The progress that humanity’s spiritual development has made over the last half-dozen decades is truly phenomenal, as you moved from inflexible self-righteousness to a willingness to question your beliefs and investigate their validity. This has enabled you to understand how limited is your ability to differentiate between truth and untruth using only the power of reasoning. To reason, you have to have a starting point and a set of assumptions from which to develop your argument; if the assumptions you choose are incorrect then the whole exercise becomes meaningless. If further information becomes available, the assumptions can be changed and a new argument developed. Obviously, your scientific knowledge has grown as a result of working in this fashion, as old assumptions found to be incorrect are replaced in ongoing scientific research, but progress is slow and tedious.

Spiritual progress occurs when you allow yourselves to listen to your intuition – the gentle nudging that suggests an alternative way to look at an issue. It requires you to reassess previous assumptions, or conclusions made when you had difficulty accepting that the views of others with whom you disagreed might have some validity. As you acknowledge the divine Flame within you, you become more loving, enabling you to be more accepting of others and their views instead of dismissing them out of hand; you recognize that they, like you, are working their way through suffering and disappointment, and need your love not your judgment.

Open discussion is the only satisfactory way to resolve issues. When those attempting to resolve issues have firmly held views and refuse to consider the possibility of changing their position, discussion becomes fruitless. In your illusory environment there is no perfect answer to a problem; perfection is only found in Reality. In the illusion, open discussion and negotiation to resolve problems are essential, and everyone involved must honestly and lovingly search for solutions that benefit all who will be affected by them. You have progressed to the point where you know this is true. Nevertheless, some still do not honor the need to respect others and treat them honestly and fairly, which is why there are still so many conflicts in so many areas of human endeavor.

As Light-bearers your task is to bring this to the attention of all with whom you interact, gently but firmly. This is best done by being very aware of your own feelings as situations develop, and by ensuring that your input or responses are not emotionally charged. If they are, then you are operating from your ego, which is very likely to result in attacking or defensive reactions from those with whom you are interacting – loved ones, friends, work associates, corporations, governments, or nations – whatever level of human society is involved. Obviously it can be slow and painstaking work, but it really is the only effective way to achieve problem-solving results that satisfy everyone.

Be the Light-bearers that you truly are, and come to all situations bearing love and respect, so that trust can be established and meaningful discussions ensue. When you succeed with this method of interacting and issues are resolved to the satisfaction of all, everyone leaves feeling uplifted by the experience of being respected, honored, and trusted. Honoring people in this way helps them to uncover the divine Flame within them, possibly for the first time, and nudges them towards awakening. Everyone wants to awaken, but many are afraid to do so. By honoring and trusting them you ease their fear and assist them enormously in their awakening process.

I've decided there are some things in life I wish to view very lightly--  Surprising behavior from people I know; definitely the news and many world events...  And so, in this aspiration to be more easy with life, I have been exploring my experiences and realizing: nonchalance requires trust.

To be nonchalant means having an air of ease toward all of life.  It's a wonderful quality and I love even that the definition uses the word "air."  Who doesn't enjoy the experience of taking something challenging or difficult lightly?  Its such a relief!  The flip side of this is taking something tremendous and awesome lightly as well.

Oh--you weren't counting on that? 

The Buddha is quick to remind us of not attaching to anything--good or bad.  Or whatever--I know we're moving beyond labels, the point is, that over-identifying or holeding onto anything isn't really helpful in cultivating ease.

There is a fine line between raising our eyebrows and seeing, making adjustments to create future experience and moving on and vehemently pushing something away--thus amplifying it and engaging with it even more. 

There is also a fine line between savoring and clinging.  It all has to do with being in the flow in the moment.  For example the other day my cat, Astra, came up and I was petting her--which she was loving and I was loving--and then she walked away and I was watching her walk and I was lingering in this moment of communion we had just shared and watching her, I was surprised when she leapt to the window having seen a bird.  And I realized: that's it!  She's already moved on, and even if its only for a little bit, I'm still there--back in the past in my emotions with the experience.

I realize whenever I don't respond to life this way--with nonchalance--that it all comes down to some un-free behavior or habit, some limiting idea, some viewpoint out of sync with the source flowing within me, ultimately, with a lack of trust on my part.  Like maybe I won't get another moment like this.  Or somehow not thinking every moment can be one I can entirely enjoy.

This makes me think about washing the dishes or chopping wood--you know, all those Buddhist ideas that remind us that we can enjoy anything if we bring our full presence to it.  It's true you know. 

So I see how nonchalance requires me to consider what exactly DO I believe about life?  Do I see all moments as equal?  Do I expect each moment to be as capable of profound joy as any other?  Is the incredible expansion of channeling a message--is that experience more ripe for happiness then making coffee?  If I am an eternal divine being capable of limitless bliss, am I actually approaching life from a place trusting this to come forth and tuning into it?

Do I truly trust in my own divinity?  In the divine timing, the divine orchestration of life?  Not just as an idea, but am I living-breathing-being with this as my reality? 

