Laura: Good evening SaLuSa, would you kindly give us an update today please?

SaLuSa: Good evening dear friends. We are happy to see you make so much progress so fast. With this pace, you are building up momentum in spreading the light and love. Your feelings are opening up, as your body armour relaxes with the high level of vibrations directed towards you and Mother Earth. You will find yourselves more emotional and sensitive than usually, at times even teary. Once again, do not be alarmed by this. It is important to understand that being a witness to your inner changes is an important part in consciousness growth.

Some of you have very busy life styles, with little or no time to yourselves, no time to enjoy life or to just have fun and make new discoveries. Children are showing you the way dear ones; they are the key to your evolution. You must become like children again. Children live in the here and now, they need to have fun every day and they see every minute of their life as a gift and an adventure. They are open to all possibilities and put no limitations upon themselves. They accept the situation they are in with great love and joy, they are grateful for every minute they spend with their loved ones. Children are very sensitive to animals and to nature also. All is possible for them and fear is not usually part of their vocabulary.

We know that for the most part you are feeling tired of the duality world. You are looking forward for the end game so to speak. We wish to remind you that we too look forward to being acknowledged by you all, and to renew contact with you all dear friends. Do not despair, as events behind the scenes are slowly taking shape for a better world full of love and light. We would encourage those of you tired of waiting for disclosure and Ascension to contribute to spreading love and light vibrations. We remind you that you have chosen this life and that it is a great honour to being actively involved in planetary Ascension. You do have a specific role to play at this time, and if you feel bored or unfulfilled, perhaps this is an indication that you have not achieved your full potential yet dear friends.

You are about to enter a period for your planet where all will be much lighter. You will experience communicating with angels, but also with magical or fairytales like beings linked to Earth’s history. You will link with other dimensions and beings in perfect harmony, peace and love. There will no longer be any kind of pain or misunderstandings resulting from a lack of compassion, limited knowledge and limited consciousness. You will reclaim your divine right among us in love and joy. You will be again the powerful and loving beings you once were. You will experience the limitless possibilities that living in the here and now moment has to offer. This will seem like a welcome homecoming and a blessing when you will be aware of the higher realms again.

At this point in time, we ask you to focus on the high love and peace frequencies. There is still much pain and darkness on Mother Earth dear souls, so we do encourage you to help us counterbalance these dark and painful energies on the parts of your planet being in turmoil, fear and sadness. Keep the people of the war zones in your heart, think of them daily when possible. This may seem like nothing, but the love you are sending them and to Mother Earth will contribute elevating the light levels. Your love will help those in difficult times and they will understand what is needed now thanks to your help. As you know, even though our connection cannot be consciously perceived, it is there nevertheless.

Mother Earth is doing much of her work in order to proceed with her own Ascension. She is ready to shift into the higher dimension now and is continuing with the final stages of her cleansing. We have been active behind the scenes in lessening the consequences of her cleansing for your lives and shall continue to do so. Many of you require energy at the moment, as they are full of fear and doubt regarding the coming events. We keep trying to connect with those of you who are willing to make a telepathic connection with us. We can reach you from a great distance and send our love to the hearts of those in troubles times.

Know however that we do respect your space and only initiate contact with those who desire so and whose vibration are or the highest love and light. Our energies converge and we perceive your love for us. Our hearts and consciousness flow with light in our brief moments of consciousness sharing. This is a very pure, loving and trusting procedure that we are more than happy to proceed with. We feel in our hearts your pure and true intend for an open communication and respond with joy when invited to share a moment in the here and now in your presence.

I am SaLuSa from Sirius and encourage you to consider what has been said today. Keep peace and love in your hearts. We are above your heads, although you cannot always see our ships. We are with you when you are embodying the frequencies of love and compassion. We are here to bridge your consciousness to the higher realms. Be peace, be love.

Creating New Earth Part One

I wake up in the morning and allow my first thought to be, “I am creating New Earth.” Before I arise from my bed, I look around my room to see it’s fifth dimensional expression. I feel the wondrous bed of Light and peer out the window to see an aquamarine sky with silver sparkles. There is no alarm clock here to disturb me, so when I hear that old third dimensional noise in my memory, I smile and say, “I remember that way of starting the day.”

Then I rise and go into my grooming room. When I look into the mirror I see the face of my Lightbody. As I bend over the sink, I see a lovely stream running through that room in which I can bathe in the clear, crystalline water. I then go to my closet and see the new type of clothing that I wear in this wondrous new world. When I go into what would have been the kitchen, I tell my replicator what I want for breakfast and walk out onto the lovely terrace overlooking the fifth dimensional landscape to enjoy my meal.

As I look over the lover scenery I paint a picture of it in my mind, so that I can remember it when I go back to the third dimension. Yes, I still go back there, now and again. At first, I was running there all the time. There were things I needed to finish up, people to assist in coming here and others that I had to say goodbye to. When I saw how difficult my adjustment to this new kind of life was, I stopped judging those who decided to stay there.

After so many life times of separation and limitation the total unity with all life and freedom from all barriers was difficult to believe and hard to trust. Happily, I am over that confusion now. I can’t say how long it took me to get used to this place, as there is no time here. However, NOW this is my Home.

With my meal complete, I put the dishes back into the replicator to be returned to their molecular state. I do not need to grab a jacket or carry a briefcase as the weather is always perfect and work is not work. If I want to experience a season, I can visit any planet via a Portal or enjoy a holographic experience. Also, “work” is now “purpose.” I meet with a group of like minded people and we work as ONE to continue to create, stabilize and explore our new world.

Today, I am in a pensive mood, so I will take the airbus to my office. I could also take the transported, but today I want to see more of this wonderful new life. With the very thought that I need to catch the bus, the airbus appears and I enter. There are many friendly faces that I see whenever I take this form of travel. We enjoy sharing our experiences of adapting to this world. Some of them still take frequent trips to the Matrix World, which is our name for the illusion of third dimensional Earth. There are still many people who cannot open their minds yet to that reality. Therefore, no matter how hard we try to convince them, they refuse to believe in our world.

