Within this gift is also a purpose.  For now, emboldened and strengthened by our collective light, it is time for each of us to take the next step of commitment and choice in our journey.  To participate fully as only we can.

For we are each holders of important keys--blueprints, concepts, imagination and light--that are needed NOW, by ourselves, by our planet and by the cosmic oneness of which now know we are a deeply loved and vital aspect.  It's time to put all of this together and claim our lives as the new human: Multidimensional and Grounded and use our frequency, focus and the keys within our own bodies to create Unity Consciousness and the New Earth.

Clarity Concerning Who You Are

There have been many times in this life, when each of us resonated with "lives" we saw in movies, read about in books, glimpsed in our imagination, dreamed of manifesting...without really claiming them as OUR LIVES--literally. 

Glimpses into other dimensions are becoming common for some of us.  Yesterday while getting my hair done and listening to a conversation between my good friend who was also there and my hair stylist of the last 12+ years...I found myself looking out of male eyes, in a Native American Sioux young body...just watching through his eyes, a scene unfold, a moment, really.  Wearing deerskin breeches, moccasins and no shirt.  I was riding an Appaloosa that was gray and white, with a little black and along a stream with tall grasses that had gone to seed on either side.  There was a slight breeze and it was warm but not hot.  I was thinking of a woman I love and seeing her in my minds eye and imagining touching her.  I was feeling very peaceful and I had this strong sense of a very straight and strong back.  I tuned back into the hair salon and realized what was happening with a sense of delight.  Then I shifted my attention back to the unfolding in my awareness.  I was feeling life all around me.  I knew that everything had a life of it's own and riding and being I was communing with all that is--recognizing this in everything I felt and saw and heard.  I enjoyed this moment for a while...feeling the softness of the pants I was wearing, feeling the warmth of the horse underneath me.  It was all very still and peaceful. 

Then I came back to listening to the conversation in the hair salon about an upcoming vacation to Greece and what islands to visit and I began to participate in that having spent a month in Greece 3 years ago. 

So here I am--living in Los Angeles, getting my hair highlighted and remembering an aspect of one version of me who is a Lakota male with long black hair and very peaceful and deeply in love.  I asked myself about the meaning of this opening.  For I now realize that we are creating a profound healing in our unified field and in our own essence as we connect and cross-inform across versions of ourselves. 

How to get in touch with remembering?

For me this happened in one of those do-nothing moments of just being, with no agenda to be or do anything and it created a space into which this vision could emerge. 

One of the best ways is to be in nature.  Again to do nothing.  To be in the now.  If we want to remember, we can begin to pay attention to our bodies.  For when we resonate strongly with something--feel our bodies react, there is meaning there.  Increased heat, goosebumps, sometimes for me my eyes open wide as though looking more and yet I really even stop seeing visually and move into a sense of knowing and stillness as awareness opens up within me.

To experience this we have to leave a space for memories, for parallel awareness to come into.  The sounds and smells of nature trigger memories if you give yourself time to let them penetrate into your physical being.  The activation of these visions can also be awakened by place--for stone, and land hold energetic imprints.  The area around Lake Louise and Banff in the Canadian Rockies is such a powerful place it is said to take an imprint of your energy and store it when you visit there.  It is likely that other places hold the memory of our presence and to allow ourselves to realize that place, animals, plants, stone and other people RECOGNIZE us, know that it is me, Meredith, who is there, opens up the possibility for a quantum experience to unfold.  I can facilitate this by greeting all I experience with this awareness that I am known and seen.  By bringing my now-moment awareness to a open focus expecting to receive information and energy in all moments. 

Activating memory requires you to be more honest about your life.  To let go of this endless running around and all the "shoulds" and to truly LIVE and stop hiding even from yourself.  To experience these memories it is good to remember for starters that we are far more than flesh and bone--that we are a combination of intelligent electromagnetic signals and that we speak to the world through these and the world and all aspects of it, speak to us.

Claiming the New Human Template: Multi-dimensional Grounded

In memories, in openings to awareness of other versions of you are concepts, blueprints and teachings that have significance in your NOW. 

The Pleiadians say, "Bringing memories of other times and places into your current reality unifies the significance of your life."

