Greetings dear ones of Earth. I am Alphas. I am Master and Gatekeeper of the retreat known as the Royal Teton Retreat. It is an honour to hold this position and an honour to speak through this dear one today.

My message today is about Mastery of Yourself dear ones. I don't look at what I am Master of being small or unimportant. I value the position I hold, as it is I that greets each and every one of you as you make your way after calling to the Archangels and Masters that you are ready to be here. To come to the retreat, you do this through your etheric body, during sleep and while you are in your Christ-mind. Readiness for entry must come first. But the message today is not of this. The message today is of Mastery of Yourself.

So many of you want to move ahead so quickly. Your eagerness is keen and wonderful. At the moment dear ones, all of you are where you are to be. The point of my being here today through this child is talking to you about Mastering where you are right now, what you are doing right now. Does not matter if that is meaning you master being a parent, server, student, office employee, grocery clerk, or another other position you hold. This also is meant to be understood where you are at spiritually. Look at what you are doing, not what you want to do. What you are doing NOW on your journey, is what you are to do right now and its important dear ones to MASTER where you are. Look within yourself, leaving that ego aside and look and see what needs work or improvement where you are on this journey. Focus on this and be the best you can be. If where you are now is meditating, learn all the different kinds of meditation possible, if you utilize crystals for energy, learn all you can about other stones that have remarkable properties. Maybe you channel, but you get your messages through art, such as poetry, drawings, painting, jewellery making, etc. Learn about other creative ways that you know you can do that you are drawn to that allows the spirit of God to come through.

Trying to take on too much at once, is very tiring and at some point, you end up overwhelmed. One at a time, good clear focus brings mastery to what you are doing. My position may only be a gatekeeper, but I MASTERED this position and I think of it as the greatest privilege to have. I look forward to all the beautiful spirits that visit this retreat nightly. I greet them all enthusiastically and ALL receives a loving greeting from me before they enter the retreat.

When you focus your energies in one place and master where you are within your journey, one bit at a time, you move yourself forward to the next part of your journey with much more wisdom and knowledge than trying to master or perfect several areas at once. Don't overwhelm yourself, take your journey at a comfortable pace for you. You set the pace. If you feel you are moving too fast and might be missing some parts, it is you that puts the breaks on, no one else. And that can easily happen. Your eagerness has you looking and learning in so many places, and suddenly you feel as if you have been over grown by too much information that you haven't processed yet. There is no master, angel or God that is rushing you dear ones. All that is waiting for you, isn't going anywhere.

Enjoy where you are, embrace all that comes your way, good or bad. Learn your lessons well. Know you are loved by me, a Gatekeeper and Master. It has been a pleasurable experience to come through this one today to speak to God's beautiful children. I look forward to your visit at the Royal Teton Retreat.

On the 21st is the Summer Solstice, the day the Sun enters Cancer. Also on this day, Mars enters Gemini, Juno enters Libra and Vesta moves retrograde in Aquarius. The Solstice is always a time to celebrate life and to feel blessed for all we have. It is also a time to honour ourselves and one another. The light within each of us glows strongly at the Solstice. It is a time to honour the gift of life and also to offer the Earth healing as well.

The Summer Solstice and associated cosmic events on that day form a real high point of the year in so many ways. The sun is at its zenith, for it is the longest day, but it is also a turning point, a time for new beginnings. Of course, after this day, the sun begins its descent towards the winter (but let’s not think about that just yet!), but the energy stays vibrant and strong for some time to come. We can expect to continue feeling more ‘awake’ and aware of ourselves, our paths and of one another on every level.

This is a time to celebrate our personal achievements and to sense the true nature of inner abundance. The Sun is our life spark; that little piece of light within each of us that burns brightly giving our lives joy, meaning, focus and strength.

The Summer Solstice is a day for coming together with like-minded people; it is a time to celebrate and to dance together to honour the life giver of the solar system, and the life we have within. There is a sense of transformation around this time, even more so with the other cosmic events happening on this day.

