Graciousness: Shall be our topic for today. What does it mean to be gracious? In Heart? It means to be grate-filled, in all moments, for the times when things are not aright, and when the times are a-light, it is to be great-filled, and happy, even in those moments that may seem trying.
It is difficult, at times, in the ascension process, to emerge present as you, to be present in you, to be proud of you, but you are the Heart of your own Consciousness, and Consciousness, is the creation of your intention.

When you begin to live in the Light you draw harmony and balance into your life, and it is part of your transition to a higher level of expression.
Pride has its place in life and there is certainly nothing wrong with being proud of your achievements. In fact where some individuals are concerned it comes from the desire to be cleansed on all levels, as part of becoming more of the Light. Cleanliness and tidiness is a sign of a mindset that desires to present that person as looking to bring perfection into their life. It is caring about self and having respect for the temple that you call your body, which is your physical vehicle throughout life. There is a “feeling” of peace that passes
All understanding.. It comes from the
“knowingness” that all is well..
That all is in divine order…

There is an ocean that dwells
Beneath you..
Its “essence” is unseen by you
Yet all that it is can be witnessed
And experienced by you
Each moment…
It is an ocean of consciousness…
Of peace…of pure neutrality…
It is that which you are..
You are the consciousness of abba…
Of all that is…
It lives you….breathes you
And births forth all that you see
Within each and every moment…
All that this ocean is…
Is what you are…
Yes…you are the very “essence” unseen
Yet experiencing itself as a body…
In the process of remembering
~you are the essence~
And not the body..
Re-claiming
The essence you are and are
One with..
This ocean of love that is one with you
Waits on your love…
By love in this context we will use the word
Recognition…
It is YOU waiting for you
To remember that it is you!!!
All that love is ….waits upon your choice
To embrace that it is with you always
And to experience for yourself
The truth of its presence
By choosing ~ for it ~

When you drop the pebbles into the consciousness
Of your own ocean
