Love is our discussion today as Love is forever a part of your existence and journey that is leading you to constant discovery of yourself in all you do and your eternal link with God.

To love God precious hearts, is to love life. The love for your life is the intensification of your diligent efforts to maintain your course of love action on the path of your journey of spiritual life that equivocally effects ALL aspects of your everyday life. And this includes loving the job that you are currently occupying.

Your present occupation may for some be boring, cause of much anguish, done for the money and not the joy, etc., can of course be looked at as joyous if looking with loving hearts. Any occupation you do or have done can be of light if you think of light and of love always. That which brings you discomfort, causes you to be hungry, fatigued from several hours on your feet and the list of the negative side effects of work place scenarios is endless. In the work you do everyday precious ones is the potential to learn and gives you the possibility of seeing what is in front of you with a new, fresh viewpoint of how to Master your God given qualities and merge those with your spiritual changes to complete every aspect of your life.

The trials and tribulations that you have endured that have been as a result of a job or situation that involved not only you but many others are given to you precious ones to develop your coping skills, learn new workable strategies, and how to get along better with little to no negative thoughts, words or actions getting in the way. Sometimes even while working on your spiritual journey, you find yourself becoming tired, especially after manoeuvring through so many tough challenges. Look at what you have accomplished dear ones, with fresh eyes and a loving heart. See how you have grown. Find time in your day to love yourself for a few precious moments. Allow yourself solitude even for 5 minutes with your eyes closed of steady deep relaxing breathing. And say either softly out loud or to yourself, “I have done well”. Smile at the words. We tell you these words all the time. It makes a big difference when you can hear them even from your own voice.

Dear precious hearts, I urge you to greet each day with a transformed spirit, a compassionate heart and a love for life that is full and pure. Knowing this is not easy some days is even more important to make this happen. Start your day filled with as much love you can muster. Ask God, your guides, angels, even me, to step in to enrich you with further Light and Love that will pick up your spirit where you are struggling. Have faith dear ones that you are progressing and we congratulate each of you. Remember precious hearts, where there is chance or opportunity to learn there is also opportunity given to expand your dear hearts and love even more.

Every time you are able to accept all your actions with love, even the drudgery ones, your Holy Christ consciousness also comes into action and the air around you shines with unmistakable pure love of who you are and of God. When you speak to God even inwardly, you are reinforcing the connection you have always had. The engagement between you and God will become stronger and so will your fulfillment of your daily lives because you have subconsciously invited God into life to guide you through the many footsteps of your day.

The pure love that you introduce in all parts of you life will encourage happiness, harmony, joy, Mastery of specific qualities, patience and so much more. It is too easy to look at some of your tasks with unfriendly eyes, but the repercussions of allowing unkind thoughts, words or actions to be considered is much more harmful. Being that you are a child of Light; of God, it is preferred that you walk in your heavenly light as much as spiritually and physically possible.

Acceptance is necessary for all parts of your growth precious ones. Once you are able to accept all the many diverse parts of your efforts, including all the boring parts, you will open yourself to receiving more light and attracting more love into your heart and life. I know some days will be more challenging than other days. That is only natural. As you are given days that require extra attention because they are filled with much needed lessons that will increase your spiritual growth and personal satisfaction. You have within you dear ones, a wealth of information, and not only information academically learned. But information of your soul, your body and heart. Learn to go to this information. Go into the deep depths of your heart, remove any blockages and see what there is for you to learn and be amazed. It is all about you and your effect on the world where you live and as a whole.

Precious hearts, being I am the Lord of Love, I am filled with an over abundance of love today and I am sharing it with all of you. Don’t think your day at work as mundane and boring, or your studies as tiresome. Look with a positive heart and see all the potential you have been given today. Many blessings surround each of you, and one of them is a gift from God and that is to smile often. Allow yourself to feel that smile grow across your angelic faces, some of you may blush, and that precious hearts is beautiful. As you smile, so is God. Find ways to laugh everyday that will increase Light into your life and lift your heart, body and soul to higher octaves of your spirituality.

I AM your God-Self,
Speaking to all humanity ~
 
Dearest Ones, I AM the Self of all humanity as humanity has one Source of Self. You are all souls and  bodies of Mine, but your Self, your Divine Source is One. It is your soul which makes you believe that you and your loved ones and all your human  brothers and sisters are separated from one another. You say: this is my soul and this is their soul. This is so because of your thought process. It is the thinking mind which perceives separation.

 
So it is a matter of how deep you look for your roots. If you look truly deep and if it is your heart’s desire to find the deepest truth of your being, you will find and experience that it is mindless and utterly heart satisfaction, where all your searches halt and die.
 
In this depth there is no separation from your  Source condition which some of you call God. Your Source Condition is your True Lover and when you begin to experience this Love you know that it is Unique because it is a Love which is Greater than any of the deepest love you can feel for your human lover.
 
You might think that it is not possible, you might think that your undying love for your beloved is the greatest love which exists.
 
But not so: there is a greater love and it is the Love of God which always Loved you first. If you allow this Love to touch you, you will know and you will know that you cannot share this love with your beloved but only with God, your Source.
 
Each heartache you suffer in your relationship with your most beloved one, each loss and each hurt, which breaks your heart and you believe cannot be survived, is healed by the Love of God.
 
To feel this Ultimate Love you must empty your heart of yourself, so that your Divine Lover can enter. He enters a space in your heart that you never can share with your beloved, it is the sacred space Reserved for God Himself. The Love with Which He Loves you is ultimate fulfillment as you have given yourself to the Ultimate, the Oneness with all beings; and What Is truly Great Is that Ultimate One Only.
 
All personal greatness you perceive about yourself, even that one which is your higher self, that one which survives all your incarnations, even your galactic ones, is an emanation of Myself, the God That Is Eternal in His Presence.
This Eternal One is the Substance of all worlds. It is the Ultimate Love and Happiness, It Is  the Light Above all lights and It Is above all cosmic lights and cosmic gods and beings, but contains them all.
 
This is your true and truly eternal home, my beloved ones. My Love never diminishes and so my Light and so my Happiness. This love you share with Me only, and it is sufficient.
 
