You have come a long way in your evolution to have reached this point in time. This cycle has been one where you have touched the depths of darkness, yet in spite of the experiences you have gone through, have found your way back to the Light. On the one hand it would not do to have a complete recall of what you have gone through, but if you had you would fully appreciate what a magnificent achievement it has been. You are not so to say out of the woods yet, but with a better understanding of what remains before Ascension, you should successfully cope with it. Those unawakened souls that see only doom and gloom can be forgiven for dropping into moods of despair, without seeing hope for the future.

However, as each challenge arises those who have a more positive outlook, see the problems as opportunities to move into a new era of peace and cooperation. It is a matter of having faith in those who are lifted up, who come forward and speak of the way in which a quantum leap can be achieved. They require your support and the more people that think positively, it will bring about a conscious desire to bring the changes into being. It is not even necessary that the answers be known, but that the energies of intent are sent out. When they reach a certain level such as critical mass, there will be a manifestation of such proportions that it will be unstoppable. Indeed, you are beginning to see such results beginning to surface now, and it sets up greater possibilities of events like Disclosure taking place.

There are in fact a number of possible announcements that are nearly ready to be brought into the open. The world situation is making many countries more receptive to approving what is planned, as clearly progress will not be made if there is serious opposition to them. The days of working solely for self-preservation are nearly over, and decisions are to be made for the good of everyone. Their needs may be vastly different, but that is where we come in with our backing capable of handling any problem regardless of its size. We know which people will excel when their expertise is required, and there will be many political problems to sort out. Most of our principle contacts are aware of their responsibilities and some have been contacted directly, but it is not unusual for it to take place when they are out of the body during their sleep. Should you wonder how common such experiences are, we must tell you that virtually every soul leaves the body at such times. Much good work can be done through such opportunities to meet you. Normally you will meet your friends and loved ones who have already passed on. Sometimes you bring waking memories back with you, but are likely to put them down to dreams.

You are beginning to realize that you are much more than your physical body. You are an immortal soul that has infinite life, and your real home is not in the lower vibrations. You are in reality godlike souls with immense powers of creation, and the ability to reach levels of Christ Consciousness. Duality is nothing more than a hologram, produced to enable you to equally experience the dark and Light in a freewill dimension. After many cycles and hundreds of lives, your time in duality is now reaching a conclusion, and you are attracting immense attention. Many other civilizations are avidly watching to see how you get on, and aware that the Galactic Federation is ensuring that you complete your time successfully. We have often informed you of the fact that you are to ascend with your uplifted physical body that will change to a crystalline structure, and that will be unique. You can imagine how masses of Beings often from very high dimensions are involved in the changes, and why there cannot be other than a complete success.

Dear Ones please go with the flow and look for all that is going to ensure a positive outcome. Ignore the negative aspects often resulting from the intent of some souls to destroy what you have achieved so far, and confuse you with disinformation. If something does not ring true set it aside, and you can always come back to it if necessary. The revelations about Humanity will give you the truth about your history, and open your eyes to recent events that are far from what you are led to believe. You will learn to be more discerning and quite easily able to identify false information meant to take you from your path. Believe us when we tell you that the dark Ones are fully aware of Ascension, and try their best or worst, to stop you making it. For very soul that turns to the Light they are losing their control, and know that they cannot achieve their aims for total domination of the world and its population.

The Internet is your source of largely truthful information and we look forward to the day which is coming, when the media is also able to freely and truthfully report events. Communications is one of the areas that we shall address, and we shall make easier for everyone to contact each other regardless of where they are in the world. Eventually you shall develop to our levels of telepathic contact, and some of you are beginning to experience it quite normally. The new Human will become unrecognizable to what you are now, not so much in appearance but in your abilities that come with being a Galactic Being. It is more the real you and you will join our Federation, if that measures with your future plans for the next step in your evolution.