When I listened to my Lakota knowing, I realized there were blueprints there which are useful for me now.  When I tap into that energy I feel a profound physical strength and the soles of my feet become VERY active.  I feel strong and my shoulders broaden as I assimilate some of the physical presence I have in my Sioux life.  I feel an approach, a presence to life which is always learning and always aware; that approaches situations and people with a sense of individuality and generosity. 

I realize that in this culture I knew that leaders were people who arose from within and who gave generously.  That people who made us laugh and those who reminded us of our own relationship to nature were revered.  There was a sense of value and connection which feels right to me now and aligned with the new earth.

As I grow in my understanding as different key lifetimes emerge in my awareness I realize that my body has been switched on and is now making me aware of what I need to remember.  I am bringing together in my own experience a story that is personal, planetary and galactic, or cosmic.

 As I choose a different way of receiving or translating reality I am triggering inner doorways which are opening and there is a reorganization within me on a foundational level.  I can support this by realizing the preciousness of my amazing body and listening to it; learning how to love and support my body as we together co-create my experience.  My body is leading me!!

For example: lately I have taken to drinking pH balanced water, and adding oxygen drops to my water.  I was led to this by an impulse to do some kind of physical shifting.  My massage therapist suggested I might want to do a cleanse.  When I went to Whole Foods the next day, I set the intention to be led to what was right for me.  I was drawn to a certain section of the store and thought it was for the Bach Flower Remedies...instead I turned around to the books and immediately saw the book about the pH Miracle, and when I opened it up, the photo on the page was of one woman who participated in this program with a photo and her story and her name in bold on the top of the page: "Asherah."  For those of you who may not know--I channel Ashira--a collective of beings from the Pleiades who are participating in the transition on Earth.  So see?  The book knew it was me and opened in a way that held meaning that would speak to me specifically.  I expect this now and it happens.

So I began to drink this oxygen water about two weeks ago, and my memories have accelerated.  I realize I am purifying my blood.  Blood, like bone is a carrier of DNA and information.  As I purify my blood, it's able to carry more oxygen and as I do this I create the potential for the water on the planet to benefit from my shift.

As I became switched on and my body began unfolding the mystery within, the current of my own life is taking me directly to my own purpose.  I am focusing in on writing a book and teaching more and realizing this important for me.  I am beginning to understand that energy collects in my hands and I am experimenting with using it to purify things around me--food, water, land.  The more I consider what I might be able to do and believe in these possibilities, the more my abilities develop. 

Collaborating with our Lightbodies

My body was only waiting for me to direct it. 

Like all energy, with my clear intention, I give it form. 

This is a key to my own experience--to be truly willing to experience my life and my body, the earth and all that is, as my own creations.  To take responsibility not only for what is, but for what could be.

I am realizing a vision of peace and freedom, harmony and cooperation from within!  As I grow in harmony with myself; as I augment my understanding of who I am with my expansive and multi-dimensional knowing; as I learn to listen and cooperate with not just my body, but my extended body--my yard, my geographic home, my planet, my universe, with All-That-Is--I become a trusting, profoundly resourced creator.  As I know and imagine myself to be unbounded, with an opportunity at every turn I create momentum. 

I invite you to join me

Make a commitment to Earth to open your heart, to awaken to all the knowing within you which will benefit and expand the collective we are and to choose, with pleasure, to experience your fullest capacity in this lifetime.  Claim the template of the New Human for yourself: awaken and orient to a multi-dimensional and grounded version of YOU.

In order to meet all of these things, which are so unfamiliar to our logical minds, we must maintain clear intentions, courage, self-love and a certain nonchalance!  Ask the Earth to assist you in coming to know yourself and to know her as your home. 

I find, that to proceed within this auspicious time, I must know that I am loved and know that I am the source of this love.  To allow love to arise in my experience and allow myself to chose my own experience.  I choose and ask for a grand enhancement of my identity and to learn what it feels like to be expanded--to experience myself on many levels of perception...and to learn to TRUST this process. 

Ask all parts of your body to work together in their idealized forms.  When you have a desire to unite with the greater identity which you have, and prepare your body to operate with a higher electrical current by building and integrating your Lightbody, you begin to access this multilayered knowing, timelines open and you face the seemingly new, although amazingly familiar territory of your existence. 

It's time to welcome and make sense of this new awareness and put it to use in the NOW.  It is quite unusual feeling to have the energies from many worlds meet in your physical body.  And quite a source of powerful and creative knowing.  Bring all that you are to life.  You are needed and loved.  We all are, and we are one.