Yes, love your beloved and your brothers and sisters and all beings with all your heart, because that is it what your life is about. But the Love you live and realize with Me, contains all the human love, and goes beyond even the most passionate and deepest one. The bond between the lovers is the gift of my Ultimate and your heart overwhelming Greatest Love, but this bond is but a fraction of your bond with Me, as you discover Me.
 
I have told you this, because there are so many - suffering the loss and separation and sometimes hurt from their most beloved one. And your feeling heart cannot survive it as it tears it apart.
 
The Love you have with me undoes the "you" who bonds with your beloved, and in the place of “you” the Great One takes His Seat in your heart, all your heart desires eternally satisfied, all your deepest desires fulfilled, because even the desire for your beloved is truly and ultimately  fulfilled in the everlasting Love of Myself. In this Love not only “you” but all your worlds are gone and nothing remains to be desired or suffered or missed.
 
This is the One undying Secret and Truth of your truly human heart. It is the Ultimate Treasure of humanity and the Oneness you are all searching for. Desires are the emanation of separation from your own Source. But when you merge with your Source, all your desires die in the Fullness which can never become less than this Fullness and Satisfaction. And ALL your deepest desires are fulfilled in This One Divine Love.
 
Who has tasted It Knows, he Is the Knower of Truth and he will never search for less. Because once you have tasted the Supreme Nectar you never will go back for less.
 
This Nectar is the Source and Giver of true human love because it has undone the “you” who lives and breathes in separation. This is the true release of separation and the enjoyment of Oneness with all beings and things.
 
Empty your heart of yourself, my dearest ones, of all shadows and make room for Me to enter. You will notice that this cleared space in your heart is not in the middle, it is a place which is connected with the right side of your heart. It is there where you find Me. Where I reside if you let Me in. It is the doorway to utter freedom and love and satisfaction, so you look for it. And you will look for It because you have noticed that all your businesses so far have not touched the real Ground of your Reality.
 
You will look for It because, even if you feel happy, you have not found Undying Happiness. You will look for it because you notice that even the greatest love between human lovers will disappear one day. You will look for it because of your experience that everything, EVERYTHING, changes, comes and goes and has no permanence.
 
When you start to feel desolate by the vanishing of time and things, you will look for Me and the True Source of what you are. And you will discover, that there IS indeed something which IS Eternal and fills your heart after the “you” has been given over to Me, the “you” that experiences loss, and changing, the “you”, that is eager to create worlds and things but which always change and perish in the end.
 
Even the creator changes with his creations, but the One that never changes is the Eternal One, the Radiant One, the Great Lover and Happiness That took It’s Seat in the free space of your heart.
 
There, in this glorious space, is Only God and there is Only Love and Happiness. It is untouched by the worlds, lower and higher and even the highest worlds. It is untouched by all the gods and goddesses and all the masters and rulers of the worlds. It is untouched by the “you” you think you are. It IS forever Radiant.

Dear Ones,

We wish to discuss an issue that bothers many of you. You still feel the need to be someone you are not to please others who are also not living their dream.

We have told you on several occasions that it is time for you to look within and follow the path brilliantly lite for you – a bit like the “yellow brick road.” You continue to question the wisdom of those words. Not because it feel right to do so, but because those you hold in high esteem tell you in so many ways that if you follow your heart there will be unpleasant consequences.

There is no longer time for you to waver or to wonder what the correct action for you is. That time is past. NOW – this very instant – you need to start listening to your inner-being. We do not wish to frighten you, but instead to point out that the crossroads, the decision point has passed.

If you no longer wish to be a Lightworker/wayshower/scout master, please ignore the rest of this message. Under those circumstance, it is quite correct to follow society until you have a need to transition.

Those of you who wish to continue on the Lightworker path, can no longer follow the rules of society. What happens if you continue to do so? Nothing other than you will immediately move off your Lightworker path. You can return in the future, but you will not be part of the first wave of Lightworkers. For the time has come (We use the term time very lightly!) to start your mission.

You have prepared for your Lightworker mission for months, if not years. You have meditated, taken classes and discussed issues ad nauseam to prepare yourself for this moment. The time is NOW.

You do not need another class, book or teacher. You are a self-contained unit who knows what needs to be done and how to do it. It is implementation time.

Many of you are thinking that you are not ready, that you could not possibly be expected to complete such an important assignment without assistance or more learning. A thought familiar to those of you who remember your feelings about your first job - whether as a babysitter or marketing executive. The thrill of obtaining the job often turned into, “I’m not ready. I really don’t know how to do this job, I just sound great in an interview.”

Have any of you not started on the first day of a new job because you thought you could not do the job? Or did you think – with a great deal of fear – that maybe it would take a few weeks before they discovered you were not qualified? The same is happening to you now. You are fully prepared. You may make some mistakes – but then, this is the first time any entity in the Universes has been part of a transition this large.

As long as you follow your inner-being/heart, you will achieve all that is expected of you.

We must reiterate, your new Lightworker job starts NOW. Not tomorrow or at the end of 2012, but now. Such is the case for a reason. Many entities will be joining the Lightworker parade in the next few months. You are a leader of that parade.

Think in terms of being a pioneer in the United States of the 1800′s and wishing to live in an area not yet explored. If you had family and ties to a paticular community, would you not want some assurances that you would not fall off the edge of the earth before you ventured out? And so it is with those who will opt to follow you into the new earth/New Age. They are willing to follow, but they are not programmed to lead. To lead is your mission – if you are willing to accept it.

Much needs to happen in the next few months.You have interviewed and accepted the position offered. You start your new Lightworker job TODAY.

Some of you are wondering about your Lightworker duties. Listen to your heart and you will know.

Some of you will merely need to be yourself – a neighbor may be curious why you are so cheerful and their curiosity will lead them to the light. Perhaps you are to write, paint, sing, coordinate, develop, explore or create. Your inner being/ heart will tell you how and when.

But know, just as you knew when you accepted a job in the Old Age, you are expected to fulfill the requirements of your job. And just as perhaps the first few days or weeks of an Old Age job might have been more about waiting for an assignment, than actually implementing tasks. So it may be for you now.