Mars enters Gemini, Juno enters Libra and Vesta moves retrograde in Aquarius. Vesta moving retrograde suggests a time of honouring our inner worlds, and finding the time to find peace, harmony and tranquillity within. Vesta wants us to feel whole and complete in ourselves. This is necessary if we are to truly be able to carry the light forwards. We need to let go of any fear connected to the Light or the Dark, and we need to find balance on all levels.

Mars entering Gemini marks a period of intense mental activity and movement as new ideas come through thick and fast. It is important to connect to the peace within as well though, for too much mental activity can be overwhelming.

Juno moving into Libra places a spotlight on the relationships in our lives. The dynamics, who gives, who takes, who does both. In order to live in balance, we need to ensure that we live in balance with those around us. It is time to sort the wheat from the chaff when it comes to givers and takers. It could be a case of demanding balance or it could be walking away, that is a choice that will come to each of us in time...

So, as this somewhat intense and challenging chapter of spiritual awakening continues, the Solstice gives each of us a brief opportunity to pause, reflect and to celebrate life and the progress we have all made. At the same time, we can visualise our paths ahead, and if we can continue to listen to our intuition and step into our power, we can embrace our full potential as evolving, growing, sentient Beings.

Welcome beloveds and much love and blessings to each one of you. We are the high council of orion and we come to further guide and support you as the energies begin to peak around the planet. Many of you will wonder how you can cope as your life may appear to be falling apart all around of you, many of you will be feeling the increase in energies and feel very on edge as if waiting for something, the anticipation may be tinged with fear of the unknown. We are here loved ones to reassure and guide you that all is well and that you progress well.

The energies will peak across the planet as the moon gathers her energy. You may be feeling this keenly at this moment and we guide you to work WITH the energy. Go inside to the silence and find what it is that is making you on edge, what is triggering you at this time? Find out where the seeds of fear have been sown so deeply and take steps to remove them. The media across the planet is furthering the growth of the seeds as the news reports slant ever more towards the death and disaster that is “happening” to your race almost everywhere in the world. Once more beloved ones we guide you strongly not to buy into what your eyes are being shown and your ears are being told.

You will be able to discern for yourselves the truth if you process all that is put in front of you through your hearts. Many of you across the planet may have had unexplained incidences of tears over the past few days and we guide you to stay with this. This is deep emotion, probably so deep that you didn’t realise how far down it went into your very BEing. It is important that it is released. Your planet is releasing and cleansing and you as her children are going through the same process. Let the emotions flow, open up to those around you, if you live you life contained, never showing much emotion to those you share your life with this is all about to change. We sense our words are bringing up fear within a lot of you at the thought of showing those you care about how you feel and we draw your attention to this. You are pure love and your natural state of BEing is to exude pure love, why would you live with each other and NOT show how you feel? What is to be served by keeping all your emotions locked away inside of yourself? Once more we guide that illusion is at work if this is how you have been living.

To separate yourself into little compartments and to act differently depending who is in your company does not serve anyone. It further disempowers you as you struggle to maintain a persona which is not your own. We are ONE beloved ones and we can feel the pain in your race in general. You yearn to be free but are paralysed by the fear of allowing others to see the real you. We guide you strongly to ground the new energies and to begin to release this way of BEing. The time for hiding your light and pretending you are someone else is upon you.

Grounding is important and so is diet at this time. Many of you will be drawn to drinking more water over the past few weeks and months and we guide you to continue to do this. In some parts of the world the water is not for drinking and we guide you to drink PURE, CLEAR water. Do not be fooled by the advertising of the illusion that water with added nutrients is in anyway healthy for your body. Water is water and should be drunk that way. Many of you will be drinking hot water and be unaware of why you should do this. It is more easily used by your body as it is at optimum temperature to help rehydrate you. The rehydration is necessary due to the physical upgrades that your body is receiving through the new energies. You may feel fatter/thinner, heavier/lighter and have no idea why you feel like this. Again we guide strongly for you to detach from these feelings and let it go. It is simply your light body settling more strongly into the physical. As we previously guided you are now able to access differing dimensions and able to bring through different parts of yourselves from those different dimensions, all is settling into the body that you inhabit in this life journey. It will take some time and space for it all to level out and until this happens we guide you to nurture yourselves.

