Dear Ones,

The flexible reality of life at this time allows deep wells of creativity to be tapped within the human mind. Drawing the darkest polarities into awareness and light allows new choices to be made. When all that is not love appears on the scope of what is seen, it is being met with varying degrees of aversion and fear. Yet the very appearance of these situations is calling you to greater strength and the willingness to allow the wisdom of your heart to step forward in consciousness.

You live in a highly creative time when new avenues of thought and myriad possibilities exist simultaneously with tumultuous occurrences and chaos. You chose to be in this life at this time so you could grow in awareness and create a conscious connection to the Divine Source behind the appearances.

Solar flares, magnetic fields and the thoughts of others affect you. The increased frequencies of energy are creating impulses within you asking for your awareness so you can give conscious assistance to direct them in positive ways. This is a part of the growth process your soul chose in order to thrive in your life during these times of transformation.

The Mayan Calendar and More

The energy available is very malleable and depends upon the intentions and the emotions behind its use. The increased frequencies have a great affect on the way you feel now. Many are feeling overwhelmed and pressured at this time. For some it might stimulate their darkest impulses. Yet within this energy exists a radiant field of Divine Light that can be called forth to soothe and balance your body/mind.

Conscious development and union with the Divine are the underlying focal points that impulse the heightened energies. Becoming more aligned with your spiritual journey of development allows you to navigate the flows and waves of energy you are currently experiencing.

Many are focusing on the end of the Mayan calendar as one of the explanations for the experience of accelerated energy, yet the magnitude of this evolutionary shift in consciousness is greater than these highly evolved prophecies. There are vast dimensions of Light that are assisting the progress of the Earth’s development. They are creating force fields of Divine Love within which to hold the planet during its evolution. The loving intent of the vast consciousness that holds you all creates an infinite cocoon of Light in which you can rest and rejuvenate, as well as tap into for creative solutions and new possibilities.

How Do I Navigate the Waters of Life?

You are being asked to move into more flexible and calm agility when you navigate your life. All endings are leading you to new wondrous beginnings; of this you can be sure. Those who are attached to the way things were and are resistant to change are having the most difficulty navigating these times when radical trust is required.
A facile mind and an open heart allow you to awaken to new possibilities. Your very willingness to change your attitude goes a long way to open doors for a new life. Trusting in the vast intelligence behind the changing appearances in your world gives a solid foundation when the ground beneath your feet feels unstable. Your inner stability in fact, becomes a key element in your ability to thrive in these changing times.

Am I Really Creating My Own Reality?

The need is growing for you to become more focused on the care of your physical body so you can be strong and flexible in body as well as in your mind and emotional state. Your core strength will literally hold you in your center as your world shifts, as long as you have a flexible mind to go with it. And don’t forget to love and acknowledge yourself during the process of the greatest transformation you have ever known. Doing this will provide structure to assist your faith in the process.

Much has been made of the idea that you create your own reality. Some who work diligently on their intentions for life question its truth when there is no clear manifestation. Yet it is also said that you cannot solve a problem from the place of difficulty and that becomes the springboard. Be prepared to launch a powerful exploration of what can assist your manifestation of the clear and joyous intentions you put forward.

The laws of physics operate in ways that encourage your participation in new possibilities. Raising your vibrational frequencies then becomes the underlying answer for manifesting the life you are intending. We come back to the importance of the old sayings: What makes your heart sing? What encourages peace of mind? What brings you joy and laughter? All these basic tenants for a happy life offer you the opportunity for a shift in consciousness so your new life can manifest beautifully. The actions that raise your vibrational frequency offer you the place where your intentions can create the reality you truly desire.

Boundless Dimensions of Support are Available for You Now

Become more aware moment to moment of the boundless levels of support available to you now. The Angelic Dimensions, Masters of the Ages, and the vast Presence of Nature are actively involved with the evolution of humanity and the Earth. As massive and expanded as this may seem, this limitless power is nonetheless available for you to use for creative solutions in your own life.

