The ebbs and flows of life, nature and creation are evident. There are peaks of activity and times of rest; there are moments of growth and times of breaking down. This cycle of creation and re-creation is an aspect of existence that permeates all universes and dimensions. It is the heartbeat of the creator and the breath of spirit upon all that exists.

When you are willing to accept and understand this dynamic aspect of your environment and your existence, you will be able to utilize the raw materials that are present to create what you desire, as stated in your holy writings, “There is a time for everything under the sun.” When you allow yourself to be receptive and open to this pulse of consciousness flowing throughout the universe, you will experience ease and grace in creating that which you desire.
 

Some religious and theological philosophies call this the will of God. From the human perspective, this cycle can be frustrating especially when you want to create something now, but universally it is not the time. Yet many of you bang your head against the wall of creation in a vain attempt to regulate and manipulate the creative process. Just as you do not plant in the fall, you do not do at night that which needs to be done in the light. That same cycle exists in the creative conscious process of existence. Just as you breathe in and out, the universe, in mini cycles, exhales itself into creation and inhales that which it has created—thus creating the spiral stairs to the consciousness of God.

You are, and all creation is, fluctuating back and forth between the third and fourth dimensions—quantum physics speak of this—just as in a lifetime there are times when you are awake and times when you are asleep. It is also true that within your lifetime, you spend an equal amount of time in the third and fourth dimensions.

When we speak of awakening, we are speaking of becoming aware of that “sleeping” aspect of yourself that exists simultaneously with your physical expression. We want you to remember your fourth dimensional “dreams.” This resonant vibration is your umbilical cord to consciousness and a necessary component of your physical existence.

The process is to learn to equalize the input of information that your physical consciousness comprehends, to quiet down the physical stimulus and increase the spiritual vibration. This dynamic is much like looking through the old viewfinders where you are looking at two-dimensional flat pictures and the image takes on a three-dimensional aspect. Existence is holographic and the equalization of these two components of your existence is the viewfinder that assists you to see beyond what you perceive to that which fully exists. You are consciousness in creation co-existing in beingness, each one half of an archway that creates an entrance into a fully conscious creative existence.

As we move into a new era of consciousness we’re invited to ask ourselves if we’re willing to let go of the limitations which keep us from fully embracing the truth.

Self-Limitations hold us down and anchor us to the murky waters of illusion. Our self-criticizing beliefs and thought patterns distort our perception of everything around us and hinder our spiritual growth.

Society, the media and especially the entertainment industry have infused distorted views of beauty, wealth, and ways of being that cause people to become fearful of valuing themselves and generate feelings of not being good enough that limit who we can be.

Over the centuries, entire societies were based on criticism, fear and negative belief systems which did nothing but control people by keeping them buried in the illusion of limitation.

Social and economic classes, identified by color and religious preference also became part of the self-limiting mind-set to the detriment of society.

Many self-limitations stem from early childhood. We might remember being teased at school or being called names based on our physical attributes or the type of clothes we wore. Demeaning comments from family members are the worst because they’re the ones we trust the most. As we accumulate self-limitations during the course of our lives, they affect the way we see ourselves and our concept of the world we live in. Sit down and think about it. These limitations are so engrained in us, we hardly notice them anymore. They’ve become accepted ways of being.

When we let go of our limitations, we ignite our creativity, passion and purpose. We’re free. We’ve cut the chains that bind us. Our lives begin to change and we finally begin to see the wonderful possibilities the universe has to offer us. We’re able to pursue our journey to ascension fully conscious, fully ensouled.

As we begin to accept our truth, fear may raise its ugly head to see if it can still control us one more time. When this happens, and it will, we’d do well to remember that we’re all worthy of being loved beyond our imagination. We’re all here to take part in the magnificent changes that are occurring at this time as we move into this new era of unity consciousness.

On November 16th, Saul stated:

“Humanity’s awakening is a done deal; it is going to happen as divinely intended; there are no other options. The divine energy field enveloping Planet Earth was enormously strengthened and intensified on 11-11-11 to give you all the power and assistance that you need to enter into and complete your process of awakening.

“This process is very demanding, which is why you are receiving so much help from so many loving spiritual beings, and their love for you is way beyond your comprehension while you continue to hold on to and support the illusion with the energy of your fears and doubts. Your fears and doubts are important issues that you need to address and release by opening your hearts to God’s Love Field in which you have your eternal existence.”

If we look within our hearts, the courage to rid ourselves of self limitations is there. We have legions of angels and enlightened beings at our side who support us and want nothing more for us than our highest good. They want us to understand how much we’re loved and how important it is to break the chains of our illusions so we can accept the truth of who we are and continue moving rapidly and steadily towards the light and Ascension.

