God said:

Whatever you look at, you are seeing yourself. You are the ocean you look at, and you are the waves, and you are the sky and you are the sand. There is only Oneness, and, yet, you are everything. You are My Everything and Everyone, and, still, We are One.

There is nothing you are not, and, yet, Oneness alone is.

That is why you are everything imagined and True Oneness all rolled into One.

You are the traffic, and you are the solitary eagle.

You are the flies and mosquitoes that buzz around.

You are the bees who make honey. You are the caterpillars who change into butterflies. You are man, woman, and child, and you are ascending.

You are the sound of crickets and the TV. You are lips that kiss, and you have a voice that sings and hums as you go about your work.

There is nothing you are not.

You are every wish that ever came true. You are My desires manifested into a between world, a world birthed from Heaven and debated about on Earth. You are a wonder of creation, and you wonder about yourself and what you're up to.

And you are the firmament of love, and you are love taking a chance and brave about it.

You are the sun that rises and the sun that sets.

You are everything, and you are nothing at all.

Your body is a physical representation of a magnificent soul. Whatever the body does or appears like, you are not your body. You are soul. Body is temporary. Soul is always. Body and soul are almost like from two different countries. Your soul is true. Your body is fake.

You are the streams of the river, and you are the bathtub, and you take a bath, and you dry yourself off.

You ponder the state of life you are fantasizing as if you were physically real instead of a thought.

You are a thought that thought itself.

You are a down spout, and you are an elevator going up.

You are many things. Still, you are One.

You are not My shadow. You are My light, and a spotlight is on you.

There is nothing that stands between Us, and We share love. Our love overlaps.

At first you think it is nonsense when I say you are a down spout, and you are an elevator going up, or that you are the bee who makes honey and so on. Yet something about what I say begins to feel right to you.

Beloveds, there is nothing that you are not, and I alone AM. At first this seems like an exaggeration, yet it is the whole Truth.

There is nothing you are not.

Those you love are you.

Those you do not feel love for are you.

There is nothing really that comes between you and another, another who seems like an another and, yet, who is you. You are the other looking at himself but since there is no other, you are looking at you and calling yourself by another name, as if you and the seeming other were not One.

Wherever you look, you are Oneness peering at yourself. Whoever speaks, you are the speaker. Whoever listens, you are the listener. Whoever paints, you are the artist. Whoever makes music, it is you. There is no between. There is no other. There is Oneness. You might as well get used to the idea, for that is the Truth and nothing else is.

Aspects of Self by Lord Melchizedek

I shower you in abundant blessings from the Universal level and ask that at this moment you allow me to connect your energies with the Universal light. The Universal light represented by a golden colour holds a tremendous volume of the Christ light, as I connect your energies with the Universal light I wish to link you with your Universal self and Christ self to assist your embodiment of these energies. Your Universal self is you as a Universal Ascended Master, as all time is simultaneous you are able to link into all the different levels of your growth at any given time. When you link into your Universal self you will be able to understand yourself more fully as a great volume of light flows into your being with Universal knowledge and teachings for you to anchor into your current reality. Your Universal self is embarking on a beautiful pathway of ascension at a Universal level. We can understand the Universal level of the Creator’s energy as a level of education in a physical school upon the Earth. Your Universal self can now assist you in anchoring your Christ self which is your fully formed Christ light body radiating pure and active love. Your Universal self can cleanse your being of physical burdens or physical restraints that are falsely or unnecessarily holding your energy vibration at a slow speed. Your Universal self holds the ability to anchor a greater volume and experience of the Creator’s love within your heart chakra while creating avenues for you to express your Creator love to aid the healing and awakening for yourself and others.

I also wish to make you aware of the Universal Shimmering Light of Luminosity which can be anchored into your being. This energy holds a high vibration of Universal light which shimmers constantly to increase your energy vibration and enhance the luminosity of your light. When calling upon a pillar of Universal Shimmering Light of Luminosity you can experience this light working with your entire being as the shimmering creates an oscillation which cleanses, rejuvenates and empowers your light. You may ask your Universal self to bring this forward to you or you may call upon my energies, Lord Melchizedek, to be of assistance. Experiencing the Universal Shimmering Light of Luminosity is wonderful for energising and merging your energy bodies and can have a positive effect upon the mind.