There has never been a time when you were alone, no matter how you felt. These uncomfortable in between times of restless discontent are the exact moment when you need to ask for greater assistance so you can move into a new dimension of being. Spend more time in Nature and welcome the depth of its presence to help you feel more uplifted, grounded and safe. Give yourself time to receive Divine Love from the deepest sources within you so you can create a sanctuary to come back to that offers you peace. Let your physical body move and express in new creative ways you have not tried before. And most importantly, develop faith in your ability to follow your Guiding Light as you create your new realities using the energy behind your powerful intentions. In those simple ways your life can take on a new radiant spirit that will inspire and delight you.

I open my mind and heart to receive your empowered Light in ways I never imagined possible. I am feeling your Divine Love flood my being with radiance. I now sense your Violet Light transmuting all disharmony in my energy field. I AM allowing your loving guidance to inspire me while I follow new pathways and fulfill my soul’s purpose.

As I bring your Love through me, I ground Divine Light into the Earth and bless this beautiful planet with Gratitude and Love. I allow your Love to gracefully and easily change my mind and my life with new abundant resources and creative solutions for all that I face at this time.

I know you are with me always and I am never alone. I allow myself to receive a beautiful Cocoon of Golden Light that wraps me in safety and protection. I know that this energy is with me wherever I am.

Conscious Connection with Planetary Level by Lord Buddha

It is a great honour to be in your presence today, I am Lord Buddha, the Planetary Logos; this means that I am the overseer of the planetary level of the Creator’s universe. I very much enjoy working as a Planetary Logos as I am able to understand and guide many souls in connecting with the planetary level and the tremendous wisdom that it holds accessed from the Creator’s soul. I am also able to integrate with the numerous levels of the Creator’s universe receiving relevant energy and wisdom for the present. The planetary level energies are the energies, wisdom and light of the Creator that exist as a slower vibration in order to connect with the Earth and humanity. The Earth has to vibrate at a slow speed so that souls may manifest as physical bodies and may experience physical and solid experiences where everything and all actions have a consequence. Of course, the vibration of the Earth will alter as transitions allow for greater integration with the Creator’s universe at an energetic level. It is akin to having two paint colours on a page, the green colour is the Earth and the pink colour can be the universe of the Creator, the paints are starting to merge and will continue to do so until they are united and mixed as one colour. As the vibration of the Earth heightens so the vibration of the inner plane levels heighten but a integration also begins to occur, it is as if the levels of the Creator’s universe are being folded back up to become one with the Creator. It is important to understand that all levels of the Creator’s universe are increasing in speed but are also merging as one. All energies are already one as the levels that I portray to you are simply to help you define certain energies but with the shifts that are occurring people are becoming aware that limitations, boundaries or levels do not exist. This is a powerful awareness because it is actually an awareness of the Creator’s universe which allows truth to spill forward. Awareness is tremendously powerful and essential in our transition process as it signifies an awakening to energies and insights that have always been there but have been hidden by you from your view.

It is my purpose to ensure that all souls upon the Earth and energetically working upon the inner planes receive the growth patterns, wisdom and understanding with divine timing from and guided by the will of the Creator. Essentially I am one of many channels of the Creator’s light. Every soul upon the Earth and inner planes is a channel of the Creator’s light sharing diverse wisdom from the numerous and expansive aspects of the Creator’s soul. You may connect with my soul at any time asking for me to download into your energy systems and DNA the necessary wisdom and light to enhance and develop your spiritual journey and path upon the Earth.

