God said:

There is no bottom to My heart and no top. My love courses throughout the whole world. My love bumps into no walls, no floors, no ceilings. No limit to My love. That's how it is.

It is you who outlines love. In one moment, some love in, and, in another moment, some love out. Why would you parcel love like that? Are you protecting yourself from love? Protecting what? Protecting isolation? One minute you tell Me how deeply lonely you are, and the next you put up a Keep Out sign. You weep from loneliness, and you shut out companionship.

I suppose you want to put people in a drawer, and then pull them out when you want to, when it's convenient for you, when you have a minute. Oh, My dears, you want your cake and to eat it too. You want most everything two ways.

You want something until you have it. You must want loneliness if you have it. A word to substitute for loneliness could be exclusivity. You want to be exclusive. As a matter of fact, you may be snobbish about love. You may feel you must have a love to wear proudly on your arm when it suits you to do so.

Yet love does not come in containers. Love is a free spirit. If only you would never deny yourself love, and, most of all, My love. Let My love in right away, right now. Let My love puncture any barriers to the intimacy of your heart. Let My love knock down those made-up boundaries. Kidnap My love. Make it yours. Adopt My love as you would a lovely child. Make My love your own. And then hand it out. You are meant to be a distributor of love. Distribute it then.

Look, just about everyone out there is craving love. Give it to them, love from your own heart as a blessing to the world. That's what love is - a blessing. "Here, have some," your heart says as you strew love like rose petals down an aisle. You have no idea how much the world is yearning for your blessings. A smile. Try a smile today. Smile at the grumpy clerk. Give a smile to everyone on both sides of you and across from you, and turn around and give a smile to someone in back of you. Your smile is like the light of the sun.

Smile at your teachers. Smile at your parents. Smile at everyone. Be a good will ambassador for Me. Is there another purpose you would rather have? Wouldn't you rather serve Me than anything else? Be a maid. Clean up after Me. Take away those frowns from other faces.

You do not know what you are doing. You do not know all that you are giving when you smile. You do not know all you are taking away when you don't smile. And when you frown? The whole Universe hides its face in terror.

You may have been thinking you are insignificant on Earth whereas you are most significant. Just be the significance you want to be. Be friendly. Ignite another's smile. Remove frowns from the face of the Earth. Plant smiles. Strew the seeds of lovingness everywhere. Be a bright light that lights up all the other sleeping lights. Make My light known. It is you I am asking.

Am I asking you a lot? Am I asking you too much? I will keep asking you, and for bigger smiles, and bigger yet, until you are smiling in love and lighting a love-hungry world on My behalf. The grouchier you may feel, the more it is incumbent upon you to smile. Let Me see your teeth. Ah, that's it, you little wonder of Mine. Smile like that. That's good.

Dear One,

It is I, El Morya, Keeper of the Golden Flame. There is a time of great renewal, replenishment, and a re-surgence of Love on the Planet. Every day, more and more people are coming Home to the Core Heart of All Life within themselves, and with the Earth Mother. This is an invisible yet palpable re-union process. Members of a vast cosmic community are awakening . . . to greater Truths . . . than any military, any bank, any money issue, stress, strain, etc. The Light is calling everyone forward . . . into a New Way of Beingness. Of Being with Self. And Being One with the Whole. The synergy of energies in this area is dramatically changing the spiritual essence of the human landscape. And thus, the physical earth terrain. The Galactic Center that is calling the Earth Mother back into her own Alignment is also aligned with this synergy of energies. The Harmony of the One is thus Sounding at microdecibels . . . not heard by the human ear . . . but certainly heard by the human heart. As the heart is your energy conductor, brain, and compass, it is able to read these sound waves occurring and threading through your planetary body . . . and take it within your own. The tune up is thus simultaneous. What happens vibrationally to the earth . . . happens within you as well. The comfort in all of this for you, and every lightweaver and seeder of the rise of this crest of the wave of change . . . is that Divine Timing is coordinating the changes in the Earth Mother. The Divine Blueprint is orchestrating her re-alignment. And thus, with a simple intent to be an awake participant, your body and energy field becomes One with that great new Wave of Change and Ever Increasing Light.

It is a state of inward focus and allowance. Not one of doing. You have passed the precipice . . . of needing to choose now . . . and are in the vibrational territory . . . of allowing All That Is Good and Light . . . to fill you. To fill your Heart Center. To fill your Compass, Awareness, and Divine Circuitry. And in this stage of allowing such a cosmic tune-up, . . . your body will soon sound its new codes within you. Either in songs, or in ways unique to your perfect listening ears. The codes are humming and vibrating themselves alive and on-line . . . within . . . and it is a time right now . . . of feeling . . . with quiet pleasure . . . the mass unfoldment . . . of Divine Re-Alignment. So just because it is quietly happening all over the planet . . . does not in any way correlate to its Divine Soul Strength Power. This is a Sacred Power, necessary in the new dimensions. So listen for it. Tune in within. Intend your conscious beingness to align with it. And to know it. Feel the Frequencies of Light and Sound . . . creating a whole organism symphony . . . starting with the cells in your feet . . . tingling and tinkling their way all the way up to and through your heart center . . . and up and through your soul star chakra and beyond, into the greater cosmos of Light and Sound.

