A Message from Mira, from the Pleiadian High Council

Dear Ground Crew:

Has this past month or so been challenging for you? Are you feeling physical pain, having strong emotions, needing extra sleep or not being able to sleep at all?

Do you want to crawl back into bed in the morning and stay there? Are people in your life getting ill, passing away and/or acting strangely? Is time moving fast for you?

Have you noticed that you are having dreams or old feelings about things that are unresolved or that you thought were resolved? Are you getting positive feedback from others about your impact on them?

These challenges could be from a number of things. For instance, the physical symptoms could result from your sensitivity to the Earth and the changes that she is going through. We are one with the Earth so we feel her energy.

We are also going through what Archangel Gabriel (Benu channeled through Karen Cook www.benutoo.com) calls “mini life reviews.” Our Creator is gracing us with the ability to look at our lives while we are physically present. This could afford us the opportunity to rectify our deeds or to perhaps even see how loved we are and how we have helped others.

It is reported that around the planet “Mother Earth is ‘groaning’. People from many and different countries are reporting these strange and ‘weird’ creakings, groaning and bugling noises.” Is this from the tectonic plates shifting or from the poles shifting? What is the Earth telling us? We are all experiencing changes in our electromagnetic fields and so is the Earth. Mother Earth is speaking loudly and we need to pay attention.

On January 17th and 18th last week, I felt weird energies. It felt like the death of the third dimension. It also reminded me of the fall of Atlantis, or Lemuria. It did not feel good at all. The energies improved the next day. I wonder if any of you might have had a similar feeling on those days.

As ground crew we need to step up our work. That means we need to do our inner work such as meditation, prayer and journaling.

Whether it is due to our own issues or something global it is our charge to lend our love and Light where it is needed. Some crucial areas are the Middle East, particularly Iran, Israel, and Syria. These are pivotal places where we can call for divine intervention.

We have other focal points where work is needed like Japan, China, the Gulf of Mexico, the undersea volcanoes, and Haiti.

As we progress through the shifts and changes we still need to stay focused. We need to listen to our hearts because they will guide us about where to be at all times and what to do. By the end of 2012 we are bound to have cleared much of what is needed. We cannot take anything for granted.

As I said in my December 27, 2011 update, much will be required of us. We will do it together. We stand united in our heart’s desires to see all of this go through for the highest good.

Sometimes due to the challenges we have faced in life it is easy to get discouraged and to lose faith. In my Mother Mary Channeling class last night, Mary brought out the point that our Creator placed great faith in us when it was agreed that we could be here at this time.

She asked us to think about how much Prime Source believes in us and our abilities to assist each other and the planet with this ascension process.

Faith goes both ways. It is given. Life is a gift. Remember 80 years on the Earth is the equivalent of 8 minutes on the other side.

We have made it this far. Even if your life has not gone the way you would have wanted it to, you are still here. You have work to do and progress to make. It takes courage to move forward with faith. Even if you simply “Act as if” you will find that things will work out.

Of course, this always happens in divine right timing and divine order. It is not necessarily the way we think it should be.

A Channeled Message from Mira, from the Pleiadian High Council through Valerie Donner: January 26, 2012

Greetings, I am Mira from the Pleiadian High Council. We meet you with our open hearts and are your family.

We come from the Pleiades and are close to the Earth. We visit in ships and are present with the Earth. We stand by with our ships for the time that we can physically present ourselves to the populace of Earth. Some of us actually live with you. We appear as you appear and we have different roles to play and jobs to do. We are resolved to create this part of our purpose, to become a part of you. We know there are still issues for some of you and your governments. We are patient but the time is coming when we will make ourselves obvious.

There are numerous components to prepare for and plan for prior to our visits. It will not just be us but many others from different planets and star systems. We ask you for your openness to our arrival and your welcome. We offer only the best of the Pleiades and in turn we will meet with only the highest degree of goodness from the Earth. This is the way that we work and we are certain that you understand our viewpoint.

