Anger is ego’s henchman. Whenever you are angry, know that ego is at play. Anger is a by-product of ego. Whether your anger is justified or not, anger itself is a representative of ego. Anger doesn’t let you think. Anger not only surmounts the heart, it also surmounts the mind. Anger takes over, and you see red. Red is the color of anger. Red-hot is anger’s temperature.

Anger makes you weak. The strongest anger makes you weak. Anger gives off steam. It is hot air. Anger is a waste. You can live longer without anger. You can address issues without anger and get further.

Anger is never justified. Don’t look for examples to prove Me wrong. Anger is never justified because anger is inefficient. You run around with your head cut off when you are angry. You are the headless horseman. When you are angry, you are dissipated.

What makes you red with anger is your ego. It prompts you. It says you are right to be angry, that you have to be angry, that for your self-respect, you have to be angry, that because you are right and someone else is wrong, you have to be angry. Ego says you have to fly off the handle in order to be dignified. Every time. That is ego’s nonsense. You see how ego makes you lose your head.

Whatever anger can accomplish, calmness can accomplish better. Here’s the thing: Anger is not necessary. It is self-destructive. Anger jams up the works. Anger makes a situation worse, not better.

I know it is said that it is good for you to vent. It is good for you recognize your anger and cool off. You don’t have to pretend your anger away. You can cool it. You can then deal with the situation faster, better, without anger shaking its fists.

What makes you angry, beloveds? By and large, someone affronted your ego. By and large, this is the case. By and large, anger comes from your not getting your way. Anger is really insolent. It is insolent to another. You can do better without anger.

Have you seen a mother at the supermarket blow her stack at her two-year old? That’s what you look like when you blow your stack. When you see a two-year old have a tantrum, that’s what you look like too. What do you think makes you different? When you are irate, you are irate, and it is not pretty.

You do not have to accrue your anger. Acknowledge that you have it and say goodbye to it. Then look at the situation you hold responsible for your anger and consider how to resolve the situation. I don’t want you angry, and I also don’t want you unilaterally swallowing your anger. When someone has stepped on your toes, you can bring it up with the one who stepped on your toes in the cool light of day. Without anger, you look at the inciting event, and it is no longer huge. The fire has gone out of it. It is your temporary anger that has gone out.

Remind yourself once again that your anger comes from an inciter within you, and is not really the responsibility of the one or ones you attribute your anger to. They were the stimulus. Their thoughtlessness or their own anger rubbed you the wrong way. Undoubtedly, they have restored to life an old wound, perhaps one forgotten. Heal it now so it does not disrupt your life again. Haven’t you had enough anger? Surely, you don’t want to repeat it.

 

Vastly more dangerous than the Illuminati is your own ego.

Your heart beats anyway. Despite being rubbed the wrong way, your heart keeps beating until its last beat. Your heart is hardy. It has withstood many storms. Love your heart. Love that you have one. Have a heart, and love that you have a heart with which to love, or, even to ache.

Separate your sensitive heart of love from over-sensitive ego. Ego is not to be nourished. Your heart is. There is a big difference between your heart and ego. One is straight-forward. One is devious. Your heart is not devious, beloveds! Ego is always a dissembler, a con artist, a trickster, a contriver. Ego is out for itself. Your heart, on the other hand, cares deeply for others while ego cries out: “Me, me, me.”

The heart is self-respecting while ego is self-enhancing. Ego is one-pointed. Ego pretends sensitivity, yet ego is red-faced. It is a thief of love. It is a pretender to the throne. It is a make-shift prop that calls attention to itself. Poor devious red-faced ego convinces you that it, ego, is necessary to you for self-preservation. The self the ego speaks for is a back-biter. It preserves itself and not you. It jeopardizes you. It keeps you from loving. Ego is one of those guys who pretends to be a nice guy while it is stabbing you in the back. It smiles lovingly while it causes you pain.

How does ego succeed so well? How is it that you are taken in time and time again? Ego has quite a track record. It has been known to supplant or supersede the heart. The villain triumphs, and the hero is left behind the eight ball.

To love thyself does not mean to egotize yourself. The hero, your heart, has to ego-proof itself. Rather, your mind has to ego-proof itself. The mind has to learn to say no to ego the way teen-agers need to say no to drugs.

Ego is an opiate, and it lets you down every time. Ego is very small. It blinds you and deafens you. It sets traps for you all the time. It is a mine field.