If you need to sleep more during these coming weeks then please honour your body and do this, there is nothing to be gained by trying to continue as you would have done. In fact to do this will place more stress on the physical and may see you become so weak that you will not be able to continue with your daily life for a while. It is important as the energies come into your body and level out that you honour the messages that your body communicates to you. As we have communicated to you, you will be more in tune with everything and everybody around you and this includes yourself. This may come as a surprise to many of you who will suddenly “know” what is wrong with themselves and take steps to correct it. This is the moving into harmony.

As you claim back the power that lives within you this will happen more and more. You will begin to realise that YOU have the knowledge about your body and will not give that power over to someone else as you have done previously. YOU are the master of your own bodies, we cannot stress this enough to you. Beloveds the power that is contained within your mind and body is immense, learn how to use this power. To start with it may be too overwhelming for many of you to fully absorb that is possible. For those we guide you trust and have faith in yourselves. You are beginning to live the life that you were meant to, so different is it to the way you have been trained since birth that a period of adjustment will take place. The more you relax and have faith in your own abilities the easier the period of adjustment will be for you.

We guide you all to hold yourselves in love and compassion, please do not plunge into negativity if you do not begin to master how to BE. Many of you are still unsure of how to BE and we guide you strongly that it will come. To BE is not to stop everything that you do, it is not just to wander about feeling completely ok, to BE is to shine your light out around you, it is to live the way that frees you. Many of you have jobs and work and we guide you that there is nothing wrong with this at all. This is the way of life for many humans across the planet and it would make no sense at all for all humans to stop what they were doing all at once and do nothing. That is not what BEing is all about.

We guide on BEing to further clarify for all of you who go through this process. When you are in touch with your core BEing then life will flow for you. You will KNOW what to do next, faced with a list of tasks for the day you will be able to deal with all or some of them at will. You will not descend into mass panic and think to yourself that you cannot do everything. You will not plunge into frustration, to BE is to cope with everything in your stride. It is also to detach from any FEAR that is associated with any of the tasks that you are due to do. To see the bigger picture if you will and realise that there is NO FEAR. That love is the answer and that if you do not have a solution to a problem at that time, ONE WILL APPEAR. That is to BE loved ones.

We do not advocate sitting around all day doing nothing, that does not serve anyone least of all those trapped in the cycle of fear that have not awoken. We are also not guiding nor asking any of you to stop what you do for a job and suddenly do something else. That is not what our guidance entails. Too long the human race has been subservient and just done what it was told, we do not tell you how to live your life beloved ones, that is entirely down to each one of you. What may happen with some of you is that as you find the seeds of fear and uproot them your idea of what you want to do with your life will alter, sometimes this will alter rapidly. You will find the strength and the courage to do what brings you joy. This sometimes will result in many of you deciding not to carry on with the job that pays the mortgage simply because that was the only reason that you did that job. Now that the seeds of fear have been removed you will find that the job holds no pull for you. Do our words make sense to you beloved ones?

This process is deceptively simple but we fully acknowledge and understand why human minds would seek to complicate it. From birth and from generation to generation you have been trained that life is hard and complicated, you have been trained to ignore your own feelings and ideas. You have been trained there is only ONE way of living and if you do not comply then you will not gain any rewards. It is akin to training a wild animal what to do is it not? Do you see the analogy?

We guide you most strongly to be gentle with yourselves. Do not attempt to change too much too soon as they may plunge you back into the illusion without you realising it. It took the human race a long time to begin to awaken and it is doing so rapidly. There is no sudden way of BEing that you must comply to, this is not what ascension is all about loved ones. It is about reclaiming your power and returning to the way of BEing that you are in essence. It is about finding yourself, realising that you have choices, you have feelings and you have inner guidance that for many has not been listened to.

