Last weekend I was given a beautiful vision of what my Higher Self looks like. I was shown her silhouette and her white dress. The area focused upon was the chest, ie the seat of the feeling centre.
I could also see her face smile at my friends and I. It was a stunning realization to be brought face to face with her while I was doing a movements class at my spiritual groups weekend.
As I was doing a movement involving moving gently and resting alternating hands on my chest, I could not recognize my body. It was as if my body was made of this entirely new different material.
I could see the white dress, and I could sense also that my movements were directed by a higher presence, other than my ordinary self. There was a sense of continued, elegant moves, balanced and serene.

I guess she deeply touched me by her remarkable and unforgettable presence. I could sense her feelings and thoughts. It was a truly magical few moments, that I will never forget.… Read the rest

the sky is so blue..

the air so crisp you can feel

its edges touch your face..

there is a feeling of delight

and wonder….a warm sweater…some mittens

allow the body to stay warm

as you  embrace the cold  …

allowings it's  touch to lift your spirit

into heavens presence…

there can be no doubt that this moment

is a gift…a treasure..

it brings a smile upon the countenance…

now…precious…precious hearts…

allow the smile …the feeling…the beauty

of that moment to be felt

within each moment…

within each now…

simply walk in the wonder

of love's presence..

for that very attitude

will bring you home…

stay in the wonder for that is where

the magic abides….

Welcome back! We are one with you again this morning.

I am the Great Sphinx of Giza. I have guarded this land and its many treasures, some secret some not, for a long long time. My guardianship period is soon coming to a close because the duty I perform will no longer be required. This will be a wonderful day for all of humanity when this happens. I can raise up and walk the land with my brothers and sisters and all will be as it should be again.

Until then, I wait, watch, protect, guard and keep silent of the secrets I know. I do speak. You are hearing me and as for your nose giving you a slight problem, it’s just my way of saying to you 'welcome to my world, my Egypt, my face'.
