Greetings dearest children who inhabit this fine planet known as Earth. There are so many wonderful children that roam my surface.

Have you felt the change in the air dear ones? The seasons are changing in many countries around this beautiful globe. And the seasons inside of you are also changing.

As the climate changes, so does your body in order to adapt. Some who live in colder climates may notice an increase in appetite as cool weather causes this automatic reaction. You will also notice a calming of yourselves as the heat from the summer in these regions is lessening. When there is a changing of seasons, you are presented with fresh ways to nurture yourself and the environment surrounding you. Each season holds different nutritional requirements for yourself, for your family, pets, plants and wildlife. During the changing of seasons within yourself and your own place of living, take time to look within yourself, see the beauty that lies there. Inhale the change of the air, absorb the energy of elements that are surrounding you.

With the change in temperatures, it’s a good time to stock up on natural path medicines that are equally effective if symptoms are caught in time when compared to what you would purchase at your pharmacy. Some good examples are Ginger, Echinacea, Golden Seal, Ginseng, a combination of some of these, and there are many others. All of these are able to be purchased in ranges from tinctures to tea, depending on what you prefer and of course cost.

Many people in the Northern Hemisphere and other areas that have similar seasons are preparing for Fall planting and gardening. Take time dear ones to involve yourself as there isn’t much time left to enjoy the Earth. Before you know it, the cool white snow will arrive to cover the flowering beauties that you have grown.

The changing of the seasons is to be celebrated and in some parts are with Fairs, potluck gatherings from Fall harvests, ceremonies, and we cannot forget Halloween; which marks the season of Fall is coming to an end. The changing of seasons is not meant to feel sad about, but rejoice as there are new things for you to do, that involve being in touch with me and the nature around you. You are not limited because of your climate.

For the folks that are in the Southern Hemisphere and similar areas, your experiences are quite opposite and equally remarkable and enjoyable as you too will soon be met with a change of season. The entire world is being met with a change of seasons within themselves and their surroundings. So many beautiful colours and smells are filling up the beautiful skies that these changes bring. I can already hear some of you slightly complain that there is too much pollution to smell the change in the air. Focus on the change dear ones, go beyond the smell of cars, factories and perfumes. Really focus on the freshness of the air, the smell of flowers, Earth, what the rolling waves from any body of water regardless lake or ocean. You might pick up the scent of a pine tree after a hot day, or the smell of roaming animals like the Skunk, notice insects you normally would not see, birds that are migrating, and many other examples. There is much dear children for you to take notice that is in front of you. Make a point of going outdoors and enjoying what has always been there for you.

As I take my leave of this dear child of the Earth, know that I truly love all of you. My love knows no bounds for the beautiful souls that inhabit my surface.

(NaturalNews) Foods are of two types, acid or alkaline. If too many acidic foods are consumed, the body's Ph becomes unbalanced and one will feel unhealthy and sick. Over-sugared junk food is highly acidic, as are meats such as pork and beef. Nat. Phos. (tissue salt no. 10) is an acid neutralizer and acid/alkaline balancer. Remain in good health by consuming a diet that is 70-80% alkaline and 20-30% acid. Avoid digestive upsets and acidity by regularly consuming alkaline foods. Foods that are alkaline are as follows:

Nuts: The least acidic nuts are almonds. Nuts high in acid are peanuts and walnuts.

Oils: Olive oil is alkaline; corn oil is highly acidic.

Sweeteners: Stevia is alkaline, while processed honey and refined sugar are very high acid foods. The worst sweeteners to ingest because of their extremely high acidity are the artificial sweeteners commonly used as sugar substitutes.

Fruits: Lemons, watermelons, papaya, mangoes and grapefruits are alkaline in the body and help counter excess acidity. Blueberries, cranberries and prunes, although healthy, are highly acidic fruits.

Dairy: Dairy produce, including raw milk and cheeses are acidic. The more alkaline milk and cheese comes from goats.

Meat, chicken and fish are acidic foods.

Soft drinks, tea and coffee are acidic - lemon water and herbal teas are alkaline.

In your less dense body you will be able to move instantaneously to wherever you desire, and that means you are always able to contact your loved ones whenever you wish. There is however a provision that requires each souls privacy be protected, and you would first make telepathic contact to gain permission. So in fact, in the higher dimensions you have far greater freedom, and your loved ones and friends are always within contact.

Life on Earth has its high points, but it will never match the advantages of living in the higher dimensions. Perhaps you will find that the most acceptable change is in respect of your use of your time. Where on Earth you often find it difficult to fit everything in, you will experience the exact opposite having all the time you need to follow your pursuits. More so, if you were keen to develop you artistic talent, you could for example “call back” Rembrandt and benefit from his experience. It has to be pointed out that with the higher vibrations you will use your increased powers of thought, and will tend to be more creative with them.