If you feel excited at the prospects of ascending, you have every right to be so as everything will be quite different to what you experience now. To say you were leaving Hell for Heaven would not be an exaggeration, although neither exists quite as your religious teachings suggest. Yes, the higher dimensions are heavenly and a state of bliss and absolute happiness. Life is one continual joyous experience and there is harmony between all life forms. It is the beauty of everything without the beast, and the consciousness levels of all life means that it is constantly in touch with you. Some people already talk to their plants and animals but very few hear them talk back, but you will once in the higher dimensions.

When we're looking for love (or under its intoxicating influence), we often miss seeing extraordinary signs and messages that pop up in our daily life to give us clues as to whether we're on the right track. However, if you can slow down enough to recognize and listen to your intuitive intelligence, it can reveal truth, warn you of danger, or help you understand people and relationship situations in new ways.

From Emotional Freedom, here are five types of intuitive experiences you may encounter, and what they can teach you about your love relationships.

Body signals. Your body has many ways of getting your attention. It could be goosebumps when a date feels just right or says something about you that rings "true." Or it might be your hair standing up on the back of your neck when a creep replies to your online dating profile.

How to use it in romantic relationships. Most commonly referred to as a "gut reaction," your body's response to the world around you is often instant--quicker, in fact, than your conscious thought. Next time you sense your body is trying to alert you to something, check in with it. Are your shoulders tense? Is there a knot in your stomach? Or do you feel energized and excited? When you learn to read your body signals, a whole new type of information will be available to you. What's more, you may be able to avoid getting involved with destructive, unhealthy lovers, or be curious to pursue a really good guy who, at first blush, doesn't seem to be your "type."

Déjà vu. This is when you feel as though you've had this exact conversation before with someone--even if it's someone you've just met--or you've been to this place before and know what's around the corner and up ahead, even though that's impossible.

How to use it in romantic relationships: Instead of thinking it's strange and then moving on, don't let the experience go unremarked. Discuss it with a trusted friend, or write it down. Bringing a déjà vu experience that happens in the context of a relationship into the open energizes it, acknowledges its significance, and enables you to find out what it's trying to tell you or where it's trying to lead you. When it comes to romance, déjà vu can be a powerful affirmation that you're doing just what you're supposed to be doing in the moment. Or conversely, it may be a way of telling you to pause, think, and reflect on where you are right now, before proceeding ahead willy-nilly into a relationship you'll regret.

Synchronicity. This is the experience of perfect timing, such as when you're thinking about a song right when you hear it on the radio, or the computer guy you found in the yellow pages turns out to be someone you had a mad crush on in college.

How to use it in romantic relationships: Stay aware and look for synchronicity everywhere. Such moments let you know that you're in the flow--in the right place, at the right time. See if you can uncover its hidden significance. Were you meant to bump into this old love? Is the song "Don't Go Breaking My Heart" trying to tell you something about that "bad boy" you're crazy in lust with at the moment?

Seeing beyond. This is when you're tuned in to an event that's happening right now, but in a different place. For example, you think of a long-lost boyfriend, and then he sends you an email in that instant. Or, you call your guy at work and ask him to pick up a pizza. Turns out there was a deadly accident on his regular route home.

How to use it in romantic relationships: Your entire body--not just your brain--acts as an intuitive receiver, so the more conscious you become of your whole body, perhaps through a discipline like yoga, the more likely you are to tap into realities outside of your immediate setting. They will come to you in snapshot-life flashes--a taste, smell, sound, or a feeling in your body. Jot down your impressions. The better you get at tuning in, the clearer the messages will become. When two people are really "clicking," such experiences become even more commonplace, such as having intuitive flashes about your lover's health, or about where you two might be living in five years.

Intuitive empathy. This is when you "pick up a vibe" from another person. For no apparent reason, you suddenly sense a person's deep loneliness, or you feel hostility coming from a person who is smiling at you.

