  Mother Earth is continuing her journey towards Ascension. She is being born into the higher dimensions. She too has a Higher Self, you know. Just because you do not think of her as a living being, as an intelligent life form, it does not mean that she is not just that. She is a highly evolved, loving, intelligent being. In fact, perhaps if one really wanted to find an intelligent life form apart from humans in space, one would find that Mother Earth is the oldest, the most conscious, and the most intelligent life form on your planet. Indeed, there is no need to go very far in order to find intelligence and universal consciousness.

The search for extra-terrestrial life is an old game, being used to confuse you all, and play with your mind. There are many words scientists refuse to accept without proof. The truth is that proof and evidence is being withheld from any serious scientists. Life is in abundance around you, it is enveloping you and Mother Earth, like the water surrounds a baby in its mother’s womb. The fine particles feeding your being are invisible to the naked eye, and to the highest precision measuring devices. Indeed the Universe is feeding you as we speak now, and as your readers read these few lines. The Universal God all loving energy is omnipresent, and in many ways omnipotent. It is all loving, embracing and comforting.

As you sit here today, you know the tiredness your muscles hold within. You know the blockages of energy flow building up, preventing the connection to all that is. Your body is a well-oiled machine, very sophisticated and performing. It feeds from physical food, does it not? It also requires air for energy exchange, and it also requires this invisible constant nourishment I have been speaking of. One aspect of this nourishment is to nourish your Higher Being Bodies. Me, in other words. I require different nourishment than your physical seeming nutrients. Although appearances can be deceiving, as all can be broken down to molecular levels and the world of materiality is also only an illusion for the mind.

My dear physical mirrored image, I wish to remind you today that you need to keep a strong connection with me, even when you feel overwhelmed by all that you can think of. Remain aware of your muscular tensions, they are immense and it is painful to witness the body become as hard as a rock. It is painful to feel our connection dim when your density is so heavy. The vibrations travel very difficultly inside of you under these conditions, and are stopped very rapidly without reaching the relevant parts that require the higher energy vibrations in order to sustain our connection, and to allow me to guide you. Sense your weight when you walk, feel your fingers type on the keyboard, be aware of your facial expressions, and be aware of your breath of live. Do not give into the ease of mechanical movements of your body, of your emotions and of your mind.

The days ahead of you are going to be a big challenge, you all need to become more sensitive to your own moods and to each other. The energies directed towards Mother Earth now can have a strong effect if not processed correctly. Have fun every day, maintain calm, and balanced. Avoid any draining activities, and try to sense you being present in your life on a regular basis. Perhaps close your eyes every hour, and listen inside. Close your eyes and connect with your heart, and to Mother Earth’s beating heart. Make contact with me, your inner life and allow me to regenerate you. The more refined the energy that you use throughout the day, the more present I will be. Inhale me with your breath, and through the pores of your skin.

Your entire world is being transformed; the entire Universe is being renewed. Can you feel this? Can you hear your inner song resonate with the song of the Universe? Can you feel the other life forms surrounding Mother Earth? Can you feel the connection between all of you, and between all the beings from higher realms? The veil is thinning, we are drawing nearer to your world, and you nearer to ours. Soon we will reunite again. Until this is possible, feel your heart beat, feel Mother Earth rotate, feel her breath and feel her loving consciousness for you all.

"Well Greetings, Everyone! We have an Exercise to do. But before we get to that, first of all we shall address our wondrous, wondrous, loving, Being from the Northern Country (Canada). So, you wanted to know what was real, in a way - were you really having what you call the lucid dream? Well, of course you were. And what the lucid dream gives you the ability to do is to recall. It also gives you the ability to interact. In order to interact, you've got to be, shall we say, in two places. You've got to be the observer, but you've also got to be in the dream. And you gave yourself the ability to do that!

 

"You were high dimensional. When you get into high dimensional status, you have the ability to do these kinds of things that are not easy to do in 3D. So the first thing you did was get yourself up and out of there, and that was entirely appropriate to do. You have much capability when it comes to intention for intending and creating, or manifesting. You've been working on it and your work is much honored, and it was the experience that you stepped up to have, because you were ready.

 

"Every now moment you had had, leading up to that glorious night, was preparation for that event, and you accomplished a huge amount shifting, changing, and a preparation - because what is all of this preparation for anyway? It's so you become a permanent resident, shall we say, of higher dimensionality, and can take your consciousness into more than one dimensionality at a time. How about that? Not so much multi-locating as it is multi-location of your consciousness, without losing any sense of your Oneness with self, or of your, shall we say, of your togetherness, or your wholeness.