There are seven levels that you can become aware of within the Creator’s energy and universe. We name all the manifestations of the Creator, for example the planets, as the universe of the Creator to signify the expansiveness of the source of the Creator. The levels that we describe are more like focal points for you to concentrate upon rather than actual divisions. The first levels of the Creator’s universe is the planetary level, then we have the solar level, galactic level, universal level, multi universal level, cosmic level, with the seventh level being the very centre or core of the Creator’s light. Each level holds a vibration of light, a purpose, a colour and wisdom for all to remember. The levels also act as stepping stones to gaining a greater connection, understanding and unity with the Creator’s light, they are aspects of the Creator for you to become aware of once more. The levels also act as a schooling system to allow a soul to become more aware of themselves as the Creator upon the Earth.
The planetary level holds a white colour of light which acts as a symbol of the wisdom and teachings held in this vibration of light. This doesn’t mean that the planetary level is only white; it of course holds the numerous colours of the Creator’s light but is represented by a pure white colour.

I wish to share with you the main basic teachings from the planetary rays of light which are appropriate for 2012.

• Compassion for yourself, others, the Earth, your soul and the Creator

• Oneness with and respect for yourself, others, the Earth, the inner planes, your soul and the Creator

• Exploration and expression of your truth which is an energy and existence beyond the ego

• Embracing love in all its forms, acts, reactions, influences and manifestations

When you feel that you are achieving these you know that you are becoming fully integrated with the planetary light. These keys you can place into your future to aid a positive change and new cycle for yourself in 2012 and beyond. You can also read them out loud to yourself to remind yourself of your goals upon the Earth.

It is important to realise that every person will gain different insights and teachings from the planetary light when they connect and this is why I wish to encourage you to connect as it will allow us to offer the most appropriate guidance so that you may be of service during this time of transition. The planetary light is now connected to the heart chakra of humanity and the root chakra this is to symbolise the expression of truth and the anchoring of truth upon the Earth. When you experience the light of the planetary level flowing through your being you may feel it with greater intensity in your heart and root chakras. It is very interesting that in the past the seven levels of the Creator’s universe were connected to different chakras and chakra columns of your entire being, not just your physical being. The levels still remain connected to the numerous chakra columns that you exist as, but the focus of all levels is anchoring into the heart chakra. This is a very powerful transition as it means that humanity is now ready to move forward along their spiritual path, strong enough in energy and mind to accept new expansive wisdom and to personally influence their spiritual teachings and journey. To live through and from the heart chakra is a wonderful experience, once we achieve this and are able to stabilise this existence then we are able to live through other chakras understanding their purpose to be more than we currently comprehend or appreciate. As we see humanity moving into the comfort of the heart chakra, with the energies become constant we see that turmoil and chaos dissolves, the path way into an energetic world manifests.

It is essential at this time of ascension and as humanity enters into a new cycle of energy that all connect with the planetary level of light frequently. All levels of the Creator’s universe are connected; when you connect yourself into the interconnected energies of the inner planes you are allowing yourself to move with the inner planes, to accept the shifts that occur upon the inner planes allowing them to positively influence your spiritual development. All shifts upon the inner planes and the Earth extend from the Creator. The vibrations of the inner planes is heightening always, new wisdom is being revealed, you are always connected to the inner planes but if you have a conscious connection then you will truly be connected, experiencing the positive transitions. The inner planes are shifting to realign with the new energies of the Earth, the Earth is shifting to realign with the inner planes and the Earth and inner planes are shifting together, everything is happening simultaneously. Most important the souls upon the Earth must align with the shifts that are taking place otherwise they will remain in their old cycles and old energies even when a new cycle has begun upon the Earth. It is essential to realise that a new cycle can occur upon the Earth and nothing changes in the lives of humanity, this is because humanity has not accepted the new energy and remains in a bubble of their old energy. In order for a new cycle of energy or a new beginning of energy to occur humanity must be prepared to let go of the old, accepting the new shifts and vibrations that come forward. The energies around you have never been of great importance, it is the energies within you that are the treasure, moulding the reality you experience whether it is a physical or inner planes reality.

