We Are from the Domain of Fire and Light, of Unity of all Souls and Sacred Divine Core Essence in the Andromeda Galaxy.

Dearest ones,

We speak to those who were counting on being part of the “Voyage to the Stars” adventure. But we also embrace those who were merely observing, but participating with their heart and emotion as part of a to be adventure in the collective consciousness of starseeds, lightworkers and all those who are on your earth to help with the ascension process.

We are with you and understand how testing it must be for all of you, to be so shaken by the yes-es and no’s (because of certain reasons), from your galactic friends, who have invited you to visit their star ship.

We know exactly how difficult it is for you, to open yourself up for an unprecedented adventure which would have asked of you to let go much of your familiar world and dare to enter new realities, knowing you would not be the same on return. And how demanding it would be for you to return and remain further in your old world. It is like dying, there is no doubt about it.

Now that you have stretched yourself beyond your familiar pattern and this new space has not been filled with new information and expected experience, it leaves you empty and doubtful, while you lost your usual point of self-identity. As you have been reaching out for a new identity, leaving behind the old one, many of you are now in a space of no-man’s-land, which is very difficult to bear. You wanted to jump forward, willing to die to your old self, but now you do not know how to find your new identity as the old one has died, indeed.

Dear ones, know, as difficult this might be, this is exactly a most fertile situation where your deeper truth can be born to build the new and purified foundation for your true and deeper Self to emerge.This, your true Self, is not dependent on any activity or identification with a “place” or even dimension.

But still, - while this adventure which did not turn out to be the way you hoped for, was able to shake so profoundly the self-identity with all your reference points of familiarity of so many of you, - you now try to go back to your old identity. But again, once you left intentionally your identity behind, you never will be able to resume that one.

So now, you are in a kind of a new “Bardo”. And this is exactly the state you start, and perhaps for the first time seriously, to ask yourself, Who you Are, do you not! Are you merely an earth-based being, a galactic or multidimensional being or are you more than that? You want to find That One desperately to occupy your grounds again, to go on with your life.

And understand, that you are now exactly at the point of greatest creativity, where EVERYTHING can happen to you in the most auspicious way, as you can allow the True You to come in and take seat, That One which is Greater than the you which you left behind, and which is also greater than the one you aspired by traveling the space.

You can only leave behind an identity which is not true. And your new hoped for identity, the one who would visit the stars, is not your true identity either! Neither of them really is or would ever be.

So do not be sorry about a perhaps lost opportunity, although this opportunity may be arising for some of you shortly indeed, but welcome the chance to let your true Self emerge, your true and only place to be in the illusions of appearances. Whether they are familiar or unfamiliar, planetary or galactic.

That much puzzled by a situation you never can sort out to the last detail, you will find that it is useless to exercise your mind, but rather choose to retreat and own your own heart of being, leaving the situation you cannot fully understand, behind.

You must know that you need to rest in your true identity, to leave your planet and visit the stars and your star family, so that you do not hurt yourself. Even ascension requires of you this step, so that you ascend as a being that is grounded in your own Truth, independent from what is occurring outside and independent from any change of place and dimension, and even that of your physical body.

Yes, you can say, it is Love, which is your true place to be. But what is Love? You humans have so many interpretations of it in your world, and mostly you have greatly limited the true meaning and impact and presence of the Love-energy.

Love is not to be nice. But may include it. You can be nice, but it might not be Love. You might be angry, and it could be a sign of love. You could be even very angry, and it could be the greatest sign of Love. It is not the emotion you show which characterizes Love. It is the Being-ness you are, the One Who Cares, the openness and non-contraction all over your being, gross, subtle and causal, the openness to All-That-Is, that is the highest sign of Love. It is the non-reaction to things which arise. It is the resting in the Being-ness of All-That-Is which is True Love, beyond separation and division.

In this state you are truly free, otherwise you will be always like a dry leaf in the winds of change, taking on their colors, forgetful of your own.

This Love is the only steadiness in the cycles of change, loss, disappearance and the appearance of new things, situations and worlds.

So call your true identity Love, if you understand Love’s original sign.
Otherwise call it the I AM, the Presence, the Stillness, the Eye in the hurricane, your Being-ness which persists in the carrousel of life. Find that One, my dearest ones, as it is given to you at this very moment, and in every moment, and be grateful for the gift of this lesson.

If you stop seeking, dearest ones, in places where you cannot find yourself, if you accept the worlds to disappear for a moment to be drawn into your own very Source, It will reveal Itself.

This is how you prepare for ascension, to allow yourself to fall into YOUR-Self alone, and let it be your center, your motivator, your treasure never again to be lost, because it is yours forever, has always been.