They call us crazy, and many of them shy away or are actually rude when we try to approach them. I think that I why I stopped going there very much. Eventually, they will open their minds, or they will “die” to that world and be born on this one. However, if their minds are still closed, they will be born in one of the Threshold versions of this world. The residents of the Matrix World are the in-between people. They have enough light to maintain a residence there, but not enough to raise their consciousness to this reality. They still need to have something “bad” or beneath them in some way, so that they can feel “good” about themselves.

We worry about them and wonder if we will ever see them again. However, we are told that all of us have our Soul SELF in the mid-fifth dimensional reality. Therefore, no one will be totally lost to us, even our enemies. That is why we must stay here until we have forgiven all the darkness that we have ever experienced. Then, we can see the Souls that are always clear, even though they have decided to take the role of “villain” in the pre-ascension Earth.

NEW EARTH Part 2

9-16-11

I took the transporter home because I wanted to get here instantly so that I could continue this journal. I have heard that we can communicate beyond time, so I am trying to send these entries to the time just before our ascension. Our teachers, who prefer to be called Friends, are helping us to restore our full memory, They remind us that we can assist the process of ascension before it even begins, that is before it begins in that time-line. I have decided to create this journal so that those just before ascension can see what at wonderful reality they are coming to.

I am not a special person at all, nor was I special before my ascension. I was a young man in my early twenties just beginning to find myself. I was not particularly spiritual, but my mind was very open to that “movement,” which I had heard a bit about. I would not say that I had given any great service to humanity or that I was even connected to any Spirit Guides. I was just a regular young man trying to find myself.

What I found was much more than I could have ever imagined. My awakening was quite gradual, in that day-by-day I began to recognize small changes in my thoughts and habits. Of course, now I know that thoughts ARE habits, so I was actually changing. However, at that time, I didn’t know that. I thought that I was just trying to adapt to a world that seemed to be falling apart. I had a college degree, but it did me little good, as there were no jobs. The financial world was totally falling apart, and the weather was out of control.

The thing that surprised me was that I was not afraid. I don’t know why I wasn’t afraid. In fact, I thought maybe I was a bit crazy or some kind of looser that I was not afraid that I couldn’t “make an impact” on the world. I guess I was a bit of a kid in a man’s body. However, I did have some unusual dreams. I kept having dreams of losing people. These people were in my life and, then, they were suddenly gone. I would wake up in the morning quite upset. Often I would text these people, and sure enough, they would answer the text, wondering why I was contacting them so early in the morning.

I guess they were surprised because I usually slept in. I mean, my job was of no consequence, in fact, I can’t quite remember what it was. I think that is another reason why I am writing this journal. I am forgetting that reality more and more. I do want to do something important now. I mean, my purpose of assisting with creating this new world is wonderfully purposeful, but I feel like I left that world without really doing anything for it. Maybe I just feel guilty that I ascended.

Our “Friends” tell us that guilt is one of the harder habits to release, and I can attest to that. They also said that all time is an illusion, so if there is anything in that last reality that we would like to re-do, we can. I want to re-do that I didn’t give anything, and I got so very much by coming here. I feel the unconditional love rising within me at the mere thought of our blessed I am to have come here. The Friends tell us that our ascension was a birthright and that we didn’t need to do anything other than choose to come here. I guess I would like others who might see this to know that bit of information.

I would also like to share a bit of my process so that it won’t be too frightening to those who are in the time-line in which ascension is just beginning. I was frightened, but not frightened at the same time. I know that may sound impossible, but many paradoxes happened towards the end, or what it the beginning? I mean, It the end of that reality, but the beginning of this one. Therefore, I will call that process the “Transition.” At the time, it did not feel like an ending or like a beginning. It felt like a transition from one way of seeing reality to another way.

In fact, it was “seeing” the Transition that happened first for me. Others would hear things, feel things or just Know that something very different was happening. I had always been a bit of a sci-fi buff, so my transition began with seeing “flying saucers.” Of course, know I know that that is not the correct term, as they do not fly and they are no saucers. They transport and they are more like houses because Beings (people may not be the correct word) live on them, sometimes for hundred of years.

Also, they do not move my flying. Instead, they move by thought direction. They are in one area, then the Captain or Engineer, whoever is in the Command Center, merges with the Ship and thinks of a location. Instantly, the Ship is there. However, when I saw them on 3D Earth they looedk like they were flying, which they would pretend to do for the sake of the grounded ones. The inhabitants of the Ships, that is after the landings, would think themselves into a form that was not too frightening to their observers. On the other hand, they could determine if a person would be upset by their true appearance, and would show that if that observer was fine with it.

Being a sci-fi person, I thought it was cool to see their different forms, so they showed them to me. However, if I was standing next to someone who didn’t want that truth, they would see a humanoid form. At first, I thought I was crazy because I saw things that other people didn’t. Maybe that was why I could come here. I was not afraid. Maybe because my life was so useless and devoid of purpose, I was able to embrace what seemed impossible at the time? The Friends tell us that our Souls were in control of our transition and created whatever reality would lead us to our ascension.

I believe whatever the Friends tell us, as their unconditional love leads me to totally appreciate their help, but on 3D Earth I had NO concept of my even having a Soul. I was not religious or exceptionally smart or even well read. I was just a guy trying to get by in a very difficult world. On the other hand, I do now feel my true SELF inside of me now, and I know that I am in the process of fully expressing that version of consciousness. When I can fully remember and become my true SELF, I will remember how to move beyond this reality and into the higher dimensional expressions of life.

I think that writing this journey is an important part of that Transition, for our Transition does not end with the ascension. In fact, our Transition BEGINS with our ascension. Anyway, I guess I created this form of reality now (I do finally admit that I am creating everything in my life) so that I can give now what I was unable to give before I ascended to this world. What I want to give to whoever reads this journal is that YOU don’t have to DO anything or even BE anything special.