Furthermore, do I truly embrace my capacity to create my experience, feeling ultimately so powerful that whatever shows up that I inadvertently created not to my liking can simply be smiled at as a reflection of my own carelessness of focus and re-shaped to my own liking?

This is the subtle meanderings of our newness flowing forth.  We realize that we are indeed capable of anything and although I choose wonder, awe, bliss, inspiration, amazement, love, abundance, clarity, focus, playfulness and many other experiences, I also too choose to have my energy in life flow through choice rather then being triggered by the reflections that catch me off guard and are not really in the vibe I want to experience.

Like Astra who knowingly plays with her reflection in the closet mirrored door, I want to play with the reflections of my state of being--noticing and when I feel inclined, adjusting. 

Choosing nonchalance toward life means not being casual but being filled with faith.  It is an essential ingredient to a peaceful heart.  Only by relating to life with a trusting cooperative approach am I able to experience the diversity of aliveness and my own countless creations with the perpetual eye of a powerful creator and enjoy it all.

Playfulness is a wonderful and essential part of life, a luxury that all of us have access to.  Choosing nonchalance and empowerment for me brings forth a playfulness to life that I find helps me have fun, relax and in this state of relaxation ideas, connections, energy and clarity flow forth in abundance.  I am also learning that I can trust in this--by continually choosing my state of being I remain in a perpetually creative vibration that yields moment after moment of joy.  Wow. 

The value of self-trust is obvious.  Experiencing it deeply is another thing.  I am learning it may be cultivated--by keeping my word and commitments to myself, which first of all means making commitments with care--considering if I am truly want to make this choice and live it.  The more I keep my word to myself, and live my life making my own happiness and joy the first priority, the greater self-trust I experience. 

How are you at trusting yourself, the Universe, life in general?  And what helps you to feel this feeling, deepen it, identify with it, and literally become it?  If that interests you.  It certainly interests me, and I'd love to hear from you on what your experience is.

Nonchalance for all!  Yes indeed.  Well for anyone that's interested anyway--that's my intention today.  In my world ease is definitely IN.

"Your Body Is Your Temple"

Beloved Ones,

This month of June is a full and challenging month for you. It is a time of much cleansing and clearing, a time to step forth and take the path of highest light. Many of you are experiencing extreme physical challenges. We ask you to take more care of your physical vessels. If you strain your physical vessel, and push it to much, you will not be able to maintain the integrity of ascension. By this we mean, integrated ascension, ascension with ease and grace, and well being. When you abuse your bodies through the substances you put into it, the liquids you drink, and the foods that you eat, you only make the path more difficult for yourselves.

When you reach a certain plateau, a certain light quotient, you will have absorbed as much light as you are able to contain. Your God Self is limitless, expansive, all encompassing, and eternal divine light, yet it is the game you chose to play in which you encased yourselves in a physical body. To move forth with ease and grace, once you have reached a certain light quotient, you will find that you must begin to come into physical alighment more fully, if you have not already. Your inner guidance will let you know that you are in a sense, being held back in raising your consciousness, until your physical body has come more into alignment.

Beloved ones, we ask you to practice moderation in all things. Moderation in the foods that you eat, the liquids you drink, and all that you put into your body. Your body is a Temple for your God Self, and this is you. Take care of your blessed temple. Love it honor it, nurture it and it will love you and respond to you.

You may meditate and speak to your body elemental, as we have asked you to do, and you may assist your body greatly, in staying in alignment. Be attuned to your inner wisdom, it will never lead you astray. Many of you would benefit through the releasing of habits such as cigarettes and alcohol. Many of you would do well to consider eating more raw vegetables, more raw foods, which are the living light of God. These foods contain the life force needed to sustain your body through ascension. These foods are filled with the building blocks which sustain, and create new tissue, and build your healthy body. Yes, you are building your light body, but please do not neglect your physical body. It will respond to you with vibrant health, but you must go the distance through these challenging times. You are meant to enjoy the pleasures of earthly life, in a physical body, which is vibrantly healthy, a body of eternal youth. When one has the choice, most choose a body with a physical structure and age of about thirty five years. You are returning to this, dear ones, it is available much sooner than any of you are expecting.

Dear Ones, remember to savor the journey, remember to enjoy this journey living each now moment. It is why you are here, to savor the pleasure of having a physical body, to savor your pleasure in the highest emotions of unconditional love, joy, peace, harmony, and beauty, and to enjoy the eternal abundance which is your divine birthright. The more choices you make which are aligned with God's will within you, the more quickly you will be able to enjoy these bounteous gifts. You will enjoy ease and grace and synchronicity in your lives, and miracles will occur. When you savor the journey, you are also living in the now moment. This is the moment where all your power is, dear ones. This is the moment when you are creating. The past is complete, and you must plan for the future, but live in the Now. The Now is your creative power. The Now is your divine connection with the All That Is. The Now is everlasting, never ending, and it is bliss, if you choose to stay on the straight and narrow path and make it so.