Every Star in the Sky has its core Sound and Light . . . creating a vast cosmic song . . . that has yet to be heard by humanity . . . in quite some time. [They really downloaded the amazing feeling of this . . . as if the blanket of stars above us each night . . . is truly singing and sounding a lullaby and a symphony of divine sounds to us. The sky was alive with sound! It was so beautiful!] If you picture everything around you having a sacred song, what is it singing? What does it sound like? Hear it playing within you. Know and feel and allow . . . your song. Let it align you, and literally sing and sound you more fully awake. It is a personal keynote, in the grand earthly symphony, and greater cosmic one. Allow these sounds to vibrationally attune all things. Smile and rejoice at the music playing in the All . . . and allow it to shift the global focus in the Hearts of All. Pay attention inwardly . . . to the Songs of the Trees. The Flowers. The Skies. The Rivers. Oceans. Grasses. Mountains. Beaches. And more. Desire to know the Harmonies of the True One Song. Whistling in the breezes. As yet undetectable to many. But they ring loud and clear and true, with Sacred Heart Hearing. This is literally chiming in, and humming, the New Earth. Sound will be the unifier of All . . . at levels hard to imagine now . . . So keep going dear one . . . in your listening for the Sacred Sounds. They are the bread crumbs leading you Home within. Just follow the joy of the Inner Music now. Think . . . if friendship had a song, what would it be? If peace had a song, how would you hear it? If Light had a song, how would you see and hear it? Tune in, and awaken to a vast inner Light Show and Symphony. And attune yourself to the keynotes in all of nature. That is Mother Earth coming ALIVE. She will return . . . through this great sounding ceremony. Allow, embrace, and celebrate this easy flow of new Grace in your awareness. Enjoy its return. It is yet another signal to you . . . that Home IS returning to the Heart of All That Is . . . and the Heart of the Earth . . . and the Heart in YOU.

Be Well, dear one. Listen now. Attune to the Hum of the One. The Song of Songs. The Celestial Symphony of the New Golden Age. It is calling to you. Allow it in.

[One last note to share with you another expansive essence that was felt throughout this channeling. The word “hear” fills the majority of the word “heart”. It was so clear that the heart is wired and perfectly designed to cosmically hear . . . the sound waves of Truth and Light in the cosmos. Our physical ears are perfect as well, for outer sounds. But the sacred essence of the Core Heart . . . is to be our inner ears and inner eyes . . . divinely attuned to the celestial sounds of the One. This was really beautiful for me. Dear One,

It is I, Divine Source, Creator of Sun and Moon, and all things on the Earth. There are times in every soul’s life, and development, when the best and only thing to do . . . is to turn and face the Light within. To nearly . . . find oneself . . . walking into its Light . . . as if it were a room in a house . . . and a destination. For you see, it is. The Light is the place where all of my Source Energy resides. It is the loving heartbeat that blesses and loves all things.

In this Light, and Light-filled room, it is a place of inner knowingness. All separations heal and cleanse. And its as if there, you walk with me, in my Heart, in the Garden of Eden, and its energies we all know and love so much. In this place, you are safe, well, and vibrant. It is truly a Divine Place, and we love to spend time there. Sometimes, you do . . . in your sleep and dreamtimes. Sometimes too, in your conscious awake times. In this time, of ever flowing change, that Light Place Within is beckoning you to visit, more often. To reconnect with the Source All-Beingness and All-Oneness that the Light Within knows and deeply experiences. It is a place of inner refuge and soul re-fuel-ment. Evolution is taking a big turn in these times. Its almost a hairpin turn, and at times, seems quite abrupt. That is only for 3D experiential sight. From a larger cosmic viewpoint and vantage point, this change has been under way since the Christing Light of Jesus Christ walked the planet. There were many changes occurring atmospherically and soulfully . . . but at a much different pace. You see . . . the Energies of the Cosmos are really always changing. When all is connected in the One, new avenues and future-present events are always co-creating themselves, through Source Essence. That is why the Light Essence, and Room of Light - if you will - Within, is such a beautiful haven. Time spent in nature helps you to reconnect with your Divine Nature. The Pulse of Change in that space . . . slows down . . . to the eternal experience of your Truest Nature. As the Pulse of Change quickens within and around you, remember the Sacred Blessings of this Timeless Chamber of Light Within. It is a portal . . . to walk with me in the Garden of Eden . . . when you are otherwise . . . in any other physical condition. There we can meet, and remember together, the whole reason you are here. To experience the vastness of this Light . . . in a myriad of ways and conditions . . . to truly know it. That you ARE the Light of the World. There are those who have volunteered to play the role of the Masters of Contrast . . . or Masters of the Darkness. They are doing this quite well, as an experiential tool, to help others . . . Mastering the Integration of All Light . . . to return Home . . . to this place of Divine Grace Within.

Remember . . . the Cosmos is ever changing, and expanding, through evolutionary experience. The Light is the Thread that weaves in, up, down, and through every experience. Do not resist that which is the core design. But rather, find ways to be this Inner Heart Chamber, within and without, in a state of timeless Trust, Truth, and Light. It is the Pathway Forward now, as much as it is the Pathway Within.

Cosmic Weavers have reconnected with this Inner Sacred Portal, and visit consciously with me often. There – we talk about the challenges of the evolutionary cycle, and return in our Hearts, to the Truth of the Timeless Light and Source Essence in all things. It is a Magic Garden in my Heart . . . where everything has its place . . . and knows its Source Origins and Bliss Again.

