~ the Violet Flame of beloved Saint Germain ~ changes have been effected and created within the body and at a cellular level in order to bring a focus to this first Initiation “The Birth of Christ” and control over the physical body. Sweet ones, you are putting new structures in place as you access the templates of this New Earth, this fifth dimensional frequency of Divine Love ~ moving from the third and then the fourth dimension, into these fifth dimensional frequencies of unconditional Love, this center of Love within your hearts, this center of Love through all creation. This initiation was primarily creating awareness of how you look after this physical Temple, the Body of Light which you are creating within the physical body; and brought a focus to considering changes needed to be made within your daily habits, such as eating, exercising, taking time out for yourself. As this continues through the essence of the Divine Feminine in self-love and self-nurturing you move into this second Initiatory Gateway of Light ~ “The Baptism“ ~ through the sixth ray of Devotion and Idealism ~ which is primarily about letting go of desire, of control over the emotional body, as well as a deeper level of devotion to Mother/Father God. In essence this vibrant indigo flame of Devotion and Idealism takes you into a deeper level of reverence with Mother/Father God, and of honoring yourselves as these sacred transfiguring flames of Divine Love, in service to Mother Earth and all her life, through the ability to truly trust and surrender to the Divine. This initiation is related to the emotional body, and the sacrifice and death of desire, as we have mentioned, sweet ones, for desire itself can take you into the imaginings of a fine mind ~ or into inappropriate relationships in which you compromise on yourself. What is being cleared emotionally, sweet ones, and accelerated at this time are the old patternings and conditionings, the shadow aspects of yourselves, as you move deeper into the Christed Timelines, into this zero field energy of Divine Love through the 144 Crystalline Grid of Unity Consciousness, Overlighted by the twelfth ray of One Unity Consciousness, of Christ Consciousness, and in this month of February, this beautiful Indigo Flame of Light.

Let us start, sweet ones, with the focus on creating your personal stargates of Light as we tell you a little more about this initiation “The Baptism”. Focus on your breathing, on awareness into the breath, of your posture. As you breathe, sweet ones, expand the lower abdomen as you breathe in, and contract the lower abdomen as you breathe out. Have a sense of this orbital breath moving through your body, through the chakras, out the hands and feet, and along the spinal column, energizing your body through the essence of yourselves in the magnificence of Who You Are as these multi-dimensional Master Beings, as you merge now with your I AM Presence, the Highest Light of who you are within the Cosmic Heart of Mother/Father God.

Feel this connection now, sweet ones, into the crystal heart of Mother Earth, as you ground yourselves into this sacred crystalline frequency of Light within Mother Earth, into her sacred heart, and with this find yourselves within the Unity Grid of Divine Love. In your sacred space now, sweet ones, connect to the Lightworkers and starseeded ones and the Beings of Light from On High, and now to the collective Higher Light of all humanity. Breathe in this essence of Unity Consciousness ~ bring it in to your personal stargate, this portal of Light you are creating into the higher dimensions.

Focus now, sweet ones on the sacred Golden Solar Sun Disc within the heart chakra; for you are becoming these Solar Beings of Light and this first Gateway of Light takes you into Solar Christ Consciousness as the Earth herself ascends in Light and becomes the Spiritual Sun for this solar system. As you expand in Divine Love, in vibrational attunement into Solar Christ Consciousness, feel this expanded sense of merging with all Life, sweet ones.

