We invite you to focus on your breath now and for the next few moments as you quiet your mind leaving your cares of the day behind you as you breathe into your Heart as you experience the stillness of Peace within your Being. Breathe with us now and for the next few moments.
Allow your focus to settle into your Heart Center, into the Sanctuary of Your Sacred Heart Chamber as you continue to breathe. Feel the Peace... yes, feel the Peace as you continue to breathe in the Crystalline Golden Light particles which are now brightly illuminating within your Sacred Heart Center. Recall the Golden Chalice THAT IS YOU for it is within your High Heart Center, YOU are the Holy Grail of the Reunification, drink deeply from the Chalice as you Breathe in the Essence of your Being. Know that as you continue to breathe you nourish your entire body and each cell of your Body as you breathe in the Crystalline Golden Light particles which are all around you...

CURRENT INFLUENCES
The Photon Light has lifted up again and ranges in the 4's & 5's this month with a slight drop back into the 4's at the end of the month. On March 11 when the Earthquake struck Japan it had dropped into the high 4's, so we were dealing with the 4th dimensional resetting of energies. Remember Dear Ones, that 4 represents the Fourth Dimension of Etheric Thought Forms which hold the potential for manifestation into the physical plane. (more on this later)
March brings with it some very powerful energies. We also have an extremely powerful Equinox arriving on March 20. The upcoming Spring/Fall Equinox on March 20, 2011 includes the coming together with a Perigee Full Moon (Super Charged Full Moon closest to the Earth for all of 2011) on March 19 and the Equinox Sun conjunct Uranus (March 21) is the closest Sun-Uranus conjunction at the Equinox in 335 years. This indicates a powerful point in the ongoing Shift for all of humanity, and how we choose to participate during this timing will determine much of the outcome of this portion of the Shift. With that said we invite you to do your BEST to function from that "Observer Self" as much as possible so that you may RESPOND Consciously to that which arrives in each Now Moment.
So many are feeling the stresses of Mother Earth. Those that are "sensitive to the Energies" could feel what was coming as Gaia prepared to "adjust her current condition" as this huge Earthquake in Japan occurred. There are many who have a "cellular memory" of the "End Days" on both Lemuria & Atlantis and their physical bodies, or better said "Elemental Bodies" have experienced some "symptoms" or memories of fear. This can be experienced as anxiety, physical pain, high blood pressure issues, heart palpitations, digestive discomfort, over-eating as a way to comfort oneself, headaches, etc., etc. For those who are experiencing these issues with the Body, take time to stop & breathe into your hearts and communicate with your "Body Elemental" to assure them that all is in Perfection, and that we are MOVING UP this time into higher more loving & peaceful frequencies. For many of you, the cellular memory in our bodies are remembering the turbulence Gaia demonstrated as we MOVED DOWN in frequencies during the destruction of Atlantis & demise of Lemuria. Take the time needed to communicate inwardly and to breathe into your hearts, talk to your Body Elemental & offer reassurance & Love.
Dear Ones, Once again we wish to invite you to join with all the many other Lightworkers around the Globe to join in as we send our Prayers, Love & Compassion to all those affected by these recent events resulting from the earthquake in Japan & the following Tsunami. Let us continue to hold all who have been displaced or are in fear in the Light of Love. Unfortunately, we will have more of these types of events, especially this year between Mid-March through Mid-October. This major quake on the tail of the Australian
quake has activated most of the major fault lines.
Know that Mother Earth is moving forward in the Waves of Ascension Energy. Remember to Neutralize any fear you may feel and Trust that all is in Divine Order & Divine Perfection. Know that all Souls who are lost in these events contracted to participate in these events prior to this embodiment. No one & nothing is ever lost, simply merely transformed back into it original Source.
Those who are contracted to stay and show the way for the others will be guided & protected. For us our job is to Radiate the Light of Love as we pray for the Highest & Best for All concerned. These are the "Birth Pangs" of the New Earth being birthed as we lift into higher frequencies of Light.
Many are going through their own "inner earthquakes" as we feel the need to balance that which is out of balance in our lives. Too much "doing" & not enough "Being" is throwing us out of balance. Another aspect of these intense energies occurring this next month will stimulate specific issues for us, especially the ones we have resisted the most or hidden the farthest from ourselves so the bottom line is that the Truth is about to come "rolling" in and the best way to be ready for it is to focus on some sincere self honesty. Be willing to look deep into the "shadows" of your consciousness that you have been avoiding internally. The energies to clear our Mental and Emotional Bodies will be relentless until we "come clean" with ourselves and do the work. Then it's over, so why keep putting it off, you will be so glad you did, WHEW.... you will finally feel free and more Light!
