I wanted to share a bit about what I've recently been feeling and perceiving while awake and asleep. This stage is new to me/us so there will be more information about this stage to come I'm sure. Put simply, I can feel the hormones throughout my body's blood system, brain, and Chakra systems changing now! The other night while asleep and out-of-body I heard the statement that, "Testosterone levels are being reduced in males and females." I immediately thought, well just that alone is going to monumentally help everyone!
What I've been feeling is that something very positive is happening throughout our hormonal and blood systems. Said another way, we've got new Light Energy flowing through us now that's rapidly altering, evolving the hormonal levels and production throughout our physical bodies and brains, which will naturally affect our consciousness also. Stair Steps remember? I believe Lisa Renee talked about this particular process in her September 2011 article and called it "Liquid Light" and "Diamond Sun Crystal Body". As with everything in the Ascension Process these transformations must unfold incrementally through numerous Stair Steps and stages otherwise too much too fast would harm or destroy our lower frequency bodies, brains, nervous systems, electrical systems, psyche, hormonal/endocrine/Chakra systems and everything else. Too much higher frequency Light poured too fast into a smaller, more dense physical container would energetically and physically rip it apart, so the Ascension Process of us transmuting our physical bodies while we remain in them must happen in incremental Stair Steps so our minds and our bodies survive and repeatedly adjust to the ongoing Process.
But...we've finally reached the point where the higher Light Energies (Source designed and generated higher frequency "architecture" or patterns) is rapidly coming online within those of us who multidimensionally embody and anchor first (the "Prototypers") and is flowing through our hormonal chemistry, our veins, nerves, cells, heart and consciousness and more of us are currently feeling these wonderful upgrades within our bodies and individual realities now. Know that this is just the beginning of many more amazingly wonderful evolutionary/ascension changes happening inside our bodies and consciousness, which is naturally and automatically reflected in our external world realities and the new Group collective. Fear not and continue to let go of all you must today, tomorrow, next week and for however long you/me/us need to do so because nearly incomprehensibly wonderful replacement patterns and materials from Source are currently firing-up in every physical Light-filled cell and drop of our blood.

Dearest ones, I come to you now, through this crystal child, who is now moving into rainbow consciousness, in Love, and kindness, to offer you a message, free from the limitations of perceived thought, and directed at completion, and I will say it again, completion, and I will say it a third time, completion, you are complete, whole, loved, beautiful, brave, kind, happy, joyful, kind, beautiful, loving, free, happy, integrated, released, and loved.
In perfect Love, humbleness, and respect, with peace, and serenity, I offer you a perspective, in the now, in accordance with Divine Universal Focus and Clarity, that if you might choose, with Love, you can move onto this perspective state to a state of Higher Awareness, to do so, and enter this Higher Awareness, I offer you, with humble Love, this plan and process:

