Love and Light starts within the heart of God dear ones therefore this divine light carries over with you – Your Inner Light, the Threefold Flame is in the centre core of your divine hearts. It is where your perfect wisdom, love and inner power – all in balance of each other in perfect harmony; sustaining and heightening each other. Within your own Threefold Flame is your source of Light of God that bonds you forever with the Divine Light of God. These flames are your foundation to knowing your spiritual self and offering opportunities to optional directions for your path. Your Inner Light dear ones when you walk with God in all your actions becomes an inspiration of enlightenment and confidence for your fellow Lightworkers and spiritual life seekers. Willingly offer your beautiful light dear ones into service to God and aid those with your Love and Light that require support along their journey to help them understand and open their hearts with you as a shining example.

My active/conscious connection with certain beings seems to go in cycles.  Today the cycle came around to a more direct contact with Adama.  It seemed like a good opportunity to make a post here.

Let's do a visualization:

Adama has made himself expanded, so that his energy reaches out to gracefully touch the entire world.  He sends rays of diamond light onto the earth.  He is, in fact, reflecting the light of the Divine, perhaps the Central Sun.  As that Divine Light comes to Adama, he receives it and turns it back to the earth, combining his love and attention with that of the Divine to serve the world.

The Angels do this when they interact with us, as well.  We can do this ourselves, with every living thing – reflect the Diamond Light of the Divine.

Adama has made himself smaller again, and stands within a Temple that shines with Diamond light.  This is focal point meant to meet specific needs – it is a healing temple.  If you have psychic, mental, emotional or physical disturbances, then go on a journey to Adama's temple.… Read the rest

Let the unmistakable joy of pure love and delight found in children when they are thoroughly amused reach to you and your heart, thus spreading like liquid fire the warmth of love for yourself and for those precious souls that is sharing your current life stream.
 
Your heart centre is the central core of your being and it is the fundamental place to work on your love and compassion for others and for yourselves Self-love is crucial dear ones for the development of your Self and the progression of your journey. When you lack the essential Self-Love you are in essence lacking Self-Esteem and without even the smallest trace of this important element of the Self, spiritual healing is incomplete as you yourself are not whole. My dear friends, we love you so very much.

As we’ve said so many times before, your journey here upon the earth is an exploration of love. Your desire for love causes you to seek out loving relationships and your frustrations with love upset you in the greatest ways. You want to be seen and acknowledged. You want to be understood. You want others to know your very great light. That is a natural and normal human desire. However, it is equally important that you grant others these same gifts – that you attempt to see and acknowledge others’ perspectives as being perfect for the growth they are here to do; that you attempt to the best of your ability to understand one another, and when you do not, you work hard not to judge. It is important to recognize that deep within every soul, no matter how dark or troubled they appear to be, is a very great light.