One of the good things that is showing up (if we look for this), you will begin to notice there is this great new trend showing up that is ushering in the new paradigms demonstrating cooperation and Unity Consciousness that are far from the old ways of doing things. People are really coming together to work with common goals and intentions. This is happening all over the world and there are unifications happening that are beautiful to watch. More & more Lightworkers are joining together around the world in common themes of healing & Love. More Lightworkers are joining together to bring in a wider range of information in cooperation together, and humanity is reaching out to their neighbors and offering a helping hand as we saw in the 9-11 incident in 2001. We are working more as One Big Family.
CHANGE is definitely a theme for this year. Stay flexible and it may be best not to make too many plans too far in advance. Unless things are really the perfect fit for you and your life, they will drop away, and this is a theme that will only get stronger as we go through the year. Some of you will be in the early stages of this new experience in March, and so you may find yourselves feeling empty, frustrated, and disorientated for a few days as each of these changes or dropping away moments occur. However Trust the process, as it really will be for your benefit that these seeming losses or changes are happening now so that you are being positioned with purpose.
As we move forward into the "Great Shift" and transform that which is out of Balance in today's world of polarization, all that You require is the awareness that NEW and different possibilities exist for you to choose. Then all that is needed is for you to act upon this new more expanded awareness, first by intention and then by your actions in every NOW moment. Hold the VISION of the world you desire that demonstrates Peace, cooperation, and Unity Consciousness based in and Balanced by Love. Your contributions as individuals joined with the collective efforts of every Being and the Free Will of all of humanity as a whole, can and will literally create the New Reality for the New Earth experience. You are each Aspects of God coming together as Newly Awakened individuals, Empowered by your new awareness as The Creators of our mutual New Earth Reality.
We are currently in the beginning of these New Powerful Stargate Energies that will be active between Mid-March through Mid-October. Our dimension is already shifting, and moving into its new position in frequency with a new and different set of harmonics. There will be "Waves of Expansion" during this cycle. It can and will become the world that you have envisioned with YOUR SUPPORT based upon your thoughts, emotions & actions. When a dimension shifts, it is entirely reliant and dependent upon the energies of its "Interior Resident Consciousness" to direct that change (meaning you & I). YOU ARE the consciousness within YOUR dimension. Set your intentions now. Act upon them in your world daily. Where YOUR shift "arrives" and re-harmonizes, is entirely dependent upon YOU as individuals and YOU as a collective. YOU ARE Aspects of God Creating and Commanding New Outcomes in New Realities. One of the most important things to remember during this expansion is to remain in your hearts. Stay focused in the Light of Love. Breathe into your hearts OFTEN. And remember to remain as the "Observer" aware of your state of internal "Balance". In any given moment, if you take a step backwards into duality, or fear, simply choose again, and you will move back into a more harmonious and balanced frequency & dimensional Reality.
As we choose and create Peace within it is reflected in our environment around us, and yes even in Gaia herself. As we find Balance so does this support Gaia as she transforms & heals and restores her balance. We are connect to her, we are One with her, as we balance ourselves so do we support Gaia.
WE ARE THE "CAUSE" THAT WILL "ANCHOR" LOVE INTO THE NEW EARTH!
USING DISCERNMENT AS WE MOVE FORWARD
During the days ahead it is truly important to use GREAT DISCERNMENT in all areas of your Life. There are many individuals that have "recognized current world conditions" has left people uncertain and somewhat fearful. Certain types of people will see this "as an opportunity to make some money" based on peoples fear. We recommend that you Research all information to "observe its validity". There is so much misinformation floating around out there, Listen to your "still small voice" within, what it is saying to you at any given moment. This even applies to the world of "email messages" too, listen to your "inner knowing". As you apply your "sense" of "inner knowing" more and more, even to the smallest of things, soon this will become a way of life and a basic part of who you are, it will become no different than breathing.
"Observe" the individuals presenting these things, for instance, are they offering a "Sure Path to Ascension", or "Sure Path to a Secure Financial Future" and the like, no matter what it is. Observe if there is a "fear factor" as an "undertone" to what they are offering, or their "reasoning" in stating it's worth. The ones with the Biggest Price Tags are the ones to question the most carefully. We are referring to both Lightworkers and the Sales people of the world. YOU are the one that will determine the outcome for both "your Sure Path to Ascension" and your "Sure Path to a Secure Financial Future". What you believe about yourself will be the "Reflection" that is mirrored on the Screen of your Life, and in the outcome of your daily experience.
We highly suggest that you refine your "senses" and "listen" to what you are feeling "in your gut", so to speak. Recognize the difference between emotions & your "senses". Refine your "senses", they will be your best source for clear discernment. Listen to your OWN KNOWING, TRUST IN YOUR SELF. Soul is standing there waiting for you to Open the Door more fully into your Being, welcome Soul with a sincere Heart and your world will expand exponentially.