You, whoever you are, deserve to ascend because you chose to ascend. I am just now remembering all the many lives I had on Earth and all the many things I did in those incarnations. I don’t full understand why I was just the “regular guy” when I ascended, but maybe it was to write this journal and to say that in your time-line:
You deserve to ascend simply because You ARE.

Creating New Earth 3

9-18-11
I hope it hasn’t been too long since you have heard from me in your time. I have no way of knowing, as we do not have time, as you know it here. I have a strong impression that my journey is being read. I don’t know how to explain how I know things here, as I am just getting the hang of “Knowing.” The Friends say that the most important thing is that we trust ourselves. There are no enemies here to be on-guard against and we don’t have “bosses” who tell us what we have to do. We DO what we ARE. I didn’t know what that meant before, and I still can’t explain it, but I do Know it.

I remember how at the end of our old world, or was it the beginning of this new one, we all went into a sleeping kind state. Time seemed to grind to a standstill and, along the end of time, all our routines, duties, obligations and responsibilities seemed to have little importance. We all felt like we were half awake and half asleep. We would move around and do some small thing, like feed our bodies, and then we would doze off for another “sleep.” It wasn’t until we met in this world that we realized that all of us was doing the same thing.

It seemed like an eternal Sunday where our obligations were not calling us, but something else was pulling us deep, deep inside of our selves. It seemed like we were at the edge of a deep tunnel, but this tunnel was filled with a warm glow and a welcoming presence. There was no obligation to enter the inner tunnel, but the temptation was irresistible. At first we entered it shyly like a young kitten moving towards a saucer of milk. However, after we had gone just a short way into the tunnel, we woke up without ever knowing we had gone to sleep.
Finally, I decided that the next time I would remain awake the whole time I was in the tunnel. However, the tunnel seemed infinite and I could only take so much of the light, which grew brighter and brighter as I went deeper into the inner tunnel. I had never meditated before, so I was unable to understand then that the inner tunnel was a representation of my journey into the Core of my consciousness. In fact, I didn’t even know exactly what consciousness meant. The thing was, I didn’t really have a choice, and the drive to enter that tunnel was so overwhelming that I couldn’t resist it.

The Friends have told us that there were many people who did not give up their daily routines, did not enter the tunnel, and some of them didn’t even see it. There were many who could not believe in their own perceptions enough to trust themselves. Instead, they saw the tunnel as some form of hallucination that needed to be resisted.

Many were experiencing these inner tunnels of light, but the ones who were afraid to think outside of the box were sure that there was poison gas or something. There was quite a buzz about the possibilities of great harm. On the other hand, those that entered the tunnel could not believe there was any harm because the tunnel felt so warm, safe, secure and, well, loving. Since these love-filled tunnels were inside of our own imagination, or consciousness as I later learned, we had the unusual experience of truly loving our self.

The best part of this love was that it was unconditional. We didn’t have to do anything special or be anyone different or better. Likely, for the first time in our life, we felt that we were perfect just the way we were. I cannot begin to tell you how wonderful that was for me. As I said before, I was just a regular kind of guy. I had done nothing special, nor did I feel special in any way. Nonetheless, while I was in the tunnel I felt like, I don’t know how to say it, I felt like I was ALIVE for the very first time.

Because I had to slowly adapt to the tunnel I would eventually “fall asleep” and wake up outside of the tunnel, but each time I could stay in the tunnel longer and go deeper and deeper into it. As I went further into this inner tunnel of light the sensations began to change. At first they were soft and gentle, like a morning breeze. However, as I entered deeper parts of the tunnel, the light became as bright as a mid-day Sun in summer. It was then that the changes began to take place.

For one thing, when I went into the tunnel again, I found myself no longer at the beginning of it, but instead found myself at the place/brightness that I was in before I “fell asleep.” Once I entered this brightness, the sense of love became so overwhelming that my body could hardly contain it. In fact, the body that I went into the tunnel with was NOT the same body I was wearing at this depth of the tunnel. Yes, I know that sounds weird, but as I continue this journal you will hear things that are much weirder than that.

Before I close this journal entry, let me tell you what happened to my body when I was in that light. It is hard to describe it, but it was like my body kind of disappeared into the light and actually became the light. While I was in the tunnel it was like I had no body at all. Then, when I “woke up” in my old world, my body was glowing and felt very different. At first I could only hold this glow and unique feeling for a few seconds, which progressed to minutes, then even as long as an hour.

For a long time I was stuck at the hour mark of being able to maintain that light body, and I was getting frustrated. Then, I began to hear voices in the tunnel and see glistening forms quickly move past me. At first this frightened me, and I immediately found myself outside of the tunnel. I decided that my fear didn’t allow me to stay in that light, so I concentrated on overcoming that old habit of fearing anything that was new.

With the release of that old fear of change, my process progressed exponentially. The first difference is that, without the fear, I stopped “falling asleep.” I began to learn that when I had experienced all that my consciousness could hold , I would will myself out of the tunnel. I learned this skill by mistake. One time, I was getting overwhelming and on the edge of that old feeling of fear and I instinctively called out, “Enough!”

Instantly, I was outside of the tunnel, and able to remember every part of my experience because I had not fallen “asleep.” I was learned to accept that which I did not understand and to wait until I could understand it. Because of this new attitude, which we free of fear and self-judgment, I found I could accept greater and greater light. Furthermore, the unknown light beings that had swished past me before could feel my growing self-confidence and remained still at the edge of my vision until I was ready to address them.

Inside the tunnel there was no time, so I don’t know how long it took before I found the courage to address them, but in outside, earth time it was quite a while. Suddenly, one day I told myself that when I went into the tunnel this time, I would address these beings. That was when I first met the Friends. Since that first meeting they have been my continual companion. I say “they” because they are of a Group Consciousness. Generally, they exist a pure consciousness, but will willingly take on any form that makes us comfortable, so that we can better communicate with them.

