Good evening. We have detected an increase in cabal activities of late, and they are targeting lightworkers and channels in particular. Be cautious of information being passed on the internet, as most damage is done by discrediting channels and by propagating an atmosphere of distrust among lightworkers. The cabal agents have many ways of propagating online fear, in actual fact all happens in a similar way as with a computer virus. It spreads very rapidly and creates chaos and dysfunctionality.

Be very cautious of inserted cabal messages at this time, even in reliable channels sources and from reputable writers. Their technology has made a small leap forward, and they are experimenting with crystal skull technology and similar devices. So more than ever use discernment. No channelled message can be 100% reliable, so ensure you are listening to your body’s reaction while reading a new message. Your body and heart will tell you the truth if you are listening to your own reactions while reading. It is an interesting practical exercise. At any rate, discernment is more needed now than ever, as the cabal are so desperately trying all in order to prevent the light from spreading any further.

Nothing will be able to stand in the way of the changes that are about to commence, as they are essential to bring the end-times into being. It is all change as you step up into the higher vibrations, and quickly move through the Ascension process. The thought that you will never have to return to Earth on the Wheel of Rebirth, must be one that makes all of the effort you have put in well worthwhile. More so as you get a good idea of what it means in reality, by leaving behind the drudgery, harshness and strength sapping energies of the lower dimension. Even now as so many lift up out of it the aggression, antagonism and hatred still wreaks havoc on Earth, but will soon play itself out as the energies of peace settle upon it. One day very soon the futility of confrontation and war, will make way for loving relationships and co-operation amongst all people. Even now the young ones amongst you see the pointless waste of life and energy in the pursuit of conquest, and want an immediate end to it. Peace is coming and this time it will not be temporary, but be permanent and carry you forward to a blissful and ecstatic state.

However you are in the midst of so many different energies that are creating turmoil at present. The old guard cling onto their paradigm that kept them in power, but the new one is all powerful and will brush aside all that remains of it until Love and Light permeate the Earth. In just a few months the changes will be under way and more noticeable, and will serve notice on the dark Ones that the New Age is in progress of manifesting. Their actions can no longer carry the threat that they used to have, as their power structure continues to collapse. So Dear Ones, at this important stage on your path to Ascension do not let any fear laden prophecies take hold of your imagination. We of the Galactic Federation are with you all of the time, and well aware of what is likely to lay ahead. We cannot do everything for you, but will assert ourselves if necessary to protect you.

We shall soon be more active in your skies, and one reason will be to show people that we can enter your space and protect ourselves. We do of course take care not to create an incident that would aid the dark Ones, who still seek an opportunity to cause mayhem if possible. For many, many years our craft have been seen by millions of people, but with deliberate suppression of the facts it may not seem that high. Disclosure is therefore more a question of how soon our existence can be officially acknowledged, so that the truth can be given about us. Since the end of the last World War we have met with officials of all the major powers on Earth, and offered our help which has been spurned on each occasion. We could have enabled world peace but the Illuminati cared not for the lives of the people of Earth, but only in control and amassing great wealth. These moments will take their place in your history, as you need to understand how your lives have been manipulated by them. Their power has been such that many good souls of the Light, have sacrificed their lives in trying to overcome their plans. The truth behind many assassinations will also be made known, and the culprits will answer for their crimes.

As we often remind you all progresses well, and although time is racing away we will be able to complete our mission totally according to plan. We may need to speed up our actions, but that presents no problems to us so you may rest easy. Just keep your eyes on the finishing line spreading Love and Light as you go along. Also be prepared to help those who will be confused by what is going to happen, as most of you working for the Light know sufficient to be able to do so. The best assurance you can give is that we are working with you, and that there is nothing to fear. In the end you will gain more than you could possibly lose, and that does apply to physical possessions although we will not support anything acquired except through honest dealings.

Numbers of you are entering this final period at an age when you are not necessarily in good health. Be assured that by the time you take your place in Ascension all bodies will have changed to crystalline, and that means all signs of disease or illness will have disappeared. Like Mother Earth who will have been returned to a pristine condition, you too will no longer show the ravages of time, and also have a physical body that has reverted to the perfection of its original blueprint. Aging has no place in the higher vibrations, and you will choose exactly how you will look should you desire to alter your features. As you go even higher in the dimensions, your powers of creation will continue to grow and eventually you will become a Being of Light. You have much laid out before you and it is yours for the taking once you ascend. The world may be your oyster now, but the Universe will be your playground in the near future.

It is not yet party time, but the celebrations will start once you have the proof that the ones who have enslaved you have been removed. Life will take on a different hue and each day it will be a joy to be alive. The purpose of it will be understood and people will go forward knowing how to make the most of opportunities that come up, and reap their deserved rewards. You will have clear goals to follow, and they will be your choice as freewill is still with you. If you want to emulate the life of someone you admire, you may be surprised to know that they will come to you as that person. All souls in the higher realms can easily appear as they were from any incarnation, and share their knowledge and skills with you. There is no status that places one soul above another except that there is a Universal Law, that states you cannot proceed higher than the level that your vibrations resonate with.

