Keywords in this first contact is Love and Truth. Nothing will be as before. A reunion together with thousands of Cosmic Civilizations, only in this galaxy. It´s a step by step process which will introduce us to the universal family.
The media shows only a fraction of the truth of what is happening on Earth. One who seeks answers will have to find them on his own. The truth is that changes are bigger and stronger than anyone can imagine. Our planet is about to break out of its old shell and rise up to a higher frequency and that concerns everything that lives on her.

People will see and feel this Cosmic Contact in different ways, depending on their beliefs.

Some will see them as saviors, “saving” them from Evil.
Some will see them as Angels that are “above” the earth people.
Some will Fear them because they “feel something unknown”.

SOS – Success Over Stress

Stress, a common issue in today’s life, is caused by two things – external events that enter our lives and our internal reaction to those events.

Since the sources of stress are internal (from within) and external (outside powers like physical or emotional events), we must change the way we react as well as to control the outside forces that start the stress cycle. If we cannot deal with these two options, we may need a 3rd strategy – seeking the help of others.

We have outlined three SOS plans that describe various coping skills that you can apply in your life.

SOS Strategy #1
Start on (the) situation

Most people link stress with major life changes, such as divorce or layoff, job demands, frustration, conflicts, worries and hassles that touch them every day.

One way to manage these types of stress is to meet them head-on and to find ways to change the cause.

Change is rarely easy. Even when the desire or need for change comes from deep within, it is almost always accompanied by some discomfort or irritation.

Sometimes you feel the itch, so to speak. Sometimes others get the rash. However, most of the time both parties feel some kind of unease.

As We have written before, a lot of people in your life love/like you just the way you are – well, most of the time – and your personal acts of change, may require them to do some changing of their own. And they are resisting such a personal transformation with all their might, even when they are unhappy with their lives. Known unhappiness feels safer than anything unknown or unseen. Even when that thing is sheer joy.

Exploring your own soul is the most frightening adventures of them all, because your only companion for most of the voyage is your own being.

These changing and active times require to be fully grounded with the Earth, anchored in the self, yet fluid in your being/reactions.

You can be fully grounded with the Earth at all times, no matter where you are and what you do.

In addition to be mindful of your grounding, you should also pay close attention to your chakras. They should also be balanced and strong. You see, for the "higher" chakras to work properly and help you advance, the "lower" chakras must be solid and powerful. Like with anything, you need a strong base. If your superior chakras are mighty while your inferior chakras are weak, you will tip over or rise so high above the ground that you will have trouble being functional or relating to others here on Earth or to the realities of the planet.

You need that strong base. We know that some disregard the lower chakras, finding them mundane or too "worldly", but they are essential, no matter ho plain they may seem compared to the elevation the superior ones brings.… Read the rest