As sincere Seekers of Truth, may we recognize and contemplate that the Greatest, most Authentic Teachings always come from WITHIN and as a result of our Seeking from a sincere heart that is yielding to the I AM Presence within, and to the Mother-Father God of All, amazing experiences & awakenings are awaiting the Open Heart of One WHO ASKS for this Wisdom. Our Truth will always change in accordance to the expanding levels of Conscious Realization we have reached. Our ability to Perceive Reality is based on our own evolution, our experiences are a reflection that is directly associated with our own level of Soul Integration & Awakening, no matter how much light is entering on to the Planet. It is through the clarity of a balanced, peaceful mind and an OPEN Heart that we will recognize those that are coming from a less than "Clear" or "Truthful" place. Listen to the "Master Within", Your Soul & I AM Presence will guide you.
WHEN WE FIND THE BALANCE OF ALL THINGS IS WHERE WE FIND PEACE- FROM HERE WE CAN SIMPLY JUST BE AND ALL THINGS SHALL COME TO US
So many have become lost in the acceleration of time & space and the constant demand of things that need to be accomplished. Many are finding themselves depleted & lost in the frenzy. We need to take time to be in nature to slow down and experience the beauty that can nurture us. We need time to regenerate & rejuvenate, even if it is only to take time to be in your garden, sit in a swing on your back porch, or go to a nearby park. Take a drive somewhere where you can be close to nature, have a picnic under a tree, or go for walk by a stream. And for those who don't have any of these within close proximity, simply lay down in a comfortable location and put on some soothing, peaceful beautiful music and just Be, breathe, & rest, (this will work nicely for those who are still snow bound). For those who need to "Blow off some Steam" so to speak, choose something that gives you great Joy as a physical outlet. Maybe it is running or jogging, or skiing for those in Ski Country. Go for a hike or swim, or Dance like Crazy if this gives you Joy and a sense of "release". For those with relationship partners, make mad passionate Love. For any of you who are having a difficult time just getting up out of your chair we do recommend that you do allow time to get up and move around, it is important to allow the new energies to "circulate"
There has been a very definite acceleration of the NEW Energies increasingly running through our newly Rewired bodies, brains & hearts every day. We invite you to relax into and adapt to these newly accelerated energies & frequencies. Take time to stop, and to focus on just breathing into your hearts as you consciously choose to assimilate these new frequencies. As we take the time to simply Be this allows for the anchoring of these new frequencies with greater ease.
Some of you may find at times that you literally just need to lay down and close your eyes for a while, even if you haven't been up that long, for example, you may have only been up for 6 hours and find yourself needing to lay down... just do it if at all possible, your body will be assimilating a new level of Light within the body, and/or some new Codes of Light raising your present frequency. For those of you who are still out in the work force, or not working for yourself, if it hits you really hard... go to your Supervisor and say you are suddenly not feeling well and that you will be fine if you can just lay down for a while. If you have an office perhaps you can just close the door and lay your head back on the back of your office chair and close your eyes for a while. (I've done this, and literally took about a 30-40 minute nap and felt better after the nap.) Remember to nurture yourself often.
We are now in a place where it is SO IMPORTANT to make time to slow down and just BE. It is a time to create Balance. From this place of calm is where we are meant to learn how to live and move through our daily lives. From this place of "Calm & Balance' is where we suggest will be the best position to manifest the world around us. Start with small things and simply "see them NOW & in your very near future". We recommend that you do not try to "Choreograph" the events, leave this up to Spirit. See yourself gratefully experiencing the Joy of the outcome! Then just go about your daily activities and "enjoy the surprise" in the moment when the doors open to the birth of this newly manifested event! And then say THANK YOU to ALL THAT YOU ARE for aligning the synchronicities so beautifully. Remember that Soul is your Partner in this exciting time of expansion and Soul is literally WAITING for you to ASK for help in manifesting that which you need or desire. Soul can & will "Align the necessary energies" required to manifest what you are needing, or what you desire. Remember "Ask and yee shall receive, knock and the door shall be opened".
Make time in your life to create this place of Balance. There will always be a list of "to-do's", it will still be there waiting for you when you are ready to come back to it. Nurture Your Body, Mind, Emotions & Spirit with moments of beauty, of calm, of fulfillment that feeds your Soul and brings Joy to your heart, whatever this may be. As we move deeper into the New Energies we will be discovering new abilities and tools of Creation as we learn "the Art of Simply BEING" and as we recognize the ease of "holding" and "anchoring" the New Reality as integrated, Unified, Heart Centered Conscious Beings.

"I see no signs of fear. Resignation, yes, but fear or panic, no."
This touching message is from Anne in Sendai, Japan, where she has lived for the past decade teaching English. Her sister in the United States posted it on Facebook.
"No one has washed for several days. We feel grubby, but there are so much more important concerns than that for us now. I love this peeling away of non-essentials. Living fully on the level of instinct, of intuition, of caring, of what is needed for survival, not just of me, but of the entire group.
"There are strange parallel universes happening. Houses a mess in some places, yet then a house with futons or laundry out drying in the sun. People lining up for water and food, and yet a few people out walking their dogs. All happening at the same time.