1. This is Matthew, with loving greetings from all souls at this station. In these first few days into your new year, we are seeing that the energy streamers of most people are moving slowly—for some this may indicate sighs of fulfillment now that all holiday preparations and celebrations are over, and for others, the ebbing of sadness that intensifies during your traditional season of holy days and family time. In any event, there is the settling back into the rhythm of life's usual pace of responsibilities and interests.
2. From other quarters, however, energy streamers are surging straight forward with steadily increasing momentum or they are frantically dashing hither and yon. Those movements reflect, respectively, the purposeful activity of the light forces and the frenzy of the dark ones, whose mere toehold on former strongholds is slipping away.
3. The vast majority of your populace has no idea whatsoever about those energy extremes. They see your world as tumultuous, and their thoughts range from despair to guarded optimism about short- and long-term outcomes. The outlook of many is heavily influenced by your analysts—individuals you consider experts in their fields of economics, national affairs, foreign relations, military readiness, electoral processes or religious ideologies—and their predictions of the future are based on recorded history. Nothing in your history applies even to this day at hand!

4. Therefore, neither the masses nor the analysts have the proper knowledge to assess what is to come, much less the scope and speed of changes, as this unprecedented era in the universe continues to unfold. They don't know what you know: At the end of this magical year 2012, Earth will be at the threshold of fourth density, where nothing with the low vibrations of darkness can enter.
5. That is why the months ahead will be challenging to lightworkers. You will be dealing with others' confusion and anxieties as monumental changes come one on top of another, with little respite for people to assimilate and adjust to any. As way-showers, simply by BEING who you are will impart a sense of calmness and confidence to persons around you, and those who are interested in hearing what you know can share your exhilaration about what is transpiring.
6. Yet, some in the lightworker ranks doubt that everything we have told you will be accomplished by the end of the year can be. While this holds a measure of disappointment for us and other lighted beings who also have said that Earth's Golden Age is imminent—and already exists in the continuum—we do understand. You still are dealing with third density's linear time, and it is only within that framework that you can calculate how long life-changing developments will take in terms of how long they would have taken heretofore.
7. Please leave the past where it belongs—in the past! And do not doubt for a moment that everything that must be accomplished will be!
8. It is Earth's destiny to leave third density when a universal cycle opens an astral window at the end of this year, and by then no one with a dark mind and heart will be left on the planet. That may seem unduly harsh, as if some arbitrary judgment process simply will eliminate them, and that is not so. There are persons who have amassed fortunes dishonestly, achieved power ruthlessly, and consistently have refused the light constantly available to them, and both their souls and their bodies will "pay the price," you could say.
9. It is the light within a body that transforms its carbon-based cellular structure into the crystalline form that enables the body to live in the high vibrations of energy planes beyond third density. In antiquity, strong civilizations with darkness at the core deliberately altered the DNA of weaker civilizations to reduce its people's capacity for intelligence and spiritual awareness. That affected their bodies as well—crystalline cells degraded into the carbon structure that can be, and was, programmed with vulnerability to all forms of illness and a much shorter life span than in eras long, long ago in your concept of time.
10. The infusion of light that enabled Earth to survive death throes some seventy years ago is restoring the "stolen" DNA in light-receptive individuals, and not everyone is. A body without any light except the spark that is its life force cannot live in the vibrations prevailing on Earth—it will die from any one of the reasons that death has long come to Earth's residents, and some influential individuals you see in TV film clips are clones of the persons who have died. Bodies with a small degree of light beyond the spark can last a bit longer, but they too will give out as vibrations become increasingly more powerful the closer Earth approaches fourth density's doorstep.
11. What happens to the souls who fashioned those bodies to serve them in this lifetime is another matter. As long as Nirvana has been Earth's spirit world, the lifetime energy registration of persons who chose dark ways automatically drew them to the corresponding energy in the lowest of Nirvana's flexible layers. The darkest beings have gone to the tiny orb near your moon—this is what some religions call hell—where the density matches that of the souls' lifetimes. Because they fear light, only a pinpoint is constantly beamed to them. If they receive it, they move to Nirvana's lowest layer, where the light is stronger, and if they choose to receive it, they take the next step back up the ladder of intelligence and spiritual awareness. And so on.
12. However, Nirvana is ascending with the planet and her light-filled residents, and soon those low layers and that tiny dense orb no longer will be needed as part of your spirit world. Through divine grace, souls in those low placements are being given extraordinary opportunities to absorb light so they can embody in civilizations in consonance with the degree of light each soul accepts. Souls in the tiny orb will be energetically transferred to equally dense placements that serve as spirit worlds to low density civilizations. After the orb is relieved of its former inhabitants' density, it can begin a new orbiting pattern or dematerialize itself.