Your lives will bear little resemblance to how they are now, and the benefits will be almost unimaginable. The path to these changes is about to start on Earth, by returning to you your sovereignty and freedom. With it shall come your release from being dependant on out dated methods of travel, medicine and food production. What you have been denied is being enjoyed by the selected few who are part of the covert operations of the Illuminati. You have been deliberately held back, to maintain the old system that feeds the bank balances of those families that are in power. The few control the masses but that is all about to change, and our allies have progressed to the point where the changes can begin. The realization that you can be lifted up and experience a far better quality of life, will re-invigorate people’s desires and interest in their future. That future is Ascension with all of the changes we have been regularly discussing.

Most important is of course your spiritual upliftment, which is the key to whether you ascend. That is determined by your level of vibration and it must be similar to those of the higher dimensions, if you are to move out of your present one which is the third dimension. As we have often mentioned, there is the Law of Attraction that determines which souls rise up and that applies automatically. It is how your progress or otherwise takes place, and you cannot be in a level other than the one that is consistent with your vibrations. That alone ensures that the different dimensions are always in harmony and balance. On Earth you do have Higher Beings, but they have had to drop their vibrations to be on it. Usually that is for the purpose of serving the Light, and you do in fact have thousands of them with you now, working to raise your vibrations.

We of the Galactic Federation are also part of the Light working teams, and like them we have a specific role to play. As you should know by now, it is to protect you and ensure that the path to Ascension is kept open for all of you that have chosen it. With our presence also comes knowledge of the higher states of being, and glimpses of what your future holds. We are One, and quite naturally there is a mutual attraction between us. You are also genetically connected with us, which is why you will see many humanlike Beings amongst us. We are so much like you that we could easily walk amongst you with hardly being noticed. Soon that will in fact become quite normal, and Disclosure is becoming much nearer to being announced.

In the midst of escalating Earth changes, we pick up a more calming energy that seems to come from the general upliftment of your mass consciousness. We would expect it to continue to rise in view of the ever-increasing levels of Light being sent to you. It is welcomed as there is inevitably going to be a period of some confusion and uncertainty when major changes are thrust upon you. They will of course be understood by those of you who keep abreast of events, and you can do much to share your understanding with others. Fear of the unknown is still very much a problem, but we will quickly explain what is happening as soon as we can. Your support for us is clearly essential, as we desire to involve you in the activities that are our top priority.

Once it is clear where everything is heading, we expect to have your full co-operation and indeed why not, as the plan is for your ultimate well-being. We have the answers to all of your problems, and the inconvenience to you while the changes occur will be minimal. We would say that they will be wide spread and you will be aware of the purpose through each stage of development.

We are deep within the rebirthing process. Many of us have gone through hardships and experienced many losses and changes in our lives. What we are relinquishing are parts of ourselves that are no longer congruent with our divine plan. We've come far enough through this process to discover whom we really are and are creating the vision of how we would like to shape our lives. The rebirthing process is about letting go of the old way of doing things, changing our perceptions, releasing old patterns, and in some cases on a physical level, walking away from unhealthy relationships, jobs that don't match our life purpose, and relocating to a new area that resonates within us.
 
In a nutshell we are releasing so many stored emotions and thoughtforms that up to this point we've suppressed and buried in order to deal with the hustle and bustle of daily living. We are being guided to slow down and be mindful through the wake up call we are receiving. Many of us are purging at a cellular level stored sadness and sorrow, anger and frustration, fear and anxiety, and shame and regret. These thoughts and emotions have no place in our energetic field as we are bringing in waves of light and life force where these lower vibrating energies are blocking us from moving forward. 
 

We need to be gentle with ourselves and nurture and nourish our body, mind, and soul. Our nourishment goes beyond the healthy foods we eat. Of course eating high vibrational foods such as fresh fruits and vegetables are important. A step further would be blessing the food we are consuming and showing gratitude for its source. Being mindful as we are eating and connecting with the energy of each bite and not overeat or overindulge.
 
I was sitting by the lake by my home with two of my friends. We were suddenly surprised to notice a bat swooping and flitting around the lake near the trees. Wouldn't you know we saw three bats and got the message that they were our animal totems! When I looked it up the bat represents rebirth and initiation, a process we are each undergoing in various ways.  I woke up this morning and the first thought I had was to write about this. I feel the medicine of bat is here for us all.

You must face your greatest fears
and get rid of the part of your life that no longer is needed.
This transition is very frightening for many:
"better the devil you know..."
But you will not grow spiritually until the old parts are gone.

As we are in the process of releasing the old we must be mindful of our breathing. Many of us are not aware that we are not breathing fully and deeply. Spending time conscious of the breath throughout the day and in quiet meditation is essential to the nourishment of our body. Source is the essence of who we are. The breath releases the stuck energies. We can transmute old thoughts, patterns, and emotions simply by breathing deeply and releasing what no longer serves us. The breath brings in life force energy which nourishes every cell of our being, enabling each cell in our body to vibrate with new life. Cells hold our ancestral and personal memories, if we wish to release the past and change our destiny, simply breath. How easy is that?!
 