Strengthen your heart, and ego is automatically weakened. Down with ego. Up with heart.

Ego is skinny-livered. Heart is like a thrush’s throat and beats fulsomely. Hurray for heart. Boo for ego.

This must be coming clear to you. Ego will try to lure you to save its life and destroy yours. The enemy is ego. There is no other. Do you understand Me? Ego wants to capture you, and time and time again it does. Beware of ego. Ego is a menace. Do not think for one moment that ego is your friend.

Ego is a Mata Hari. How enticing and alluring is a spy. And how cut-throat.

No matter how many times you have been taken in by ego, you are seduced again. Ego is all illusion, you understand, and ego lures you with illusion. It has false premises and betrays you with false promises. Ego promises you the sun, moon, and stars of fame and reward, and it kicks you in the pants. Ego has no mercy. It is never sorry. It makes you sorry, while ego just cackles in the background.

Ego is no friend at all. Ego is a bald-faced liar. Ego leads you down the garden-path where the weeds are poisonous. Ego is the bewitched queen’s voice in the mirror that asks: “Who is the fairest of all?” And ego insists you are. Ego loves a good joke on you.

Look into the mirror of your heart and ask to be loving and not beguiled by the mind’s ego ever again.

Rather than ask questions, give love. Is it so hard to give love? Must an inquisition come first?

Somewhere along the line, you learned that pride comes before all else, that ego, disguised as pride, is foremost, that dignity counts more than love. You too often let your mind decide love for you. Your mind judges if you are giving love in the right place, and how much love you should give given the mind’s counting factors. And, so, you are mindful of yourself and what you have to gain when, all the while, love is the heart’s domain, when giving is the heart’s domain. According to your heart’s giving is your heart’s wealth. Only a heart giving of itself has room to receive. Only a loving heart is wealthy.

A heart of love is not a stinting heart. A heart of love does not count pennies. A heart of love cannot be a miser and be a heart of love at the same time.

You are concerned about ego, or you are giving love. Which is it?

Ego pats your back. Love strengthens from inside.

You know that I am a big proponent of love. I sing its praises to the High Heavens. I extol love. I proclaim it.

Is more love in the world needed? Then you must promote love. I am not talking about love in neon lights. I am talking of simple acts. I am not talking of long romance or special personal relationships. I am talking of giving love wherever you are. It is a courtesy to give love.

If you see an unruly child in a store, here is an opportunity for you to smile at the child. If you see a cross mother who has lost patience, do not frown at her. Of course, she should be kind and loving and not cross. So then be you kind and loving, even if it is without a word. Do not condemn even silently. Do not condemn.

There is no one in this world who can’t use a little blessing from you. Surprise someone. Surprise everyone. Surprise yourself.

Surely you have your own problems. What of that? That is not the point. The point is that you are here on Earth to give love. You are not here to focus on your problems. You are here to love. Loving doesn’t mean to condone. It means to give a little sweetness to others along the way. You are not indentured to someone because you give. You are free to give, that’s all. If you can help someone carry a package up the steps, why wouldn’t you? You didn’t think of it? Why didn’t you think of it?

You are a humble servant to all on Earth. That is not humiliating. When you see a need, you fill it, and so you raise yourself higher and higher. He who puts a pillow under someone’s head has heightened the world.

Have your eye out for opportunities to leave a trail of love like pebbles on your path.

When you feel bereft, that is prime time for you to give a gift of yourself, not in pride, but in humility, not in need but in the spirit of giving.

No longer overlook even one opportunity to give as you pass by another being. Be like a soft summer breeze. As you open your heart, you open others’ hearts. You open the heart of the world. You welcome life. You venture forth in life. Grab hold of life. As you grab hold, you release your hold, and you give love, and that is the nature of freedom.

Yet the year 2000 dawned, you opened your eyes got out of bed, toddled over to your computers and low and behold they still functioned. You were still there and the world kept twirling. Of course the computer may have had to have a patch, but you moved beyond the terror and the fear, did you not?

 My Beloveds, your perception of time has sped up and the naysayers of doom and gloom continue to spout their Earth destruction scripts to keep their fear based followers glued to their TV sets, IPhones, newspapers and blogs.