We leave you with this and know that we are transmitting the golden light of healing to your souls, to relax to find that point of entry into the Eternity of your True Being.

Only one who searches for his or her own truth will learn just how the planet works inside. Those who seek bigger and greater ways of life are the ones who today seek out the tough answers to today’s questions. Are you a seeker and a truth teller? Are you one of the few who will leave the comforts of your familiar beliefs and head out into the unknown of question and seek new answers to this new way of life? What is in store for those who seek higher planes of wisdom is a treasure so great, so freeing to his or her own being and soul that we tell you to step out of the familiar of your current belief systems and challenge everything you have come to know is your reality. What is it is all about, how it operates, how it began, how it will end, and we tell you again dear ones, it is all up to you. This is the key to your answers, although each of you has your own door to unlock and each of your keys are unique to your paths of travel. There is not but one key and one truth, but millions and billions of keys and truths and it is up to each and every one of you to seek and to find your own way and your own meaning to it all.

We congratulate every one of you not for solving life’s most difficult riddles, but we celebrate those of you who take the initiative to find an answer that better fits the question most burning in your mind today. Seek these answers and you shall find, it cannot be any simpler than that. There are those who ask others for the answers to some of these questions and this too is fine, although you will only find from this mode of query someone else’s truth, and not your own, for another only knows the answers they have found through the quest for their own truth, and all the truths collected along their way are unique and personal to them. Pursue it my dears and step out and seek the answers that will set you so free. We cannot promise you that you will find the answers you seek, but we can assure you that you will benefit so greatly from the quest itself, and for this, all your efforts will be greatly worth it.

Believe in yourselves, as we believe in you. If you could do this, you can do anything, accomplish anything, change anything, tear down anything, build anything, and manifest anything. Believing in your abilities is the first step. You will not receive proof of your powers until it is after you have given yourself over to full commitment and belief. Faith is such a large part of your new existence, as it all starts with this cornerstone. Trust in yourselves, believe in your powers, have faith in what will come. Take these words and begin with a new focus from this point forward, with a new mindset that you have the ability to accomplish anything and you will create together your new home within the higher realms. Know that nothing can stop you, as nothing can.

We see many changes that will begin shortly. Nothing can stop these changes, and all along it has only been a matter of time. That time has come, and many changes must begin to take root to keep on schedule to the overall plan. Remain focused on each day before you, not on the past or the future, not on events that have already happened or fail to happen, and do not focus on events that have yet to happen. Focus on the now, focus only on the task at hand before you today. What is that task? Is it to wonder why yesterday did not bring what you had wished for? Is it a day to wonder if tomorrow will bring what you desire? No, it is neither of these things. Today is a day to accomplish the tasks required of you now. What is your task? Each day you should know just what to do as soon as you awaken to the new light. You should have before you a game plan to follow each day to more efficiently allot your time and to use it to its greatest potential. There is not much time left to accomplish so many goals. All of you awakened today must busy yourselves with the tasks at hand, and many more are needed to awaken to join in the cause and assist in the tasks assigned them in their own incarnate blueprint.

Many of you should have discovered by now exactly what it is they are to be doing now, and if you haven’t learned this by now we tell you to go with your most raw of instincts and allow your intuition to guide you to your workstation. Don’t think too much about it, just follow your heart and act. We tell you that you can never go wrong when following your heart. What is it you like to do? Do you like to write? Communicate with others? Heal others? Counsel others? All these tasks are needed in these challenging times. Where is it that your heart leads you?

Take in stride the bumps in the road you may encounter, as it is in the grace that you handle these obstacles that will see you reap the greatest benefits of your journey. Do not get hung up on one specific task or problem, but rely on your intuition to tell you when it is time to move on. You know you will succeed in every endeavor you take on. Trust in yourselves, believe in your powers, have faith in what will come. We tell you, together you can move mountains, and you can change your world. We have seen this a thousand times before, and we will see this again. We have nothing but faith in you all, we know you won’t let us down, and we know you will never let yourselves down.

Turning to matters of your external world, we are currently sweeping your entire globe for those with allegiance to the dark cabal, and we are removing the last vestiges of their fighting forces. Their numbers have dwindled so completely, that soon they will no longer be able to call themselves a military. Their leaders are next, and they are fully aware of this. Today they hide, but we know just where to find them. They cannot, or will not, escape the justice they will receive. We will see to that, and we ask for you to be the administrators of these proceedings. It is your jobs to be the judge and jury, we are merely here to assist you in this task. Punishment, rehabilitation, restitution, is all up to you. Whatever it is you decide collectively we will abide by. This is how it is, and this is how it will always be in this and all other pressing matters as well.