"Unexpected touches of beauty are first, the silence at night. No cars. No one out on the streets. And the heavens at night are scattered with stars. The mountains of Sendai are solid and with the crisp air we can see them silhouetted against the sky magnificently.
"There is indeed an enormous Cosmic evolutionary step that is occurring all over the world right at this moment. And somehow as I experience the events happening now in Japan, I can feel my heart opening very wide....I feel as part of something happening that's much larger than myself. This wave of birthing (worldwide) is hard, and yet magnificent."

Why we have shared this wonderful article is a perfect example of how even though we share our Collective Reality, we ALSO live within our Individual Reality which is manifested directly from our "Individual Perception" of what we "believe" will be our experience, therefore there are unlimited Alternate Realities available to choose from, and you can even, "choose again" if you "recognize" there is yet another Higher Potential available if we simply choose it.
If our minds and emotions are filled with visions of disaster & death, so shall our experience be within the Collective Experience.
When we maintain our Trust and our minds and emotions are calm with the KNOWING that We ARE SAFE AT ALL TIMES, so shall we experience OUR Reality as this version of Truth.
Even if your neighbor is being swept away by the events of a disaster, when your mind KNOWS and TRUSTS that you are Divinely Guided & Protected at ALL TIMES so shall your experience be within the Collective experience. Your emotions reflect this Truth as you pray for those around you and Give Thanks for God's Grace in your personal experience!

Comments rss TrackbackIn the course of the changes coming to Earth, the mass consciousness will dramatically change and people will see what is around them in a different light. For example you will move into a preference for new designs particularly in building, and the traditional square shapes will give way to those that are circular. Materials used will be more natural, and you will advance to organic materials such as we normally use. Of course you do use natural materials, but you also cover large areas of the Mothers Earth’s surface with concrete, and it stops her from breathing. You will know already that we build our Spacecraft with organic materials, and they are programmed with levels of consciousness that makes them self-proficient. Visitors to our craft have noted how the crews can interact with them to a very high degree. Naturally when we can move amongst you, we shall share such knowledge with you so that your advancement will speed ahead.
There is much for you to learn that needs revising in light of the truth we shall bring. It is to be expected that some of your beliefs and theories are inaccurate, and what we shall do is enable you to make a quantum leap into the future. There is as you might say a lot of catching up to do, and also the development of many good ideas you have already been working on. Nanotechnology is one example of what you have seen as a desirable advancement, and it will come into being. It is unfortunate that so many advancements that could have benefited Mankind, have been deliberately hidden away to keep the status quo where profit is put before your well-being. Yet massive amounts of your money have been invested in new technologies for military power. While these policies are followed, you are clearly not going to see peace come to your world. However, that is soon to all change and the war machine will grind to a halt and be dismantled. We shall bring you peace andensure that all weaponry is neutralized by our higher technologies. We are coming not to perpetuate the old life style, but introduce you to an easier and more satisfying way that will restore your sovereignty. You are to become free to have more time to follow your own pursuits, and the drudgery of life will be removed and replaced with more acceptable conditions that allow time for it.
The changes are lined up and in a well advanced state, that means once we can commence events will move forward quite quickly to say the least. You can sense that the dark Ones are losing their grip on you, and as they do so they will be unable to re-claim lost ground. We are blocking any moves they may make to establish any major threat, having already averted the potential of a serious incident. We are here to lead you on to a successful conclusion in your quest for Ascension. That result is beyond doubt and is already written in the annals of time. You may therefore set your sights fully upon ascending, and the plan is being supported by many Councils and individuals who are also helping you go forward. You would undoubtedly be surprised if you knew how many of them were with you at this time.
There are times when you feel that you need extra support, and in such instances it is as well to remember that you can contact your Higher Self. We often mention about allowing time for yourself and this is one of those occasions. If you have the names of your Guides then use them to make a contact, and if you have attached yourself to one of the great Angelic Beings such as Archangel Michael even better. Your prayers or petitions will be heard, and the answers may come in unexpected ways, such as through another source. You are indeed never alone, and in your times of need your Guides draw closer to you and welcome contact with you.
The Solar Cycle draws to a close and we the Galactic Federation are with you to experience the final days. This time unlike Atlantis you have avoided destroying yourselves, and rightly deserve the opportunity of Ascension. In its time Atlantis was a great spiritual civilization, but then the darkness descended upon them and they spiraled out of control down the path to oblivion. So many of you now on Earth were there in its demise, and subconsciously you still carry memories of that time. It is why perhaps you have felt fear at the possibility of another collapse leading to extinction. However, the signs are positive and as we mentioned, you are picking it up and it is helping you overcome your doubts. There are however a number of different predictions for the end times, and if you find that confusing rely on your intuitive feelings.