There has been so much growth within Mass Consciousness since 1988 My Divine Light Warriors. This planet is no more what it was a moment ago, let alone viewing back to the times when the Mayans calculated their calendars, Nostradamus wrote his predictions, St. John The Divine channeled the Biblical Book of Revelation… and the many other prognosticators brought forth their predications and pronouncements of what would occur in the year 2012.

They saw images and sign posts of massive Earth changes, yes. They saw destruction, yes. They saw death because that is part of the Earth change and destruction, yes. The question is did they look for the positive aspects and report on those findings, no. Did they look for the potentials of the human race and share those, no. Did they gaze into the eyes of a new born baby and find HOPE, no. Did they take into consideration The Creator’s Master Blueprint and how all things Divine fit into the pristine plan for Man’s Highest Good, no.

My Beloveds, those predictors took what they saw literally. They may have even added their own colored interpretation filtered analysis to finalize their assumptions that the world as they saw it would surely no longer exist after December 21, 2012. 

My Beloveds, you know those authors are probably looking down now from the Higher Light Realms going, “I’m sorry for the fear that has been caused due to the writings. I was writing as a human and not the spiritual eternal being that I truly am. Forgive me for forgetting my true Light Origins and scaring everyone to death. I was caught up playing my human part and forgot that I was really a spiritual being”

My Beautiful Beings of Light, you are spiritual beings having a human experience and guess what, if the material Earth essence no longer existed within this very moment in NOW, you still would exist. Yes, you would be in your true energy form and the Earth would be reverted back to its true energy form, but you would still be who you truly are. You have never departed from who you truly are, except for a small allowance of energy that you have loaned to your human physical form experiment to play your part in the Earth Plane Play of Matter and Mass.

My Divine Beings of Light, repeating again, you are eternal beings and regardless of the condition of the physical Earth you will always still be present in your Life Between Lives HOME, which is where you truly reside anyway. Only a very small percentage of your true spiritual energy actually resides on the physical Earth Plane. You are well, you are healthy, you are unconditionally loved, you are happy in your HOME with your spiritual families. You spend your days evolving learning higher spiritual principals. You are carrying on your higher spiritual growth at HOME while your tiny energy particle pieces play your parts that you selected and scripted for them on the Earth Plane stage. These experiences that you scripted and selected for your Earth Plane tiny particle of yourself provide your spiritual essence and The Creator with experience to help broaden your understanding, further your evolutionary growth, provide information, wisdom and teach compassion for others.

So back to the physical aspect of yourself: is the Earth changing, yes; however the Earth has always been changing. The Earth is never static, nor is the Universe static. These changes are cycles within Earth and the Cosmos and there are many. The cycles do not remain static either but those that can help with information within the physical are the indigenous tribes that understand the changes that are occurring. Their history has been passed down from generation to generation by word of mouth in the forms of storytelling of the changes that they have endured. The stories relate what happened and what they did to survive.  

For those fearful of their physical existence looking towards the indigenous tribes for wisdom would be suggested.  

My Beautiful Beings of Light going within yourselves to find your own most perfect answers is another avenue. Your own higher consciousness and wisdom is always available to you. It does take some working to put yourselves back in the grove of accepting that you have the answers within yourselves. It takes some persistence to sit silently without your Blackberry going off and quiet your mind so that you can receive your own higher guidance. You can do this; you’ve just forgotten the way. The Universe doesn’t send text messages or e-mail so you will have to hone your spiritual ears and awareness to listen for that small still voice of guidance. That small still voice is the first answer that pops into your awareness when you ask yourself a question.

The Creator doesn’t have a FACEBOOK page but you certainly can communicate through prayer. Your Angels and Guides don’t blog but they are always around you, it does take your invitation for them to participate in your daily lives My Beloveds. You will be glad to know that your Angels, Guides and The Creator do have a higher form of communication than the local physical human does at this time. They use mental telepathy. It’s time to wrap your techy side around mental telepathy as this is the form of communication that the Universe utilizes besides, symbols, light, color and sound. 

Allow this Messenger to take you on a mediation journey.

Arrange yourself in your chair or lie on a bed so that you are comfortable. Keep your legs and arms from crossing if at all possible as this blocks the flow of energy. Cover yourself with a light blanket if you chill easily. We want you comfortable and undisturbed for a while as you journey within yourself through meditation. 

Close your eyes and take a comfortable deep breath, then comfortably exhale as hard as is possible.  With each in breath, you are breathing in love. With each out breath, you are breathing out fear and doubt. Take another comfortable deep breath in and comfortably exhale just letting all the stress go.  Take another comfortable deep breath in and then just exhaling letting it all go with a sigh as you are breathing out all frustrations of the day.