We offer love, peace, communication and understanding. This will be our focus. This is our plan. Your governments are aware of us and other members of the Galactic Federation. We have been around for a long time however this is the point at which we have been aiming for a long time. Our relationship with the Earth is of paramount concern and importance. We continue to know the significance of our connection for your well being as well as that of the Earth. Much is going to occur with the earth changes. We know that you could need our assistance and we are ready to provide it.

We tell the governments of the Earth that they can no longer hide the truth from you. This is the evolutionary time when all masks will be removed. You will see each other straight on and we will be there too. The process in which you now find the Earth is complex and will require co-operation for success. It means that only the truth and the Light will come through. You will begin to see that this is all that matters. What matters is important.

The Light of a new day is upon you. We will make our advances together. You will know what unity and peace will be like.

We leave today in love and in anticipation of a magnificent future.

Today we have shared a lot about what is going and how different the energies can be. Even though it feels like there is no foundation upon which to stand right now, we can ride the divine currents of our Creator’s plan. By having faith and trust in our Creator and ourselves we will accomplish what we came here to do.

I think we need to be committed every day to do our part. When we realize that our part plays a larger role in the divine unfolding we will be able to step into a larger roles.

From the spiritual realms we are pouring down an abundance of love and assistance as the moment for humanity’s awakening draws ever closer. Put yourselves into a relaxed or meditative state, open up your hearts in acceptance of it, experience the increasing sense of peace it brings you, and take confidence in the glorious outcome that awaits you. It is, without doubt, the most wonderful event ever to occur in your long and arduous progression through the illusion, because it is bringing you out of it!

It seems to you that this moment has been an extremely long time in coming, but in truth you have only been asleep momentarily, as you will fully understand when you awaken into the glory of Reality, where all are one with our gracious and beneficent Creator. Intense and everlasting joy is to embrace you and raise you into the natural and magnificent state that is your right, your heritage, and your destiny – perfectly harmonious and eternally creative Union with God. There is nowhere else but this; it is where you belong; it is Home.

Knowing the wonder of this divine Truth – as you do deep within yourselves, at the very center where all are One – allow it to percolate upwards into your conscious awareness where its divine energy will uplift and inspire you, giving you the strength to resist and disregard any attempts to undermine your confidence in God’s Will for your awakening.

There are still too many who are, for the present at least, firmly convinced that a harsh and judgmental deity is soon to bring cataclysmic destruction to planet Earth to punish the wicked and raise just a few “holy ones” to safety in heaven. And there are a few others urgently trying to convince them that this scenario is divinely willed and that all should be working to appease this being.

Focusing on possible disasters is an endemic problem for mankind, and only adds to the unnecessary and confusing misinformation being released and promulgated by a few whose sole aim is to disturb and upset you as you enter the last moments before your awakening. They are indeed very misguided, so send them love because you know that that is what they are truly calling for.

Remember, all are God’s beloved children, however unloving their behavior and however unlikely that prospect seems to you. All will return Home. When you send love to the seemingly unlovable you are also sending it to yourselves and thereby strengthening your own intent to awaken. Love is the only answer, and it is so in every situation. It dissolves all problems and issues, perfectly.

During the time remaining before you awaken, make it your conscious intent to spread love, compassion, acceptance, and forgiveness worldwide. You are all divine conduits through which your Father will direct His Love for the benefit of all on the planet if you will invite Him to do so. And reconfirm that intent every time you think of it – you cannot overdo it. Doing so moves you more firmly into that space within, where you can hear the Voice for God calling to you and reminding you of His eternal Love for you. There is nothing that you can do to change that; His Love for you is never withheld, and you should never believe anyone who would try to persuade you otherwise. All that you have to do is to open your hearts to receive and accept It.

You are all beings created in Love, from Love, who have temporarily become lost in a frightening, illusory environment where it seems that your very survival is almost constantly threatened. As you have been told many, many times, it is illusory, you are to awaken, and there is nothing to fear. So for the time that remains before you awaken, be happy, be upbeat, be inspiring, and encourage all forwards on the path Home.

Message today from the Creator

Dearest children it has been a little while since I last spoke through our dear child and to all of you. Yes, it is I the Creator, God or the Source to others. I AM your divine Father and I AM pleased to come forth and converse with you once again. Our discussions are always so delightful. The messages of late through our dear child here have been mainly concerning Self-Love, Self-Forgiveness, Self-Compassion; there has been transmissions regarding the invocation of the Violet Flame whenever possible and always Unconditional Love. Today’s discussion is to continue from all the wonderful Masters and angels that have transmitted through her of late.