And now bring a focus through the Solar Core and the Sun; to the Central Sun within Alcyone, to this Galactic Gateway of Light; and through here to the Great Central Sun. Experience yourselves merging into the Cosmic Heart of Mother/Father God, into the Cosmic Heart of All Creation, as you are taken into these frequencies of Divine Love, the templating for this New Earth. Connect now into the Inner Earth Sun, and to the Inner Beings of Light within these Cities of Light, these underground cities known as Agartha and Shamballa ~ feel this sense of connecting, sweet ones, on all levels of your Beingness to the Cosmic information present through these multi-dimensional activities of Light. Through the Planetary Grid now, bring in the frequencies of this sixth ray of Devotion and Idealism as you surround yourself in this beautiful Indigo Flame of Light, of connecting at a deeper level, sweet ones, to the essence of your Godself, in truly trusting and surrendering to the Divine. This means, sweet ones, of truly “letting go and letting God” ~ for it is through the old structures, of patternings and conditionings that the imprinting of the old cellular memories and holding patterns are still contained within the body, and create a “lack-of” in various areas of your lives, expressed through the emotional bodies. In truly “letting go and letting God”, in acknowledging the sense of movement forward through the Christed Timelines, this is experienced through the lower bodies, and the essential Self, in full realization, is coming within the Soul consciousness of the body as you express yourselves in deeper levels of self-mastery. As you hold this sacred vibrational matrix, the holographic expression of your magnificence as these transfiguring flames of Divine Love, sweet ones, we let you know, in addition to the activation of the new DNA encodings through the Golden Solar Sun Disc discs, this year in particular brings with it the activation of the Cosmic Christ Holographic Discs. There are 33 Cosmic Christ Holographic Discs, 13 major and 20 minor discs. These Silver Cosmic Christ Consciousness Discs, sweet ones, can be considered the counterparts to the Golden Solar Sun Disc discs as they take you into the Christed Timelines and these fifth dimensional frequencies of no-time and no-space. The Cosmic Christ Holographic Discs are activated through the spinal column, through the 33 vertebrae within the spinal column, sweet ones. This first activation occurred on January 21st 2012, and will continue leading up to the 21st of December 2012, with two activations taking place in that month, through the 12:12:12 and 21:12 Gateways of Divine Love and One Unity Consciousness.

In accessing the Christed Timelines, sweet ones, you truly build the I AM Avatar Bodies of Light. You create these sacred geometries of Light around yourselves that find their vibrational frequency in the merging of the Divine Feminine with the Divine Masculine and the experience of truly being an Ascended Master and a Christ Conscious Being of Light to this earth plane. The activation of this first major Cosmic Christ Holographic Disc took place in the Ascension Seat of Mount Shasta and in particular within the Atlantean crystal vibration through the master crystal within Mount Shasta. So for a moment, sweet ones, experience this activation which further connects you to the thirteen major portals and vortices of Light of Mother Earth which are recalibrated through this activation and through your spine, in particular the spinal column and the cerebrospinal fluid. The cerebrospinal fluid, sweet ones, is the gateway into the essence of your Soul through the alignment of light that creates your multi-dimensional bodies of Light in physical form. The next Cosmic Christ Holographic Disc and the two secondary discs, will be activated on February the 21st, sweet ones. This is a good moment to take the time out for invocation, for prayer, for meditation as you experience this activation within the beautiful crystalline City of Light and vortex within Mount Kilauea in Hawaii, and through these sacred waters of Light bringing in a deeper level of the Divine Feminine through connecting further to the etheric Dolphin Pods of the Light, to the etheric and physical Sirian Archangelic League of the Sea, in taking yourself into your original divine eight-cell blueprint, and the rebirthing of yourselves in this Baptism of Fire, transforming, transfiguring, healing and loving through this Indigo Flame of Devotion and Idealism.

Sweet ones, on a planetary level the essence of this ray and the planetary contract that is being dissolved is the clearing of distorted religious beliefs and the imprintings of this that lead to lack of empowerment, abuse and control. It is also though to look at any of these old religious patternings you might have within your body at a cellular level as well as creating a deeper understanding of your connection into the Cities of Light and the Ashrams of Light on the inner planes. Much of these teachings are undertaken on the inner planes, sweet ones, and as you step into a deeper level of service, of devotion, of trusting and surrendering to the Divine, these teachings of Light become more prominent in your everyday lives, and you will start to remember at a deeper level these Initiations of Light ~ for you have previously undertaken these initiations, sweet ones ~ you have previously been on this earth plane as these sacred transfiguring flames of Divine Love. You are the healers, the leaders, the teachers and facilitators of Divine Love and it is for you, sweet ones, to be able to effect and create change on this earth plane through your Light vibrational frequency looking through your master eyes at all of Life around you. In letting go of separation you see all Life in Divine Love and this becomes the reality that is mirrored back to you through these Christed Timelines of Light.