Feel your body relaxing from your toes to the top of your head. Give yourself permission to feel the calm and peace. Your muscles are feeling loose and limp, so relaxed, so deliciously serene, so wonderfully lazy.  

Direct your ego self to perch on your left shoulder. Instruct your ego self that it is only to be an observer on this journey, it is not to participate. If it helps you to visualize by identifying your ego with a symbol or as an object please do so.

In your imagination ask through prayer for The Creator to send you down a protective Ray of White Light by praying mentally something like this “My Creator I AM asking for a protective Ray of White Light to enfold me and lift me up so that I am experiencing the very highest of vibrations during this journey into my inner most depths of understanding and Being. I am protecting myself My Creator from anything that is not for my highest good on this journey. I am thanking you My Creator for assisting me by sending this Ray. I am visualizing the ray in my imagination now coming down through the corner of the area where I am meditating. It is entering into my physical form, permeating all that is within my I AM presence.”

The Creator has responded to your prayer and has gifted you with an Iridescent White Ray plus Two Golden Fluid Rays for this journey. The Rays are entering into your body through the soles of your feet and moving up through your physical vessel; permeating throughout all of your etheric energy fields & physical vessel and into all corners of the actual area that you are meditating in; then the rays are exiting through your Crown Chakra. The Rays are returning to The Creator and cycling back down through you again and back to The Creator in a continuous circular loop. These protective therapeutic rays are in a continuous circular motion while you are in meditation.

You are now divinely protected at this moment and nothing can even communicate with you, that is not for your highest good, without your permission.

My Divine Beings of Light, You are breathing very slowly and evenly now; you are feeling secure and safe. 

Breathe in deeply My Beautiful Beings of Light and feel the lighter relaxed feelings of being protected & divinely guided into this meditation. Breathe in deeply and know that you are breathing to the Pulse of The Creator. Listen to The Creator’s spiritual heart beat and feel the unconditional love that courses through you each time you think about this moment.

Breathe in deeply allowing and seeing within your spiritual imagination your Guardian Angels and invited Spirit Guides as they join you.  The Angels take your etheric essence hands and guides you out of your physical body and directs you into your Etheric Spiritual Heart Chakra. An Angel has been stationed to stay with your physical essence until you return from your meditation journey.

You are seeing, feeling and sensing this within your imagination, Your Guardian Angels, Spirit Guides and special invited guests are now within your Spiritual Heart Chakra with you. Your Angels and Guides are helping you locate the Golden Door that says “To My Highest Guidance Within” you turn the etheric spiritual door knob and cross over the threshold knowing that you are on a spiritual growth adventure.

You find yourself in a White Marble Corridor. Your Angels scurry you down the hall and point you to a door on your left labeled “Earth Changes”. You turn the handle and step inside. There you will find an old brown leather chair in the middle of the room.

In front of the chair is a large clear crystal globe. You take a seat in the chair, the Angels hand you a bag of popcorn and a container of water. The Angels flip a switch on the wall and the globe lights up. You see before you the creation of the entire Universe. You see the Earth forming. You see each stage of development that occurs on the Earth in a rather fast forward mode. The animation stops briefly where the Earth is currently today. The picture continues through the million or so more changes that the Earth will take on its way to becoming a planet ball, void of all atmosphere drifting in space awaiting its next collision with space debris. The Angels relay that the Sun too has evolved as has the entire Universe. Nothing is as it was, and this is as it should be. The globe slows down and darkens then stops. 

The Angels relay that these changes have taken millions upon millions of year. They remind you that NOW is the only real moment that you have. What awaits you physical vessel is to unfold in Divine Timing. You are an eternal being having a human experience. The Physical Mass known as the Universe could be gone but your spiritual essence would live on.

The question that The Angels would like for you to take back and ponder is, can you allow and accept that you are this eternal spiritual being? You will always BE, regardless of what is transpiring with physical mass and material stuff.

You shake your head in understanding. You agree to take the question back and ponder on it. You know in your heart that what they have relayed feels true, it is working to have the Ego self and conscious mind agree that there is more of you, even though you cannot see it with your physical eyes.

Your Angels guide you back out the door and back into the hallway. You instantly find yourself back in the White Marble Corridor.  