Adam and Eve merely represented the journeys every being makes, starting in the Bliss of this Heavenly Garden . . . then seeking knowledge through separation, nakedness, and searching . . . only to ultimately return to the Garden . . . expanded and made whole by the Experiential Wisdom Gained by the Journey. Yet until the full return, it must be known that we visit frequently in the Garden . . . the Garden of my Heart . . . and thus the Source of your Light, . . . for renewal, reflection, respite, and recalibration.

The Codes of Light have always lived within. And of course, they live in your Heart Center, directly connected to Mine. In this expansive etheric space, we are always connecting . . . about the next step in the evolution and expansion . . . and the depths of learning about the Light . . . that are taking place.

So, dear one, as things externally shift in rapid succession now, make time to consciously come visit me in the Garden . . . through the Portal of Light you have within. Go within, and see this Sacred Heart Chamber, filling it with any Light-filled Details, that make our communion welcoming to you. There in that Inner Temple, or Chamber of Light, you can consciously summon me to walk in the Garden of Eternal Truth, Light, Knowledge, and Bliss. And this will be very grounding and helpful to you now. For you will remember . . . who you are . . . and why you came. And you will know . . . that we have never been separated . . . at all. We have always enjoyed the bliss of the fruits and sanctity of the Garden. And this Heavenly Garden Within . . . with everyone who returns . . . is manifesting more and more Without. The rise of green consciousness, oneness, harmony, unity, and more tells you . . . that this Garden Within . . . is speaking through the Core Central Heart that connects us all. Come visit with me, and ground the Light and Remembrance of this Eternal Garden of Eden . . . now made manifest in so many of you again . . . to again manifest outwardly upon the Earth. My arms are outstretched as wide as to accommodate you into a warm embrace into my loving heart and light. Dear hearts it wonderful to speak through this loved one and to all of you. You are all ‘loved ones’ to me, to God and to all of the Divine.

We speak much about healing and love. It is so easy to show compassion and love to another, but it is very difficult to love yourself with just as much energy. This I see to be true for many of you. When you speak the words of love and show others compassion, you give more of your true self when you are able to love yourself with as much compassion. Being able to accept yourself for where you journey has led you and to where you are now, and to forgive yourself and to forgive others is crucial dear ones for your own self healing. God has not forgotten you or left you at the curb side. It may seem this way only when you think is such a fashion. God has given the gift of WILL, free will is yours. It is you dear ones that drive where you are heading. We of the Divine love you openly and support you along your journey. We know you will make choices that may not be very well thought out; we understand the pressures you live with every day. And you are loved no matter what. Through your every day living and challenges, be kind and compassionate to yourself. You will shine brighter when you are able to be at peace with all that you have been and all that you are. You are not done creating you. Your creation gets upgraded and changed quite a lot throughout your lifetime. Every day you wake up to a new opportunity to making new choices and to the love of God. Every waking day is encouragement to LOVE.

Through the many ups and downs you will face and have already done so, recognizing both your female and male energies is extremely important. Both energies exist inside of you regardless which one you are. The polarities of both the male and female energies have to be balanced for you to be spiritually and psychologically whole. Self-examine yourself and determine if both energies are balanced or where you may be off at. Be in-tune with your inner self. This IN-tunement will show a calmer and more collected you. Peace is within grasp dear ones. The path to inner-peace is within your own hearts. Look inside and see what is there; see the glory of your love, God’s love and the most amazing light. That light is from the God Spark that has never left and waiting to bet set ablaze with your devotion and attention. Allow the spirit, love and light of God to enter the very central core of your heart. Welcome this love, welcome God dear hearts as God always welcomes you. Share in the light that is breathtaking and healing. There is no reason to fear dear hearts. To feel the love of God enter your heart, then body and spirit will not make you vulnerable; but strong with a power that is divinely pure of love.

The love that God will fill your heart with will help further your own nurturing spirit. Each of you, no matter if you are man or woman; all have the capacity to be nurturing. When you are touched by God’s love you will know. Some have been brought to tears with the recognition of what is happening to them as it is very profound. Words cannot express what you will experience besides AMAZING. When you are in need of understanding your own inner compassionate nature or to love yourself, please seek me out, ask for me and I will happily guide you. I will shine my own emerald light on your goodness so you can see with clarity.

What you will see when you look within yourself, within your heart is your TRUE self. There might be some things you might not like, but looking within during times of reflection is your opportunity to fix or change what you do not like. And if you cannot change what it is you do not like, then you need to accept this, forgive yourself and love yourself; then move on. Do not hang on to old ways that will only drag you down. Instead, move forward with a newer and fresher perspective that allows you to work from you heart. Follow your heart to what makes you truly happy. What you decide, you have to be able to live with, so choose well dear ones. I cannot advise enough; choose from your heart and what will bring you the greatest of good.

Your loving heart will guide you to further self-education that will bring you to more knowledge that is spiritually pleasing. You have much to give, especially after you have learned to give to yourself. You are not being selfish when you show kindness towards yourself. No, dear hearts, you are showing LOVE. Listen to those inner voices, to your intuition, your guides; they will show you and support you. You are not alone on this journey that is before you.

