All love is Mine, and all love has been secured in your heart. So your heart is Mine, and My heart is yours. Our hearts are made for each other. Even though as there is One of Me, there is One heart, and it is Ours, this one heart favored by all.

Sometimes My heart held by others is misused or not used at all. How can that be? Impossible, yet, seen from the outside, that is the case.

My heart would never be cruel. My heart would never be unthinking, shall We say. My heart bursts with love and nothing but love, yet less than love is known upon Earth, and so the Earth is ravaged.

Love gives. Less than love takes. At the same time, love is a give and take. Love has to be issued, and love yearns to be received. So, be a giver, and, when it comes to love, take it. Yet receiving isn't taking, yet nor is receiving passive. Receiving is a loving art, and so shall you receive.

To begin with, here is My love all laid out on a platter. You don't even have to ask for it, though you may. All you have to do is to reach out and bless My love with your acceptance. Be eager to accept My love, for I pour it out. I pour out the fullness of My heart rampantly. Catch it now, and catch it later again because My love is a continuum of pouring. There is no stopping it. Keep your receipt of My love just as constant. You are never without it. No matter how lonely you may feel, My love pours voluminously out to you. My love is never just a trickle. My love is a torrent of love. My love is Niagara Falls. My love. Beloveds, you are My love, and you act on My behalf.

What is your job on Earth? It is to deliver My love. On My behalf, you give love, and you give more, and you create more, and you receive more.

Let the issuing of love be a song that sticks in your mind. It simply won't go away. You are aware of this song of love that runs through you. Nothing deters this music. Is not love music? Is it not the music of the soul and the music of the Heart of God?

Let My music course through you. Let it light each cell of you. Let it brighten life for yourself and everyone who sees a star like you on Earth. Why not be a star of light on Earth as you are in Heaven?

What would hold you back from revealing the Bright Light you are? You are capable, not incapable. You have the wattage. You were born with it. All you have to do is turn it on. You are a light bulb from Heaven on Earth. You are a long-lasting light bulb that is never to go out. First you turn your light on and then never dim it. Let your light so shine before the whole world so that the whole world can recognize the light that it is. Light is beautiful, and you are beautiful. You are My beautiful heartlight on Earth. Beloveds, you are like a search light on Earth. You are a beacon light of Heaven shining for all to see.

As promised I have returned through our lovely vessel to speak to all of you once again. My discussion today is mainly about love, self-love and love for all others unconditionally and of course your chakras, mainly your heart chakra and the promotion of your Christ Consciousness.

Many messages of late are including the importance of self-love before loving others. Achieving self-love and acceptance you are then able to reciprocate that love onto others as easy as it is to breathe. Many dear children of Earth have trouble loving themselves mainly because they feel they are being selfish when if fact they are acting in the most selfless of ways. It is very possible and you are very capable of loving yourself without involving your ego, meaning your love for yourself is pure and without the doubt causing ego to interfere. Allow your heart to guide you to what makes you happy, what it is you wish to do when you put time aside just for you. It’s okay to go to your ‘child place’ in your heart once in awhile and let your spirit soar like an eagle. Allowing your spirit to dance and fly without inhibitions will rejuvenate your mind, your body and of course your spirit. Just like the phrase, “Dance like nobody’s watching…” it is this concept that I am trying to impress upon you.

When you are in a comfortable place with self-love you will find yourself able to love others quite easily and openly. Your facial expressions will be much more relaxed and peace will have entered your heart portraying harmony in all you do. The gift of unconditional love is the greatest gifts because you give without the thought or expectation of anything at all being returned. You find no confusion or misunderstanding when your gift of unconditional love is not returned. The inner knowledge of giving a part of yourself is your gift returned dear children.

When we speak of expanding your heart, we are also speaking of the heart chakra. This very chakra once fully opened and centered will bring you to Christ Consciousness. This does not mean you allow your other chakras to fall to the sidelines, it means your focus is primarily on your heart and all the aspects of maintaining and fine tuning the heart chakra and its effects on all the other chakras as they are eternally linked from one to the other.

When you are within your Christ Consciousness this means you have achieved much in regards to opening your heart fully and loving completely and purely and accepting God and His son into you heart, mind and body. Once this is established within your Christ Consciousness you are at the doorstep of incredible possibilities of the world around you including the vast and never-ending time, space and other realities of existence.