I see many of my children expressing their love to everyone they meet and this is wonderful to see, but what I also see from many is what is in their hearts. And their spoken word does not match with how they truly feel. Masks are not necessary dearly beloved children when you are walking in the Light of your Divine Path to the Oneness of your I AM Presence. Sometimes the masks put on can fool people and sometimes the masks fool no one. A really in-tune person will see through any mask that you put on that impersonates the full meaning of what is being said. The only one who is being fooled is the one wearing the mask. I ask of you dear children to drop the masks and let your real true selves shine. Each of you are beautiful and bright and your truth is far more brilliant than any mask no matter how well it’s put on. Oh I see dearly beloved children, I see everything and I know what you are going to say before you actually do. I marvel at your creative ways you find when speaking with difficult people or how you behave during difficult situations. I have seen your struggles and I have comforted you many times even when some of you were unaware. Many times I have shined my light, illuminating you out of your dark moment and into the light again when you have asked for me. I love you dearly beloved children; I love every part that makes who you are. I have long since accepted every aspect that has created you into the person you are now. I do not condemn or criticize any of the life lessons you have learned; I praised you and cheered you, knowing you would come through when you were ready to face all that you had to. I love you completely and unconditionally everyday of your life and in every lifetime you have had. Knowing that I love you so deeply and endlessly, I ask of you to take some energy from this love and love yourself. Absorb my energy dearly beloved children, let it heal your hurts and calm your mind. I AM always here for you; not near as far as you may think at times.

I ask of you to love yourself because I wish for my children to live a full and happy life that is filled with the utmost joy and harmony. When you can truly love yourself you can truly love another and let them into your heart even with the risk of that love not being returned because to love unconditionally means you love without any expectations. You love for the sake of loving and the feeling it gives deep inside your heart. It makes your heart beat stronger and you feel good all over knowing you have given a part of yourself out of selfless action. When you do take the time to learn every little nook and cranny of yourself, you will understand and know from an internal knowing that you are really special. Being told you are special is not just pretty words to impress your ego, they are the truth. The many people who may have called you special may have seen a bit of your light, but when you take the time to look deep within, you will discover every detail that makes you so special and unique. Then you will learn it’s time to be more compassionate and kind towards yourself; treat yourself once in awhile to something nice. Honour yourself as often as you can; you deserve this my dearly beloved children. Your very presence is honoured every day by me and by all the many beings of the Divine Kingdom. I suggest to maybe take yourself out for a nice cup of tea at a favourite coffee/tea house, treat yourself to a candle lit bath that is loaded with delicate scents, allow quality time just for you; and if you must schedule it in and stick to it. You are important! My suggestions are only examples, each of you have creative minds and I see they are already at work thinking and planning and some of your are smiling… You will notice dear children how much lighter you will feel after honouring yourself, and doing something nice just for you. Your smile will be wider and your heart will most definitely be expanded due to the love you are expressing through your actions, your words, your thoughts and your feelings. And I love your smile, it is beautiful. Each time you smile dear child, it is like a ray of sunshine on a dark and cloudy afternoon. Smile more often dear children, breathe in more light and express your love at every occurrence throughout your day. The rewards you will find and receive will be astronomical.

Forgiveness can be a hard subject or idea for some of my dearly beloved children. This is only because they have not come to terms with the situation that needs forgiveness. Forgiveness is healthy and healing. But it requires readiness and understanding. To forgive without understanding why you are forgiving will not solve anything and will not move your forward on your journey into the light and Oneness you are seeking with yourself and your I AM Presence. Look hard at the situation, at the circumstances that lead to the situation becoming out of control or too difficult. Find the root cause and accept what it is. Release the negative energy that is there to me. I will take it away for you. Do this either verbally or silently in your mind. I will know and I will hear you. Then you forgive the person or persons involved quietly spoken or in your mind and you forgive yourself. This forgiveness removes you from any lingering guilt or other low negative energies that were attached to the situation. When you are able to achieve this my beloved children, you will be able to move forward without the pain remaining. You will be able to look back in time and not be grief stricken because your heart has not only grown but also matured. I have taught our child here to do this and she knows it very well. The incredible feeling you receive once this is done and you know deep inside that you are no longer effected by the situation will be your greatest reward. Your confidence in your own ability to heal your mind, body and spirit will keep you in awe for a very long time. Each of you dear children have the ability to heal yourself.