I feel like I should take a moment here to tell you that my life within the tunnel gradually became the time when I was AWAKE, whereas my life outside of the tunnel became the time when I was asleep. I walked through my mundane life as if I was dreaming. Somehow, I knew that I had to still play the “3D Game,” and go to work, pay my bills, do my chores and see my friends and family. However, I found that I was mostly spending time with people within whom I could share my experiences in the tunnel because the, too, had found and entered that inner tunnel.

We even got together in groups and went into our “separate” inner tunnel and found each other in the tunnel that we had formerly thought was just ours. First we started in the same room, and then we found that we could be anywhere. All we had to do was to decide to meet in the tunnel. Then, no matter what time or place we were in outside of the tunnel, sure enough, we would find each other inside our “own” inner tunnel.

At this point, the separation between tunnel, friends and family was not the same in our outer worlds either, because we all felt like ONE being when we met inside. This is when I/we addressed the Beings who appeared to live inside the tunnel. On the other hand, one of the first things they told us was there is NO outside or inside, for there was NO time or space to create that kind of “separation.”

That statement was a bit of a shock for me. Even though I had experienced that unity, I figured that was just inside the tunnel, and the tunnel wasn’t real, was it? I guess I had been so enamored with the “meditations” I was having that I never thought that I was actually moving into a whole different reality that was based on a totally opposite foundation.

The shift from thinking in terms of time and space to Here and Now is largely why we are in New Earth. This reality appears much like our old life in many ways. We appear to have separate bodies, but we do see the light that flows between them and connects us to all life. Also, the bodies warp in and out between Lightbody and a denser version of that form. The Friends have told us that this denser version, which looks like our old form, only it is totally healed and youthful, is a temporary condition until we are ready to move into the Mid-fifth dimensional realities.

Personally, I am not quite ready for that. Besides, I am really enjoying this world. I am planning now, which could always change, to stay in this world, the New Earth, and help the ones in Matrix World to see what they are missing. I, also, feel like I need to gain more wisdom, inner power, and I need some more work on the unconditional love of my self. The Friends tell us that our full force of unconditional love, which is the Source of all creation, will only be realized when we love ourselves unconditionally. In other words, we can only send out as much unconditional love as we can have for our self.

Oh, yes, that brings up the whole part about our Multidimensional SELF and how we have myriad expressions of our SELF all over the Multiverse. But, I will have to understand that a LOT more before I can share it with you, whoever you are. I am signing off for now, but I send you my unconditional love.

NEW EARTH PART 4

New Earth Part 4

I wanted to start this entry with more about our journey into the tunnel. As we all became more comfortable in the tunnel, we begin to hear what the fleeting Beings around us were saying. It was very interesting, for when we shared what we had heard, we found that we all had a very personal version of that particular topic. Therefore, even though all of us, and our group was growing bigger everyday, thought that we were hearing the same message, each of us was being personally addressed.

How can this be, we wondered? In response, we all heard the same response, which was, “Your multidimensional consciousness is fully operational inside of our Corridor.” At once we all thought, “Who is our?” and “What Corridor.” It was then that we first learned about the Arcturian Corridor. The tunnel was actually a Corridor through which all Beings pass whenever they move into a higher dimensional expression of life. They also move through this Corridor when they move into a lower dimension, such as being born on third dimensional Earth.

In this manner, we met the first members of the Friends. Once we met the Arcturians our transformations began. When we were outside of the Corridor in our “normal” 3D life, we struggled with doubting that our experiences were real. Therefore, we exchanged email address and began to communicate on a regular basis that, “Yes, this is happening.” And, “No, we are not crazy or making this up.” I cannot tell you how important these regular messages were. For us it was so VERY important to know that others shared our experience and we were not alone.

In fact, more and more, the concept of “alone” was leaving our thoughts and emotions. We had such a wonderful support group that we always had someone to talk to whenever we doubted our process. As we moved deeper through the Corridor, in our meditations, our process of transmutation (the word the Arcturians used for change) became quite challenging. I say “in our meditations” because we all still had physical bodies, physical lives, families, friends, jobs, responsibilities and all those aspects of 3D life. However, we were becoming increasingly attracted to our visits in the Corridor and cared less and less about our 3D reality.

We were learning from the Arcturians, and other members of the Friends who communed with us, that we were ascending into a higher dimension of reality. Many of us, including myself, had great difficulty with that concept. I had never heard the word “ascend” except to go up stairs or something. Also, the word “dimensions” had a very 3D meaning. Since I was always a Sci Fi buff, I enjoyed the thought of other worlds and different kinds of life forms, but I thought it was, well, fiction.

At this point, fiction was becoming fact and all the facts of life that I had held so dear were becoming completely obsolete. The shift in thinking was creating great anxiety until I finally got the nerve to ask the Arcturians about my problem while I was in the Corridor. I will quote them, as will never forget what they said:

“Our dear ascending one, we wish to tell you that all the world is changing because you are changing and not the other way around. YOU are the creator of your reality, and because you have chosen to return to our Corridor again and again, you are becoming a higher frequency version of your great, Multidimensional SELF. It is through the expanded perceptions of your SELF that you are able to perceive the higher dimensional version of Earth. This reality was always there. You just were not, yet, calibrated to perceive it.”

That short statement makes up the bulk of all the lessons that we are learning on New Earth. As we expand the frequency our SELF, we are able to directly experience realities that were once only “science fiction.” Therefore, I must share with you that I am not at the end of my ascension. Instead, I am at the beginning of it.

TRANSFORM AND TRANSMUTE FEAR

We are here. Once again we are here to remind you of who you are. We acknowledge you for your courage as you welcome more and more light awareness to unfold in your life. We are aware that you are being flooded with information, options, projections regarding upcoming events and timelines. Much of this information is generating fear, fear of the possible disasters that could occur, the end of times, the collapse of your reality as you know it.

We acknowledge the great changes occurring; however, we invite you to hold the intention, the vision and the focus of the events unfolding with incredible ease and grace. We remind you of who you are; remember you are beings of Light, consciousness in physical form, you are multidimensional beings of great understanding, courage and love.