As I take my leave, I again reach to embrace each of you with the warmth that is filled with so much unconditional love and light. Be at peace with yourself as you are beautiful and a child of God. Know in your heart, that God does love you and is always with you.

for many of us now we find ourselves

to be in a space of choosing to honor

our hearts deepest desires....our hearts

are calling to us to love our Selves so grandly

that we are willing to choose  and listen to the calling

the old ways of being and existing will

for freedom and unlimitedness

is what is calling within each and every ONE..

as we have been on this journey now of remembering

we find that there is no other choice...

To be "willing" to jump is all that love

would ask of us...to be willing to stand

at the edge of the cliff

and choose what feels harmonious with

our soul and be willing to walk thru any fear

is to step into our true Selves...

We are grand beings of love...we have been

"shrunk" by the beliefs we have held onto

for eons...these beliefs are being asked to

be looked at again...old beliefs about our self

and who we are and what we truly desire

are resurfacing and they are simply aspects

of ourself that we have hidden in the dark...

they are appearing now so we can love them

and thank them for the service and simply

let them go...

It is the moment to step into our true Power

which is the very power that lives within us..

as us...

it is the power of Love itself

filling our being with that which

we have for so long denied..

You can feel this power wanting to enter

and yet it needs "space" to ...allow me

to say...       "move in"...

so the dislodging ...the letting go

is allowing for that power to have a space

within you to enter...

this day...the voice of love calls to me

and asks each and everyone of us

to enter within and choose for that

voice...that part of us that is our True Self

is waiting patiently....ahhh...yes ...always patiently

 for us to choose to allow it in and "be it"...

it is always waiting for your return...

calling us to own that which we are

we are so dearly loved that with

each jump there will be a bridge

already waiting for you...yes...the

bridge is already there...all we are

asked to do is  let go  and step onto it...

I do not subscribe to all the channels that a television can offer and so I sometimes go to a friends house to watch with them a new series. One that they wanted to watch was Grimm tales. I found it interesting at first and then realized it was violent. It wasn't entertainment it was like so many of its kind, distasteful. It isn't the game I want to play nor the way to utilize my talents or time. In other words I am missing out on nothing in life by not having cable or a cell phone. In fact I am adding to my hours that I can be productive instead of passively being desensitized. Working with various groups of children and ages I realize that these very young ones are hyper aware of everything and usually highly intelligent and sophisticated. They are tuning into the angels, their multidimensional self and gaining access to answers and alternate solutions. It does take longer for them to process information because they are taking in more knowledge.

I still see 11:11 often and it is a cosmic hug to let me know I am surrounded by angels and galactic relatives. We are one family. That alone is proof they exist when we are directed to look at that frame on the clock regularly. When you command your spirit to assist in decisions with love and wisdom you will get feedback. A portion of those who have passed on remains with you, especially when you feel a tug at your heart or a special memory permeates your entire being, yes they see you and hear you. These days deception cannot be tolerated because our true feelings are manifesting while we also have a radar that detects anothers intentions. Assumptions are changing and agreements spiritually,the design is being rebuilt. Divine faith is a firm foundation and all of us are part of the plan and planet, enjoying the journey and mysteries it offers. Choose well what you digest in your waking and dreaming state. Celebrate these new energies, you deserve abundance and love. No one can own God, not any religion can claim it. We can honor with integrity and share in its light, but this source is complete and free in its conception of self. Your heart is the portal to the reunion with God, and earth will be the center of peace.

God said:

I sing in praise of human beings, blinded as they are and yet serving Me on Earth. This is Divinity. Not fully understanding the ins and outs of life, nevertheless, you serve, and want to serve greater. You extend yourselves on an island and sometimes a cave. So now I sing My heart out to you, in praise of you, in love of you, in service to you who serves Me. Never question your competence. I am competent.

You are the sweet fruit of My vine. Each of you has been well-chosen. You are doing what is yours to do, and now, even unseeing as you are, you rise to the words of My song. You know not your mission, and yet you serve it. That you are often blind does not mean that you serve Me blindly. You serve Me in devotion, whether you know that or not. You are dogged in your service to your Creator and all of Creation. Even when you know it not, you are serving the Most High.

You may even think you are serving yourself, but always, in the innermost crevices of your heart, you are serving Me. You are carrying up your end of the bargain between Us. Bright light is the bargain between Us. Great love is the bargain between Us. Even when you know it not, great love is binding Us, and, of course, a bond with Me is freedom. And so you stumble, and so you cry out, and so you serve.

You walk a maze. You know not where you are going, and yet you go. You try here, you try there. You look for an entrance or an exit. Behold, you find it. All the while, I am singing to you. Or I am humming to you. I have never stopped the cosmic hum, and My Song of Love holds its first note. Whether you hear or not, you hum and sing in tune with Me.

No matter how far afield you may go, you are right at My heels. In any case, I hold your hand.

We are locked in love, and that means We are freed in love. We soar the Universe together. When you land, you forget Our flight into Oneness. You have forgotten Yourself, and you may have forgotten Me, and, still, We soar together.