1. Forgive all those whom you view as harmful or negative, forgive them now, and release this illusion.
2. Accept this current existence as it is, let go of control, and release yourself from attachment to it.
3. Love, enter a space of Unconditional Love for All, where none are judged, or condemned, but all are Complete, with humbleness, joy, and perfect serenity.
4. Meditate, Meditate, Mediate, stay in the stillness, and focus on your third eye, and do not project, but simply, allow yourself to travel where you will go, for each state you travel to, are, in my humble perspective, simply past things that are here to be released now, let them go, they are not real, they are only memories.
5. You are now, in this space, no longer in the previous dimension, do not strive to get to another dimension, you are in it. Accept this as reality, and move forward in Love.
6. Concentrate on aligning with all your chakras, and focus, with intend, sending energy, from your chakras directly into your heart, once that rainbow energy enters your heart, imagine that rainbow energy, pulsing, like electricity, throughout your body, and into every nerve fiber within you, this is connection.
7. Observe, do not force, but become Loving Observers, imagine as if, in this sense, you were not part of this "game", but you were outside, watching someone else, play this game. And from that perspective, you think, "Hmmm...I could have had check-mate (for you chess players) in a lot less turns." From the observers perspective, not part of the experience, but observing outside of the experience, you see things as they are. For you are not part of the old, but now present, observers, in the new.
8. Embrace change, if you have thoughts, or ideas, coming to you now, of how you might like to change your life, change it, do not, express, doubt, fear, or frailty, in making the decisions of your heart, express them with Love.
9. Enter God-Source, go directly to the Source, channel the Source, connect to the Source in all things, for from that well-spring of Source energy, all are created uniquely equal in their uniqueness.
10. Crystalize yourself, rainbowtize yourself, be a crystal channel for rainbow energy, be a crystaline energy center not just in one area, but in all areas, imagine yourself as a pure crystaline being filled with infinite light, light that has no limit, no end, and no sense of definition, imagine not, that you have an aura, but that all is your aura, reaching out infinitely, everywhere, and at all times, you are bigger than the Universe, you are bigger than Creation, you are connected, to Source itself, this is my humble experience.
11. Do not dramatize, re-creationalize, if you find yourself emmersed in the drama, put on a play! Make whatever situation you are experiencing as negative, a comedy, make it seem funny, step outside of yourself, use dolls, or other funny characters, but see the situation through the eyes of comedy, and it will lighten your heart.
12. Go beyond the body, let go of attachment to body and just go, go where your heart takes you, soar wherever you imagination dreams, put no limits on your creation, only create, in the expression, of Divine Love, unlimited, eternal, and free.
13. And when you have reached the point of Light, just be, be the Light, and express it at all times, and do not look back, for the back, will be but a memory!
14. Realize, that you already realize, know that you already know, and from this space, be.
15. Do not fear the illusion, use the illusion! If you find yourself stuck in fear, make fear into something else, like for instance, fear could be Great Goddess Fear, here to save the day, just in the nick of time, Goddess Fear loves you unconditionally, and so sometimes, helps you step back, and use Faery Caution, and the Faery of Caution, is always just there in the nick of time, to greet you when your about to step on a tack. Something similar to this.
16. Be the change you wish to see in the world, start community projects, make a garden, create a political party, feed the plants, whatever it is you were waiting to do, do it now!
17. Love yourself, unconditionally, as much as you Love others unconditionally.
18. Don't take yourself so seriously, The Universe doesn't, trust me! If it did, you wouldn't be talking to a pleiadian from another time space dimension through a human body in another time dimension on the internet talking to people in other countries! Now THAT is funny!
19. Realize, that, in all moments, and all experiences, you are Loved, without condition, without judgement, and without fear, and that you are, in effect, Love expressed in Form.
20. Exist in the spaces that you choose to exist, not in the space that you must exist. That is a vast, in my experience, difference.
21. Do not search for Truth, become Truth, for you are Truth, and it is you.

I hope, in Love, kindness, and humility, with compassion and joy, that this has helped you today, and has brought you, happiness, as I understand it. I am grateful, in Love, to be present in this experience.

Channeler: Lisa Gawlas

I think the greatest gift I have ever given myself in this life is the constant need to know more. I am always asking "why" followed by "how." I have also decided to nurture these questions within my grandson as he grows (he is currently 19 months old) and never try and stop the insistent "why" that children naturally pursue. It is more important to us than we could have ever realized.

There are two words we tend to use a lot in this spiritual exchange that we do. I suppose until now, I understood it in the vaguest of understandings, and even in that, it was enough to keep me going... and wondering.

The two words are: Co-Creation and Manifesting.

I am going to use this moment to talk about each, separately, altho truly the work together as one energy. More on that later.

As I wrote my blog yesterday I started to see the true depth of how we co-create. I used to simply define co-creation as creating both with spirit and this human chick named Lisa. Interweaving together the life we desired. Not even! Granted, it emerged from my desires, but do you realize how much YOU have played a part in my personal co-creative energies, and vise versa? I sure as heck didn't.

We are vibratory Beings, playing in a vast field of vibratory space. Everything you do and don't do affects the vibratory world in which I create with. Every conscious breath of Light you breath in, helps to manifest (we will get to that in a moment) the desires of my heart. Every insecurity and judgement you have, slows the vibratory rate in which I can create with. I guess this would be a good place to add in the Unified Field of Creation (aka Christ Consciousness.)