We see the overall plan proceeding perfectly according to schedule. There have been no recent drawbacks as many of you believe today. Instead, we see you have recently made a great advancement for yourselves. Where this is, is for you to decide. Remember always that what changes inside a being is always more important than what changes outside. Nothing may have seemed to change without you, but many today cannot pretend that something did not change within them. Again we advise you to follow your hearts and your intuition here. This is what will lead you to this, as well as all the answers to the questions most on your mind today.

Remain focused on your tasks at hand. You are making such great strides towards your collective dream. You are almost there. Do not give up now. Do not allow yourself to fall into doubt and uncertainty. These are merely traps set within the illusion. They are not real, only what you create is real. Are these the things you wish to create for yourselves? If not, then ignore them as they do not exist in your new reality. They are mere shadowy objects of your own vivid imagination that you will pass on the way to your truth. What your truth is, is for you to discover, and what you desire is for you to create. It is all up to you. There are no rules and no limitations to hold you back any longer. You hold the reigns; you make all the decisions now. It is your world to do with it what you desire. We, the Galactic Federation of Light, are merely here to make sure no one interferes with your dream, and we gladly serve you in this way. Now go on and dream and create all it is that you so desire. All will come to you. Understand this, know this, believe this, and your powers will multiply by the thousands.

The Skill of Self-Healing is Within Each of You

As mentioned in previous messages through our divine vessel, inside each of you is the skill to heal yourself by programming your own self-thought that you CAN. Before you can program yourself to think in these terms, you must reprogram yourself by removing any self-doubt, old ways of thinking and doing, and begin to create strong spiritual and personal foundations. When you are able to remove yourself from self-doubt and replace that negative energy with self-love that alone will heal your emotional body which in turn will aid in healing your mental self, physical and spiritual body. To love one’s self completely and unconditionally is your first step in self-healing.

Part of your journey dear children is learning how to cleanse your spirit body from any lingering negative energies that are derived from past trauma from this lifetime or from any other lifetime. You do this through acceptance, forgiveness and love for yourself and for all others completely and unconditionally. Each time you are able to cleanse, accept, forgive and love after each lesson or challenge you are ridding yourself from toxic energy that has the ability of causing disease to your own physical body if not recognized and dealt with positive love flowing energy and light.

Each of you dear ones are able to rejuvenate yourself. You are able to target the seven outer bodies, your nervous system, heart, your blood, immune system, chakras, just to name a few. Every particle in your body has an energetic signature that speaks to you a different moments depending on the urgency of that area within your body. With dedication and focus every person is able to holographically heal themselves and reduce the wait time at their doctor’s office. I suggest you start with small things, like the flu or cold. And visualize the part of your body that is experiencing the symptoms. Understand the colours and what they mean. Develop a colour chart and document often to learn trial by error which is never wasted. You will learn to understand what a healthy colour is and what is not. Pay close attention. With the power of your Intent and purity of your love you can do this. I know you can. And you know what dear ones; you have done this already before. How many times have you sat at your child’s bedside while they were sick willing their cough or fever away? I know they have been countless times. And within the next day or shortly after, you dear sweet child wakes feeling better and energized. You do not take credit and you pass it off to the medicine given, but in fact it was your love and your light. You have this ability to heal yourself dear ones.

I see many of you already with raised eye brows. You have always had this power, this ability; you only lacked being taught this and being told. This is not any parent’s fault or caregiver’s. This is due to living in a duality existence. Barriers and information is being lifted in many areas of interest. Allow yourself to be guided to new areas to gain a broader awareness and knowledge that will lead to your own Mastery of Wisdom. Every step you take on your journey you will continue to master unconditional love and master the skill of absorbing knowledge tirelessly. All takes time, dedication and much patience. Patience is significant to all areas of your spiritual journey and personal life. Throughout your journey you have succeeded through many life lessons, which some were quite difficult. Embrace each one you pass through with love that is of the purest intent. Introduce God into your heart if you have not done so already. He already loves you completely just as you are. He has long ago accepted you even when you have fallen down into a dark path that seemed to take so long to find your way out. But He did light your way, and you have found courage and strength that has gotten you through so much and will continue to forward you at every instance you reach into your heart for the love that is there for yourself. God will always shine His light and share His love with each and every one of you. He has never turned you away.