If you imagine that you are blind, you are living in a house which your friends feel should be redecorated. It doesn’t really bother you whether the house is a certain colour, has the latest furniture or a certain layout, but your friends go ahead and redecorate. You walk into the house and it seems exactly the same to you, but then your friends give you a pair of glasses which you wear, you are now able to see your surrounds clearly and can see the work that has been achieved. The house is your surroundings, the new cycle of energy the decoration achieved on the house, while the glasses are your connection with the inner planes, the planetary level and your soul, without these connections nothing would appear different to you. There is a need to remain connected with the planetary level so that you will receive or ignite all the energies that are needed to create a new cycle of energy for you in 2012. The planetary level energies connected to all other levels and aspects of the Creator’s soul will allow you to flow into 2012 with ease, feeling comfortable with the energy changes. The planetary level light must be anchored into your being and the consciousness of the Earth in order to stabilise shifting energies which may cause turbulence in the year of 2012 energetically in the realities of humanity.

By anchoring and understanding the teachings of the planetary level you are taking a step forward upon your ascension and
preparing for 2012.

Simply call upon me to align you and your reality with the planetary white light. Ask me to allow you to experience the energy and vibration of the white planetary light, receiving all the wisdom, energies, insights and new vibrations that you need. Then simply allow yourself to sit in peace and acceptance.

Ashtar & Adama: Extra-Terrestrials, Self-Love and Boundaries

I have encountered souls who feel that being experimented on or manipulated by extra-terrestrials when they are unconscious, was a sign of being chosen to create an advanced race, or some other story. 

For clarity I have asked Adama, High Priest of Telos, and Ashtar of the Galactic Command what they feel about it. 

Message from Ashtar  

It is  Ashtar, of the Galactic Command, coming in Love and Harmony.

The reason certain races of star beings come and manipulate humans is because humanity has given their consent.  I do not judge this as right or wrong, we only monitor the activity with care.  I am not actually saying that what is going on between the human race and certain extra-terrestrials is in the best interest of all concerned.  But I do not interfere with humanity's free will.

Ultimately, we understand that humanity will come around and will recognize their sovereignty and this lesson of allowing extra-terrestrial beings to work on them, is one way to stimulate that healing.  Until humans recognize this, then ETs of other races will have permission to do their experimentation.

Adama and other enlightened beings on the surface are helping create conscious connection between human sovereignty, heart awareness, and trust in the Universal Director.

My role largely is to hold balance with love.  So if I am being shown that lessons are being learned, I am not going to command that an activity cease.  You see?

You do need to know that true beings of light (that is, beings who are good for you in your vibration), will hold your hand throughout your lessons but not intervene or change you.  They will help heal you as you ask for it, but beyond that, they will only be there to love and support you.

That is all I want to say for the present.  I love humanity, and the earth, and encourage peaceful cooperation between all races.  May it be so.

Beloved Family,

It is I Adama, your High Priest in the Mountain.

I want to talk about the Love of God, in light of what's been happening for some time to the human race - regarding negative interference from extra-terrestrial entities, who disregard the "whole spirit" of human beings and are not coming from love.

In Lemuria, we learned anciently that interference with other races without their conscious consent was not in our best interest, nor would it lead to fulfillment for either of us.  We in Telos value your sovereignty and we allow the natural process of enlightenment to unfold for you.  We keep ourselves separate from the outcome because we must allow you to learn.  That is because we are friends - we are not out to control, only to assist.

There are beings in the Galaxy who believe that interference is the only way to help humanity.  We in Telos do not wish to manipulate you at all to help you to evolve or "save your planet" as many extra-terrestrial entities phrase it.   This is a very immature attitude on the part of those that are doing this to you.

We also want you to know, explicitly, that you do not have to accept this doctrine, that such treatment is for your good and is okay.  Some of you may have marks on your skin that indicate extra-terrestrial involvement.  Some who have had genetic material harvested or manipulated are believing it's done for their highest good.

I, Adama, would never do such a thing, nor would anyone from Telos or the Lemurian Cities, or any of the Cities of Light.

You on the surface - and there is no judgment in this - often do similar things to the animal kingdom.  You take what you want and observe the animals by injecting them with substances, "tagging" or "collaring" them, stealing their fluids and other such things, in the name of advancing scientific knowledge, medicine, "saving" them, or other such things.  However, if you put yourselves in their place, you might think differently about these practices.