If you wish to connect with your Universal Self or your Christ Self you can call upon my energies as you focus upon opening up your heart chakra to receive a greater volume of light. Then hold the intention of connecting with your Universal self or Christ Self as you inhale and exhale through your heart chakra. As the connection is made you can turn your attention to your crown chakra and observe the light cascading down your chakra column and into your open heart chakra to be distributed throughout your entire being. Your Universal Self and Christ Self will then take on a light form within your being, creating a light body. You can then ask me, Lord Melchizedek, to anchor this light body into your physical body, etheric body, emotional body, mental body and spiritual body. This is an extremely powerful process, you can then connect with the aspect of yourself you have anchored through the power of thoughts, welcoming and inviting this energy to merge with your entire being and share any guidance or wisdom.

It is important to understand that there are many aspects of yourself that you can call upon to integrate into your current reality and existence, by doing so you are enhancing greater bonds of connection with your own energy and the Creator. It is often that your soul can feel the reality of separation as there are so many forms of your energy across space and time. When you anchor different aspects of yourself into your being you are dissolving the reality of separation, collecting wisdom and realising your power. With energy that you anchor or realise, whether it is your energy from the past or the future, you are achieving unity which allows for a deeper connection with and understanding of the Creator. It is important to be aware that there are constantly many aspects of your being waiting to merge with your energy in your current reality; this is because your soul is continuously sending out a request for unity and oneness, as well as a greater experience of the Creator’s unconditional love.

Upon the inner planes within many ashrams of learning and understanding the masters teach the process of calling aspects of oneself into their current existence of light, this a valuable process of ascension. It is only the positive aspects of yourself that need to be anchored to fuel your loving vibration but sometimes aspects of yourself hold karmic patterns that need to be realised and dissolved, so they anchor into your being to make your aware of the presence of the pattern in your current reality, allowing for release.

I felt empowered to speak with you about the different energetic aspects of your being and how integration is necessary, but I also was inspire to speak with you about how you perceive your own energy and being. In a time when we are focusing on becoming our truth it is important that we understand who we truly are. I first wish to draw your attention to a word that you use commonly and often without much thought. The word is ‘I.’ If we were to observe a snap shot of anyone’s life on the Earth we would probably see the word ‘I,’ being used.

‘I need some food,’ ‘I need to catch the bus,’ ‘I am so tired,’ I don’t know about you but I…….’ The word ‘I,’ is used to describe the speaker and when we are observing someone using this word we know that they are speaking about themselves, but allow yourself to think for a moment what does the word mean, who are you actually taking about when you say ‘I.’

What does ‘I’ mean to you?

There are a number of meanings of ‘I’ but I believe it is now important for you to personally understand who you are talking about when you say, ‘I.’ You can determine whether you are speaking about your physical body, your soul, your intuition, your emotional body, your mind or your entire self. When we observe the energy or aspect of ourselves we are referring to it is interesting to see that sometimes there are discrepancy in what is being said. If you believe that ‘I’ is your soul and then when you say, ‘I need some chocolate,’ is this really truthful? Does your soul need the chocolate? Is it just a habit or are you speaking of a different aspect of your being? I realise that this may seem pedantic and as if I am wasting your time but when you begin to take time to analyse the use of the word ‘I’ then you can actually begin to uncover many truths and disregard many false beliefs. Many of you are so unconscious in your use of the word, ‘I’ and yet it is a word that is used to represent your great complete being. When you begin to understand the meaning for you behind this word then you will begin to understand yourself more fully. If you believe that, ‘I’ is your soul then you may find that the way you speak begins to alter as the desires of your soul come to the forefront. It is most common that at different times you will acknowledge different aspect of your being. When your body is hungry, you will acknowledge ‘I’ as your body, when your soul needs peace you may acknowledge ‘I’ as your soul’s voice. You have so many aspects of your being who are talking simultaneously to you but as you move along your spiritual path your entire being begins to vibrate in unison and you will realise that ‘I’ encapsulates your entire united being.

I ask only that you observe your use of this word and ask yourself if what you are saying is the truth, begin to understand the meaning of the word in your everyday life and you will begin to dissolve false habits, brining greater understanding of yourself and truth.

For many of you when you say, I am (your name) you understand the meaning of this but it is now time to integrate this meaning into your entire reality, acknowledging yourself as the Creator and realising that your name is a vibrational representative of your energy and entire being. This means that your name although it may not change in your life, energetically it is constantly evolving in vibrational sound and meaning becoming more abundant in the Creator’s light and love.