 

"Kudos to you, Beloved One! I AM clapping my paws because you did such magnificent work. We would like to point out again that that which you did, you shared with the Universe, because it went out in all directions on the waves of energy, which are more supportive of these kinds of endeavors and accomplishments - more so than they have been. So we honor you for taking this step, for having the courage to do so, and for having the knowing that you were going to have an adventure! Whether you knew exactly what the outcome of that adventure would be, or not, is not important.

 

"You had the courage, the wisdom, the knowledge, and the trust, to have that adventure. Many more await you, all of you. So be, shall we say, in an attitude of Gratitude to this wondrous man for leading the way. You're all going to get there, every one of you. You're wondrous indeed, and exactly where you need to be on your paths at this moment. But now you've heard from someone whose done this, so enjoy what lies ahead for you on your path, each and every one. And everyone who is tuning in to this gathering, whether it be in this now moment, or the next - everybody is getting it!!! Alrighty! Thank you for this opportunity to share what it is that this one, this Beloved Master, wanted to know about.

 

"And so now even though we have more to do - that is we have an Exercise to do - I have some information for you. Let's talk eleven, eleven, eleven, for a moment. Now all of you are going to be in a sacred place on eleven, eleven, eleven, because you're all sacred and Divine Beings, so let's get that straight right now! So if you have a place to go to for your profession, that is perfect. It is to wake up in the morning of eleven, eleven, eleven, wherever you are in the World, and to know that this is a day to greet the wondrous supportive energies of change and shifting, to embrace these energies into your being. And you don't have to spend an hour or two to do that do you?

 

"It is as simple as getting into your heart space, and then putting the message out from there: 'I welcome this day in my time. I welcome these moments of Sacred Divine Communion. I welcome my Guides, my Angels, and I welcome these energies coming in, which are bringing the Great Awakening.' (The biggest shift of all, you know, is the Great Awakening.) 'And I call forth upon my path anyone who desires to share this energy with me, and I give it freely throughout this day, and from here on, in every moment!'

 

"Do you see - that is sacred; that is Divine; that is participation with all of the beings everywhere in the World! If you have an altar, stand before it, or sit before it. How about the altar of you? Stand or sit in front of a mirror, and greet the day. You might like it so much that you'll make it a habit. If you are going to be with others in Sacred Communion or gathering, wonderful indeed, and if you've already greeted the morning - the now moment, one after the other - and the energies coming in -fabulous, you'll only enhance it throughout the day!

 

"And if you are someplace where you think you're by yourself, think again, because you're not - we're there with you! You see, we know how to get around, and we know how to multi-locate which just means our consciousness is with you, and you can include our hearts in that too, because we are joined heart to heart!

 

"And so whatever you do on that day, the only the only mission we have for you is to remember Who You Are, and to create from that Divine and Sacredness which You Are, and allow the Joy to come in! Embrace the changes which are so well under way. And there's a lot more going on than what you're hearing about in your news stories. So greet the day. Be joyful, and know that you are here on Planet Earth to participate in whatever it is that there is for you to do, in each moment. And most of all it's to love yourself individually, and as part of the One We All Are.

 

"Be in Joy, and enjoy the eleven, eleven, eleven, beause it's a day of all days, and it really truly marks the beginning of the Holy Days - well they actually began a few days before - but eleven, eleven, eleven, is a high point in this time that you call the Holy Days of the year on your calendars. And then stay tuned - listen; go within - listen and feel your guidance. It's stepped up now. Part of the energies coming in are so that you will be in total communion with the totality of Who You Really Are! You'll make that connection, and you'll become more clear. You'll have a lot more clarity - not about who you are, you can do that by looking in the mirror, we've told you that many times - but you'll have more clarity about what your next step is, about what it is that you have passion to do. And the more time you spend in that space - time as you measure it on Plant Earth - the more you are drawing to you exactly that which you have passion to be doing!!!

 

"The Universe will always bring you what it is that you ask for, but it's going to bring it a lot faster if you call it forth. And of course the one rule here for higher dimensional experience and lifestyle is that it be born out of Love - whatever you have passion for, however you express it and live it, is loving, because Love is all that exists once you get up and out of 3D and into higher dimensionalities. Love, that's what its about. So amplify Love within your beings, Beloved Ones, and as you do that -As within so without, as above so below - the more Love you put forth to join with these energies which are coming in, the more you will share, because they are loving ones for Planet Earth. Oh they might shake things up a bit here and there, but this time Planet Earth is making the Ascension, and you're going with it! So get in harmony with Mother Gaia, Father Sky, and all of the Kingdoms, below, on, and above. Be the Love you came here to be, and you are indeed on track, on your path, and with the Love you came here to live. Yes!