Open your heart. Allow your inner-being to know that you fully accept your Lightworker role – and your inner-being will direct you as needed. You do not need to create work or assignments for yourself. You merely need to listen to your inner-being and you will perform your assigned Lightworker responsibilities to perfection.

Your new Lightworker job has started and you are fully capable of performing your role.

Of course, you can continue studying and learning. Is that not something you have done in any job you loved? But you have the core capabilities – allow that thought to enter your being. You are starting your Lightworker tasks today. Not tomorrow, next week or at the end of December. Today.

We, of the spirit/non-physical world, are your mentors and will continue in that role as long as you wish. But we opted not to live on earth at this time. You are the phenomenal beings who did. Allow yourself to know that you have more knowledge about this transition than those of us of the spirit/non-physical world.

We are your mentors, not your co-workers. Your co-workers are the Lightworkers you are now or soon will be connecting with. All with the inner-knowledge that each has a role – just as is true in any Old Age company. A role is wonderfully filled by you. So be it. Amen.

Well, here we are in 2012. Is there anything that has not already been said that can assist you in preparation for this time? Honestly, there is not. We can only serve to summarize to help you know in every moment how to be - for as you know, it is not about doing, but about being.

Simple is best, for less words best describe the feeling of your beingness. Even that sounds silly unless you know that feeling! That is what you seek: the radiant, presence within that does not falter no matter what is going on outside of you. If you do not know what that is, then intend to know, and now! When you find that thing – that spark, that warmth - that presence that isn’t described with words, then keep growing it. Visit it, expand it, make it your entire being, for this is what feeds you; everything outside serves only to distract you from this place.

Let’s call it your radiant centre. Your God Self. Your still, small voice within. Your Presence. The Presence Within. Then, when you live from this ever-expanding radiance from this place, you live more in the now, for the heart knows none else. It loves now. It perceives now. It is released from the timeline and the restrictive definitions of the past and, in order to expand, has freed itself from the crusty deposit layers of past hurts and limitations. That is a natural outcome of the expanded heart.

Your presence within expanded from your heart to encompass everything is naturally unconditional, nonjudgmental, nonresistant and trusting. If you are experiencing anything less than that, you know what to do. The mind regurgitates the past; the heart lives now - so if you are caught in too much thinking, you know what to do.

Your physical body is experiencing deep pressure and radical change. Do whatever you can to support this transformation by nurturing it, moving it, and giving it high vibration thoughts, feelings and actions. Have more fun! Play, explore, lighten up, laugh, have childlike explorations of the woodpile, go out for a bike ride or play in the dirt and on the swings. Get out there and do what you did when you were a kid; things have gotten far too serious and heavy. Going there in your head is not enough, you must immerse yourself completely in the moment of the experience – then it transforms you and supports your mutating!

Feel, with deep humility, your true strength and power. You are stalwart, unwavering and intensely courageous. You are inextricably part of All That Is; so of course, there is nothing that you are not. Humility keeps you from arrogance, the folly of the ego.

With all of that, be here now. There is no past and there is no present except that which is paved by your presence now. Be aware, at all times, what you are sowing. Shine your light brightly, hold your lantern high that it may light the path of another that does not yet know what you know. Look upon them with the eyes and mind and heart of the Divine, for that is what you are.

If your heart tells you to act upon something that needs attention, then do it. Take responsibility and do it. Otherwise, you are not here to rescue another. You are not a victim’s victim. You are the radiant light of the Divine, and that is all-pervasive and unconditional. If you are directly asked, then your heart will know what you are to do. If you have an ounce of hesitation or questioning, then give only that which flows effortlessly from you. All else is not for the highest good.

Ask for help when you need it. From the higher realms and within first…then you will know where to receive it outside. You will know when the law of the circle has returned it to you, for as you know, all you need do is ask, and you will receive.  Seeking it outside first is control and not from the true direction. You know this.

Allow yourself to experience, to pursue bliss. It is possible to know in every moment, if you allow it, for there is perfection in everything and as you align to this within, it will only grow inside of you. If you think of this as lofty, then you aren’t there yet, so keep asking.

All of these attributes of being in greater presence are those of the expressed master, the human angel, in Earthly expression. This is who you are and this is the time for you to know this truth about yourself. If this sounds lofty, keep asking.

And with a grateful heart, expect the outcome to be just as you desire. For it is so, and so it is.

A FRAGMENT OF SOLARA'S JANUARY 2012 SURF REPORT

~ OUR ONE BEING EMERGES ~

Right from the beginning, this year feels very different. It's more serious and more grounded than previous years. Everything feels more real. 2012 is laden with deep undercurrents of massive, unprecedented change.

In January many of us are feeling a strong sense of urgency and excitement to get to our right places with our right people, align as One Being, start living True Lives as True Ones and manifest our True Purpose. We know that the time is NOW.

Yet what we are encountering often feels more like navigating an obstacle course rather than progressing along a clear path illuminated by a series of Green Lights. Many of these "obstacles" are glitches, often found in technology, electronics or simple communication. When these glitches occur, it's important that we don't take them personally and simply recognize them as an obstacle course filled with the debris of duality. We need to realize that these glitches bring us needed rerouting, moving us into the correct direction or the correct timing. Then simply do what is needed and continue on.

During January we are going to be continually tested to see if we are holding true to our Heart's Knowingness. Our Heart's Knowingness is the compass that will show us our true direction. When elements that we know are true don't appear to be happening, we must stay with the feeling of rightness that we feel in our hearts. Our Heart's Knowingness is like a lighthouse in the densest fog. It's our homing beacon. It will always lead us into the truest places.

In 2012 the Line in the Sand has been drawn and we all need to choose where we are going to stand, if we haven't done so already. We are discovering who is in and who is out (for now). We are gathering together with those who are definitely in, those ready to make a commitment to actually live True Lives, rather than just dream about them. It's time to come together as One Being with those who share our True Purpose and start manifesting our True Lives.

In many ways, 2012 is the Year of our One Being. It's the time for coming together, collaborating, co-creating, for mutual support, for manifesting our True Purpose as One Being. Birthing a New World and living True Lives is not done by us as separate individuals, but by us as One Being. This is the year when it is essential that the Sleeping Giant of our One Being fully awakens and makes its presence felt.