You catch a glimpse of your glowing Essence in the mirror, the true you that you are. Your Angels lead you back across the golden threshold door, back into your Spiritual Heart Chakra and then they assist the return of your spiritual Essence back into your physical form.

Wiggle your fingers and toes and when ready open your eyes. Go about your day remembering that your Inner Higher Wisdom and Angelic support staff are always at your service working with you to help you reach your highest most appropriate potential.

Beloveds you are blessed beyond words and loved beyond measure, more than any Earth Plane language can ever express.

The Infinity Loop that continually flows forth before you is filled with Divine potential; however, the Infinity Loops around you in your personal Creator wheel must contain the thought forms of harmonious frequencies to support your vision. You are assured that your desires/visions will manifest in the perfect way and perfect time if you stay centered in your Sacred Heart and maintain clarity of thought and action. Remember, the human Spirit cannot be defeated, for it is composed of God-stuff and is therefore indestructible. The Spark of Divinity that has been allotted to each of you is immortal and eternal.

The world you now live in is not a reflection of the world that was planned for you. Stored within your DNA are etheric time capsules which hold the memory Essence of all your past lives. You have separated and refracted yourself thousands of times; however, you have memory cells of your Divinity waiting to be accessed and incorporated into your Being. These memory cells are the building blocks of your Light Body. It is a time of attuning to the consciousness of your body elemental, and you must make time for introspection in order to develop spiritual sensitivity. You must make a habit of continually monitoring and controlling your STATE OF MIND as you move deeper and deeper into the process of ascension and the expansion of your conscious awareness. Gradually, a good portion of your memory of past events will begin to fade as you move out of the realm of the instinctual brain/mind into the realm of the higher mind.

Over time, humankind became sense-conscious instead of remaining God-conscious, thereby gradually losing the opportunity for Self-expression. The inspiration and guidance of the Higher Self and the Soul were gradually replaced by the nudgings of the ego desire body. Original thought became a thing of the past as humanity became stuck in the illusional, collective consciousness realm of thought. Your beliefs and concepts of truth became rigid, structured and often distorted. As you gradually lost the connection to your internal guidance, you began to focus on the outer world, and you became mostly a reactor, rather than an initiator.

Those who are functioning within the frequency environment of the discordant third and fourth dimensions rely on their subconscious and conscious minds to store information / knowledge. Some are better at retaining and retrieving information than others; however, it is ineffectual and/or distorted in many instances. Remember, knowledge must be integrated and used in an appropriate, efficient way in order to be retained as wisdom. The chakras are subconscious mind centers. In the beginning, these centers worked in perfect harmony; however, gradually over time the spectrum of duality became stronger and more prevalent, and your vibrational patterns became more discordant. As the chakra system is balanced and harmonized, the power centers of the chakras begin to work in unison for the greatest good of the host instead of warring with each other for supremacy.

When you exist in the first four inner-dimensional levels of the brain, you are in an Earth-bound state of consciousness. Your focus is on “self,” your personal interests and the bodily sensations of the five outer senses: sight, sound, smell, taste and feeling. This is the realm of the ego desire body and the personal self since the greater portion of your Soul Consciousness has withdrawn into your Soul Star within the Eighth Chakra, approximately eight to ten inches above the crown of your head. There is a strong, narrow-minded focus on others and the world, with rigid, self-serving opinions.

In order to effect change, you must consciously choose a positive alternative to negative, habitual responses. You must diligently strive to release and clear old, impacted thought forms that are keeping you stuck in limitation. Many of you have made great progress in the process of balancing and/or clearing the imperfections within your auric field. It is imperative that you clear the destructive/distorted thought patterns of the past so that you can create the new, empowering blueprint of the future. During your nightly review of your day, envision a positive alternative to negative situations in your life, and then focus on that vision unerringly. You must keep the channel of communication open between the Soul and the brain via the mind. This initiates the slow reactivation process of the Pineal gland and the opening of the portal to the Sacred Mind, which is located at the back portion of the brain, close to the crown of the head.

Gradually, as you progress into the higher, semi-balanced, third dimension and lower, sub-levels of the fourth dimension, awareness begins to expand to include select others–those who fit into your accepted realm of thinking and being. Your acceptance and love for others have conditions, for your personal needs and desires are still foremost. However, your love and compassion quotient begins to expand to include those who fit comfortably into your picture of reality.

