Beauty and perfection exist all around us. They are contained within every breath and within every moment. The only imperfection we encounter is the incomplete nature of a physical-based consciousness that limits our ability to see all that is before us.

When our vision is limited, we tend to project our own incompletion and need for healing onto the present moment. If there's anything we perceive as missing within our present reality, this is a tip-off that we're projecting the template of our own consciousness onto the moment. This projection is actually beneficial because it provides us the opportunity to stop and observe and define for ourselves just what appears imperfect in our reality. By doing so, we receive clues as to changes we can make to transform our own consciousness so we are able to perceive the divine perfection present within every moment.

Love and Blessings are Bio-Available within Every Moment

Every moment contains the wealth of information we need to live fully within that moment. When we live fully within a moment – with ‘full throttle’ perception of what exists there - we are able to distill spiritual understandings at the quantum level. When our understanding grows, our conscious awareness grows and joy and love multiply exponentially. Time and space become flexible. A month of linear time may equal a year of “vertical” time. As we transcend space, we begin to have awareness of locations beyond our physical coordinates.

Blocks and Filters to ‘Full-Throttle’ Awareness

Love, abundance and all the blessings of spirit exist within every moment and are bio-available. If we find ourselves unable to access the full spectrum of a moment, we can look to see what may be standing in the way of our expanding consciousness. These barriers can derive from a variety of reasons - most having to do with various screens and filters we have placed on the doorways and access points to our conscious awareness.

These screens and filters may include beliefs, unprocessed emotions, health and physical challenges and limited thinking. As we gain awareness of how these operate in our life, we are able to neutralize any filters that prevent us from perceiving and accessing the energetic field where our potentials reside.

Our Energetic Field is Holographic to All-That-Is

Our energetic field is holographic to all-that is. As such, it contains all the elements of the universe. When we become aware of a new “sector” within our energetic field, we are able to tap into the frequencies, knowledge, wisdom, and wealth that exist within that sector.

At the same time, filters can screen out certain sectors of our energetic field. As we have said, these filters can derive from things such as our beliefs and fears, unprocessed emotions, and undigested pockets of life experience. Our level of enmeshment with physical reality can block whole sectors from us.

For instance, if we believe we are unlovable, our filters will block anything in our energy field that indicates otherwise. If we believe we are all alone in a hostile world, our filters will block segments of the field that show us otherwise. If we believe we are poor or unlucky or unhealthy or foolish or any number of unwholesome identities, we filter vast segments of our potential.

Adopting Expansive Identities and Timelines

On the other hand, if we believe everything is possible, we naturally adopt expansive identities and their accompanying timelines. These allow us to constantly perceive and gain access to new sectors within our energetic field.

This field is complete and all encompassing. It holds unlimited potentials - limitless health, limitless joy, unconditional love, abundance and prosperity, creativity, knowledge, wisdom and guidance. All that we might seek exists there. As we expand to take in more of the limitless nature of our energetic field, we increasingly exist within the eternal sunshine of our infinite mind.

In the consciousness of creation in which all things exist, all is accessible and known; for, every creation is born from the consciousness that created it. You are the only consciousness that has ever existed in your reality. If you have created it, you know it. The secrets are seen, the unknown becomes known, and awareness permeates all aspects of your consciousness. There are no secrets in the universe. There is nothing that is unknown; yet, there are those things to be discovered and awakened to. There has never been, nor will there ever be, a question that cannot be answered, a secret that cannot be known or a truth that cannot be revealed. There is no limit to consciousness and, therefore, to creation. Thought creates answers; creation manifests realities. If you have the thought of it, you know it. If you question, it is answered. Consciousness creates completely.

Humanity is in the process of expanding its conscious awareness, pushing the boundaries of what it can comprehend. Questioning is the horizon of consciousness. It binds that which is known to that which is being revealed. Questioning, pursuing and seeking always bears fruit. That is why your brother’s statement, “Seek and you shall find; ask and you shall receive; knock and the door will be open,” is true. He was stating this law of conscious creation that questioning expands consciousness and multiplies one’s creation.

