Are you a nitpicker?

After a good half a days work on my manuscript, I figured I'd had enough of it for the moment. So I crashed on the couch, and went to watch Iron Man, which came out in 2008. Not because of Gwyneth Paltrow who is quite beautiful but just not my type, but more because of Tony Stark, played by Robert Downey Jr. Basically, because he is me....

Yes, I could totally dig being Tony, except for a few rough edges that Sander doesn't really have anymore. But the totally abundant does-as-he-pleases single guy could very well be in my future, and not give me any uneasiness if it did come true!

But this is not a movie review, at least not of any particular movie. It is more a view on moviewatching in particular, and how different people do it differently. We probably all are somewhat annoyed if in a movieviewing audience, there is this guy that constantly keeps telling you what went wrong in the making of this movie, don't we? And yet, there is an entire group of Earthlings on this very planet that have exactly that as a hobby: http://nitpickers.com/

They spend whole evening, watching every movie they can get their hands on, and diligently report their findings on the Internet. I don't think there is one movie that has received zero nitpicks, because that is what they call them. It is defined as any situation that defies believability, or in other words any deviation that places itself outside of consensus reality. Are you one of these guys too? I am! I actually in my past entered a few nitpicks, but the novelty of it wore off quickly, because they're just grubby little details, and I'm a Big Guy, aiming for the Big Connections. And just now, while doing the slicing and peeling for dinner, I came across a beauty!

Nitpickers are considered weird by many, yet we all from time to time do it. But it is what you do with your nitpicks that makes all the difference: observing them and immediately loudly alerting everyone to them usually does not promote a friendly reaction. Hence everybodies revoltion regarding the loud guy in the crowd. But let's look at a nitpick up close: if you find one, what have you found? Have you found a fact that diminishes the believability of the movie, or have you found an exception that points at a missing piece of the puzzle you call your Reality? Basically, if movies had no nitpicks, the following hierarchy would have to exist:

Movie Reality: that which the movie claims to represent
Consensus Reality: the world we agree on is real.....
Internal Reality: the world any individual holds to be possible.
Reality: the All that is, encompassing all.

Now the order of these four may vary, because depending on the genre, Movie Reality may be inside or outside Consensus Reality. And depending on the audience, it may even be outside their Internal Reality. But we can be sure of one thing: none of the other three lie outside Reality!

Now a nitpick happens when movie reality pierces the reality that it is supposed to be inside of. If that happens, you can either yell that you don't believe the movie, you don't believe that one fact, or you can refrain from such gut reactions and take a look at what is happening.

If the movie shows something that does not fit the picture you want it to conform to, you have two obvious choices: you can either disregard the part that sticks out, or you can deduce that if the movie did it, then the reality in which you think it belonged was probably not yet fully complete. In that last case you may be led on a path to discover some new 'rule' to your Internal Reality, that would explain away the nitpick. And that, my friends, is a lovely path to be on, for it is usually loaded with syncs....

Day 12 – Discernment and Highest Good

Blessings on your Journey, Brothers and Sisters!

You walk the path of Universal Knowledge and your energy is strong. You have come to a place of knowing of your Authentic Self during this Journey. You have greater access to your Higher Consciousness and this provides you with information from those higher sources of knowledge. As we continue developing our higher awareness, many insights about ourselves begin to reveal. We can see how our energy responds to situations and interactions around us. We are listening for the guidance from the Higher Consciousness and must learn to discern what supports the Highest Good for all Creation; doing what is in your highest good is supporting the highest good for all.

So, today let’s begin again with total personal responsibility, canceling contracts, etc and breaking spells and curses. Continue with forgiveness and release and call back your power to return to you and reunite with your Soul Essence. This is the foundation, stand tall on this foundation and expand your light, radiating bright. Share Love with yourself…

I am Love and Kindness,
I feel Love and Kindness,
I share Love and Kindness,
I Love myself completely,
I Love all that I am… I Love all Creation.