Please also be aware dear ones that as you begin to change then this will affect those around you. It is a ripple in a pond scenario where you begin to change the way you feel and act. Others around you who are still asleep or just awakening may expect you to be the person they have defined as you. As you break out of the mould of subservient human you will find that others will try to put you back into the mould. When this happens then please be aware that they react instinctively out of fear. If they are asleep they will not consciously realise the difference in you, they will FEEL it though and this will trigger the deep rooted fears that were implanted within their BEing. Rather than ignore the fear they will try their hardest for you to comply with what they define is YOU.

This can be a difficult time for many of you as those you are triggering with your heightened vibrations will be close family members. For many of you across the planet the fact that you are awake and awakening more fully has meant you have felt very different from your friends and family from birth. This may trigger fear within them and within you. Allow the fear to show itself then root it out beloved ones. You cannot at this point do anything at all about the reactions that your family and loved ones have with regard to how you are starting to change but you CAN do something about YOUR reaction. We guide you strongly to pour love and compassion through all of it. Hold the space for them to realise that you are still YOU. In fact you are MORE you than you have ever been!

We guide you all to have faith and trust in this process of awakening and enlightening. You have waited lifetimes to be able to stand in your power and we are excited and blessed to be able to share this with you. Let no one tell you that you CANNOT do something, if the something FEELS right and is out of love and compassion then it IS right. Your heart will continue to guide you to the right path at all times. Sometimes your head and your heart will clash and when this happens we guide you to go inwards and process through the heart. Always work to release the fears dear ones, try to act always from a place of love and not fear. When you have reacted out of fear then please do not further the strength of illusion by being negative with yourself. Realise why you acted as you did and then look for the seeds, find them and dig them out. It will take time for you to get used to acting out of love as the human race has been a race seeded with fear for aons.

The time of change is upon you dear ones, please see the liberation of your race for what it is and do not allow illusion to tell you it is the end for it is not. You are so very close to the freedom that is your birthright dear ones and getting closer every day. Live and work with love and compassion for all other BEings within your heart and watch as the world you live in transforms itself.

There is no need for fear when love is present, true love that is, not the love that needs certain objectives fulfilled before it is given. The love between parent and child will extend to all, you can all live in unconditional love for that is your essence.
We go now to allow you to absorb our words and we send much love and blessings to you at this time of great change. If in doubt of what to do then please go deep within yourself and listen to the answers for you ALL have the answers within you. The path to finding those answers may be covered with ivy so long has it been since you walked that path, but find it you will, have faith and trust in yourselves and love and compassion in your very BEing. The Heart Chakra by Master Jesus

My beloved sacred and divine brothers and sisters, I return once more with a heart full of love to share with you as well as bestowing my words of enlightenment to inspire your spiritual awakening. I honour you with every aspect and energy of love within my being; it is the deepest of honours to speak the truth of the Creator and to connect with your energies. The fact that you are awake and aware of me is magnificent, it is a true blessing. Even people on the Earth do not get a chance to speak their truth to other humans, so it is a great honour to be able to connect with you even though we exist on two different vibrations of light. This of course doesn't mean that we are separated, we are always one energy, one being of light, one aspect of the Creator, interlinked more than you could possibly imagine at this current stage.

In my previous communication with you I spoke of how precious you are because you have been granted the ultimate gift of unconditional eternal love from the Creator. The mighty love of the Creator can never be taken away from you, it is yours to experience, appreciate, express and cherish. Even now as people exist on the Earth whether they are spiritually awake or asleep they have been granted the ultimate gift. The easiest way to accept the ultimate gift of the Creator's unconditional love is to love yourself first, unconditionally, and to surrender to the will of the Creator; to surrender all negativity to the Creator and to focus upon accepting the unconditional love of the Creator. If you are able to experience the unconditional love of the Creator during meditation and when you are following your path on the Earth, you will realise that there is nothing else that you will have need of. With acceptance of the ultimate gift you are allowing the Creator to treasure you, take care of you and guide you perfectly, so not only will you cease all suffering but you will gain a great sense of freedom in your reality and your ability to create. Remember this always that you have been granted by the Creator the ultimate gift of unconditional love so there is no need to fear.