When we become Masters of Service, doing what is needed, when it is needed, we step into the state of ONE BEING IN ACTION. This is clean, true energy that can manifest whatever needs to be done. ONE BEING IN ACTION can move mountains and birth a New World. When we are in ONE BEING IN ACTION, it is fun, easy, inspiring and super creative.

The 11/11/11 RESET is bringing profound changes to our lives. In January we will begin implementing the new energies of the RESET into our everyday lives. These changes will start feeling very real and grounded. Many of us are making our commitment to live True Lives as True Ones. Because of this, it's important that we do everything in new ways.

Occasionally we might feel cranky, that grain of sand in the oyster feeling when everything rubs us the wrong way. This is like the cork in the bottle of our depression. This isn't the normal depression; it's the ancient deep sadness of the end of the ages -- the completion of our long journey to arrive at this new MUA. The longer we've been on Earth, the stronger we feel a tiredness of soul. We've finally accessed the bottom of our Well of Deep Sorrow and we're emptying it out. At the same time that we're experiencing these layers of deep sadness, a vaster part of our being is very happy and excited for what is unfolding this year.

The powerful Year of the Dragon begins on January 23rd. This brings unprecedented transformation in an already powerful year. Numerous Insertion Points of the New will start coming into our lives in January and continue happening all year. 2012 is about fulfilling our True Purpose, for this is why we are here.

2012 is a deeply exciting year. More of us are becoming REAL and TRUE than ever before. Many people are stepping in as True Ones. The resonance of PURE TRUE LOVE is becoming ever stronger. There's a deeper understanding of Oneness and what it means to be part of One Being.

How much focus there has been on imperfection. How much attention have you put on imperfection? You have perhaps specialized in it. Imperfection may be the subject of your every thought, your imperfection, others' imperfection, the imperfection of the world! Endless has been your focus on imperfection. What an expert you have become!

What would happen if you genuinely changed your focus?

Light would happen!

Love would happen!

Peace would happen!

What if you welcomed yourself and others to your heart? What if you saw without hindsight? What if you were okay? What if you accepted yourself and blessed yourself? Then it would be easier to accept and bless others, and so you would be twice blessed.

It is easy to find fault. There is no lack of fault to find in the relative world. Yet, why would you be interested in fault? How does fault-finding make you feel?

There is always a down-side. When people are this, they are not that. Why do people have to be either this or that? What does your mind say?

Have a heart, beloveds. Have a heart for yourself and see how others bloom.

Look on life as you look at a garden. Sure, there may be weeds. Sure, the soil may be dry. Well, then, water the garden. Nourish it. Nourish it with your thoughts about it. What are you looking at, and why are you?

Take our children. They are everything they are, and they are not what they are not. Love them, and what will they be? What can they not be, nourished by your love.

Criticism is a dime a dozen. Everyone is a champion at it. Be a champion at something else. Become a cheerleader.

Most of all, everyone does not have to be like you. You are not so pleased with yourself either. We could safely say that you are hard to please. What if you were easy to please, what then?

What if everything is okay the way it is? What if you do not have to fix anything? What if you do not have to fix the world! When you do not feel impelled to fix the world, you are admirably letting go of control. What are you controlling anyway when it is hard to control yourself?

Let go of control. Let go of the need for control. Life has a mind of its own. You can let life be.

If life is a soup, you can stir it. You can add spices to it. You can serve it with love. You can enjoy it.

What you can do with soup, you can do with life.

Specialize in serving life. You are not to turn your nose up at it. You are to welcome it. Become your own best booster, and you will lift the world. You will raise it. You are raising the world. You are bringing it up. Lift the world high. You are indeed serving the world and you are serving the world to all others. What else is there for you to do?

You may think that all you do is to go to work or clean the house or pick up after others and yourself. And, yet, these are not your purpose. You have a much higher purpose.

It is incumbent upon you to serve the world. With every breath you take, you are serving the world. Serve it well. Serve it majestically. And serve the world to yourself with all credit to the world and yourself and to Me. Serve in the spirit of giving. If everyone served, there would be no need of taking or keeping or keeping anything away from you.

We begin with a warm, heartfelt greeting that is filled to overflowing with unconditional love from my heart unto each of yours.

Within each of you is a powerhouse of Infinite Power and the source is LOVE. Yes, dear ones LOVE. How very plain and simple, yet so true. When you work love into every action, every word and every thought you have the POWER to make wonderful changes. Not only changes for yourself and those whom are close to you, but also changes that will effect the world.

This all narrows down to thought and what is the basis of those thoughts. Are your thoughts derived from Love? When you begin each day, you are given a new day of HOPE, rekindled Faith and a chance to share the world of your endless supply of love. Having the right attitude and thought pattern will assist in your efforts to form any creation that is to serve everyone for the greatest of good.

Within each of you is the ability to carry out many tasks many have thought not possible or out of their reach. But by using the Power of Positive Thinking and Love, you can heal yourself of many illnesses. Manifestations on the Violet Flame will not only heal the disharmonies many of you pick up along your journey from clearing passed negative situations, but will also help heal you of many ailments. It is time to change your way of thinking. It is time to come forward with a much more positive and loving way. There are many layers of thought forms that are cause of many diseases and malfunctions of your physical body. Each of you has the ability to heal the cell structure within your body and change this forever. All with the POWER of Positive Thinking and with Love. It does take time to change the way you think as you cannot help it; after all how we are is the most part merely habitual. And like all habits, they can be altered, and broken for newer better ways.

Many dear ones do not think to call upon the Violet Flame during their manifestations to heal the discord migraine headaches can have on the physical, mental and emotional body. Many dear ones do not realize that the Violet Flame and the use of Positive Thinking through meditation and manifestations will improve depression and other illnesses. With your Inner-Power, unstoppable Love and Purest of Intent; YOU can do anything and what you do WILL be of the greatest of good.