There is no planet that you have not visited. There is no heart you have not visited. There is no soul that you do not know. So much seems to be hidden from you, and yet nothing is hidden from you. You travel in time and space, yet you are anchored in Heaven. How can that be, you wonder. Beloveds, that is the only sure thing you can know. Buffeted by the winds, you forget you are anchored. Even a kite in the sky is held by someone's hand. You are held by Mine. More precisely, you are held by a Heart String of Mine.

Whether you hear My tune or not, you tap your foot to it.

Whether you have not a thought of Me or think of Me constantly, you know Me. You know My song. You sing it. You hum it. You may not be aware that you do, yet you do.

You hear Me calling to you. You are My Highest Calling, beloveds. You are the human being I made, and the difference between you and all the other created beings is that you have choice. You have choice to question, and you have choice to forget. You have a billion choices. You may not even choose. You may flounder, and yet We are One.

Remember now Our Song of Oneness.

Welcome my precious family and friends,

Another earthly year is coming to an end, and yet in terms of Cosmic Consciousness awareness and non-linear time, we are in the midst of one of the most exciting and unprecedented Now moments on this earth plane; of creating Heaven on Earth. Of collectively merging realities and all levels of consciousness through Divine Love. It is an awakening process into truly being co-creators to the Company of Heaven and sacred Flames of Divine Love. And what a journey it has been, and continues to be. As these multidimensional Master Beings, we are dreaming our realities into Creation, and on this earthplane, collectively birthing the Golden Age of Light through our Light, our magnificence.

The 11-11-11 Portal of Divine Love has propelled us into another level of Cosmic Consciousness awareness through the new DNA encodings of Light activated at that time, and the anchoring, activation, and now integration of these fifth dimensional frequencies of Divine Love, in creating the blueprint of Light for this new Earth.

What is now being experienced is almost a sense of a "Cosmic Pause" for Lightworkers, a time of just being to recalibrate our frequencies in vibrational attunement to these higher dimensional frequencies, and truly step into a deeper level of the Divine Feminine archetype within and with this, the Divine Masculine archetype within. We are further being offered an opportunity to clear these old false beliefs and judgments within the body and energy field, primarily that of the "suppression of the Divine Feminine" and 'control and power issues" by standing more deeply in our own power as these sacred transfiguring Flames of Divine Love. And when we have personally recalibrated and activated these higher dimensional frequencies within ourselves, we are able to assist all Life on this earth plane.

This ascension process is completely unique, and has never been experienced in quite this way before. Previously in ascending, we left the physical form behind, and now we are ascending on-masse in our physical forms, as we build our multidimensional Bodies of Light, our I AM Avatar Blueprints of Light. As we integrate the Divine Light of our I AM Presence within our physical bodies and energy field within this holographic matrix of Light, and connect through the Unity Grid of Divine Love, we experience the activation of the new DNA encodings of Light. We experience the carbon based cells spinning in increased frequencies of Light taking on the energetic crystalline blueprints of Light. We experience the recalibration of the left and right hemispheres of the brain and the merging of the Divine Masculine and Feminine archetypes of Light within ourselves. We experience ourselves as these Flames of Divine Love as the heart becomes the center within which we live. We experience the chakras merging in one unified column of Light and the merging within ourselves as Twin Flames as the kundalini and tantric energies are activated. And indeed, too, we are affecting and creating change on this earthplane simply by our Beingness and assisting all Life to ascend. And we are doing this collectively in this Now, after many thousands of years. This is somewhat of a pretty amazing and unprecedented Now moment, so if you need to take a moment or two to recalibrate through the in-breath of these higher dimensional frequencies, that is OK too. J

In this channeling, the Elders take you on a beautiful journey through the Ray Ashrams of Divine Love and One Unity Consciousness, as well as work with clearing power and control issues related to the "suppression of the Divine Feminine". We are further asked to create our own Portals of Light, our own Stargates within our homes and work environment and they provide tools as to how this can be done connecting through a Pillar of Light to our Christed Overselves of the Light. What I further understand is that we can create these Stargates of Light within each room of our house or office environment if we like, or we can create simply one primary Portal of Light.

As many of you know, I was in Sedona for the 11-11-11 Portal Activation of Divine Love with the Gaia and Tribe conference set up by Solara An-Ra. This was truly a most amazing time, connecting with so many star family and friends of the Light, and further to this, to be connecting with you all at this time. I have heard from so many people their powerful experiences at this time as collectively we connected through the One Unity Grid of Divine Love in these vortex activations and new DNA activations of Light.

One of the highlights for me was the DNA Activation and Actualization Process I facilitated with the Sedona Light Tribe. This ended by being taken in Soul consciousness into the twelve Golden Solar Sun Disc discs, chanting in the language of Light, and allowing for each Light Being present to add their own Soul note. The Elders feel this is an important one in grounding these new keycodes of Light, so in the ending of this transmission, take you into the experience of the activating the new DNA encodings of Light through the Golden Solar Sun Disc discs, and I invite you to add your own Soul notes to this experience.

Welcome sweet ones. It gives us great pleasure to be with you in this Now. And what an incredible moment in time! As you truly anchor and activate these fifth dimensional energies of Divine Love; these zero field energies that you, sweet ones, as these transfiguring Flames of Divine Love, are anchoring and activating on this earthplane. What is being experienced, sweet ones, is certainly a great deal more grace in many of the lessons to be experienced individually for Lightworkers and Starseeded ones. However, from a planetary perspective, sweet ones, what these energies are bringing through this unified field of Divine Love, is a clearing of old planetary contracts. And, we bring this to your attention, for indeed, the importance of this work cannot be underestimated and you may personally be experiencing the shift of these old planetary contracts through the essence of the shift of yourself in terms of your relationships, in terms of 'where' you are geographically, in terms of your service work, or other areas within your life that need to be addressed.