Every soul disguised in a human body that works and releases even just one of their "issues" accelerates the energies in which we create with. The more vibrant these energies become, the more peoples issues are released without effort. Our own good deeds go out and flood the universe with equal potential!

No one ever even has to be conscious there is a spiritual path to journey upon... you just have to let your heavy stuff go! Transmute the heavy energy into the buoyancy of love.

Together, we have done a wonderful job in releasing and adding to the whole.

Which allows for the quickness of the manifesting energies. Yesterday, thru a reading, I got to see how this manifesting energy works in real time. With effortless understanding (my own effort comes in using the words to describe what I understand inside... smile.)

From the initial opening of the reading, I clearly... ummm that is to say, eventually, understood that her soul self (energy body) was now where her physical body should have been (in my readings) and I had seen her physical body walking the fields of potential (of course, I didn't even know what she was doing until now.) That is to say, she fully released her physical world to her soul and the two are one energy.

She got a call from her children asking for fresh green beans from her well tended garden. Her heart filled with love and desire to share with her children went out to gather beans from her garden, knowing inside she had already harvested most of them days prior.

Much to her surprise, there was a bounty of beans, enough to send to all of her children. How did this happen?

As she shared the story and asked the question, my awareness was in the midst of her green beans. I could feel her hearts desire... and trust me... so could the beans. I could see on the bean stalks every place a bean had the potential to grow and in that place a gold energy started to take form and grow more and more solid and zap, it was a bean! Instantly.

It was her pure heart love of both the garden in which she tended and the love of her children, coupled with the pure desire to share her bounty with them... that it all came rushing toward her in abundance.

I could feel the silent communication taking place. And the ethers that are always listening and waiting to burst into creation. I am not sure who/what is more excited about all this... us who can use at ANY time this manifesting ability, or the fields of potential that wait eagerly to be pulled into creation from our hearts desires.

Granted this is a true story of wanting to share with our kids, but it is no different than what we desire from the depths of our hearts even for ourselves. Funny, for close to a decade I have wanted to literally be at the Dead Sea in Israel, I have made it my full intention to be there for my 50th birthday (next August)... I know now, I will be there. I so unconditional love mySelf and all that surrounds me... I know, the ethers are standing on the sidelines waiting for my time line of desire to happen and they will leap in front of me with opportunity.

I am sitting her both excited as well as in awe and suddenly remembered an experience I had in 2002, that I so had no flipping clue how it happened. My mentor when I first started this journey lived in Australia, I lived in North Carolina and eventually Virginia, and all I would ever demand (smile) to spirit is to find a way to dry up the oceans that kept him and I a part so we can be together in the physical world. I demanded this for about a year and a half, always with a reply that "when the time was right, you will meet." I never fully understood what made the time right at all. I know fully understand it was the desire of both of us, in unison that rerouted an airplane that was scheduled to lay over in Hong Kong on its way back home from Finland to Sydney... and suddenly, out of the blue... the lay over was diverted to New York City. Allowing us 5 full days of bliss and frustration to dance together joyfully in created matter.

Ask... and you WILL receive, without fail, every single time.

Think even for a moment that you are limited, and indeed... you are!!

With the deepest of gratitude to each and every one of you. Thank you for working so diligently so I (we) could reach my / our fullest potential.

Ohhhh.... and now I so understand (sorta) that wall of energy that is the end of this year. No more pull of our energy fields in the lower vibrations (those that cling to fear)... The weight will be gone.

Using Divine Currency, with Ascended Masters Hilarion and & St. Germain

St. Germain: I have been working hard with the energies of the planet to be in service to you in using Divine Currency. You might also call this, a “love-based economy.” We would like to explain a little more what that means.

Hilarion: I want to transmit to you, a feeling which you experience in your solar plexus chakra field. It takes a minute to “heat up,” but as I place my energies near your field, and your body decides to accept the energies, the feeling will become stronger.

Some of you have money in your pocket, and some of you don’t right now. There are so many stories foating around about why this is so. Perhaps it is the job, kids, how you were raised, maybe you had a car accident and needed to repair your vehicle, or have medical bills…and so on and on. I want to point to a truth beyond these storeis. They are habits.

