Creating the partnership between ego and Spirit, an aspect of your healing journey for each lifetime, is one of many life purposes. Another is to create wholeness in your heart, so that your heart energy includes the combined aspects of the high and low heart energies. The high heart is the spirit-filled, unconditional love energy of your divine heritage. The low heart reflects the karmic journey, soul wounds and other energies gathered over lifetimes of experience in the emotional energy of the third dimension. Heart wholeness occurs when these two energies are blended, allowing the low heart to be healed and reflect the unconditional love the high heart holds for it.

Expressing gratitude for the reality you are leaving helps you to release even the hint of a nuance that you are seeking to "run away from" the reality you are presently experiencing. Understand since you contain it all — each and every reality you have ever experienced – the idea that it is possible to "leave behind" any reality is illusory. If you are seeking to "get away from" a reality, you will carry thoughtforms about what you "don't want" into your new reality and begin re-creating them there.

The mass consciousness is gradually taking on more light. Every day, in our interactions with people and with others, and in our private moments and meditations, we are unraveling karma, metaphorically unsnarling the threads of karma that we carry within us and which we often feel as emotions.

As this karmic energy is released, it lightens our vibration and raises our energy, but we often don’t notice the improvement, because we are dealing with wave after wave of emotional energy.

The emotional energy we feel is connected to the solar activity. Solar storms release energy, some of it scalar energy, and this affects our energy systems as well.

We are eventually opening up to a new dimension, but this is what we would call an inner dimension, a dimension that is inside of us instead of outside of us. Religious thinkers called this a spiritual dimension. Modern thinkers might call it a dimension within your own being, a mental dimension or mental plane.

Knowing that we are surrounded by energy that awaits our bidding can make us feel very powerful. Being aware of the constant presence of energetic assistance is a source of comfort and reminds us that we are always supported. But before we take this knowledge and run with it we have to consider the role that emotions play because while we can be powerful with our emotional energy, we are not always powerful in our emotional energy.

Emotions are the energy of the third dimension and they are very powerful and we can do amazing things when we need to. When one of my children was six years old he jumped out of the car before it was stopped, as my husband was parking, and got his foot stuck under the tire. My husband got so scared he couldn't move. Within seconds I jumped out of the car, ran around to the other side, lifted the car and pulled his foot out-even though I was eight months pregnant.… Read the rest

Yesterdays post drew some interesting responses from my Facebook friends, so you won’t see the comments on this website. The reaction was to the idea that if people experience a catastrophe, they are responsible for creating it. So in other words a victim is responsible for creating the situation where they are victimized. This in fact is the case. Now before you send out a lot of emotional energy, please pause and take at LEAST three very deep breaths. I will now attempt to explain this in a way that everyone has the opportunity to understand. Please be willing to  expand your current life perspective. Your life may actually depend on it.

My perspective is that I literally create what I experience in my life. Because there are veils in place, I don’t know all or even most of the details of why I created what I created. (These veils are being consecutively lifted as we proceed with the Consciousness Shift.) I live in a hologram called “life on Planet Earth”. This hologram is like a movie or TV show.… Read the rest