I simply would like you to be more aware of your control over your bodies and your spiritual sovereignty, and I want you to recognize there is no need for humans to be genetically engineered by extra-terrestrial beings, as your process has more to do with what's happening on the inside, within your hearts.  This is where the Christ is and this is where your true spiritual power lies.

Perhaps these extra-terrestrials do these things with your consent on a  "higher level" even though you did not consciously agree to it.  I am here to say, that you deserve to give your conscious consent. And I tell you, you are a sovereign being, on all levels, and you are wise enough to make informed choices on the soul level that the mind can agree to.  This is part of your  natural growth.  There is no need for beings who want to work with you to be secretive about it.   To say otherwise is outrageous.

We in Telos want to let you know our desire is to cooperate with you, as friends.  We gradually make ourselves known through telepathy and occasional appearances on the surface.  But, we do not go behind your back.  We tenderly accept your imperfections.  We do not "implant" devices into your body or mind to make you "better."   We are very careful with you, with your consciousness.  We do not force.  We greet.

When you want to grow, you get to make the choice.  Again, we are your brothers and sisters, we know that just as God made a flower to bloom in springtime, and not before - your bodies need to be allowed to have their own process and to become more awake in their own time.

In the end, this method is more pleasing to Source, in that it nudges the earth into gentle enlightenment.  I'm asking you - haven't you all had enough violence and coercion on your planet?   As you become enlightened, all such past-times will wash away.  That is why we are encouraging you to fully take back your sovereignty.  There are enough human beings holding this divine vision of your reality that it's going to happen.  So ultimately, there is nothing to fear.

We tell these extra-terrestrials who are doing experiments on the human body - please, do not touch the human body.  Humans are meant to be given free will on every level.  To interfere with that process is to violate the sacredness of our Universal Law, which is to provide a safe and loving environment for all souls to evolve.  Please stop.

Ultimately, God forgives every act.  Yes, ultimately, the higher self must give permission before any interference occurs.  But this reality cannot be turned against the good.  I say to you, the more conscious you are of who you are and what your choices are, the less likely you are to be maligned.  The more likely you are to make enlightened choices.  And you can do that best when you are informed.

If you prefer to believe it's okay to be manipulated by extra-terrestrials then do so, but time will tell you the results of your choices, and you may make a different choice next time.  But remember the natural process.  Remember to respect that.  Remember what true spirituality is - and it does not involve force and violence.

You have the right to conscious consent.  We in the Cities of Light are honoring your choices at all times.

Denise LaFay – Remember Volunteering For This?

LOOKING AT THE ASCENSION PROCESS & LIGHT-WORKING FROM THE OTHER DIRECTION
One afternoon in the early 1980's I had a sudden intense memory surface within my Denise consciousness. Because this memory happened before the start of the Ascension Process (1987), it was unusually intense for me to make a fully conscious quantum connection with this particular memory, more accurately, the actual event happening simultaneously. During the minute or so of my remembering and seeing in my mind's eye this simultaneous quantum event, I instantaneously had sweat running down my back and was shaking mildly from the conscious connection with this higher, larger aspect of myself. That's how much more difficult it was thirty years ago to make a conscious quantum connection with a very high dimension and aspect of SELF like this. I—not just this Denise aspect but many other aspects of my greater SELF also—was/am aware of existing simultaneously in multiple forms in multiple dimensions. Here's what I suddenly remembered that special day thirty years ago.