Your highest state of spiritual and intellectual development and emotional development is when you have achieved the highest state of your awareness – the christened state. This is a most sacred state of mind, body and spirit and the path acquiring this state requires full commitment, dedication and devotion to following God’s Will and living by God’s example. This would mean acting as God; accepting all people with NO judgments, without criticism, using non-biased opinions or advice, loving UNCONDITIONALLY and having the ability to show compassion even to the people who have done you wrong. Remembering that not all people are at the same place within their spiritual mind and loving heart. Acting with love and kindness in all parts of your life and shining your brilliant light unto everyone that you meet, even if they are only passers-by.

The path of light you are currently on does not mean all people are to find their Christ Consciousness in order to fulfill their Divine Purpose in this lifetime. The Christened State is available to anyone regardless of their traditions and ways they were brought up on. Once you are ready to take this sideline step that will become part of your journey, you are embarking on becoming an active vessel of LOVE and TRUTH of the highest order and that is of the PUREST soul deep love for yourself, for God, his Son and the spirit – the combining of the three creating the Threefold Flame.


To be in the Christened State does not mean you must be part of the Christian religion or believe in the Christian ideals. Allow yourself to be drawn to what resonates within your heart; what is right for you and what you are ready for. The journey that you are on has not time date, there is no rush. You will achieve all that you are meant to. It is best to allow this part of your journey to open up naturally and not force it on yourself if you are not ready for the commitment. I have seen many of your dear children create creative ways of incorporating other spiritual beliefs while working within their Christ Consciousness. All ways and beliefs are honoured and accepted when they are leading you to creating a newer you. A person who lives and loves through their heart at all times; someone who shows great patience, who is kind, considerate and has compassion for themselves and everyone else. ALL the spiritual concepts you have picked up so far that speak of LOVE and encourage you to live through your heart will lead you forward to the Source; to the Fatherly Creator many know as God.

When you are able to reach this level of awareness of your true nature, your higher self which is also your birthright as a child of God you will become a living expression of His spirit and you will over a period of time unfold your own divine plan that you are carrying out now. Reaching the state of Christ Consciousness is like reaching a state of Nirvana. You will discover self-transformation that will reveal all things glorious and wondrous. You will feel a unity with your fellow light workers that you never felt prior to this achievement. You will not only find peace, you will feel peace in all things. Love will flow through you dear children as beautifully as it is meant to.

Do not think for an instance that you must achieve this part of the journey if you are not fully ready. Mediate and consult with your guides, feel a sense of calmness when you make your decision and know that if you are not ready for this phase of your spiritual development you are still loved and dearly supported. We of the Divine know and understand that you will require some preparation that will lead you to this part of your path eventually.

Earlier we briefly spoke of your chakras. I suggest to you dear children to cleanse your chakras often, allow rejuvenation to enter your spiritual life-stream. Your chakras hold much energy and can become depleted quickly if not maintained. Your cleansing is not only done when you have completed a challenge that drained your internal resources, but it is necessary for overall spiritual health. Activate the Violet Flame as often as you feel the necessity or the drain of energy that is unusual. Your guides are close dear ones, ask for guidance and support and know God resides in your heart and is with you always.

Continue accessing my energy throughout your journey for healing, support, guidance to other areas that will promote spiritual and personal growth and for all aspects of your journey. My Light energy is your Light energy.

My dear friends, we love you so very much.

You are upon the planet earth dear ones because at one point in your existence you doubted your connection with God. You began to feel separate and by the very nature of that feeling of separation, you entered into a reality in which the all present, all loving God is hidden in a myriad of different forms and face. In reality, all that you see is God's love made manifest. You are here to recognize that love, in yourself and in others.

At a very practical level, this means that when you want or need some help in your life, it makes sense to pray and ask God for assistance, because the all loving spirit that created you is present in over seven billion people and a multitude of other forms on your planet. God can move the hearts of those who are even a tiny bit awake to assist you. God can move your heart to talk with someone and ask for assistance. God can direct all of you, dear one,s in a beautifully cooperative and synchronized dance of love if you will only stop, breathe, receive that love, and listen to the sweet and small urgings in your heart. By the very nature of your existence, you are not and can never be alone.