How to use it in romantic relationships: Being sensitive to other people's nature is a valuable skill--but it comes with perils. If you feel drained after meeting someone at a party, for example, pay attention so you can avoid giving him your phone number. Learning to "read" other people's feelings will improve your romantic relationships, as long as you don't "take on" others' moods and emotions. For example, when you can sense your boyfriend had a bad day, or is tense after talking on the phone to his mom, you can ask him questions to get him emoting. Such empathetic communication deepens and enhances love partnerships.

Beloved Family of Light, there are great changes happening on your Earth right now as the old Grid system crumbles and the New Earth Fifth-dimensional Grid activates. Yes indeed, this may seem like instability and turbulence at first glance, but as you look deeper you will see that this is all part of the changes and transformations that we have been speaking about in the past months and years. And, we say again, do not be in fear, but know that all is in Divine Order as you move through these changes. You will be held and supported in Divine Love.

Beloved Ones, Evolution is the process whereby the Creative Energy of Spirit manifests on the Material Plane of Existence. It is an ongoing process as Creation becomes more complex and beautiful in its Infinite Expression of Love. Likewise, your personal evolution is an Infinite Expression of Love, and is to be embraced with Joy, and not fear or anxiety. Indeed, Beloveds, you may feel fear as you encounter the waves of anxiety within the "unconscious" Collective who are yet not awakened, but do not take on this fear and anxiety as your own. As we have shoown you in the last years, remain centered in your Sacred Heart Energy and hold the balance of Love and Peace within you. All is Well.

Now, since many will be feeling "symptoms" of the energy shifts, we will share with you our perception and understanding of these processes within your Being and your Bodies. At this time, the Galaxy is coming into what we will call "Harmonic Alignment". This means that all the various Levels and Dimensions of Light are moving into a Harmonic Alignment of Light and Sound that reflects the internal coherence of Divine Light. This creates the most beautiful Celestial Tones and Overtones throughout the Galaxy as the Galaxy aligns with her Twin Flame Galaxy, Andromeda, and then aligns with the Cosmic Heart of All Creation and Light.

Yes, Beloveds, a Grand Process of Light, Love and Infinity, but the same process is now taking place in your own bodies and the various dimensions and levels. Your Physical Body and its DNA is aligning with the Earth Codes and all the levels of Physical Creation, while your Soul is aligning with Spirit and all the levels of Cosmic Creation. These two processes meet in the Heart, from where you feel and hold the Ancient Wisdom and the Infinite Love that moves you through your evolutionary processes.

At this time, you are simply aligning all the levels of your DNA, to the point where you have activated all thirteen "strands" or levels of DNA available at this time. The thirteenth strand or level of your DNA Light Codes connects you to your Cosmic Heart or Origin, deep within the Cosmic Night of Creation's Memory. As you make this ultimate connection of light, you access all the Wisdom and Love of the Infinite Cosmic Creation. So, it is little wonder that you may feel shifts and reverberations of these processes within your physical being.

Now, you may say that you do not, at this point, have access to these levels. You may feel that you do not know any more than you did yesterday, or last year. But, we say, Beloveds, that you will not access this information with your mental body and your finite minds. The mental body alone is not able to hold this information, it has what you might call a "limited capacity" for information storage, as it is confined to events within linear time. This is, of course, the purpose of the mental body, it was designed to facilitate experience within third-dimensional linear time, it was never intended to be the defining element of your existence.

Cosmic Wisdom and Knowledge of Infinity is held within the Light Bodies, the "interdimensional bodies" and coded into the Fields of Light. This is where the Diamond Light Body is so important, for it is the particles of Diamond Light that hold the Wisdom and Love of the Creative Source. The Diamond Light is like the "DNA" of the Cosmic Creator, it holds the Infinite Love and Wisdom and Light of All that comes from the 13th Dimension and carries the Tones and Overtones of Cosmic Love.