Some of you access the Violet Flame for self-healing and this is wisely recommended. It is there for you to use and to use it with the purest of intent as its light comes from the purest of sources. When you are moving from one challenge to another, forgiving, clearing and so on; it is advised to invoke the Violet Flame to transcend any negative emotion, disharmony or discord that may have attached itself to your own spirit that will end up effecting your mind and boy if not dealt with.

I AM very proud of all of your accomplishments. There is nothing you have achieved that is considered small by me. No matter the size of achievement or how far up the ladder you have climbed, I AM proud. With the many angels that support you and of course your guides; you did the work. It was your sweat, your effort that got you there. The spiritual beings that are with you can only guide you to choices, they cannot choose for you. You have gained so much knowledge dear children from the choices you have made and some of them have taken you on a long road. There is no wrong on the direction you took. What matters is what is in your heart now dear children and that you have love for yourself and that love is unconditional and you are able to freely share this love openly with all that cross your path on your journey that is bringing you closer and into my own Light and that of your dear hearts. Your I AM Presence dear children is always with you. It only needs tweaking, “fine tuning” as I like to say. I urge you to become one with yourself and let your I AM Presence shine as it’s meant to – bright as the sun.

I have enjoyed our discussion dear children. I AM pleased every time you include me in a part of your life that has nothing to do with lessons or challenges. I do like a cup of tea now and again. And even if you cannot see me or feel my presence, KNOW in your heart that I AM there and we can have the most pleasant of talks. I look forward to it!

Each of you is a joy and a pleasure that fills my heart with an abundance of love that will never, ever end.

The awareness that something big is shortly to occur is rising into the consciousness of nearly everyone on Earth. And so it should! You have been praying and intending to awaken for a very long time, and now the progress you have made is becoming visible all over the world in the form of people’s concern for the well-being of others. It has been a long journey to arrive at this point in your spiritual evolution, and from here there is no going back. You are all set to continue, and your progress is accelerating as you become ever more aware of your divine spiritual essence and of your desire to be truly Yourself – the being of infinite value and integrity that God created eons ago.

Life on earth has been traumatic, stimulating, confusing, and painful, and by experiencing it you have been presented with the lessons that you chose to learn as part of your spiritual evolution. You have now reached a stage where you can learn the remaining lessons far more quickly because you are far more willing to let go of grudges and judgments as you realize that they serve no useful purpose in your lives. They merely add to the confusion and pain of the illusion. This realization is a massive step forward after eons in which judgment, condemnation, and revenge were generally considered to be not only the natural retaliatory response to any offense committed against you, but also your duty in order to regain your honor.

The ineffectiveness of these attitudes – well demonstrated by the never-ending series of wars between nations and feuds within families – has at last been properly recognized. New methods of dealing with disagreements and conflicts are now being successfully developed to ensure that, in the new age that is approaching, all will have access to impartial mediation to enable all disputes to be resolved amicably for the benefit of all concerned. Peace on Earth is most definitely possible, and it will be achieved.

The satisfaction that these new, and initially unusual, ways of interacting with one another provides will lead to an increase in humanity’s communicative abilities, as the previous apparent need for obfuscation and confusion to protect one’s interests fades away and is replaced by honesty and transparency. Consequently, everyone will be heard and their needs taken into consideration as decisions are made for the benefit of all. Because of the transparency in discussion and negotiation everyone will understand why decisions have been made and it will be quite clear that no one has been disadvantaged for the benefit of another. What a different world you are building!