Sweet ones, this energy is further amplified through the full moon on February the 7th and 8th and indeed through the event that from an earthly perspective is known as Valentine’s Day. In essence, sweet ones, this is a powerful day to assist in the activation of the planetary heart of Mother Earth and the connection in Divine Love to one another and to all forms of Life and all bands of consciousness. So take this time to focus on the clearing of the emotional body, to have a look at the old cellular patternings and conditionings you may need to release while assisting in clearing the old planetary contracts of old religious beliefs and distorted religious structures. As these Christ Conscious Beings of Divine Love you are already making this change, sweet ones.

We look forward to taking you more consciously through the second initiatory Gateway of Light, through The Baptism ~ “the sacrifice of death and desire”. Simply allow for this initiation to be brought into your consciousness, as you travel through the crystalline City of Light and primary vortex within Mount Kilauea in Hawaii, to the sacred waters and the essence of the Christed Timeline of Divine Love.

Focus now, sweet ones, on your third dimensional portal as it is found at the crown chakra. As this portal is activated now, connect into Shamballa, to the Ascended Masters, and the Ray Ashrams, and through here to all the crystalline Cities of Light, earth chakra vortices, leylines and sacred sites, and place this holographic map of Cosmic Christ Consciousness around your body, in a sphere of Light, a golden sphere of Light six feet in diameter around you. And now, sweet ones, have this sense of activating a portal of light 0.02 feet above the crown chakra, connecting you into Solar Christ Consciousness. Feel the sense of being this Solar Being of Light as your Sun and Solar System moves into greater levels of Divine Light and the Earth herself becomes this Spiritual Sun for this Solar center, this Solar System. Now, bring in this beautiful copper-gold sphere of Light 6.04 feet in diameter around you, as you experience the Overlighting of Helios and Vesta through the solar axiatonal alignment frequencies of Divine Love through the Solar Grid of Divine Light. And lastly now, sweet ones, we open a portal of Light 0.6 feet above the crown chakra lifting you into this fifth dimensional frequency of Divine Love, of Interstellar Christ Consciousness ~

As promised I have returned through our lovely vessel to speak to all of you once again. My discussion today is mainly about love, self-love and love for all others unconditionally and of course your chakras, mainly your heart chakra and the promotion of your Christ Consciousness.

Many messages of late are including the importance of self-love before loving others. Achieving self-love and acceptance you are then able to reciprocate that love onto others as easy as it is to breathe. Many dear children of Earth have trouble loving themselves mainly because they feel they are being selfish when if fact they are acting in the most selfless of ways. It is very possible and you are very capable of loving yourself without involving your ego, meaning your love for yourself is pure and without the doubt causing ego to interfere. Allow your heart to guide you to what makes you happy, what it is you wish to do when you put time aside just for you. It’s okay to go to your ‘child place’ in your heart once in awhile and let your spirit soar like an eagle. Allowing your spirit to dance and fly without inhibitions will rejuvenate your mind, your body and of course your spirit. Just like the phrase, “Dance like nobody’s watching…” it is this concept that I am trying to impress upon you.

When you are in a comfortable place with self-love you will find yourself able to love others quite easily and openly. Your facial expressions will be much more relaxed and peace will have entered your heart portraying harmony in all you do. The gift of unconditional love is the greatest gifts because you give without the thought or expectation of anything at all being returned. You find no confusion or misunderstanding when your gift of unconditional love is not returned. The inner knowledge of giving a part of yourself is your gift returned dear children.