The straight and narrow path is also the path of impeccability, and yes dear ones, it seems so much to do, but the higher you raise your consciousness, how much better do you feel? Do you not find these moments where life is joyous and glorious, and more and more these moments are occurring and they become days, as you learn to live in the love of your sacred heart? We know so many of you have reached this level and we know that once you have, you will never stop reaching for self mastery. The love, the joy, the peace, the harmony, and the abundance is free flowing in your lives and you now have a sample of what your earthly journey will be. Dear Ones, keep your focus on what is good around you, and see the good in all others around you. As you do this, you will encourage them to live their highest truth and there will be a highest outcome for all. Your world expands to an even greater brightness.

Forge ahead, beloved ones, with dedication and determination, as you remain in the love of your sacred heart. I am always with you.

You Are the Inviter

We are here to embrace you with our deep gratitude and to once again acknowledge your courage to be the anchor for the divine changes that are unfolding upon your planet and within the consciousness of humanity.

It is your daily actions that are supporting and bringing about these changes. Never doubt for a minute the conscious power that you have at your request. Recognize, own and acknowledge yourself as the true multidimensional being that you are. This is deep soul awareness and claiming, this recognition, this ownership of you as an aspect of divine consciousness. It is this awareness that you bring and embody in your physical form; anchor this knowing in your body and bones.

Your physical form is the vehicle, which allows your multidimensional self to take action in this dense dimension and reality. It is in this divine partnership that you are most effective in bringing about change. We acknowledge that the physical aspect of being can and often does take most of your attention and focus. We are just inviting you to merge your cosmic consciousness with your daily activities. It is from this heightened state of awareness that you influence the energy fields surrounding each activity.

The potent vibrations and frequencies from the galactic and celestial beings are triggering this heightened state of mind. There is tremendous internal activation occurring within each and every human. Many who do not have a framework for what is happening are merely pushing against this awakening. They are resisting this energy that is flooding their own vibrational fields. They are resisting the realization that they are more than a physical body. They are holding on to the dense dysfunctional reality out of fear of change.

You dear one who are reading these words understand that you are a significant part in the evolution of consciousness. Each and every time that you acknowledge your partnership with the celestial realms, each and every time you claim your ability to anchor a strong vibration of healing, love or compassion, you are doing your work and service. When your multidimensional self is recognized and then anchored into the body, you offer to all those you encounter a vibration and frequency that activates their own knowing. Humans are at all times exchanging energy data, vibrations and frequencies that are beyond the spoken words.

When you offer a powerful vibration of love, joy or gratitude you are literally gifting everyone you meet with the embrace of a coherent energy. This can and does trigger a matching response within the other. It is entrainment. This is one aspect of service you can offer no matter what you are doing or with whom, this is who you are in the collective, you are an up-lifter, and you are a life-enhancer.

Now you can consciously add verbal acknowledgments to your encounters with others. Humans long to be recognized and appreciated. Everyone wants to be witnessed and heard. It is from your multidimensional self that you radiate acceptance and understanding of your fellow humans. Each time you offer encouragement, gratitude and compassion to another, you are adding more light awareness to the collective.

Recognizing your own multidimensional self, anchoring this energy into your physical vehicle and then calling upon the divine beings of love and light to partner with you as you walk in this dimension of reality, is the most powerful action you can consciously take. It is the act of an awake, aware being who realizes that they are a portal, a doorway for divine energy to come forth.

It is your birthright, to connect and actively work with the beings of light and love. This is a free will planet and as such, the beings of consciousness in the non-physical realms will only observe until they are invited. They will offer their loving frequency, however there must be a human to anchor that frequency, to be the chalice to welcome and express their loving support. Therefore, it is important that you become the chalice, the anchor and the inviter.

When you realize your ability to connect with the loving beings of consciousness you expand your work and service to this planet and humanity. You can then take an active part in the transformation of consciousness in partnership with divine beings of healing, angels and archangels, galactic brethren, star elders, the consciousness of the elements and the elementals.

It is through you that they are able to support and assist in your planet's evolution. You are the human who invites and welcomes their presence. Your heart portal then becomes the doorway for their love and light to come through. Your aware focus and intention can direct this cosmic and divine energy to the various conflicts and tragedies on the planet.

Each time you witness an event that expresses some aspect of dysfunction, call upon and invite these celestial energies to uplift and transmute what is occurring. There are no limitations here; when you activate the call, when you consciously invite, there will always be a response. Hold the intention for the highest and the best results to unfold for all that are involved. Hold the intention of harm to none.

Remember to use your personal power to focus and honor all life. You are the inviter; you are the portal, the chalice that is allowing this divine consciousness, these potent vibrations of life enhancing support to bathe this reality.

It is in this divine partnership with your personal guides and teams that your true mastery is coming about. You are a galactic being here to uplift the consciousness of this planet. Step into this knowing, realize that there are no limitations; you are an energy alchemist owning the ability to transmute and transform dense energy in partnership with the celestial beings of light and consciousness.