The time is now.  Participate in the light coming...

But once upon a time, before there was time, you were and are and always will be the Intelligence of the One. And as the Intelligence, free-flowing, of the Creator, the creative One, there was a Thought to create. From that one moment outside of time, you as an aspect of the One created all realities: realities within time and realities outside of time.

Now, there are many more realities outside of time than within time. That is a bit difficult to understand, as you struggle each day with your daily activities. But it is also something that you know very deep within you as you chafe against the schedules.

You know that there is instantaneous manifestation. You know that it does not have to take time in order to heal. You know this from other lifetimes, whether it be in realities that believed and were based on time or realities outside of time. You know it deeply within yourself that you are an expansive being, and that is why you chafe against the small ego when it comes up with limitations and says, "But you are only one person, and you have a limited time span for this lifetime. That which you want to become or make manifest, you probably won't."

Separated ego often says that. It says that because you have asked it to say that scripting so that you can prove it wrong, and it does your bidding. It runs right on stage and it says, "Ah, you'll never be able to be wealthy, prosperous. You'll never be able to manifest a loving mate or a friend who will love you no matter what. You will never be able to know that the loved ones who have released the body and have gone on are still with you. You'll never know that."

That is what separated ego says to you. But then the loved one who has gone on speaks to you, and you say, "Well, they can't be speaking to me. They are no longer here."

They are here. And separated ego runs back on stage and says, "How do you know? Can you prove it?" And you say, "Well, there's a feeling. I feel the loved one with me, and if I feel it, there has to be something. I'm not quite sure what, and I can't define it, and there probably aren't words for it, but I feel it."

And separated ego says, "Oh, okay," and goes off in the wings, off stage for awhile until the next time it is called forth.

When we first thought to create a physical reality, we created light, the vibration of light, and with that the vibration of sound, as you understand the physical laws. We created most harmonious manifestations of Oneness.

You still have that. It still exists. If you ever want proof, look at your rainbow. There you have physical manifestation of different vibrations of color from one range to another through the various vibrations seen as color, and if you could hear the rainbow—and some ones can—you would hear a melody, a harmony.

When we first thought to have physical experience, we brought forth the different constellations, and they were as yet amorphous. They were as yet unformed, not as you know them now to be, and we danced as the light upon and within the amorphous constellations.

Then there was a thought to evolve into something different, because you are always—I see you doing this in your daily life—thinking of what is the next goal, what is the next project you are going to work on. We are always working to create more.

There became more density. The Light played with the density, and we brought forth many, many constellations in form. You now have the most wonderful pictures of light of other constellations that come to you from many, many light years away, more than what you would count a lifetime or several lifetimes to be; that light now coming to you from constellations where you played at one time and then sent yourself here to receive that light in this lifetime.

So when you look in your heavens and you see the light of the various stars, know that truly you have played within those constellations, and the light that you brought forth then is coming to you now for the purpose of reminding you of how creative you are, how Light you are, how you can and do manifest.

You have chosen now to be within this reality on this third rock from the sun—as your television program has called it—and to live out lifetimes on this rock, which truly is not rock at all; it is vibration of differing densities.

When we came to play upon this firmament, we danced as the Light that we are, and we knew ourselves to be very fluid. We even went within the Earth, our holy Mother, the planet, because this reality that you call firm is not firm at all. It is changing all of the time; it is very fluid and very porous.

There are ones who remember themselves to be lighter vibration and more fluid who do live within holy Mother Earth. Sometimes you will—again, as we spoke of the loved ones—you will know a presence of them. There are certain sacred spots that ones have pointed out where you can go and be in communion with the ones who live within this planet. Have you lived within the planet? Yes, a long, long time ago as you measure time, before you decided that you wanted to live on the surface, with a more solidified and defined form. But even the defined form you change from time to time. (Smile)

You have often looked to the heavens in your night time, and have taken inspiration from the stars, or in the daytime you have looked to the sun that is so important for warmth and for the growing of the food that sustains you. For many, many lifetimes you were and still are sun worshippers. I see you as you go out in the sun and enjoy being out-of-doors in the sun.

Allow yourself to go within and to worship the sun within yourself. You are indeed a temple, a living temple of divine radiance. Live in the space of light, forgetting all else that is happening around you for a moment or so—or if it be possible, for longer than that—and allow the temple of the sun within to be your focus.

