Enjoy this last day of 2011, it was a trying year, but many people have come to a far better understanding of what goes on behind closed doors in governments. Many souls have come to see things for what they are, and thus no longer buy into all that is presented as true to them. We are so glad to witness this is taking place, although it has been necessary for many of you to face a deep precipice. This was and still is for many an extremely scary experience.

2012 will have much of the same energy, but at an even deeper level. The entire process of thinking, analyzing, as well as constructive consideration of social, political and economical aspects will also deepen. There is no easy way of out this situation for as long as the entire society’s needs are not entirely been reconsidered. All beings, and that means humans, animals, plant life as well as outer space beings must be treated with kindness, fairness, understanding, compassion and love. This will be your goal for the first half of 2012, to look inside yourself and extend the love and compassion for yourself to those around you.

More and more will the guidance of your Higher Self be required. More and more you will have to turn inwards for guidance in your daily tasks. More and more you will find love, understanding, and guidance from above, by your own means. More and more will the light find its way inside of your heart, body and mind. The light will integrate and transform every single cell of your body. This slow process has already begun, and will somewhat speed up as we move along throughout 2012.

Ashtar, who is a high vibrational Being of Light of the 5th dimension an upward, and who watches over activity on a Galactic Level, has given me an energy update this morning, which we would like to share.

The Planet is beginning to take on the form of Golden Light. If you allow it, you may feel this influx of divine Golden Energy. It will enter into the energy streams of your body and raise your consciousness closer to that of an Ascended Master on earth.

Your Guardian Angels will direct the flow of this radiant Light in such away that most suits and honors you and your level of progress. Allow it just to soak into your body and being as your resonance begins to acquire the frequency of Golden Light.

This has begun a process that, once seen to completion, results in a pure, Ascended status.

You need to meditate, and breathe. You are already in an Ascended State, from a higher point of view, and yet your physical mind simply needs to become aware of this fact. That is what the discipline is about, of meditating and cultivating high vibrational practices into your every day experience. This is an act of love which allows the God-Force within you to be fully accepted into your reality.

Welcome! Welcome! Welcome! My Beautiful Beings of Light. The clouds seem to be lifting a bit around you similar in appearance to the sun breaking through the clouds right after a long thunder storm.

You have done much clearing and that is as it should be. Clearing is a forever on-going project as you are constantly under construction and evolving My Beloveds.

The Creator is sending you each down a Royal Purple Etheric Light Shawl to drape around your shoulders. This My Beautiful Beings of Grace is to remind you of the You That You Really Are. You are this noble Deep Purple Color, My Beloveds and you each hold countless eons of scholarly training and knowledge. With your permission in your imagination feel this etheric Royal Purple Light Shawl softly drape around your neck and shoulders. Feel the warmth of love that it holds for you and the appreciation for your countless hours of service as a Light Worker on the Earth Plane.

Wear the shawl for as long as is comfortable for you. Remember to put it in a place where you can use it again and again and again. It is very soothing.

The Creator wishes you to know that you are deeply loved and your service is appreciated. Your work has moved many negative blocks that have popped up. Your continued assistance is needed to go forward in love. Unconditional Love eventually clears the way and releases all blocks My Beautiful Beings of Light.

The way forward My Beloveds is very much like flying a kite. You must constantly check the weight that the kite is carrying on its tail to make sure that the kite stays aloft. You My Beloveds are this beautiful soaring kite. Your Higher Self is the Master on the ground directing your movements and giving you more string so that you can soar in the glorious breeze. If at any time there is to much debris on the tail of the kite it can’t stay aloft.

With negativity still lurking around, it requires constant daily clearing on your part My Beloveds. The negativity is like a sticky gunky substance that hangs on and must be ethereally cleared so it will not impact your day to day experiences My Beloveds.

It’s time to get creative with your clearing My Beautiful Beings of Grace. In your imagination see this giant oval shaped sphere that has many bands of color inside it perimeters. This is your Energy Essence, your Energy Fields, it reaches out in all directions many feet all around you. Then look closely and realize that you have black balls of tarry gunky stuff that are scattered around these beautiful bands of color. If some of you have not done any clearing in a while some of these bands themselves could be almost covered by this substance. Realize that this stuff is negativity, thought fragments, hurts, fears, slights, shame, guilt, others feelings about you, labels that you have assigned yourself or that others have assigned to you, self-sabotage, old out dated belief systems or old out date programs that no longer serve your highest good and the list can just go on and on. This is like your etheric trash bin, if you will, that no one has emptied for quite some time.

Daily in your meditations or during your prayers ask for your Angels and Spirit Guides to help you clean your energy fields of all of this debris and stuff. This debris when not cleared will drain your energy banks and because it can stress your energy vibrations and wellbeing it too can also make you physically ill. So if you would like to visualize this debris in your energy fields like imaginary chains you drag behind you filled with all this stuff including regrets, should have been’s, will be’s and broken dreams, un-forgiveness and the like, you can see that the chain trail can become quite lengthy and burdensome.