When you are in this divine partnership, your every action becomes sacred. You begin to infuse every particle of physical reality with divine light and love. You become a blessing to everyone and everything. You recognize and appreciate your oneness with all.

You acknowledge the incredible beauty, wonder and exquisite offerings of your physical reality. You honor the unique qualities of others as you offer your loving vibrations and compassion for their trials and challenges. You appreciate the awesome diversity of all life forms. You begin to live in a state of grace, anchoring this vibration no matter what is occurring around you. You hold and secure the vision of a world of peace and wholeness.

This is why you are here. This is your gift. We realize that the physical reality that is your life with your loved ones, your activities, your doubts and worries, can sometimes push aside your true remembering. We are here to remind you of your magnificence. We are here to remind you to claim your unlimited power as the master alchemist that you are. We are here to honor and acknowledge you, to witness and appreciate all that you do.

We embrace you with our love and deep respect for your courage. Call upon our support, call upon support and assistance from the galactic and celestial realms of divine love and light. Remember you are the inviter, you are the anchor, you are the portal. The 'team'

Embracing the Divine Feminine Aspect Within to Create Balance

Greetings! This is Lord Sanada. Thank you once again for being with us. It is my pleasure to be your host and spokesbeing for the Christ Consciousness. I so look forward to these times that we are connecting. It is a beautiful exchange and it helps each of us to connect with each of you more deeply than you ever could realize. Tonight is a heart opening night as Meleriessee was explaining. I want everyone to breathe deeply within our heart center. We're going to open up that emotional frequency this evening. We're going to allow those areas that have been lost in a deepness core of your lotus heart into the chamber of the heart chakra. There may be elements in there that you are not aware of that are going to come up. We're going to allow the vibbration of the energies to take hold. Tonight is preparation. Preparation again, once again, preparation seems like were doing alot of preparation in this last weeks. We would like you to be fully aligned with your soul's purpose. And not everyone is going to feel the intensity that others are may be feeling it. Whatever pathway, whatever incorporation you are bringing with you forward in this time is where your supppose to be. So ask each of you in this moment to open up your heart. Would you like it to be wider than it is now? Would you like elements to come more fully within your life? Let's take a breath and think of 5 things.

First, let's get an idea of what we are looking for this evening. I want you to take 5 elements that you may be holding on to , and maybe there is a blockage within your life, or maybe you don't even know there is a blockage. What if you wanted a relationship so badly, and you know someone who wants this relationship also, but that person is not ready to open up their heart to you? What if you are thinking you have your heart open to them, but there may be a pocket blocked away that is not allowing the energy to come into your being, because it could be the most powerful relationship you have ever experienced in a physical sense that is overwhelming beause of the higher frequency. What if you receive the funds that you are looking for to fully give you freedom, but a part of you is afraid to receive those funds? You want them, you want them desperately, but what if it is so deeply seeded within you that it would completely change your life. What if you are desiring change, so deeply, yet within that change your not quite ready to uproot yourself? These are the elements that we want you to look at that may be holding you back. It's going to be different for each of you. If you don't have 5 things that you totally need to move into, that's quite alright, we're giving you the choice of 5 elements this evening to fully release.

What we are doing is preparing you for the lunar eclipse and full moon. How is this going to happen? Well this energy that is coming up in this next week is about expansiveness and balance. So how can we be expanding our frequency, if we don't have total balance within us. So what that is going to happen is that it is going to bring up those elements that are not quite ready within you to be released. And when I say not ready within you, I'm not talking about your heart center, I'm not talking about mental, I'm talking about the cellular pockets that are deep within you at the core of your essence that you have been holding onto for eons and eons of time. You have been going through your pathways in a certain manner, you come into body, and take on a creation that your soul monad is guiding you through the rays of god as your attuned to the rays of god within your soul and your monad. This really develops your personality and how you are interacting in your physical body, and your emotional and your mental.

This evening we are going to open up that heart center with love and compassion and beauty of the divine mother. It's going to be a different night for everyone. The combination of the divine mother and the divine father god will come through but most of the energy will be centered upon the feminine divine within each of you. We want you to fully embrace your heart and your expansiveness as you never have before. So I sit here, in this moment, within this woman to share with you, the development of your souls essence fully embodied within your physical as we have been assisting you with. We assist you, each week with these activations, because little by little each of you are getting it, allowing it to happen, you're wanting it to happen, and now the time we are going to come to the culmination of the development and allow yourself to expand in the most beautiful way possible.

Let's take a deep breath. Within that deep breath, I want you to open up your heart center, and deep within that heart center we are going to bring in the freqency of the pink ray. Allow that pink ray to come into your heart center in a clockwise manner and as it comes in it's like a funnel of light. A funnel of light that is going to fully come into your heart and it's going to open up that canal, that heart chakra canal. See all the elements within there, breathing deeply with that. Allow that essence to be totally within you. As you bring forth that deep pink light, feel the compassion and love and the activation that can occur now. Allow all the old elements to be released, there is no longer any reason to hold on. Let's take a moment and use the bowl, to fully feel this frequency opening up, allowing this chamber to open up as you never have before.