As you surrender to the love within you and pray from that space of loving and trusting the power that made you, your prayers become more powerful and more effective. Prayers coming from love, faith, and trust, are commands that help align you with the universal flow of your life. Prayers coming from fear and a lack of faith are weaker signals dear one, not because God ignores you but rather because God does not want to amplify and support your fears. The energy of a prayer is far more important than its wording! The depths of your heart, beneath your words are the real prayer. Far better to be loving to yourself and be authentic and pray, "Dear God, I know you will care and provide for me in all things, but I do not feel that now. I am scared. Please send me comfort now so that I can trust you once again and live once again in the flow of your grace." This prayer is honest. This comes from the heart. This is born of a true desire to love the true Self and to align with God. If you pray instead, "God help me. I need money. Hurry up! Don't you know my bills are due!" there is a sense of urgency, lack, and fear underneath such statements. You are not sending out a loving signal to the universe that is aligned with truth. Instead you are worshipping false idols, giving money your power, rather than giving God power over your life.

So when you pray dear ones, try to align your prayers with faith, trust, and the knowing that you are loved. Recognize you are human and it is ok to ask for help, but ask for the real spiritual help you need as well as for your material needs. For when you get your soul aligned with God, with love, with faith and with your own hearts, then you truly will receive the guidance to create all you want and need. You will dance in harmony with the seven billion others filled with God's love or you will dance around those who do not yet recognize it. In this fashion, dear friends, you live in a state of grace.

I have seen the power of prayer even more strongly in my life than ever before as of late...

I've had fibroid tumors for years. They run in the family and in years past, I was in pain three weeks out of the month. Over the years they've gotten much better as I worked to dissolve them both physically and spiritually, but when I got all stressed out over the plumbing issues, they swelled up and started causing me a lot of pain again. Advil masked the problem, but I was tired of carrying them around. I had another session with the spirit Dr. Peebles who comes through my friend Summer (www.summerbacon.com), and he told me I had been so worried about my health I was creating cancer! My mind went nuts. If I carried on like that and ruined my health, I'd lose everything and have to move back home. I'd disappoint everyone whom I served. I... I paused and stopped the insanity going on in my head. The angels hadn't said I *had* cancer. They said I was creating it. That meant I had a chance to stop my behaviors, stop my mental spin cycle, and take charge of my spirit once again.

I prayed. "Ok God, I get it! I've been giving my spirit over to fears, instead of to You. If I have something to learn through an illness, I'll do it, but in reality I'd rather not. You figure it out. Heal me if you're inclined and if not give me strength. I'm going to just enjoy my life" I proceeded to ditch the worries and get on with life. Instantly I felt much better and felt the nasty vibe leave my aura.

Then the call came. Susan Palmer (www.spirithealeriam.com) is an incredible friend and healer herself. She told me Joan Hunter, a famous healer in the Christian community was in town. I was SO ready for my miracle. I prayed and asked God to gift me with some big healing and proceeded to drive an hour to my first Christian Charismatic church service. It was a lot different than the somber masses I grew up with. The pastor was on keyboards, joined by a guitarist, bass player, and various other musicians. Praise songs were put up on the big screen and everyone sang in their own key. Some people went into a state of spiritual ecstasy and began speaking in tongues. Others cried. Some danced and fell to the floor. It might have looked different on the outside, but when I shut my eyes, I felt my heart swell into infinity as the Presence of God's love responded to these beautifully souls who were fervently calling it in.

Then Joan Hunter proceeded to speak and heal people. You could feel the presence of God pouring through her. Her eyes sparkled with the God glow. Her personality was bright, authentic, and it was obvious she had given herself completely over to God. She didn't yell in a thick southern accent, and she didn't' knock people over as you see on TV. She just quietly put her hands on you and prayed, and the power of God ran through her and created miracles. People got off crutches. Pain and heartache were erased, and with a thirty second prayer, the peace of God flowed through my body, and all but the biggest fibroid was dissolved. Scar tissue from an old injury disappeared and I felt amazing. She made it clear to all that it was God working through her and that anyone else who was willing to let God work through them could do the same.

That is the perfect power of prayer. She walked in total faith that God loved her, loved all, and would work through her. Her statements of prayer were said with the power of God behind them. She wasn't begging God, hoping for God to work, or coming from any sort of fear at all. We can use those principles in our every day life, not just in healing and they work.