The thoughts we feed to ourselves provide nourishment to our body. Our cells absorb what we are thinking. When we are negative, pessimistic, unhappy, or sad, our body reacts to this and weakens our state of being. We cannot manifest good things when we are telling ourselves "I'm not good enough",  "Things never work out for me", and "This sucks". How we perceive things shape our experiences. By flipping the switch of how we think releases us from the bondage of suffering and sorrow.
 
Our emotional life can be rich in love and contentment, which nourishes us with warmth and good feelings. Many times we hold onto emotions from the past that affects our current relationships. When we allow our past to determine how we react in our present situations it blocks us from experiencing happiness. Many times we are afraid of taking a risk and express our true feelings because our prior experiences were negative. By releasing the cellular memory of past emotional trauma, we may be more open to taking chances, beginning anew, and be liberated from our negative attachment to our old ways.
 
I was getting so frustrated and discouraged by my over two year process of attempting to getting a loan modification, and feeling a sense of lack of control. I couldn't let go of my anger at the system. It was really bringing me down. I finally made the decision to let go of the outcome no matter what it is. Through prayer and meditation I was able to shift the energy. I am committed to allowing only positive thoughts in. We need to nourish our mind with only loving and positive thoughts. We create our very own heaven or hell.
 
Love is the essence of our being. Love has the power to heal and nourish our Soul. When we open our heart to expressing love through Source, it has the power to transmute any pain we've ever held and transform our life and heal our sacred heart.  By loving ourselves unconditionally, allowing others to love and help us, and sharing authentic love in all of our relationships we are thus filled with Divine Nourishment, which will lead to our rebirth into the light of a new day and a new way.

Prayer

Dear God,

I accept the many blessings pouring forth from the Universe, filling every cell of my body, mind, and soul with the highest vibration of love, light, healing and nourishment. Please transmute every negative thought or emotion I have ever held. Restore me to peace and balance so that I may experience harmonious living. Attract me to only people, places, situations, and things that are healthy and enhance my life. Assist me in transmuting any and all emotional and physical trauma I have ever endured. Replenish me with Divine nourishment so I may be filled with vibrancy, love, and life force energy.

And so it is.

Channeler: William LePar - The Council

Quartz Crystals – Part 2 - Here William LePar’s spiritual source, The Council, discusses quartz crystals and meditation. They also tell us the best stone for healing.

Questioner: Is there any positive usage in quartz crystals as a meditative tool?

The Council: Again, this is more of a placebo effect, although in a situation like that there is the element for a more fertile or positive ground to be established in that a quartz crystal is actually a form of an amplifier. It generates its own field of energy, and if that field of energy is brought in contact with the physical body and the thought processes are part of that physical body, for some individuals it may increase the potency of the meditation or it may increase the effects of the meditation. This depends a lot or mainly, shall we say, on the individual's feelings and true beliefs about such things as quartz crystals. But to relegate their properties only to a specific or short or limited field does them an injustice. If you realize that everything has a vibratory field or rate and that field can be utilized in certain situations, if you are willing to accept that, then you realize that a quartz crystal has its own field. Realizing that the quartz crystal is a somewhat more unique element or stone or what have you than some of the others, it can act as an amplifier.

If your thoughts lie on the physical repair of the body in meditation, then this by putting it in proximity of the body or on the body or what have you can help to intensify the meditation or make the meditation more powerful or potent. Do you understand?

Questioner: Yes. That brings up another question. Are quartz crystals more helpful in healing than some of the other stones?

The Council: The quartz crystal is probably all around the more productive of the stones. It is a specific generator or let us say, it specifically generates a field of energy, where we cannot say that with that intensity when it comes to other gems or stones. If you were to have a choice of only one stone, we would suggest that the overall stone would be a quartz crystal. If you had your choice of two stones, then we would suggest the quartz crystal and the lapis.

I am Metatron.

I was asked to serve by dictating information that will assist in the transition now taking place in all life on the planet during the ascent.

The planet as well as living species within it are in the process of ascension. Through ascension, all life forms in the first and second dimension will rise to life forms the third dimension.

People, or life forms of the third dimension will be the worlds graduate of the fourth dimension, or Unity of the fifth dimension and the intention according to their evolution.

Rise occurs gradually, step by step now and will continue one way or another, it will all. Normally, planets and species of life incarnate on the planet are raised by cataclysmic disasters, accompanied by entering a death-resurrection cycle.

As was demonstrated by Christ and in this cycle disasters create planetary death. Since this is the way the rise is usually very well known and understood that the Universal Mind.

Therefore, since ancient times, there were prophecies of terrible destruction that would occur in the end times.

Cycle Resurrection (Resurrection waiver) is actually Ascensinea which will start a new life to another level of consciousness in a higher dimension. That does not mean by reincarnation, because it carries with it the concept of Karma, and before you can rise to become a probability, all Karma must be cleaned.

Ascension is also physical, it is not only the existence of the spirit in celestial worlds.