You are here at this time of evolution, this time of wondrous transformation as a conscious vehicle anchoring a new reality for the coming ages. In this field of all possibilities, there are always multi-realities that are available to manifest.

When you recognize and own your personal power and responsibly to influence this field of all possibilities you are truly doing the work that you came to this planet to do. We along with other galactic and celestial ones have continued to encourage you and support you in this incredible endeavor.

You are on the front lines so to speak, you are the conscious interface with this dense, dysfunctional reality. You are here to shift and uplift all that does not serve life and the sustaining of life. We have shared this with you each time we connect in as many ways as possible because we understand that there has been an energy permeating your planet and controlling consciousness for eons of time.

This is shifting; it is shifting because of you. As you anchor this new conscious octave in the quantum field it becomes more pronounced and it simultaneously triggers this awakening and awareness in others. There is an enlightened collective that is reaching a point of power to truly call forth and stabilize the new era of peace and harmony.

As you hold firm your stance, as you continue of offer your physical vehicle as a willing anchor of divine light and truth to be embedded into this energy field, you are the cosmic shift. You become the benevolent pulse of change and transformation.

These prophesies, the harbingers of the end times, the ending of creation cycles, the quickening, these are all generating much fear and uncertainty in the collective hearts and minds. It is from this uncertainty and fear that your reality is unfolding. Now consider the waves of compassion, and the universal harmonics of consciousness that are being triggered and offered by the divine forces of light and love. It is your invitation to welcome this wave of energy, to anchor this reality.

It is the collective together that will create and design the coming times, locking in new vibrations and a new reality of true oneness. Many humans are connecting with these energies of compassion that are being offered and are taking advantage of this momentum to connect with one another and with the celestial realms of truth.

Consider for a moment that 99% of all reality is invisible. We will let that statement settle into your thoughts. Can you stretch into this awareness? Imagine that all that you see, and experience in your physical reality is only 1% of what is available. The rest, the other 99% is vibrating at a higher rate than you can perceive. However just because it is invisible does not mean you do not interface with it.

You are always impacting this hologame/hologram, both the visible and the invisible energy field. That is the exciting part, which can stimulate your awareness. All life on earth connects to this field. All life in the galaxy is linked with this field.

It is your vibrations, your thoughts, especially your conscious heart's radiance that influences this field of all possibilities. You can take action now, realizing that you are able to connect and contact anyone anywhere in time and space. You are becoming aware that you are able to move in and out of density. You are becoming a true light being.

Now with this awareness, began to practice using your extrasensory abilities that are available. Realize that you can offer a healing focused coherent heart intention to any situation on your planet, personal or collective. Step up. The consciousness of your aware heart is the fastest communication in existence.

When there are broadcasts of extreme weather events, the cause does not matter. Whether they are generated by the energies of this planet, whether they are the of mis-qualified energy from the collective shadow or whether they have been manipulated, know that you can offer a vibration that will assist and defuse the power as well as any harm.

Consciously connect with the Elements, those forces that enact these events. Imagine that you can honor and respect as well as lovingly influence the consciousness of air, water, fire and earth. Begin to own this ability. Together as a collective you will bring balance to a planet that is undergoing a deep and profound transformation and uplifting.

This is why you are here, to assist and support this evolution of consciousness. When you hear of some impending doom, when you read words that trigger your fear or see images that are fear provoking, counter this with your awareness and call forth a positive shift in this outcome. Hold a vision, focus your energy and anchor a different reality.

When humans experience fear, they drop into a place where they are operating on automatic, they become unconscious. It is in that place of unconsciousness, that mental place of operating on automatic, that the mass populace usually vibrates. When you fear something you become powerless, you are easy to manipulate, you operate on automatic. You disconnect with your Divine Source.

Be ever diligent, be ever aware, and watch closely what experiences, what thoughts, what images, what words trigger your personal fear. Expand your curious questing mind and begin to observe what images, what statements, what visuals trigger the fear in the masses.

Be aware of the ways that you personally divert your feeling of fear, the ways you distract yourself, the tools you have learned to keep fear at a distance. Most humans are very skilled at hiding their fear from themselves and where there is hidden fear there is a place of deep unconsciousness. There is a place of denial, a place of powerlessness, which allows the human to be controlled and to be manipulated.

When you hold fear in the psyche, it is a vulnerable weakness; until it is discovered, expressed and honored, this fear will contaminate your actions. Once it is brought to the light of consciousness, the compressed energy behind the fear, will release, will soften, will begin to dissipate. When you experience fear in the moment, grab it before it hides; expose it, express it and love it free. Fear keeps you from staying in the NOW.

So when you recognize your personal fears, deactivate them. You can use your tools of sound, of expression, and explore why the fear is there. Where did it come from? How long have you hidden it? You can process your fear lovingly, consciously and as you do you are more available to yourself, you are more available to others, and you are more connected to your Source.

Remember fear is insidious. Fear is the most disempowering of any vibration. Fear is like a virus that spreads quickly in the hearts and minds of others. Fear contracts the cells of the body, slows growth and stops expansion. Fear disables one's ability to find positive solutions. The frequency of fear attracts even more fearful experiences. Fear is commonly used to manipulate the collective. Fear lives in the 1%.

Our messages are always the same; remember that you are powerful beyond measure. You are divine beings of creation. You happen to find yourself in a rather small physical form, dealing with the day-to-day challenges of the 1% of visible reality that you interact with. We realize that this 1% can and often does occupy your entire attention.

We are here to shake you up, remind you that this is just a hologame/hologram. It is time for you to open to the 99% of what is truly reality in all its stunning, amazing and complex beauty. Imagine for a moment that our lowest vibration is ecstasy. We invite you to begin to allow yourself to feel more joy, more gratitude and appreciation.

These are vibrations that influence the field, that invite well-being, that offer healing to yourself, your loved ones, and your earth. These vibrations allow you to absorb more light in your cells and tissues, these vibrations allow your cells to anchor the crystalline light particles that are being offered by the celestial energies flooding your dense physical body. You are awakening to the other 99% of who you truly are. You are energy, you are light, you are alchemist, you are transformer.