Feel your roots, deep into our Mother… expanding and networking deep into the Earth’s core. Release into the Mother and accept all that she has to offer, allow the abundance that springs forth naturally to be received by you. Forgive and release all the past and step fully and completely, alive, vibrating and free into this Now moment. Breathe…

Continue to develop a relationship with your Higher Self. Listen to what you have to say and more importantly, how you say it… What is the truth and how do I discern the Truth? Ask yourself these questions. What does the physical interface into the energy worlds tell me about my current moment? Is my body tense or relaxed? Awake or drowsy? Hot or cold? Guts churning or calm? Muscles twitching or prickly sensations? Come to know yourself… Higher consciousness communicates in many ways and is very personal in nature. You will be the one who knows…

What brings you Joy? What brings you Bliss and Peace… Tranquility? What brings the abundance and how do you allow it to flow naturally into your life? When do you feel the most connected to your Higher Self? What activities have you done in the past that brings your closer to All that Is? What have you always wanted to do, but never felt you could? What are your dreams?

Bring yourself into relationship with yourself… How would you cultivate a new friendship in the external world? It is no different, you need to learn about yourself and as you do, you will naturally begin to develop tools of discernment that work for you. Discernment is the ability to see the truth and your higher self, guides and helpers are all there to assist us in this. We are all aware that there is a tremendous amount of disinformation available to us at this time, so it is imperative to our development to cultivate discernment. As the light grows strong, throughout all times it has been shown that there are those out there that wish to possess it for themselves under the context of some fear-based reality. To plug us in, so as to feed a mass consciousness that is self-perpetuating and promotes denser vibrations. I have seen this to be other than for the highest good of all Creation and continue to cultivate my relationship to my higher consciousness.

My Soul knows! This has been shown to me time and time again through synchronicity, signs and visions along the way. When I look back into the past, I see that they were always there… I was just to heavy and connected to a mass consciousness to be able to see them. It has only been since reclaiming my freedom from these systems and programming that I am more consistently able to see and hear everything that my Soul wants me to see. I continue to develop that relationship always and as it deepens I am brought to places of greater knowledge and understanding.

Follow your energy today… Come out of your meditations this morning, clean and clear, with your Authentic Self shining bright. Feel your aliveness and vigor and create a touchstone or benchmark. Note the sensations, the thoughts, the awareness, the entirety of your being-ness right now. Write it down, draw a picture, record your voice, write a series of reminders to yourself that you can access if this “feeling” slips… Listen to your Soul and create what it tells you. Ask yourself how to remember what to do when the energy drops and you are pressed to do something other than your highest good,… YOU know.

Life experience is Joy and Bliss and Creation! We are magnificent beings of Light and Love and are here to express that through the medium that is before us. When you find yourself in a situation where you sense there is a choice to make for your highest good, listen to yourself, connect to your Higher Consciousness and breathe… The answer will come to you, trust in you as you will know.

Then proceed, with Love and Kindness, knowing that your actions are for the highest good for all Creation, you are free…

Many enlightening human beings have a reluctance to see themselves as the truly amazing souls that they are. They fear that looking at themselves in such a way would mean falling into ego. This is not about puffing oneself up with delusions of grandeur. This is about looking at yourself from a higher perspective and truly seeing, recognizing and honoring who you really are.

We would like to continue along this vein ~ giving yourself permission to see your own greatness. This is indeed such an integral part of the energies that we are in now. Many of you who have been walking your spiritual paths have worked tirelessly, driven, if you will, to reach the finish line. While we honor you for your diligence, many of you have embraced this rush and it has become a habit. You see, in the energies at the beginning of this process, many of you were feeling a great haste where you needed to enlighten, as did the entire world around you. And you were feeling as if it must be done NOW. That urgency that you all were feeling was an integral part of the process in order to make sure that critical mass was attained and the ascension process on earth assured. Because many of you stepped onto your spiritual path driven by this sense of urgency, you have accepted that this is the way the spiritual path always feels. In reality, there is no need to be carrying that sense of urgency anymore. The process is in action. You have achieved, as a collective whole, what you have set out to do, so that sense of urgency is really no longer required, but many still are holding onto it with all of their might. This makes it very difficult for enlightening human beings to accept moving into the energies of just Being. They feel as if there must be something wrong that they are just not getting. They are still feeling driven when there is nowhere to drive to. So, they feel, I must be blocked, I must be missing something, what should I be healing? What should I be doing? because to them, to stay in purpose they must be keep forging ahead. This is a fallacy. The ascension process on earth is assured. There is nothing that will stop it now as the momentum is in place. Rather than giving yourselves a wonderful pat on the back, you are falling into angst, looking for something to do. This is bringing many a sense of discomfort that is quite unnecessary.

