Hello to you, we are speaking to you in kind; in the kindest of ways we meet you!

We are the Pegasians and we wish to bring tidings of joy and camaraderie into your dear hearts, to this moment we are choosing to be present with you!

We speak to you in kind. In this kindness we are in an allowing state of the hearts resonance. To be kind, to be in kindness, it is not in a way guilt ridden. We wish to address this state of guilt and how often you might find yourself within that state of being..

Being a light worker as you say. Yes being a warrior of light, and yet to be kind, sometimes one is in a hard way to understand how to be in agreement with this resonance with kindness.

Again we reiterate, to be in kindness is to not be in a state of guilt. To be in your heart space is not to be in state of guilt.

Good morning Beloved, we greet you on this fine spring day.

What is the nature of guilt, you ask? It is insidious – in fact contagious – as it is spread from one to another. It is a form of abuse. It is birthed by lack of true power, but one’s feeling of inadequacy and inferiority. Of course, intellectually this is not true, but the young child or innocent or unaware One does not know this within themselves to block it from its inception.

Guilt is a result of believing that One is less than another and so deserves the infliction upon them, the judgement, the role of the abused. It is a partner in the victim-perpetrator duo. One incites guilt upon another to control or manipulate an outcome they perceive as correct and the victim believes it is true and so conforms, denying their own right to know what they believe as true. Let go of past error. Let go of that which you see as error, and let it be over and done with. If you made a mistake, do not compound it with guilt. Free yourself from guilt. Guilt is not good for you. Guilt is a stamp you put on yourself. With a hot iron, you brand yourself guilty again and again. When you don't have something new to feel guilty about, you find something from an old reservoir to plague yourself with. The one to forgive is yourself. The best is yet to come. Guilt is a self-lashing that deters the good to come.

Guilt is self-recrimination.

Guilt is a ghost from the past.

Let go of guilt as you would take your finger off a burning stove.

Unbind yourself from guilt. It is as if you have tied yourself up with a rope of guilt. Guilt is not atonement. Getting rid of guilt is atonement.

We come to a few weeks of release to prepare for great expansion. The contraction, the going within, the choice that gives direction and momentum to life formed anew. It is the bold choice. Look around you at the human angels that reflect your Divinity to you. Do you notice that you move faster? Do you notice that you move easier? Do you notice that you love them more, even in challenge? This is the way of it. As you Love yourself more, you Love All more. Remember that as we go within to the darkest place, warrior. The place of shame. You do not go alone, for there are legions with you. They celebrate you in timeless wonder and Love. Knowing each choice you’ve ever made as valuable to the improvement of Life. Knowing you as the brilliant Light of Love that you are.

I bid you good day. We begin this topic with an exploration of a subject that, in some ways, has been considered mythical, a little of the folkloric, and a little of the ancient mysteries, as well as a topic that in modern times is what you would consider your science fiction. Of course the topic relates to all of these and to none of these, as we will soon discover. I have purposely decided to introduce the subject to you of my own accord, without the channel's assistance, for I wished to unfold it for you gracefully, that you would see all of its aspects.

                                  Yesterday I had to deal with a situation that was a bit disturbing and depressing and so…..I thought the best I could do to get over the mood that prevailed was to idle….I took out my childrens old musical toys out and played them,  then I listened to a childrens cd called "Nice People You Are."  Then I went bumbling….no purpose to wandering….I ended up at the park by myself on a carousel.  I just went round and round several times and didn’t get off when the whistle blew…..I was finally coming alive soaking in the day and deliberately slowing down.  Doing nothing is profoundly healing, like living "A Sunday," all year long.  Devotion to self and pleasure and family is kind, so is napping.  I had all but forgotten "the guilt," in doing nothing in a society that dotes on separation and guilt….but…..I reminded myself in days of the victorian era that was the last thing on anyones mind.  Lolling about was for its restorative purpose, as Keats was quoted:  Evenings steep’d in honied indolence, now that is the way to transcend.  Perhaps like lightening on a summer day, the air seemed crisp and my thoughts philosophical.  The bird called "the phoenix," is mythical as told in story form but I think it had its existance and is immortal just like all of us.  In allowing a day such as this to bloom in ways unimaginable by the time I had to work at my night job I was ready and happy to serve others.… Read the rest