When you accept the unconditional love of the Creator it naturally nourishes your soul, the Creator aspect within your physical body. Your soul already holds a wealth of unconditional love which is its essence and truth. Your soul wishes for you (as your physical body, personality, emotions and mind) to bathe in its unconditional love. I say 'its unconditional love' because for many of you the soul and the aspect of your being that you are familiar with appear to you as being separate, this is an illusion. Every aspect of your being is integrated as one, what is there to stop the flow or to put barriers between you and your soul, monad or the Creator? Nothing, the only truth is love; love is eternally flowing and constantly builds bonds and connections. If you imagine a person at a party, they are talking to a few people and are emanating such a profound love, joy and bliss, have you noticed that others in the room become drawn to this person like a magnet, captivated by the love that is oozing. This shows that love is integrated with everything, if you hold love then you allow your natural connections with the Creator and those around you to enhance and manifest fully.

Your soul naturally holds love, a love that is pure and easy to share because it is continuously being created by your soul, through your soul's intention and alignment. When you accept your ultimate gift from the Creator you also begin to realise that your soul has the ultimate gift of unconditional love for you also, as does your monad or soul group. Realising this you become aware that every person that you meet, every person walking the Earth has an ultimate gift which they wish to give and share with you. Think about this for a moment, how amazing it is that everyone wants to give you a gift of love and that you want to return this gift of love. This is of course everyone's soul, as the personality is unaware of the ultimate gift which is your divine right. This is essentially the ascension process and the result of the ascension process, when everyone realises the ultimate gift on all levels of their being. How fortunate we all are to be given such a beautiful gift of being loved unconditionally. Let us saver this thought.

The heart chakra is essentially the main aspect of your being that can express love wholly and expansively. It has the strength to hold an abundance of love within its sacred chamber and to radiate it to all of humanity or to an individual. Yet the heart chakra is very delicate, it can accept and hold onto pain, negativity and suffering if you command it to, which occurs often. In many ways the emotions of a human are linked with the heart chakra, this is due to training from a young age. The heart chakra can succumb to tremendous pain and torture because it is so sensitive. It easily can express love but this also means that it can easily accept negativity. Many people hold the suffering that they believe others have caused to them within their heart chakra. If we imagine that the heart chakra is your treasure box, everything that is important to you is stored within your treasure box, but you have programmed yourself to believe that the painful or negative experiences are precious and so you place them within your treasure box. Of course negative experiences allow us to grow and develop, they are lessons of truth realisation, but this doesn't mean that they have to be held onto. When pain is held within the heart chakra it stagnates and lowers the vibration of the heart chakra, eventually causing the heart chakra to close and become guarded, because it doesn't want to be hurt any further. When the heart chakra is closed or shielded then it makes it very difficult for the person to love themselves unconditionally, feel the love of others and express the essence of their soul. The ultimate gift of the Creator can become an elusive reality to those who hold pain in their heart chakras, and a separation can be experienced between the soul and the reality.

Your soul will be aware of the state of your heart chakra but will be unable to assist as you have free will on the Earth; you have to ask before you can receive. When the heart begins to close because of the shadows that it is holding then experiences that point to lack of love can occur, such as another abusing or controlling you, feelings of being unworthy or unimportant in the world. Illusions can develop and because the soul is not able to guide as it may wish the mind and ego can become very powerful.
In order to combat this there is a need to ask for your soul and your guides to work on your heart chakra, to dissolve negativity and to charge it with love. There is also a need to understand why you are holding onto the pain in your heart chakra. Remember that it is not your heart chakra holding onto the negativity but you as your mind and personality making your heart chakra suffer. Why do you want yourself to suffer? Do you deserve to suffer? Asking questions of yourself helps you discover buried beliefs about yourself and from the past. A simple realisation can allow a release.

