Having the advantage of a near death experience and the over all view on the other side and this planet, I can say that we are victorious as beings who will not allow the insanity of war or poverty, it doesn't apply in this new era. Power is as God is, united in what works as a whole and for the greater freedom of all life. We have never, ever been alone, not in our thoughts or deeds. We are a conglomeration of star seed and the one source. Our main creator generously shares in the greater cause which is to explore, expand, and joyously create. Each being is one in a million and recieves infinite love from the pulse and center of their galaxy. It doesn't get any better than this. We have resources that are forever abundant and have been detained and kept secret and are now brought to light because we are also coming into the light. It is divine timing. Today is the day for tranquility, keep it low key. Unclutter and unwind and soak in the sun. Do something exotic and go to a place left unexplored or roll up blankets and hand towels and place under the neck and head with legs straight up against a wall. Envision a vacation, who would you take and what would be your agenda? Take a nap with a solid headboard behind you for support and give away items that are spikey, plants included. Have a warm bath filled with drops of essential oils bergamot, geranium or lavender to allleviate stress. Calmness will unfold when you use this breathing technique. Breathe in to unhurried counts of four…hold your breath for a count of four, take next breath to count of four. Repeat. Gather earth elements such as pebbles, feathers, driftwood or twigs, sea shells and study them. Tell loved ones you are happy for the joy they bring. Step back to leave the bad news behind and bring in harmonious living. Have informal mini meals and hydrate while asking a friend to join and have a trust circle.… Read the rest

In our school classroom we have a couple of animals. They interact with us after a trust system is established. Later they become more personal and come to you as you enter their habitat. They are curious and friendly. It is such a joy to know they are with us through out the day. I recently watched the movie dvd, "The Wild Parrots of Telegraph Hill." Who knew that wild birds could become close to you and expose an emotion? People have never given enough credit to our animal kingdom except Walt Disney who hosted a show with this title. All creatures like companionship as we do and display choices and decision making in the process of selecting a mate. I usually have an inner dialog with them by visualizing what I am thinking and then waiting for their response. They seek pleasure and amusement as we do and favor individuals that send out loving vibrations. I know that dogs, horses or cats are often amazed that I understand them and will return the favor my rubbing against me or extending their paw as a jesture of honor.… Read the rest

Many years ago I wouldn't wash my childrens hair in Johnson and Johnson baby shampoo because I didn't know what the ingredients in it were.  I trust less and less the products that are over packaged and over priced with unhealthy side effects.  The simple life is best.  We now in America have milk cartons in schools that say not a significant difference in hormone fed cows, where so many countries would have wisely banned such milk.   Americans are getting the worst products and the least healthy foods that are genetically modified.  Big is not better.  As I watch children eat yogurt with frozen strawberries in sugar on it one wonders who thought of this brainer idea….give them yogurt but loaded with cancer causing sugar.  A child brought into school natural gummy bears until I read the label and it had sodium nitrate written on it.   Then again it is allowed that floride ( causes cancer) can be in our faucets running full force and rampant.  It is imperative that all wake up to what they are being forced to ingest whether its the evening news or the radio, don't believe everything you hear or read. 

The perfect apple I just ate looked like it came out of a fairy tale yet even after washing the white streaks on the skin wouldn't disappear, the film was permanent.  It is no wonder that our glands are compromised every time we open our mouth.  If at all possible make your own bread or eat unleaven breads as so many brands have potassium bromide in them which will make one ill.  Leave your shoes at the door so that you don't carry the germs inside and drink liquor in small amounts as it is extremely drying to your skin and organs.  Rescue Remedy gum is available for those with anxiety but don't want any thing to cause addiction.  It is calming in the face of conflict.  Last night before I went to bed I heard a thud and crash.  Someone had decided to use our street as a raceway and were in a hurry and hit a parked car.  It is much better to slow down and digest life than plow your way through it.   In relationships do not have unnatural standards, acceptance is key, for we are going to have unique circumstances and must remain humane and respectful.    Take care to contact those who can make a difference in the produce being sold and the products being offered.  If you can stand up then stand for justice to have the best food and resources that should be available on this planet, we as a unit can change the business as usual policy.… Read the rest

The shadows in the light are receding. The more spiritually aligned you are, the more the body becomes translucent. It cannot tolerate heavy meals or heavy thoughts. Dark emotions have long stolen and obscured the light but not anymore because we are remembering in the beginning we were always pure love in action. Speak outloud that you are the light of the world that banishes fear and harnesses the healing energy of source. Drape yourself in the cloak of light of Christ that the only thing that can penetrate it is positive and uplifting. You can now forgive injury or any appearance of the illusion of ego as it has been cast aside so that truth may reign. A peaceful mind lives in harmony and affirms divine intelligence. Trust that you will be shown exactly what you need to know about any given situation. A leader listens to its inner voice and intuition.

Which witch is which?

This truly is my favorite time of year. Days wane, each night leaning toward winter’s chill. As the sun swings low across the sky, souls whisper in the shadows.

A sliver of moon rises early these mornings. At sunset, Venus presides in the western sky. Jupiter, her counterpoint, hails in the east. We’re held in the magic of the season.

Halloween isn’t just about tall hats and black cats, pumpkin patches and harvest fests. It’s a contemporary celebration of the traditional All Souls Day and Dia de los Muertos, and all of these are connected to the cross-quarter gateway called Samhain.

As the Sun crosses into Scorpio today, the veils between worlds thin. The air ripens with scents of the season. The completion of the Mayan Ninth Wave on October 28 adds to the mystery.