13. Souls—perhaps billions—who do NOT have dark proclivity also will be leaving during the months ahead. Some chose in soul contracts to actively participate in the transitional stages of Earth's ascension and to view from Nirvana the entire panorama of the planet's triumphal entry into fourth density. Others embodied to take advantage of this unique opportunity to achieve balance by completing third density karmic lessons, and when they do so, they'll eagerly leave to start spirit lifetime as higher evolved souls.
14. Many millions, like the millions before them, will be requesting soul contract amendments so this lifetime can be over sooner than their contract's longevity provision. Their requests will be honored to end suffering that exceeds what they had chosen to experience and to reduce the planet of the negativity their suffering causes. They will beam light to the planet from Nirvana, where they will receive full credit for contract completion and continue progressing in soul evolvement.
15. Many whose religious or scientific beliefs are the foundation of their lives will choose to depart rather than accept the forthcoming truths that differ profoundly from what they were taught. People whose wealth came under the old systems may be so fearful of losing everything when the global economy collapses that they will leave before they could know that new systems will function smoothly and fairly under knowledgeable managers with moral and spiritual integrity.
16. There will be no mass exodus, but rather throughout the year greater numbers of people will be dying than heretofore, and it is likely that among them will be members of your family, friends, colleagues or neighbors. If they are especially dear to you, be comforted in knowing that along the ascension pathway through fourth density into fifth, there will be joyful physical reunions between souls on the planet and those in Nirvana.
17. With that, we return to the assurance that all darkness on the planet will be gone a year from now: The people who still are on Earth then will be light-filled, unified in peace and mutual respect, and life will be in harmony with Nature.
18. On-site and off-planet assistance of our universal family members is another factor that will enable dramatic changes to be accomplished swiftly. Their technologies and the emergence of your own that the Illuminati have kept hidden will eliminate all forms of pollution; hasten environmental recovery; produce an abundance of nutritious food; end disease; moderate the climate globally; introduce new forms of power, transportation, building materials and healing modalities. None of those benefits will reach its zenith within this year—once living in the Golden Age, you will continue to expand in consciousness and manifestation capabilities—but between this day and the end of December, progress in those aforementioned areas will astound you.
19. Because the bulwark of Illuminati control has long been in the United States, everything of economic and political importance happening in that country has significance for the rest of your world. People in all countries are speculating what that government will do relative to Iran and North Korea, so we say that you can expect more tough rhetoric, but there will be no escalation into armed conflicts.
20. Also there is keen interest in what is transpiring within the Republican party, who will become the party's candidate, who will win the presidential election, and what will happen with the country's economy in the intervening months. By November so much will have taken place throughout the world that the current political scenario in the United States will be as insignificant as a speck of dust in a whirlwind and the economy globally will be stabilized.
21. Some doubt that Barack Obama is the highly evolved light being that we and other messengers in high stations have told you he is, and he is perceived as following in the footsteps of the Illuminati. You will see for yourselves the truth of what we have said, but because his role in your world is of paramount importance, we shall speak about his position vs the Illuminati agenda.
22. First, though, my mother has been inundated with emails from people who expressed grave concerns about the ominous-sounding defense authorization bill, so we shall address this issue. Obama signed the bill not because he favors it, but because he knows it will not be in effect long enough to have much, if any, application.
23. We have mentioned in several messages that all enacted or proposed laws in any country that were devised with dark purpose will be stricken. Nullifying all unjust and injurious laws, regulations and policies and ending all harmful systems and practices are integral aspects of clearing the way for Earth's Golden Age.
24. Now then, at one time Obama had the staunch backing of some individuals in one of the two factions within the Rockefeller group of the Illuminati. To give some background here, the name Illuminati, which means "enlightened" or "illumined," dates back only to the late 18th century, but the darkness that inspired the original members had its roots in antiquity. That little band of Europeans simply gave themselves the name they felt they deserved, and in time, Illuminati became the "umbrella" name of the many disparate organizations or groups that successive members infiltrated or formed.