I am SaLuSa from Sirius, and can tell you that the picture will be come clearer before much longer, and we as much as you are pressing onwards to hasten the final showdown with the dark Ones. Victory is already with the Light, but the final days need to be enacted out for the sake of every soul on Earth. Our love is accompanying you all of the way, and we want this time to be remembered as a successful turning point in your evolution. The fact that it is not just the end of a Solar Cycle, but one affecting the complete Universe makes it all the more important to you, and indeed also to us.

My Greetings to you once more as I enter your presence. Some will feel my essence strongly, others will simply feel a peacefulness come over them. I come to you to guide you, to assist you, to release any fear, and also to remind you again how much you are loved. This is why I come and also the Archangels. All assist you through this time. I remind you also at this time not to fear your linear year of 2012. Do not. It is a predestined date for man to be awakened through Light, toward experiencing Christ Consciousness, leading all to connect to Source, to God to Oneness. So please, do not fear, rather give over in peace. This is the only way many of you will obtain the peace you seek.
You may feel you are losing control in your life. I ask you "losing control of what?" You see what you fear you are loosing control of is what you have created.
Perhaps also you have created the structure of your life from the beliefs of others. Beliefs taught to you as a child from your parents and teachers.
This one (Lynette) heard a little of this from another's words last evening. It has remained strongly with her as it fits so well with my subject now. So you may begin to understand why I ask you - "loosing control of what?"
Ask yourself in what area of your life do you feel this most powerfully. Examine it carefully. Then ask yourself how important is it to you, and choose a different path forward. If it is another's choice, perhaps words from a partner or friend, then you must ask guidance from your sacred heart centre.
There is also a need to understand that many are on different levels of awareness. Therefore not everyone will see situations as you do. Not everyone will understand your thinking, your actions. In this, surrender. Allow them time to understand. Do not feel anger because they do not see or understand as you do. In that mindset you invite darkness to pervade your Light essence. Your conscious mind will begin an internal battle of yes, no, like, dislike. You will begin a downward spiral. Simply surrender. Understand and let them be. Instead of hurt or anger, surround them in love to assist them forward on their journey. In this you gain freedom, and in that freedom you gain much Soul Light and gain victory over your emotional body.
The planets are instrumental in presenting much transformation in your world over the coming season. Some will experience a state of "flux" - uncertainty - to enable the higher self to step forward. Some will experience an epiphany of the self - a life changing moment where you see with great clarity the futility of what has been. It is a moment in which you catch a glimpse of your true magnificence, a glimpse of what is there for you. A glimpse of new enlightened understanding. This is so powerful, so encompassing in the beauty and wonder.
It is at this moment the veil you have held over you is lifted in glorious triumph of Soul - your Soul. This is happening for many of you as more and more souls awaken to a beautiful new day of being. Yes, a new day of being. So as a new journey begins, as you seek to clear, to heal, to find your own inner gifts, they are revealed to you.
These are called your Soul gifts, what you brought with you in your Soul knowledge, your Soul memory. It is at this time you need to heal your Soul memory of previous hurtful experiences contained in previous lifetimes. Understand the hurts were in a previous existence where some of you experienced a painful death because of your Soul wisdom. I wish you to understand it was a different era in Earths timeline of experience. Therefore heal. Heal the memory, heal the Soul and move again in greater freedom to answer your Soul's call.
Your Soul gift is never for you alone, no. It is to share with all. To join in the beautiful healing tapestry of Light, of Oneness.
Where all are joined in Light, through the Creator, yet are individual as well - as above so below. Above in Oneness you share all, yet below you choose each experience as an individual. This is now, in your year 2010, a year of opening, of healing, and of releasing all past pain.
Yet I say to you as you move forward to a new year, 2011, it will begin a time of experiencing Oneness below - in your daily lives - as well as above. You will begin to open more to others, to share in a higher spirit of Blessedness. Yes, it will be so. For as you progress forward in Light and open your Soul gifts you will feel the energy of God flow through you. Thus you will experience Blessedness. Such a glorious moment. You have not as yet experienced this. Because I tell you the more you open to your Soul, through your heart centre, the more flow of Light you will produce. I speak correctly dear one. I hear you say "how can I produce a flow of Light? A flow of God's energy? Surely only God can only do this."
Allow me to tell you, to explain. It is simple. More simple than you realize. I have spoken many times of your Diamond Light. contained in your higher heart. This exists in every one of you, no matter how dark the personality is presented in your world. The Diamond Light is the spark of God essence each of you holds within. You hold a part of God within you. Yes, each of you. I tell you truth. Therefore as you overcome your own personality self, your ego through your conscious mind, as you overcome these, you open to the Light of Creation.
This pure Light which is omni present, ignites your Diamond Light within.
This creates the capacity within your being to produce and hold great quantities of Light.