It is a good and valuable attribute to be an explorer of your creation; for. just as the ancient sea travelers pushed the limits and found new worlds, you, in your spiritual pursuits, will encounter new dimensions. To ask it, is to have it; to seek it, is to find it; to question it, is to know it—that is the wonderment of the creative consciousness of reality. Your journey in spiritual awakening and awareness is an open-book test. Everything you need to know is present and accessible to you. The key is not to become complacent and comfortable with the consistency of your life but to always push the envelope of knowledge, of consciousness and creation; for, therein lies the expansion of All That Is and the comprehension of all that exists.

All secrets can be seen. The universe may be mysterious, mystical and magical, but it is not a mystery. The answers are evident, the clues are present and the path is made clear. Just because you are not consciously aware of something does not mean that it does not exist. A new world, yet to be discovered, does not mean that it did not always exist. A treasure found was present before one looked for it. The wonderment of the creation of consciousness is that it is ever expanding and discovering itself, infinitely and eternally. You are participating in that ever-expanding consciousness of creation, the unfoldment of yourself into the awareness of All That Is—which is all that is known and yet to be discovered. The excitement and the wonderment of this journey is that you have taken just the first step and only the tip of the proverbial iceberg can be seen. The reality in which you dwell, the universe in which you exist, the consciousness in which you reside is greater than infinity and eternity itself.

In this energetic shift in consciousness, even more true than ever before, ask and you shall receive, seek and you shall find, knock and the door will be open to you—and all is, indeed, well in your world.

First I would like to address a couple of subjects that are dear to my heart.

I have seen the expression of some as I thanked my channel for her willingness to give a message from me to all of you.

Many are thanking us at times at the end of their channeled message and this is being placed within the message. Does that mean I am full of ego as I allow it to be within the message?

Many will say no, but seem to consider it ego from the channel when I ask for these couple of lines being places within the message as I am really thankful.

Yes she was honest about her feelings and very hesitant about bringing out a message that completely differs from all other messages you see out there.

Some actually took it to the very limits against all of what I have been teaching and attacked her outright, not just with words, but with energy attacks and she spent most of her day fighting of these attacks. She did not complain and just did it, as she is used to this and knows this can happen. Many are not aware of what they are sending out within the energies and have no conscious awareness of what it does to another person.

My intention is to be very honest with you and tell you that many messages out there are being translated to what the channels belief system can agree to.

This does not mean there is no truth in the message and that I am saying they are bad channels, I am saying that many channels still have attachments, just like this channel has certain attachments. The channels are willing to give our messages and we are very grateful for that at all times.

Being a channel does not mean you have nothing to learn, it also does not mean that the information you are receiving is appropriate for each person out there.

Being a channel means you have a responsibility to find out if there are any of your own belief systems and attachment weaved into the message.

I do not see any person at this moment that does not have attachments or belief systems in one way or the other.

This is something that is not usually discussed and is something that many who do channel do not want to hear. But as you are all moving further up in the energies it is time to address this.

Yes you carry a responsibility towards others as you bring out the messages to the public, if you would channel just for your own information and leave it at that, then it becomes different. At this time however where we see more and more able to channel and willing to bring the messages to a greater audience, we do need to address this.

It is also very important for each of you as a reader but also as a channel to understand that the information within the message is based upon the level of understanding of the channel and the audience.

As the channel grows and is open to receive the messages can and will change. If the channel does not release attachments and belief system and in this way does not open his or herself up to receive a greater understanding, the messages will not change but will be mostly a repeat of what has been said before.

Now the channel will receive many messages and can ask at any time for a more clear understanding about their own path and what is happening on earth.

As each channel also reads other channels, some of the translation will be done through what they have already read and know within their mind as this is where the translation of energy takes place.

As you receive any messages there has to be some understanding within the channel of what the message is about, as this allows for a more accurate translation of the energy.

This is why I am at this moment talking about the subject of channeling, as more and more are ready and/or are getting ready to channel.

We are open to every channel no matter what their level of understanding is at that moment in time, we are grateful that more and more are opening up at this time. As channeling is the pathway to your inner connection and we expect that at one point you find that inner connection.

Once you have found that inner connection within it does not mean you cannot channel anymore messages, it means that you have a greater clarity and understanding as you translate the message.

Having more understanding allows for more clarity and more accurate messages as this is of great importance at this time where more and more are awakening to the possibilities and choices that are available.

Now as I have talked about this, I would like to mention that we are not all knowing.

I am not all knowing, and no other being is all knowing as the energies are flowing at all times, new creations are taking place and there is always something to learn.