Ask your Angels and Spirit Guides to help you clear this debris. See them using a vacuum cleaner on your Energy Fields if you like or whatever cleaning instruments you prefer visualizing in your imagination to remove the stuff. This will leave behind your brilliant bands of glorious colored light frequencies.

Perhaps you have realized by now that constant clearing and cleaning will keep your Energy Fields cleaned and your vibrations raised so that those of like vibrations can intersect with you and bring you new possibilities, help with dreams, missions and gifts.

If you are constantly being bombarded by lower vibrational beings this could be the reason for those interactions. Even if you were originally a very high vibrating being, if you have all of this debris around you in your Energy Fields your vibrations will be pulled down by this debris.

Clear it daily and know that your highest vibrational good will be served.

Allow this Messenger to take you on a mediation journey.

Arrange yourself in seated position or lie down so that you are comfortable. Keep your legs and arms from crossing if at all possible, as this blocks the flow of energy. Cover yourself with a light blanket if you chill easily. We want you comfortable and undisturbed for a while as you journey within yourself through meditation.

Close your eyes and take a comfortable deep breath, then comfortably exhale as hard as is possible. With each in breath, you are breathing in love and renewal. With each out breath, you are breathing out fear, frustration and doubt. Take another comfortable deep breath in and comfortably exhale just letting all the stress go. Take another comfortable deep breath in and then just exhaling letting it all go with a sigh as you are breathing out all frustrations of the day.

Feel your body relaxing from the top of your head down to your toes. Give yourself permission to feel the calm and peace. Your muscles are feeling loose and limp, so relaxed, so deliciously serene, so wonderfully lazy.

Direct your ego self to perch on your left shoulder. Instruct your ego self that it is only to be an observer on this journey, it is not to participate. If it helps you to visualize your ego self by identifying it as a symbol or as an object please do so.

In your imagination ask through prayer for The Creator to send you down a protective Ray of White Light by praying mentally something like this “My Creator I AM asking for a protective Ray of White Light to enfold me and lift me up so that I am experiencing the very highest of vibrations during this journey into my inner most depths of understanding and Being. I am protecting myself My Creator from anything that is not for my highest good on this journey. I am thanking you in advance My Creator for assisting me by sending this Ray. I am visualizing the ray in my imagination now coming down through the corner of the area where I am meditating. It is entering into my physical form, permeating all that is within my I AM presence.”

The Creator has responded to your prayer and has gifted you with an Iridescent White Ray plus a Red Ray and One Golden Fluid Ray for this journey. The Rays are entering into your body through the soles of your feet and moving up through your physical vessel; permeating throughout all of your etheric energy fields & physical vessel and into all corners of the actual area that you are meditating in. The rays then are exiting through your Crown Chakra. The Rays are returning to The Creator and cycling back down through you again and back to The Creator in a continuous circular loop. These protective therapeutic rays are in a continuous circular motion while you are in meditation.

You are now divinely protected at this moment and nothing can even communicate with you, that is not for your highest good, without your permission.

My Divine Beings of Light. You are breathing very slowly and evenly now; you are feeling secure and safe.

Breathe in deeply My Beautiful Beings of Light and feel the lighter relaxed feelings of being protected & divinely guided into this meditation. Breathe in deeply and know that you are breathing to the Pulse of The Creator. Listen to The Creator’s spiritual heart beat and feel the unconditional love that courses through you each time you think about this moment.

Breathe in deeply allowing and seeing within your spiritual imagination your Guardian Angels and invited Spirit Guides as they join you now. The Angels take your etheric essence hands and guide you out of your physical body. The Angels then direct you into your Etheric Spiritual Heart Chakra. An Angel has been stationed to stay with your physical essence until you return from your meditation journey.

You are seeing, feeling and sensing this within your imagination, Your Guardian Angels, Spirit Guides and special invited guests are with you now within your Spiritual Heart Chakra. Your Angels and Guides are helping you locate the Golden Door that says “To My Highest Guidance Within”. You have located the Golden Door and now you turn the etheric spiritual door knob, opening the door as you cross over the threshold knowing that you are on a spiritual growth adventure.

You find yourself in a White Marble Corridor. Your Angels are awaiting you. Today you will have the awesome experience of being a white diamond shaped kit, you are told. The Angels guide you down the hall to the twentieth door on your right. The label on the door says “Kite Meadow”.

You open the door and find the label was accurate. You cross over the threshold and find yourself being blown by the breeze as you step into the meadow. You can see a forest of trees off in the distance and to the left you can see the little wooden bridge that takes you to your very own Crystal Palace, but today you are going to be working in this windy meadow.

Approaching you is another group of Angels carrying your Kite outfit. The outfit is actually funny looking, it is shaped like a cylinder to fit over your body and all around the cylinder is a shape of a white diamond kite.