As a process changes the physical body while the body and spirit merge into a single being. This being is a being of light in a perfect physical body of light. This trend actually began to rise with thousands of years ago, with the Israelites Exodus from Egypt.

The story of Moses leading the people out of bondage is a metaphor for evolution ascension. The incarnation of Jesus was a turning point in this process, as the Avatar, Jesus was able to take "sins" or Karma of all humans and transmute that energy into light.

A gentle ascension became possible because of his salvation.This ascension, evolves through a series of steps until the status light being becomes possible.Salvation of Christ marked the beginning of the first step in the evolution of Lightbody.

This first step took nearly two thousand years to complete.

Lightbody was introduced as an experiment in 1988, only seven months after the Harmonic Convergence.

It is an experiment, because a rise was never tried in this way.The light gradually increasing in physical bodies, all forms of life and the planet as well as increasing levels of vibration have not been tried before in ANY universe ascension process.There are theories Universal Mind on how the process will work, but the results were different from those anticipated.

In these cases, revisions are made.Fundamental information that we will give later but now you have to explain the evolution of Lightbody.You have to understand this process first at a personal level.

The personal level is how Light Body will affect the physical, emotional and mental.Then I will give you information on how Lightbody structures will affect the planet and your company.

I think the most important and exciting aspect of Light Body is that this experiment transforms your physical shell into an appropriate vehicle to merge completely with your Higher Self, this happens simultaneously with the physical process.

This fusion is created by a series of raids of the spirit, which are scheduled on the amount of light that hold the cells.

The amount of light-owned natural cells is encoded in the Body of Light, and The more high level the body is less dense.

The hold more light in your physical body, the more you can continue the spirit inside the body.

Towards the end of the process and doing Lightbody passing rising, you will merge completely with your Higher Self.Descent of the spirit is one of the mechanisms used to bring or activate the spiritual gifts of ascended masters.

Lightbody has twelve levels or steps as each step is completed, the physical changes that took place must be integrated into all areas of life and spirit.

Lightbody is designed to bring out all human problems as you progress and each layer brings a higher level of issues and deeper than the previous layer ...

This is to help you in becoming clear mentally, emotionally, physically and spiritually.As they occur, can afford to send them to Christ's salvation for you.

There is an empty space at the end of each Light Body level that we call ego death, and may manifest as depression or a sense of nothingness.The goal is to be used as a stopover before continuing the journey.

This goal is an energetic place where there is nothing being able to build a new image of yourself and your life before moving to the next step.

Goal is to integrate a camera, or I could better describe it as a cocoon, where you can relax and beautiful butterfly shape you are before you move to the next level.

The first six steps of Light Body were structured for gradual change at all levels with regular revival, interspersed with physical changes, mental and emotional. From the 7th until the 10th Light Body the progress changes are focused on one area of ​​your experience at some point.

For example, the 7th most of you have experienced your first descent of the spirit and with it a notable revival.

It may be shown with awareness, clairvoyance, clairaudience or kinesthetic awareness of energy. Talk about this level during the past, since the planet is changing by the beginning of level 9.

It is a very painful experience to be at a lower rate of vibration of the planet than any, there are those who are below eighth level.

Since reading this article, I'm sure you vacuum level somewhere between the 8th and 11th Light Body of evolution.

You have not had an interest in spiritual-oriented literature if you were in the lower levels.

The eighth level Light Body creates body changes in extreme ways ...

Physical symptoms similar to viral syndromes are very common. During this level, you may have noticed that one catch a cold once a month.

Other symptoms are headaches (behind the eyes) as the optic nerve pathways of light are on and the pineal gland becomes active.

You may have and ear pain, changes in air pressure, itching inside the ear, because structures are restored hearing to decode the transmission of light, and excessive sweating or diarrhea while the density of cells left behind your body .

A perspective on these changes is to add more third physical component of your DNA.For some, the body can withstand the loss density due to raids spirit.A symptom of this resistance is weight gain.

Human bodies tend to become more trying to cope with raids, to contain and bring them as much spiritual weight.The only effective way to stop the increase in weight is exercise.

That very heavy exercises like weight lifting, cycling, running or swimming.Exercise should be enough to start muscle growth.

Creating muscle mass will protect the nervous system, because the energies that come with each raid are much stronger than is usual with your nervous system.

Adipose tissue can not protect the nervous system, as muscle does by accepting surplus flows of the nervous system.Adipose tissue would "fry" because of the outpouring of these energies and the result is damage to the insulin receptor in cells.

This throw off balance metabolism, and the result is weight gain.Muscle mass created by exercise will take the overload of the nervous system, and convince the body consciousness that is 'big enough' to keep the spirit.

You begin to notice flashing colors on the screen inside the geometric equations that deplaseazeaza your mind, or hear a buzzing.This is the beginning of installation of 'translation' that will allow code to convert light into cognitive understanding and empirical.

Grids around the planet constantly transmit messages embodied forms of life on this planet.These messages come in a form called 'packets of light "and are coded.