You begin to listen to the small voice of your consciousness or your Soul Self; however, you do not always following its guidance. Some of your deep-seated habits become burdens, and you begin the process of attempting to change or release them. Thus, the battle between the ego and the Higher Self begins. Gradually, the ego takes a secondary position as the servant of the Soul. Your personality slowly begins to change, for the ego no longer controls your emotions and your desire impulses. Your viewpoint of others gradually changes also, and you begin to see situations from a higher, broader point of view. Ascension is mind-expanding, a process of passing from one state of consciousness into another. Your awareness gradually expands to include all humanity, the Earth, the solar system and the higher universal laws. No longer is your focus on the little self. The ultimate goal is to become a galactic Being and to eventually attain a universal consciousness.

When you attain and maintain some of the frequency patterns of the higher fourth dimension and the entry level vibrational patterns of the fifth dimension, a Soul merge of the facet of your Higher Self that resides within your Soul Star begins. The Higher Soul Self gradually sends down the Essence of a portion of your Higher Self into your Sacred Heart Center. This action, in turn, will ignite the Three-Fold Flame (Divine Love, Divine Wisdom, Divine Will/Power) within your Solar Power Center, which encompasses the heart, thymus and throat area. When this process is completed, you will have integrated the attributes, qualities and virtues of that portion of your Soul Self. Thereafter, the next higher level of your etheric Higher Self will descend and take up residency with your Soul Star, awaiting ITS turn to merge with you. This process will repeat itself over and over again, as you merge with greater and greater facets of your Divine Self.

The earlier in life you begin to listen to the nudgings of your Soul and Higher Self, the easier it is to bring the ego and the personality self under control. Your Soul-self, which has an inborn sense of right and wrong, will grow stronger and stronger if you take heed. Or it will gradually become silent if you do not. As the power of the Soul expands, sensitivity increases, and your thoughts, desires and actions become more refined and loving. The Light of the intellect, the Light of reason, brings wisdom and understanding, for it supplies the mental nature with the fuel that enables you to comprehend and master the world of form.

Be aware that forgiveness means to release or resolve imbalanced frequency patterns you have created between yourself and others as you strive to return to center. Forgiveness means freeing yourself from negative emotions so that you may continue to receive the Adamantine Particles of Divine Light. Remember, the pure Essence of the Creator that you draw forth into your Sacred Heart must be ignited / activated via the frequencies of unconditional love.

The 2,000-year Piscean Age was ruled by the emotional nature and the astral planes of the fourth dimension. The next 2,000 years, the age of Aquarius, will focus on the science of spirituality and the mental nature as humanity gradually moves into and becomes acclimated to the highest levels of the fourth dimension and the lower to mid-level frequencies of the fifth dimension. With you, the Star Seed, leading the way, humanity will gradually adjust to a new, expanded Self-awareness, which will become the accepted norm. An aspirant on the path must traverse the sub-planes of the astral plane and gain control of the emotional / astral body and the lower nature, thereby balancing the three lower chakra centers and initiating the activation of the Sacred Fire of the Kundalini stored within the Root Chakra.

In the future, it will also be normal to live within the aura of a master, a distinguished Being of Light or, on rare occasions, an archangel. You, the aspirants on the Path, are building a bridge between the material world and the world of Spirit. You must be diligent in your search for the truth, and you must have an intense desire and willingness to serve if you are to join the ranks of the masters. You are now in the process of adjusting to the higher frequencies of electromagnetic Light currents. The Soul-self encourages you to become consciously aware of the universal laws so that you may take full advantage of your God-given creative abilities. All facets of manifestation begin internally, and any concept or abstract idea to be birthed must go through an incubation stage before it can become a reality in the world of form.

You must take back the personal power you have given to others. Also, consciously releasing the energy everyone else has placed in your auric field or attached to your Solar Plexus is a primary phase of the returning to balance and harmony process, which is required in order to once more become a master of Self. The path to higher consciousness will eventually result in directly experiencing your God Self / I AM Presence and the splendor and majesty of the Creator in one of ITS many forms.

• It is vital that you remain in the protective custody of a golden-white sphere of God Light, where you are assured security, inspiration and guidance.

• You qualify your breath with the energy of your intentions. Your Sacred Breath and intentions add fuel to your visions.

• The human Spirit cannot be defeated, for it is composed of “God Light” and, therefore, is indestructible.