Suddenly I was aware of being a Being of Light that exists vibrationally closer to Source with a small group of other like-Beings or Spiritual Family. There were maybe five or so of these similar Beings standing in front of the rest of us like-Beings. We'd gathered together to discuss something very important and make equally important decisions about it. I was one of the Beings listening to the other Beings informing the rest of us about these situations and the changes needed.
The short discussion consisted of us being informed that THE Plan needed help from some of us to be corrected, separated, completed, and lifted up to an entirely new level and dimension. That was all that needed to be understood or discussed because it was instantaneously known by all of us what was happening, what would happen, what was needed and why. At this point I raised my hand and announced, "We'll go!" and that was that. That's all that was required to volunteer to seed an aspect of one's Greater SELF out to incarnate within lower frequency 3D on Earth as a Starseed Lightworker/Lightworker/Wayshower/Path Cutter to work from within that dimension and Earth world disguised as a local to seed, embody, and manifest the Ascension Process.
To take this topic one more quantum step—which we must to be completely honest about this—if your Greater Self volunteered for this current Ascension Mission, then this part of You didn't seed and send out only one aspect of You to do this, You most likely seeded many aspects and deliberately sent them to incarnate in different timelines and countries around Earth (aka your "past lives"). Why? Because it was/is a quantum crash-course in learning about living and functioning within polarized 3D physicality; living, perceiving and functioning within dense polarized male and female physical bodies; existing, functioning and perceiving within greatly restricted linear time; and learning to function with greatly restricted awareness and consciousness etc.
SPHERICAL OR QUANTUM BEING AND CONSCIOUSNESS

When this call went out for volunteers to help with dislodging humanity and Earth up and out from the dark mud-pit it had fallen into thanks to some other stubborn and confused aspects—aka the Dark Ones—YOU intentionally seeded different aspects of Yourself to incarnate on 3D Earth to all work on this particular Mission simultaneously. I know, I know, just breath and don't think linear thoughts and linear time! Let your sense of self, selves, Self expand back to what it really is which is NOT linear and separated at all.
Let's say the Greater Self You volunteered to help with getting THE Plan back on-track and to accomplish this It seeded aspects of Itself into...let's say...Lemuria, Atlantis, ancient Egypt, ancient China, Asia, north, central, and south America as native Indians, Mayans etc., Tibet, India, north and south Africa, different countries and timelines throughout Europe and so on. And It seeded these different aspects of Itself into these different countries and timelines in both male and female bodies so that as much knowledge, learning, creativity and integration could be gained. (Think spherical not linear.)
In many of these past/simultaneous lives you were trained by other Master Teachers, other Starbeings and by other-dimensional Beings (who in some cases where also other aspects of You as well) all to help the overall quantum Mission and teach these different incarnated aspects of You the things you/You/YOU all needed/need to know from firsthand experience within the third dimension and polarized physicality. How could you possibly help anyone or anything if you/You/YOU didn't know what it's like living in a dense physical body with limited consciousness in a profoundly polarized physical world? So, crash-course to learn, to live, taste, feel, to know for yourself/selves how and why and all the in's and out's of a life in 3D. And because You have inserted aspects of Self within this Earth world and THE Plan, you're not breaking any universal Freewill Laws by making the needed Ascension-related changes. Now the many different you's have some serious personal knowledge tools to work with during the last leg of this quantum Mission, plus no one's Freewill has been infringed upon either.
So here comes the real mind-bender with all this. Breath, expand your sense of self and relax.
This current incarnation, this current life you aspect is the really, really important volunteer piece in this massive elaborate quantum Mission. I know it doesn't seem like you are and it sure as hell doesn't feel like you are, but you are nonetheless. This current self you and incarnation is the actual anchor aspect to all this; the actual incarnation body/mind/soul that's the one living, transmuting, and embodying within the Ascension, the "End Times", the end of the 16 billion-yearlong Plan timeline to actually do the deed of Ascension through yourself, your bodies, your heart and soul. All the rest of it has been, is, quantum prep-work and support for this particular aspect of You in this life, this incarnation and timeline to wrap this Mission up and bring it home, Home, HOME.
Many years ago I read something channeled by Barbara Marciniak's Pleiadians. They called us Starseeds/Lightworkers/"System Busters" the "Standard Bearers of our Souls". When I first read that term I wasn't positive of what they meant by it. A few weeks later I totally understood. We are indeed the aspects that are embodying and living the Alchemical Ascension Process and 16 billion-yearlong polarity resolution transformational work within and through our current bodies and selves to get THE Plan back on-track and provide a way out of the old stuck mud-pit Earth now for any who wish to extricate themselves from the endless negativity, darkness, polarity, violence, suffering, greed, lack, pain and tears.
Let your greater quantum identity and volunteered role sink in a bit and go have a bowl of ice cream or something and cut yourself some slack. Is it any wonder why so many of us are exhausted beyond comprehension at this point? Well done everyone and just little way left to go now.