I call it "light code".This information must be "decoded" or converted to conscious thought, so it can understand and use it in your life.These messages are designed to provide training and explain what happens at higher frequencies energy size.

If you are more sensitive and you hear a buzzing, or humming sound sharp, please make this known to your guides.They try to help you to get the code light transmission, and it can not verify if you hear, unless you respond.

Your guides will try to assist you by turning the sound volume and frequency of light code until they receive an answer from you.Code of light accompanied by a buzzing, can become very annoying and even physically uncomfortable.

If you experience this symptom, "ask" your guides to reduce the volume and calibrate the frequency so as not to be irritating or debilitating for you.

Changes in the 8th level can take up to two years for a man.Planet lasted three years.

The 9th level of integration already talk of spiritual change in the 7th level and the physical changes of the 8th level in your physical life.In the 9th level, your relationships will be concern, because the relationships you will test yourself and the changes that have occurred in you.

You will find that any relationship based on control or manipulation becomes intolerable, and many relationships will end during this phase.You also realize that your work in the world change as you integrate your new identity.

Goal in the 9th level Light Body can be very painful, because after so much focus on relationships, this gap will require to be finally alone with yourself.

After all, the relationship you have with yourself is the most important relationship, huh?9th level ends (and sometimes begins) with fairly massive raids, giving you yet another relationship to integrate it as part of your process.

At the beginning of the 10th level feels a new life and you can feel the gentle as a newborn.10th level is the beginning of spiritual awakening that will lead to their mastery of the skills that mark the spiritual masters and adepts.

These abilities, or gifts of the Spirit will become stronger as you get as pure energy.In the 10th you will focus on the manifestation of these spiritual gifts, and then the full integration of these gifts in order to be used in physical life, everyday.

The first and greatest spiritual gift will manifest in the 10th, while the other spiritual gifts will gradually turn later.

You will be asked to live by spiritual gifts.If you are clairvoyant, for example, must make decisions with what you perceive the foresight - not what you perceive physically.Your clairvoyance will literally replace physically in the 10th century.

You may notice one day that you will clearly see three borders and three sidewalk.
Deciding where to place your foot can be very confusing.You will see the physical border and sidewalk, curb and sidewalk ethereal, and curbs and sidewalks in the fourth dimension.

If you rely completely on your clairvoyance, not the physical sense of sight, you know where to step.If you use the card? The physical sight may travel several times in public places.

Eventually you will learn how to process this type of vision.The process of becoming clear is the release of stored energy in the emotional body and mental body, and relocating that energy into spiritual body which will become easier to use, and that miracles are created ....

The only difference between an avatar and an ordinary man on the location of energy is retained in the bodies energy.An ordinary man has the power "blocked" the emotions and memories stored in the emotional body and the thoughts, beliefs and dogmas stored in the mental body.

Common man has a spiritual body as flat because thoughts and emotions needs no energy left available.An avatar is emotional and mental bodies purified.The energy stored in the subtle bodies of an avatar is stored in the body spiritually.

At Master, emotions associated energy flows from the emotional body and spiritual body is released when the stimulus spiritual body (emotional) has ceased.Thoughts associated energy flows from the spiritual body in the mental body is then released when the mind is completely spiritual body.This leaves Avatar energy available to be used as desired.

It remains available because it is not consumed by thoughts, beliefs, emotions and energy structure amintiri.Aceasta is that you need to create each of your bodies energy during the the 10th and 11th at Body Light. This will allow each of you to accomplish miracles by the expression of thought into physical reality.

Evolution is very natural from the 10th to the 11th century, often the transition is done with such ease that transition is seamless.Spiritual abilities continue to grow and the physical body begins to change in appearance.

He begins to become brighter, more radiant and beautiful. It may be that your friends and acquaintances to notice that look younger or that you have changed in some way.

The 11th Light Body level brings deeper levels of processing emotional problems.At this level you have to solve all beliefs and thought forms that you could have with death and loss.

At this level could create fears and deepest disappointment in your physical life, so by their experience to eliminate them.Stored energy, which was retained in the body emotionally and mentally after it was completed the 10th level, should be made available in the 11th century spiritual body level.

If you experience these problems during the the 10th level, you will manifest in your life when you are in the 11th century.But really why should not you be afraid when you are at 11th level than fear itself.

At 12th level Light Body is the ascension.It is marked by movement Merkaba in the heart center of your body.Merkaba can be described most easily as a ball of golden light.It is your Ascension Vehicle and also a significant initiation takes place when.

That event marks the beginning of your ascension to the world give the fifth dimension of the unit.Rise can occur at an individual within a group or as part of collective experience.

You will be high when you will be ready, whether you do yourself as part of a group or as part of 'planetary transformation' to come.There is a certain period where you have to do.At the individual level rise occurs daily.

Energy has been available since the Harmonic Convergence to make the transition to a five dimensional consciousness while you are in the physical body.There are many beings who incarnate now volunteer to serve and experimentally tested Lightbody.