• You must build your own Light center in order to claim your Sun-ship.
  The triad of Sun-ship: THE BRILLIANCE OF YOUR DIAMOND CORE GOD CELL, PLUS THE LIGHT OF YOUR SOUL AND THE GLOW OF YOUR SACRED HEART, CREATE THE RADIANCE OF YOUR AURIC FIELD OF LIGHT. 

We emphasize again, there is an urgent need for trained, dedicated WORLD SERVERS. Initiation is now a group event–not an individual attainment. As you strive for Self-mastery, you must be willing to assist those on the path behind you in some way so that as you are lifted up, so is all humanity. The Soul has a natural inclination toward group-consciousness. It is your Soul which is seeking reunification, not the personality.

My brave ones, be very sure that your primary focus at your present stage of life is that which you desire to experience in the future years of dramatic expansion of consciousness and the world changes which are now in progress. Be mindful and aware every moment so that your focus becomes one-pointed and clear, for you are creating your new world of tomorrow, one thought at a time. We are ever near to guide and direct you.

                                                                 In questioning your abilities you put a clamp on them and stop the flow.   Trust is the divine element and trust of one self is major.  I know that if I pour sweets into the body it tells me faithfully that I will not function to my full capacity.  The question then is anyone listening?  The amazing thing happens when you know you aren't happy at your job and the next thing ....for whatever reason the company doesn't have any more work for you to do.  It is a mutual agreement, and was meant to lead you elsewhere even back to the heart.  People are subconsciously aware of your energy.  Radiate peace by surrounding yourself with a blanket of harmonious energy, God is the seat of all life and resides in you.  When one thing is taken from you a new presentation/slide will be offered.  To increase energy breathe deeply and exhale very slowly and feel replenished.  While letting go of tension, strain......give up the struggle and give up the ego that drives you into a twisted mess with its prideful script.  Push down the shoulders and longate the neck,  leave the false burdens behind.  Our blueprint is perfect, reveal the beauty within and see it in others.   Agree to do the thing you love whole heartedly and then say no to the demands you cannot keep.  Feel the depth of your soul and give it the love it deserves.

I think I've got most of the disbelief stuff covered, by allowing for  most of my world to simply exist without my interference. But when it comes to believing, there is this recurring tendency to slip back into the greatest killer of all manifestation: "Let's wait and see"....

And thus I lie aimlessly on the couch, with most of my domestic chores done, and no real things that can (in any of my viewpoints) be considered excitement. Because the moment I start thinking about the things that do excite me, I'm too attached and thus not busy in alignment with my highest purpose.

And trying to figure out something more of the unimaginable simplicity of this Grand Design is way below my present complexity of mind. I need to simplify, forget all the rules I learned. It is just this feeling in my chest, that won't rise above: "OK, so I'm here. What's next?"  No fire there, because the fire got me nowhere in the last few years. At least nowhere I cared to go, that is....

Sure, stuff happened that wasn't exactly bad, but it also wasn't what I'd asked for. It just shaped my life in a way I never would have imagined it, and thus can be pretty much considered "out of control". But then maybe that's the point: enjoying whatever happens rather than making happen what you enjoy most...

I've learned so far that I have no influence in the world outside me, other than that I  should change what's inside me. But at the same time I'm told I'm perfect as I am, so why change? One tells me to get rid of the ego, the other tells me to accept it. I am just me, not really aiming at being better than anyone else, so most probably I never will be. But I would love a bit more belief, in both myself and whatever happens outside me. But I guess like anything in this world, that will have to grow one strand at a time, before I ever notice it.

We cannot tell you enough, that you must keep returning to self love and you will find that all solutions will be found to what it is that is keeping you from moving forward. The vibration of judgment and lack of forgiveness for yourselves, are vibrations which hold you in your ego body. You raise your vibrations as you return to the vibration of love of self. The vibration of love is the vibration which will most greatly assist you in finding solutions. You have been told often, that the solution is always found at a higher vibration than the problem which you are seeking to solve. This is great wisdom for you to remember and will assist you in once again moving forward Apply this to all areas of your lives, Dear Ones, and your path will once again be cleared and lightened and your way will be clear to move forward once again.

As we ask you to “stop and smell the roses”, you will find you will be able to do so, when you have returned to the vibration of love. Seek joy, Dear Ones, seek joy and love and remember that this lifetime will be completed in a short moment of eternity. Do you want to live this life in pain and suffering or do you want to live it in love and joy? It is a choice that each of you must make and we give you this information to guide you in accessing love and joy.

