joy and soul exploration of a blue green colour named the ninth ray of
the Creator’s soul. It is the energy of joy that I adore placing or

The financial consciousness of planet earth changes into a
higher brighter light exhibiting finer more defined lines of
manifestation. In the past you have always looked to others for
support and a foot up – now as the worlds face confusion you worry
like an old woman, who asks, ‘Who will be there if I fall?’ Fear lines
your thoughts.

The question, little ones, is why do you want
to fall at all? Are you or are you not in charge of creating
your life? Or you just a victim of happenstance? Why do you want to
fuel your life stream with such down trodden thoughts and creations?
You are just learning to fly, leaving the nest of what was your safe
space and building a place even the Angels would be jealous of.

So
many of you are ready to leap and risk leaving the nest; so many of
you are ready to really learn to fly. No more straddling the razor
blade fence of indecision. Grasp what is golden about you and your
world and your decisions. Hold on for dear life and swing into a
bright shiny future.

Many have learned to play the part of
martyr and savior, whipping post and slave – now its time to try on
the costume of Deserving. We see within the souls of so many of you

Optimism vs. Pessimism, and inbetween

I somehow always find something to think and feel about, during the waits at work, which are frequent. Todays point of pondering was my boss, who came to share with me his observations about my work behaviour. Not so much the quality of work, but the quantity. Now I arrive as the first, and consequently am also the first to leave in the afternoon. When I asked to work longer on wednesday, so I could leave an hour early on thursday, he had that confirmed in writing, so there would be no confusion. But, he had deduced from my written status update every day that I sometimes left half an hour early (not true), had seen me keep a coffee break with the guys when I usually don’t (happened once) and he neglected to notice that usually my lunch break is minimal, unlike my colleagues who take the full half hour….

And then when I told him I’d work half an hour longer from now on, he said he didn’t want that, thus creating a conflict of free will between us.… Read the rest

enormous cycles of letting go.

re-surfacing to be healed and released. The present being shifted into a

Day 4 – Reclaim your Body Temple

Today we begin… Right here and now, we take total personal responsibility and cancel contracts, etc. We breathe and find our center. We meditate. With these simple steps we have opened a doorway to reclaim our minds. The past two days experiences have given a glimpse of what can be achieved with daily practice. As we progress, weave the previous days experiences into more intricate patterns during your day. Catch yourself as you commute to work. Someone challenges you on the road, send Love. Breathe consciously for a few minutes for every hour worked. Bring these new awarenesses into your life. We have started to reclaim our mind and now we begin to support our bodies.

What do you eat? Do you know where it comes from? Do you know what it is made of? Can you pronounce all the ingredients? Do you look at the ingredients? Are you completely aware of the food and beverages you ingest on a daily basis? Are you conscious in this area of your life? Is your food prepared in a Loving manner?