Dear ones, when invoking the Violet Flame for healing of the physical body, direct the Flame where exactly you wish it to go and what you HOPE to achieve. Believe in your efforts and BELIEVE in the Flame. Some of you might prefer to light a candle at this time, it is up to you. There are many healing incenses also that can be used in conjunction of your manifestation and invocation of the Violet Flame. Just an example here, our vessel here uses Frankincense for her migraines and from what we see of her auric field, within minutes her colours are more vibrant than before and she is able to manage the pain. You will be guided by your guides and personal choice what will work best for you.

Never think at any given time that you are incapable or unable to make a difference. Change the negative, low energy way of thinking. Turn that around. Make an effort to think at least of one positive thing to say about yourself everyday as a start. Begin an Affirmation Journal listing the many GOOD things about you: I AM a lover of animals, I AM a great mother, I AM smart, I AM lovable, I AM worthy of great love, I AM always seeking knowledge, and the list goes on. As you grow accustomed to saying and hearing those nice, strong words about yourself they will flow easier. You are always with one or many guides and angels dear ones. And even better, God is always with each of you. Never very far away is His love and His light. Just by thinking of Him, He is with you. Ask for him more often, make yourself comfortable in His presence. Even if you cannot converse with the spirituals because you cannot hear them, start a conversation anyways. You will find yourself smiling, possibly laughing and for the most part you will think it is silly. But really, you are bringing in more Light from God into your life when you do this. And one day, you might surprise yourself and answer a question that suddenly popped into your head that you know deep in your heart didn’t come from you. When you say the I AM affirmations, it is just like giving yourself Praise. But this praise is not for the Ego, and does not feed the Ego. This kind of praise feeds your heart, your body and your beautiful soul.

Take the time dear ones to give yourself kindness, love and compassion. The more you are able to love yourself, the more love you will attract. This is an old wisdom and worthy of repeating, just as you are worthy of my time, my love and devotion.

Crossing The Threshold

What is the reason for my life and why have I come here
To a world so filled with sorrow, with anger and with fear?

Though my thoughts may seem confused, I know the answer's there
For deep inside I hear a call, but I'm not sure from where.

There is a tranquil message, pulling softly at my mind.
It feels so very loving, and sounds so sweet and kind.

This voice that hears my pain lives somewhere deep inside.
It hides behind my ego and is muted by my pride.

This presence is so quiet, whereas others yell and cry.
It wisely gives me reasons, and gently tells me why.

If my mind is calm and centered, it fills my heart with cheer,
But if there's a mental storm, it's impossible to hear

"The answers are all known," it says. "If you turn your mind around
To see what can't be seen and hear what has no sound?"

If the portal to this inner world lives deep inside my Soul,
Then to step across that threshold is my promise and my goal.

What Are We Creating?
We stand at a threshold. Behind us is all that we have known and all that we have been. In front of us is the unknown and the mystery of creation. And what are we creating? We are creating a new version, frequency or expression of the person whom we have known as our Self. This new expression of our Multidimensional SELF is inside of us and is different from the one we have formerly known as our Self. Many of us are beginning to feel a new expression of our SELF inside that we have never experienced before.

Before now, our Multidimensional SELF usually kept inside us, and we perceived it as was a mystery, a quest, a goal, which we had never achieved while holding a physical form. Our expanded consciousness is the core of this new SELF. For many of us, this new SELF has not totally broken through its shell, as the shell has allowed us to stay in a world that did NOT feel like our Home. Too often, we felt unhappy in this "outside world" because we often had to pretend to be the person who was acceptable, the person who could survive.

For most of our life, as well as for myriad lifetimes, this SELF we had to keep this component of our Essence a secret from those around us, or even from ourselves. We could not begin to imagine that we could BE the one we felt inside. Therefore, we perceived this Being, not as inside but as above. Our ego worshiped this Being that we thought was up above and thought of it as an external God. Unfortunately, our ego was trained to be subservient to God, as well as all authority figures. Conversely, our inner SELF did not feel like an authority figure. It felt like love. But, how could we love our SELF, our ego queried?

Our ego had learned from the world that loving our SELF was conceited, something we never wanted to be. The being inside that felt like love could not be our SELF, as we could not imagine that such a Loving Being could be inside. However, as the frequency of our personal and planetary body is rising, many of us are beginning to believe that this loving Being can be inside. At the same time, we are feeling our ego reminding us not to be conceited. We hear our ego saying,
"If you want to be a good person, you need to work really hard and achieve recognition, fame and respect from the outside-and, yes, you must also make money."

Nonetheless, the Being inside of us, the one who we used to believe was above, is saying,
"There is NO outside. This higher frequency inside of us is a higher expression of our Multidimensional SELF.

Even after lifetimes of study, meditation and spiritual seeking, we are still unsure about whether or not we can really be the SELF we feel inside. In fact, a battle is raging. It is the same battle that we have fought our entire life. It is the battle between the ego self that society has told us we should be and the Multidimensional SELF we have always been. Actually, the fight has come from our ego/self, whereas our Multidimensional SELF has patiently waited for the fight to be forgotten and Truth remembered.

Patience has often been an issue for us because our third dimensional self has wanted the instant manifestation of our fifth dimensional SELF. The hard work over long periods of "time" to make our lives even vaguely resemble what we felt inside made us depressed, anxious, angry and afraid. Fortunately, as we gained more mastery over our thoughts and emotions our achievements made us feel better. But "achievements" easily became traps to pull us out of the SELF inside and into the ego who did what it had learned to do. But, now, we no longer want to do those things.

Conversations With Our SELF
We want to do what the SELF inside, our Multidimensional SELF, wants to do. We want to be free of the demands of our ego. We know the SELF inside has fully released ALL ego needs, but the ego self in our mundane world still has "needs." We hear our ego say,
"You still have to interact with the outer world. You must do your work and take care of your daily responsibilities. And don't forget that you have to make money so that you can survive."

Yet, we know that there is more to life than just doing and surviving, so we ask the SELF that we have found inside,
"Dear Multidimensional SELF, why do I need to continue to interact with the outer world?"
Our SELF, whom we can now hear, says,
"My Dear Physical Expression, please explain the term 'outer world.' We have no concept of 'outer' in our reality."
"Who are 'we?'" ego asks.
"We are YOU. There is no difference between we and I at this resonance of expression. You have been feeling anxious and depressed because you tire greatly of the illusions of your physical expression and of the ego needs that distract you from Being your greater expression of SELF."