Prayer came through again in some mundane details later that week. Insurance is paying for my tile to be re grouted after the leak, but I'm considering paying the difference and upgrading, since this is old tile, hard to match, and I have no spares. I prayed and asked God to make it obvious if that would be the best route, to make all decisions easy, and to send me helpful people. I walked into a tile store and was blown away when the salesman who I talked to 16 months ago, greeted me by name. "Ann! You're back!" I stared at him in disbelief. He remembered my general tastes and after describing my needs, he walked through the store like a man on a mission to one of the lesser expensive but beautiful tiles and said, "You'd like this." I did love it. First try. I took the sample home and it matched everything!

The prayers kept being answered. My pool fence has rusted out and was falling down in certain places. A few weeks ago I prayed. "God tell me who to get to fix this. Thank you." Seemingly unrelated I got the feeling to call a tree trimmer who had popped into my head. He not only did a great job on the trees and gave me a good deal, but without me saying a word, he noticed the pool fence. "I do welding," he said. I can fix that for you next week. Who knew!! Thanks Jesses at ICS! (602-244-1129)! Another prayer answered. I hadn't even asked him. God just put it in his heart to speak up.

Prayer works when have the faith behind it. We have to do our part of course. We can't escape being human. I had to act on guidance to drive to the service, go to the tile store, and call the tree trimmer. But if you can let go of worry, and have a little faith, then life starts to get magical and miraculous. It flows with greater ease. After all God loves God through 7 billion people on the planet, and if we get our small selves and our fears out of the way, this love is allowed to flow through your life as well. I'm working to live more deeply in the presence of that love every day, to have more faith, and to get out of the way! God is going to be pretty busy answering my prayers! That said, the infinite love in the universe has plenty of time to answer yours too!

Give faith a chance!

Beloved Ones,

You who have walked the lonely path of Light are soon to be joined by many, many others who will begin to walk their path with you. For every sacrifice you have made for the highest good of all, the Universe is already bringing to you many wonderful synchronicities, miracles and gifts. All you have to do is open your hearts to receive and be in trust and in joy. Watch for these in your daily living, recognize them, receive them, enjoy them and record them. Soon you will begin to know without a shadow of doubt that you have always been loved and cared for and that you never walk alone.

Along your trail blazing path, you have encountered much that was not love and being empathic, took on these energies thinking they were your own. The time has come when your power of discernment and intuition will grow by leaps and bounds and you will find the ability to detach from the energies and challenges of others while still giving Love and compassion. Each of you have had tests and trials that have been making you turn yourselves inside out in your quest for transparency and purity. Even as these old energies are still being brought out from the depths of your Being, know that it is only a matter of time before these fall away from you forever, leaving only wonder and awe in its place.

Your higher senses are now coming to the fore and we ask you to be prepared and cognizant that these will open up the ability to perceive others thoughts and inner motivations before even they are aware of them. It is important to use loving detachment when these occurrences take place and not take what you tune into in a personal way. Become the observer and scientist and instead of dwelling on the revelations of the inner workings of others, dwell upon and record the synchronicities, the revelations, the frequency, the timing, the intuitive promptings that happen so that you can begin to perceive the new you beginning to manifest in a totally new way.

The true test of higher abilities is to stay in the energy of Love in all ways, even when your perceptions reveal that the underlying motivations of others that are crystal clear to you are assumed to be hidden from you. Just observe and do not judge or react. Practice loving kindness and compassion. This is a temporary stage that could bring discomfort to you but it is the next step on your journey to higher consciousness and perception and the continued Mastery of your self. Like a diamond cutter, you have been cleansing and polishing your outer self to better reflect the brilliance and purity that lies within just under the surface waiting to emerge as sparkle and shine.

Your Light now reaches a much greater distance around your physical body and can have an effect on the energy fields of those with whom you come in contact. This will grow in its power so it is most important that you practice inner and outer discipline and walk the way of peace and harmony so that all that you touch will be empowered and blessed. Staying balanced in your daily life is key and when you feel yourselves out of alignment in any way, bring yourselves back into balance as quickly as you can. You have at your disposal many tools that have been presented and now is the time for you to use them. Self discipline is another requisite to the Mastery of self along with discernment and can only be administered by your intention.

Try to filter every happening through your heart chakra so that you train yourselves to be a heart centered person rather than one who processes through the mind. Many times, the heart will lead you straight to the core of a matter with a directness and clarity that will bring you freedom from all confusion or doubt. Know that you are each Loved beyond measure and enfolded always in the energy of the Angels as you walk upon this World in service to the Divine Plan for the highest good of all.