Feel the power of the physical sun. You know the power of the physical sun. You know how warm it can be. You know how powerful it is every day as it arises. And you know the lifetimes when you have worshipped it for its life-giving properties.

But the sun in your heavens is no comparison to the sun within you, that divine essence within you, out of which you create everything.

You are the temple of the Sun of yourself. So if you have been worrying about something, allow yourself to take a deep breath…right now…feel that easy, deep breath and allow yourself to go within, eyes open or eyes closed, whichever feels comfortable, and go within to the sacred place of the Sun within you, and know that within you is divine radiance.

There is nothing that can threaten or change that divine radiance within you. Feel it with your mind's eye. Feel yourself in the Sun within yourself. Know that you are surrounded by the Sunlight that you are. Feel it. Visualize it. Allow it to expand until you feel yourself to be in a bubble of Sunlight. Feel yourself to be safe, secure within the Sunlight of yourself.

All that you have ever truly desired abides within the Sun within your own temple, within yourself. Go within and for a moment allow everything else to be blotted out by the brilliance of the Sun in that space. Visualize how the Sun fills every part of your being. Visualize yourself in the middle of that Sun. Feel its warmth. Feel its power. Feel the security. Nothing can threaten that security.

Any time that the world speaks to you of problems, go quickly to your own temple and to your Sun and abide there in the security of the divine essence, the divine radiance that you are.

And then if there is something that has been troubling you, bring it within that light and see how it dissolves into nothing, into light, knowing yourself always to be taken care of, always in the Light.

You have fashioned a body so that you could walk through this reality to play in this reality, to struggle with all of the challenges that you have collectively agreed upon. But none of those challenges can threaten or change the divine light of you within you.

All you have to do is take that one breath and go within to the candlelight within — if sometimes you feel that your Sun is not quite as big as you would like it to be.

You can visualize the candle flame and then see it expanding to fill all of the mind's eye. And wait, because sometimes there will be inspiration. Sometimes there will be guidance, an idea that comes out of the Light that has been there all of the time within the Light, but you have not given it yet opportunity to come forth.

Sometimes all you need is to know the security of that Light, to know that you are loved in that Light, and that always you will be loved and taken care of.

You are the temple of the Sun. Even as you are walking through the darkness of the valley of the world, you are the light of this world. That is what you said you would do in this lifetime by various journeys, by various means, various occupations. 

Never do you need to worry about anything. Hear me well when I say that. I am the demonstration of that, as you are the demonstration of it. My lifetime was fraught with challenges, threats, even crucifixion. Look at my lifetime and take courage from that lifetime. You will not be asked to give over the body, and even if you were, that is not who you are. The body is not who you are. But you will not be asked to give over the body until you choose to give it over.

My story is your story. In other lifetimes you have known physical crucifixion. In many other lifetimes you have known emotional crucifixion; even in this lifetime you crucify yourself daily emotionally by listening to the words of separated ego. But you do not have to. You can come down off of the cross and live in the Light: you can find the temple of the Sun within yourself.

So any time when the outward appearances of things look to be threatening, or suggest loss or abandonment or rejection, go quickly to the temple of the Sun within yourself. In your mind's eye, even if you are standing in a crowd of people with your eyes open, you can still in the mind's eye see yourself in that Sun and know that always—this is my guarantee unto you; I have been there, I have done it, I have tried it, I have tested it, and I know it to be true—you will always be taken care of in the temple of your own Sun within.

That is what it means when we speak of the Christ of you. It is your own Sun within you, the brilliance, the divine radiance of the Christ of you. So whenever the world speaks to you, go within to that place of the Sun within yourself. Make your choice from the place of the Sun.

The holy Child has already decided to come Home. The holy Child has already decided to know Who she is, Who he is, to live from the place of divinity, and to live joyfully.

So whenever the world brings you the messages that it could be other than joyful, go quickly to the Temple of the Sun within yourself, the Christ of yourself, the expansive place where you know love itself, where you know that always you are valued, nurtured, and taken care of, that always the Christ returns Home, no matter how far he/she may travel.

The Christ of you abides in the Sun, in the divine brilliance and radiance within you, and that will always bring you Home. I know this to be true, so I speak it to you.

So be it.