The old planetary contract, which is being disintegrated and being lifted into this unified field of Divine Love is that of "suppression of the Divine Feminine". Sweet ones, it is important as you look within your own lives and what is mirrored within your reality, that you are no longer experiencing issues of power and control, compromise of Self - financially or emotionally, being abused or being the abuser.

This energy is further seen on a planetary level certainly in the destabilization of many of the financial institutes; and, these power and control issues are again are coming up to be transmuted. This starts with each one of you, sweet ones, as you truly open to the Divine Feminine within yourselves. And we speak, not in terms of coming through in male or female embodiment.

Of course those in female embodiment will hold an energy matrix of cellular memories through the "abuse of the Divine Feminine". But both the men and women are coming into this essence of experiencing Divine Love, of experiencing all that you are as these sacred, transfiguring Flames of Divine Love. And it is the energy Overlighting this year, 2011, through this beautiful Pink-Orange Flame of "Illumined Truth" and "Divine Love" and through the new DNA encodings that will assist you in truly transcending all that is not of the Light, which is primarily power and control issues that have created the suppression of the Divine Feminine.

We would like to start, sweet one, by placing you in this Ashram of Illumined Truth. As you enter in soul-consciousness into this Ascension Seat and Ashram of Light, you are surrounded in this beautiful Pink-Orange Flame of "Divine Love" and Illumined Truth". The energy of this Ray activates all the chakras of the body; and, in particular the heart chakra and third eye. Come into this place within yourself of self-love and self-nurturing and self-appreciation; truly experience yourself as this Flame of Divine Love. For this is what you are, sweet one, this Master Being, this sacred custodian and caretaker to Mother-Earth and all her Life, and you are 'here' to affect and create change within your reality and geographical location, simply by your beingness.

As these keycodes have been activated through the One-Unity Grid, this 144 Crystalline Grid of One Unity Consciousness, you are able to truly receive a deeper level of Divine Love within all areas of your Life. As you build the I-AM Avatar Blueprint of Light, as you create the Etheric Electronic Body of Light, and with this too, build the Multi-Dimensional Bodies of Light.

Now, sweet one, you find yourself surrounded by all the Divine Feminine archetypes of the Light. Mother Mary, Pallas Athena, Lady Quan Yin, Lady Nada, Lady Portia, the Archangelic Counterparts, Michaela, Gabriella, Uriella, Raphaella, Zadkiella, Chamuella, and Jophiella - Call now upon all the Divine Feminine archetypes you personally acknowledge.

As you come into the heart, and with this, into the energy of the beautiful Golden Solar Sun Disc within your heart, activated and connected to these Golden Solar Sun Discs within the One-Unity Grid of Divine Love. This Golden Solar Sun Disc within your heart, sweet one, is the Inner Sun, connecting you to this frequency of Divine Love on all dimensions as well as the gateway of connection into the Central Sun and Great Central Sun. Feel this activation within your heart, sweet one, and as you do, look at your current reality. Stand in your power as this transfiguring Flame of Divine Love; and have a look if there are any issues of power and control you are still working on.

Do you still have people, friends, family or colleagues within your reality that say cruel or unkind words to you? Do you play out the victim and persecutor consciousness? Do you play out the abuser or that being abused? - These power and control issues perpetuate this planetary contract, primarily as oppression of the Divine Feminine. And this is coming to an end now. Wrapped in this beautiful Pink-Orange Flame of Divine Love, decord yourself from these old energies, people, places that bring through this duality consciousness; that create this lesser-than and better-than consciousness; this victim-persecutor consciousness. Create your boundaries in discernment, sweet one, and have a look if there is any level within yourself that still compromises for financial reasons, for emotional reasons; any level where you are not truly standing in your Light.

Surrounded in the magnificence of this beautiful Pink-Orange Flame of Divine Love and Illumined Truth and the Divine Feminine archetypes of Light and the Overlighting of the Divine Mother - TRUST and Surrender now! To all that you are as this precious, sacred magnificent, transfiguring Flame of Divine Love. Release these issues, sweet ones. Do not allow yourself to be abused. And with this come into mindful awareness of choosing not to be the abuser. Do not get caught in these power and control issues. And as you transmute this within yourself, as you say "No more", you effectively assist in dissolving these duality energies and allowing all Life the experience of themselves as these Flames of Divine Love.

Sweet ones, as you move into this energy of 2012, you are surrounded by the beautiful Golden Flame of "One Unity" Consciousness, and with this, stepping into a deeper level of the experience of the Divine Feminine. It is the merger of the Divine Feminine and the Divine Masculine within your Self that creates this level of wholeness. And what is happening now between this time and June of 2012, is that you have the opportunity to truly experience the Divine Feminine archetype within yourself in ALL your magnificence, in ALL your preciousness, as you enter into the Venus transit. As this occurs, sweet one, the connection that has been activated through Lake Titicaca, in particular, as this vortex of the Divine Feminine and this connection into Venus and the Sun is amplified. And the experience of lifting yourself into a deeper permeation of Divine Love is available for you, as it is for all humanity.