They will be the first that will go rising.For the rest, Light Body program will continue until they are ready to make the transition.

Ascesiunea is very simple.It is a change that occurs in a moment, and you'll still be here.The sun continues to shine and the stars to flicker.The difference is the joy in your ability to feel it and live it.

The easiest way to check if the rise had in fact occurred in a person's life, is to observe the quality of joy in her life.Ascension begins when a person starts to live her life by creating fantasies into reality.

I, Metatron can define glad that: Niravana, Toning, or ecstasy.It is actually the state of "unity with God" can also be called as the center or be in your heart.

That clarity you can achieve in meditation, when the energy flows and feel full with all that cosmic unity.Whatever causes feelings of pleasure or whether you call ascension joy, or else is a path to this state.

If you are part of a group, you will experience a series of rapid changes in your process.If one of the group members see Merkaba Lightbody embodiment, means that you have already received all and soon you will become aware of it.

It may be that group members have not noticed this at first but when one member was ready for it will benefit the entire group.A working group has big advantages for Ascension, because consciousness is a fifth dimensional consciousness "Unity", in other words there is one group.

Working with a group creates a tremendous amount of synergistic energy, where each of you are much stronger than if you were alone.

Also, each member has the chance to learn to understand both as individuals and as a unit within the group.This is a fundamental change in the fifth dimensional consciousness that everyone should do.

Ascension dedicated individuals and groups, should focus first on how to recreate their lives as a masterpiece of joy.Doing so will live in joy, and later become Joy.

While each of you do this, you will begin to transform those who come in contact with you in your daily life energy spreading joy and awakening them to this frequency.Collective rise will come when most people ascended on the planet exist in this state of joy, and not before.

The reason for this is that this planetary experience is one of free will.In this multi-dimensional universe free will is the divine law ....
 

When the great majoriate of you will live in joy, planetary experience will turn into a world of love and unity.When most of you will quit the game because you learned everything polarity could learn, and you own choice will move into joy and unity, collective ascension will take place.

But until that time will come and will surely come, Light Body program continues.Rise will last as long as necessary, and humanity as a group collectively will decide ultimately when this event will take place.

Free will can not be violated, even for the highest goals and much less to create the rise

What I want to point out now that information is the best way to serve God and humanity, the planet and yourself is to make your lives masterpieces of joy.Be ruthless when you evaluate life and remove anything that does not bring joy.

Leave behind the old emotions and problems, as it will consume energy that you could feel joy instead.If you focus attention learning to live in joy as their way of initiation, you become adept and spiritual master you want to be.

He will assist with your presence those who meet them and you will also anchor and joy on earth energies to assist in the birth of a new level of expression for all.This state of ecstatic union with God is part of the potential that is available to everyone.

The path of joy makes the ascension so simple, because all that is necessary is for each individual to assume the full responsibility of his life.Live your life as a masterpiece of joy.

Planetary changes that have been prophetic and they now live is frightening for many.But why you do not have to fear than fear itself, so we now bring you information about how Lightbody probably changed the future of the planet.

I described the process for you as you affect the physical self and personal life.I will explain now how Lightbody affect the planet as it is physical and is based around the natural life support.

As you become a being of light and the planet is changing.Crystal Planet is a sphere of light.When Lightbody experiment began in 1988, the planet crossed in 3rd level Light Body.

She then moved to higher levels each year, the 4th in 1989, 5th in 1990 and the 6th in 1991.The planet entered the 7th level on January 11, 1992 from 11:11 portal and remained there until the opening of the next port of 05/05/92.

This portal has initiated the beginning of the 8th Light Body level in the planet and with it became more likely and planetary changes.Planetary transitions have always been facilitated by a series of technologies that I called 'portals'.

Portals are energy channels open between higher dimensional universes and the universe. These channels provide the necessary energy to shape mass consciousness, planetary change and dimensional frequency vibrations.

These portals require assistance from the space brothers and many creatures the size of high frequencies, to refine the energies for specific purposes.The purpose of a portal you and synchronization of the Councils of Higher Committee, Karma, Ascended Masters and the Great White Brotherhood.

The biggest disaster would probably be a pole shift.The gateway of 05/05/92 marked the transition between inspiration and exhalation of God.Switching between an expanding universe, and one in contract.

This portal 05/05/92, reported time between the two directions.This time continue until 2012 when Lord Brahma inspiration begins.

The physical universe has expanded, fragmentându the outside, individuation.When the contraction begins (the inspiration of God Brahma) fragments absorption occurs in Oneness.

There are stories about each track initiation of 'threshold guardian', most often, but Guardian is a terrible monster.When an initiate has learned enough to travel in the astral worlds, the first thing you will encounter is the Guardian.

Initiates must defeat the Guardian to make further progress on their spiritual path.This is considered a test and the test must be passed, unless terminated Master instructions ...

Each method has its own Esoteric tradition of how to deal with the guard and how to overcome it. But the universal truth about this test is that you are the guardian.That is a terrible demon of the astral appearance of your biggest fears.