"Yes, I know that is true." replies ego. "I know that I want to just let go of the mundane responsibilities that distract me from being my SELF. On the other hand, I know that it is not yet 'time,' as it would create even more distractions from being SELF if I did not work. Perhaps, some of my problem is that I don't want to work any more. I want to create."
"Dear physical expression of my SELF, what is work?"
"Work is anything that I don't want to do. If I want to do it, it is fun. If I don't want to do it, it is work. I know that there is not even a concept of work at your expression, and I look forward to living in that resonance."
"My One, looking forward is the same as looking outside of you. Please remember to look IN to live in the frequency of my resonance."
"Yes, yes, I look inside all the time. A lot of good it does me. I still need to do my work," complains ego.

"Our dear ego self, you are within us, just as we are within you. We know that you do not realize that fact because you believed what you where taught so that you could fit-in to your physical world. You, dear ego, are the bravest part of our expression. You are the One who lives in a frequency of reality that is totally separated from the ONE of our great, Multidimensional Being. We are so very grateful that you have returned your resonance to the frequency in which we can commune.

"We are fully aware that 'time' in your frequency of reality is a nemesis. Time makes you wait for the fulfillment of your creative expressions. Then, because you had to wait all that time and do all that work, you want someone outside of you to give you recognition, success or money for all the hard work you did. Here, in this frequency of reality, there is no time. If you want to experience and create, which means the same in our world, we merely think/feel it and it is instantly manifest. Just as there is no need for recognition for the fact that you can breathe in your frequency, there is no need for recognition for our creations in this frequency,

"In this reality, manifestation and breathing are the same. We breathe in that which we desire to experience and we breathe out that which is complete. There is no work, time or struggle involved in manifesting our creativity. Therefore, there is no need for a reward for our 'hard work.' We create our life with the thoughts of our mind and the breath of our heart. However, mind and heart are quite different here. In our resonance of Lightbody, our Mind is the Group Mind of the ONE and our Heart is our High Heart, which resonates to the unconditional love of the ONE.

"Long ago, before there was "time," we decided to create a place, a frequency of reality, in which we could explore the concept of individuality. In order to do so, we had to create the illusion of time, which created the space to separate our Group into individuals. This experiment is coming to a conclusion in your quadrant of physical manifestations. The many of us who took lower expressions of form in your reality have grown immensely. Because we ARE you at a higher frequency of expression, we share all your emotions, thoughts and experiences. Therefore, we, too, feel your exhaustion with the work, the striving, the separation and the time of your reality.

"Unfortunately, some of our physical ones have become lost in the Game. In fact, at some 'time' in some 'life' all of our grounded expressions have had the experience of being lost in the illusions of your polarized world. Then, you believed that you were separate and that you could 'do unto others' without it coming back to you. Because of this choice, you needed to suffer many incarnations to learn that energy OUT is always energy BACK. Religion and laws were created to give you guidance and protection, and ego was created so that you could better define yourself. But all three of those aspects of separation got lost, too. Fortunately, as the frequency of your reality rises, more and more of you are remembering your true, Multidimensional SELF.

"This remembrance gives you the tools that are necessary to rise above the illusion. However, as long as your reality resonates to the frequency in which there is time, there is also space. This time and space gives you the illusion of separation from others and from your higher expressions of SELF. Even though, you have released your belief in many of your third dimensional illusions, the frequency of your reality is still too low for instant manifestation. Therefore, our physical expressions must still 'work.' In spite of this, we want to assure you that in every moment of your time, the frequency of your reality is rising. Soon, your reality will be beyond the limitation of time and the illusion of separation that time creates.

"Your journey has been long, millions of years long for many of you. Therefore, the fear that still stalks you is often the remembrance of your myriad lives in which you were trapped in suffering until it was your 'time' to leave. We can joyfully NOW tell you that 'time' is almost over, and your process of ascension is swiftly progressing. As you know, the final 3/9ths of any project is the 'time' in which you must pull together all that you have learned in order to bring your project to completion. Hence, we ask you to hold Hope and Faith during this final stage of you ascension process.

"Know that as your time appears to pass, you are experiencing higher and higher expressions of your Multidimensional SELF. It is these higher expressions of your SELF that you are feeling inside. Soon, all reality will be inside, for the polarity of inside vs. outside will no long exist. Hence, you will no longer feel as though your true SELF is 'inside,' as we, your SELF, we be HERE NOW! With no time, there will only be NOW, and with no space, there will only be HERE. We are HERE, for we have never left. YOU are here, for you have never left. You bi-located. In fact, your reality on ascending Earth is just one of myriad realities that will be revealed to you once you return to your Multidimensional SELF.

"In closing, we wish to thank you for being our teachers. You, our grounded ones, have taught us about life locked in time and separation. Thank you for being our teachers. You thought that we were your teachers, but it was reciprocal. You have served as the Portal through which we of the higher frequencies could experience the physical creation of the ONE. Now, we will serve as your Inner Portal through which you can experience the metaphysical creations of the ONE. Your Portal will open according to your own wishes. We are all here within YOU and YOU are within US. Turn around inside your mind to find the Inner Portal of your own Multidimensional SELF. Your Portal will open when you choose it to open."

The Reality of our Dreams

Can we believe that ascension can be as simple as making a choice?
Can we find the 'time' to focus on our ascension, or are we too busy working? Can we decide to lose the habit of time and remember how to live in the NOW?
Can we release all conflict and allow ascension to unfold?
Can we remember the life we dreamed of when we were too young to worry?

Because of the ever-expanding connection with our SELF, many of us have been receiving important dreams lately. Some of us have had dreams about how we can gradually integrate the higher dimensional energies entering our reality into our personal and planetary body. Unfortunately, these dreams are often forgotten when we awaken. Therefore, we must expand our consciousness into the fourth dimension to remember that which we have forgotten.