If you could only see yourselves as we see you. If you could, you would see beautiful shining souls who have moved in courage and integrity and faith and allowed this magnificent event to happen. You would see souls who have lived up to their highest possible service and done it brilliantly. They have achieved what they have set out to do and may now enjoy the fruits of their labor.

Think of it this way. It is as if you have piled into your car knowing that you needed to reach a destination that was very far away. You have stayed in the discomfort of your vehicle as you have travelled the many miles to get there. Sometimes you were hungry or thirsty or desperately needed to use the restroom. Sometimes, your bodies ached from being in the confines of your vehicle and longed to get out and stretch. Some portions of your journey were long and boring and felt like they would never end. Other portions of your journey had you excited and filled with wonder as you looked out at interesting new landscapes. But finally, you have arrived at your destination. You can throw away the maps and the instructions. You have arrived where you have worked so hard to get! Now is the time to enjoy your destination. To move forward with a sense of wonder and plan your days according to what brings you the most joy and fulfillment. This is a time when you can joyfully meet up with others who have completed similar journeys and share the stories of your amazing pilgrimages. The traveling is done, Dear Ones. It is time to embrace and enjoy the promised land. This is all we have for you today.

KNOWING “ALL IS WELL”

I AM ANGEL GABRIEL...

I AM THAT I AM...

greetings and salutations from home my beloved and cherished friends...

I AM ANGEL GABRIEL.....

i come forth thru this one on this day in what you would call your time
of 2010...
i want to bring you a "feeling".....a feeling of deep love...
a "knowing" of deep love that births forth like a spring flower
whose presence touches many if they would "choose" to take a moment
and en-join with the energetic field of such a flower.....
do notice my beloved heart that i used the word "choose" for you
see ~everything~ is a choice....you are free in any moment to choose to enjoin with the perfection and
beauty of the spring bud or you are just as free to walk by it and have
your thoughts be elsewhere.....thinking about your job....your problems...
your wants and needs.....
so...where am i taking you with all of this that i am speaking of...?.

dear beloved friends....i am taking you on the only real journey there truly
is....the journey of the now moment...
for you see....there is only now..............and there is only now eternally...
yes...once you drop the body you are still in the eternal now...
you simply change the vehicle you would experience it through...

you are the one who chooses what you will experience in each now moment
and all that you could choose to see is available for you in each ...

in each now you can choose to see the beauty and the perfection
thus "calling it to yourself" or you can choose to see what is wrong...
what is im-perfect in your eyes...what does not seem to "be" going
right for you....yes....dear one..........it is all in "the palms of your hands"...

you will experience immediately whatever you choose to...

so...that being said...let me speak to you now of why it is so very important
to choose to see with the eyes of love...
what some have called the "eyes of Christ"

when one chooses to notice the beauty of the spring flower even as they
may be in the midst of momentary sadness...even when they may be
a little "down in the dumps" ....in that very now moment you have
chosen for the only thing that is truly real...............you have chosen love...

yes....yes...yes....simply by acknowledging the essence and beauty of that
seemingly "one" flower of life..you have made a choice....
you and you alone have chosen to "experience" the "feeling"
of beauty...................love....all that is dear beloved's...

that choice immediately changes your vibration and keeps you in what I
like to call the "flow of life"......(the flower of love)
to be in that flow as often as possible will bring to you many miraculous
moments...

for you see it is the vibration you carry that attracts to you all that
you could "possibly see"...

what you "perceive" no matter how it may "appear" is
what ~ you will experience~...!!!!

let it begin by knowing "all is well"....
not trusting all is well....for trusting still has a ring of doubt to it
does it not??
to trust means that a moment in gods kingdom "is not perfect"...
it is a wonderful grand step to start with but it will not take you
where in truth i know you would like to be...

so....today....begin with practicing "knowing" all is in divine order...
skip the step from trust to knowing...
simply know that "all is god" no matter what is happening in any now moment....
take within you the deep breath of peace and claim it to be so
from the core of your being....
yes...you are the master...therefore you and you alone "claim what you will
experience"...... this dear hearts is the law of the land...