 

"Now, we want to get into the lifestyle that we are discussing. Some things have to happen in order for that lifestyle to become, shall we say, the reality of 3D Earth, and higher. And there are many shiftings and changes which must occur along the way. It's not always a leap from here to there. Oh, you can do some leaping. You just heard a story of great leaping, but there are also the shiftings leading to the next shiftings, and then the next, and the next, and so on, and so on.

 

"You have heard Ashtar talk about Dominoes falling. And you can look at Dominoes as, all right, it's already well along the path of the Dominoes, but there are still more Dominoes, and they fall gently, and almost melodically with grace and ease. And that is the intention of these energies coming. And there are still more, as we have said, to fall along the path. And this has nothing to do with defeat, or winning, or losing, or any of that. It just has to do with a graceful pattern, a spiraling if you will, and what is spiraling in except that which you have called forth?

 

"But there are some, oh, extremely major shiftings that need some help. It needs some additional energy in order for that particular Domino to fall into the path, and become a part of the spiraling upward. And the biggest of these is called NESARA. That's right, because NESARA is the key to the lifestyle of higher dimensionality. If you want a word, one word, if you could only have one word for what NESARA brings to the Planet, the best word is Love, because NESARA is born out of the higher dimensional connections of the ones who actually wrote it!!!

 

"And there is one among us who stood forth to be the - shall we say - the messenger to be the inspiration for the document, the NESARA Law, and of course that spokesperson for the Universe was St. Germain, and he will have more to say upon this.*

 

"Well the first goal has been met, and the Domino has started to tip, and that goal, of course, was the number of signatures on the petition. Now the rest of the goal is one million touches as it were, one million awakenings, one million to be aware in their consciousness of NESARA. So what we're going to do is, we're going to take a leap over that Domino! We're going to go to the next one. That one, the NESARA one is still at least partially standing, but we're going to the next one on the path that is Post-NESARA Announcement, and we're going to take ourselves there to anchor that on Planet Earth! And it's 3D and higher consciousness, because when it is done in our visions, in our Togetherness Exercise, that helps that NESARA Domino to tip, even more.

 

"Of course when it falls all the way, that is another way of saying it will be announced, and once it is announced, oh, my goodness sakes, the changes, and the shiftings are going to just be speeded up tremendously! And that spiral is going to pick up momentum, and the Dominoes are going to fall faster, and faster, and faster, until we are at the actual doorway to Ascension. But NESARA is a big door, a big heavy door. Lots of people need to be pushing on that door to get it all the way open. Beyond that door is the rest of the Path, and it is a Golden Age kind of Path.

 

"It is a Joy Path. It is a wake-up for all who have not waked up. And, oh yes, we come in there, too. So we're going to ask everybody here to just relax - yes, think deep alpha. Breathe that into your bodies, and come into the state of Oneness With All. In other words we're all together now, we're all connected energetically. And now we are together as one heart. You see, we're going to do this creating from the heart space. We're not thinking about it. We're going to go into our hearts, as we know how to do.

 

"So just take a moment to breathe yourself right down into your heart, and we're going to spend some time there. And we're going to call forth in there, for each and every one of you, your passions, your visions of what you're going to do as soon as the Announcement comes. And we're going to create an overall vision that we can all share in, out of the many passions which reside actually in the heart, but sometimes need to be focused upon, and brought into full manifestation within the heart.

 

"So you awaken on the day after NESARA is announced, and you feel aglow, perhaps you see a color, or sense a vibration, maybe you hear a sound, or sense the smell of roses, or whatever. And you say, 'Today is the first day after NESARA has come, and I AM free to choose how I want to create my lifestyle from this moment on!' And the first thing you do is you remember - what was it you always wanted to do, but never had the time, the energy, the money, the freedom, to do? For example, perhaps you enjoyed painting pictures, but then you grew up, and you found that you did not have any means to continue with that which had given you such Joy as a child.

 

"Here's a good way to identify your passions. When you awaken and you greet the day, invite your Inner Child to sit with you for a moment, in the Peace, and the Joy, and the Freedom, and say, 'All right, what is it that we are here to do that we have not done, or that we can do more of, or that we can go someplace else to do?' You won't need a passport you know, and you're going to have abundance. You can buy all of the paints in the World if you want too -just more will be created, if you want to paint big scale!