Greetings my Dear Angelica and my Dear children of the Light, it is I Ashtar who is here to say a few words that can be seen as timely right now. As you have noticed much is happening all around you now, both on a personal level with you and so also with your closest fellow man and woman, and further out in the world that is your reality right now on Mother Earth. I wish to tenderly caress your cheek and tell you that you shall not be afraid, My Dear Ones. It is as it should be, hard as it might sound at first, as the changes, transformations and the outer and inner “mess” that you are going through and observe are necessary. Know now that this is what we talked about, which ever more is gaining strength and form, it is also that which you are equipped to handle and so much more. You shall thus hold your gaze high, the heart brave and burning plus a clear and focused mind. Now more than ever should you reflect on and integrate with these words, for it has started, My Dear Ones. Oh, Oh, do not now get afraid. You are walking in the Light and in Truth that rests in Love. This is your path to walk and you shall thus not fear and harbor doubt. Mark my words, children of the Light – you are born for this time and many of you have also so been equipped for eons of time, I would like to add.

From our vantage point everything is at is should be. We hold respect for the feelings that you are going through, but we also know that it is as it should be. You follow the flow and so does Mother Earth’s Ascension process. In the higher vibrations and energies that now practically flood over you and over Mother Earth the things that are of lower vibrational character and energy cannot continue to exist. It could with a simple analogy be likened to a wound that gets corrosive acid poured on it, the reaction will hardly then wait, correct? Compare it to a child who cannot swim without a floating ring and air cushions, and definitely does not have the ability or courage to venture out into the deep part of the pool. There is then bound to be reactions of dramatic kinds at all different levels with facts and scenarios described above. Even if this is very much expressed in a simplified way to give you an easy to understand understanding of the bigger picture, it is thus this that you can witness around you now, both on an individual, group and societal level.

In order to effect the birthing of the New Age and all that it entails it is necessary and unavoidable that this happens. We who are here to assist and guide you have spoken about this many, many times, but I still think it needs to be mentioned again. In the current confusion, pain, challenges and in the coming chaos that might play itself out it is paramount to keep one self calm, focused, unafraid and warm in the Heart. We tell you this over and over again My Dear Ones, it contains great Truth, and you will have to read these lines many times when it appears to be hard to breath and to see the road clearly in front of you. And, above all to see where the road is taking you. This is new for you, you are in the process of waking up to the world you thought only existed in the world of Fairy tales and you are thus still battling with doubt, since the 3D illusion is still strong in its structure and surface. But, poke a bit on these badly built houses of cards and they will fall. See behind, see over, see ahead and on the side. What do you see? What do you feel? Can you hear? Good. Believe in it and KNOW that you now walk more and more in the Light of Truth.

Many of you are now in old or new groups of Brother or Sisterhood in service to the Light. Here, I Ashtar, want to say to you all who know you are on an important mission, both as individuals and as a group, that now during the emerging times it is important that you now more than ever turn to each other in your groups and help each other. Remember that when one is weak then the other one will carry and when one is loosing speed then the other one can help to shift into a higher speed again. You shall now more than ever be there for your Brothers and Sisters who walk in Truth and you will help each other to discern the Truth. As a matter of fact this will not be very easy during the coming times that wait for you, My Dear Ones. Then it is important that you help each other with exactly this. Discuss and be open for that which you never thought could happen, be or exist. Let go now forever of your ideas about right and wrong, of old frames that belong to the old belief systems. Let go of these and try to make yourself to unwritten pages, but discern with the Heart and develop an humble and warm integrity. This is very important and something that will be discussed more going forward.

You must become your own Masters. You must find your own Truth in the swarm of information and messages that now circulate. It is ok to be different, yet similar. Where the Light and the Love, the simple, is that which holds the largest Truth and that which leads the Army of the Light forward and up.

Till we meet again, walk in Love and be this Light for others that you were born to become and be. But to fully be able to manifest this, work first with the inner flame that is yours. Then you can put the world, Mother Earth and the Universe ablaze - Love’s untouchable flame. It is like a warm, beautiful bonfire in the spring - unquenchable and eternal in its beauty.