Yes we know that the 1% of your visible reality is in a huge shift. There is a falling away of all that is familiar; there are great challenges on all fronts. You could even say that these are the end times, the dark times, the times of great fear. Or you can truly say these are the wondrous times before the dawn of a new reality for humanity, these are the times of a new reality for this planet.

Welcome this radical shift of consciousness on all levels, spiritual, mental, emotional, physical as well as celestial. Do all that you can do in holding a pure frequency within your heart to preserve the precious gifts of life on earth. Welcome the loving light of the cosmos which embraces you in this service. You are not alone in the work; call upon the consciousness of other humans who are awakening. Call upon all the divine forces of love, light and truth from all timeframes and dimensions.

Light Is Flowing Through Our Veins

I wanted to share a bit about what I've recently been feeling and perceiving while awake and asleep. This stage is new to me/us so there will be more information about this stage to come I'm sure. Put simply, I can feel the hormones throughout my body's blood system, brain, and Chakra systems changing now! The other night while asleep and out-of-body I heard the statement that, "Testosterone levels are being reduced in males and females." I immediately thought, well just that alone is going to monumentally help everyone!
What I've been feeling is that something very positive is happening throughout our hormonal and blood systems. Said another way, we've got new Light Energy flowing through us now that's rapidly altering, evolving the hormonal levels and production throughout our physical bodies and brains, which will naturally affect our consciousness also. Stair Steps remember? I believe Lisa Renee talked about this particular process in her September 2011 article and called it "Liquid Light" and "Diamond Sun Crystal Body". As with everything in the Ascension Process these transformations must unfold incrementally through numerous Stair Steps and stages otherwise too much too fast would harm or destroy our lower frequency bodies, brains, nervous systems, electrical systems, psyche, hormonal/endocrine/Chakra systems and everything else. Too much higher frequency Light poured too fast into a smaller, more dense physical container would energetically and physically rip it apart, so the Ascension Process of us transmuting our physical bodies while we remain in them must happen in incremental Stair Steps so our minds and our bodies survive and repeatedly adjust to the ongoing Process.
But...we've finally reached the point where the higher Light Energies (Source designed and generated higher frequency "architecture" or patterns) is rapidly coming online within those of us who multidimensionally embody and anchor first (the "Prototypers") and is flowing through our hormonal chemistry, our veins, nerves, cells, heart and consciousness and more of us are currently feeling these wonderful upgrades within our bodies and individual realities now. Know that this is just the beginning of many more amazingly wonderful evolutionary/ascension changes happening inside our bodies and consciousness, which is naturally and automatically reflected in our external world realities and the new Group collective. Fear not and continue to let go of all you must today, tomorrow, next week and for however long you/me/us need to do so because nearly incomprehensibly wonderful replacement patterns and materials from Source are currently firing-up in every physical Light-filled cell and drop of our blood.

Good morning SaLuSa. Here is a question from a reader: “I have a question. I hope that I am on my path to ascension, I choose love and work on it not to judge and to live only from my heart and to spread my light if it is to be seen. I don’t know if I can make it. But this is not so important. I don’t fear nearly anything because I know that I am divinely protected. I know for sure. But I have responsibility to my children and my pets. My sons are 19, 17 and 15. They had a hard childhood due to the divorce of their parents. It is my fault to not prepare them for what is to come, I myself made a leap in my evolution during the last year this is not long. Do my children and pets have the chance to ascend with me, if I have the chance to do it? I love them and I don’t want them to leave them here without me. I don’t know if they are able to live their life alone and they don’t want to live with the father and his new family. “
SaLuSa: Good day dear friends. Please let me remind you that Ascension is a certainty for Mother Earth and for all those who chose to follow in the higher realms. All this is due to a deep fear regarding Ascension and also the sequence of events before it. As your societies are rapidly changing, it is legitimate for the collective consciousness to experience apprehensions and anxieties. We understand Mother Earth’s changes, the eco-political instability are also greatly contributing to the present sense of confusion and questioning for all of you.

This is a normal part of the process dear ones. It involves getting rid of the unnecessary; of false beliefs. We have for a long time encouraged you to question all and everybody. This goes for your own beliefs, your own attitudes and accepted received ideas. What is ahead of you all now is getting rid of all which is not true, all that is no longer required. This set of false ideas were needed in order to maintain a sense of stability in duality dear ones. As you are nearing Ascension, all that is not needed in the higher planes, will simply be left behind. This is true for your outer world, but also for your inner world dear ones.

There is much talk about Ascension. People are interested in Ascension, but there are also so many theories about it, that this has come to create a great deal of confusion and anxiety. There also seems to be division between those who believe they are worthy of Ascension and those who doubt Ascension is for them. Under these circumstances, we would recommend not to focus too much on the intellectual aspect of Ascension, but rather to feel what it means with your intuition and your heart. Dear friends, you all have memories buried in your subconscious memory of your life in the higher dimensions, when you were fully ascended beings. Turn inwards for all questions related to Ascension. Trust in yourself and have faith that your higher self, your guides and protectors will give you the answers you seek.

We are here to encourage you to develop your own understanding of Ascension and the Golden Age. We are also here to encourage you to develop your own centre of gravity, your own sense of discernment. We are not here to give you all the answers that concern you, because this process of understanding and developing yourselves is the most important part for Ascension. We encourage you to develop your own weight, so to speak. Please let go of focusing on creating division between your opinions, divisions within your groups, family and friends, and also division within your own being.

When you are living from your head, you are choosing to live in a part that is limiting for your consciousness. Your intellectual head and understanding are different from what raising your level of consciousness means. So many lightworkers fail to see this time again and again. Some believe that reading books and articles contributes to their own Ascension process and to the Ascension of others. In actual fact, just because somebody, including young children, animals or any life form, doesn’t read about it or is intellectually unaware of Ascension, does not mean that this person or life form will not ascend. Ascension means moving into a higher state of awareness, of consciousness. So animals and plants will also move up on the ladder of Ascension, along with Mother Earth.