When we speak of expanding your heart, we are also speaking of the heart chakra. This very chakra once fully opened and centered will bring you to Christ Consciousness. This does not mean you allow your other chakras to fall to the sidelines, it means your focus is primarily on your heart and all the aspects of maintaining and fine tuning the heart chakra and its effects on all the other chakras as they are eternally linked from one to the other.

When you are within your Christ Consciousness this means you have achieved much in regards to opening your heart fully and loving completely and purely and accepting God and His son into you heart, mind and body. Once this is established within your Christ Consciousness you are at the doorstep of incredible possibilities of the world around you including the vast and never-ending time, space and other realities of existence.

Your highest state of spiritual and intellectual development and emotional development is when you have achieved the highest state of your awareness – the christened state. This is a most sacred state of mind, body and spirit and the path acquiring this state requires full commitment, dedication and devotion to following God’s Will and living by God’s example. This would mean acting as God; accepting all people with NO judgments, without criticism, using non-biased opinions or advice, loving UNCONDITIONALLY and having the ability to show compassion even to the people who have done you wrong. Remembering that not all people are at the same place within their spiritual mind and loving heart. Acting with love and kindness in all parts of your life and shining your brilliant light unto everyone that you meet, even if they are only passers-by.

The path of light you are currently on does not mean all people are to find their Christ Consciousness in order to fulfill their Divine Purpose in this lifetime. The Christened State is available to anyone regardless of their traditions and ways they were brought up on. Once you are ready to take this sideline step that will become part of your journey, you are embarking on becoming an active vessel of LOVE and TRUTH of the highest order and that is of the PUREST soul deep love for yourself, for God, his Son and the spirit – the combining of the three creating the Threefold Flame.


To be in the Christened State does not mean you must be part of the Christian religion or believe in the Christian ideals. Allow yourself to be drawn to what resonates within your heart; what is right for you and what you are ready for. The journey that you are on has not time date, there is no rush. You will achieve all that you are meant to. It is best to allow this part of your journey to open up naturally and not force it on yourself if you are not ready for the commitment. I have seen many of your dear children create creative ways of incorporating other spiritual beliefs while working within their Christ Consciousness. All ways and beliefs are honoured and accepted when they are leading you to creating a newer you. A person who lives and loves through their heart at all times; someone who shows great patience, who is kind, considerate and has compassion for themselves and everyone else. ALL the spiritual concepts you have picked up so far that speak of LOVE and encourage you to live through your heart will lead you forward to the Source; to the Fatherly Creator many know as God.

When you are able to reach this level of awareness of your true nature, your higher self which is also your birthright as a child of God you will become a living expression of His spirit and you will over a period of time unfold your own divine plan that you are carrying out now. Reaching the state of Christ Consciousness is like reaching a state of Nirvana. You will discover self-transformation that will reveal all things glorious and wondrous. You will feel a unity with your fellow light workers that you never felt prior to this achievement. You will not only find peace, you will feel peace in all things. Love will flow through you dear children as beautifully as it is meant to.

Do not think for an instance that you must achieve this part of the journey if you are not fully ready. Mediate and consult with your guides, feel a sense of calmness when you make your decision and know that if you are not ready for this phase of your spiritual development you are still loved and dearly supported. We of the Divine know and understand that you will require some preparation that will lead you to this part of your path eventually.

Earlier we briefly spoke of your chakras. I suggest to you dear children to cleanse your chakras often, allow rejuvenation to enter your spiritual life-stream. Your chakras hold much energy and can become depleted quickly if not maintained. Your cleansing is not only done when you have completed a challenge that drained your internal resources, but it is necessary for overall spiritual health. Greetings, Dear Ones! How pleased and honored we are to be in your presence today. We are honored to be in your presence because you have made the commitment to be part of the group to anchor the energies that will be enjoyed now and in the future through those who may enjoy the energies of the group and the channel on your internet at a later time.