In this process of Harmonic Alignment, Beloved Ones, every level of your Being is in the process of aligning with the Tones and Overtones of the Cosmic Heart pulses. You are becoming Awakened and Conscious expressions of Divine Love. And you will "feel" this in your Heart, Soul and Spirit, and you will access this information in the Journeys into the deeper realms of your Being within the Meditations, Ceremonies and Collective Group Journeys of Light.

The Divine Feminine Energies and the Embrace of the Cosmic Mother

Beloved Family of Light, as you have moved towards this process of Cosmic Harmonic Alignment, you have been assisted by the supportive Love and Nurturing of the Great Mother, the Divine Feminine, through the waves of the incoming Shekinah Light. This is an aspect of the Platinum Ray that holds a High Frequency of Divine Light and Love. Now, as you move into Cosmic Harmonic Alignment, you begin to experience the Embrace and the Love of the Great Cosmic Mother who was known to the Ancients as Ma'at.

Ma'at is the One who holds the Cosmic Balance of All That Is. Her name is pronounced "Mayat" or "Maia", and her "children" are the Mayans, those who are the Galactic Keepers of the Wisdom of Time and Balance. Ma'at is the One who weighs and measures and creates that which is known as "Time" as a way of understanding the unfolding of the Cosmic Creation through the Dimensions of Light. The ones who are her "children" are the Keepers of Ma'at, the Keepers of the Sacred Days and Nights, and who guide you through the Waves and Frequencies of the Cosmic Days and Nights.

The Symbol for this Great Being of Light is a Feather! This indicates that she is the "Lightness" of Being and that she Floats and Flows with the Cosmic Winds of Creation. Beloved Ones, imagine an Eagle soaring on the Wind, in perfect Balance - that is the Energy of Ma'at!

She is the Great Mystery and the Keeper of the Cosmic Night. To enter into her embrace is to enter into the Heart of All That Is, and to experience the Lightness of Being and the Flow of Cosmic Time within the "boat of millions of years" as the Ancients called Planet Earth. To be embraced by her Light and Love is to know your Infinite Essence and to connect with your Cosmic Wisdom as she guides you through the Cosmic Night and the Great Mystery of Infinite Existence.

When Ma'at enters your life she assists you to hold the balance in your Heart and in your Being. She is Balance, and she assists you to manifest that balance in your life. She assists you to maintain that Lightness of Being and to Flow with the Winds of Creation and the Cosmic Waves of Light from the Great Cosmic Heart that initiate Creation and Evolution in the Light. Beloved Ones, it is possible to ride these Cosmic Waves of Light with the Elegance and Grace of a Feather in the Wind, if you just allow yourself to be supported and all times by Divine Love and Grace.

Also, Beloved Ones, the advice and wisdom of the Mayan Day Keepers will assist you to understand the nature of the Waves of Light that come to you from the Cosmic Heart and how they are an expression of the ongoing unfolding of Galactic Manifestation and Cosmic Creation.

The Incoming Waves of Light and Expressing the Fifth Dimensional New Earth

Beloved Family of Light, as the Earth moves into Harmonic Alignment with the Galactic Center, the Waves of Light from the Great Mystery will become more intense and powerful. This alignment is a Process of Birth, or Rebirthing, and you are preparing for this Great Evolutionary Leap along with All of Creation.

As we have said before, the key moment in this Spiral of Creation will be on the 11th of November when the Earth makes her alignment for the 2012 Event. But, the waves of Light that will assist this process will begin to be felt in the month of March that approaches. These waves of energy will carry the frequencies and codes of Divine Harmony and Unity, and will activate very strongly on the Fifth Dimensional Grids. This means that the process of Creation on the New Grids will be again accelerated and intensified, and along with this there will be an acceleration of the disintegration of the old energy grids. This will manifest as renewed pressure on the Economic System, for it is this system more than any other that holds people in the old limitations of fear.