Breathing deeply, feel that frequency of the pink ray coming deeply, deeply into your cellular structure. Feeling the essence of the compassion, and the love, and knowing what to do in the right moment, activations, and your manifestations fully actualized. Allow that to flow into your heart center. As it flows into your heart center, it's now going to go into your cellular structure. Beyond the physical and into all those elements that hold the soul's essence, the rememberences. All rememberences, we're gonna ask that all rememberences to be open at this moment. Good, and bad, and indifferent, because all is being enveloped within the pink ray of love and compassion. Feel that very deeply into you now. Allow it to go into all parts of your body that maybe holding different areas, maybe there's some in your joint, your muscles, your neck area, your third eye. Do you have sinus problems? Do you have throat problems? These are all part of a cellular level holding on to those fragments, bits and fragments, allow yourself to just breathe through it. It doesn't have to be a physical reaction,it can be an emotional reaction, or a mental reaction. We want the mental body to fully relax. So we want the male energy, the yang that is part of you, to fully just sit back. Sit back men, and allow that frequency on your right side of your body flowing through you, and just relax and allow this pink flame, this beautiful element of this light. There is nothing that can stop you in this moment from embracing the purity in the essence that you are, because there is nothing else. As we blend with the physical, and the emotional, and the mental, we allow all those elements to accept this divinity that you are. Allow it flow through you.

Now we're going to ask for the Christ Consciousness of the Gold flame, the golden color to come into the heart of that 4th dimensional chakra grid. Allow that to be enveloped within you. Because with the pink and the gold there can be no other existence, this is your existence of your Christ Consciousness. The beauty that is you, the aspect of your being within you, to fully accept in these physical bodies that you are a body of light. That you are a master walking into this body, and allow any thoughts that have stopped you previously to now be removed. We ask that any emotions that have stopped the flow, and we ask the tears to flow this evening, we want to open up those tear ducts in everyone of you. Not just the women, we want the men, we want the divine feminine aspect that is part of your being to flow through you, to embrace your heart center, and the purity that you are. It's going to assist you in activating your thoughts, it's going to assist you in activating your relationships, and the love that your embodying.

I previously had mentioned five elements, let's now take the time to feel these frequencies coming through you. We're going to give a couple moments and I want you to state to my being, to the I AM presence of the cosmic level, what it is that you fully that you desire and command, and give it to your own I AM presence, because we all speak within the oneness in this moment.

Allow yourself to be in the receiving mode with this frequency in this moment. I AM Lord Sananda at your service. Embrace the Beauty and the Love that is about to be incorporated into your being. We are happy to be here in this moment to assist you with this activation. Namaste.

I Am that I Am that I Am I Am the Great Cosmic Sun at your service of the Divine Mother and Divine Father God

Let us take a deep breath, and within that deep breath, let us feel the male and the female, the God and the Goddess within, the Yin and the Yang, the male and the female, and allow that balance as we come to you with the balance of the male and female of the cosmic great central sun, the Divine Mother and the Divine Father God of the union that we are together. Breathe deeply as you receive the activation to allow you to accept. The divinity of your feminine aspect to be fully activated within your heart as you do that feel your male energy slowly relaxing. Allow the right the side of your body to be in a state of receiving. Allow the left side of the body to be in the receiving mode also, but also to remove and release all elements for eons of time of your souls history to be fully removed and to accept your divinity of your light. Breathe deeply. As we now bring in this frequency of light.

I Am the Divine Mother in the Divine presence of the Feminine aspect I bring forth to you in this moment your own divine feminine aspect that has been lost within the body, it is not lost within your souls essence, it is just lost within the physical, let us open up our hearts, let us breathe deeply through these moments, and allow this pink flame to be activated in a way that has never been activated before. Breathe in the essence that you are, breathe in the essence of your becoming, breathe in the essence of your origination of your divine frequency, breathe in that frequency and allow it to come fully within your heart, and feel the essence of this beauty, that is you.

Feel it spiraling down into your crown as the flames are intertwined with each other, through the third eye, deeply into your chakra system. Into the throat and the thymus feel the thymus and the warmth of the flame, feel the heart accepting the love, allow it to go deeper into the lower chakras. Let it burn away all aspects that no longer serve your pathway, serve your existence. Breathe through that in your sacral. Allow all the sexual energies of your past relationships to be fully removed. Allow the pathway of Divine aspect of your being to be activated, as now the flame is in the root. Allow the flame to burn away all anxiety , all lower energies, all lower vibrations that are no longer a part of your existence. As the flame goes deep within you, it opens up your chakras and now we attune you with the 4th dimensional chakra grid, feel those chakras being activated now, allow your thymus to be in the warmth that your higher self is now accepting your divinity within the physical body. We now bring the Gold of the Christ Consciousness as the chakra column has now widened. We have opened up the central canal the fluidness of this golden light blending with this pink light is amazing element to forsee.