25. In accordance with the Illuminati's intent to attain positions of superiority over the masses, they expanded their outreach to the "New World." Members in Europe became known as the Rothschild group and those in the colonies, the Rockefeller group. The two groups worked in unison to dominate countries economically and politically, and within only a few decades after the United States won independence from British rule, the Illuminati had gained firm foothold in the nascent government. From then on they have been that nation's "silent government"—not all presidents have been members, but others who were have controlled the even more powerful Congress.
26. After ego, greed and lust for top billing destroyed the cohesiveness of the two groups, both continued pursuing the same goal of world domination and this common quest led to bloody battles for supremacy. Eventually those characteristics that caused the rift between the two groups created infighting within each group. That resulted in animosity and struggles for dominance in the group's opposing factions, and when fighting broke out within the factions, they splintered into smaller units.
27. Whether the groups' factions and the splinter units within the factions are headquartered east or west of the Atlantic Ocean, they operate around the world and the name Illuminati applies to all. They don't speak of themselves by that name, there is no membership roster per se, and their only point of agreement is entitlement to rule the world by whatever means it takes.
28. Going forward now, one of Rockefeller faction's splinter units was determined to have Hillary Clinton become US president. Naturally another unit was opposed, and in exploring prospects with the potential to become the public's choice, they decided that Obama was the best. Yes, elections have been manipulated for 200 years more or less, but after the split in the Rockefeller camp emerged, both factions and later their splinter units have had a hand in the rigging. After the outcry when the Supreme Court declared George W. Bush the victor in the 2004 election, candidates' popularity with voters was a consideration in 2007's primary election—people had to return to believing that their voices and votes counted.
29. Without the power of any Illuminati behind him, Obama could not have risen to become the Democratic party's nominee, the essential first step to his election as president, and this was known to the master planners of Earth's Golden Age. The soul who embodied as Barack Obama, the souls who would back him many years later, and all of you who clamored to participate in Earth's ascension process knew that too, but none remembers.
30. Also it was known that the infusion of light to Earth would raise the collective consciousness and spiritual clarity. That would precipitate the peoples' focus on ending wars, injustices, deceit, corruption, impoverishment and tyranny, all of which have been perpetrated, perpetuated or assisted by the Illuminati.
31. If linear time prevailed throughout the universe instead of only on Earth, none of that foreknowledge could have existed and none of the detailed planning could have happened. In the continuum, where past, present and future are NOW and all lifetimes are happening simultaneously, the highest council in the universe could make the master plan and set the stage for Earth's Golden Age.
32. The plan calls for Obama to take leadership of his country and initiate wide-reaching reforms without hindrance during these last stages of third density life. Instead, he has had to deal with both Illuminati factions and their units. It was right after he won the primary election and his backers laid out their complete agenda that serious disagreements arose, and before his first day in office, everyone who had opposed his nomination, all who had selected him, and the controllers of the Republican party regarded him as the ultimate foe. The mantra of the candidates for that party's nomination—make Obama a one-term president—came from the Illuminati.
33. The Obama family is surrounded with Christed light protection and the several assassination attempts on Barack have failed. So, Illuminati members in Congress and those whom they control by bribery, death threats or blackmail fight him tooth and nail; some reforms he envisioned for his country and the world are in tatters and others haven't seen the light of day.
34. What went awry? Why didn't the highest council in the universe know this could happen? The peak of the Illuminati, highly evolved souls the council trusted to return to the light forces after playing "dark" roles so massive numbers of souls could complete third density karma, became captivated by their power, spiraled into darkness and refused to honor their soul level contracts. Although their deeply entrenched global network has been uprooted, the US Congress is one of their few remaining pockets of influence.
35. We love all souls unconditionally and judge none, and we are apolitical, to use your word. Thus it isn't comfortable to speak of issues that are politically divisive in nature, but we must. However could we help you consciously and spiritually prepare to physically accompany Earth into higher densities if we never mention that she is through with everything you think of as evil, and all of it has sprung from darkly inclined individuals in ruling bodies or the ones who control them from behind the scene?
36. You need to know why your world became a hotbed of corruption and deception and bloodshed, why Earth reached the point of near death and called out for help, why other civilizations came to her rescue, why the Golden Age was planned. All of that is why you are where you are!
37. Our beloved brothers and sisters, look forward with exaltation to this dynamic year when truths and changes will be coming lickety-split. You are surrounded by unseen helpers, and other lighted souls throughout the universe also are showering you with love and respect— never before in this universe has anything been as momentous as the world you are co-creating!