There is even a tail attached to the bottom diamond kite point. You are now dressed in your kite suit and realize that you can’t really walk very well in it. Your Angels and Spirit Guides are finding your attempts at walking to be rather humorous. They have their cameras out taking pictures for your Heavenly Etheric Scrapbook. The Angels tell you that this will help you remember when you are sitting in front of your Counsel of Elders in your Life Between Lives going over this incarnation’s life review that there were some moments of light hearted humor. You just burst out laughing as they show you the digital pictures that they just flashed of you in this outfit.

Your Higher Self walks through the door and out into the meadow wondering what all the laughing is about. Your Higher Self has been waiting for your visit to help you remember the feeling of the wind lifting you up and soaring to your infinite possibilities.

Your Higher Self remarks with humor and deep unconditional love that this isn’t one of your better looks, but it will serve the purpose of allowing you to be lifted up by the wind.

Your Higher Self has brought with It a set of tuning forks rolled in a brilliant red velvet bundle. Your Higher Self unrolls the bundle of tuning forks on a picnic table beside you. The Angels are now projecting all around for your own visualization your Essence as a multiband colored Energy Field shaped like a giant egg. You are seeing the black spots and debris that has been discussed earlier. All of this debris has also been depicted for your visualization attached to the tail of the kite.

You realize quite rapidly that your kite self will never fly with all that weight holding you down. The Angels bring out an Angelic Hoover Vacuum Cleaner and begin immediately

vacuuming your Energy Fields. You see all the debris being sucked into the vacuum cleaner. As the stuff goes into the vacuum cleaner the vacuum grows blacker and blacker and heavier and heavier. Finally the Angels are all finished with the Energy Field and you can really see the difference not only in the surface area itself but also in the tail of the kite. Your Angels immediately vaporize the black junk that has been sucked up by the vacuum cleaner.

You still see a great deal of stuff however connected to the tail of the kite. Your Higher Self addresses this part of it. The tuning forks are connected to your Chakra System, your Higher Self relates, and this Chakra clearing exercise will help clean that area with your sincere intent for it to be so.

You give your intent and your Higher Self begins at the base Chakra with the base Chakra tuning fork. The tuning fork calibrates the tune and with your intent also disburses the debris that has collected there. Immediately you begin to feel a difference in your body as well as see the kite tail become shorter and clearer.

Your Higher Self continues up the Chakra System activating the tuning fork for each Chakra. What a difference you feel this making in your body. You begin feeling lighter and lighter and lighter. As the last Chakra has been cleared the wind picks up. With all of this debris being removed from you and the tail of the kite, the kite lifts off. You feel yourself rising higher and higher into the air. The breeze is playing with your kite tail and it too is dancing in the breeze. You feel so light and free up in the air dancing with the breeze as the wisps of breeze take you to and from.

Your Higher Self has unwound some more of the string that allows the kite to rise higher into the air. You are feeling so amazingly unbounded, free and unattached to all on the Earth Plane. You are floating and flying without a care in the world knowing that you are unlimited and have all the potential in the Universe. You realize that nothing can stop you from your highest potential, except yourself and a possibility of a bunch of debris in your Energy Fields.

You love this feeling you yell down to your Angels, Spirit Guides and Higher Self. Your Higher Self yells back that you deserve all good things and it has been a pleasure to help you remember that you have this amazing unlimited potential.

You continue to do loopy loops and soar here and there. In a few moments however you begin to feel a tug on the string. Your Higher Self starts to rewind the string as you are drawn back down to the meadow floor. It doesn’t take but another minute or two for your Higher Self to have you back down on the ground. You are however glowing and filled with such joy to have been able to have this experience and remembrance.

You tell your Higher Self how much you appreciate being able to have this wonderful journey. Your Higher Self smiles and tells you how much love there is between the two of you and that you can return at any time, now that you have remembered the way.

Your Angels help you out of your kite outfit. You are still feeling totally cleared of debris and thank them all profusely for assisting you to clear out all of that stuff.

Your Angels and Spirit Guides lead you back over the threshold, back into the hall corridor. You instantly find yourself back in the White Marble Corridor where you started.

You catch a glimpse of your glowing Essence in the mirror. You notice how brilliantly you shine, you just can’t stop smiling and thinking about soaring in the wind. Your Angels lead you back across the threshold of the Golden Door Within, back into your Spiritual Heart Chakra and then they assist the return of your spiritual Essence back into your physical form.

Take a deep breath to help you reorient as you wiggle your fingers and toes. When you are ready open your eyes. Go about your day remembering that your Inner Higher Wisdom and Angelic support staff are always at your service working with you to help you reach your highest most appropriate potential. Listen for those first thoughts that pop into your awareness and know without a shadow of a doubt that you are receiving daily spiritual guidance.