We are all beings within the oneness and we all express within that oneness in many different ways. And within that oneness we all learn in many different ways.

Just something I wanted to express and have written down.

Now we can move on to the reality at hand.

The process that is occurring on earth is mostly a new process each and every one of you is going through and we do not have a full experience or understanding of what can or might happen. Planets have ascended before, humans have ascended before.

Never before have we ascended an entire planet with physical life upon it.

As the earth's ascension process is one of great importance to us, and her ascension is a much anticipated event not just within your universe but way beyond. This process is well underway and we have an almost complete idea of how to assist within this process as we have stood here before many, many years ago within you earth time.

At that moment we could not proceed as many humans were not ready and there was some interference we were not able to stop.

At this moment we will not let anything interfere as mother earth has offered herself in order to stay present for all that live upon her.

Each and every being that is incarnated upon earth knows this consciously and/or unconsciously.

The choice available for each human is to either move into the 5th dimensional frequency new earth reality, or move beyond this within the many possibilities that are available if they work on it while they are upon earth at this time.

Some have chosen to take it one step further and move completely out of the incarnation cycle and return to their full source being, but this means they will have to integrate their full source being upon earth first. Become their full source being or to say it in other words become the full expression of their entire being upon earth within the physical 3rd dimensional reality.

So yes for many it will be sort of a free ride as each and every being that has chosen to do so will move into the 5th dimensional reality. This is still a physical reality but the difference will be that there will be more and easier access to the spiritual reality.

But that doesn't mean there is no work to do for those that have chosen to serve at this time. Many are on this path to serve, and their mission is to create and be part of creating this new earth reality, but also to assist in opening the ascension portal needed for mother earth.

This ascension portal is also of great importance for you all as humans as this is what will move you into the 5th dimensional frequency. Or even beyond as some might choose to move further into the higher realms to advance from there.

This can however only be done if you have integrated those parts of you that can support you into moving into those higher realms.

And of course we have the ones that go for complete or cosmic ascension all the way.

They are the ones that will be holding the energies for the portal as they will also be holding the energy of all humans and lift them up through the portal, as many are still within a 3rd dimensional frequency.

Now this is what was agreed to before each human came into this incarnation upon earth, so lifting all of these humans up into a higher frequency will not be against their free will.

Of course this agreement can be changed at any time.

The choice at this moment available for all of you is moving into the 5th dimension, or working on your frequencies and integration of part of your spiritual being and move beyond the 5th dimension, and the final choice is to go all the way and complete the process of full or cosmic ascension and become the full expression of your entire being upon earth within the 3rd dimension before the portal opens.

Now as the energies are changing upon earth the processes of ascension are different in many ways compared to years ago, even only as little as one year ago or even last month.

The energies are becoming more supportive as we are moving into a new cycle of ascending and descending and the energy is building up to that point.

This is what allows you to make the choice and complete ascension all the way and complete it within a shorter amount of time than before. Many that are on this path have worked on this in previous lifetimes and do know part of the process already.

I will leave for now as I think I have said enough to make you think about your choice and what you would like to accomplish in this life time.

I will return through this channel and many other channels when asked or when I think it is needed.

Many of you are finding life very trying at present as various issues that need your attention rumble around just below your level of conscious awareness, stirring up your emotions and making you feel sad, depressed, irritable, and plain angry. Maybe you have tried sitting with those feelings in an attempt to identify their underlying cause, and then release them. And it is quite likely that you have had difficulty making any progress because the feelings, the inner discomforts, remain, even though you cannot identify any issues that might be causing them. Just relax as best you can and accept the moods as they flow through you, and intend to release them. They may last a day or two but they will pass, and when they do, you will feel lighter and more buoyant.

All feelings, all moods, all emotions pass; they are only temporary, although they may be repetitive. The more you can relax and accept them in the moment – without acting on them but acknowledging them and intending to release them – the more effective will be your intent to let them go. At times what you feel or think may seem outrageous, and you may say to yourselves: “How could I have thoughts or feelings like these!? They are totally unacceptable!” Do not let them worry you; everyone experiences emotions, thoughts, and feelings that “good, loving people could not possibly have!” Your ego is just trying, and quite possibly succeeding, in distracting you by drawing you into judgment. Thoughts, emotions, and feelings are just part of the illusion’s energy flow – meaningless, unless you focus on them, encourage them, or act on them.