Channeler: Gaia's Daughter of Truth

These changing and active times require to be fully grounded with the Earth, anchored in the self, yet fluid in your being/reactions.

You can be fully grounded with the Earth at all times, no matter where you are and what you do.

In addition to be mindful of your grounding, you should also pay close attention to your chakras. They should also be balanced and strong. You see, for the "higher" chakras to work properly and help you advance, the "lower" chakras must be solid and powerful. Like with anything, you need a strong base. If your superior chakras are mighty while your inferior chakras are weak, you will tip over or rise so high above the ground that you will have trouble being functional or relating to others here on Earth or to the realities of the planet.

You need that strong base. We know that some disregard the lower chakras, finding them mundane or too "worldly", but they are essential, no matter ho plain they may seem compared to the elevation the superior ones brings. To be fully functional in this reality, both your feet must be planted firmly on the ground - literally and figuratively.

You can be both solid as a mountain and fluid like a stream. Oneness is also about embodying opposing aspects or elements in balance and with grace.

Spirituality is extremely important, but you need to be down here, fully present on this Earth to accomplish your work, not "up in the clouds", in the altered state of being so connected to spirit that interacting with this world you chose to come down to is almost impossible..

If you were meant to do your work entirely in the spiritual realm, you would have skipped this whole Earth experience of being in the body altogether. Please keep that in mind.

There are many ways to ground yourself, through intent, by walking barefoot on the ground or in water, taking a bath, washing dishes, gardening, connecting with trees with your forehead or bear hands on the bark, placing your bare hands or feet on the ground, if only for a moment, petting domesticated or farm animals, feeding them or shoveling manure also works. Preparing a meal with intent - connecting with your actions that will feed yourself or your family - thanking the plant or animal for their life energy, and so on helps you stay grounded to this Earth and to your body. Bring your mind to your fee and your bottom, if you will.

We know how deligthful and blissful it is for you to be in meditation/communion with your higher self, the spirit realm and all that is, but remember that We need you here. Your work is here on this planet.

The connection to spirit is vital. It is a part of a balanced self. You need that link to further your own journey. To understand and accept what is going on personally and collectively, and to help others navigate from the mind to the heard - just like you learned to do - and to change the world.

Living exclusively from the mind - that is, with no heart connection (which severed the link to spirit) - yielded poor results. A great number of you have been living from the heart with intent for quite a while now, but most of the society is stubbornly holding on to the old ways of the mind. Most of the time, lasting change does not come overnight. You have to click, if you will, have your epiphany, then start building slowly, brick by brick.

You will still need the mind in the heart-based world. The heart and the mind belong together if you will. They form a great partnership when they are in balance. Still, the base is always at the heart. Always from the heart to the mind, and not the other way around.

Going from one extreme to the next has never helped anybody. Balance should always be the main goal, for without it, someone/something always loses or gets lost.

To bring about changes on this Earth - new beginnings - letting ancient ways/knowledge in to light the path, you need to be fully present and grounded here.

There seems to be a certain number of Earthlings who are on a spiritual high if you will. If you are always mindful of yourself and of your surroundings, you will know if you have encountered people in such a state. For you sensed you felt solid and grounded prior to meeting them (or reading their words, listening to their messages...), but the more time your spent in their "presence", the more you felt dizzy or light headed or have more and more trouble focusing on anything. They looked blissful, but seemed to be connected to a reality other than the one experienced here. Like their eyes were always looking upwards instead of gazing into your own. It can be a very eerie and scary feeling. If you take a moment to snap out of it, and do some conscious grounding and clearing, and maintaining your connection with the Earthly world, you should start feeling back to normal.

It took quite a few such encounters for the Messenger to realize that overwhelming feeling did not belong to her. It can be quite debilitating when you think what you are picking up is yours and you then decide - unconsciously - to hold on to it.

And if you "meet" people or their energies while they are in such a state, many of their points will make sense, but they have trouble making it stick or mesh with the reality of this world. These thoughts are like a multitude of helium balloons rising up in the air - attempts to catch them all will make you out of breath/dizzy, and if you are not careful, you may find yourself floating up in the sky. When you see the world from up there, your perceptions or sense of reality becomes warped. Perspectives change depending on where you stand. By that We mean that you have trouble applying these great insights and truths in the Earthly reality.

If you forget to always remain fully grounded to Earth, you are missing an important link or key, making it very challenging for you to transfer your spirit's knowledge and insights to this world. You will seem out of touch with the reality here on Earth and with the reality of others. In other words, to be truly and fully connected to yourself and others, and help yourself and others heal and bring about great change, you need to be Here. Otherwise, you cannot be the bridge between what is (on this Earth) and how things should or can be (through the guidance of spirit).

You see, when you are up there in the spirit world, many of the Earthly struggles or concerns seem trivial or inconsequential. In fact, quite a few of you have become conflicted when you look at your own "mundane" life and you compare it with the truths of spirit you have uncovered. Well, the reality is most of you have Earthly obligations involving bills to pay and a regular job that is not always uplifting. And while many structures are obsolete and unfair, chances are you will be penalized if you fail to do certain things. The key is to follow the rules you absolutely have to so you can freely concentrate on creating the changes you feel are necessary. For instance, following the rules of fashions or trends (huge TV, cable, fancy car) is absolutely optional, but most of you need to pay rent or make mortgage payments every month so you can have a roof over your head. It is always about the basics.

We simply want to remind you how important it is to stay grounded and balanced, to be connected to the spiritual realm while remaining fully functional in this world.

Things work differently in the spirit realm. It is essential to be able to apply in your tangible world the lessons, truths and high vibrations of the spirit realm. And for that, you absolutely need to have both feet firmly planted on the ground.