So you are given this timeline, sweet one, to integrate the Divine Feminine, to truly experience your magnificence and preciousness; and with this 'have' the experience of merging with the Divine Feminine within and expressing this within relationships too. This Venus transit with the Sun further brings through the merging of the Twin Suns. For you have, not one physical Sun, but two, sweet ones. And in December of 2012, as you lift yourself into this Galactic Core, through the union of the Sun, the Central Sun and the Great Central Sun; as you become these Solar Beings of Light through the Overlighting of the First Cosmic Ray of "Solar Service" or the Thirteenth Ray of "Solar Service", what you will experience, sweet ones, is the merging of the Twin Suns and within this the full merging of the experience of the Divine Feminine and Masculine within yourself.

We take you now into this Twelfth Ray of "One Unity Consciousness". This Ray, sweet ones, further connects you into this Unity Grid, this 144 Crystalline Grid of Divine Love. And it is through this experience that you connect to the other Lightworkers and Starseeded Ones, to your Star Family and friends in this essence of Divine Love.

Feel yourself connected now to these Lightworkers and Starseeded Ones, to your Soul and Star Families of the Light and to all the Being of Light from on High assisting in this ascension process. What you are further ask to do in this Now, sweet one, is build your personal stargates of Light within your houses and within your offices to assist and anchoring these fifth dimensional zero-field energies of Divine Love and with this, allow this experience for all Life. As you stand in your magnificence as this sacred transfiguring Flame of Divine Love, bring through a beautiful Pillar of Light, around you. This Pillar of Light connects you into the energy of your Higher Self of the Light, your Christed Overself of the Light, your Mighty I-AM Presence. Breathe this Light through the body, sweet one, as this first-wave Soul in human embodiment of the I-AM Avatar Blueprint of Light. And now, take this energy into the Crystal Heart of Mother-Earth, grounding yourself into the energy of Mother-Earth. Focus now on the inner Sun within the inner Earth, connect to this sacred, Divine Flame of Love and Solar Christ Consciousness. Now come back into this personal vortex, this stargate of Light you have created in your sacred space, feel this connection within your sacred space of Divine Love and One-Unity through this beautiful sacred personal stargate and vortex of Light you have created, linking you into the Unity Grid of Divine Love. Experience for a moment now, the connection to this Golden Solar Sun Disc discs, into the twelve satellites connected to them, bringing the amplification of the Master Christ Consciousness frequency of 144, and anchor these components of Christ Consciousness into 'your' reality as this transfiguring Flame of Divine Love.

This is truly what you are, sweet ones, these Master Beings, wayshowers and Keepers and Teachers and Healers. And this change is being reflected in all aspects of your realities, mostly done now in deeper levels of grace and harmony . Trust in this process. Trust in this outcome. Let go and let God. You are Divinely supported and uplifted at every level of your beingness. Let go of that which no longer works, which compromises, which suppresses, which takes you into power and control issues. For as you awaken the Divine Feminine within your Selves, you awake the Divine Masculine, and this indeed, too, will affect the energy of "male" consciousness on this earthplane. The misuse and abuse of power and control as you heal the wounded feminine and experience the Divine Feminine in all the magnificence and glory of Divine Love. The Hathor World Meditation on 11/11/11
and the Hathor Dimensional Attunements

An Update from Tom Kenyon

Note: The first part of this message is related to the Hathors’ 11/11/11 World Meditation that occurred several weeks ago, while the second part of this message deals with the Hathors’ Dimensional Attunements and how to derive the greatest benefit from them in the future—whether you participated in the World Meditation or not.

The purpose of the 11/11/11 Meditation was to empower the individual (i.e. you) by enlivening your endocrine system via transmissions of etheric light and catalytic sound in order to sustain you through the ascension process (meaning the act of living upward in consciousness).

This Meditation was multidimensional and interdimensional in nature and transcended the perceived limits of both time and space.

We have received numerous reports from around the world indicating that many people had powerful and potent experiences regardless of where they were physically located during the three-day period of Nov 11th – Nov 13th.

This multidimensional transmission from the Hathors on 11/11/11 was, in my opinion, one of the most robust World Meditations given by them to date.

It has always been the Hathors’ contention that transformation of the collective will emerge both through the transformation of individuals, and through a creative interaction between individuals (i.e. you and me) and the world around us.

We have all learned (as well as been conditioned) to adapt to a seemingly external world as if it were “real.” But “reality” is something that is mutable or changeable, and in this cycle of time, according to the Hathors, both our external and internal realities are changing and will continue to change at an unprecedented rate.

This accelerated pace of planetary change is being experienced by many of us in the form of an odd duality—as both a stressor and as an evolutionary catalyst.

Our responses to the accelerated alteration of planetary reality are, I think, a result of several factors.

Some of these factors include our beliefs regarding what is possible and what is not possible—both for ourselves and for the collective. In other words, if you think the shifting of planetary reality is going to be stressful and difficult for you, then it will be. If you think the process will both empower you and help you to evolve faster, then that will more likely be your experience.

Our attitudes regarding rapid and radical change are also key factors, as are the neurological realities of our brains. By neurological realities, I am referring to how quickly and elegantly our nervous systems adapt to new and unexpected situations.