Accepting God into your heart and into your life will improve your journey that is moving towards reuniting with your own dear heart and His. This Oneness is ever so near. When you allow God into your heart, you begin sharing the ultimate gift of all. You begin seeing with new eyes and these eyes are within your I AM Presence. There is a lot of spiritual growth needed here and one must be of a mature heart. Once you are at this open loving stage of your spiritual development you will begin to feel all-powerful – Omnipotent. You do have unlimited power and it’s found within your heart dear ones. Believe you are strong and capable to face anything that comes to your direction. The love you have for yourself, for God and for all others is an incredible force to wreken with. You must be firm with your own beliefs yet flexible when working with others. And you done this also many times, you do this every day. There is so much about you yet for you to discover. I look forward to when you seek my energies at any given time or stage along your journey.

You must walk your own journey, but there are many around you both spiritually and in physical bodies that are able to support and guide you. Even through guidance, it is still you that makes all the decisions and choices. Learn all you can, be drawn to all that interests and inspires you. It is okay to say no with conviction without hurting another’s feelings when you do not resonate with what is being said as long as it is done with love and gratitude. Remember dear ones each of you are at different stages and this is how it is meant to be in order to learn from one another. Learn and guide with patient gentleness. Continue your journey knowing you are loved beyond any measure. Feel your heart swell with overflowing sensation of love energy that you instantly are willing to share with all that you come into contact with. Our time with this transmission is coming to a close. The path of the white lotus is being offered to some of you now, this is an ancient indian tradition that was established a long time ago, and if you decide you wish to accept it, certain ideas and teachings will come to you. Understand that this path is simply one of many paths available to you now, and that not everyone is receiving the same information, so it is okay to follow your heart in this, and not to jump onto anything simply because you think you agree with its ideas, your heart knows what you need, rather than following your mind.

The path of the White Lotus:
The white lotus is the flower of creation,
it is purity in form and substance,
it is the unfolding of the energies within you,
it is the innocence of the Child.

The White lotus blooms in summer,
but it never wilts,
for it is pure and unique,
fragrant and knowing,
kind and serene.
The path of the white lotus is calm,
it is like a gentle flowing oceans,
a calm breeze on a warm day,
a gentle moment,
a precious tender act,
compassion, with no cruelty,
peace with no form of animosity.
The path of the white lotus is pure,
and the purity comes from within,
and through pureness and love,
innocence and healing,
we walk without boundaries,
free from our own self-doubt,
and ego based assumptions.
Some will take the path of the Red Rose,
some will take the path of the blue,
but some will take the path of the white,
clarity, and Truth.
It does not matter what path you take,
be gentle with yourself,
what is being offered to you is Love,
and its up to you,
we simply help.

When I follow my nose online like this it’s because my Higher Self is directing me to some specific information for specific reasons and I know to go with the higher flow and connect the dots so I have a larger understanding about something which I usually share here as I’m doing with this. However, there was more I was supposed to understand when I first read this “Follow Your Heart” article that I did not catch, and so, my Higher Self lets me experience things for myself a bit longer, hurt a bit more from certain ascension and solar related symptoms so I really know on a conscious level what I missed the first time around. Let love be your greatest aim and never miss the mark again. The heart is wiser than the intellect, it is the pulse, the creators force. Love must co operate, co ordinate, it is free from strain. In this year of 2012 beware of how you curse or remain mad and what is conceived in your spirit . Your judging another may develope into a cold....like a cold shoulder you will reap what you sow. In the endrocrine system is where karma sits. These unique days ahead bring many to their body, mind, soul complex, the universal energy. We as a planet are releasing karma and evolving our full attunement back to God. It is important to nurture your body....depression comes from weariness, get rest. Get involved with your feelings, if you have headaches or indigestion it can be from anger, why are you angry?

Emotional turbulance can trigger asthma among other things. Each of us are rare and valuable, we are potent and direct beams of light. Work with the om sound or buy a tuning fork with the om sound. This is comforting and helps to realign the chakra's. Yoga aids in confidence and helps to clear patterns that are not good for you. Place certain stones for their properties on the body or in your personal space. Amethyst is and was originally used for those with alcoholic tendencies. Charoite heals autism and bi polar while promoting sleep. Boji Stones which are rare but can be bought dissolves blockages and you can feel their vibrations in your palms, very powerful. Celestite renders total harmony and peace when placed on the site between your brows. Sugilite treats epilepsy and motor movements. It is the purple ray energy of love. Seraphinite helps the spine and back of neck and useful for weight loss. Smithsonite heals your inner child, strengthens veins, infertility, difficult relationships. Sunstone is for seasonal disorders, for luck and joie de vivre. Rhodochrosite is for any psychological level or phobias. The scent from citrus or lavender uplifts a room, get a heated container for these essential oils and leave plugged in for a few hours. Time is flying and what I must gage is what is important to spend it on, be selective. The greatest road to love is laughter. One of the funniest moments was going on the internet with friends to learn how to whistle. Their were variations such as using different fingers or curling the tongue or pressing your lips. When we all tried our best we ended up laughing hysterically and hyper venilating with a new appreciation of the whistle. Many of us couldn't do it. Love is boundless and inventive, it is your first contact, find pleasure in where ever you exist and let it be your greatest aim.

in our dualistic perception...to be many ages ago...