So here we sit, Dear Ones, well into the energies of 2012, that pivotal year that has dangled in front of your humanity for so very long. We have spoken in the past of how transitioning into the energies of a new year can be challenging and indeed many of you have found it to be so. It will be an incredibly busy year. There will be many shifts, twists and turns on the ride, if you will. As you can see, the activity has already begun in earnest with your recent solar flares. What an amazing system! The earth is releasing and the sun is releasing. They are both, in turn, assisting you in releasing whatever you may not wish to carry as you are firmly on your enlightenment path and intending to create the New Earth.

Many of you worry that you are not doing enough. Many of you worry that you are not on the right path. We are hoping to soothe your fears today.

There is no “one size fits all” path to enlightenment, Dear Ones. Each and every individual path is a distinctly unique path. Your unique path is yours and yours alone. There is no one as qualified as you are to navigate your unique path. You are not qualified to tell anyone else how to navigate their own unique path. You are simply not privy to all of the information that would be required in order to do so.

Many of you have probably experienced working on your boundaries. It has been a major theme that was brought to the forefront in 2011. The importance of working on your boundaries was pivotal in order for you to stay in your truth, in your integrity and standing firmly on your own path. There will be many voices shouting loudly what they think you should be doing in the energies of now. You must be in your truth, in your integrity, and you must have the confidence in yourself to stay firmly on your own path and to shut those voices out.

There will be a cacophony of noise, Dear Ones, from those who will profess that the world will end (which it will not). There will be those who tell you that in order to ascend you must follow steps a,b,c and d. There will be some that swear up and down that reiki is the path to enlightenment or that this other form of energy healing is what you need, that you must meditate x amounts of hours every single day, you must follow these teachings, you must be this religion, that you must repent, Dear Ones, oh, how you must repent! (laughter)

The only thing that is required to ascend into the New Earth is surrender and flow.

That is it. There is no knowledge necessary of the ascension process in order for someone to ascend. All that is required is surrender and flow. If meditating helps you surrender and flow, then wonderful, it is a great modality for you. If yoga helps you surrender and flow, that’s wonderful, too! If walking in nature, if spending time with a beloved child or animal, or doing reiki or whatever it may be helps you stay in surrender and flow, it is perfect for you. Do you see? Do not allow others opinions to sway from what you know to be true for you.

Oh people say, “Gabriel, how do I know?” We would say to you that your body will let you know. Does your heart feel good in an activity? Do you feel empowered? Does it feel good? Does it bring you joy? When you are in joy, you are in your highest alignment and feeling your connection to Source. Could there be a better position to navigate shifting energies from? If what you are doing is a chore and you are forcing yourself to do it, Dear Ones, it is not helping you one bit do you see? Give yourselves permission to be the masters of your own unique path that you really are.

We find it interesting to say the least, from our perspective, that there are those who are saying that it must be done a certain way. If you step back and realize how much the planetary alignments are helping you, how the sun is helping you, how Gaia is helping, can you not see that the system is taking care of itself? All the elements that you need are there. Of course, it’s wonderful to have assistance along the way. If there are people who bring you joy and buoy you and help you with your process, then absolutely, embrace those members of your soul group. If they empower you, feel free to engage in those activities with them but do not feel like you need to be doing things that do not suit you.

This is going to be a major theme throughout the year. People will be shouting loudly that they know the way and that their way is the only way. Listen to what you know to be true within your own bodies, within your own hearts and within your own souls. You have everything you need in this moment to navigate these energies beautifully. It is all there. We have reached the point of no return, Dear Ones. Ascension is happening, it is happening now! You are creating the New Earth. It is happening. It is not going to be halted or stopped in any way if you don’t do certain things. It is a ridiculous idea to think that that is so. Do not fall for it.

Sometimes it is easier for you to assimilate things through analogy so we have one that we would like to share with you today that should make things quite clear for you.