These changes are now coming into effect very widely as humanity makes the transition from living independently and self-centeredly to living generously with awareness and concern for all life. They are profound changes to make, and they will beneficially assist all to live graciously in the cleansed and renewed earthly environment that your new ways of behaving are going to bring to fruition. It is indeed a most exciting time to be living on Earth because you will see with amazement what can be achieved when all cooperate to provide a stable, friendly, and beautiful living environment for all to enjoy.

Your different cultures and ethnicities, which previously seemed only capable of dividing you into diffuse warring factions, will now come together to share and honor their diversity, and to create new and beautiful ways of interacting in art, dance, literature, and music. There is indeed much to look forward to in the times ahead. As you move forwards on your path to awakening, allow your anxieties to fall away. Do not focus on them; just remind yourselves that the divine Will is always achieved and that it is the divine Will that you awaken. There will be moments, or days, when you feel dispirited, enervated, depressed; this is part of the illusion, and like the weather they will pass, because the illusion is ephemeral and insubstantial. Reality is eternal, everlasting, and that is where you truly have your existence, and it is into Reality that you are scheduled to awaken. Deep within yourselves you know this. Focus on it and bring it about – it is your inevitable destiny.

The way that humans experience life is due to change dramatically for the better in the very near future. For eons, conflict, distrust, and betrayal have been the standard modes of behavior for the vast majority of those living on Planet Earth, and for that majority it is almost impossible to conceive of any other way because it appears to be standard and normal, and to actually trust anyone would seem to invite betrayal and would therefore be insane. Instead of trusting, you invest in defense, believing that that is the most effective way to ensure your safety, and from there you come to the next logical conclusion, namely, that the best form of defense is attack. Wars are started and suffering is your constant companion.

Guides and teachers have been constantly pointing out to you the fallacy of this belief system for a very long time. Now, at last, their wisdom is being heard and understood by enough of you to enable great changes in the ways that you interact and communicate with each other – whether within families or nation to nation – to be put into operation for the benefit of all on the planet. These changes are part of the divine plan that is leading you forwards towards the moment of your awakening into your natural and fully-conscious state, and they have reached a momentum that is unstoppable and irreversible.

Many of you, when you read this, may say: “Yes, we have heard all this before, so show us the proof.” Well, the proof is all around you if you would make the choice to see it instead of focusing so much of your attention on the problems across the world. These are far outnumbered by the numerous instances of loving behavior that are demonstrating the enormous power that love has to bring about change of a most dramatic nature. Also, because of where so many are focusing their attention and thus allowing themselves to be distracted from the task at hand – spreading the Light, the Love, and the Trust – constant reminders are necessary. Furthermore, the conflicts and problems worldwide that appear so alarming and insoluble are in fact the dying remnants of a system that has incontrovertibly proved that it can never achieve the peace, stability, and abundance for all that it ‘claims’ are its aims.

Change is in the air, and only those who are totally in denial can pretend to be unaware of this. You can sense it, you can feel it, you can taste it, and you occasionally get the feeling that all is well, that all manner of things are well, and although you are mostly unable to identify any physical reason or cause, you feel uplifted and optimistic. Well, you are experiencing the effect of the divine energy field that is enveloping the planet and encouraging you to shine your light and to share your love indiscriminately. When you do so you feel further uplifted. It is not a figment of your imagination – that’s the illusion. It’s an indicatory glimpse of who you really are, and it makes a delightful change from the sense of almost total insignificance that you can experience when you choose to see yourselves as small, powerless individuals – just one of the many billions of apparently insignificant beings on the planet. That view, illusory as it is, is strongly encouraged by the old, decaying system of hierarchies of power, in which the few control, betray, deceive, and suppress the many. And its rate of decay is accelerating.

Focus on the loving attitudes and behaviors that are rapidly replacing, permanently, the old, inharmonious, and divisive ways. The power of your love, exponentially strengthened and intensified by the divine Love field in which you have your eternal existence, is dissolving the illusion, which cannot withstand its tremendous onslaught of gentleness and kindness, as it flows ceaselessly across the planet, nudging you all into new ways of behaving and into new ways of responding to one another. The love that you have always felt for each other as God’s divine children is seeping into your conscious awareness and showing you the way Home.