In his book Eternal Echoes, Celtic scholar, poet and philosopher John O’Donohue said, “The chains that bind us bind our souls. These are the worst because these are the chains that have cut you the deepest and have held you the longest.”

It’s time to take the chains off and answer the deepest calling of our soul. The truth will set us free, and freedom to BE is everything. Once we experience the joy of freedom, there’s no turning back.

At present you are watching a number of situations which point toward the coming collapse of your global setup. Furthermore, these social structures are set to evolve out of all recognition. For example, regime change today has assumed a whole new dimension: formerly, those who took down a despot would, in time, revert to what they had so idealistically intended to replace. Now, however, those who have replaced the deposed are quickly discovering that the people are not willing to sit back and let the old ways return. Now there is a sustained effort to keep the new rulership on track and instituting the reforms promised. This focus and determination demonstrates the difference in today's uprisings versus those of yesteryear. The new ingredient that is demolishing the age-old syndrome of tyranny is your rise in consciousness, which makes it impossible for those recently brought to power to veer from the course that the people have set for them.

What we are saying is that your change in consciousness is indelibly altering the way even present societies function. Your kleptocracies are no longer able to obtain the degree of respect they formerly commanded, and there is rapidly spreading irritation with the way your societies and their respective governments are controlled. This perceived 'unacceptability' is the thin end of a very thick wedge. A realization has taken root in your societies which can no longer tolerate the overt, unbridled crassness that passes for governance, and people everywhere deeply desire a wholly new prototype. Moreover, this longing is seeping into the minds of those who serve as minions for the ruling 'special interests.' This creates a quandary that greatly troubles all your governments: how to survive in such widespread and growing unrest? This question hangs in the air and is a clear indication of the import of what is happening around your globe. The center of your reality truly can no longer hold together.

In these unprecedented circumstances, the need to revolutionize the 'rules of the game' becomes a prime requisite, and it is just such a set of new rules that is taking shape within the plans of our Earth allies and, especially, of the many secret sacred societies of your world. They include a new system of governance and a prosperity-oriented new economic system. At the root of all this is a growing awareness of spirituality. Over the last two decades your world has been caught in a struggle between those who wish to free you from your dark shackles and those who are determined to keep you enslaved. We have watched over this battle and intervened many times on the side of the Light. To counter this stalemate, a number of legal issues were brought before the International Court and the Light won easily. Despite these victories, the Light lacked the means, until recently, to carry through these rulings. Over the past months, permission for military action against the dark's secret bases opened the way to achieve a just triumph for you. What is prolonging this final quick 'shove' through to victory are some last-minute negotiations between 'white hat' military and those who remain willing to support the dark's illicit cause. We are resolving this issue by use of certain strategies that will take effect in the very near future.

The key negotiators in this matter are of course the Agarthans, and their liaison officers have spent the past few weeks sorting out these difficulties. Agreements are close at hand and once accomplished, the final approved scenario can be carried to completion. We fully expect this shove to happen by year's end. The US administration is doing all it can to stop or at least delay this final action, but the Galactic Federation assures us that if all else fails and this final action does not go as planned, then they will take over and finish the job. Naturally, just how they intend to do this is to remain a secret until these actions are required. Until then, we await the outcome of the current exchange between the various military commanders. Heaven and we are united in sending blessings for a positive outcome. The results are to be known to all as a result of what happens in the very near future.

The energies that are transforming your reality grid have a divine time schedule. The dark, engulfed in its arrogance, cannot fully believe that its demise is not only certain but on the horizon. Those in control of the dark governments continue to plot a dark takeover of your world, even though their time is up. That is why we applaud the actions of the Galactic Federation and of Agartha to intervene here and force the issue. First contact is in sight and getting closer by the day, and our own work is just beginning. Once we can openly interact with you, a brand new day dawns for Earth. Your rapidly rising consciousness now requires some guidance, and there is so much for you to learn in what is to be a very short time. We know that when we meet, miracles will happen everywhere!

Today, we informed you about the recent strides made on your world. A new resolve is showing up in you which is to force the dark ones to agree to concessions that formerly would have been unthinkable. This alarms them, but has not yet compelled their capitulation. Beloved Ones,

I would like to have discourse on the quality of love known as consciousness. This quality brings forth the power and will to invoke into being the higher attributes of the Divine into play within yourselves, within the World around you and it reaches far out into the Omniverse to affect the whole of Creation. To be in consciousness means to walk in the awareness that One is more than a physical body, that One is a Being of Divine majesty, and as such are, in One’s every action, a true emissary of the Light of God.