You give meaning to your lives by paying attention, developing your thoughts, engaging with them, and then making decisions and acting on them. Until you do that, they have no meaning. You choose to seek meaning in Reality by focusing there, or in the illusion by focusing there, and because the illusion distracts you with thoughts and emotions of safety and survival, that is where you mostly end up focusing your attention.

The thoughts on which you choose to focus your attention determine how you experience your lives. It is always your choice. Many thoughts flow through your mind daily as you dwell in the illusion, and it is always your choice which ones you attend to and develop. You need to remind yourselves frequently that you, that all sentient beings, are perfect divine beings eternally and infinitely loved by God. And because of that you are – every one of you – of infinite worth and value. In the illusion, practically every culture engages in judgment, and judgment leads to doubt, fear, guilt, and a sense that others are more valuable than you, as you struggle with shame and embarrassment over aspects of yourselves that you find unacceptable and which you know others would judge most harshly, and rightly so if they knew of them.

Be kind and charitable to yourselves; accept yourselves because you are totally acceptable, having been created perfect by God. Once you start truly accepting yourselves just as you are, you will find yourselves engaging less and less frequently in behavior (thoughts, words, or actions) that you, and you feel sure others, judge as unacceptable. It really is a very basic fact that if you believe that you are unacceptable, then you will engage in unacceptable behavior, and if you believe that you are acceptable, then you will not. It is simply that you act on your beliefs to prove to yourselves that they are valid, so if you do not like yourselves then change your beliefs! They are not set in stone and can be very limiting and destructive. And you most definitely can change them; after all, it was once believed that the Earth was the center of the Universe, and if you disagreed, you were judged to be dangerously sinful.

Of course, changing your beliefs can be painful because you have invested so much of yourselves in them. And to admit that you were wrong can make you feel ashamed because you fear the reactions of others when they hear about it. So start with small prejudices or viewpoints that no one else knows about, and you will be amazed at how much lighter you feel when you release yourselves from them and allow yourselves to acknowledge their invalidity and experience the freedom of no longer being governed by the constraints they imposed on you.

To awaken is to embrace your true state – which is limitless. When you look around, you cannot avoid noticing the restrictions that beliefs place on those who adhere to them, and conversely, the freedom enjoyed by those who are open-minded and willing to question and examine their own beliefs and those of others. All your technological progress has occurred because previous concepts that were found to be unsatisfactory were questioned, and found to be erroneous and unduly restrictive. Beliefs can be useful as steps on the path to knowledge, much as are hypotheses, but when enforced as self-evident and unchangeable truths, they prevent knowledge from growing. The same is true for spiritual beliefs, which are basically human ideas about God, authoritatively enforced, which again prevents meaningful discussion and the growth in understanding that would follow.

So practice being free, by questioning your beliefs and assumptions, and discarding any that no longer serve you. Enjoy the lightness you experience, and then do some more questioning. Understand and accept with compassion the resistance or refusal you meet in others, without trying to persuade them to change. Be gentle, otherwise you will just replace one set of invalid beliefs with another, as you judge others wrong for not questioning theirs. Love is always gentle and compassionate, so treat yourselves and all others with gentleness and compassion, and continue to grow lighter and freer as the moment for your awakening approaches.

Everything on earth has an energetic frequency that connects to what matches it. Energy flows in the direction of greatest acceptance and least resistance but it is not able to choose what it matches, it goes in the direction of what is attracting it. Your awareness creates a field of attraction that magnetizes energy to you, allowing corresponding energetic frequencies to attach themselves to you. A connection cannot be created with an opposite energetic frequency.

The energy of ear attracts fear; the energy of love attracts love and all energies contained within these two polarities attract similar frequencies. The energies with the lowest frequencies appear to be the most powerful because fear is a natural human state and an overriding energy of the third dimension. They correspond to your awareness of your imperfection, unworthiness and fear of rejection which you unconsciously project into the world and attract these frequencies to you.

The awareness of yourself as an aspect of the divine, of your power and worthiness attracts higher frequencies that manifest into form in your reality. Although you may wish to have the joy, peace and abundance that your heart knows is possible for you, unless you have a conscious awareness of these energies and an intention to create these connections, you will attract energies that correspond to the lowest energetic frequencies you allow to be part of your consciousness.