There is nothing that you cannot do inasmuch that you have much more power than you realize. You are not yet at the level where you can achieve instant results, but the energies you put out for change will bring about a response. More so when many of you are working towards the same end, the power increases exponentially. So Dear Ones, as more and more people seek changes for the good of all, you are bringing about a quicker manifestation of what you have in mind. We find that as you gain understanding of how to best help yourselves and Mother Earth, the emphasis moves away from self to all life forms. After all, the changes are affecting them and not just your solar system, but Universe and Galaxy. It is a tremendous change of scope beyond your imagination, and involves Beings of unlimited power and love. They carry out the Will of God and in that lies your assurance that all will proceed according to the Divine Plan.

In the scheme of things you may feel very insignificant, yet you are so important to the final outcome that is eagerly awaited throughout your solar system. To play out the cycle of duality you were especially chosen, and you have overcome the darkness that descended after Atlantis disappeared into the depths of the Atlantic Ocean. From seemingly impossible positions you have brought the Light back into existence, and today it stands as the major force upon the Earth. You will have had every conceivable experience that duality could challenge you with. Yet you have managed to establish the Light upon Earth, that has grown in strength and brought about a higher level of consciousness. Now you can congratulate yourselves on a job well done, and claim the rewards in the form of Ascension. All around the Earth and far beyond, different sources are concentrating on sending higher Light emissions to you, and by now many of you can feel the changes within.

At any given time you may feel symptoms of change as your body cells absorb more Light, moving you towards completion of the changes from carbon to crystalline. Your new body will be of the higher vibrations and ensure that you can take your place in the higher dimension. Your present bodies because of the low vibrations, have always been prone to illness and disease and you have learnt much through it. Perhaps you would therefore view the prospect of having a new body which does not age, or suffer disease or illness, as the most welcome change of all. Those of you who have already raised your vibrations, may have noticed how you enjoy a much more healthy life. That is a sure sign that you have discovered how to reach a level of life that is reflected in your body, that has uplifted vibrations. Stay calm, and do not allow negative emotions to rise up, as these are damaging to your psyche. Anger and similar emotions are very damaging to your bodily functions, whereas all positive ones such as Love, Compassion, Joy and Happiness maintain your Light levels and health.

Lightworkers are going to be called upon to help those who are unawake as to the pending changes, to understand the reasons for them when they are confronted with unbelievable news. Life will dramatically change as a result and there will be no going back to the old ways, and the old paradigm. The main point to be made is that whatever happens, the outcome will be for the betterment of all life. What are perceived as losses will be more than compensated for, and the plan is to restore your rights and lift your life standards to one that reflects our desire to overcome the lack of what it is you are entitled to. There has always been more than adequate resources, for everyone to live a satisfactory standard of living that meets their needs. In the future you shall want for absolutely nothing at all.

Dear Ones, all proceeds well, and you near the time when our actions and that of our allies will be reported in the media. With it will come explanations for what takes place, and it will be made clear that our intervention has been authorized by the High Councils that look after your evolution. Normally you would be left to determine your future, and that is still true where your Ascension is concerned. However, we talk of the greater picture, and our responsibility to carry out the Divine Decree that you shall all have the opportunity to ascend. You are about to witness the capitulation of the dark Ones, who are now aware that they are doomed to failure. There is no way out and whether on or off Earth they will face justice, and also given to understand and experience the far reaching effects that their actions caused.

We of the Galactic Federation will present you with the opportunity to meet representatives of the civilizations, that have had a great input where your evolution has been concerned. It goes back thousands upon thousands of years, through many cycles that have seen civilizations come and go, some of which you have little or no knowledge. Bear in mind that you have had experiences outside of the Earth, even other Universes. You are well travelled, and are all members of Space families that ready themselves to greet you back home. You originally came from the stars and are as much Space Beings as we are. Earth has been an experiment that you eagerly took part in, and through you so much has been learnt about the effects of being separated from God. All of your collective experiences will be available to other civilizations, some of whom may face a similar situation.

You are viewed as great souls of Light, and so much love is being sent to you in gratitude for your sacrifices. It is not every soul that would have volunteered for what you have experienced. You had faith not just in your own powers, but also in the promises given you that you would never be forgotten, and would return to your rightful place in the Universe. You will now move on and in time feel the urge to further your evolution, and go off onto another path that will suit your needs. Nothing ever stands still even though in your present life it may seem that it does. Change is constantly occurring more so than you are aware, and each of you is participating in creating your future.