Breathe deeply through the aspect of your being. Let it go to those elements that you have stated to your I AM presence that you want to activate. All the blockages, all the thought process that have stopped you from fully actualizing these elements within you, letting go of any fear, letting go of any wonderment, allowing yourself to be in the moment, and just accept the magic that is coming to you, as the divine feminine is being fully activated within your heart. We now bring forth the energies of the magenta of the heart, as the solar plexus, and the heart, and the thymus, are all one chakra on the 5th dimensional chakra grid, feel your chakras blending within each other, of all colors and no colors, and allow this frequency to be fully within your cellular structure. It is like twinkling of light, sparkles of light, just going to all the areas that need to be healed. Let us breathe through that.

As the Divine Mother God I embrace you with my light, I embrace you within nurturing that is deeply needed in your heart. Let it come into you. I now command that each of your hearts fully expanded, that each of you recieve the love that you desire. That you walk upon these pathways, that you find your twin flames, and you allow yourselves to be embodied with twin flame energy. We remove all judgments, we remove all thoughts, we remove all blockages that have stopped you previously. But you must stay in this center, you must stay in this frequency, you must stay in this essence.

Breathe in the essence, and I ask that every individual that has put out their commands of what to create in the five elements is now being activated during this full moon of June and the summer solistice. Feel yourself walking up the mountain and right now it feels like it is a very challenging pathhway, but it is not. Allow this frequency that is part of your divinity to be fully activated within your body. It is your time to show this to others, men show your heart unto the women, women show your innocence onto the men, allow each to come together as the balance occurs within each of you individually, you will create the balancing relationship that are necessary.

Not only is this solistice about your pathway, but this solistice is about each of you meeting, the solistice is about the soul families. The solistice is about your 144 soul extensions of your monad and your I AM presence, this also has to do with the frequencies of your twin flames. It is an active movement onto the twin rays, it will be activated on a 5th dimensional level of the new earth on Terra Christa, but this is the pathway that is necessary at this time. Embrace these elements coming into you!

Breathe deeply through all parts of your being! Breathe deeply in the essence that you are! Accept it as it is, accept your life circumstances now being changed from this moment forward, this is the activation of the magic of your heart. I bring to you the elements of the pure essence of the Divine Feminine within you! I stand before you, and I have my palms with these beautiful balls of light, take them and put them into your heart. And then hold your hands to your heart, these are little pellets of love that are going to expand within you, allow it to grow into your heart center, and as it grows into your heart center it will grow into the other parts of your body, but it must start within your heart first.

You must share your expression to others! Allow yourself to know that it is time for the communication to be fully open with others. Do not stop because of your fear, Do Not stop because you are afraid it will not be accepted, that no longer matters! What needs to be done right now is the full essence of your embodiment. Allow yourself to come together with these beautiful beings of light. And no it is not a sexual experience, but it is a sensuality that you embrace deeply within yourself first, and then you will share it with another. It must come from your higher consciousness, and we bring it now into your physical body.

Are you ready to receive? If you are ready to receive, accept this activation with the words out loud or in your head: “YES, I AM ready to receive! Yes, I AM ready to receive! I expand this beauty that is mine, I am ready for the acceptance of my divine purpose within these bodies!”

O, Holy God of Hosts, I Am the Divine Mother God to bring forth the acceptance, I take my arms around you and I hold you deeply, as your male and female is now intertwined within you, allowing the balance to occur, feel the acceptance of your God and your Goddess self coming together in union and then emanating it out of your body. You are a mirror for all of this to occur, allow the magic to be within you as now you walk in balance, and you accept the divinity that you are, not what you thought previously. Get out of the mind, it will not help you.

Take another deep breath, as you feel the magenta within your heart and solar plexus and your thymus, and take that vibratory communication of the violet pink light in your throat and share with others. Allow this vibratory communication to go through the elements of the frequencies and share it with others, through the essence of not necessarily in physical words but in interaction upon the grid of the light of the cosmos as we're all interconnected with each other. Allow yourself to recieve the acceptance that is happening, because as you receive the acceptance of these frequencies, it will be manifested into the physical. But not within your physical 3rd dimensional body, it will come in the higher frequency, it may happen to you when your going to sleep, in your sleep state or meditation, but when you awake know that it is true!

We now embody, we are now one with the Divine Mother the Divine Father God to bring forth these frequencies within you to show you the balances that are about to occur, but you must work with it, and allow yourself to feel more than you've ever felt before. Embrace the light, embrace this frequency! You are within one of balance within you and then it will mirror out, outside of you, as you communicate with the vibratory communication these frequencies will come back to you. Know that what you are feeling is an acceptance of your stability, an acceptance of your light, as you never have received before, and if you are unsure how this is going to happen physically, know it may not be your time but it is coming!

Allow the communications to happen on the higher frequencies and you will be able to communicate with those you are connected with in many different ways, it is now at a time where you are not so fully activated with people on the physical sense, as in the physical eyes, physical hearing, and the physical mouth, you will be the sensory activation of your love for others in a completely different manner. Don't try to figure it out on the physical level, allow your Higher Mind to embrace you! Let you Higher Heart accept it!