There is then a need to focus in your daily life on aligning your heart with your soul and letting the light of your soul flow into your heart chakra, this will open it further. Beyond this there is a need to treasure and love your heart chakra. Your heart chakra holds its own vibration of energy and so you can speak with your heart chakra and it will reply to you. Conducting a conversation with your heart chakra can help you understand the needs of your heart chakra and whether further healing is needed. You may also surrender your heart chakra to the Creator to be cleansed and healed completed. This doesn't mean that your heart chakra will leave you but that a healing process can take place and that you are asking the Creator to assist you. Remember that your heart chakra has a voice as every part of your being does. Now is the time to honour your heart chakra as it is the link between your soul and your reality.

We welcome you into this communication with us. We correspond with you in this way , yet we would say that there are many other interactive measures that we are taking with many in order to resume connections with those upon your planet. Your planet ... that not so long ago ... not as long as those of you upon it imagine at least ... was a thriving community of pleasure and abundant LOVE. Collect your thoughts for a moment and take yourselves back to a place where your rivers were pure crystal water , where your oceans were gleaming  with life, where all around you was of the deepest fervour and with each soul that resided alongside you there was an acceptance, an honour of gratitude for that soul. There was a silent acknowledgment that each one was respected by the other ... for each one was part of the other. There was the excitement of living in each new moment. There was LOVE ALL AROUND YOUR LIFE ... ALL AROUND.

You see, that is where I tend to fall back a bit. I KNOW that we are to BE in LOVE. And yet I don't always FEEL this way, in fact rather than getting better at it I sometimes FEEL I am failing miserably. Each of us continues on the best we can I am sure and yet, oh I don't know,  there is still this  `hankering for' , this `yearning for' … something better. I know this may sound selfish … you see? … How can I BE LOVE if I am still FEELING the desire for something better. Will I ever be content with `my lot' on a regular basis? It always seems so brief!! I TRUST you are FEELING what I am trying to explain. For I do not wish to appear to be moaning, just trying to get to where ever it is I am going … but the road seems very long at times.

The road is never ending dear Blossom. For even when you get to where you were going there shall appear before you another adventure. There will always be somewhere else to go to, for LIFE is eternal . It cannot remain still ... for then it would have no purpose. And Life SEEKS movement. Every breath life takes is movement into the next moment of movement. So although you feel `static' at times, that is indeed an impossibility. When you FEEL stuck … in a rut… as you would say ... you are merely moving at a rate that does not excite you ... yet you are moving.

Yet, with all respect, isn't this supposed to be the time when things are really speeding up, when everything is presenting itself to us in a new Light? Maybe it's just me, but what's new?

The very next moment is new. It has never happened before.

Yes, I guess it's me really and the space I am in. I'll change that right now. Ok … Tickety Boo!! MOVING ON! How may we be of more service?  Yet you see I know the answers. To be an example of Love. To visualise and focus only on Love. To meditate. You have already told us all these things.   I feel today I could be going round in circles so I'll zip my mouth and let you take over. What would you like to express today Lovely Lights?

We would like to express to you our thanks. We would care to add that we continue to evaluate all that is being done by you on your planet and the difference it is making even though you may not realise it in its fullness. But you are doing what you came to do. You are BEING who you are ... simply by breathing. And with each intake and outtake of that breath ... you are opening yourselves up to the New World ... to the New Way of Being ... for with each breath you are a step closer to what is to come. We KNOW Blossom of your heart's feeling to greet us in your skies. It sometimes feels to you like an ongoing fairy story does it not?

Yep! Every night I look up to the stars and say `hello' or `goodnight' or `one day?'. And I guess it's that which seems to go on and on … every night. It's not a `come and save us' … it's almost a pain in the heart wanting to see you. Wanting to get the ball rolling, so to speak. I think what I am trying to say weirdly enough is that … I MISS YOU!!! That's it!! That's what this FEELING is. I've never thought about it like that until NOW.  Finally I can put words to the FEELING!! YIPPEE! I MISS YOU.I MISS YOU. I MISS YOOOOOOOUUUUUUUUUUUU!!!!