This Light is the result of the many lifetimes lived upon this and other planets throughout infinity and the efforts and discipline that you have manifested and shown which reflect the purity, beauty, honesty and integrity of your whole Being. To be in the highest consciousness means to be in wholeness and perfection of Being as you were at the moment of your Creation. Many have come throughout the ages who had a greater awareness of God’s Divine Plan and with this consciousness were able to, or attempted to, raise the awareness and consciousness of Humanity upon this Earth by their courageous and loving words, thoughts, intentions and deeds in an effort to help all upon this planet move back to a higher order of life where all the qualities of love prevail.

This consciousness is now being manifested with greater intensity within the minds and hearts of all who live upon this planet and many changes are occurring because of it. It is this consciousness that is love in action. This quality of love entails taking total responsibility for the energy that you carry and emit from the radiance of your Being and realizing that you are in fact, a unique part of the Creator and in this uniqueness, bring your own special gifts and talents to further open the consciousness of all life upon the Earth. This quality of love requires courage and honesty with yourselves and others, to see through the illusions that have kept you trapped in limitation and to understand that you have the power to create changes within yourselves to become of greater consciousness.

When this quality of love is present, One sees through the eyes of the Divine, and wishes to be a greater blessing to those around them and indeed, to all life around them. As this quality of love develops to ever greater levels, One understands that there is a vast and divine order to all that takes place within One’s life, within the lives of those around you and within the order of the Universe in which your planet moves. All moves according to Universal Law and encompasses far greater reach than can be understood at Humanity’s present level of consciousness but this quality is changing at a rapid pace, for this quality of love called consciousness is increasing in concert with a greater Plan that reaches beyond Human comprehension at this time.

It is incumbent upon each person upon the planet then, to develop their qualities of love to a greater and greater consciousness of service to the Divine, for when One realizes that One is a part of a greater consciousness, there is a great desire to assist in bringing that consciousness into full use by everyone and everything around them. Also, when One continually strives to raise One’s consciousness, it automatically raises the consciousness of everything and everyone upon, within and around the Earth and in this way, each person, by intending and making the effort to raise their own consciousness, facilitates the raising of the consciousness of all upon the Earth. All is One and connected through the energetic fields.

I leave you now to ponder on these words in the desire to raise your consciousness to a greater level of love.

The Year of Epic Transformation

Hi my amazing friend,

As the year 2011 comes to a close, and we briefly reflect back at what this year has brought into our personal & collective lives, it becomes clear that 2011 has been the year of epic transformation.

Noticing What Is Already Here

As a result of habit & conditioning, many of us (including those in conscious communities) may have a tendency to always look for the next big 'thing,' 'event,' or 'experience' to happen we feel will bring us closer to the expected changes we deem necessary as proof we are in fact 'awakening.' Although having a sense of excitement about the amazing possibilities that may be in store for us is healthy, being heavily focused on what's next all the time can really prevent us from noticing the miraculous transformation that is already happening right now.

Let's take a quick inventory of some confirmations we've had this year letting us know we have indeed moved into an era of higher global consciousness. In areas of community & social change, the Middle East paved the way early in 2011 & is still undergoing a radical facelift moving away from the archaic fear tactics created by leaders in that region for thousands of years. Now, people from all walks of life are no longer allowing themselves to be 'led' by a select few who have thrived on making “fear” a big part of the daily life of their people. Since early 2011, social change has spread far & wide across the globe and is now more evident than ever with the Occupy Wall Street movement. No matter how much the media tries to trivialize this movement, it has lasted long enough to begin changing the global conversation. The foundation of this conversation being, how do we, as a society, step back into our Divine power as a whole rather than give our power away to a select few?

 The change is also starting to be felt in the monetary systems. For the past few months, as I mentioned in some previous forecasts, the dismantling of the World Financial Banking systems has been well on course. For example, if we look at what's happening in Europe and the United States, we can see that some countries are really struggling to hold on to their old ways of doing business and as a result their economies have already or are starting to crash. This is creating an unstable atmosphere which in turn creates a rippling effect around the world. In fact, on November 28th European leaders came to the U.S. to discuss how they can move out of the economic crisis they have created. This move is definitely a sign that we are on a brink of a major breakthrough, because the old ways of running things is no longer working.