The Divine Light for this Solstice empowerment acts as a catalyst to carry unified consciousness throughout the planet. Use the observance of this date, June 21, as an opportunity to truly experience the many possibilities opening up during this powerful year of change. The Divine Light available on this day empowers both hemispheres of the earth. It carries a transmission across time and space to awaken the cellular structure of the human body to a higher frequency of energy. The energy carried in the Light stimulates the impulse for mass awakening that was encoded in the DNA of every person born during the evolutionary times that have transpired since 1945. If you are reading this message, you have it.

Receiving the download of the Solstice energy allows a sense of oneness, as well as alignment with the Source of the highest Light there is. Awakened consciousness comes with this deep connection. If you can place yourself in the field of this energy during the activation of this 24 hour period, the resulting consciousness from the transmission of energy can empower your life with a new sense of wholeness and purpose.

May this awakening of the Light of Peace and Love contribute to raising the consciousness of all beings and assist the evolution of the planet. May all live in Harmony with Divine Love from the Highest Source of Light that exists. Be it so. Thank you.

Beloved Lightworkers,

The energies of these times are very intense and are galvanizing many of you to get deep within yourselves and seek a more conscious connection with your True Selves. There have been many layers and masks that you have donned during your current lifetime and from some previous lifetimes that are at this opportune time, coming up for acknowledgment and release. Many of these masks you have worn have been put on in self defense, as you learned early in your lives, that it was necessary in order that you live your lives in relative peace, turning the other cheek, so to speak, in order to gain approval from your family and loved ones.

Now, during these intense energies, these masks and layers are being dropped away as quickly as you are able to discern them for what they are and be willing to have them leave. All is about discernment of who your True Self is and this will be an ongoing process in the times that are before you. You are reconnecting with your Higher Selves and as you let go of the person you were yesterday there will be a transient sense of loss and sadness. Do not stay too caught up in this process, for all that is necessary is to recognize what comes up for what it represents to you, bless it for the lessons and expansion it has brought and watch it leave.

Those of you who got caught up in reliving your past experiences will have a harder time of letting it release but know that you have the tools within you to make it so. Determination and persistence is the key and the ability to detach from all emotional charge and recurring mental patterns within the situation you are currently working through. It is a time of self reflection and introversion, for as these layers and masks drop away, more of your True Being shines forth and more of your own personal power and sovereignty is returned to you to acknowledge and be grateful for.

Each of you is a Divine Child of the most High Father/Mother God. Your presence here on this Earth as you reconnect with your Divine Essence is helping to create and maintain the critical mass needed for the Light to continue to grow and expand through everyone and everything upon, within and around the Earth. This was and is your primary function and you have done this with great dedication and persistence to the point that success is at hand on the road to Ascension of your Planet and every man, woman and child who inhabit Her.

As you continue to work your way through feelings of inertia, lethargy, tiredness, irritation, listnessness, aches and pains in various points of your body that differ each day, remember to nurture yourselves and each other, for you are all in this together and keeping together is of mutual benefit and for the highest good of all. There is power in groups, whether a family unit or whether you join in worldwide meditational efforts to anchor more Cosmic Light and Love energies into the core of the Earth. Finding the energy each day to repeat your daily decrees or affirmations will help you re-energize.

You are all in the thick of the Ascension process and this is a very exciting development for it means that you are succeeding in the work you have come to do. Despite all current appearances in the way you might be feeling, you ARE moving forward and are on the right Path.