If you find that some friends or acquaintances are not as "present" as they used to or should be, ask them about their grounding practices or casually mention that you noticed you feel the need to do a lot more active grounding these days and to check more often that you are fully grounded at all times. Forcibly telling them what to do will just make them want to get higher up in the spirit realm. For life is so much more peaceful and easy up there. You have no cares, no obligations, no responsibilities.

And if you find yourself wanting to escape to the spirit world - escape being a key word - then We suggest you reconnect fully to Mother Earth.

It is possible to be connected to all that is, to have your intuition fully activated and see the spiritual potential in everything and everyone and be fully engaged in your Earthly life in body on this planet.

Remember that you chose to come here to have this experience in body. Life on Earth can be quite challenging. There is so much you have to agree to forget and abandon before coming here. Only to do everything you can to remember once again. You accept to feel pain, hunger, fatigue... experience prejudice, unfairness, loss... You also get to experience great joy, happiness, love, laughter, friendship and other beautiful things that are unique to life here on Earth.

As tough as it can be down here, remember also that there are so many things one cannot do or experience when one is solely in spirit.

Spirit life is a breeze compared to bodily life on Earth. Still, the moment you leave this place, all you want is to return.

You are here, now.

Now is the time to fulfill your spirit's mission, to shine your light as only you can. Yes, you have been here before and will probably come back again, but your adventures, lessons, circumstances and experiences in this form and at this time are unique.

There is so much this particular life of yours has to offer and that you have to offer this particular time on the planet. Embrace you life, live it to the fullest. Learn, remember, evolve, fulfill your spirit's mission...

Just remember to keep both feet anchored on solid ground.

BACKGROUND TO THE HEALING SESSION

All energy in the Cosmos consists of the male and the female energy. These energies are the foundation of all development and create the polarities of expansion/regression, light/darkness, spirit/matter, heaven/earth, intellect/intuition and so on. The purpose of all development of consciousness is the balance between these energy polarities.

The knowledge of the male and the female energy is a timeless and all-embracing wisdom that applies for all living life in Cosmos, from small organisms to huge galaxies. This ancient and timeless wisdom has today been forgotten and suppressed, but fragments of it have been kept in different cultures all over the world. The most famous examples are the Taoists’ yin and yang, and the indigenous people’s worship of Mother Earth and Father Sky.

On the surface of the Earth, the female energy coming from the core of the planet meets the male energy coming from above. These two energies, in perfect balance, together create the Highest Divine Energy of Love, unconditional love.

Today there is an enormous imbalance, with way too much male energy on the face of the planet, which is the main reason for all the imbalances present on Earth today, such as imbalanced weather and natural disasters. This imbalance is due to mankind’s imbalanced lifestyle and aggressive technology, combined with all the mainly male energies from Cosmos flowing in over Earth preparing her for her entering into the New Spiritual Age.

The energy imbalance has created a very critical situation for Mother Earth and she goes through a tremendous amount of suffering every day. Together we can help her rebalance her system and ease her pain. A very long time ago the mission was given to humanity to help Mother Earth to balance her energy system. We are her keepers. She depends on us like we depend on her. We are ONE with Mother Earth. Humanity is now starting to regain this timeless wisdom.

This background information and the instructions for the healing session are based on channeled information from Mother Earth, nature spirits, ascended masters, other civilizations and the Divine Consciousness. A huge network of ascended masters, other civilizations in Cosmos, and nature spirits on Earth participates during the healing session.

These sessions have an enormous impact on the healing of Mother Earth, far beyond our imagination! The effect also increases exponentially with every new individual joining us! When we take part in the healing sessions to Mother Earth, we also receive the energy ourselves, which is tremendously beneficial for our spiritual transformation.

INSTRUCTIONS TO SEND HEALING TO MOTHER EARTH

Sit down to meditate. Turn off your mobile phones, TVs, computers and other technical equipment. If possible, sit outside in nature. Make sure you're sitting comfortably and have full contact with the floor or ground (or if you're sitting on a chair - at least with your feet). Put your hands together as if you are praying, and let them rest on your knees. Take a couple of deep breaths, relax your whole body, and clear your mind of distracting thoughts.

Get ready mentally to be a channel for the Mother Earth energy, and focus your intention on channeling the energy from the ground. Read the prayer for Mother Earth. Visualize how a channel opens up from the Earth’s center and how the red glowing female energy starts streaming up and flowing through your feet, rear and hands.

Let the energy fill your whole body, then let it continue onward to the worldwide network of nature spirits, masters in the spirit world and cosmic civilizations that will spread the energy to the places on Earth where it is most needed at the time. Once you have opened up the flow of energy, just focus on being present in the now. It is individual how energy feels, but it works whether you feel anything or not.

Please note: Do not send white light to Mother Earth, and don’t channel light through the crown chakra to her, because she will then get more of the high frequency male energy that she already has a surplus of. What Mother Earth needs to heal herself today is the low frequency grounding female energy from Earth’s inner core.

