I have been asked to put out this information by the group that I channel. They call themselves "The Constant companions", and have given me instructions to write down something they have titled "the manuscript of survival". Some of the information contained in it may sound dramatic, but I do not think it comes as a surprise to anyone who have opened their eyes to the world we are currently living in. Even though their choice of words may seem harsh at times, I experience them as loving beings that are here to guide us trough this dramatic re-birth of this wonderful planet we call earth.

Good evening to you. Just wondering how things are going with you? Down here on the ground we are playing our part to the best of our ability but it sure is nice to have some friendly words of encouragement and advise from your perspective on our worldly matters .

We thank you for your inspiration also to connect up with us when you FEEL it the right time. Continuing on a journey that most of you consider to be treacherous here and there, we would like to convey our condolences to those who FEEL that this is how it is to be.

Mount Shasta is one of the seven sacred mountains of our planet. The legend of the mountain includes stories about angels, spirit-guides, UFOs, extraterrestrials, and great masters.

Lemurians allegedly live in the underground city of Telos. This city serves as an inter-planetary and inter-dimensional portal. Telos is also called “The Crystal City of Light of the Seven Rays.” In the future Telos will manifest on the planet’s surface. We of the Arcturian Group come today to tell you of the many changes taking place on your planet. You see so much chaos, but you do not see the light that is bursting forth from within the chaos. We see the pockets of shadow now beginning to integrate the light frequencies that you are sending and holding. Many are awakening and are also adding their new light consciousness to the shadow. We do not say dark, evil, or use these type of terms because all darkness is simply the absence of light and these words carry an energy that adds to the shadow. As you know, the frequency of the planet and of humanity’s energy signature is rising in preparation for the approaching New Age.  The higher the frequency of an entity’s energy signature the more spiritually evolved that entity can become.  A low frequency tends to be dense, almost leaden, and it is very difficult for Knowledge or Love to flow through it.  Consequently, it is very difficult for beings whose frequency is low to communicate, and they get lost within themselves, rather like the proverbial ostrich with its head in the sand.

However, every sentient being has within itself a divine imperative to evolve – and it will.  But when it does so, it is through its own choice…although, of course, it has all the time necessary to see, understand, and make that choice.  It is a choice it cannot fail to make because it is God’s Will that it do so, and because at the deepest level it is one with God, therefore God’s Will is its will.

For an entity’s spiritual evolution to progress, spiritual communication is essential, and that basically consists of Love and Knowledge.… Read the rest