Another confirmation that the old paradigm is losing steam very quickly is the fact that nothing can remain hidden anymore due to the beautiful discovery of social media platforms through the internet. Literally, whether it's Prime Ministers, News Corporation Owners, Renowned Football Coaches, or anyone/anything operating from lack of integrity, everything is coming out in the open for the world to see. Many of us may also see this happening in our personal lives. There's nothing to fear when there's nothing to hide. Although many of the confirmations I just shared have people thinking its grounds to move into panic mode, all of these experiences are simply nudging us in the direction of choosing to live our lives with integrity & honesty always.

There are many other global shifts we've experienced this past year through geological & climate changes that also confirm Mother Earth is reconfiguring herself to support our collective shift in consciousness. There have also been new discoveries. Recently, the remains of an other-worldly being were discovered in Peru, shaking things up for the scientific community that we may not be the only beings that exist in the Universe. Also in 2011, there were a few important discoveries that went a bit un-noticed that showed us other worlds similar to our planet did indeed exist out in the cosmos. These discoveries will eventually pick up traction and come to the forefront. Of course many of us have known that life exists across all Universes, however it's an amazing step in the right direction that the masses are also figuring it out.

Just as everything externally seems to be changing, it's all a mirror of how we are changing from within. The year 2011 has greatly magnified the sensitivity factor in each of us. Being sensitive is actually an amazing indicator that we are becoming more clear and aware of energy, and we can no longer tolerate energy that is not in alignment with our greatest good. Whether it be sensitivity to foods we eat, old habits we are still engaging in, people we surround ourselves with, products, or movies we watch, it's important to see if these things are enhancing our life or taking away from it. Even those who may not have classified themselves as being sensitive are starting to feel the changes. It's up to those of us who have always been sensitive to really step up & assist those who have no clue on what’s happening within & all around them. I know it may seem challenging at times to even want to assist due to the fact that many of us “sensitives” did not have anyone supporting us, however we now have the opportunity to show ourselves how much we've really evolved by choosing to assist others who may be struggling.

We Are the Ones

Recently, I heard people in some conscious circles express their disappointment that 'nothing happened' after the Mayan Calendar came to an end on October 28th, and after passing through the November 11th energy portal. Energy dates are just here to serve as anchor points reminding us that with the power of our own intention, we are co-creating the new world. It's interesting to observe how people react in different ways. I've noticed that those who focus a great deal on something/someone outside of themselves to save or fix the world are constantly disappointed with most things going on in their lives. Those who have realized that we are the creators of our lives, and are the ones we've been waiting for, are constantly aware of all the miraculous transformation we are creating at this time. These are usually the people actively doing their part to bring about the changes we have been witnessing on the planet.

This leads me to a message I received during a meditation recently. The message was that if we keep looking for something/someone outside of ourselves to intervene or 'save' us from what we perceive to be a difficult circumstance, we prevent ourselves from receiving life-changing lessons & gifts from that experience. It's in these valuable lessons & gifts that we end the patterns that lead to those very difficult experiences. So, if we keep looking to be 'saved,' and let's say it even happened at some point, we'd find a way of getting ourselves right back to the same difficult situation we were in before we were saved. Why? Because, we have not learned the lessons we were meant to learn from creating that experience. When we choose to take full responsibility that we are the creators of our lives, and are willing to walk through all of our experiences knowing that there are many gifts & blessings in them, we can then start to attract a reality more in alignment with the greatest vision we have for our lives and for the world.

Time Acceleration

Since the 11.11 gateway & the completion of the Mayan Calendar, linear time seems to have accelerated many folds. A good amount of us are feeling extremely tired and many seeming issues that we felt we had resolved seem to be popping right back up. This serves as a gauge to how far we have come with our inner healing. If we are still being triggered by these old issues, it simply lets us know that we have a little more work to do. If we're not triggered, we know that we have moved on. Usually, after big energy shifts happen, we need to allot ourselves some time to integrate with the new energies. That's what is happening right now. Although the moments of clarity and feeling super connected to everything are happening more often, we may still be experiencing some energy highs & lows which eventually will balance out. Feeling tired could also be coming up as a result of all the multi dimensional work we are doing during our sleep state. If we are waking up and still feeling very tired, we are most definitely working in other realms of existence.

We are being given the opportunity right now to slow down a bit, take a break, and reflect at all the blessings this year has brought us. Yes, even in the seeming challenges which I like to call blessings in disguise. It's an excellent time to express our gratitude to the Universe within us for making the shift into higher global consciousness a very real experience. 2011 has been the year of epic transformation, wouldn't you say so?

QUESTION: I am aware that we are all connected...as we individually learn something or raise to higher vibrations, it naturally pulls up the rest of the world.... does it stand to reason that even if some people did NOTHING - their vibrations would raise just because we are connected to the collective consciousness and or source field ?
 