Please help us to channel energies from your interior,

Happy New Year to all! Many of you have already begun to enjoy the new energies of 2012. Things will continue at more or less this pace from now on, depending on planetary alignments also. The changes, although will only be apparent to the most attuned, will take place at a manageable pace. It may get difficult at times for you to keep up, and the best way of processing these new energies and rhythm is to spend more and more time aware of your inner state.

You Higher Self will help you through this in a very practical way, so listen to your intuition more and more. Your guides also communicate with you mainly through your Higher Self, since they live in the same realm. In turn, you, as material forms, are far more receptive to your Higher Self, than any other outside influence. So in the future, listen to your self, your intuition, remain open and in contemplation, sit down quietly and listen to your emotions, body, muscular tensions, be aware of your breath.

Your rhythm will attune itself more and more to Mother Nature’s. Her frequencies and your frequencies will be in more and more in phase. This will require a far vaster understanding of all that is, than your previouly. So feel free to explore all new avenues ahead of you, but not by clashing or imposing your own ideas on others. There will be required a far better level of tolerance, acceptance of differences between you and others. Respect all others’ ideas and chosen path. The learning experience is not over for you all, so remain in between your inner world and your outer world. This is another way of understanding being connected.

Being connected to the reality of the outside world is important. You are part of it, but it is also important to be aware of your own gravity centre, your own divinity, your own energy inside your own body. When you are connected to both your inner world and your outer world, you become alive, in ways that are very different from your ordinary state. This world of illusion was designed to draw your attention on the outside, to pull your awareness far from your self awareness. Becoming self aware is a key step in your Ascension process. So, no need to feel afraid of focusing your attention on the life inside of you, dear ones.

SaLuSa: Of course. Yes, this will be more and more possible for all in the future. As well as feeling our energetic presence, you can all tune into receiving Mother Earth’s voice, our voices, or your friends living far, on the other side of the world’s voice. This will become more and more apparent to you. The fact that you have all connected and attracted each other online, shows that you are already connected in the higher dimensions.

We have always been around many of you, throughout your Earth time, however, it is not given to all to resonate with our high frequencies. Negative emotions, such as anger, are creating a shield around you and your awareness closes itself. It is no longer possible to receive the impressions of our presence, when your heart is closed. Furthermore, it is often not possible for us to be around you when your vibrations are of a low quality.

We could perhaps better explain this with the theatre play metaphor. You, all beings incarnated on planet Earth are part of a theatre play. We, of the ascended planes, are the public, watching the play in the equivalent of your theatres. We can see the play, the actors, we can speculate on the plot and outcome of the show. The characters have however no idea of the public, and are not aware of the simple fact that they are only characters. The characters are completely identified with the play, no self awareness at all is present for them. The actors however do know the reality of the situation, they are aware of themselves, of the script, of the scenario, of the public.

The actor can interact with the public, the actor represent your Higher Self. Those of you who can see us, who can hear us, interact with us have the ability of moving from being a character in a play, to become aware of the fact that they are actors in a play. This is what is mean by becoming awake. It means counting to play your part in the play, while being connected to the reality of the situation, while learning more about the outside world, about themselves, about the public, and the real world. This is a slow process, this is the stage you are at now: the Awakening.

Channeler: Ute

Dear Friends and Readers of my Blog!

In my report “The Elohim and the Ascension Plan for Earth and Humanity” I have been referring to my connection with the Elohim. Since then they have not been communicating with me, until yesterday, when they again contacted me and talked to me with the language of higher mind and light.

First I did not consider to publish their communication, but then felt that they provide information which is probably of use for some of my readers.
This communication also allows you, to follow the process of the work and service of one of your fellow "wanderers" on the Great Path, which is hopefully also inspiring for you, as you might recognize somehow yourself in it.

And this is how the Elohim began to speak:

“My dear, now the time has come where our collaboration can come to fruition!
As you know, we invited you after the 11.11.11 event back into our council to participate with us. This is part of your life-contract.

It is your well tested sovereignty which entitles you to be a participant in our meetings, and your testing phase is over. You are now a legitimate member.
Congratulations!”

While I receive their message, I feel beautiful white light pouring into my heart, the whole chest and forehead and spreading all over my body, both cooling and burning as white fire.

“What is the qualification of a member?", they continue.

First of all, it is the sovereignty, as we already mentioned. What we mean by this is your spiritual integrity and your love and caring for all beings, having the very best for everybody in your heart. It also means that you are not susceptible to the degree where you give up your own deepest convictions or avoid to speak the truth afraid of being judged or to please others or to be “loved” by them.

Secondly, a member must be able to communicate with us on the level of our light frequency, and must also be able to transmit this light which is received directly into the cells of your body. The transmission of this light, a light, directly coming from the Creator, is necessary, because it serves Gaia while channeled through an incarnated soul into Gaia’s energy field which has thereby an effect on all living beings, animated and non-animated. It contributes to the rising of the light quotient of your planet with all her inhabitants.