A monster yes, but it is nothing more than an illusion.In each tradition, the solution is that insiders to release their fears and personal demons and then they will overcome it. It will simply disappear.

For this reason every spiritual tradition or path of initiation, has always put emphasis on developing clarity, and personal qualities such as humility, forgiveness and love.

These qualities are the only way you can pierce illusions astral world.As old traditions and the evolution of today's Ascension, high frequencies are not available sizes initiate until this test has not been passed.

In an initiation, there is no failure. If the test is not passed, the lesson is repeated until the initiate exceeds.This is the best metaphor which I can give to describe the experiences that you have to go in this dimensional frequency.

Remember, the Guardian is just an illusion, and polarity is just an illusion.If you release those illusions and beliefs, release those fears, guard away!

Experience the world that will recreate around your new perceptions of reality. Assistance from all the heavenly host is available for each of you, but you have to ask.We can not violate free will even if it's to help.

All you need is assistance available for each of you to step through these changes peacefully and joyfully.This information is presented to ensure that all is well.

My role is to transform your fears, to ensure the divine love and to awaken the potential that we have to help the team.

Each of you has only one responsibility in this life and this is the responsibility for your life. Divine law is as it is above, so below; as it is inside - so is outside.

When perceiving difficulties in the world outside your enemies, or people look up your nose to your inner life so that they also exist there.

If you change your perception of life inside you will find that your life miraculously outdoor experience and perceptions change, it is divine law.

You can simply remove polarity - working with your life, and is all you need to do each of you. Go ahead and make your life a masterpiece of absolute joy.

We are given the tools, power, all assistance and guidance you may need will be available.

Each of you must take this fact, and as you will turn your world and the world.

Why do not you fear than fear itself - for fear remains the last river in the world. Work with fear, and remove it from the mental body and emotional body, and this will eliminate from your life.

Fear is only one enemy and that enemy remained in all of you.

Indeed, ye are those who have embodied in these times of change. Your initiation is nearly complete. All that remains is to pass each test to Joy.

Hello you beautiful being ♥

The energy of the last couple of days has been VERY difficult.  Early this week began with solar flares/solar winds, and of a magnitude quite exceptionally strong.  But now something different is affecting us and my sense is the solar flares were preparing us...

The last few days those are the words that feel right to me in my experience.  I'm feeling this huge surge within me to Re-Boot myself and reflecting and meditating to understand what this is about and attuning myself for inspiration as to what this means in terms of my life.  

My feeling is: we're re-booting our entire existence right now!

The wonderful gift of the solar flares is if we welcome them with appreciation and know how, we may use these energies to build our KA body/our etheric body and it is this body which we are increasingly awakening too, for it is our eternal being as present here and now with us, interpenetrating us.  Our ascension vehicle!

The energy this month is about nourishing, clearing, and transforming...like so much of our experience has been lately.  But even deeper than that, it feels to me that we are in a specific conversion energetically: as if there is a vast re-booting of our whole biosphere taking place right now

Similar to when we re-boot our phone or computer--while it's happening, not much else can be accomplished.  You may feel this in waves or cycles.  For some it seems more sustained and like a long period of integration, clearing, void, repeat.  Many are feeling very tired.  Easily irritated.  Unusually emotional, or emotions obviously out of scale with what is happening.  Some people are finding they have to withdraw and just be by themselves in nature. I have received emails from people telling me they can't get re-connected with what is their "normal" temperament." 

I encourage you to find that still point within you and attune to your own guidance for what will give you peace and clarity as often as you need it.  The world is experiencing some major shock-waves of change and our peaceful harmonious dwelling within is a great gift and stabilizer, as well as important for our own well being.

I noticed when I received the message The 5th World Prophecy is Fulfilled that it was interesting that many of us resonated with this.  And equally interesting that so much of the world went by seemingly unable to sense this shift. I feel now we are seeing the beginning implications of this in world affairs and in the energy progression of the planet. 

If you remember, in the August Energy Update, Getting a 2nd Wind - Grounding to Create Change we were invited to realize we're at the beginning of the process of creating now our peaceful planet.  It's very important that we each learn how to ground ourselves in big energy, how to care for our beautiful bodies, how to tune into our own guidance and how to continually return to the embodiment of our ideals energetically: peace, love, oneness, harmony...

We are all connected to the planet and one with the Earth.  We are all flowing the life source energy we receive--all of us--from the Great Central Sun.  So as this birthing of the new world enables vastly different energies flowing into our entire biosphere, and each of us as expressions/extensions/versions of Source Energy, things are changing in a FUNDAMENTAL way.

It's like everything is getting a whole new operating system.

This weekend many of us are coming together to focus on the new energies and to open up to what's now available in our energy field.  The ancient knowledge of all that has been, is wonderful about our civilization, our culture, our planet, is within the DNA and energy of our very beings.  The New 5th World Energies are opening within YOU.