Well dear ones it is finally here. We have all waited a long time for these energies. We have each held the light steadfastly with open arms and a clear heart awaiting the cycle change. When I first started working with the 2012 energies, I thought I would be an old woman by the time they finally got here, but alas I’m still a kid at heart and actions. We all have cleansed upgraded and cleared away as much debris as we can from our stream of life and now we all sit at a turning point. I have no expectations of 2012 only a higher hope.

The number 20 means Active Knowledge of both good and evil and consciously choosing good. It is service to others, spiritual upliftment guidance, ‘unveiled service’ a call to light duty. Soul selves’ become activated, being truly aware of ones inner light. Direct your powers along positive channels, a call to action.

The number 12 means a complete cycle of experience. There were 12 precious stones in the oracle breastplate of the high priest, set in gold with God’s unidentified names. The soul attracts that which it needs to learn. Reversal of negativity. The Zero means to blend with God’s presence, open new doorways, and new opportunities. Bear the cross in order to see the crown.

12-21-2012 (Portal of 11 Time Shift)  Within this truth lives all doorways in and out of time. A mirror image is produced, holographic of nature. Will all of our dreams or fears been thrown at us on this auspicious day? Will we even know what as transpired as we shift effortlessly into the next cosmic time zone. A Solar White Mirror reflects what we are 360 degrees. Like one who has had a death experience and lives to tell, we will experience the panorama of our every thought and action and how it has affected others.  When we take one-step into what is to be, we shift the future. Like the movement of a butterfly's wing, our every action touches all. It is not fate versus free will it is fate and free will. A vision is jut a snapshot into a possible future.

12-21-2012 is an Eleven gateway The DNA spiral grows restless and seeks a new doorway. Seeing divine guidance from the inner resources within ones own light awakens a connection that cannot be plugged in any other way.  A divine sensitivity is awakened. the forces of Eleven have the power to change history in the making. Eleven teaches us every problem comes as a divine solution. This energy tries and tests our faith and our belief system. It forces us to listen to that small, still voice within, the silent witness. It reminds us we are all vast beings who have come to earth to help with the healing and awakening process. It asks you to locate the light within and share it with all. Eleven is our Best Friend and Teacher.

Chinese New Year 2012 - Year of the Black Water Dragon

Dragons are the embodiment of primordial power - the ultimate ruler of all elements. The Dragon is the master of: Fire, Water, Earth, and Wind. As a totem, the Dragon serves as a powerful guardian and guide. Dragons are also messengers of balance, and magic - encouraging us to tap into our psychic nature and see the world through the eyes of mystery and wonder. A Dragon can be a powerful ally in our daily effort to live our lives.

The early Chinese believed in four magical, spiritual, and benevolent animals; the Dragon, the Tortoise and the Unicorn and the Phoenix. The Dragon was the most revered of all. In its claws, it holds an enormous magical pearl-like egg, which has the power to multiply whatever it touches. The ancients believed the "egg" symbolized the most precious treasure, which was Wisdom. Dragon eggs are said to share their magical energies with their owners. Invariably accompanied by thunder and rain, dragons move like lightning and whirlwinds - - all powerful yet totally unpredictable.

Dragon medicine includes change and transformation, wisdom, infinity, longevity and movement through space. Dragon's power is that of shedding its skin and coming out as a new, transformed being. The dragon provides us with fierce protection and possesses inherent magic, adding extra power to any thought you may have. Dragon represents the supernatural and infinite self. Dragon can ward off wandering evil spirits, protect the innocent and bestow safety to all that hold his egg. Dragons brings with it ultimate abundance, prosperity and good fortune. The Dragon is the ultimate representation of the forces of Mother Nature, the greatest divine force on Earth. From the very start, Dragons were seen as guarding treasures, holding back the floods, and dispensing knowledge. Originally, it was believed that the dragons were the ones who talked directly to the Gods.

