All of your living arrangements or conditions are different. Still, no matter how old or young you are, you all need uninterrupted time by yourself. Alone with your own energy. Some of you a lot more than others.
Children too. Children (including teenagers) especially. To have a spot that is theirs alone where they can go to be with themselves, be quiet, draw, sing, dance, sort things out, cry, laugh or be bored – when they feel like it.
If they have their own room, a special corner or section can be set up for that purpose. As much as possible, let them decorate the space.
If children share a bedroom, find them an age-appropriate spot where each child can have his or her own quiet retreat. Even if it is only a closet. The key is that the space is converted into their personal quiet time haven. It is theirs and theirs alone.
Teach the child to let you know when they feel like retreating, simply so you know where they are, and you know not to disturb them.… Read the rest

I would like to express my gratitude to all of you Lightworkers as the name says it all at present as indeed you are all working well in the light which has alleviated a lot of pain, hurt & suffering.
Miracles are created eveery moment, however you must realise how much of a miracle you are, just by choosing to be alive at this point in time. Sure there are the struggles and pain at times but at the outcome is usually more closeness, more at Oneness when the worst is present and over with, there you are holding your hand out to each other, such a wonderful gift, the Friendship, comradeship is such a positive vibration it lights up the heavens, brighter than any star you could search for. This is your year to complete releasing of all that no longer serves the highest good within and around you, yes this means any relationship that is not of the same light vibration you possess, it will only hold you back if it remains, as long as you know deep within your heart that the learning has ceased between you, its not a judgment but an acceptance on how things are, being both your true selves.… Read the rest

TODAY IN NEW ORLEANS – Oil was spewing largely unchecked into the Gulf of Mexico as BP crews claimed progress Sunday in the first stages of
replacing a leaky cap with a new containment system they hope will finally catch all the crude from the busted well. Robotic submarines
removed the cap Saturday that had been placed on top of the leak in early June to catch the oil and send it to surface ships for collection
or burning. BP aims to have the new, tighter cap in place as early as Monday and said that, as of Sunday morning, the work was going
according to plan. BP hopes the capping operation will be done within three to six days.TODAY’S FINAL GRID TRANSMISSION COMING UP!!

Healing Away Negative Patterns with the Angels

This week, in response to my prayers, I received visions and
messages about the mechanics of how our reoccurring thoughts manifest
into reality. This is so exciting, because the angels showed both the
energetic basis AND the solution for reoccurring negative patterns!
Any negative pattern that you’ve experienced
consists of
Individual thoughts that look like little vibrating microscopic globes,
like the nuclei of atoms. These atoms are right next to your body, each
connected by a magnetic bond to you. The bond is your attachment to the
ideas you hold about yourself, your life, and your patterns. ANY
reoccurring pattern you’ve experienced in your life is a result of these
atom-like globes around your body.
The angels showed me that
the universal energies are like a blanket of pure clean snow. Snow falls
equally everywhere that it lands, yet it takes on shape and form based
upon the landscape upon which it falls. So if snow falls upon a rocky
terrain, then that’s the shape that the snow will appear if snow falls
upon a smooth landscape, then the blanket of snow will appear smooth.

Dealing with Change

Can you believe we are half way through the year already?
There is a lot going on with Mother Earth and with our own paths as we
move forward. Everything is speeding up.
Mother Earth is fully
involved in the birthing process now. If we look at the seismic graphs
of where she is moving the most, it is in the Pacific basin, called
The Ring of Fire. We can expect that to continue for quite a while,
with new land eventually showing up in the Pacific Ocean. South
America’s west coast and North America’s California need to be prepared
through the end of this year for major movement as well. While these
shifts are seemingly random at times they all are purposeful in
bringing in the new world.
For our own paths, we are also seeing
many changes as we strive for Ascension. Spirit says that people
increasingly doubt their spiritual messages, including moving, letting
go of relationships, leaving jobs, etc. The old is always more
comfortable than the new. The situation that is at hand though doesn’t
allow for much time to correct our course. So what ends up happening
is that these things get taken from us to force us where our Souls want
us to be.
Look around and see if there are changes in your
relationships. Are there people in your life who seem to have decided
to stop progressing? This is causing gaps in some relationships that
is making it impossible to reach through to these people at this time.
Some people are wondering how to make these relationships work
anymore. It is best to let them go for now understanding that all is in
Divine order and each Soul knows exactly what it is doing for its own
Ascension process. Trying to hold on to what doesn’t resonate in our
lives is futile and only brings distress and disharmony.… Read the rest

Even though you might not yet consciously be aware of the shifts, you
have shifted your cellular structure dramatically in the past six
months. The end result of that shifting can only be a shift of your life

Perhaps you were raised in a community in which values and morals
were strongly adhered to. Those values allowed you to move in a number
of directions, but not in all directions. In a sense, those values were
borders on your life much as a frame is a border of a piece of art.
You knew what was expected of you and what the results would be if
you did not adhere to the values and morales of your community. Life was
easy – much as life in a prison or a nunnery is easy. The stringent
rules provided you with both a safety net and protection. And if you