Beloveds you are blessed beyond words and loved beyond measure, more than any Earth Plane language can ever express.

TRANSMISSION BY 'YE': ABOUT 'CHANNELING'

“So that if a being is channelling of another more spiritual, higher frequency, it is usually the case that the person steps outside of one's own body to allow the other to enter and take over and be dominant. It is giving away of own power to allow another dominance. It has been a powerful tool, I must say. It has been benevolent. It has been highly beneficial in most cases. However it has caused some concern because of the negative aspect. Negativity; negative beings coming through and interfering.”

“Also, what has occurred in the past during a channelled experience, a being has come through and taken over the life of that being, and has not returned to spirit, and the being who has been the genuine article, we shall say, has not been allowed to enter back inside the body. And so we have a full deception. The being is not who they appear to be, and this is not beneficial, of course.”

“In some instances there are ways in which a channel can step aside and still remain within the being of their own being, if you like, and allow the other to come through and take over in a different way. And so it is not complete dominance; say 75% dominance. The genuine article, the genuine being, takes an active part in the process. However, again, we find that without great discernment, a negative being can come through and create all kinds of difficulty for all. Also, once in a body, they are in a powerful position to take influence to channel not only information as I give information TRANSMITTED in this way, but also to transmit vibrations of a lower frequency which can create problems also, and to suck energy parasitically from beings who gather to listen. (Jan says 'we have witnessed this.”) Jan and Wal have witnessed this.”

“In the TRANSMITTED message, the transmission comes as a message, therefore the being is whole and intact. Jan is whole and intact. Nothing has stepped aside. It is a cooperative thing. It is not that one is dominant, and one is not. It is cooperation. So we work together. Work together. She says “Yes, I will receive any message that is beneficial and comes from a most desirable and qualified source of spiritual teacher.” And so the message comes in and is spoken thusly; cooperatively.”

“So I assist to send in my own way through light, energy and essence, all such information that is required, and it is translated by Jan's being; and comes through as words and symbols and movements, feelings and such. Jan examines all things before they enter her system. Therefore, such healing energy comes through that she can use, transmit and radiate to all those who are needing such healing or upliftment of energy, light or essence; and all such things which are making up their system.”

Perhaps the most important being that my words be not misconstrued; that my words be not abused, and that people are not unwittingly deceived into believing that they are transmitting Ye, when in fact they are not, but transmitting another who would deceive them.”

WAL: “We also asked if Ye could be channelled, and were told that now humans are capable of transmission, Ye would not allow him / her self to be channelled. When Jan first began transmitting (early 1990's) we were told that there was no-one else using transmission, although that situation has now changed.”

JUDITH: Wal said circa 1998 that another person in Australia was transmitting, another in Europe, and two on the American continent. That number in probability has grown also since that time.

WHO IS YE?

“There is no name by which I am known upon this planet. There is nothing for you to equate me to. You may, perhaps think of me as all light, all power, all reason. You may know the high celestial name which is I. You may call me Ye.”

Know that it is all right to feel sad. Sadness, too, is a part of life. It is the passage of time you mourn. You mourn the tick-tock of time. So long as time is the fiction of your life, sadness will be.

If you could fathom time as the continuum you are on, if you could fathom time as timeless, if you could fathom that there is no passage of time, no increments to it, no past, no future, only a beautiful valley of no time at all, sadness would not be rife in your life.

What would there be to be sad about? Nothing would be gone. All would be present.

You would know there is no death. You would know that there is only life. It is not even that life would be perpetual because perpetuity signifies a possible sequence. There is no sequence, beloveds. Life is all at once.

Just as I am Oneness, there is nothing but Oneness. Time is separateness. Time is elusive. Timelessness is Heaven.

Time opens up the idea of loss and lostness. Nothing is ever lost. Only in the morass of time can even the concept of loss exist. Time slips away. Time catches up to you. Time taps you on the shoulder. Time drums the concept of absence into you. Time keeps you in its thrall. Time bundles your life. Time ties a knot around your life, and time throws it away.

If you could know, really know, that no one and nothing is ever lost, not at a loss. Loss, like time, is a myth perpetuated upon you. It is a myth, yet a deeply accepted myth. A myth accepted is acted on as if true. It might as well be true.

You presently live on Earth in the dimensions of space and time. The Truth is that there are no dimensions. There is no size. There is no distance. Clocks are arbitrary. When All is Oneness, where can time and space exist? They exist not.

The physical depends upon time and space for its existence. The physical is naturally important to you, and so you count time and space as material to your existence. Nevertheless, you exist out of time and space. And yet you call life outside of time and space as existencelessness. You call it death, or you call it pre-birth, or you call it finality.

When time does not star in life, there can be no finality. There is no end to anything but the configurations of time and space that you have so well believed in and held onto for dear life.