All Love to you, My Dear Ones. Remember we are not far away and we are always with you. We are one.

IT IS TIME TO SHARE YOUR RADIANCE

Beloved Masters, the structured, material world humanity has created over the past many Ages is quickly crumbling. Forced, restrictive material boundaries and limitations are being left behind and replaced with the tolerant concepts of fairness and equality. Misaligned beliefs, distorted laws and dogmatic religious teachings are being reassessed and found lacking as the masses shake off the shackles of limitation and seek the empowerment of illumined truth and Self-mastery. The sorrow, sacrifice and agony symbolized by the crucifixion are of the past. Triumph, joy and strength will be the focus of spiritual endeavor, and the bliss of the higher realms will be available to those who gain the ability to exist in the more refined fields of consciousness within the higher fourth and fifth dimensions. What awaits you in these glorified realms, dear hearts, is beyond your wildest imaginings. Infusions of Love/Light will help you harmonize your emotional nature so that you may traverse the multi-levels of the fourth dimension with ease and grace. Focused intelligence and access to your Sacred Mind are necessary in order to successfully enter and traverse the sub-levels of the fifth dimension. It is important that you practice regular mind clearing via the higher frequencies of Light. Remind yourself often: “What purpose does it serve to hold onto old grudges and hurtful incidents?” There are now multiple realities to choose from. Sooner or later, everyone must become aware that they are multidimensional Beings. Accept the truth that you are immortal and begin to live life to the fullest in the Eternal Now.

Developing Self-awareness requires focused thought, which leads to pathways of higher consciousness. You must develop and perfect your power of conscious selection within the accepted, narrower spectrum of Light and shadow. In the future, more refined reality of humanity, peace will prevail, and conflict will be resolved via diplomacy as everyone learns to seek the highest outcome and the most benevolent solutions. At first you must consciously choose a positive alternative to a negative, habitual response. During your nightly review of your day, envision a higher frequency alternative, and gradually the negative habits will fade away. All facets of manifestation begin internally. The concepts or abstract ideas to be birthed must go through an incubation stage before they can become a reality in the world of form. Remember, all of your life’s experiences are a result of the discordant or harmonious frequencies you project; consciously or unconsciously, you are the creator of your material reality.

As you make progress in the process of claiming your gifts and attributes of mastery, you will discover that loneliness is an illusion, an impulse of the ego, whereby external stimulus or interaction with other people is sought as a means of enjoyment or validation of self-worth. The desire for solitude becomes a burning impulse for the spiritual aspirant. You must experience aloneness to discover who you really are. It is vitally important that you tune into and monitor your own thoughts, for the constant, random mind chatter becomes potent thought forms if it is allowed to continue over a long period of time. It is like cutting a groove of thought in your “mind recording apparatus,” and your subconscious/ego mind will eventually accept these random thoughts as your truth. Each person is unique, and in the process of awakening to your Divinity, you will gradually release the confining disguise of the ego personality in your own time and in your own way.

Humanity is experiencing three planes of consciousness at once, even though most people are not aware of this fact.

We also wish to remind you that your hands are one of the most highly developed links to your brain, for there are etheric generator crystals embedded within the palms of the hands. They were designed to be some of the strongest, electromagnetic impulses of the physical vessel. That is why those who have activated or developed the healing power within their hands are so effective in the healing arts. In the future, you have the potential of redeveloping the memory cells within your fingertips so that you may access conscious and subconscious information through touch.

A good exercise would be to hold a crystal which you have Self-programmed as a generator healing crystal in one of your hands as you focus on activating the healing abilities within the palms of your hands. Via the Infinity Breath exercise, concentrate on sending/feeling the Adamantine Particles of Light within your palms. Your palms may become very warm or begin to tingle. It may take a while for you to feel the sensations; however, you will gradually gain the ability to send healing Creator Light to localized parts of your own body. Future healing will include en-Lighten-ed, dynamic healers with the ability to send almost laser-like healing beams of Divine Light to their patients. Reiki and other energy modalities are based on this ancient, esoteric knowledge.