Beloved Ones, as this system comes under renewed pressure, we ask that you do not fall into fear. Your needs will be met and you will be supported by the fifth-dimensional grids and networks of light. It is only the third-dimensional grids that will disintegrate, and although this may seem dire and apocalyptic, remember always that you are not sustained by that grid, no matter how it may seem to your finite mind. Remember always that your power lies in your infinite being and your ability to hold energy in your heart and to manifest that which you need. You are powerful and loved, and you are Love.

So, by the Equinox of March, you will be feeling the intensity of this Wave. And, you will float like a Feather on the Waves of Cosmic Light into a New Creation. New ideas will come to you, new connections, new projects and new communities. For, these Cosmic Waves are the Energies of a New Creation and a New Earth. So, we urge you, do not focus on that which is falling away, but focus rather on that which is rising and coming into Manifestation - a New Earth and an Age of Light!

(NaturalNews) Pumpkin is one food that dieters definitely do not have to feel guilty about consuming. It is one of the most nutrient-rich foods around. Not only does the inside offer great health benefits, but so do the seeds. Pumpkin contains high doses of Vitamins C and E, pantothenic acid (Vitamin B5), magnesium, potassium and both alpha-and beta-carotene. The beta carotene is able to help reverse sun related skin damage and also acts as an anti-inflammatory. Magnesium helps to normalise the heart functions and to build a healthy immune system. It also helps with building bone strength. Vitamin B5 helps the body to cope with stress and can balance hormone levels. This fruit also packs quite a punch in the fibre department, offering an average of 5 grams per cup. Another lesser-known carotenoid found in pumpkin is beta-cryptoxanthin, which is thought to help decrease the risk of lung cancer in smokers.

Pumpkin juice has been known to be used for treating insomnia, high acidity levels in the body and ulcers. It needs to be consumed 3 times a day about a half hour before meals. It can also be used in the treatment of vascular diseases and cancer.

Pumpkin is also very useful in the treatment of burns and abscesses, as it softens the skin. Mashed pumpkin is useful in treating painful insect bites and stings. Many anti-wrinkle creams and hydrating creams contain pumpkin.

The seeds are especially useful in the treatment of intestinal parasites or worms. They contain Vitamin E, zinc, iron, potassium, omega-3 -and-omega-6 fatty acids and magnesium. These can be consumed as a very healthy snack and also added to salads or other vegetable dishes.

How can we best prepare for what is to come?

As it has always been said, the best preparation for the future takes place now. A refinement to that is to focus on the fullness of what it means to be in the now: the ever present current of the now moment. Not the past and not the future and not outside your body, but here. Now. This sounds like a simple concept, but it is the work of the Master who achieves the true meaning of this Presence. So calm, so in control of your mind, so expanded in consciousness, so aligned with your Higher Self and the Divine at all times that your heart is boundless. Go there in this moment and feel what that is like. Notice that you are completely content. Notice that you trust everything. Notice that there is no room for fear here. Notice that you require nothing. Notice that all is well. Notice everything. And then notice noticing. Realize that you can even notice noticing noticing. Holy cow, that is truly Divine perspective! Notice that you have that. In fact, you ARE that.

Here is another example. Notice that anytime you are wound up or anxious or feisty or impatient or judging that you are caught within your little self that is limited and afraid. If you expand in the Presence in the present moment, you cannot be in those states. It is that easy, but it is hard work to practice until you live from there.

But energy follows intent, so if you intend to master this, you will be amazed at the quality your life assumes. You notice beauty in the simplest of things. Nature calls you and you are comfortable in its mystery. The light and the sound and the peace and the melodies soothe you. You no longer attach to the drama and the chaos or have desperate need for anything. You are at peace with what formerly tormented you. Acceptance is not a dirty word. Surrender is tempered with grace and nourishment like water seeping in past a dam. Your nervous system cools and you can feel yourself inside your body like never before. You can breathe. Your muscles no longer tense in recoil and you feel more vital and youthful. Life is good. There is light. Your intuition sparks effortlessly to play with you and guide you through the maze. Gentleness appeals to you and it finds you because that is what you are. You want more of all of this, and so you relax into grace even more.