Choosing your awareness sets an intention for your energetic frequency. There are many energies to choose from and all are possible connections and expressions for you. The earth is a banquet of energies and all can be chosen and expressed which is why you should pay attention to the awareness you choose for yourself. Energy has no judgment or opinion, it is presented as an option for connection and waits for you to choose. Be aware of yourself as divine and you will connect with the highest energetic frequencies that allow your divinity to manifest. Consciously reject fear and it will not exist as an option for you. Let your awareness choose joy, peace and abundance in all that your heart desires and that is the reality you will create for yourself.

The situations that cross your awareness within the view from the outer perspective are and have been the display that continues to distract from the soul. You came into a world of distractions as planned as part of a grand plan to filter through all that which you bring to yourself to view it in a manner that speaks only the words YOU ARE THE CREATOR of ALL THAT YOU BRING INTO Y OUR AWARENESS. Now the collective awareness is greatly created/manipulated by those who are aware of this knowing that they are the creator. For millennium it was held open only onto a few whose intent was within a consciousness they created. One in/of which was formed firstly by male energies and secondly within the scope of power and control. Knowing that they are creators, a group of creator’s (conscious) brought alive a reality; a coheased reality that overlaid a world. The tenants of that reality were designed by this group whose power was the same as everyone’s but they were simply AWARE of it and in numbers those of awareness built an empire, a reality, a world in which they dominated those that held no notion at all as to their power. In building this reality they simply manipulated a way in which others would give to them their power, overlaying it onto money and position and material promise until it came to the place where this group held so much power from their knowing and from that which they garnered from others that the reality was set. They could and did change world events, created wars and countries, manipulated currencies, created laws, brought forth politicians and governments all based on the creative force within them in conscious awareness to this power/force and joining with a few others to collect as much of this energy that others were willing to give them in order to survive. They created a fearful basis/based reality in which one was willing to give power for safety. It was genius. The power each holds is unbelievable to the human mind and if they are unaware of it they can easily be manipulated to grant it to another in exchange for the simplest of returns, the promise of safety/survival and happiness when if they would awake to this power within there would be no need to ever request from the outside world those things or ‘any’ things. So then a group who was awake and aware to the human potential within devised their plan to garner this power with simple promises and lead the world into a new reality that was of utmost benefit to them as they could simply revel upon a beautiful planet within the energy of the greatest emotions/feelings known to human beings……………..that of power

It was easy to maintain their position. They promoted every avenue possible that held humanity in the dark regarding the power within. Religion was the grandest of their allies in this mission and they didn’t even need to do anything in that regard. By the billions people granted their power away to a god outside themselves. They gave their power daily to their jobs and superiors. Woman lovingly granted males their power as the reality promoted. Power was similarly given to substances called addictions both of the physical and the mind. It was a magnificent reality that was never questioned and there was enough joy and excitement promised and often felt to keep it afloat.
The world was mired in this reality it was not questioned for many hundreds of years. It was not recognized that there was a completely different reality on the planet before the secrets of power within were given over 2000 years ago…….but that’s another story.
The decree was sent forth from the other side of the veil that this reality was to change and just as it had been created slowly over time by each individual who had participated and agreed to it, it would end perhaps not so slowly but nevertheless it would end from an individual awareness and shift.
Those that wrote the story of reality; that formed a worldwide group that maintained it had been for centuries incarnating back into the same families and positions to hold it in place. Now this knowledge of the power within that this group held was laced with many attributes that were of a selfish and power hungry notion as that was their free will in display and it is so that when one KNOWS of their power they can CREATE most powerfully especially if this awareness is compounded in unity with others. So a reality was set, positions were established, the world went forth to create within the boundaries of forgetfulness onto the individuals true nature and the illusions were maintained as safety and security were the motivations in each culture established. The foundations of each culture was firstly to survive but creative energies endured to bring about a world of great diversity and beauty along with great oppression and hardship all within the guise of a powerless human who must join a culture, a group in order to survive and that has been the reality of your birth. One of survival.
But the clock was ticking on this reality. It was decreed that it would shift as the awakening of memory within each was set to begin. The group who had run the world, it’s nations and economy were destined to reveal or release itself from their position because if individual power was to awaken this group would simply become unable to control others who could access the power they had ruled with, a power that is untouchable by others, a power that created a collective reality by a handful of men. This shift decreed began within a time of great calm after a casualty of war and inhumanity had reached a place and point of inevitably, a place of worldwide distress. The great bombings onto the nation of Japan was the tipping point of a reality that announced it would do anything/everything it would take to maintain the power of the reality that was built to promote and expand power across the globe by the few who were aware of real power; power that lives within the human body, within each human body. That power is so inherently alive and magnificent and yet it can be completely denied as it is simply give over to the reality of one’s birth, one’s many lifetimes and histories and cellular limitations created along the way.
The great power within each individual can be seen and recognized by their individuality because humans create continuously, they simply don’t realize this power. For the most part they create within the forgot memories of their own power and that is what is changing. When a soul in human form/disguise begins to remember themselves and walk out of a ‘reality’, a door is left open for others to walk through and it is those first responders, those way showers, those lightworkers who in design and plan have volunteered to come forward and begin to remember. They don’t need to form armies or alliances or even speak their knowing they simply need to remember and live upon the land for the land takes that knowledge, that energy and the soil expands it in a way unexplainable to the human mind but the living earth knows ‘who knows’ and reacts thus laying a new foundation across her own body.