And finally, at least according to the Hathors, the hormonal patterns of our bodies as well as the quality of our hormones affect how open or closed we are to new realities and how well or how poorly we respond to those new realities. This is precisely why the Hathors created the Pituitary Dimensional Attunement—to infuse the entire endocrine system with etheric light so that you can shift and evolve more quickly to the increased pace of catalytic evolution.

Further Integration

While the World Meditation on 11/11/11 was a singular event, the Hathors have some clear suggestions for those of us engaged in the ascension process (i.e. striving to live upward in consciousness).

Their suggestion is to integrate three of their Dimensional Attunements into your day-to-day lives in whatever ways are comfortable. These three Attunements are the Pituitary Dimensional Attunement, which was the focus during the 11/11/11 Meditation, the Pineal Dimensional Attunement and the Heart Attunement.

These Dimensional Attunements are acoustic analogs to patterns of etheric light and are, for many persons (myself included), potent transformers of awareness. That word potent is important here. As with all-powerful tools, one needs to use them with a modicum of sobriety and moderation.

Due to their catalytic nature, these three Attunements can easily stir things up both emotionally and energetically speaking. This stirring up process can be uncomfortable for some persons especially if you push the river too much—meaning listening to the Attunements too many times in a given span of time.

More is not better here. Let me explain.

During the preparation session in Seattle, before the World Meditation, I presented a metaphor to the group. I held a container of water that had a lid. I said that the container represented how each of us learned to contain ourselves in ways unique to each of us.

The water in the container represented the worlds of emotion and the unconscious. And most of us have learned how to put a lid on both our emotions and the unconscious forces within us in order to adapt to society.

I then explained that what the Pituitary Attunement did was to stimulate an increased flow of etheric light and catalytic vibration into the endocrine system. This “new” energy moved at a faster rate of vibration than the vibratory rate of our endocrine system. And, I explained, it was like shaking the container that held the water. I then physically shook the container vigorously, and the lid flew off the top, spewing water all over the stage and all over me, I might add!

That is what happens with these Attunements. When you listen to them, you are opening a conduit for these higher vibrational energies from the etheric realms of light to enter into you.

If you listen to them on a regular basis, they will enliven you. And this enlivening process will transform your consciousness.

If you listen to them too much, however, you will stimulate a powerful cleansing reaction that you might be uncomfortable dealing with.

This comfort zone is different for each of us. Take me, for example. Some days I can listen to the Pituitary Attunement several times a day and feel wonderfully charged with the enlivened energies. Other days, I can hardly stand listening to it one time. I have even been known to stop listening mid-session on a few occasions, especially when I felt too much detoxification occurring for my comfort zone.

Some of you are, no doubt, quite familiar with the detoxifying side-effects of “too much” etheric or spiritual light. And many of you have probably learned how to pace yourselves so that you find the right balance between not-too-much transformational energies with not-too-little transformational energies. For those of you new to this type of personal transformation, I strongly suggest you read an article I wrote entitled Psycho-spiritual Detoxification, which can be found in the Articles section of our website (www.tomkenyon.com).

But let’s return to the Hathors’ suggestions regarding the three Attunements (i.e. the Pituitary, the Pineal and the Heart).

Listening Suggestions

Purpose is the essential point when considering which Attunement to work with.

The Pituitary Dimensional Attunement was created to infuse the pituitary gland, as well as the entire endocrine system, with etheric light and catalytic sound vibration.
Thus, its purpose is to enliven the endocrine system, which, according to the Hathors, is a powerful boon to the ascension process.

The Pineal Dimensional Attunement infuses the pineal gland with etheric light and catalytic sound vibration. Its purpose is to stimulate latent potentials within the pineal body, which, according to the Hathors acts like an interdimensional antenna—attuning you to the higher dimensional realms of light, thus imparting another level of spiritual insight and understanding.

The purpose of the Heart Dimensional Attunement is to activate the heart chakra and to open an interdimensional portal to a deeper sense of ourselves and to all life. This Attunement personally strikes me as a bit odd, in that it is not the happy bubbly energy I would expect.

When I asked the Hathors about this they said that the Heart Attunement activated a heart-portal to interdimensional awareness and that we have to pass through our accumulated armor or defenses in order to make the complete passage. Thus for many of us, myself included, this is definitely a process—but then, in my experience, all the Attunements are a process that we best undertake with commitment and persistence if the gold of new insight and spiritual energy is to be successfully retrieved from the dross of personal history and the miasmas of civilization, which separate us from our own higher natures.

I would suggest that you listen to all three Attunements, if you haven’t already done so (Note: The links to these free audio files appear at the bottom of the page). Then work with the one(s) you feel most drawn to on a regular basis. How regular that turns out to be will depend on how much time you can devote to listening and where your comfort zone is (i.e. before you start detoxifying negative thought forms, emotions, memories and impressions as well as subtle and not-so-subtle physical toxins).

In other words, how you work with the Attunements is an intuitive call on your part based on what you experience when listening to them.

An Important Medical Note: While two of these Attunements deal with the endocrine glands, they are not medical treatments. They were created solely for the purpose of self-exploration and self-transformation. If you suspect you are dealing with endocrine imbalances, I strongly suggest you consult with a medical professional.