As your quantity of Light within builds, you carry what we refer to as your Light Quotient. With this the Soul radiates out, encompassing you - all of you in pure Light. The Light essence of God. The Light passes all understanding. For all your experiences are known, yet overcome, healed and loved through your Light Quotient. So you become a true child of God, growing and sharing in Light, in true Oneness. You see all. Those still on their journey of experience, those still holding on to the ego personality, you see all. Yet with the magnificence and greatness of the Light you understand. You simply be. In your joyous power of God created Oneness. At this point my friend we celebrate your magnificence. We celebrate your great journey of experience through the Ages and welcome a new Age, a new Earth of Light, of peace, of greatness. The meditation I have given allows you to experience your magnificent Light of Creation through the essence of Gods energy fields.

We spoke last month about a divergence in energy — internal vs. external — which continues on in the present month, deepening and becoming more plainly evident. Last September there was a significant nexus or choice point made which resulted in some noticeable change for many of you. Many people found themselves feeling more fully aware of their paths, or more fully aware of the interconnection that exists between all life. It is not inaccurate to state that many people interpreted that nexus energy as the creation of an “us vs. them” or “happy” world vs. a “sad” one, because, in some ways, that has indeed been what has been created and is now resulting in the continuing divergence we see at present.
Many of you are creating beginnings this month, or what feels like beginnings (but really are a continuation of what you have built before this). Tangible evidence of these beginnings can include:
If any of these describes you, then consider yourself well on your way on your path. These beginnings really mark the next step in your own inner growth and awareness of the conscious creation you are building.
What about everyone else? Remember that everyone — “awake” or not — has an important part to play in this beautiful tapestry you are creating. Does it serve anyone to maintain an “us vs. them” mentality? Likely not, but again that is the sense that is being created along with this energy of divergence. It is human nature — or the nature of the sense of separation that exists on the physical plane — to make endless comparisons, to lump together in herds, clans, or other groups of like interest, background, path, or origin, and to see the world in terms of “us and not-us.” Again, it is difficult to resist this perception.
What is interesting here, however, is that as a planet you are moving toward a very different time and hence a very different perception. A few hundred years from now, this “us vs. them” will be far less pronounced. Even fifty years from now you may see some significant change in this direction. That’s what is being built now. The reason there is the perception of increased divergence is that when people feel change coming, they instinctively attempt to hold on to the familiar. In this case, the perception of separation has served the species well (in terms of soul growth, experience, and evolution). Look at all the wonderful experience (on a large-scale level as well as interpersonally) you have had! Wars, famine, conflict. There is a great deal of growth inherent in those experiences. If everything were love-and-light all the time, your growth would have occurred very differently, and — dare we say it? — much more slowly and perhaps less efficiently. Yes, your planet is perhaps one of the most conflict-oriented that we know of, but at the same time there is a great deal of dynamic energy here that is beautiful to behold.
The experience, then, of those who are perhaps less consciously aware of energies, an overall global path, and the interconnectedness of beings will tend to grow towards the familiar. When we spoke before about the emergence of a quasi police state in North America, this is what we meant. Security, family, and protection will be the watchwords. This naturally arises as a whole new slough of rules, laws, and restrictions designed for the well-being of the greater population. Safety litigation will be on the increase. Restrictions in all sectors of manufacturing and industry will increase as well. But what we see in the not-too-distant future is an implosion. Heavily-mandated restrictions and a desire for safety for all (at the expense of freedoms) will naturally cause the overall structure to topple. Chaos will ensue for a time until a new energy emerges.
Of course, that is only the general course of things and does not reflect the month of July except as the stage-setting for what is to come.
So, besides the aforementioned beginnings for many of you, what else are we seeing on a global level this month?
To make the most of the energies being offered you in terms of your personal change and growth it is important to continue to listen to yourself on a heart basis. The phrase “follow your heart” has even more meaning this month and can assist you in getting in closer connection with the wisdom of your inner guidance. To assist in this process, we offer the following suggestions:
Heart awareness. Spend an hour, a day, or several days trying to drop your consciousness down into your heart. Start by imagining that you see the world from the level of your heart. Imagine that your heart has eyes and can see. Imagine growing your energy outward into the world from your heart, expanding your own limitless heart energy into the space around you. There is no need to DO anything, but simply BE with that energy of expansion.
One step. There is a common saying among Reiki practitioners, a set of statements that begin with the phrase, “Just for today…” You will find that applying that to yourself can be extremely empowering. It allows you to remain in the present without projecting your energy unnecessarily into the past or the future. You may see or feel what it is you wish to create — for yourself, for those you love, or for the planet — but the most effect you can have is truly from THIS moment, from Now. Allow the rest to take care of itself. This is not denial but is instead an allowing of space, of trust, that the Universe will evolve in a way that supports the highest good of all.
Compassion. Instead of finding fault, feeling frustration or anger, or dismissing those who follow paths other than yours, remember that they too are helping create your soul experience. Your awareness is as it is because, in part, there is an other awareness (other than yours) to contrast your own against. But all experience on the planet is a part of the infinite beauty you weave together. Allow yourself this month, then, to feel a little of the perspective you don't share. Feel the desire for safety and protection. Feel the fear of changes. These are not unfamiliar feelings for you! You have this within you as well, and as such can extend the bigness of your heart — true compassion — to those who follow oaths that diverge from your own.