You, the StarSeed, are awakening to the awareness of your celestial heritage, which has been encoded within atom seed crystals and stored within your Sacred Mind. Also, be aware that there is a magnificent history of bravery and excellence woven into the violent and often tedious journey of human evolution. You are experiencing a resurrection of extra-sensory abilities and higher consciousness abilities which have been dormant for many ages. However, it takes dedication and effort to open the sealed door to your inner wisdom, the Sacred Mind. It is vitally important that you learn to trust your own inner guidance once more. Dearest children it has been a little while since I last spoke through our dear child and to all of you. Yes, it is I the Creator, God or the Source to others. I AM your divine Father and I AM pleased to come forth and converse with you once again. Our discussions are always so delightful. The messages of late through our dear child here have been mainly concerning Self-Love, Self-Forgiveness, Self-Compassion; there has been transmissions regarding the invocation of the Violet Flame whenever possible and always Unconditional Love. Today’s discussion is to continue from all the wonderful Masters and angels that have transmitted through her of late.

I see many of my children expressing their love to everyone they meet and this is wonderful to see, but what I also see from many is what is in their hearts. And their spoken word does not match with how they truly feel. Masks are not necessary dearly beloved children when you are walking in the Light of your Divine Path to the Oneness of your I AM Presence. Sometimes the masks put on can fool people and sometimes the masks fool no one. A really in-tune person will see through any mask that you put on that impersonates the full meaning of what is being said. The only one who is being fooled is the one wearing the mask. I ask of you dear children to drop the masks and let your real true selves shine. Each of you are beautiful and bright and your truth is far more brilliant than any mask no matter how well it’s put on. Oh I see dearly beloved children, I see everything and I know what you are going to say before you actually do. I marvel at your creative ways you find when speaking with difficult people or how you behave during difficult situations. I have seen your struggles and I have comforted you many times even when some of you were unaware. Many times I have shined my light, illuminating you out of your dark moment and into the light again when you have asked for me. I love you dearly beloved children; I love every part that makes who you are. I have long since accepted every aspect that has created you into the person you are now. I do not condemn or criticize any of the life lessons you have learned; I praised you and cheered you, knowing you would come through when you were ready to face all that you had to. I love you completely and unconditionally everyday of your life and in every lifetime you have had. Knowing that I love you so deeply and endlessly, I ask of you to take some energy from this love and love yourself. Absorb my energy dearly beloved children, let it heal your hurts and calm your mind. I AM always here for you; not near as far as you may think at times.

I ask of you to love yourself because I wish for my children to live a full and happy life that is filled with the utmost joy and harmony. When you can truly love yourself you can truly love another and let them into your heart even with the risk of that love not being returned because to love unconditionally means you love without any expectations. You love for the sake of loving and the feeling it gives deep inside your heart. It makes your heart beat stronger and you feel good all over knowing you have given a part of yourself out of selfless action. When you do take the time to learn every little nook and cranny of yourself, you will understand and know from an internal knowing that you are really special. Being told you are special is not just pretty words to impress your ego, they are the truth. The many people who may have called you special may have seen a bit of your light, but when you take the time to look deep within, you will discover every detail that makes you so special and unique. Then you will learn it’s time to be more compassionate and kind towards yourself; treat yourself once in awhile to something nice. Honour yourself as often as you can; you deserve this my dearly beloved children. Your very presence is honoured every day by me and by all the many beings of the Divine Kingdom. I suggest to maybe take yourself out for a nice cup of tea at a favourite coffee/tea house, treat yourself to a candle lit bath that is loaded with delicate scents, allow quality time just for you; and if you must schedule it in and stick to it. You are important! My suggestions are only examples, each of you have creative minds and I see they are already at work thinking and planning and some of your are smiling… You will notice dear children how much lighter you will feel after honouring yourself, and doing something nice just for you. Your smile will be wider and your heart will most definitely be expanded due to the love you are expressing through your actions, your words, your thoughts and your feelings. And I love your smile, it is beautiful. Each time you smile dear child, it is like a ray of sunshine on a dark and cloudy afternoon. Smile more often dear children, breathe in more light and express your love at every occurrence throughout your day. The rewards you will find and receive will be astronomical.