Imagine that spirituality is a salad buffet and you all have your own plates. It is up to you what you wish to pile high on your plate and you will choose what you want on your plate by listening to what your body needs. If your body is craving certain ingredients you will put more of those ingredients on your plate. After a while you might get sick of certain foods and try new things. Now can you imagine how ridiculous it would be if you saw someone else at the buffet and you didn’t like what they had on their plate so you started yelling loudly at them, “Oh, for the love of God, not tomatoes!”

Do you see how ridiculous that would be? You would never do such a thing. People would look at you like you were mad. So if people can respect someone’s choices at a buffet, why will you not respect their choices when it comes to something as incredibly personal as their spirituality, Dear Ones? Maybe that person desperately needs tomatoes because they are lacking certain vitamins and nutrients. Maybe they need to have the experience of trying tomatoes. Perhaps you are allergic to tomatoes so that would be a bad choice for you. It is quite fine to allow people to put whatever they want on their own plates, you see.

If you try to tell someone to put certain things on their plate and it’s not what they want or need at that time they are not going to listen to you, are they? But if someone does ask you what you might recommend from the buffet because you’ve experienced it before, feel free to share what you know, but then don’t have attachment to what they do. So, if you recommend the three bean salad to someone and they choose not to put it on their plate, please do not lose sleep at the end of the day, gnashing your teeth over why, oh why, didn’t they choose the three bean salad! It is not your responsibility, you see? Down the road, when they are sick of what they’ve been piling on their plate, they may feel adventurous and remember you recommended it. They may say, “Someone said it was good, let’s try that today.” Or perhaps they will go thru their entire incarnation and never experience three bean salad, which would be divinely perfect for them. Your spirituality is the same. Listen to what you know. Listen to your bodies. Allow other people to be where they are. Give yourself permission to treat something as sacred as your spirituality with the same respect as you would give a salad buffet.

If you do this, you will do just fine. Now, we are not here to sugar coat things, Dear Ones. There will be times throughout the year that will be quite uncomfortable for many of you because everything is being pushed and squeezed. You are being reborn. You are being pushed thru the birth canal and that can be uncomfortable. The way to navigate such wildly shifting energies is to really embrace the flow. It is the resistance that causes you the most discomfort. It is so simple, do not make it more complicated than it needs to be. Stand in your truth, stay in your integrity, do what you know is right for you and surrender to the flow. If you do that, you will find yourself being more supported energetically than you ever have been before. It is the people who are most in resistance that will be finding the year very difficult indeed.

You are not here to save anyone. Just as your guides have assisted you through the door to enjoy this channel or navigated you to the website that you are reading it on, just as your guides have led the way to your level of enlightenment that you are enjoying at this very moment, each and every person on the planet has the same access to the same systems. They have their own guides and their soul is leading them seamlessly to have the experiences that they need to have in order to truly move forward in earnest into the new energies. So, for some people that may mean experiencing crisis. If you get in and try to save people from their experiences you may very well be interfering. You may be blocking them from having experiences that they very much need to have. We understand that you do it from a loving heart but you must love people enough to allow the process to work for them.

It is about practicing acceptance and allowing. It is about offering support and love and encouragement, if asked. It is about teaching through your example, how to navigate these energies in ways that are working beautifully for you. And by being that example, people will come and ask when they are ready to hear. Of course, you can have compassion and empathy because you know what it is like to have suffered. You know what it is like to have struggled but you can also understand that it is through those struggles that you have landed where you are today. They are what have honed you. Those experiences that your soul set up for you to have were for your highest good.

So trust that the system works equally well for each and every person on the planet. Love people for where they are and resist the need to rescue. It is not your job to rescue, Dear Ones, it is your job to hold the highest energy possible by applying what you know. If you follow that plan you will come out the other side of this year shining brightly in the highest expressions of yourselves that you have ever experienced on the planet and that truly is something to be celebrated. This is what we wanted to share with you today.