Again, you are immersed in change. How you allow this into your Be-ing is truly up to you. There are no wrong choices. If you listen to what is truly within you, you will always choose wisely and create experiences that support your connection to Self.

Hello you beautiful beings, and friends, members of the Family of Light.
I call out to you from my heart! The time is NOW.
There have been so many months and these rolled into years when we were isolated, and profoundly challenged. We felt our energy and our mental focus slipping away. We lost jobs, relationships, a sense of energetic purpose and began to realize we were going through this complete metamorphosis of our physical bodies. We embraced this and learned about becoming crystalline; re-wired to carry, anchor and flow higher vibration light. We began to understand our journey and find ways to care for ourselves and our bodies. We experienced so much of this nearly alone. With just our guides and a bit of connection, we trusted our sense that this was all-important and faced these challenges with courage and innate wisdom. Then this year dawned and things really shifted and sped up. We begin to come together--in recognition and love, in celebration of our shared and kindred journey. We shared our symptoms, our practices, our understandings and begin to say out loud what had been in our thoughts and understanding, perceptions and sense of this mysterious and amazing journey all along. We felt enormous relief in finding one another. What a gift.
Within this gift is also a purpose. For now, emboldened and strengthened by our collective light, it is time for each of us to take the next step of commitment and choice in our journey. To participate fully as only we can.
For we are each holders of important keys--blueprints, concepts, imagination and light--that are needed NOW, by ourselves, by our planet and by the cosmic oneness of which now know we are a deeply loved and vital aspect. It's time to put all of this together and claim our lives as the new human: Multidimensional and Grounded and use our frequency, focus and the keys within our own bodies to create Unity Consciousness and the New Earth.
There have been many times in this life, when each of us resonated with "lives" we saw in movies, read about in books, glimpsed in our imagination, dreamed of manifesting...without really claiming them as OUR LIVES--literally.
Glimpses into other dimensions are becoming common for some of us. Yesterday while getting my hair done and listening to a conversation between my good friend who was also there and my hair stylist of the last 12+ years...I found myself looking out of male eyes, in a Native American Sioux young body...just watching through his eyes, a scene unfold, a moment, really. Wearing deerskin breeches, moccasins and no shirt. I was riding an Appaloosa that was gray and white, with a little black and along a stream with tall grasses that had gone to seed on either side. There was a slight breeze and it was warm but not hot. I was thinking of a woman I love and seeing her in my minds eye and imagining touching her. I was feeling very peaceful and I had this strong sense of a very straight and strong back. I tuned back into the hair salon and realized what was happening with a sense of delight. Then I shifted my attention back to the unfolding in my awareness. I was feeling life all around me. I knew that everything had a life of it's own and riding and being I was communing with all that is--recognizing this in everything I felt and saw and heard. I enjoyed this moment for a while...feeling the softness of the pants I was wearing, feeling the warmth of the horse underneath me. It was all very still and peaceful.
Then I came back to listening to the conversation in the hair salon about an upcoming vacation to Greece and what islands to visit and I began to participate in that having spent a month in Greece 3 years ago.
So here I am--living in Los Angeles, getting my hair highlighted and remembering an aspect of one version of me who is a Lakota male with long black hair and very peaceful and deeply in love. I asked myself about the meaning of this opening. For I now realize that we are creating a profound healing in our unified field and in our own essence as we connect and cross-inform across versions of ourselves.
For me this happened in one of those do-nothing moments of just being, with no agenda to be or do anything and it created a space into which this vision could emerge.
One of the best ways is to be in nature. Again to do nothing. To be in the now. If we want to remember, we can begin to pay attention to our bodies. For when we resonate strongly with something--feel our bodies react, there is meaning there. Increased heat, goosebumps, sometimes for me my eyes open wide as though looking more and yet I really even stop seeing visually and move into a sense of knowing and stillness as awareness opens up within me.
To experience this we have to leave a space for memories, for parallel awareness to come into. The sounds and smells of nature trigger memories if you give yourself time to let them penetrate into your physical being. The activation of these visions can also be awakened by place--for stone, and land hold energetic imprints. The area around Lake Louise and Banff in the Canadian Rockies is such a powerful place it is said to take an imprint of your energy and store it when you visit there. It is likely that other places hold the memory of our presence and to allow ourselves to realize that place, animals, plants, stone and other people RECOGNIZE us, know that it is me, Meredith, who is there, opens up the possibility for a quantum experience to unfold. I can facilitate this by greeting all I experience with this awareness that I am known and seen. By bringing my now-moment awareness to a open focus expecting to receive information and energy in all moments.