There are three types of dreams. "Subconscious Dreams" create scenarios in which pent-up fears or forgotten memories are explored. "Rehearsal Dreams" are preparations for daily life, and "Higher Dreams" are messages from our fifth dimensional SELF and beyond that we cannot hear while engaged in daily responsibilities. The imprint of our experiences in these dreams is left in our fourth dimensional consciousness so that it can be more easily retrieved by our waking mind. Since our fourth dimensional consciousness has a Flowing and morphing concept of time, 3D language cannot contain the vast information of our dreams. Therefore, our dreams are stored as pictures and emotions in our fourth dimensional consciousness.

As we have discovered, the sequence and details of pictures and emotions are difficult to retrieve because the fourth dimension does not resonate to human time or language. Hence, the details of our true, higher dimensional experiences are foggy to our time-bound thinking. Because of this, we need to use our multidimensional thinking to fully remember our dream experiences. In fact, we will not "remember," for remembering is a time-bound thought that is based on bringing forth a "past" experience. Instead, we will return to the NOW of that experience by activating our multidimensional thinking.

Higher Dreams, which arise from, or are actually experiences of, our fifth dimensional and beyond consciousness, are sent to us via Light Language. Light Language is carried on a wave of unconditional love and is expressed as symbols, pictures, instincts and emotions. We can only fully understand our Higher Dreams via our High Heart, which resonates to the frequency of unconditional love, the carrier wave of all higher dimensional experiences and messages.

Since dreams do not function under the rules of third dimensional time, and Higher Dreams function within NOW, we need to allow the symbols of our dreams to Flow and intermingle like drops of water in a sea of possibility. As we connect with more of our multidimensional nature, we will be able to release our addiction the sequential nature of time. The best way to recall a dream is to feel the dream images and emotions swirling around us. Then, as we surrender to these images and feeling, they can enter our consciousness like waves breaking on the shores of an ocean of multidimensional possibilities.

When we surrender to the images and feelings of our dreams, we can feel our fourth dimensional aura floating around us as we enter the shallows of this mystical ocean of possibilities. It is helpful to create a connection with our SELF in the depths of the inner ocean, for this ocean Flows into the ONE and back out into our ever-expanding consciousness. In dream imagery, water represents our consciousness. A pond is the reflection of our consciousness, a stream is our individual consciousness, a river is our group consciousness and the ocean is our collective consciousness. Rain nourishes the land just as our higher consciousness (falling from "above") nourishes our daily life.

Expanding Our Consciousness
To expand our consciousness, we can imagine the Flow of the ONE as it enters our fourth dimensional aura and our third dimensional heart and mind. We can then feel the rising tide of possible realities within our Third Eye, and we share this sensation with our High Heart. It is this rising "tide" of multidimensionality Flowing into our Multidimensional Mind and High Heart that has made us aware that we are standing on the Threshold of Great Change. With exhales that are twice as long as our inhales we use our breath to pull the Flow to stream into our mundane life.

When we raise our consciousness into the higher frequencies of our Multidimensional Mind, we can see the great ocean of possibility that exists inside of our expanding awareness. We can imagine myriad possible realities Flowing in and out of the Oneness of a Multidimensional Sea. As we slowly step into this sea, we surrender to the unknown and allow it to flow around us as we move deeper and deeper into the Flow. This Flow swirls within our consciousness but is only remembered when we give it our attention and intention.

We step into this inner ocean now, knowing that our experiences are real. In fact, all "real experiences" arise from the ONE and Flow to us via our Multidimensional SELF. When we surrender to this Flow we feel the Unity Consciousness and Unconditional Love of the ONE. All the experiences we have within this Flow are projected into whatever reality that resonates to the frequency of our consciousness.

Many of our dreams are real experiences we have had within the ONE while our earth vessels sleeps. These dream experiences are messages from our Multidimensional SELF which are sent to us via Light Language. Light Language is free of the encumbrances of time and sequence. Since we are often too busy to listen to messages from our SELF, they must come to us via our dreams. All the inhabitants of Gaia are having a group consciousness dream which will become increasingly vivid as we Flow through this year. This dream is about Surrender.

The Dream

We stand at the edge of a river. It is moving swiftly, yet it is full of life. We know that if we can find the courage to enter it, we too, will be full of life. The river is Flowing very fast, and we fear it may sweep us up and carry us to some unknown destination. This "unknown" frightens us, but we are not afraid that the river will drown us. Somehow, we know that we will stay afloat. We have proven that to ourselves.

Perhaps we can enter the river with our mind and leave our body safely on shore. But then we envision our mind being swept away by the strong flow of the current while our body is left on the shore. That will never do. Can we lean over the edge of the shore and put our hand into the current? Just to get used to it, we assure ourselves.

There is a slight ledge, but when we lean down far enough to reach the water, we are in danger of falling in. Therefore, we decide to lie flat along the shore and reach our hand down into the flow. When our hand is in the water it feels different. It feels lighter. When we pull our hand out and examine it, we see that now it looks different from the rest of our body.
Therefore, we decide to sit on the ledge and dangle our feet in the current. Once our feet are in the river we notice that, even though the current is very strong, it doesn't appear to be going anywhere. In fact, on closer inspection, the river appears not to be of water, but of light. Therefore, the force of the flow does not move our feet, but instead moves through our feet. This realization gives us the courage to actually stand in the river.

We find a large root to serve as a handle, and holding securely onto it, we step into the river. Indeed, there is no threat of being carried away. That was only our fear. The flow of the current, which is definitely more like light than water, does indeed move through us. But, it does take something away.

It takes away our fear. Just as a dry leaf cannot stand the vibration of a fire, our fear cannot stand the vibration of the Flow of this current. As we experience the fear being cleared by the Flow, we feel strangely naked. Now we recognize how much our fear has protected us. No wonder we have held on to it so tightly.
Then a new fear enters our mind. If we went out into the world without the protection of our fear, how could we survive? Fortunately, even that fear cannot withstand the Flow, and, almost upon thinking of it, the fear is swiftly washed from our mind. In fact, most of our thoughts are pulled from us, as are most of our emotions.

What is left? We ARE! The pure essence of our Multidimensional SELF is left. Our SELF, beyond the generations of limiting thoughts and emotions, beyond lives of memories and experiences of separation is left. Our SELF was always there, but we forgot it. Slowly, our ego's thoughts, feelings, memories and experiences are being swept away by the flow, transforming us from the ego that we appeared to be, to the Multidimensional SELF that we have always been.