Life is irrespective of time and space. Only in time and space can you conceive of yourself as loveless or anything of the kind. Love is truly dimensionless. You think you live in a dimensioned world with all of its science and fact whereas, in Truth, you are Eternal Infinite Love. You figure rightly that I am not shaped into a form. You do know that I, God, am boundless. You have an idea of Spirit. You are Spirit. For a time, in the myth of time, you live in a form, and you call that life, as you live in a form. Yet a form has no life unless there is Spirit in it, yet Spirit is infinite and eternal. No wonder you feel stifled in a human body. Physical breathing is not the breath of you. You are irrespective of breath, pulse, blood pressure and so on. Atoms are atoms. Spirit is Spirit. You are way beyond atoms and time and space. You are love seeded on Earth. You are My love seeded on Earth. Enjoy this temporary life on Earth and know that there is nothing temporary about you. You are not your body. You are not your body. You are not your body.

For some time now I have been noticing  that the atmosphere, or better: the quality of energy on earth had changed greatly - regarding its expansion and power. The sky seemed to be higher, and there was a feeling-power and a light that appeared to posses a new mighty Presence.
 
Until now my “conversations” with Gaia have been “limited” to a Heart-Contact. Whenever I thought about her and expressed my love for her, I felt her answer as a deep touch in my heart, with tears pouring from my eyes, while I felt the freshness, the pristine and untouched  nature and sweet love of her being. Then I knew, that she had heard me and directly answered me. Sometimes she sent me one of her messengers, e.g. a bird, whom I especially loved, and who suddenly appeared and landed close to me and kept me company.
 

 In the late night of the December Solstice, I felt drawn outside, into my courtyard. There I had installed a powerful, even if small, medicine wheel, and I love to sit next to it. The night sky was clear and full of stars, and as soon as I sat down and connected with the vibrant night and Gaia, she started to speak. So I quickly fetched my notebook from inside the house, which I use for such kind of occasions.
 
 For me the following conversation with Gaia was not just a „conversation“ in the usual sense,  whereby thoughts are exchanged on the mental level. Rather I was involved with my whole being, having a wholistic experience, accompanied by the deep emotions of my wide and  expanded heart. The experience happened within Gaia’s Heart and Being, with which I felt deeply merged, while my vision and feeling embraced infinity.
And it is my desire that this report will be received by my reader not just on the intellectual level, but that it will draw you too into the Heart of Gaia.
 
 
MY CONVERSATION WITH GAIA
 
"I Am Gaia, your Mother, do you wish to speak with me?
It is easy for me to talk to you when the disturbances in the atmosphere are low, as they are tonight. (December Solstice)
 
It is good for you, to sit outside under the sky. Inside the house the reception is not as clear, because too many unnatural and disturbing frequencies can interfere with our conversation.
 
I would like to tell you, that I am well and that I am very happy that you desire to contact me.
I love all my children, but I am especially happy when they are aware  Who I really Am.
 
One reason why I am well is that ever more of my children understand who I am and include me in their lives as a Living Being.
The other reason is that I have completed my ascension to  higher Dimensions. You are asking which dimension, and I can tell you, that I am now in the 5th, at the threshold of the 6th dimension. You are asking what is happening to my 3dimensional body and why it still seems to be the old same one.
 
You see, this is similar as with your Spiritual Masters, whose Consciousness is extending  far above the 3th dimension, but who still have a 3dimensional body, which looks for all quite normal, even though this body is to a high degree transparent for the light and carries higher consciousness.
 
And so it is with my 3dimensional body too. In one way it is still very much polluted and out of balance. And this is like with your  Saints, whose spirit and realization has reached great heights, but whose body is nevertheless sick and toxic, because they have taken on the illnesses and karmas of their disciples.
 
When you go to my pure and untouched nature, it is easy to become aware of my heightened State, in places which are not alienated by your civilization. But also in a starry night, like now, you are able to be close to my heart, as soon as  usual daily businesses have come to rest.
 
I will move as soon as the time for it has arrived. And these movements will usher a New Era. These movements will  shake off what impedes the purity of my body. It will come suddenly, and it will be for all of you a joyful event, who love and who are united with me in their hearts.  I will protect you and take care that you are safe. Of this you can be assured!
 
Keep me in your hearts and you will always be united with my presence, which draws you already now to the 5th and 6th dimension. Your connection with me will  therefore transport you into a higher frequency and guarantee your ascension process.
 
This will occur as soon as my body moves and enters into the higher dimensions. When exactly this will be, cannot be told yet. There are too many details to take into account. They all depend on you, beloved mankind, and your basic readiness to ascend.
 
All my other kingdoms, the animals, the plants, the minerals and the elements are ready for ascension. We only wait for you, my beloveds. Many of you are ready too, but not yet the majority of your human family. There still have to happen things which trigger this readiness."
 