You can all totally transcend this “money issue.” And this is what we want to talk about.

St. Germain with Hilarion: In ancient times, as you know, humans were hunter-gatherers. The earth gave you your food and abundance. People shared what they received with the collective, out of a feeling of caring and duty.

Then things evolved so that trading was necessary and then, as you know, eventually the trade became a metal currency. And now, ti’s just numbers, thin air.

The key is, that the collective vibe around your history of trading and plenty, or lack, of necessary items – has caused you to be stuck in that energy. There are plenty of people who were born into their body, already knowing what Love Currency and Heart Exchange is – more people than you realize.

The heart of the matter is this: when you are in the midset of “love and only love,” and the heart rules how you execute your exchanges, then love shines like the brightest sun on your offerings and love shines also on what you receive.

If you are at the supermarket and you buy your groceries with this heart currency active within you, you will be spreading light to the entire supermarket chain as well as all those around you, and your personal life as you eat the food you just received.

There is no difference between giving gratitude for what you received as it came out of Mother Earth as you harvest food from your garden, for example, and offering the same gratitude to the store where you buy your groceries. Then you can also give gratitude for the earth for providing it and sending it there.

If you unlock this gratitude inside of your souls, you will manifest all the abundance you need in this life and share that love energy with all those you meet. What a blessing and joy.

Hypochlorhydria

Hypochlorhydria  is a state in which production of gastric acid in the stomach is low. Achlorhydra is when there is no production of gastric acid. The conditions can lead to a failure to digest food properly, to absorb certain trace elements, and to sterilize stomach contents. These problems can lead, in turn, to further medical complications.

Some degenerative diseases can occur due to the resulting lack of certain raw materials. The risk of osteoporosis, for instance, increases because of the body's inability to provide the raw material to replace bone. The lack of elements essential for normal functioning of the body can slow down the body's metabolism and accelerate its ageing process. A less acidic environment in the stomach can also make the stomach more susceptible to certain infections.

 

Hypochlorhydria  and achlorhydra can also be caused secondarily by other medical conditions. A vitamin B12 deficiency, for instance, can lead to low stomach acid. And since a sufficient amount of stomach acid is needed to properly absorb B12, this can create a vicious cycle of malnutrition and Hypochlorhydria .

While not all causes of Hypochlorhydria  are known, some others include:

• Autoimmune disorders in which antibodies target parietal cells (large peripheral cells of the mucous membrane that produce gastric acid)
• Rare diseases such as mucolipidosis IV
• Helicobacter pylori infection
• Atrophic gastritis
• Pernicious anemia
• Vasoactive intestinal peptide-producing tumors (VIPomas)
• Stomach cancer
• Certain kinds of asthma in children

Certain drugs, antacids and radiation therapy can also cause or induce Hypochlorhydria . Drugs that can decrease production of gastric acid include H2-receptor antagonists and protein pump inhibitors. Since the elderly's ability to produce stomach acid naturally tends to decline, and since they are more commonly prescribed anti-ulcer drugs, there is additional concern of small bowel bacterial overgrowth secondary to drug-induced hypochlorhydria among this segment of the population.

Symptoms of hypochlorhydria may include:

• Bad breath (halitosis)
• Wind, gas, belching, bloating
• Burning, indigestion, constipation, diarrhea
• Itching around the rectum
• Flatulence immediately after eating
• Undigested food in stools
• Food allergies
• Abnormal sense of "fullness"
• Loss of appetite for meat
• Nausea
• Cracked, peeled and/or weak fingernails
• Hair loss
• Symptoms similar to those of GERD or anemia

Treatment may include:

• Vitamin supplements
• Ascorbic acid
• Betaine Hydrochloride
• Other acid supplements during mealtimes (although cider vinegar may help acidify the stomach, it contains yeast, so it may not be tolerated by some)
• Diet (smaller meals with a low glycemic index and for which there is a reduced risk of allergy)
•  Antibiotics (in cases of significant bacterial overgrowth)

Alright. Forgiveness. Forgiving and Loving really is what that is about. When you are unable to forgive, you are unable to fully love. In the, certainly 9-11, which affects the global energy, as well as in your personal life, starting with forgiving yourself first because then you can more fully love yourself and then when it comes to others, it gets a little tricky, so I want to talk about that a bit.