And when thunder comes and the lightning sparks or even bolts, you are way stronger. You can even be steely in your resolve to hold the peace no matter what. You realize that you carry an inner strength you never knew you had. There are moments of challenge or faltering, but it is easy to recalibrate back to inner peace, for it has become you now. There is no going back because the price is too much to pay on your well-being on all levels: spiritual, emotional, mental and physical.  In fact this is how you know you have transformed, when your body reacts strongly now to discord: negative thoughts, harsh words, disharmonious actions.

You witness the discord outside yourself and do your best not judge. You realize that the more you are able to suspend judgement, the more love, the more presence you are able to hold. You stay in the now moment and stay connected. Judgement is an act of separation and you are working on staying connected. Trust in the larger plan. Judgement says that it is only your opinion that matters and that the higher plan doesn’t. Don’t even bother judging because you are always wrong. If you stay in the present moment, expanded in the now, you will KNOW and TRUST and ALLOW the greater plan to unfold. You are working in alignment with it. In fact, you are co-creating with the Divine as you are in accord with it.

Can’t you say that of all of the past worry and fret and conjecture and dismay and manipulation, that what actually transpired was easier and more fluid than you thought? Of course. Divine is in action, so what the heck were you worried about?! So live in that wisdom now. No matter what your busy mind comes up with, it is always a distorted compilation of old possibilities that end up tormenting you. So stop it and allow grace to enter.

Stay connected to the peace of your heart at all times. Your mind isn’t that by nature, so don’t go there! It is your heart that serves you well. Consider that it - not the mind - is in charge. It will never lead you astray or regurgitate old stuff. Your heart does not judge or worry. It is the doorway to your peace and happiness. Choose to live from your heart.

And so this is how you prepare for what is to come: live in the fullness of each now moment with your expanded heart and peaceful, receptive mind. If you are here in this place, there is no room for anything less than this. Whatever comes your way, you can see clearly through it, walk calmly within it and contribute nothing less to it than what you are: a radiant Presence of Divine Love. Call it corny, but try it first. Then you will know you have achieved your purpose.

There is nothing outside of this except fear. Choose love!

Even if you break a leg, take it in your stride. Bed rest for a while. A cast for a while. A crutch for a while.

Even if you get lost, how lost are you? You are somewhere. You will find yourself anon.

Even if your body dies suddenly, you will get up from it and go on your merry way. You will be redeemed. You are redeemed. There is no need for redemption. You are not a hostage. There is not a price on your head. You have already been captured by Heaven. You will stand tall now. You will know up close what it is to be with God and all the treasures that accrue. You will begin to know what a treasure you are. You will begin to know all good things.

There is an ultimate. There is an ultimate beginning, beloveds. You are ultimately beginning. By that, I mean that you are taking off. You are rising high. Body dead or alive, you are rising high. It has been ever so. Life on Earth and in Heaven make room for you. Body dead or body alive, where do you think you are? Do you really think you are adrift on the bounding main?

You are with Me, wherever your body is or is not. That is the conclusion you will come to. Your body is not you. Your body is not even a semblance of you. Who doesn’t know that beauty is skin-deep, unless, of course, your beauty is deeper. You are collecting the beauty of your Being. Gradually, you add to the stockpile of your beauty until even you will know the beauty of which you are made. Your Beingness is beautiful. Your Beingness is beauty as is Mine.

You are not a cast-off. You are not a stowaway on a ship. You are not a stowaway on Earth. You are not an interloper. You are certainly not an interloper in Heaven. Step right up where you belong to be, here, with Me. Where do I belong but with you? And where would I belong but in Heaven?