Breathe deeply, it is our pleasure to bring forth this energy this evening, it is a beautiful occurence that is about to happen on this plane. Holy God of Hosts that we are, Holy God of Hosts that we are, we are one, we are one with you as you become one with others! Holy God that we are, accept this frequency of light within you, the magic is about to enfold within your being.

We are the Cosmic Great Central Sun, the Divine Mother and the Divine Father!

Allow this activation to be fully within you, in this moment, and in all moments forward. We embrace you upon this time, as this beautiful experience that has happened as many are opening up their hearts to many others.

Humanity is approaching a very important moment in its evolution.  You made an illusion in which to play and experiment, and a very large proportion of your experiences have been most unsatisfactory.  Nevertheless, you have learnt many things, and are now ready to put what you have learnt into regular practice.  Over the eons, you have sought Love and you have sought your Creator, but because of the severe limitations the illusion has imposed on you, your abilities have not been sufficient unto the task that you set yourselves. However, you have never been alone nor bereft of unlimited assistance when you chose to ask for it; you just have not asked enough.  You are free, you have free will, so assistance cannot be imposed upon you as it would show a lack of respect, and would be a dishonoring of your divine sovereignty.

Over the last five or six decades, a great willingness to seek assistance with your spiritual task has developed as a result of the lessons that you have been learning over the eons, and consequently, you have been asking for and receiving abundant spiritual assistance.  The results of this can be seen in the amazing changes in attitude that the vast majority of humans are enthusiastically embracing and aligning themselves with.  It is no accident that this is occurring.  You have been seeking the way home to Reality since the moment the separation from God took place, and your persistence is paying off.

To  use an analogy: it is as though God was the center of the universal gravity field.  At the moment of separation you blew yourselves, with all the force available to you, as far from that center as possible, and since then He has been drawing you irrevocably and lovingly back towards that center.  Gravity – divine Love – is eternal and you could never, even if you truly wanted to, escape Its loving hold on you.  It is impossible for you to get lost in the seemingly vast spaces of your illusion when that divine energy field is always leading you, guiding you, and drawing you Home.

The divine energy of God’s Love for you is infinitely powerful and completely irresistible.  And beneath the level of conscious awareness that you are capable of experiencing while you reside in the illusion lies an intense passion, an insatiable hunger, to return to the arms of your Father, your Source and your Home.  Now that passion, the eternal divine Flame within you, is about to break through into your awareness.  You are already receiving intimations of this as you look around you and observe the chaos and confusion in which the illusion has enshrouded you, and you are saying to yourselves, “This is truly insane! There has to be something far, far better than this, for which we are yearning.”

And of course there is.  It is God’s divine Reality, where you belong, where you yearn to be, and where you will discover in joy and wonder that that is where you have always had your eternal existence.  Open your hearts, the channels through which your Father’s Love for you longs to flow, and experience the ecstasy that is your heritage and in which it enfolds you.

I expect by now that you are feeling the full onslaught of the effects from the June Solar/Lunar eclipse and solar flare, Summer Solstice (June 21st) gauntlet... Whew! It has been interesting to say the least. Just prior to the first eclipse, I had a powerful vision. I could see the great divine director a.k.a. the creative energy of the universe, begin to create new form! This new form was being created by OUR collective direction. We are the collective directors of a new world and dimension. The color and form was spectacular, and I watched it for quite a while. It was amazing and exquisite and raw and natural. I know this was the first step in physically manifesting our new world. So far the work we have done looks remarkable.

Because of natural cosmic law, we all create in the same way. First we conceive of an idea, and then we begin to dream or imagine it, and then we give it power. At this stage, our creation is present only in Spirit and not in the physical world. Sensitive ones might be able to see it and feel it at this point. It takes various lengths of time lines to manifest depending on our focus. Once enough cosmic juice, energy and time has been given to a dream, then it begins to manifest in the physical world. It begins to manifest in stages, bit by bit, step by step. We can create realities in various consciousness. We create for our individual selves, within our families units, cities, countries and the biggest collective is our entire global consciousness. We are now in the first steps of manifesting this new reality from the global consciousness.

During this eclipse gauntlet, it is becoming very apparent that there is a great chasm between our higher soul mind and our mechanical human mind. The clarity is becoming so distinct that we are able to be more clear about who we truly are. We are becoming very clear about who we are as a soul and not our human history. Yet we seem to still speculate how to merge this deep soul knowing with this new world that is immerging. Be patient. It will all come in divine time.

I feel that the eclipse gauntlet is all about helping . . . US to get HERE . . . all the way with nothing held back. This will of course be a personal choice for each one of us, if we plan to run the entire gauntlet of energy that is being presented to us. It will take courage and focus.

We are having amazing dreams! Pay attention. We are not only getting glimpses of the new world, but also the communities and social structures that will be there for us. Our soul families are beginning to gather in Spirit in this new immerging world. You will know these ones by a heart knowing. When you meet in the physical world, it will feel like you have simply picked up where you left off. It will be an instant and deep connection.