At this point, while she is talking to me, I ask  Gaia for a clear sign of confirmation from her, that I have written down the correct information, whereupon she pours directly into my heart the feeling of  her powerful greatness and sublimity! This is an absolutely awe-inspiring feeling!
 
"You see, you all must change your relationship with me, you all must be aware of my true and now ascended Being and carry it in your heart. Thereby you are directly united with me and receive constantly my blessing.
 
My presence in your hearts will give you great joy, strength and satisfaction. To be united with the soul and spirit of ones planet, is a great event and implies in this case the elevation of each single human soul as it is also the connection with the Great Human Soul who builds the One Great Human Body.
 
When you are united in this way,  you will ascend physically as this One Humanity – together with my planetary body.
Everything is prepared for this moment, and for you, who are one with me now, the spiritual ascension has already happened. And therefore the physical ascension will occur without problems. It will be carried by your unity in your hearts with me, your planet, - the planet you have chosen as your present home.
 
As I already raised my consciousness, your own rising of consciousness will follow inevitably, because you are one with your planet. Therefore you all are already in the midst of the process of awakening.
 
The more of you are uniting with me in this manner, the quicker ascension for whole humanity can occur.
This is the service you can now give to me and your human family. And this service is the unity with me in your hearts.
 
Seek me and find out Who I Am now, of which State I Am. Let this relationship be real, by connecting yourself with my true state (energetically, with feeling and with your consciousness), and not merely in your imagination about it. This is crucial!
 
I care for you all, my children, and I love you!
You all should know that I have already become New Earth and that my state is sacred.
 
Yes, I am a holy planet, but most don’t know yet about it.
Tell everybody about it so that also they can be made holy.

Is has been getting very late and it was early morning already, time for me to go to bed . When I looked through the material the next day, the urgent question arose about the meaning of Gaia's "movement". It was a beautiful morning with a clear blue sky. I sat down again next to my medicine wheel and connected with Gaia’s presence in my heart and all that what surrounded me. Again I felt this enormous vastness and power, in which I was sitting and which is her new consciousness, and I asked her about the exact meaning of what she had called her “movement".
 
This was her answer:
 
"My child, when I move, my present bodily orientation and location change. You know from yourselves, that you tend to change your location when fundamental changes occur for you. My new domicile will be in the higher dimensions,  where I am moving with my body, and this of course has consequences for my presently 3dimensional body – like your own “ascension symptoms” can create problems and change your body."
 
I asked whether Gaia was planing a pole shift, and if yes, how it would show. I received her answer as both, images and “words” and my description must be understood as an attempt, to translate a 4th and 5th dimensional event into our 3dimensional language. Therefore the meaning has to be perceived intuitively and wholisticly, and cannot be analytically dissected with the means of the conceptual mind.  
 
"Dear child,  many are asking this question in their hearts, and I would like to give a clear answer:
 
There will be a pole shift, but not as you imagine it. Within the higher-dimensional shifting of the presently still dense frequency, this pole shift is not a “material” event in which things are “destroyed”. There will be a unification of the Poles and because the substance becomes so to speak more “liquid”, my body starts to  make fluid changes. All energy is always on the move. And you, your new bodies will be flowing with it. In this flow there is no „breaking“  of things which you experience, when you observe so called “matter” as “solid”. Rather everything will become new forms in a harmonious way, according to my assignment. All you have to do in this process is to exercise your capability to let go of everything familiar to you, and to allow yourselves to be carried by this process of transformation, your heart firmly anchored in mine. When the process is complete, a new day will rise in which humanity will be in actuality One Being, united in perfect Harmony and Love with me.
 
To understand what I describe you must allow yourselves to perceive on a higher dimensional level, because this event happens, as soon as it occurs, already in the higher Dimension.
 
Will there be 3 days of darkness? This has to be understood rather symbolically, because in the higher dimensions the experience of time is different from yours  and obeys other parameters. Darkness might be experienced because your present sensual perception is in a process of transition and readjustment. At that time your usual perception will fade away and disappear. When the transformation is complete you will see with “new” eyes a New World.”
 
I asked for another sign of confirmation from Gaia. Especially as it was about an important message for which reason I felt great responsibility for the correctness  of my depiction.
 
"For those of my children, who are not yet prepared to move with me into the new dimension, their experience will be different. They will perceive my movement in a “material” manner, and they will experience the destruction of the Old, because they perceive themselves and the world as separate and not as a unity. This is because they did not decide yet to live in unity consciousness in their hearts, but they consider themselves and myself as separate beings. And they will perceive my movement  accordingly."
 
 
While I wrote down the last sentences, a small white cloud appeared in the clear blue sky, at first somehow in the form of two parallel bars II, which transformed themselves quickly  in two circular overlapping shapes.

And then, as suddenly as the cloud had appeared, it dissolved completely into “nothingness” before my eyes. As long as the cloudy sign was visible, a group of to me invisible birds started to rant and rave. With the disappearance of this little cloud there was complete stillness.  This was the sign I had asked for! I’d like to explain it a bit more.
 