In actual fact those who are not intellectually engaged in reading all day about Ascension are far more likely to get results before those who worry all day about it and are stuck in their intellectual centre. Living from the head, while being somewhat cut off from what is going on inside of you and around you is not what is needed at this time. This will only lead to further division and fear. What is needed now is inner unity and awakening. The time is now.

The fact of not reading articles and messages about Ascension does not mean that one is unaware of it, dear friends. Every individual’s subconscious is very aware of the coming changes. Ascension only requires your vibrations to resonate with love. This is all that is required dear friends. It is a very direct and simple process. Children are very much in line with the love vibrations, so are animals and plant life. So there is no need whatsoever to feel anxiety about Ascension dear ones.

As ascended beings your powers will be limitless dear friends. Mother Earth is looking forward to the coming Golden Age and is happy to see the waking process humanity is experiencing now. You are here to assist her in her Ascension and also to assist those around you, by just your very presence here and now. As the energies and magnetic changes will accentuate in the coming future, everybody’s faith will be put into question. We recommend you to remain anchored in your reality in order to be present, so that you can help others by just being here and now. Your body is real dear ones, so anchor your attention inside of it, experience your weight on Mother Earth, experience the wind on your face, experience your body’s aches and pains.

Experience your own fears and doubts without placing any judgement on what is seen. Experience your own fear of failure, for seeing all going on inside of you will liberate you from the walls you have erected in your mind. This is part process of shading the unnecessary or rather transforming it. You need not be afraid of it, as you will come out a lot purer and stronger from it. These energies directed towards all life on Mother Earth are cleansing and transmuting. They are contributing to your Unification from the inside out. You will experience Oness within you first, and progressively this will lead you Oness as a human race on Earth. This in turn will bring about the Oness with your space family and much joy is on the way dear friends.

I am SaLuSa from Sirius and I encourage you to turn towards your inner world as much as you turn towards your outer world dear souls. Inner peace, balance and harmony will be perceived by all those around you, including Mother Earth. Greetings dear ones. We of the Arcturian group welcome you to a new age, to a new way of seeing, and new light of understanding that is blanketing the earth at this time. We see Light moving though many places that heretofore have been in darkness. Many who were stuck in tradition and old energy are beginning to open, even if just a little, to new ways of seeing and being. The Light is surrounding you dear ones, and this is acting to dissolve and break the bonds of those shadows that you have lived under for so long.

There is coming a time very shortly, when you will understand even more. You are creating an energy in which the new can be born in more powerful ways, a new energy in which those who will be here to help can enter and be listened to. Much is about to change on earth. Much that you have believed could never change is indeed changing, for all is energy and you have changed the energy needed in order for these old issues to function. We see you embracing the new ideas with love for you are beginning to see that there are indeed better and higher ways of doing things. Ways which include all, and not just a select group deemed worthy by the false standards of old energy beliefs. Those who still continue to hold to what is finished, will have a difficult time of it, for they are "beating a dead horse" as you say in your vernacular.
 

The lesson for you now dear ones, is that you hold to the truth of your being. Let the truth of oneness with Source, and therefore all that is, be more manifest in your thinking. Let Truth be your first thought before any human thoughts or taking steps for action. You see that way, you begin to change your way of thinking and soon your state of consciousness. You must practice knowing the truth. Truth is, but it must be recognized and then become an attained state of consciousness before it can manifest. In your daily lives then, first realize the truth of all things and the non-reality of anything that would seem to be a power. There is only One Power and that is Divine Power which is everpresent within you. There is only one presence and that Presence is where you are, always. There is only one knowledge and that Knowledge is where you are at all times for it not only is within you, but is you.

This is the goal, the realization that you are that which you seek. It has seemed fine in the past to study these things and to discuss them with like minded people--groups and friends where you feel a comradery and the sense that you are doing something very spiritual. However, you are ready to move beyond this now for those were baby steps. You must now begin to live these truths and not only when things are going according to what you think is the right way for them to go. It is time to begin to live, move, and have your being in truth; to let it be your first thought, your first realization, your first response. Then if there are human footsteps to be taken, you take them, but always with the realization that there is a Divine Law of love and wholeness in place that nothing can over ride or change. Divine Law is infinite but mankind living in the shadows of the third dimension, has not known this. If there was disease within the Consciousness of the Divine which is governed by Divine Law, there could be no cure for disease-EVER. You see all that is real is governed by unchanging Divine Law which is Love.

All that appears so frightening and so negative at this time, simply manifests old energy moving up and away. These experiences offer opportunities to acknowledge the non--power of anything other than Source. You say, "Oh now, how can you say that for these things are terrible and kill people and harm the earth". Yes indeed, that is the appearance. That is what you see with your third dimensional vision, but we tell you that you are now ready and beginning to see beyond these appearances. You are beginning to know and understand that the Divine is the substance and creator of all things and therefor all true creations are of love and harmony. Appearances of discord and evil are creations of the un-illumined mind imbued with beliefs of good and evil. Mind simply forms the outer, from the state of consciousness of the individual.

You see for a long long time, lifetime after lifetime, mankind has been creating manifestations of good and evil through their ignorance of truth and beliefs in duality and separation, but you are graduating now. You have evolved enough to be finished with the harsh lessons of the third dimension. Congratulate yourselves, because it is very difficult to find the truth of who you really are in a world that is heavy with the energy of duality and separation. Earth is a hard school dear ones, and you have done it. You have found truth even with the veil down and in the presence of duality and separation. You are awakening and discovering that your real nature is Divine, in spite of any appearances that may seem to contradict that.

Be happy and express gratitude dear ones, for you are moving very quickly into a energy where the old issues will no longer be. They simply cannot have form in the new energy because you will not be creating them. Yours illumined states of consciousness will now manifest as higher, and truer appearances.