In reality...it occurred simultaneously with the promise made...

love will be replaced with all that is of love...

all of it is serving One thing...

the at-one-ment of all things...

yes...duality as you know it to be is dissolving..

your old ways of gathering ~more of what you think you need~

will no longer serve you....for those of you carrying the

living light...much will be asked...for those who have

much of what you would call the golden coins know that

what is not freely given will not be returned...however...

that which is given will be received and given....a divine

circle of love..

 

 

You will witness many miracles...you will "feel" from

the depths of your being that all is well...though your

earthly eyes may not see this ~holy~ vision...

 

if you can see  from within the heart

and set aside your earthly perceptions..

(that which is the view from your earthly eyes)...

 

if you can ~hear~ with your heart

versus your old perceptions of what

you think you hear...you will hear

differently ....thus creating an experience

of ~heaven~ right where you find yourself to be

in the moment you choose for it...

 

Love will be the power that will fuel

all manifestation...Pure unconditional love...

that which comes from the intention

of the highest good of all...

 

this is what it truly is to ~ live within the heart~

to be ~in the world~ yet not of the world..

simply stated...that means to see and hear

differently...to access the One heart we all

share as one and live from that holy place..

 

Place this vision within your heart...see that all of it

is love...all is energy...the energy of love has come to bring

all unlike it back into the heart...

with every choice you make to live within the heart

~you lift the whole~...yes ...this is true...

this is true unconditional love and it touches

each and every living thing with each choice

for it...

you see precious hearts...you are the one

you have been seeking..

 

all power under heaven and earth lives within you...

it is your choice to see and hear from the heart

that will dissolve the veil that hides the Real Reality

that abides right here where you are...only hidden from

you until You choose to see and hear differently...

 

Each one on your beloved planet and those unseen

are here to ring in this golden era...bless the one's  who have

held energies that will need to be released  as lovingly as you

would bless the one's who carry the living light....

all of it is serving the whole....

there is no ~specialness ~ in this dear one's...

know this in the coming of days and your

experience will be one of peace and compassion...

Most of all, you have overlooked the love in your own heart. You have overlooked your capacity for love. You thought the love in your heart was limited. You thought you had to count it and ration it. Only so much love here. Only so much love there. You dealt out love like cards. It is as if you read Tarot without the cards. You predicted ahead of time. You assigned love here but not there.

There is no there. There is only here. I am love, and I am all that exists. The individual you imagine you are does not exist. You are a story you tell yourself. You make yourself up as you go along. You have, as a matter of fact, had no clue as to Who you truly are and the dimensions of yourself that include everyone and everything.

You have pretended dumbness when, all along, you have been brilliance itself. You have been My brilliance, except you didn't realize it. You have been waiting for Self-Realization when you already had it, already had it except for the one little thing of your recognizing it. You have always been realized, only you didn't realize your Self.

What a powerful Being you are. How powerfully you have mistaken yourself for something that you are not. You are the wisest of all, and yet you have hidden your wisdom from yourself. It is not true that you do not know better. You do know better. You have been waiting for the world or someone in the world to signal you when to reveal yourself when your revelation is entirely up to you. Signal yourself then.

I have been signaling you for a long time. 'Wake up," I have said. "Wake up now." Beloveds, you have to wake yourself up. You don't need an alarm clock to wake you up from this sleep you have been walking in. Signal to yourself to wake up. Signal to yourself to accept yourself as you are, not less. You sold yourself to yourself and to the world for a sou. That's all you thought you were worth.

Now you begin to see that you are worth gold. You are My gold, beloveds. What price can be put on My gold?

You are the treasure of the Heavens. You are My treasury. You are the bank I bank on. I look to you. I know you look to Me, yet I look to you. I know what I see when I look at you. Begin to see what I see, and begin to value yourself as I do value you. Make no mistake on this. You have sold yourself short, and now you will begin to grasp the yardage that you truly are. There is no end to you. You are infinite, and you are eternal. No measuring tape is long enough to measure you. You can't buy an infinite measuring tape. There is no limit to you. You are limitless. So am I.