So the reality of your birth will not be the reality of your death as your presence upon the earth has changed her dramatically. There is a grand shift happening before your very eyes, a shift of reality. There is great fear showing itself in mass consciousness but the many who have begun to usher in this new realty don’t feel it. They have done their time in fear for years even decades,(some less) and they simply stand upon the earth HOLDING a new reality. This known as the rapture is a state of expression where two people can stand side by side in very different realities and yet this has always been but the difference is that the reality of fear is becoming overshadowed by the reality of love. Those of fear simply don’t understand their own power and believe power derives from outside/other’s influences. They are losing a control they never really had but through the acquiescence of others and those ‘others’ are now bringing their power forth as a sacred ingredient in their humanity. The fight is upon you, the Armageddon is here and it will be between those who fight and those who stand in peace holding open their hearts and arms onto those who are scared out of their wits by what they see as a reality, a world going crazy. They don’t realize that it doesn’t need any longer to be ‘their world’ they can feed it no more energy/power and begin a new within their lives. They can enter a new reality a world where the power of love is the leading force within their lives. It is crunch time out there in the world where the choice becomes clearer every day. Choose fear or choose love. Choose old or new. Choose joy or chaos, choose freedom or history. Choose yourself for in that choice you include all others in a compassion that will accelerate this process. Compassion is a fuel that drives this new reality as it opens the heart in understanding that all are here for their own reasons, judgment is a bitter spice no longer needed in one’s creative tool box.
The universe exalts this process and YOU for you are the process. You are so treasured for your very existence as you knew what you were in for in a sense but it has been a process that has far surpassed expectations. It is free will bowing to pure love with no hesitation and for that you are incredibly honored. It is this now moment expanding into forever as the reality of your birth becomes a reality you have created in remembrance to the power within you, a power that can create an entire world. It is beyond your comprehension what you have accomplished and can accomplish in waking to the memories of yourself, your soul, your beauty and POWER. It is no longer a time for the fear that has lived you to maintain. It is over that reality of your birth as you go forth within the meekness of your memories to inherit the earth; to inherit an earth that will sparkle within the universe as your very presence upon her has changed her. It is the very beginning of a reality that you have assisted in ushering in. it is YOUR TIME to shine as you have literally done your work it is time for you to play upon a beautiful planet you might even say you saved.

We are here; we greet you with the deepest appreciation and love. It is our honor to connect with you in this manner, acknowledging your magnificence and growing awareness of your own multidimensionality.

We realize that when we express our acknowledgment of your multidimensionality, it might trigger some questions within you. What does it mean to be multidimensional?

How do I know that I am multidimensional? How do I become conscious of the many multidimensional aspects of who I truly am? Multidimensional is not a term commonly used when you introduce yourself. Just the idea that someone could be multidimensional is a real stretch in your beliefs and old programs. The universe is more complex and more expanded than your 3 dimensional realities can embrace.

We are inviting you to begin to think of yourself as multidimensional. As you begin to consider the possibilities of this truth you will begin to see and sense the reality that you are truly operating on many, many levels and dimensions at all times. As you allow this possibility to be included in your conscious awareness you will begin to expand into the actual experience of yourself on many timeframes and dimensions.