For me the significance of these 2 symbols was immediately obvious. The two bars stand for separation, duality, the linear, conceptual Mind, who thinks in opposites, instead of perceiving everything as an expression of the love-blissful Source. It is the Luciferian creation of the separation of our consciousness from the Divine, The-All-That-Is. This sign symbolizes  the consciousness, in which most human beings are still captured: they do not acknowledge their own spirituality, and therefore they do not recognize the unity with all beings, with the Divine Source, with all of humanity and with their own planet.  That and their own human family are considered merely as  objects which one can exploit, abuse and destroy. In this state of consciousness the power of love does not exist, because it is governed by abstract thinking.
 
The transition of the two bars to the two overlapping circular shapes shows a fundamental change of this old state of separate consciousness. It is the Vesica Piscis of the Sacred Geometry! The symbol of the apotheosis of creation, its return to the Light and Unity. It is Gaia’s beginning  return to her original 12dimensional Divine existence! And we are returning with her!
 
And this is how I understand the sign of the cloud as an answer Gaia's to my earlier request for confirmation: Basically it is all really about the confirmation of our planet’s and humanity’s Divine Transformation. How this is experienced individually, is not of real importance in this Great Event. But what has been shown to me are two possible ways of perception and experience, the most and the least optimal one, whereby there are many variants  in between, depending on the state of consciousness of the perceiver.
 
But there was still one question left for me. And I asked Gaia whether those who experience the Pole Shift as destruction, would follow her nevertheless into the higher dimensions.
 

And this was Gaia’s answer:  
"They will experience much excitement and agitation."
 
And again, to me invisible birds start to rant and rave. I remember that I had heard the same when the cloud sign appeared! With this Gaia is saying that  this transition, this transformation will come with great agitation for the „old“ world.
 
"But this agitation will be experienced only – so to speak - on the surface of their perception. The agitation scatters the dense shell of separation and uncovers their deepest heart and soul. This uncovering of the soul provides the opportunity for them to unite  with my heart, because they become now fully aware of the presence of my Spirit. This will draw them to me - into the higher dimension of my body. This for them cataclysmic event will also set free and dissolve the negative beliefs and behaviors, which have been stored underneath their dense shell of separation. This is like a deep purification process, whereby they become able to experience and live their own pure and higher spiritual nature again, without being involuntary pulled back later into a 3dimensional reality.
This powerful event of transformation is a gift to them by Divine Decree.
 
However those who still desire greatly to extend their experiences in the 3dimensional realm, will indeed for a short while live with me in the higher dimensions, just long enough, to imprint their soul with a new permanent remembrance of this state. But then they will be drawn back into one of the many 3dimensional realms which exist in the universe.
 
As you can see, everybody receives according to their heart’s desire. This is the law of creation: you receive what you believe in.
 
I embrace all my children with great love. But those, who wish to come with me, give me glorious enjoyment.
My Blessing is with all of you, without exception!
 
I Am your mother, Gaia"
 
  
What remains is to remember or to become aware,  that we are already walking, breathing  and living within a great being of the 5th, and at the threshold of the 6th dimension. Inspite of all the ruins, the suffering and all the negativity of a gradually disappearing old world.
 
What great gift and opportunity is given to us all!

The Frequency Shift

Greetings to all you human angels who are participating in the amazing and unprecedented transformation here on Earth! There are a lot of changes happening on the spiritual, mental, emotional and physical levels; on individually and planetary levels since 11:11:11 (We are all one!). There are some challenges that go with these changes. Your frequency is rising at a very rapid rate and anything that doesn’t match your new frequency has to go. This means that we have to clean our “basements” (as a marriage counselor I know all the shadow stuff). Luckily, it has gotten quicker and easier to release the old, lower frequency stuff. When I first started doing emotional release work about twenty eight years ago, I even had to learn how to cry again. Like so many of you, I am an empath.

Empaths literally feel other people’s emotions, which can be overwhelming. This was a real problem for me for a lot of my life. I was also full of shame – feeling like I wasn’t good enough, no matter what I did to please others or how hard I tried to get them to love me. It took me many years of intense emotional release work (a lot of crying) to clear the shame that was programmed into me since my childhood. Now people are able to clear old emotions and hurts at a fraction of the time. So the bad news is stuff will come up for clearing and the good news is that it doesn’t take years to do it.

Psychic Explosion

The other great thing about being in this higher frequency is that our psychic/intuitive abilities are opening and expanding at an amazing rate. We are able only able to perceive things that are of the same frequency or lower frequency than ourselves. I read a book a long time ago that explained this really well. Unfortunately, I don’t remember the name of the book. It’s a story about a point (in geometry) that meets with a line but can only perceive another point. Then the line meets a plane and can only see a line. The plane meets a cube but can only see a plane. Each one thinks the higher dimensional shape is lying or delusional. “Seeing is believing!” We are moving into a higher dimension, so get ready to start seeing new things.