 

"'Oh yes, on the other side of town there is a street where families live who don't have enough to eat. I can go and get them high vibrational nurturing and nourishing food. I know somebody who's got a farm. I can pay for the gasoline for my car. I can rent a truck, and I can go and get all of these wonderfully grown organic foods that are so harmonious to the bodies, and I can take the food to these people, and invite them to share and celebrate that NESARA is announced, and brought into the World for everyone!'

 

"Perhaps you want to pack a suitcase and travel. Or perhaps you want to take no suitcase, and there's nobody from that three letter TSA organization to question why you're not bringing a suitcase, and where's your passport? And you can just go and say, 'I'm going to start an adventure. I want to go to this place,' and you can get a ticket that will take you there!

 

"And you will see all around you the dancing in the streets, and you want to join in in that, so go out and dance for a while and sing, because people will wake up when that Announcement is made, because the shackles, the chains, that have bound them for so long, no matter what country in all of Planet Earth they have been living in - many, many, people will have the sensation that the chains are breaking and falling away. And there may be some that you know of who can't quite believe it, so help them out of their chains while you're dancing. Have them come and dance with you!

 

"And the water, there shall be an abundance of water for all upon the Planet. Oh, yes, we in the Galactic zone will be helping with that, and food, and so on. And it will be a time when you can sit in Divine Communion, prayer, or meditation, not bound by any chains of religion, but simply heart to heart. NESARA's getting announced will do this!!!

 

"And fear - you can literally see the clouds of fear lifting up where St. Germain waits to transmute all with the Violet Ray into Love Energy, and you can help with that. Wave your magic wand - that's you - and all of these things and more will be post NESARA immediate activities. Whatever it is that is your heart's passion will be opened to you when NESARA unlocks that huge heavy door, and it is only to step through to the other side. So we thank you for all that you've done, and we urge you, and encourage you to do more!

 

"NESARA will give the Freedom for the Announcement - the other Announcement that you so desire, and so do we!!! You call it Disclosure. Well, we're making a big bunch of appearances right now, and that is going to increase! One of the things that we invite you to do on the day, or the night, of eleven, eleven, eleven is to look up, wave, sing, dance, greet us, because we're there, even if you have such a thick cover of clouds, and so much rain or snow coming down that you can't possibly see, way up there. Close your eyes and look up with your heart and third eye - your wisdom eye -and see us there. We are going to be putting on a real show - that is a showy appearance show - yes! It's show time! We're going to be a part of eleven, eleven,eleven everywhere, so join with us heart-to-heart, and know 'First Contact!' Well, there's nothing first about it, but Disclosure is yet another outgrowth, another Domino to fall when NESARA gets announced!

 

"There'll be many announcements after NESARA, announcements of the new systems of money, and finance, and politics, and the word that shall guide it all is 'Love!' It will all come from Love, it will all come from the inspirations of higher dimensionality. And where there is Love, there is no such thing as fear, so the point of this Exercise, Beloved Ones, is to get you past the NESARA Announcement, because on the other side of that door there is no fear. It cannot exist where there is Love, unconditional, so get ready!!!

 

"NESARA will lift the World into a higher dimensional space, and we invite you to continue with this Exercise at anytime that you choose, in front of your altar, or your mirror, or out with your favorite tree, or animal - however you choose, and wherever you choose. Take yourself past that Announcement Domino, or doorway, and know that it is done. We see it as so. Put yourself into the energy of the Announcement Accomplished!

 

"There are many, many, ways that you can participate in energizing that Domino to fall, or that door to open. Remember it's part of an upward spiral, and you can do so in 3D, because what you're doing is, you're waking people up, and you're bringing NESARA into 3D!

 

"But the enjoyment is for you to continue to create with a simple Exercise such as this one, and we're there with you by the way. We're here, and we're there, we can do these things. So can you! Bring yourself along, leap over that door, that Domino. Put yourselves on the other side, and enjoy the post-NESARA lifestyle, and look around and see how far you have come on your Ascension Path when you do!

 

"We love you beyond words, Beloved Ones, and we thank you for allowing yourselves to join in this vision, in this co-creation, because this message, this vision, this energy, has been sent out! Feel it. Push it out with your hands, if you choose, and send it out to all of Planet Earth, and to the Universe beyond. This is getting it done in all dimensions! And then take a look at how you can continue to raise the vibrations by waking more and more people up to NESARA, who are asleep at this moment in their 3D boxes.

 

"It's a grand mission Beloved Ones, and yes, we're doing it together! Take the Love, take the Oneness, take the Joy. Keep it in your hearts and share it, beam it out. NESARA IS NOW!!! And so it is! Namaste!