You are always straddling multi-realties, the shift that is happening now is that you are awakening and becoming aware that you are doing it. You are aware of your physical surroundings, those frozen in your perception, and you are also aware of information you are receiving, and with very little effort you can travel to any location in the galaxy.

Let us acknowledge your main sense of reality for a moment; we realize that your focus is primarily in the physical dimension. Yet even in this physical reality where you are focused there are aspects that you are totally unaware of, aspects that are of great importance to you and your physical well-being.

We will begin by using your physical body as an example: You are aware of the names and positions of your body parts. You are aware of your brain, your heart, your liver and other organs. You basically know where they are in your anatomy, however you know very little about their processes and how they operate. Yet your very life depends on each of these aspects of your physical body doing its job and doing it well.

Your human body is always operating in multi-realities. Every cell is aware of your feelings and vibrations and making the necessary adjustments. Every cell is aware of the noise within the body and outside the body and is making the necessary adjustments. Every cell of the body is reading the position of the sun, moon and stars and making the necessary adjustments. Every cell of the body is monitoring all input from all dimensions and making the necessary adjustment. Every cell of the body operates at a multidimensional level and awareness.

Consider for a moment that you could connect with your body in a very real and conscious manner. It is a part of who you are as a multidimensional being. It is an aspect that you pay very little attention to unless there is a malfunction and then all your attention becomes focused to the area that is in pain or discomfort. You could actively take part in its well-being and healing. Begin to connect with your body like your best friend; imagine you could communicate with each part of your physical body. Realize that it carries your divine consciousness as well.

Another expression of your multidimensionality which you pay very little attention to is the awareness that you are vibrations of energy, conscious energy. And as energy you can travel anywhere or to any timeline. You are not limited to your physical body or this physical reality; these are only a small part of who you are as a divine being.

As conscious energy you feel the energy fields, the vibrations of everything and everyone. It is time that you own this realization as an aspect and feature of yourself as multidimensional. The evolution of consciousness that is taking place now is triggering and expanding your focus.

Everyone has this multidimensional aspect. Most never awaken to this awareness. They enter this dimension, cross the veil and never recognize or acknowledge the many levels of consciousness that they could be aware of. Let us give you this. Imagine the human is like your radio, each station or frequency invites one type of music. Most people stay on the same station their entire life, never moving the dial to explore the other signals, the other connections. The focus is limited to only what that one frequency provides, what information that one frequency offers.

A person who is aware of their multidimensional self is able to move the dial from one station to another with ease. They allow for more stimulation, more information and a broader spectrum of consciousness. They are more adventurous and open to the realization that they are capable of shifting their focus from one reality to the other and integrating the many frequencies into a harmonious whole.

We are encouraging you to step out the door and embrace the countless realities that are only a frequency or a vibration away. Allow yourself to imagine traveling to the stars. Allow yourself to imagine a time in history and see or sense yourself being present with the events. Allow yourself to imagine being a tree, a rock, the ocean or the sky. Allow yourself to imagine that you are floating above your physical body. Allow yourself to see energy in its different forms without an overlay of your beliefs. Allow yourself. It is a practice. It is an intention.

Each individual will find a different and unique path to this connection and this unfolding. The path or method is not important, the results are what is important. The inner knowing and the deep connection with the other realms, other realities and other dimensions is the true authentic goal. Realize and recognize that you are free. Free to be wherever your attention and intention is focused. Shake off the limitation of your solid form and playfully stretch your awareness. Make it a game, give yourself permission.

You are as free to travel the other realities and dimensions as always. It is just a matter of where you place your attention. Remember energy follows thought. So shift your thoughts and shift your feeling nature and you will throw off your limited beliefs that would keep you anchored to only one reality.

The important thing to remember here is that constant interaction with others can be a distraction to the subtle ability to alter your awareness and shift your focus to the nested dimensions in which you dwell. That is why it is valuable to mediate, walk, allow quietness and creativity to flow.

It is in those places that you gently slip into another dimension. You have all experienced slipping into an altered state of consciousness, into another reality. It might have occurred when you have been focused on a creative project and you felt connected to all, or perhaps while listening to great music or shamanic drumming. Perhaps it occurred while you were in nature and there was a shift and you realized you were in a different space and time. Remember that there is stability and balance offered as well as gentle and natural expansion and contraction within the grander greater cosmic reality.