And yet we have never gone away and yes we understand what you are FEELING. That is why so much excitement builds as we draw ever closer to are reunion. It would be pointless would it not for us to be so close to you and then simply disappear? We are with you for a purpose. As we have said before, as we have promised, we will fulfil our mission and our mission is to bring you into the NEW WORLD . Once the connection is renewed with those upon your earth, once we reconnect and allow friendships to be rekindled, then shall we always be in your sights. These are times that we have all been waiting for.

And yet, we are all still waiting …

We stress to you that you KNEW of this wait. It is just that now you are in it you have forgotten many things that were explained. This process of movement into the NEW WORLD into THE GOLDEN AGE was gone through with a fine tooth comb. Each one of you agreed to it and furthermore … your role within it. You were so excited. YOU COULDN'T WAIT! And now here you are again … YOU CAN'T WAIT! Yet in the same way that you DID come down here to see yourselves and the earth planet through into this new time, you WILL move through into this NEW AGE that you are here to achieve. YOU WILL SEE US IN YOUR SKIES AND FROM THAT MOMENT ON YOUR LIVES WILL TAKE FLIGHT.

Perhaps it is that unexplained frustration, that KNOWING what is ahead and yet as this stage we don't know it, yet our souls recall it and that's why we FEEL so  … LOST?

You are not lost. You are merely walking through the veils of mist that have clouded your vision for so long. We say to you this: Once through these veils, once they have cleared, then never again shall you doubt. Never again shall you fall into the wells of darkness that have destroyed so much of your reality.

BE OF GREAT STRENGTH … For this ... you have in your souls
BE OF GREAT LIGHT … For this ... you are in your souls.
BE OF LOVE … For this ... IS your soul.

Most precious BEINGS upon your precious PLANET EARTH … Lift your swords. Sometimes you feel so downcast that you forget that you can recharge them with SPIRIT LIGHT. Call unto yourselves … YOURSELF! Bring upon YOU your HIGHER KNOWING, your HIGHEST understanding. YOU cannot abandon yourself. YOU cannot leave YOU. YOU are always there for yourself. To be there for yourself. To assist yourself and to carry yourself through. Be kind to yourself. Be Loving to yourself.  BE YOURSELF.  There is nothing else required of you.

Many of you are tired. You have travelled far and are in need of rest. Keep on keeping on. For when you arrive in this New place there is no need for tiredness. Many things that now seem a necessity to the body shall be gone, for your body shall be anew also. It is valuable to visualise yourself as only your Light. Just Light. Removing the foibles that have taken their toll. The time is upon you … NOW … to recognise yourselves. To BE YOUR LIGHT … and by doing so … you shall LIGHTEN UP YOUR WORLD. It is as easy as that!

I know all that you say makes so much sense. It is a TRUTH for me as it resonates so well. I think we all just feel a little helpless/hopeless sometimes.

There is no need for hope. There is only KNOWING. And somewhere inside each one of you ... whether it be buried deep within or whether it is bursting forth ... is the knowledge of  the wonderful BEINGS that you are ... and the KNOWING that you are so very special ... and that is why you are here at this time to work with us and bring about this DIVINE PLAN that is unfolding before your very eyes.

I think so much more will make sense when the director of this little movie shouts `ACTION!'.

In a movie where there are no extras, for each one has an important part to play. KNOW THIS AS TRUTH. Do not just read these words saying `yes, we have heard it all before'. Read these words in your new position ... from the place where your heart can FEEL them. Let these words sink in. Absorb them, so that your soul recognises them as teachings that you were instructed by before you arrived on this planet. Revise! Recall! Remember!

We are your friends. We are your family. We are ONE and the SAME. This is so, and one day it shall be known. Lighten your BEINGS dearest ones.  Shine your Light out to ALL. For those that receive that warmth shall recognise themselves within it and do the same.