Sometimes, you think this other person in your life was the bad person and they should be asking you for forgiveness. I would say don’t wait for that to happen. Instead take the reins yourself and just simply say “I forgive that person and I forgive myself for any role that I may have played unknowingly. Maybe I unknowingly set them off or maybe for some reason we had some karmic thing to play out that affects another lifetime, so I forgive myself for that.”

Forgiveness simply allows for a state of healing and to be able to fully love. So I highly recommend that.

Now as we practice with the emotional body, you can simply empty the emotional body of all emotions, no matter what’s in there. There might be a little joy, a little bit of irritation and what not and then fill the body with love and continue to breathe Divine Love and just let it circulate through the body.

You can also use Dr. Emoto’s prayer, that is the Water Prayer, but I find that when you say it energetically to other beings or to maybe the people who destroyed the twin towers, or the people who are preying upon children, or whatever it is, it releases the whole pattern that allows everyone to play in the drama. So it’s just four short sentences:

“I am sorry.
Please forgive me.
Thank you.
I love you.”

Say it to yourself. Say it mentally to others and to situations, even say, pollution on the earth, say it to the pollution. It really does bring about quite a bit of healing.

So forgiveness allows love to be fully experienced.

The Return of Quetzalcoatl, the Feathered Serpent

Our Collective Kundalini is Rising!

 

With the cosmic waves of Comet Elenin rippling through the planetary field, many are feeling a resonant stirring within... an inner awakening from a long slumber as the Cosmic Serpent that makes it sacred home at the base of our spine responds to the clarion call of the long hailed return of Quetzalcoatl... the Christ Consciousness.

This Cosmic Serpent is none other than our Divine Kundalini. This is the coiled energy that rises through our central channel along the spine, destined for the Pineal Gland where it then bursts forth from the crown chakra, culminating in the profound experience of raptured enlightenment.

It is with such gratitude that we open our hearts and minds to welcome the unifying cosmic energies from the Great Central Sun emanating from the Comet Elenin. Accessing the Crystal Palace

As our Kundalini rises to become one with our pineal gland, the "eye of our soul", we may experience a profound sense of Divine Remembrance. Through the merging of the masculine and feminine channels, the circuits surrounding our central column, we will experience the two hemispheres of our brain becoming one WHOLE operating system.

The pineal gland is the centre piece around which all of this unification takes place. This is a pine cone shaped endocrine gland that sits between the two hemispheres of the brain, a location which corresponds to what in Taoist practice is known as the "Crystal Palace" due to part of its make up being crystalline. It is the City of Light within giving us access to the holographic universe.

Who and What is Quetzalcoatl?

For those of our beloved Global Family who are unfamiliar with the word and energy of Quetzalcoatl, we would like to take a moment to elaborate on this incredible forcefield awakening within our beings at this time.

Throughout history, ancient civilizations such as the Mayans, Aztecs, Egyptians and Sumerians have referred to a "sky-god" who would return from Venus at specific times to again instruct humanity when the hour of liberation was at hand. According to the Mayan calendar, we are NOW in the time of Quetzalcoatl's much anticipated return.

That being said, there has been an expanded awareness that has graced our Group Soul, that has allowed us to perceive this "return" not as an individual being or deity but as an expression of our Divine Self. The energy is the same energy held and radiated by Jesus the Christ, Krishna, the Buddha and the other beloved Avatars who selflessly paved the Path to Liberation.

Quetzalcoatl was also known as "the Feathered Serpent" which many know as the sacred metaphor representing our human DNA and it's foretold activation and uncoiling. As many wayshowers across the globe begin to sense the rising of our collective kundalini, the spectacular revelation that we are going to become the living incarnation of Quetzalcoatl will begin to circulate through the unified field. With this powerful presence being born within us, we can share in the cosmic joy of co-creating the most incredible vistas of the New Earth.