Take the time to be in nature, as the grounding influence of your mother earth and the nature spirits will assist you in returning to the love within your Sacred Heart. Lie down upon your mother earth and feel yourselves sink within her loving embrace as she allows you to let go of all that does not serve you, and she absorbs it within her loving embrace. Feel yourselves sink down into her soil and release all that has brought forth your feelings of being “stuck”. Release it, and lay in the embrace of mother earth and become aware of the nature devas and spirits all around you, loving you, assisting you, embracing you, if you will let them. Quiet moments in nature will do much to refresh you in your daily lives.

Take this time, Dear Ones, take a salt bath, light a candle, take a long walk, do what pleases you, when you find yourselves unable to move forward. For those of you who feel you do not have the time to do this, we ask you, how much time are you wasting being in your lack of forward movement? We assure you, you do have the time. You will renew and refresh yourselves, and rejuvenate yourselves. And finally, take particular time to meditate within the love of your Sacred Heart. Feel this love, be this love. You complete the circle as you had moved away from the love of your Sacred Heart, and now you will be able to move back into the love of your Sacred Heart.

How can you assist us to clear repetitive behavior patterns which we see in ourselves, but have been unable to change or transmute?

Dear Ones, this messenger has an analogy which was given to her, to assist her in recognizing behavior patterns which did not serve her. It is an analogy which also allowed her to see the humor in these situations. When you find yourselves repeating a behavior pattern which does not serve you, see the visualization of a juke box, and you may assign a number to the particular behavior. When you find yourself bringing forth the behavior which does not serve you, see the juke box in your mind, see the button associated with this behavior being pushed, and you may see the juke box jumping up and down and side to side as its “buttons” are pushed. We hope this bit of humor will assist you in seeing behaviors you would like to change, as they come forth in your life. And the humor may assist you in the moment, to lighten up and shift the behavior.

Dear Ones, you take yourselves so seriously. If you could see yourselves as we see you, you would not be so serious. You are divine, glorious, beings of light, of a magnificence that you are unable to see, or comprehend. We ask you to know that it is so, and you have all the gifts, talents and abilities to transcend all that does not serve you.

What other wisdom would you like to offer regarding clearing repetitive behavior patterns?

We ask you to intensify your use of the Violet Flame. Identifying the patterns that you choose to release is such a great stride toward moving forward. When you are honest with yourselves and do the self inquiry work needed to help you move forward, you are living in the truth and integrity which will assist you toward forward movement. Self inquiry is of great importance in moving forth. Identify the behavior patterns which are keeping your from a higher truth. Call on the Violet Flame, call on St Germaine, Lady Portia, Archangel Zadkiel, Lady Amethyst, and call on all the angels of the Violet Flame, who are here to assist you in working with the Violet Flame. Call forth your I Am Presence, to active the Violet Flame.

The Violet Flame will come forth from the higher realms, and it will come forth to you from within the earth. The Violet Flame will then blaze forth through your Sacred Heart. It is as if you are surrounded in a whirlwind of this cool and transforming flame. You will not be given more than you are able to use, and when you intensify your use of the Violet Flame, you will be given more. Daily, use the Violet Flame. Each time you find yourselves in one of the repetitive behavior patterns you would like to change, transmute it with the Violet Flame. Throughout the day, breathe the Violet Flame, send it down into the earth as a gift, and bring it back up and out through your Sacred Heart center, front and back, in the form of the infinity sign, as you exhale. Breathe it out to the earth, humanity and all life forms.

Fill yourselves with the Violet Flame and intend that you carry the Violet Flame in your field at all times, and as you breathe in and out, that you send it out to earth and al life forms. You will be given more as you use the Violet Flame to transform yourselves and assist all others around you.

There is an ebb and flow, as you integrate that which you have learned and that which is being presented to you, to learn. Allow yourselves, to move within the ebb and flow. Your ebb and flow is also affected by the planetary bodies and astrological events. As you become aware of this, it will assist you, as you understand that there are greater forces at work in the Divine plan, and the Divine blueprint has many intricate workings which affect each and every one of you. Know that you cannot always be aware of the nuances of that which is occurring in the ascension process. Return to the love within your hearts, always, Dear Ones, and you will be able to flow in the divine timing, and the ebb and flow of the universe.