We must remind you however, not to be fooled into looking for third dimensional "good" for good appearances are just the other end of the duality stick from bad appearances. The spiritual lesson is to move beyond concepts of either good or evil, and into the spiritual. Divine Being is complete and whole, your attained consciousness of this then translates as what is needed. You do not need to tell it what you need, It is Omniscient, and as your consciousness of this deepens, your experience will reflect it. This is why meditation is key. In meditation you are resting in your realization of oneness with the Divine, whereas in the common idea of prayer, you are telling an Omniscience Divinity what you need which is separation and duality. This does not mean that you cannot state your choice and your intentions, but you do it from the consciousness of free will choice, not from a sense of your good being outside of yourself.

Be patient dear ones, much is ready to change. Do not fear, but hold to your center and always make Truth your focus in spite of the hundreds of untruths bombarding you at this time. We say be informed but do not mire yourselves in the news and words of doom and gloom for this will pull you down into the heavy frequencies present within them. Keep yourselves separate by keeping your energy fields filled with Light, clearing yourselves with Light often during the day.

Cease from the struggle and rest in what is.

Beloved Ones,

You have all been integrating the incoming energies at an incredible rate. The feeling of unease in your Solar Plexus area requires more relaxation on your part and the practice of deep breathing, preferably when outdoors. There continue to be many changes taking place within you and as this process continues, a greater ease will be felt. Some of you are already feeling the greater ease within your four lower bodies and these Ones will find life becoming more joyful and filled with grace.

The veil between the dimensions is becoming much weaker and there are many instances of interplay between them. These are moments when some of you just shake your heads and think that you are experiencing a momentary aberration in your perceptual field and this is, in fact, what is actually happening. These can be very confusing times that could take you off your Path. Call upon us each morning and ask us to come closer to you for your guidance and protection each day as these aberrations will continue to come through with greater frequency.

Everywhere around you there is a greater awareness taking place and humanity is starting to step up to the plate and is beginning to understand that taking a stand for what they believe is right is having its powerful effect. As people join each other in adding their voices in many different projects and focuses to end the blatant disregard for the citizens of this World and the resources upon this Planet from those who want only to maintain control, the realization is dawning within the Awakened Ones that there is great power in numbers and this realization is having a domino effect. As more people rise up and stand up for their rights and the rights of all upon your World, change will come about in incredibly peaceful ways.

As the Beloved Lightworkers and the Awakening Ones across the Planet take part in joint meditations and other focuses that are held at the most opportune times during each month, the mass consciousness grid is being cleansed more efficiently than ever before. As more space is created for the higher energies of Cosmic Love to permeate everything upon, within and around the Earth, these higher energies are then being assimilated by everyone and everything on and in the Planet. You might have been noticing that for the most part, people are much more willing to be more patient with each other than they used to be, they are more filled with humility and kindness towards each other and are willing to stop and listen to each other. This trend will keep on growing stronger as each day goes by.

All that you have held in your visions for a better World is now beginning to come to fruition and so we beseech you to keep on keeping on, even though it might seem darker than ever before as you view the World events around you. This is but the illusion all have lived under for lifetimes now being brought up for review, attention, realization and learning, and most importantly, for clearing and dissolution. Many new and viable solutions to age old problems will begin to surface within the consciousness of many and new ideas will begin to take root that will revolutionize the World into one that is worthy and able to become a part of the Galactic Family of Light once again.

Stay in the moment, Dear Ones, new history of the New Earth is now being written and you, each of you, are an integral part of it. Live each day as and for the Glory of God and all will continue to be well. Faith and patience can indeed move mountains.

Because portals are pathways into other dimensions and realities, they exist in consciousness as energetic fields. These energetic fields can help us heal, create works of art, shift our consciousness to a new timeline or identity, connect with others in consciousness, perceive other locations in time and space and much more.

There are many different ways to view, access and experience portals. By raising our vibration to access spiritual vision, we can begin to perceive the many portals that exist in consciousness. Though we may be able to perceive many portals, our energy, thoughts, vibrations, beliefs and attitudes determine the portals we're able to access within a given moment. 

More specifically, the portals we access moment to moment vary according to shifts in our vibrational frequency. One way we can think of our overall vibration is in terms of the energy centers known as the chakras. Each chakra vibrates as an energetic portal within the realm and purpose of that particular chakra. The chakra that is dominant in your experience – where your focus is most strongly placed, in other words - determines your point of access to realities beyond the physical. If one is primarily operating from the root chakra, their access point will be from the root chakra or survival level. Our experience of life is determined by the portals we are able to access. If we're focused at the survival level, for example, we will access the part of human consciousness that is a vibrational match to survival-based realities. We will draw people and situations that are ruled by the themes of survival.

Shifting to New Portals of Possibility

You may ask how one is able to step beyond the portals with which they are currently in resonance. Through intention, we can shift our thoughts and focus toward energetic fields beyond our current realm of experience. Using inner vision, we can begin to perceive portals with which we are not yet in resonance. If we choose a portal we’re not yet able to access, we can begin to entrain our focus and vibration to this new location in consciousness in order to create the energetic resonance needed to access it. Anything we are able to perceive is already an energetic potential that can be “tuned in” to our present-moment reality through intention, attention and action.

In the early stages of this process, we may choose to simply observe our field of potentials. We can imagine our potentials as energetic fields we bring our attention to day after day, just observing and inviting them to take shape on the big screen of our imagination. At first we might receive an image, an idea, a concept, or a feeling state. With time and focus we may experience lightning bolts of conscious connections, downloads, entire movies of potential story lines and reality threads rocketing through our consciousness.

One of the most empowering steps we can take is to gain awareness of our field of possibilities (even those potentials that are not yet probabilities) and consciously choose our path in life. All that’s required to create quantum shifts is a willingness to do what it takes to shift our focus and vibration to the realities we wish to experience.

As access points into new timelines of reality, portals are a tool that allows us to shift our focus to the realities we wish to experience. Since any reality we might envision is already in existence, we can enhance our experience of it by shifting our focus to it. One way to think of this is that we are accessing and energizing energetic portals that serve as doorways into the energetic fields where our preferred realities exist.