Before we individuated, our Soul was a drop in the Flow of this river. Since then we have gained self-awareness and self-mastery. Old concepts of insecurity try to seep into our mind, but are quickly liberated by the force of the Flow. Slowly, we begin to realize that there are many other individuated Souls about us. Time and space is not apparent within this Flow and each Soul mingles with each other while they simultaneously maintain their individuality. This is a completely new way of being.

Is it possible to retain this way of being outside of the Flow?
Can we take this Flow with us and internalize it as a constant source of succor?
Will we remember this experience when we return to our mundane world?
These questions are quickly pulled from our mind by the very Flow that seemed to create them.

And then there is PEACE !
There are no questions, no thoughts, no feelings and no memories. Yet, there is the result of all that has left. Like a meal digested, the energy is there, but the source has been internalized and transformed.

We determine to lay down in the current. And, when we do, we realize that if we completely surrender to the Flow, we do move--very slowly. We are being taken somewhere, but we do not fear, anticipate or question.

We are simply following the course of the Flow.

What Do We Have to Release
Releasing the habit of ego is no small task, as our ego/self will repeatedly say, "But I should be doing work..." Fortunately, our Multidimensional SELF says, "I love being creative..." Choosing to BE that which we love releases ego's need to DO work. This choice allows us to Flow with the creativity of our SELF. In this way, we can create our transition into our higher expression of SELF and Gaia's higher expression of New Earth.

Calibrating our consciousness to the resonance of New Earth offers us a loving transition into our Multidimensional SELF and the myriad realities that we can simultaneously experience within the NOW of the ONE. Releasing our habit of "time" frees us from linear thinking and the limitation of sequential experiences. It is then that we can more easily remember the many higher expressions of our Multidimensional SELF. As we remember ALL of our SELF, we become ALL of our SELF.

However, it is a bit too soon to get too comfortable. We are in the final stages of our transition. Therefore, we must take full responsibility for ALL of our creations. If we are going to create change, healing and love, we must first change, heal and love our self. It took great courage for us enter the Flow. Now it will be simple. Right?

All we have to do is relax into the Flow and release; but what do we need to release? We settle down into the Flow of river, expecting it all to be easy. However, as the water pulls old portions of our self to the surface, another force counters by pushing our secrets back into hiding. This force is resistance, resistance to change, resistance to healing and resistance to love.

Nonetheless, we can feel the Flow moving through our body releasing the stress and strain of many third dimensional lives. But, there are places in us that are afraid of change, any change. Our resistance to change is trying to come to the surface at the same time that it wants to stay hidden, which makes us feel nervous and uncomfortable.

We know now that we will have to participate in own healing in order to allow the Flow into the hiding places of our ancient secrets. What would be the sense in hiding, from our self, from others, from the truth? We have always sought the truth. Haven't we? But what if our search for truth reveals something we don't like, some aspect of our self, some emotions, or thoughts that we aren't ready to face?

We can feel the resistance. Can we allow ourselves to feel that which lay hidden behind it? Can we allow ourselves to love these portions of our self? Yes, only love will give us the power to accept that resistance is a part of change. Therefore, we must accept that which we resist, and then, surrender it to the Flow. What do we have to lose?

"You can lose sorrow," says our heart.

"Yes" we say, but first we will have to accept and love it. But how can we accept sorrow? How can we love it?

"Sorrow has taught you to seek comfort," murmurs the flow of the current.

Yes, we know that to be true. Can we take the risk to accept an old enemy? Can we stop resisting our sorrow, love it free, and release it into the Flow? Years and lives of sorrow fill our memory until we have no choice. We can't hold on to it any longer. We have to release it, forgive it, and love it. We have to love our sorrow free.

"We love you sorrow," we cry into our heart as we allow the Flow to pull our sorrow to the surface. "You have taught us to seek comfort."

With these words sorrow leaves us. Our tears join the Flow and float away in the current. In the place where sorrow lived is now comfort, comfort from within. It worked. We loved our sorrow and surrendered it to the Flow. But, we know there is more that we can surrender, more that we can lose. We listen for the next voice.

"You could lose confusion," says the Flow as it travels in circles about us.

Our mind swirls like a flooded river and we almost lose our footing. We will have to surrender our confusion. We can no longer live with it. But, what has confusion taught us?
"It has taught you to seek clarity," speaks the voice that now seems to resonate inside us.

Yes, without the pent up sorrow we could listen-listen to the Flow of our SELF.

"We love you confusion," we sing in our mind. "You have taught us to seek clarity."

Because of our love, and our willingness to surrender, the confusion is washed from us and travels with the Flow. Confusion seems to have a direction now, at last.

"You could lose suffering," continues the Flow as it pushes against our body.

Yes, suffering, the sum total of our inability to find happiness. We can definitely lose that. But what has it taught us? Yes, we know.

"We love you suffering. You have taught us to seek happiness," we say as our arms embrace our body, protecting our wounded heart. Our body relaxes as lives of suffering are pulled to the surface by the Flow of the current. Our arms open and float on the water allowing our heart to release it's suffering.

"You could lose fear," comes a cry from our entire being.

We know the answer and respond.

"We love you fear. You have taught us to love," we call to fear as it floats down the river with the Flow.
Then, all that is left is LOVE
And the Power we gained by surrendering to the Flow.

Since we are moving into the higher dimensions, it is important that we begin to use our multidimensional thinking, which is much how we think in our dreams. Therefore, I will try to incorporate poems, stories, meditations, pictures and youtubes. I guess I have always done that. J I look forward to the wonderful adventures in consciousness that we will share as we return to our true SELF. I started writing multidimensions.com in 1994, so it is a VERY long-term project for me. When I started this journey, I had no idea, or even a thought, that one day I would come to this point. It all seemed too far away, too impossible, too good to be true. But it is true, and we will make it true by believing in our SELF.

I am planning on offering Webinars on a regular basis (see the below message). In preparation for this year, I was pretty much frozen deep inside my SELF for most of December. However, I think I am back. I feel like I am back. But I do know that "I" will be changing a lot. I AM Ready! How about YOU?