There is much assistance being given at this time to awaken humanity to the rich tapestry of multi-realities, multi-dimensions. It is a bigger playground, a freer playground. It is riding the energy flow and it is reading the energy signature of the moment, it is opening the door to all possibilities and stepping into each new awareness and owning your multidimensionality.

As you increase your personal vibration and frequency you operate at a higher resonance. This invites the expanded reality to open to you. Balance....laughter...joy...gratitude and appreciation are vibrational tickets that allow you to ride into realities of wonder and awe. You are each masters, highly qualified, skilled beings who have cloaked themselves with flesh and stepped into this dimension, this reality, this game in order to transform the dense dysfunctional energy that is being generated by humanity. This is your assignment, your service.

Humanity on your planet has the grand opportunity to awaken from the illusion. You are being invited to join the galactic families and other starbeings who are holding the vision of the healing of the earth. Many realities and dimensions are watching because what happens here on your planet will affect the whole, it will affect those realities and those dimensions.

There is assistance being offered to earth from the starfamily, the planets, the great central sun, the holiest of holy, and the divine mind of the creator. We invite you and other awakening starhumans to hold the anchor and focus for these energetic gifts that are being showered upon you as we speak. We are grateful for who you are and your continued willingness to offer yourself in service and in love to the whole. Know that you are acknowledged and appreciated as you transform any and all challenges that are before you. We acknowledge you as a divine multidimensional being of pure conscious energy. The 'team'

There is no need to ask yourself the question: “Am I happy?” You are happy until you start asking yourself if you are. You lose your immediacy as soon as you question the state of your Being. Happiness is not a self-awareness technique. As soon as you call your attention to your happiness, it leaves. Happiness takes your asking as a dismissal.

As soon as you ask yourself, “Am I happy?” you start thinking of reasons why not to be happy. As soon as you ask yourself, “Am I really really happy?” you lose your state of happiness. It is like happiness is embarrassed and covers its face. Your natural state is of happiness.

If someone were afraid of heights, and did not know he was walking on a ledge twenty feet above the sidewalk, he would not be afraid. As soon as he becomes aware, fear sets in. Conscious awareness is not always the best place to be.

Better not to question where you are.

When you are involved in a creative project, painting or music or story-writing, for example, you are not thinking, “Am I happy?” You just are.

We could consider a state of happiness something like Godwriting. When you are Godwriting, you are in that state of Godwriting. If you say to yourself, “Am I Godwriting? Is this really Godwriting?” then you are out of the state.

When you ask yourself such questions, you put your attention on your motley self. When you are in a creative state, your attention is not on yourself. You are out of awareness of your little self.

Nor is this a good question for you to ask about someone else. “Is so and so happy?” Happiness is not to be thought about. Do you understand what I mean? Asking such questions is putting up a barrier to happiness. Happiness is not conscious of itself.

If you continually asked a rose, “Are you a rose? Are you really a rose? Are you always a rose?” even a rose will start to wonder about its own identity. A rose knows its rose-ness. Rose-ness is. A rose is a rose is a rose. And your natural state is happiness.

When you ask if you are happy, you interrupt happiness. When you ask, “Am I doing the right thing?” you waver. When you ask, “Should I spend my money on this object,” you waver.

When you ask yourself, “Am I happy?” you can only waver. A minute ago, you were happy. And now you ponder. And you push happiness off a cliff.

However, reversely, it does not work the same. If you say, “How unhappy I am. How can I be this unhappy?” the state of unhappiness deepens. You become sure of it. Your unhappiness is probably even worse than you thought. Now you become desperately unhappy.

Think about other things rather than about your state of happiness or unhappiness. Happiness is not a state of thinking. You cannot make yourself happy. The best thing you can do for happiness is to not think about it. Be it.

You do have a well of underlying happiness. Don’t muddy it. When you analyze the water, you stir it up. That’s how you muddy it. No longer muddy your happiness. Let it be.

If you want to add to your happiness, add to someone else’s happiness. Certainly, don’t add to someone’s unhappiness. Even when you have the thought, “I would like to do something that will make my friend happy,” you are adding to your own happiness.

Going within does not mean to ask about your happiness. Happiness is always yours, yet it is not something you possess. It is something you are.