Laura: Good afternoon SaLuSa. Here is our first question:

“I would appreciate that You could help me about to change my way of living. I want to reach others’ heart and cure/heal them, and I don’t know how to do it and if I should walk in that direction. I believe that I have so much to give from my heart and go with it to cure/heal with the accomplishment/assistance of superior beings. Is that my destiny, my fate? Please help me to reach the way to Light.”

SaLuSa: One can only help others when one can help oneself, dear friend. Your intentions are very pure and loving indeed. You ask this question because you wish to move to the next stage. First of all your body must be clean and pure. By that we mean avoid ingesting and being exposed to toxins, which is an achievement by itself in the current life style set up.

In our recent communications through Mike Quinsey, we have recently talked about cutting down on cigarettes, drugs, alcohol. This is a helpful step. Of course the quality of food and water available matters also. The other important thing to be aware of is about electro-magnetic fields that surrounds you, almost anywhere on your planet. I understand that most of the outside circumstances are outside of your control. These affect your brain in a surprisingly strong way and they also affect your sleeping patterns and your rest. We are also concerned at the high level of physical inactivity your society imposes on most of you.

You are developing in a way ignoring your body’s needs for exercise and movement. I am sure you can remember how much you enjoyed running around as a child. Equally in the summer months many of you enjoy gardening, walking, and physical activities in general. This physical activity helps unblock tensions and stress from your life. It also puts a dampening field around your emotional issues. Your strong bodies were designed for strong physical work, and we do encourage you to find inner balance by using your body more than you usually would, particularly at this time.

The next important thing, after making sure your physical body has optimal living conditions is to look after your own well being. Your emotional and mental wellbeing, as well as your relationships with those around you are important. Make peace with all those around you, and most importantly make inner peace with your self. Come to a point of acceptance of what is, including acceptance of oneself.

Know thyself is the key here. Understand yourself on multiple levels; understand your own multiple facets, personalities and voices. See how your inner state varies and how your emotions fluctuate throughout the day. Keep yourself aligned with Mother Earth and with the cosmic forces. Be aware of who you are by keeping grounded at all times.

That is the first step towards inner freedom and energy balance. Observe what happens; sense your tensions in your limbs, in your back. Bring your attention to your body and you will see and feel others needs progressively. Be aware of the world around you, while being anchored in your body. Be aware of the breath of life flowing in and out of you. This will bring you into a place of far better understand of yourself and of all those around you at the same time.

You will find that very often all others need, is love. They also need somebody who can listen to them by being present in the moment. You will find that perhaps Mother Earth will also answer to your presence and be healed by you. Of course, dear friend, you will have to feel love for your own self first and accept what you see around you. As we are all part of the One, what you feel and do, will affect all others, dear friend.

“I consciously began my awakening in 07, for the next year I received so many downloads it was overwhelming. During that time I discovered everything I ever thought was truth, was in fact a lie. All trust in the universe, myself, others..flew out the window. How does one trust? When you finally KNOW everything really is false, how does one trust the process of ascension, when you discover you were wrong about everything that came before it? “

SaLuSa: You must unlearn what you have learnt, may make sense to you. You are being indoctrinated and have been fed untruths, unknowingly since you take your first breath on your planet. Previous generations mistakes, generate karma issues, limitations are past on to any new born. Many Lies are being repeated automatically by many people unconsciously. Previous emotional and intellectual learnt patterns are being imposed on children and on all of you.

This is why we encourage you to research all for yourself, until you are satisfied with your whole being that you have reached a certain level of truthfulness concerning a subject. We always encourage you to question yourself as well. Question the voice telling you not to pay any attention to what you neighbour is saying. Question the voice giving you ready made answers, quickly coming up automatically. Ask: “Who says that?” and see what happens. Do you believe your thoughts and your ideas belong to you, come from you? Where do they come from?

It may help to question, mainly internally, anybody who tries to; so to speak, sell you a thought, an attitude, an emotion. And also question why does someone say something and who did he hear it from? You need to calmly process any new incoming information. You are all being bombarded and stimulated by so many things from the outside world. You are being bombarded by news, by advertisements, by friends, by the internet. Make time for your self and try not to allow your integrity being interfered with by the outside all the time. Let the seed of your inner light shine on you and on all those around you.

Your interactions with others pull you in all directions. You lose yourself sometimes in conversations, in emotional downwards spirals. Come back to who you are, come back to why you are here, come back to the bigger picture and let go of others repeated behavioural learnt patterns. Only the Here and Now moment matters, dear one.

When you feel lost, fear, angry, confused, just stop. Find your space, make inner space for yourself. Come back to the sensation of your back, to the life energies flowing up and down your spine, in your muscles. Feel your weight on Mother Earth, feel the air on your face and penetrating your body. Feel your osmosis with the air, feel the energy exchanges with all that surrounds you, feel the gift of love all around you. Can you feel that? Can you sense that? That is real. Ask yourself and your guides what is your place in all of that? What is your place in the Universe?