Heal the Wounded Heart

We are here embracing and empowering you as you hold and anchor the new reality. You are pioneers as it were, moving across the landscape of vibrations and frequencies. You are beginning to own that you are truly transformers, bringers of light, energy alchemists.

As you personally as well as collectively stand strong in this knowing and in your service, holding the vision of a reality and a planet of conscious awake and aware humans, it is coming into form. More and more individuals are realizing that they personally make a difference, by the power of their focused intentions, by their dedicated actions which support all life. There have been waves and waves of energy vibrations bathing your planet. This energy, these vibrations and frequencies have been triggering the incredible shift in consciousness you are experiencing; you are witnessing the changes within yourself as well as the results within the collective.

This shift within and this offering of integration is happening between your highest galactic and celestial self and the physical form you dwell in at this time. There is a merger, there is a partnership, and there is an expansion. You are feeling this in the changes in your physical body as well as in your thoughts, dreams and meditations. You are being recalibrated so to speak. You are noticing more synchronicities occurring in your life. Reality is not as solid as it once seemed.

We are once again here to support you in this expansion and in your new partnership. New doors of awareness are opening for you. As you allow and acknowledge your celestial self merging with the physical self, you step into a position of compassionate power. You begin to understand that the physical body is a tool and an interface with this dense reality. This divine partnership between your galactic self and your physical self begins to reveal your true mission and purpose. We invite you to begin to listen and ask for this to be revealed.

It is especially important now for you to own and recognize one of the most powerful tools of transformation that is available. We have shared this powerful alchemical tool with you many times, each time planting the seeds for this to be fully integrated into your awareness.

We suggest you roll up your spiritual sleeves and begin the work and allow the task to be done. You will discover that it will be far easier than you could imagine. You as human are being called to release long held grief, sadness, judgments, regrets of decisions and any emotions that are dense, discordant or conflicted. It is important to allow and consciously engage in the release, healing, and transformation of dense low vibrating emotional energy that you have experienced in your physical body and life.

We continue to remind you that your heart's electrical field is sixty time greater in amplitude than the electrical activity generated by your brain. The magnetic field radiating from the heart is thousands of times more expansive in strength than the energy frequencies generated by the physical brain. Your heart is a portal; your heart is a gateway that connects you to your galactic self, to one another, to the matrix of this planet, to all dimensions and the stars. It is the intelligence of your heart that offers personal and global healing.

It is within the sacred heart that the alchemical process of transformation takes place. This is where there is a merger of all that is. This is the chalice that holds truth and wisdom. As a galactic citizen, a celestial being it is important that you heal, transform and release the physical human grief, sadness and regret which you are carrying in your heart. First your physical life will reflect this healing; more important, however, is that the portal of your heart will be clear and receptive to the divine connection, your divine guidance and you will radiate coherent emotions into the weaving of this planet's matrix.

This is work for all humans, for it is the heart that makes the connection with others and with the divine. If the heart of the physical human is energetically congested with old emotions of hurt or grief or distrust then the richer and fuller connection with divine is distorted. In some cases the heart is energetically closed to others therefore it is closed to the divine.

It is time that humanity heals the wounded heart.

We acknowledge that the feeling of emotions is wonderful, powerful, and the expansive means to connect with your true and noble self. You take for granted this sensation of feelings, of emotions. Some choose to hide their feelings or emotions from themselves as well as from others most of their life. Emotions play a very valuable and important role in the development of the human. Emotions are the language of this reality. It is emotions that motivate or halt any activity, emotions that warn of danger, and emotions that connect you to your beloved.

It is now common knowledge that your feelings and emotional vibrations move through your body and your mind, triggering chemical reactions, affecting the muscle tone, heart rate, blood pressure, as well as stirring up mental pictures, thoughts, beliefs and stored programs. Emotions are frequencies; they are vibrations which are translated and interpreted by your learned beliefs about what is happening in your reality. Many times it may feel as if you are at the mercy of your emotions, rather than understanding your power of invoking a higher vibration of emotions from within yourself. You allow the outside reality to impose and trigger emotions that do not support who you truly are.

When you first arrived in physical form, everything you were exposed to made its impression. Your parents and family added emotional vibrations; the interaction with society added their strokes and frequency. There are times when you react from these emotions that have been programmed into your system by others. Remember to stop for a moment and review your reaction to any event or experience, and refresh how you respond.