As you know, everything is about the light quotient in your ascension process and being a member in our council you receive all our support as we are working on the ascension process of earth and humanity. By participating in this light process a member is directly participating in the collective effort to change the frequency not only on your planet, but also thereby in your whole solar system, which in turn reflects back to the star systems in your Galaxy, the Milky Way. This is necessarily so because of the inter-connectedness of all creation.

The 3th qualification is to be able to convey our communications by putting them into a human language so that they can be understood by other human beings.

At this time you fulfill all three necessary criteria and you have therefore attained full membership in our council.

Our meetings are mainly about re-consolidating your functions and about corrections and re-adjustments of your body-mind energy-system, which also includes a regular update of a member's light quotient. We know very well that our members' connections with denser energy fields can affect their own level of light-vibration. Therefore this has to be adjusted from time to time.

In our meetings our members also are encouraged to report back to us their experiences and understanding of the state and progress of the human evolutionary process from their own observations, and to make suggestions as to what is needed to repair and enforce stagnant light quotient processes of individual-or group-consciousness units. In that way those individuals and groups can receive our special attention and we can help to adjust their progress to rise their frequencies. Most of this work is done when they sleep, and there are only a few who will remember what happened when they wake up in the morning. But they will notice that they feel lighter and happier that day without knowing why, and that is the sign that it has been worked on them.

Having explained to you all about your membership, we also want to emphasize that you are free to call upon us any time and we will respond to you accordingly. This will serve your knowing that your membership is alive and your service is acknowledged.”

I feel an ever more increasing influx of light from above into my body, and I ask for instructions how to function exactly as a transmitter of their light.

“Dear One, just invoke us and we will flow through you the Creators Light into Gaia's ethereal fields, so you allow it and with your appropriate intention

It is necessary that you practice this communion with us on a regular basis, so that we can be effective through you in any given moment you call upon us or when your service is needed.

We will sometimes have messages to humanity as well and we are greatful if you would make yourself available for this.”

I ask whether they help me to consciously know about our meetings and to remember them in detail in my 3dimensional state.

“Dear One, all of this will happen in due course of time. For now know that you will be aware of all that you need to be aware. This is about very fundamental functions, such as feeling our light in your body and receiving our communications while awake in 3D."

I ask: who exactly are you? There are people who say that there are 14 Elohim of the 7 rays, but I do not identify you as such, although I have a connection to Apollo of the 2nd ray and Lord Arcturus of the 7th ray.

“We belong to, what some call, the “Elohim of the Five Secret Rays” in the Galactic Center. We are of the original Light of the Creator, working with the Creator Light directly, and not less. We are at the origin of creation and carry out the Will of the Creator, as we are the immediate instruments of His Creation. “

I ask: Could you be also called The Divine Mother?

“Yes, you could say so, as we are the intelligent activity of Divine Light, which is One with the Consciousness of All-That-Is.”

Where are the meetings happening, in which I participate?, I ask.
The Elohim, who contacted me after the 11.11.11 event, said they were of the 7th dimension.

“The 7th Dimension is a so called “Mirror-Dimension”. It is the Dimension of reflection and functions as a Midway Station between the 3th dimension and the Galactic Center, if you will.
Beings who are communicating from the 7th dimension go there because it is easy for them, without having to step down from their Realm of Higher Light, because of this mirror functionality of 7D. They can simply project themselves to there effectively, in order to communicate to beings who are incarnated in lower densities, while they are remaining with their essence in the Realms above 7D, including the Galactic Center.

Meetings happen therefore in 7D, because it is a place where we all can meet. You can project easily to there as well, as we do from our place of the Creator Light.

So what you perceive so far, is our projection to 7D, but you are at the same time also connected with us via our projection, to where we truly exist, in the Galactic Center.

So much blessing! This contact with the Elohim is bliss and energizes my multidimensional existence and identity. And this service, which is an expression of inherent joy, also demonstrates that there are no "independent" entities and that we all are like beads on a string, which is the Love- Blissful Light and Consciousness of the Ultimate. It is the Ultimate which is our true Self and which is not separate and which is not limited even to a "Higher Self", which is in itself still a confinement and signifies a process of separation, although a very subtle one. To me this is true freedom and inspiration, to share the Infinite Divine in service with other beings of Light who are but an expression of IT. What greater gift can be given to us while here in this density of a 3th dimension, and which is even Divine too, if we agree that there is Only the Divine.

The service of the Elohim and my participation in it, makes it ever so more clear to me again that all beings are ultimately here to serve together, and not as separate entities, the Great Process of Creation, as long as they do not yet return to the Source, The-All-That-Is, stepping out of the circle of Coming and Going.
