God said:

On God, you can depend. You may not think so, for you have had the experience of being let down. Life may not have given you all that you desire. It may, on more than one occasion, have given you the opposite of what you desire. Yet, I have to tell you, that is upon Me that you can depend.

You may have noticed that people have let you down. You may have noticed that in the midst of applause, people have let you down. No matter how good their intentions and no matter how deep their love for you, you have felt that they have let you down more than once.

You may tell yourself that you expect too much from others, and that may well be true. At the same time, I want to tell you that you cannot expect too much from Me. I say that with a proviso, however. How to say this. You can expect everything from Me and yet not be attached to your expectation. Pride has its place in life and there is certainly nothing wrong with being proud of your achievements. In fact where some individuals are concerned it comes from the desire to be cleansed on all levels, as part of becoming more of the Light. Cleanliness and tidiness is a sign of a mindset that desires to present that person as looking to bring perfection into their life. A message to all members of Children of the Sun

TODAY IN NEW ORLEANS – Oil was spewing largely unchecked into the Gulf of Mexico as BP crews claimed progress Sunday in the first stages of
replacing a leaky cap with a new containment system they hope will finally catch all the crude from the busted well. Robotic submarines
removed the cap Saturday that had been placed on top of the leak in early June to catch the oil and send it to surface ships for collection
or burning. BP aims to have the new, tighter cap in place as early as Monday and said that, as of Sunday morning, the work was going
according to plan. BP hopes the capping operation will be done within three to six days.TODAY’S FINAL GRID TRANSMISSION COMING UP!!

forth an all out effort towards BP’s effort… enveloping BP’s gulf team
with light, light, light and our constancy of clear vision that the cap
is securely fixated and all efforts to stop this spill is immediately

I’m not happy with my attitude these last few days, but I figure I wasn’t really conscious of it before either. 100% StS I’m definitely not, but 100% StO was also something I never even came close to, regardless of all the stuff I do for others: because actually, I did that  stuff because it made me feel good, not because it made them feel good…

So, was I a Service to Self in disguise? Seems like it, for I still had ambitions of my own, which had nothing to do with pleasing others. Of course those didn’t materialise, which someone told me was because there still was attachment involved. Might very well be possible, but how on Earth can you wipe that out? Only possible avenue to pursue here feels to me like going cold turkey on the Service to Self: simply tearing up all your wish lists, and replace it with one Prime Directive: to do only that which is Service to Others!

Might seem ridiculously radical, but hear me out: When you believe in Source, like me, there simply is no way Source will treat anyone unjustly.… Read the rest