Realize that you are the generator of all emotions, that you control your reaction to anyone and any situation; begin to see the emotions that you allow to run you, the emotions that are not pleasant, and the emotions that do not support your well-being and expanded self expression. Shift those emotions as soon as possible. Generate from within a different emotion. Find an emotion that feels better; allow it to flood your experience.

With courage consciously begin to transform any emotion that is life diminishing. Focus your awareness in the chalice of the heart, the place of true transforming alchemy. Offer whatever emotion you are intending to heal, release and transmute to be held in the energy field of your sacred heart space. Breathe into this emotion, and allow a sound to express what you are feeling and allow the vibrations to shift from an incoherent frequency to a coherent smooth vibration that is life sustaining. We support and encourage you to energetically and emotionally clean out your heart space. Polish it, shine it up, air it out and begin to live there.

Each multidimensional starhuman touches the Divine Source in the intelligent, sacred heart space. This is your power source; even though it is a physical organ that supports your life, it is also an energetic portal for divine connection. You heart beat and rhythm are connected to the vibrations of the planet, influenced by the solar flares and other planetary offerings. It is your mission, your purpose to consciously use this power source to radiate love and appreciation to all, every moment, every day. This is truly the highest service work that can be done.

It is the intelligence of the heart that will guide and uplift you in all your actions. Practice asking your heart before you ask your mind. Practice bridging and connecting the heart's intelligence with the brain's intelligence. Practice calling your divine self to meet you in your heart space. Envision this upon awakening and throughout your day. Practice bringing up new emotions of joy, playfulness, and lightheartedness. Practice finding those emotions of gratitude and appreciation. Practice acceptance and compassion for
your neighbors, the stranger on the street, the homeless dirty individual you encounter, expand it to include all humanity in all its diverse and unique manifestations.

There are studies being done and they now have scientific proof that the vibrations and frequencies of collective emotions can be sensed and measured. When tremendous fear or grief is offered by humanity it shows up on the sensors that have been placed around the planet. This emotional wave of fear or grief truly affects the matrix. It is so important for you to realize and own that when you practice heart consciousness it affects your health, your family, friends, surroundings and the global matrix.

Step into a place of power within yourself in which you are the one who chooses the emotional flavor of the experience rather than an automatic emotional response. Play with this....make sure you do a mental and emotional check with yourself...ask yourself what am I feeling right now. If your feelings are low dense vibrations of worry, concern, judgment shift them immediately, replace them with an emotion that feels better.

We invite you to begin to own this power and to practice a daily exercise; we echo this wisdom of the ancients. Make sure that you are anchored into your physical body and anchored to the electromagnetic field of this planet and connected to your celestial divine source. Once you have done that, it is quite simple: place your awareness in your heart and touch your physical body in the area of your heart, which will allow your focus of attention to be there. Now just relax, take several deep breaths and then begin to find a feeling nature of gratitude and appreciation. Hold that feeling of gratitude and appreciation for several minutes; in your imagination see this vibration radiating out from your heart and encircling the planet. You will begin to notice a shift in your own physical well-being and you will be contributing to the uplifting of the energy field of humanity.

We offer another simple tool to shift your busy mind that engages in worry. You can recite these simple words given to humanity from another beloved teacher. I am grateful, I am grateful, I am grateful with every beat of my heart and every breath that I take I am grateful. Repeat until the mind is still and you have returned to your heart.

Practice radiating unconditional love, joy, gratitude and appreciation from the heart not from the mind. Allow yourself to journey and focus within your sacred heart space; dwell there. Allow yourself to realize how powerful your heart chalice truly is. Allow yourself to see your sacred heart space as spacious, infinite, expanded and whole. It is your touchstone to your celestial and galactic self. It is your connection to the global matrix. It is your link to the cosmic grid. It is your way home.

We encourage you to reach for experiences that lighten your heart. Bring in joy, appreciation, and gratitude as often as possible; radiate that blessed emotional frequency of grace to bathe everything and everyone. It is important to love and honor yourself. It is important to forgive yourself and forgive others. It is important to step with joy and appreciation into your day. It is important to bring joy with you in all that you do or offer. Dearest Ones,

After the 11.11.11 High Point, every one seems to withdraw into a space of dis-illusionment. Many hoped to forever escape the 3dimensional realm.
Many hoped that from now on and suddenly your earth and the fundament of human society would be changed, so that you all would wake up to a new world.

There have been channeled and other messages, proclaiming this!

Now, dear Ones, ask yourself, exactly at this very moment, what is the vision in your heart! Is it that peace and detachment from the 3dimensional world rests there? Is it that you see and feel a humanity which is Love and acts as one single body? Do you feel the sun of awakened Divine awareness rising in your heart and in that of your fellow humans?