Activating memory requires you to be more honest about your life. To let go of this endless running around and all the "shoulds" and to truly LIVE and stop hiding even from yourself. To experience these memories it is good to remember for starters that we are far more than flesh and bone--that we are a combination of intelligent electromagnetic signals and that we speak to the world through these and the world and all aspects of it, speak to us.
In memories, in openings to awareness of other versions of you are concepts, blueprints and teachings that have significance in your NOW.
The Pleiadians say, "Bringing memories of other times and places into your current reality unifies the significance of your life."
When I listened to my Lakota knowing, I realized there were blueprints there which are useful for me now. When I tap into that energy I feel a profound physical strength and the soles of my feet become VERY active. I feel strong and my shoulders broaden as I assimilate some of the physical presence I have in my Sioux life. I feel an approach, a presence to life which is always learning and always aware; that approaches situations and people with a sense of individuality and generosity.
I realize that in this culture I knew that leaders were people who arose from within and who gave generously. That people who made us laugh and those who reminded us of our own relationship to nature were revered. There was a sense of value and connection which feels right to me now and aligned with the new earth.
As I grow in my understanding as different key lifetimes emerge in my awareness I realize that my body has been switched on and is now making me aware of what I need to remember. I am bringing together in my own experience a story that is personal, planetary and galactic, or cosmic.
As I choose a different way of receiving or translating reality I am triggering inner doorways which are opening and there is a reorganization within me on a foundational level. I can support this by realizing the preciousness of my amazing body and listening to it; learning how to love and support my body as we together co-create my experience. My body is leading me!!
For example: lately I have taken to drinking pH balanced water, and adding oxygen drops to my water. I was led to this by an impulse to do some kind of physical shifting. My massage therapist suggested I might want to do a cleanse. When I went to Whole Foods the next day, I set the intention to be led to what was right for me. I was drawn to a certain section of the store and thought it was for the Bach Flower Remedies...instead I turned around to the books and immediately saw the book about the pH Miracle, and when I opened it up, the photo on the page was of one woman who participated in this program with a photo and her story and her name in bold on the top of the page: "Asherah." For those of you who may not know--I channel Ashira--a collective of beings from the Pleiades who are participating in the transition on Earth. So see? The book knew it was me and opened in a way that held meaning that would speak to me specifically. I expect this now and it happens.
So I began to drink this oxygen water about two weeks ago, and my memories have accelerated. I realize I am purifying my blood. Blood, like bone is a carrier of DNA and information. As I purify my blood, it's able to carry more oxygen and as I do this I create the potential for the water on the planet to benefit from my shift.
As I became switched on and my body began unfolding the mystery within, the current of my own life is taking me directly to my own purpose. I am focusing in on writing a book and teaching more and realizing this important for me. I am beginning to understand that energy collects in my hands and I am experimenting with using it to purify things around me--food, water, land. The more I consider what I might be able to do and believe in these possibilities, the more my abilities develop.
My body was only waiting for me to direct it.
Like all energy, with my clear intention, I give it form.
This is a key to my own experience--to be truly willing to experience my life and my body, the earth and all that is, as my own creations. To take responsibility not only for what is, but for what could be.
I am realizing a vision of peace and freedom, harmony and cooperation from within! As I grow in harmony with myself; as I augment my understanding of who I am with my expansive and multi-dimensional knowing; as I learn to listen and cooperate with not just my body, but my extended body--my yard, my geographic home, my planet, my universe, with All-That-Is--I become a trusting, profoundly resourced creator. As I know and imagine myself to be unbounded, with an opportunity at every turn I create momentum.
Make a commitment to Earth to open your heart, to awaken to all the knowing within you which will benefit and expand the collective we are and to choose, with pleasure, to experience your fullest capacity in this lifetime. Claim the template of the New Human for yourself: awaken and orient to a multi-dimensional and grounded version of YOU.
In order to meet all of these things, which are so unfamiliar to our logical minds, we must maintain clear intentions, courage, self-love and a certain nonchalance! Ask the Earth to assist you in coming to know yourself and to know her as your home.
I find, that to proceed within this auspicious time, I must know that I am loved and know that I am the source of this love. To allow love to arise in my experience and allow myself to chose my own experience. I choose and ask for a grand enhancement of my identity and to learn what it feels like to be expanded--to experience myself on many levels of perception...and to learn to TRUST this process.
Ask all parts of your body to work together in their idealized forms. When you have a desire to unite with the greater identity which you have, and prepare your body to operate with a higher electrical current by building and integrating your Lightbody, you begin to access this multilayered knowing, timelines open and you face the seemingly new, although amazingly familiar territory of your existence.
It's time to welcome and make sense of this new awareness and put it to use in the NOW. It is quite unusual feeling to have the energies from many worlds meet in your physical body. And quite a source of powerful and creative knowing. Bring all that you are to life. You are needed and loved. We all are, and we are one.
The time is now. Participate in the light coming...