Overview

As we raise our frequencies, two things happen:

1. Old belief systems (and associated emotions) are brought to our awareness to be cleared.
2. We are able to perceive and know ever-increasing levels and amounts of information and energies.

Awareness and Overwhelm

Sometimes this level of awareness can be overwhelming.

Here are some examples that I’ve heard from others:

A client of mine was recently looking out the window from a high-rise building in New York. Suddenly she “tapped in” to everything and everyone in the city. She felt everyone’s emotions (a lot of it not pleasant) and it was too much. She shut it down and stayed away from the window after that.

Another client is working on a “relationship project” (her spiritual work). One day, while in a large grocery store she suddenly became aware of every man in the store, knowing who they were on a deep level. It was a lot of information.

A friend of mine habitually blesses her food by holding her hands over it and asking that anything not healthy be cleared and visualizing the food as being filled with light and healthy for her body. One night as she blessed her food something new happened. She knew what every tiny bit that needed to be cleared was, where it came from etc. There was chemical pollution, insect bits and emotional residue from the food handlers. Wow!

Handling the Information

I’ve been working on developing these kinds of abilities for many years. I’ve learned a lot along the way. Being a natural empathy, I can feel other people’s “stuff” (emotions and physical symptoms). When I first started working as an Intuitive Counselor / Healer I would feel my client’s stuff in my body. I was able to work with a group of up to six people this way, but it got really painful! One person had an injured knee, another had menstrual cramps and another was feeling really sad, etc. I was feeling it all. Yikes, it was too much! So I taught myself to perceive the stuff “out there” rather than feeling it in my body. Now I can work with hundreds of people, perceiving their stuff and not take in a thing. Phew!

This is the shift we need to make in order to expand our awarenesses and knowing without being overwhelmed.

Most of us came into this life with service agreements to insure that our planet would take the path to Transformation. These agreements, as well as childhood training, required that we feel other people’s stuff and try to clear it through ourselves. To change this pattern you must clear or uncreate any service agreements and make a conscious effort to change the habit of “taking it all in”.  We’ve been trained to blame ourselves for anything negative that happens since we “create our own reality”. But sometimes a person is grumpy and it has nothing to do with you, you just happened to be there.

Is This Energy Mine?

For every emotion, thought and physical sensation, ask the question, “Is this energy mine?” If it is not yours, then the energy will lessen and even go away. This takes practice, but eventually it becomes habit. When my son was about ten, we were driving in the car and I heard him sigh. I asked, “What’s up?” He said, “I started feeling sad and I asked, ‘Is this energy mine?’ and I realized that it belonged to the woman in the car next to us. Then I stopped feeling sad.” How cool is that?

If you ask the question and the intensity doesn’t go down, then there is probably something in you that is being triggered. This will give you an idea of what still remains in your basement.

Questions and Imagination

The second part of the process is to ask questions and let your imagination soar. Imagination is the conduit to your Greater Self and to greater awarenesses and knowing. Forget what teachers said, go ahead and daydream! Ask questions like, “What would it be like if I could perceive/be aware of the fairies or angels. It requires a huge amount of energy for the fairies, angels, E.T.s, etc. to make themselves visible to our human eyes. So close your eyes and look through your third eye or your heart. Some people are visual and will get information that way. Others might receive information through the other senses or just knowing.

Some other things you might ask to be able to perceive include:

• Knowing when someone is manipulating or feeding on your or another person’s energy.
• Having plants and/or animals “talk” to you (hint: animals send pictures).
• Knowing about the energetics in the food you eat and how to adjust it if needed.
• Recognizing people in your Soul Family.
• Knowing about and communicating with your spiritual support team.
• Communicating with the E.T.s (I “talked” to some Sirians in an “invisible” ship a few years ago. It was a blast!)
• Being able to read other people’s frequencies. One person I know sees an abacus that has meaning to her.

You are in Control

One day I stood in my garden and asked, “What would I see if I could see all the multi-dimensional beings, ships and elementals?” The sky and air around me got so full! Things were everywhere. It was so distracting that I chose not to have that awareness all the time. Like you can close your eyes or cover your ears, you can also damp down the other senses as well. And, you are the most powerful being in your reality, so if you perceive anything that you don’t like you can tell it to go away. 

2012

As we enter 2012 our transformation will continue to accelerate. Since things are happening so fast we need to stay conscious and aware of what we experience. Events are inherently neutral. How we choose to view what happens, as positive or negative, creates the outcome. There’s a famous quote from Einstein, “We can't solve problems by using the same kind of thinking we used when we created them."  We need to vibrate in accordance to our preferred outcome or effect. Relax… our planetary train is firmly locked on Tract T for Transformation. You are safe, we are safe.