If you can answer with a clear “yes”, then your personal wold Is changed already and your experience, and you have been waking up to a world being of a Divine nature.
 

That you did not wake up to a new world and existence is showing you that you have still to walk on a path of further awakening. There are so many illusions you still have to recognize and to transcend in order to enter your true path of ascension. You have to become serious in your aspiration and stop dreaming on the wrong path. Escape is not possible, only self-transcendence.

Ascension requires from you what has been taught to you from the ancient masters and teachings, and it has not been changed, just because the universe is evolving. The spiritual teachers of the past have done nothing else but helping their students to enter the path of evolution at a time where others didn’t even dream about it.

The difference now is that this opportunity is not only offered to a few but to all humanity, because the darkness on your planet is vanishing. But only truly if you actively participate in it. The light that has been realized and demonstrated by the Masters of your past by showing and transmitting it to their disciples, this light is now pouring exponentionally increasing onto your earth. It is this light which works as your master, as it is conscious, but it must be your part in this process to consciously allow it to transform you.

The path of the disciple has not changed, it is the path of surrender, which is surrender to the light and it’s message which is ultimately Pure God Consciousness. The Light ignites your ancient inheritance and memory of who you are, and which is light itself, Light meeting and uniting with Light.
And this awakens your higher consciousness.

Densities and their levels are equivalent to levels of consciousness. If you enter the Divine Heart above density, even the highest and most subtle one, you are free forever.

There are then – as it is said “many mansions in My House”, and ascension is not just one single level of consciousness, all humanity would share from the beginning. There are levels of awakening, but the feeling heart, the center of your being, is the all-uniting abode which is the Gift of God to you to experience your Oneness.

Dear ones, it is not up to you, to judge and know where others in this process are. Each one follows their own path, but what is important is, that you understand, that the awakening of humanity does not happen in a blink of an eye while you are still sleeping deeply in your dreams of a world of bold illusions.

Without your self-responsibility to awaken to your next level in conscious awareness of yourself, which lifts you above mere thinking into your truly feeling heart and space of awareness, ascension is not a question.

Even if your planet shifts, only those can be aware of this, who have been lifted to higher awareness. Without it there is no ascension and no New World. Without it you continue in the world you know.

You have now been given the time, after much preparation and teachings from masters and more evolved friends from the universes, to take advantage of all of these given means, to change and allow yourself to be lifted up to what you originally are or have been. Without work this will not happen, however.
The prove has been given to you, that mere hoping and dreaming does not change your consciousness and the place of your level of evolution.

This is the teaching of this latest event of 11.11.11. Take this to heart, dear ones, and learn from it!
We are always at your disposal, we are always there to help! Where there is the true disciple, the Master appears.

Dearest Ones,
I AM Sananda!

I Am here today to embrace each single one of you! My love for you is overflowing and you should know!
With the opening of the 11.11.11 star gate we have reached a point in history where the doors are wide open, dearest ones, for each one of you to enter a new level of heart-opening and love!

Do you feel the new sweet and soft love in your air and atmosphere? Do you feel with your whole body what is now embracing you, as the Love of God has come so close, landing on your earth in her garment of trees, and bushes and grass, and most of all, of her blossoms and flours?
Dearest ones, Love cannot be described with words you use in your routine of daily life! Love can only be described with sounds that make your heart sing!

I desire to make your heart sing because you all have every reason for it! And because I desire you to feel the new life coming that is already underway on your Beloved Earth! She Herself is bathing in this sweetest elixir of Love and she is eager to share this with you, dearest ones!

I ask you to turn your eye, still closely attached to a life of mere joyless necessity and mostly missing heart-feelings, to your heart to flower. Do you know that now the time has come where all the requirements to realize this flowering of heart are already given? Do you realize that your heart to melt and to be happy is already given every nourishment you need to let it happen?

The nourishment is in the sun rays that enter your atmosphere and in the air you breathe and in the pure water you drink. Now that your sun light and all the elements have already surrendered and are filled with the new light and love currents which are pouring down from your heavens, it is time for you to follow them! These elements are not just chemical substances but they are alive and full of consciousness as you all are, as there is no “dead” or life-less element. All is alive and all is an emanation and a form of the Divine, That All-That-Is.

These elements do not hesitate to let Divinity enter, embrace and overwhelm them with Love. Therefore they are already full of overflowing joy and that is the Secret of what you are living and breathing and moving and resting in.
Why would you, dearest ones, who inherit all the Divine Gifts in your heart, not accept the endowments of your Creator, now as the doors of heaven are wide open?