Now on the human side of things . . . (Yes, we are still human after all.) This new energy triggered by the eclipses and being intensified by solar flares (www.spaceweather.com) are so heavy-duty that it nearly takes our breath away. These are pure transformational energies that we are dealing with now. Some might experience mild to severe panic attacks . . . along with feeling heavy in the heart area and feeling breathless. We might feel really heavy and tired. When we feel heavy it means we are climbing up! So don't judge this time. We are transforming quickly. Un-diagnosable aches and pains can be felt as our body adapts to the transforming energies and the new creation being born within us. Remember to take time to rest. Take a bath, a walk, play some soothing music. I like "Liquid Mind". Internal organs are getting a makeover too . . . like the kidneys, liver, gallbladder, heart and lungs etc... Remember to eat well, even though you might want to reach for the comfort food that is not so good on your body. Take note to how you feel now because we will not be the same by the end of the summer.

Remember to tell the universe each day that you are committed to moving forward in your transformation. This will take some action on your part. Spirit helps those who help themselves. Keep moving. Don't freeze up . . . . It hurts more when you stand still.

We have been noticing that getting a good night's sleep has been an issue. Many are tossing and turning and our beds have become a torture chamber. So Raphael took some action to tell the universe that we are committed to our transformation. Raphael smudged our house with sage infused with our sacred site essences. He smudged all the way around our house, and we began to sleep like babies again. We plan to do this every night for the entire eclipse gauntlet. If sage isn't your thing, you can use copal, cedar, sweetgrass or other incenses. Using a rattle or blowing a conch shell can clear the energy of your home. Pay attention to the corners of each room.

Misting the inside of your house with a few drops of lavender, rosemary and eucalyptus oils in a spray bottle with some water will also clear your house of stuck energy. I learned this trick from a Maya Elder in Guatemala. All these oils and sage smudge sticks are available at most new age book stores and health food stores.

After you clear your house, don't forget to clear yourself. A bath in sea salts, using a sauna or a sweat lodge helps clear our minds and bodies. Get a massage or other body work. Also don't forget to takes essences that help ground and smooth out energies help. We mention a few that work for us down below. Someone told me that you have to swim a moat to get to the castle . . . . Well, I think we are swimming now, don't you? I hope that our suggestions help you get to the other side of the moat quickly and to our new castle.

We – all of God’s divine creation – are on an ongoing journey of wonder, delight, and ecstatic excitement.  You – our sisters and brothers – seemingly adrift in a universe completely unaware of you, that is in an apparently endless cycle of death and rebirth, decay and renewal, suffering and hope, have truly been asleep for only an instant, dreaming that universe.  The death, decay, and suffering are just a horrible nightmare, while the rebirth, renewal, and hope are the effect of your memories of the divine Reality calling you to awaken, as you most surely will.  To permanently resist the divine call to awaken is impossible.  Although your sleep has lasted but an instant, your experience of it seems interminable, as would any separation from your Father, if it were possible.

The fantastic creative gifts our Father gave us all to use and enjoy enabled you to make and maintain the universe, your imaginary reality, that you built to replace the divine One, and prove to yourselves that you could live independent from God, thus having no need of Him.  That idea was, of course, quite insane, because all that exists does so within God.  There is nowhere else and nothing else; existence without Him is inconceivable and impossible – and yet you attempted it!  It would be hilarious if it were not for your nightmare that brings you so much fear, pain, and suffering.  Our hearts go out to you in love and compassion as we see the misery you have made for yourselves, and we are constantly nudging you towards wakefulness.  Remember: “resistance is futile!” And that is just as well because you need to awaken into the eternal joy that is the divine eternal day.

Pay attention to our nudging which is subtle and discrete, a barely perceptible intuitive thought, quite unlike the loud and raucous noise that normally fills your heads.  To become aware of our nudging it is very helpful if you can shut down or reduce the ‘normal’ cacophony of thoughts forever rushing so intensely through your minds, demanding your complete attention.  Sit quietly, relax, stop attending to that rush of thoughts, just let them fade from your awareness, allowing the nudges of your friendly and loving spiritual guides to replace them.  When you feel relaxed and at peace, it is easy for you to access this guidance which is directed to each of you personally in the form with which you best resonate .

More and more of you are doing this as your awakening process approaches completion, and as your numbers increase so does the momentum of the awakening process.  You could liken it to a small spring gurgling to the surface high up in the mountains, running down a rivulet into a stream, and from there into a mountain lake where the waters have spread out, relaxed, and slowed down.  You are the spring thaw flooding the lake and getting the waters moving again and leading them towards the Ocean of divine Love that is waiting longingly for you all to pour in and become one with It once more.  The thaw is irreversible and the water is flowing powerfully, happily, and enthusiastically on course and on schedule to flood into that vast Ocean from which it separated so long ago.  The exhilaration of that sudden and explosive moment will be sublime ecstasy unending.