Dear Ones,

Let us address what has happened and what is about to happen.

Even though you might not yet consciously be aware of the shifts, you have shifted your cellular structure dramatically in the past six months. The end result of that shifting can only be a shift of your life perceptions.

Perhaps you were raised in a community in which values and morals were strongly adhered to. Those values allowed you to move in a number of directions, but not in all directions. In a sense, those values were borders on your life much as a frame is a border of a piece of art.

You knew what was expected of you and what the results would be if you did not adhere to the values and morales of your community. Life was easy – much as life in a prison or a nunnery is easy. The stringent rules provided you with both a safety net and protection. And if you chose to disobey those rules, you were also pretty certain of the eventual outcomes. Your life was a pattern.

Those patterns have come to an end. And for those of you who doubt this truism, return yourself to that picture frame or pattern with the hope that your expected rewards will follow. You will find that even though the pattern may still exist, your rewards have altered dramatically. Your minister telling you that you are a gracious and loving human being will carry little weight if you do not feel those thoughts within you.

Your shift is that dramatic and that simple. Perhaps you have already experienced something of that nature. If you have not, you soon will. Your rewards have shifted and thereby your values. Your picture frame has dissolved and your knowingness of society’s truisms is no more.

Imagine how difficult it would be for you to rejoin society following 30 years of prison captivity. Think back to 1980 – the clothes, sexual activity (1980 was pre-AIDS), technology, slang, the fears and joy. All have evolved in that short period of time. Yet, values have remained somewhat consistent. It was inappropriate to murder someone in 1980 and it is inappropriate in your societal value system now. Even though the nuances may have changed, the picture frame remained somewhat consistent.

Your frame is no longer. There are no longer any borders or stop points for who you are.

This thought may frighten many. It need not. You are fully capable – and always have been, we may add – of determining your direction and values. If you would have consented to listen to your heart eons ago, this shift would not have been necessary or so dramatic. But then, you, as a group of human entities, decided that you wished to explore group thought before you delved into individual thought and actions.

Group thought is complete. It is time for you to determine what you value and who you are without input from your friends or relatives. You are the one!

Many of you fear that the removal of the picture frame will result in chaos. The opposite is true – but that theory can only be tested once you allow yourself to move at your own pace, in your own direction.

In truth, chaos can be the only result when a picture frame, a standard of values is created. You are all unique individuals; and the standard of values was developed to encompass the majority or those in power – leaving the rest to fend for themselves.

Did not the imposed value system of the last few eons include the church and all of those ensuing complications? Societal values or picture frames can never be too broad; or those in power lose control. So even though Christianity might have been important to many societies in the last few eons, it had to be the “right” Christianity. It was not enough to be Lutheran, you had to be Missouri Synod Lutheran.

All of your picture frames, value frames are extremely narrow whether you care to admit that or not. You only had a few available moves before you placed yourself beyond the frame.

Your life is now wide open. Even though that freedom feels delightful for those of you ho never could understand the need for the picture frame of values, it also is terrifying. Who will tell you if you are good or bad or right or wrong? Who indeed?

The good news is that you no longer have a picture frame of values. The bad news is that you no longer have a picture frame of values. This is a time of tremendous changes. You are both the initiator and the recipient.

We wish to reduce your fears and to have you understand the beauty of your new life. You no longer need the picture frame. Just as you no longer needed your parents to tell you what to do once you left home. Was that first freedom not terrifying and exhilarating at the same time?

So it is for you now. You no longer need your parents, your teachers, your spouse or your children telling you what to do. You know what you need to do to be joyful – follow your heart. We guarantee that as you allow yourself to follow your heart and thereby move into joy; you will create the new world of joy for yourself and others that has been prophesied.

Perhaps you will better understand this thought if we use an analogy of birds. Would not your bird watching and listening excursions seem quite dull if all birds looked and sounded the same? That is the society that you have attempted to create for eons. It did not work. It was too confining. If you doubt our thoughts, please listen to the news tonight. There is a religious war there, contention there and anger there. All radiating from others who either want you to fit into their picture frame of values or from you because you want others to fit into yours.

The picture frame of values that you have tried to adhere to for eons is not liberating – it is confinement at its worst. We are telling you that you now have access to your prison cell keys. Open your cell and run into the wind shouting at the top of your lungs, “I am free at last!” And so it is. Amen.