Happiness is always yours, it is truly and always untouched from the course of life, as it is the very essence of your being. Even if life circumstances appear to be difficult, this essence can never be disturbed, never!

Dearest Ones, accept the Love of God into your heart and into every cell of your body! This love is already embracing you, and this I say, it is literally so! Feel it with your skin, dear ones, feel it when you inhale, feel it in the pure water you drink, it is filled and enriched with the power of the incoming currents of light, that is stored in it.

Leave the love-less thoughts behind which do not accept the love which is in the air and in every atom you breathe, and in every molecule of your air that touches your body. And it is the Spirit of these elements which nourish you and prove the Presence of Divine Love to you. It cannot leave you anymore, it is Gaia’s new attainment, and what is Her’s, is also yours.
Do not separate yourself from Her. Her Consciousness is Divine and so is yours, once you have dropped your negative assumptions, fears and denial of the True Source of your own existence.

We notice that many still are blaming and complaining, while looking in the direction of lack and an unhappy world. Now is the time where all of you need to rise and allow the true jewel in your heart to govern what your eyes want to see. Do not look at, what you do not want to see. Look at, what you want to see, and look with your eyes and heart that is Divine. Like blossoms open as beautiful flowers in the sudden of the rising sun with overwhelming fragrance, so will your heart’s eye and mind build your new world of fulfillment and joy. Do not look back and live in this happy moment always now. The bursts of your love are the weapons which undo in a moment the godless creations which make you suffer.

Dearest ones, you are not created to suffer, you are created to express and be witness of the fullness, joy and love of That All-Embracing All-That-Is, and That Is also You.

Oh my dear children, it brings me great joy and delight to come forward and through this child of light to speak to all of you.

I have decided to come forward through this one today to speak of TRUTH. What is the truth? Many answers you seek to bring you truth to your own existence. Curious by nature you are. Seeking the truths that will eventually reveal who you are is an important part of your spiritual journey dear ones. And it is the TRUTH that you must discover to carry on fully from your heart.

The life journey that you are on has carried you through and past many hardships, you have survived difficult moments in your life and you have learned how strong you are and you have learned many truths. From infancy you have been taught specific ways, beliefs and customs. Through experiences you have learned many of those ways, beliefs and customs no longer hold the same value. They have been adjusted or upgraded to serve a more efficient YOU.
 

You will find you will discover and rediscover many truths and be amazed each time, also much wiser. Some of you are seeing through your wizened eyes that you do not require the toys and gadgets of the modern age to bring you to a true state of blissful happiness. You are learning TRUE happiness is not from what you are able to purchase, or receive from someone else’s money, but from within your heart. YOU create your happiness. You learn what makes you really, truly happy; what brings you the most joy.

In this day and age, money is essential for your basic living, and taking care of yourself and your family. It always has been this way; given that, I am aware that sometimes it’s hard to ignore what is viewed on your televisions, read in newspapers and you want what you see. The modern world makes it very difficult to live a simple life, but it is not impossible. You are able to choose what is good and what is not of the best for you no matter what decade you are in. YOU are in charge of YOU. You are in the driver seat of your destination. Your spiritual growth will continue as you continue to live and grow from the purity of your heart dear ones.

The temptations you face each and every day can easily be ignored when you focus within to your heart and what your heart desires, instead of what the mind thinks it wants. Cravings do not come only for food but for things. Learn to curb your cravings even for these objects that will not bring you the true state of happiness or spiritual awareness that have become an essential part of your life. Be satisfied with what you are able to bring into your home, into your life and not worry what you cannot. Making your goals reachable which will reduce the stress of trying to attain high out-of-reach goals. And do not forget to congratulate yourself each time you are able to achieve what it is you have been working so hard for. Appreciating yourself and what you already have is important dear ones. Look around you; do not see what is not there, but what is there. Stop comparing yourself to others. Your spiritual growth and personal achievement is filled with riches. These riches are filled within your heart and soul. No, you cannot spend them as money, but you share these riches selflessly with others as easily as breathing. Your selflessness brings you many rewards that propels you forward on your spiritual journey to further enlightenment.

The delight and joy I am feeling from our discussion today is bigger than any mountain imaginable. My heart is overflowing with so much love. The daily struggles you go through and the larger life challenges you have surpassed have created a wiser and more knowledgeable son or daughter of God from when you first began your recent incarnation. Rejoice in the fact that there’s more to come. I am pleased today with our discussion and with that I am departing but I am never very far. May peace, love and harmony reach your hearts, your homes and deep within your soul always.