Dragon is full of life, bravery, Extremely independent and freedom-loving, Dragon needs an environment that allows personal creativity. Dragon are dreamers, love adventure, and believe that they are destined to achieve great success. Dragon wants to make a huge impact on the world. if Dragon takes action to realize dreams, there is no limit to the heights that can be achieved. .In ancient China, the celestial Dragon represents an emperor and power. The winds of change in the synchronistic wheel of change blow out the old and give death to the old bearing blood of life again as never known before. a door is opening, the door of truth is open and you have opened yourself up to the blood of life and let flow blood like a river of rubies. The river of life's stream is strong as are you. follow this divine flow. for it is the path of eternal summer and within every river of life there is a lesson and answer to what is by asking what isn't? The answer is in front of you. it is what it is. it is true and real as are you. what you have chosen to be with you on this journey this incarnation is your divine answer in persons and experience.

Suffering Is but an illusion created by ego to make us “think” love is not real, but the truth is your being was quantum love from the moment you created your essence, quantum love has never stopped, quantum love is all  it is your past, it is now, it is the future, suffering does not exist, quantum love always was and will always be, your essence is now and infinitely the catalyst of quantum love above and quantum love below.

The phase now is a learning lesson where we learn that physical relationships and connections ,too, do not have suffering exist at all and we are learning just that now, that in physical relationships to suffering does not exist . A physical relationship where two people are enjoying each other simply and being because they can be themselves in the relationship and when this is present and felt suffering doth not exist and simply lets both beings live their path independently when not in a moment together ,and then also lets them enjoy their path of togetherness when in moments their path comes together . This is a physical relationship without suffering .a self relationship without suffering is already felt and can then be carried on and then shared with another. Because with self they have learned that true enlightenment is the continuation of going on with the flow without suffering and so then can with another sharing end simply being as with self in divine love but in a shared experience of love that is true and real just as how they did with themselves in learning that first that love awoken in self true and real creates a respite from suffering ,so then does it as they share that love with another as they enjoy a connection of joy in two beings simply flowing and just being ,but enjoying being together on a shared path.

Enjoy just being with another in an experience of relationship on all levels, mental, physical, emotional ,spiritual and soul level without suffering ,as I have discovered through experience in myself a relationship is possible without suffering so now leads the lesson as we move into a relationship shared with another where suffering doth not exist.

Sananda- All of the things that many of you have postponed in life due to fear consciousness, which has been so prevalent for so many of you beloved ones - we admonish you to fully release this and claim your infinite potential as limitless creative beings in the kingdom of God.

You are a divine perfect child of the Creator of the Universe who has made you in this image, wonderfully and beautifully replete.

It is only in a moments and states of forgetfulness - in falling in line with many others in a forgetful state that have collectively agreed on a limited fear ridden illusion that has brought so many of you hardship and powerlessness.

It is important now in this time beloved ones to forgive all those who have seemingly wronged you. To forgive and shed love on everything that comes into your conscious awareness – these things will be forgiven, and you will be able to move further away from them, and they too will be able to move forward as you move forward.

Ascension is ascending inward to the divine inheritance that has been placed inside you, and in doing so remember that you cannot take the dense vibratory energies into the higher vibrations / dimensions of light.

There is a great shift taking place in this most monumental time as many ascension energies are being extrapolated to not only the collective consciousness but also to those who are holding the Cosmic / Christ consciousness at this time on your sphere.

Interlinking hearts and minds through the Cosmic / Christ consciousness grid are allowing energies from the higher dimensions to anchor through you beloved ones that are doing the work on the “ground” here in the denseness of this reality.

Many of you are getting the most tremendous swings of energetic integration, especially in concordance to where you are physically placed, as you are anchoring these energy harmonics into the areas simply with your presence here on the third dimensional level which is in the process of shifting into the octaves of the fourth dimensionality.

Liken it as a few very strong anchored beings of light playing tug of war with the rest of awakening humanity. This is a concept that we can use to try and bring to your minds just what many of you are experiencing and going through now in a very tug of war like state of energetic resonance.

We understand that it can be tiring in these bodily frequencies but we admonish you to remain steadfast in these times, always taking inventory and being cognizant of those things becoming exposed in the new energy now being spiritually applied to the collective which simply needs lovingly cleared away from your conscious awareness.

Remain steadfast and strong in the light and in the heart of your universe Creator and all will be well.

You are all being guided and are loved beyond any conceivable notion, simply remain open to our guidance and you shall have it.