i am of the angelic realm and from here we simply extend fluid love...
we breathe it in and we extend it out...........
we fill all of creation with color....spectacle....tone........fluid "lovitity"

now.................this one whom i share thru has reached this level of
purity within herself and she knew she would take this journey
before birth.......................she is one with me now..........having birthed the divine
feminine of Angel Gabriel and bringing it here to earth.............
i speak of this thru her not for her own personal glory...
i speak of it so she "will own it" as so...!!!

miracles ....miracles of wonder are happening on your beloved terra now
and it is up to you to "seek them out"...

in other words............turn your tellys to those shows that enlighten you...
lift you....there are many wonderful beings of light doing much
to lift this world into a higher vibration and you can be of service
simply by your "acknowledgement" that love is here now..............
doing exactly what love does.........................
love extends itself eternally.................................this is so.

so...i leave you this day with one exercise that you can put into practice
whenever a thought arises within you that something in your world
is not of a divine nature...

when you experience such a moment...practice this....

feel the difference in the "feeling within you" when you think you
must "trust" it........

then feel the POWER of KNOWING ALL IS WELL...

there will be much there for you....

practice this throughout your coming days and weeks as there will be
much in your world that you could judge...have an "opinion" on...
beloveds........from our vantage point there is no such thing as an opinion...
there is no such thing as a judgment...

there is only the awareness of the perfection of all that love is...

this is what i wish for you to discover.....play with it...
keep it light.....for you see it is seriousness that keeps realities
of your own creation in place...

with that....i say to you...............you are deeply .....deeply honored
and loved for walking in the shoes of light and love on your beloved
earth at this moment "in time"...
yet....when you practice this that i have set out before you
in truth "you are not in time" at all...
you are in heaven...............................

Day 11 – Inner Child

Blessings on your Journey, Brothers and Sisters. Your conscious choosing of this path is no accident. You are remembering. You are beginning to see and call to question a great many things around you. This is the natural thing. Vibrations are rising and we are all feeling it. There is nothing to do, but let go… The old ways are crumbling off of you, the tower is falling. There is no need for great heights or large domains. It is only necessary to be present and in your Authentic Being. This is where it all happens, the energy that manifests our reality is zero point. Aligned to it, everything structures to the vibration of original creation… Love.

Today, on our Journey to Remembering we reach out for the hand of our inner child. Call out and find the child in you. He or she is there, in the shadows, wondering if it is ok to come out. The child knows. Just look at the next infant you see, look into their eyes from your Authentic place and you will see. They know, the veil non-existent for most of them, non-ordinary reality is what they perceive until social conditionings start to take hold.

Find your inner child, the one who saw all the fantastic things that non-ordinary reality shows us. They have been with us this whole time, in the shadows, mine was… very much afraid to come out to play. I stifled him after I was trained to push his ideas aside. Hopes and dreams squashed by the oppression of someone else’s views. Well, no more! I have found and healed my inner child. He sits next to me now always, peacefully rocking in his chair… this links to the Journey related to my childhood chair.

He shows me that all is wondrous and he is very creative. I listen to him and together we create. I allow him to be with me and he rounds out my being. He brings me to wholeness. He is helping me to remember…

So, in your practice today, shine the light of your Love and Authentic Energy so bright as to bring your inner child out of the shadows. Bring your vibration up, raising the frequency into higher light energy, closing yours eyes see this light bright and strong and watch as your inner child walks into it. Do the work and your child will return.

Forgive and release all the times you went against Creation. Take total personal responsibility for all thoughts, words and actions created in any lifetime or reality. Cancel all contracts, vows and agreements that went against your highest good made in any lifetime or reality. Free yourself and see yourself standing there radiating the light. That is you. That is your light, the light. Stand tall in your presence and tell your child within that all is good, that you are older and wiser now and that you are better able to stand in Truth. It is safe for them to return. Tell them they are welcome and you will release all the past energies to create space for them to return. Ask them to come home…

Welcome Home…

Take your practice deeper today, and in that depth find you the child within you. Bring them home and start to rebuild your relationship. Allow some creative expression to come to the surface and you may be inclined to write, sing, dance, hike… something you haven’t done fully since you were a child. Go to the park, a playground, sit by a lakeshore, swim… Do something, fully present and aware, that you did as a child. Get some crayons and construction paper… Stay in your light and draw out your child… Bring them into the light of your awareness and into your presence… Reconnect and remember, they have much wisdom to share.