Beloveds, the scars of the world can only be the scars of the world. Pain of the world can only be the pain of the world. Scars and pain are symptoms of illusion. Your intellect made a mistake. Your intellect made a whopper of a mistake as only intellect can. Your intellect scrounged for all kinds of reasons, and it found them. Nevertheless, the intellect put together the wrong package. Wrong package or not, the intellect is sure that it is correct. The whole world supports its correctness.

If there is suffering, the intellect has misconstrued. Until the intellect has a different way of seeing, it can only misconstrue.

You don’t have to be fooled by the intellect. There is another view in sight.

 ~~~~~~**  Dear friends  ~  This is a message for all of you from White Tara concerning the many experiences and shifts in consciousness we are all going through everyday. It can be quite confusing at times not knowing what all of it means, so here is an explanation that I am sure will help many.    **~~~~~~~

With Divine Love and Oneness I wish to allay some confusion, possibly for some of you, concerning the ups and downs of this ascension process. This is not an easy process by any means,  and everyone of you have suffered in the letting go of the old in order to bring in the new. Many painful memories have been brought to your attention to face again and realize that what happened in the past cannot be changed. All experiences on earth are valuable tools for spiritual and also personal human growth. Being human, unfortunately these experiences tend to be imprinted and stored in the subconscious along with its energy.

One of your etheric bodies that is very close to your physical body is the emotional body. All of you by now would have experienced facing old traumas and hurts, as far back as early childhood, and for some even remembering childbirth. The emotional body needs to be cleared of all its stored negative energies pertaining to previous hurtful experiences.   Light needs to fill the space where there was once hurt, anger, despair, jealousies etc. Like the attic of a house that is stored with memories, but very rarely gets a spring clean. 

What I would like to point out to you today is the sometimes confusing ups and downs of energy levels. Everyone would love to feel up all the time, enjoying the carefree feeling of living life above earth level. Many wonderful spiritual experiences and awakenings occur in this higher state of consciousness. Unfortunately, there still must be those days when we need to come back down to earth and disconnect for as long as necessary, with these higher states. All of your ascension details are carefully worked out by not only your higher-self, but by all the enlightened beings who have chosen to assist others by coming down etherically to be by your side and help oversee the process. A very carefully worked out process it is, tailor-made for each individual soul. Please be patient with yourself when you wake up one morning and find that you are back on solid ground again.  There is either more clearing to be done, more emotional sorting out, or even there are times when you have reached a certain level of the spiritual ascension that you need to descend again and ground into Mother Earth these new energies you have attained.

When One finds themselves back on solid ground again, please do not feel discouraged. You all still have a life to live, and by bringing your new state of energetics back into Mother Earth, she also integrates these energies as part of her ascension. It is all a well-planned process. You are never left alone, please be assured of this and bring this knowledge of being nurtured into your hearts to remind you everyday. You are so dearly loved by all of the spiritual helpers surrounding you, even when you feel cut-off from everyone, including yourself. That separation feeling is generally always caused by fear. Even not feeling your own self is a lack of spending time alone to nurture yourself and spend time communing with and in nature. Nature is a pure energy, untainted by hatred, jealousy, and all the other negative vices that plagued humankind.

So in conclusion my dear friends, please spend time being at peace within yourself. Enjoy all that Mother Earth has to offer you. Feel the wind blowing through your hair and dancing through the leaves of a tree. Open your eyes and really see just how magical this beautiful planet is. Always give gratitude after a clearing and recognize the significance that this will have on your life. Show reverence to yourself more, and your journey through life. When you look at a "stranger", remember the concept of Oneness and share a smile with them. Everyone needs and sometimes craves for love and recognition - recognition that they too are an important soul on this planet. Whether you are Royalty or a pauper makes no difference to the Divinity within. They are all roles that we play on our earth journey. Practice Oneness on a daily basis, wherever your daily life takes you, even if it is only within oneself. It is the recognition of Oneness that is  important, then comes living in the Knowing of Oneness.