ANSWER: Yes....when we heal ourselves we heal the world. Everyone who truly wants to heal the world ~ really needs to focus on the healing of the SELF. Oftentimes, people will externalize everything outside of themselves ~ thinking they need to change external circumstances ~ when what we really need to change is our own internal consciousness, which in affect will directly shift the consciousness of the entire planet. For example, everything going on in the world today is a reflection of humanity's lack of love for the self. If we truly loved and honored ourselves....we would not give our power away to external sources to make decisions for us nor would we choose to engage in any kind of activity that would compromise the integrity of our LIGHT. Everything happening NOW is a direct response to lifetimes of unbalanced thoughts, emotions, feelings and actions. However, that is changing because we are each starting to take responsibility for ourselves and we are also willing to do the inner work necessary to heal and bring ourselves back into wholeness. We do have a direct affect on every single person on this planet, and through vibrational resonance, we help others also awaken to the fact that they too will need to do the inner work necessary to heal and expand their consciousness. For those who choose to not rise in vibration.....they will choose to leave this planet and will reincarnate somewhere else where they will get to continue their learning in a low vibrational, fear filled, egoic, dualistic environment. There is no judgment for this choice ~ all souls are deeply loved and are given as many opportunities as they would like to either begin to evolve their soul or continue the cyclic pattern of de-volution. We can spiral up or down in consciousness ~ the Creator loves us so much we have been given the free will to create however we want ......but our life, level of joy and happiness, will be a reflection of our level of vibration and expansion of consciousness. For the most part....a large part of humanity is choosing to evolve and rise up.....we have grown tired of separation, chaos and the illusions of fear ~ and we are willing to do what it is going to take to return our selves and the planet back to LOVE. When we heal our SELF ~ that is the biggest contribution we can make to the healing of the Earth.

As the year 2012 dawns there are many things the awakened lightworkers will sense and notice as well as see changing right before their eyes.
There will be the greater separation between the awakened and those that are asleep as everyone falls into their roles.
People will be standing up for their rights like never before around the world, and you will find it unusual for lightworkers and wayshowers to be directly involved in this, but supporting from the wings. Again this is about different people assuming their roles, a lightworkers role will very seldom cross over with that of an activator or those that are here to initiate these changes.
The veil between the physical and the spirit realm will thin and even the un-awakened will have trouble denying that they have seen “seeing and hearing” things.
Huge sweeping changes will be seen across the board both politically and financially.
Your role as a lightworker may also change or evolve for those lightworkers whom have fallen into a static state will be pushed to continue to grow and develop spiritually and energetically.

It will feel more and more like you are operating on another playing field from those around you, it may at times feel as if others that exist below your pre-ascension state cannot hear or see you which in fact is not too far from the truth.
As you become more of your higher/multidimensional selves, you will be able to better understand the concept of existing beyond the limits of the time and space of your three dimensional world.
This you will see in many forms, and some of what you will notice will begin with a remembering of “past lives”. Using the term remembering loosely, for the remembering will be more like re-living and re-feeling. Using the term past is not quite accurate either for as you develop towards ascension you will experience the no-time that exists outside of your realm. So as you re-live these past lives you will be able to see and feel and hopefully understand how they are all taking place in essence all at once, outside of time. This then allows you to travel within your awareness to any point within these remembered lives, and to feel and experience those moments at will. The purpose of this is to reintegrate more of the whole of who you really are into this current manifested being where your primary awareness temporarily resides. With more and more experience in this area you will become adept at navigating your consciousness between lifetimes and dimensions, including within this lifetime and world. Things formally labeled as remote viewing, astral projecting, telepathic communication (which more often involves feeling rather than words) will no longer be limited to one dimension or place in time and become common place among those approaching ascension.
Events and leaps of consciousness are certainly going to have a feeling of acceleration as you progress towards ascension.
This past year was one of many energetic upgrades and boosts, from the energy as your earth and your sun approach the galactic center as well as the increase in divine energy for this time period as was originally planned at creation. While the energy increases throughout 2011 were jarring and required adjusting to say the least, those of the coming year will be intense and challenging, they are going to build much more steadily and smoothly. Your task within these energies is simply to allow them to flood and energize your being, these are intelligent and divine energies, once welcomed into your being, they are activated and accelerate your path and growth.
As you develop in your awareness of the higher realms and dimensions you will become familiar with many beings of light and of service, such as those of us in the angelic realm. Ask for our light, ask for our service, we will guide and support you through these end of times and dawning of the new.