Forgiveness can be a hard subject or idea for some of my dearly beloved children. This is only because they have not come to terms with the situation that needs forgiveness. Forgiveness is healthy and healing. But it requires readiness and understanding. To forgive without understanding why you are forgiving will not solve anything and will not move your forward on your journey into the light and Oneness you are seeking with yourself and your I AM Presence. Look hard at the situation, at the circumstances that lead to the situation becoming out of control or too difficult. Find the root cause and accept what it is. Release the negative energy that is there to me. I will take it away for you. Do this either verbally or silently in your mind. I will know and I will hear you. Then you forgive the person or persons involved quietly spoken or in your mind and you forgive yourself. This forgiveness removes you from any lingering guilt or other low negative energies that were attached to the situation. When you are able to achieve this my beloved children, you will be able to move forward without the pain remaining. You will be able to look back in time and not be grief stricken because your heart has not only grown but also matured. I have taught our child here to do this and she knows it very well. The incredible feeling you receive once this is done and you know deep inside that you are no longer effected by the situation will be your greatest reward. Your confidence in your own ability to heal your mind, body and spirit will keep you in awe for a very long time. Each of you dear children have the ability to heal yourself.

Some of you access the Violet Flame for self-healing and this is wisely recommended. It is there for you to use and to use it with the purest of intent as its light comes from the purest of sources. When you are moving from one challenge to another, forgiving, clearing and so on; it is advised to invoke the Violet Flame to transcend any negative emotion, disharmony or discord that may have attached itself to your own spirit that will end up effecting your mind and boy if not dealt with.

I AM very proud of all of your accomplishments. There is nothing you have achieved that is considered small by me. No matter the size of achievement or how far up the ladder you have climbed, I AM proud. With the many angels that support you and of course your guides; you did the work. It was your sweat, your effort that got you there. The spiritual beings that are with you can only guide you to choices, they cannot choose for you. You have gained so much knowledge dear children from the choices you have made and some of them have taken you on a long road. There is no wrong on the direction you took. What matters is what is in your heart now dear children and that you have love for yourself and that love is unconditional and you are able to freely share this love openly with all that cross your path on your journey that is bringing you closer and into my own Light and that of your dear hearts. Your I AM Presence dear children is always with you. It only needs tweaking, “fine tuning” as I like to say. I urge you to become one with yourself and let your I AM Presence shine as it’s meant to – bright as the sun.

I have enjoyed our discussion dear children. I AM pleased every time you include me in a part of your life that has nothing to do with lessons or challenges. I do like a cup of tea now and again. And even if you cannot see me or feel my presence, KNOW in your heart that I AM there and we can have the most pleasant of talks. I look forward to it!

There is no accounting for love. It comes from unexpected places, does it not? Now anticipate seeing love. Watch it all around you. See love issuing from you. The less you feel loved, the more reason for you to love. You do not have to account for love. Do not think that love is not deserved or that someone, even yourself, has to earn it. Love is your birthright. It is coming to you.

The thing is not to pout when you don't see it or feel it. Love anyway. Love morning, noon, and night. Program an abundance of love. See those little red candy hearts spilling out from your heart. Love out, and love comes in. See those little red candy hearts flowing in. Nevertheless, it doesn't really matter so much how much love comes in. What really matters is how much love you extend.

You may think that it is not easy to love. The only reason why you might think that is because you allow yourself to be a victim of judgment. What do you think finding fault is but judgment? Beloveds, you are not too good to give love. It is not superior of you to withhold love. Certainly, you do not have to hug and kiss everyone. Just let your love be known quietly, subtly. Love is not a big hurrah. It is like breathing. You breathe in, and you breathe out. In terms of love, breathe out first. Keep breathing love out. There is always more. There is no limit to love. Let there be no hesitation. Let it be okay to feel love, think love, be love, receive love. There is no tally card for love. Love where you love. And where you don't love, let love emanate from you just the same. Love in all directions. No cap on love, please.

You have thought that your life is dependent upon many things, getting a job, getting married, having a child. These are important to you, yet you are not dependent upon them for love. You are a carrier of love, and it matters that you love. You get dressed every morning. You put make-up on. Remember that love accompanies you. Every opportunity is an opportunity to love. You can do it. You can love. You are love. Announce that to yourself.

Send love even to those you can't stand. You don't have to sit in their lap. You can love from afar. All you have to do is to love.

Wish everyone well, and mean it. That is love.

Sense your aura of love. Sense it filling the room you are in. Sense how far love issues from you. It fills your house. It fills the city or town you live in. It fills your province. It fills your country. It fills the oceans. It fills all the continents. It fills all the world. It fills the Universe. It fills Heaven. From your heart, love extends itself, and is happy to do so. This is an easy thing I ask of you when I ask you to love from your heart.
